I stayed here for 11 days ! And honestly I LOVED IT ! It’s great if your travelling alone . It may be a little small for couples and families, but if you don’t mind being a lil squished it’s completely fine ! I also usually waste a lot of money when hotels have snack bars , and room service . So I feel like I saved a lot of money actually going for walks and picking up food. They do have a few snacks , coffee and drinks/water for purchase at the front desk 24/7 as well ☺️ the staff was AMAZING. They’re so kind and so helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a shopping centre . The diner next door is amazing and very well priced. It is also very close to 3 DLR stations as well as a tube station . Oh and in the room There’s an option to change the colours of the Lights to blue , purple , pink , green or yellow which is very fun. I also forgot a plug so the USB outlets were very helpful. I would stay again ☺️

We stayed here for one night during our stopover. Night staff lady was rude and bossy she charged my card for the room when it was already paid saying it’s a deposit. Morning staff was great and polite - informed us they don’t charge the card for deposit and refunded it. The room is small but well equipped.
Z. L.
The staff is friendly, the room is a bit small, but clean and tidy, and overall very good.
Especially the light strip can also adjust the color, which is very fun.
However, the pillows are hard and high, there are no kettles and wardrobes in the room, only three small hangers.
It good value for money, a shory break good choice, over a week planning plz dont!

The staff were very friendly and efficient on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the business area. We enjoyed our stay.
J. B.
Great concept. all you need and nothing more. super clean and quiet. strong wifi. good shower. comfortable bed.
Rooms are cleverly laid-out and equiped but also tiny. Fine for one, not so much for two.
W. K.
Room was tiny but clean & close enough to my conference. Room wasn’t cleaned everyday & you had to wait till day 3 after checking in to get a cleaning. Otherwise, budget friendly.
Management needs to give the blonde (accent was non-british) front desk lady a course or 2 in customer care. All the other front desk agents I encountered were lovely.

A really great, modern, value hotel. If you just need a room for a night or two then this hotel is perfect.
The rooms are really modern with a fresh design, bright with mirrors and glass. The beds were really comfy and the large flatscreen tv was nice too. Towels and a hairdryer in the room was also great. These was also an easy to use safe.
The bathroom was really clean and the modern shower was great, soap and a 2in1 body wash/shampoo was provided but wasn’t the greatest quality, however still a nice touch.
The downsides were that the room was quite tight, our window faced a power unit (which was quite noisy so we had to keep the window shut) and there are no cabinets / wardrobes, just some hangars on the wall. They are functional, and great if you only need to stay a night or two but i wouldn’t have an extended stay.
All that being said, our stay was brilliant, the customer service was brilliant, check in and checkout was really fast and we asked for an extra hour delay for checkout and were granted this free of charge.
I would stay again if only for one or two nights, if you need an ultra cheap hotel in London for a short trip then this is the one.
A. S.
Nice and tidy. It is perfect for a short stay alone or as a couple. But the lack of wardrobe/cabinet makes it uncomfortable for longer stays.

A very good hotel, 10 mins from tube station.. 5 mins from shopping centre and like 30 seconds from pubs and restaurants etc (No noise heard from hotel from bars etc) Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, not the biggest rooms but perfectly cosy. I'd definitely stay here again. 10-12th December we stayed.

I was genuinely surprised at how smart and high end this hotel felt despite the low price. Your room offers a massive, comfortable bed, mood lighting, 6+ clothes hangers as well as 4 decently sized shelves, a huge flat screen tv, modern decor throughout. Spacious bathroom with large shower (one downside is that the water pressure wasnt very strong), huge white towels, nice toiletries. The free internet was extremely impressive, so fast and easy to use our entire stay, which is rare for budget hotels. We also had good air conditioning that acted well as white noise throughout the night. The lobby offers sweets, crisps, chocolates, tea and coffee. The location is only 30 minutes from waterloo (half walking half tube) and you have the option to get the DLR as well. Very high end feel to the surrounding area in general (Canary Wharf). Lots of very smart resturants and cafes, free ping pong, basket ball, boating.. you can see the wharf itself is very well taken care of with cleaners and community officers as well as police walking around throughout the day and night. We felt very safe here.
Unfortunately there were a couple of cons :( the hotel walls are very thin and we could hear every conversation, tv, music, and footsteps of the other occupants both in their rooms and in the hallways. The three nights we stayed, we couldnt sleep more than 2/3 hours without hearing others arriving back to their rooms, or talking loudly into the night (3-4am). I would strongly suggest you bring headphones or ear plugs because of this, especially if you are a light sleeper. Also, the lobby didn't offer fresh fruit, only junk food snacks, but that's not a deal breaker. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would certainly visit again.

