Reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate and were excellent at communicating check in and check out times. Location is great, updated bathroom in room was lovely, staff were very helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in London on a budget. Great value for money!

The small, clean room 33 had a comfortable bed, a small fridge and a smart en-suite bathroom which looked recently refurbished. With friendly staff the lodging is right opposite a bus stop for Shepherds Bush and beyond. Goldhawk Rd, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith tube stations short walks away. Near Westfield too.

I have stayed here twice now because it is cheap and in a great location for where I needed to be. Comfortable clean bed. An immaculate bathroom that looked brand new, with a really clean shower that ran nice and hot and with great pressure, which is a rare thing in a cheap hotel! Easy check in and out and the manager is a nice and friendly man. I really appreciated how there was a fan in the room because it was a hot weekend! Fresh towels and room clean every day. Kettle and fridge were a great bonus. I didn't have breakfast as I was on the go, but its an option to have one for free. I have only deducted one star as it does look a little scruffy (but it is clean!) and the rooms are very small, but for one person who was once a student, this doesn't bother me at all, I have lived in worse! This hotel is a great option if you want to see London on a budget, I will come again.

I stayed there for 8 days and I would not want to have it another way. The kitchenstaff is ready before you call her. She makes delicious scrambled eggs. The room small but cozy. I even enjoyed early check-in. Thank you for making my stay memorable

Amazing place to stay in! The fella at the reception is extremely nice and always willing to help! He gave us a bigger room and allowed us to check out much later than we were supposed to! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, clean and affordable place to stay in a very central location in London!

Modern shower, the whole place very clean, offers a full continental breakfast at no extra cost, has a fan in each room for hot nights, pleasent staff & welcome. Despite being in London the hotel was quiet at night & was a good price!

Not a 5 Star Hotel but certainly worth 5 stars, Super friendly Owner Mr Jay who helped and directed us where we needed to go, the shower was amazing and it was exactly what we needed a family of 4 for a quick sight seeing/ visa trip in London, the location is perfect with only a 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Station and loads of parking in side streets which was free between 8pm and 9am...with the alternative to park the car at the Olympia shopping mall only 5 minutes away for £8 a day. Lots of lovely little restaurants as well and all within walking distance. If we were going back to London we would certainly check in there again, for the price we paid it was exactly what we needed.

Refurbished room. Good heating. The cold air flows in through the extractor fan in the bathroom, very chilly in the morning. Wifi quite weak and unstable. Decent breakfast, with eggs. Dodgy neighbourhood, people drink and urinate on the street, smoke even in bus stop, empty beer cans, spilled out drink, urine and spit on the sidewalk watch your step. Nice touch that room has mains sockets close to the bed, especially that one has USB charger as well.

I paid fifty two quid for a twin room four days before Xmas. At this price I wasn't expecting much and in truth you don't get a lot...very basic but hey, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked and they cook you a breakfast. At this price what more do you want?!

Everything's O.K. Clean bathroom, small but cosy room. When it comes to breakfast, it is poor but very delicious and you can eat as much as you want. Great location. About 20 minutes by the underground to the main attractions. Thank you!!

There are 3 bedrooms. We continue up the stairs. A shared bathroom and, finally, our room. My parents didn't like the room. Yes, I considered it modest, because for the price it cost, it was not bad at all. 2 beds, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 refrigerator (out of order), 1 strange shower, 1 closet and 1 television (the best in the room). It was located sticking to the street. It felt warm, even with the windows open. The shared bathroom was urine stained (not very tolerable). The free breakfast was made available to you in a room in another hotel in my guess. The English breakfast is delicious, and you could eat as much as you wanted within the established hours. I liked the staff as they made our stay a lot easier. He gave us directions and directions plus recommendations and we walked around the district. He was friendly and available to anyone. Ideal in case you do not have an English plug, only European or USB cable (I left it charging during the night). The street where the hotel is located does not seem dangerous, much less dirty, or noisy (I imagine that luckily in those days I was there). Tardamos como 2 horas en llegar a pie por las instrucciones que nos dieron porque aún no sabíamos nada del transporte público (en cuanto a precio, paradas, etc.) Cuando llegamos al hotel el dueño hizo todo lo posible por entender lo que queríamos decir, al igual que yo. Finalmente nos entendimos y pudimos hospedarnos. Habitación número 35; subimos unas estrechas escaleras (con maletas) en las que no te caben siquiera el pie y llegamos al primer piso de altura. Hay 3 habitaciones. Seguimos subiendo las escaleras. Un baño compartido y, por fin, nuestra habitación. A mis padres no les gustaba la habitación. A mi sí, la consideraba modesta, pues para el precio que costaba, no estaba mal del todo. 2 camas, 1 mesita, 2 sillas, 1 frigorífico (fuera de servicio), 1 ducha extraña, 1 armario y 1 televisión (lo mejor de la habitación). Se situaba pegando a la calle. Me sentía cálido, incluso con las ventanas abiertas. El baño compartido estaba manchado de orina (no muy tolerable). El desayuno gratuito te lo ponían a disposición en una sala en otro hotel a mi suponer. El desayuno inglés está delicioso, y podías comer cuanto quisieras dentro del horario establecido. El personal me agradaba ya que nos facilitaba mucho la estancia. Nos dio indicaciones y direcciones mas recomendaciones y anduvimos por el distrito. Era amable y estaba a la disposición de cualquiera. Ideal por si no tienes enchufe inglés, solo Europeo o cable USB (te lo dejaba cargando durante la noche). La calle donde está situada el hotel no me parece peligrosa ni mucho menos sucia, ni ruidosa (imagino que por suerte en esos días que estuve). Recomiendo este hotel si no dispones de gran cantidad de dinero y estás de turismo o visita.