I've been to different Point A's before but this one wasn't really up to standards - there was no closet space and very small shelf space. Staff was 3/5 with miscommunication issues and offered a room that was on the basement with a small-to-nothing window when I paid for one but was able to switch to another room but the receptionist wasn't too happy about the switch for some reason..
P. H.
Even the shower drain was happy to see me! Decent little spot.... comfy bed, helpful, friendly staff and a great location with a price to match
S. x.
Sadly they dont have breakfest but Wi-Fi ja good rooms are also smal but overall nice place
M. s.
Check in was very easy, nice pleasant staff - rooms are clean & tidy, shower room also clean - No tea making facilities - overall good value for money
m.
Simple, fresh and clean hotel and reasonably priced for explorers rates. All the staff are welcoming and helpful.
S.
The hygiene level is extremely high standards in this hotel 🏨 & the staff including cleaners are extremely helpful with visitors.
P. M.
Reasonably priced clean. Small rooms with double bed, ensuite. TV but no tea and coffee.
M. H.
Clean, comfortable, cheap rooms for Canary Wharf. They really are small though. Fine for one person but when I stayed with my wife it really was cramped.
Stayed again recently. Rooms still clean and well maintained
S. H.
It's great for the price, clean room and just enough space. Ideally located for the o2
M. A.
Very nice 👌, but the only do Housekeeping after 3 days only if you request.
J. W.
I only had a 1 night stay, but it was fine. No issues.
M. K.
Clean and tidy. Very good location. Modern room. The room is very small but it doesn't feel like that due to the clever design of the rooms. We had a room with a window
C. C.
Small room.
Good location for canary wharf.
Basic facilities.
Clean
P. M.
Small but very clean and functional rooms, friendly staff, perfect for a gig at The O2
C. E. -. G.
Small clean rooms. A great lace to sleep cheaply in London. No frills.
A. W.
The hotel is modern, clean and stylish. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, the room doesn't have many storage place. Otherwise, the location is great. It is not downtown but offers great possiblity to explore the canary wharf neighborhood, which I find nice and comfortable
I. G.
I love this hotel. I call it "smart" :) Rooms here are really small, but you have everything you need inside and it's smartly placed in a tiny space. Definitely read the instruction next to the door ;)
My favorite part - all the possible colors for lights. It definitely creates the mood.
The only downside: no fridge or minibar. Do it's not possible to keep your water or drinks cool.
The service is also really nice and welcoming. The reception is treating you as their favorite guest. Or maybe I am their favorite :D
V. S.
Great, modern and clean rooms. The hotel offers a good price in the financial district of London. Easy access to the Tube.
J. T.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The value for money is incredible. Cheap rooms in a sought after location. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with every square cm designed to be functional. The additional touches such as mood lighting and touchpad thermostat are a real luxury and rooms are clean. The 24/7 reception sells hot drinks and snacks and is manned by genuinely lovely colleagues. We will definitely return.
If you want a cheap London hotel and are happy to sacrifice size, but not comfort, I would suggest this is the place for you.
A. Y.
Simple, everything that you need. Great customer service. Lovely lighting and air conditioned rooms. Minimal room service, but when we ordered take away it was delivered straight to our room, no issues. Affordable rooms and quite cheap in compare to other hotels in the area.
C. F.
Basic hotel, but clean and the bed was really comfy. I didn't mind not having a window, but I know it will bother some people. Room not terribly soundproof - I could hear next door' s TV and people walking past the room. Good for one night, but probably no more than that. Staff very friendly!
J. B.
Small but well equipped, affordable but modern, clean and ideally located.
J. “. D.
Fantastic place; I loved the setup of the room I stayed in. The rooms are small but this is made clear by the hotel and there is an option to book bigger rooms if needed. While the hotel does not offer breakfast, it is so conveniently situated that one can grab breakfast close by. The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to the DLR stops so we were able to link with the underground easily. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was generally clean. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in London.
N. J.
We were heading to a conference at the Docklands Museum during the week and were struggling to find a hotel. Point A popped up on Booking.com and we had no choice but to book this one. At first we were a little sceptical as we had to book rooms with no windows. Upon arrival we were impressed with the reception area, it was very modern and clean. A very polite and helpful member of staff helped us to get checked in. We went to our rooms which were also very clean and modern. The rooms have been very well thought out and have pretty much everything you would need for a nights stay - except for tea and coffee making facilities but these can be found in the reception for a small charge. We were so impressed with how nifty this little hotel was that we've booked to stay in the Westminster branch in June.
P. S.
Very realistic price. Clean. One night stay maximum two only. Close to Canary Wharf and the docks. Would book again.
T. Y.
The location of the hotel is very convinient if you are there for Canary Wharf. It is quite compact but comfity, furniture and baths are new and clean. The floor is not carpet so that is pretty good as well. Staff is very helpful if there is something wrong (in my case I wasnt able to work the blowdryer so my fault) they assist and help. So overall good stay!!
M. L.
Perfect hotel as long as you know what you’re looking for. The location and price are amazing, because the rooms are small and services minimal. If all you want is a clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed and cold air con, this is exactly what you want. I don’t want a gym, spa and all the features that add fees and make a hotel expensive - so this was exactly what I wanted.
R. M.
Location is good (close to several stations) and rooms are clean. Staff were friendly.
HOWEVER... double room was tiny! Bed was pushed almost up to the wall (when you are sharing a room, you end up having to shimmy your way along the wall just to get into bed). Also important to note is that there was no bedside table or socket on that side either, so not only did you struggle to get into bed, you also had nowhere to charge your phone and nowhere to put a glass of water other than on the floor.
Also was very disappointed to see no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.. breakfast wasn’t provided either so the only way you could have a hot drink in the morning was to head to reception and pay for one. A bit faffy and not how I would choose to wake up in the morning.
Another low was that the doors and rooms were poorly sound-insulated.. (valentine’s weekend surrounded by thin walls- I don’t think that needs further explanation!).
Overall, it was okay. An okay price for an okay experience. Don’t think I’ll be back, though.
R. C.
This is one of those fairly modern hotels with quite small rooms but that have been pretty well thought out. It was clean and tidy and did exactly what I needed it to. Room was quiet at nighttime and the aircon was quiet too. Staff were friendly.
C. S.
Nice hotel. Rooms are very compact. We did notice the room getting very messy (our mess) because there's nowhere to put things. But you get what you pay for in London and the room was cheaper than all the others we looked at. Staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel reasonably quiet. The shower was fairly decent. Note that there are no coffee or tea making facilities. We may have spent the money we saved on cups of tea during our stay (£2 a cup) . But there's a very good cafe next door which served tea for £0.70 and did a great breakfast.
M. K. T.
Clean and great hotel. The rooms are very small. For one person it's ok, but two will be a problem. No storage space in the room. Really good beds and nice bathroom. Public transportation close by.
W.
Good value for London, not too far from the underground but not straight forward if using Google maps. Staff are helpful, do use them as the hotel doesn't provide the usual service you would expect and you do have to ask for everything (including towels). Rooms are modern but small, comfortable enough for a short stay. Climate control can be a bit noisy, but it was very warm outside and the air conditioning was working well. I would stay again if visiting London just because of the value.
J. W.
Great hotel rooms are small but this wasn't a issue for us. Staff extremely helpful and nice. We had a excellent stay and would definitely stay again. Also had a proper hairdryer so no need to pack one. Air conditioning was good to.
J. R.
The staff is friendly and nice and the hotel pretty easy to find. But the rooms are comical at best. They remind me in size of a cruise ship cabin. Small and strangely designed. Mood lights which seem odd? I'm unsure how I feel but I don't think the price is worth the room.
y. c.
Room was quite small I didn’t know it’s come without window make sure you read correctly! Front desk Spanish lady with glasses was extremely impolite, I heard her shouting and being rude to two guest leaving instead of using her customer service, the rest of the staff were friendly super helpful the lighting in the hotel is the best part!
G. “. S.
We came here for a short trip to London; the room was small but comfy and well equipped. We stayed in the building right in front of the hotel and it was very quiet at night.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to help you and available 24 hours.
The hotel is near a shopping place and not too far from the tube station. We loved the area, we're gonna definitely come back soon.
A. K.
There are a couple of issues with the accommodation, firstly it's noisy, especially in ground floor. They could have used some noise insulation. In our apartment there was no heating as the AC was just flowing air.
When we address this with the reception they failed to assist us. Yes, there was only one person in the reception but why we had to freeze?
Lastly for what you get it's too expensive.
F. A.
Generally good hotel, very local to bars and restaurants in Canary, room was a little on the small side but apart from that it was a very good stay here. Will be returning in the future
A. C.
An odd hotel that's in two buildings, one just down the road from the other. It's a handy location. No kettle in the room so if you want a brew, take your own. EDIT: Kettle issues aside, I've stayed here a few times now and it's growing on me. Comfortable bed, nice lighting (the light switch has options that can bathe the room in a nice glow in a number of colours). Oh, and you get a nice big telly. One thing to add, the rooms aren't very big, might be a bit of a squeeze for two people.
m. h.
Inexpensive Hotel at canary wharf.. It is somewhere to sleep and not trying to offer more than that
B. P.
Very pleasant stay. Clean, friendly staff and great location and also good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
K. C.
Very nice hotel for the money. Situated within a 10 minute walk to Canary wharf underground station, allowing for quick access to other parts of the city. They provide towels, hair dryer and toiletries. There is a TV with Freeview if you're interested in that. They also offer free luggage hold and you can check in earlier but there is a fee. There is also a whether spoons right next door called the ledger building.
M. J.
Clearly this has been recently refurbished - everything really clean and well presented. It's pretty much an excellent crash pad room for a night or two and this works very well. Staff were really helpful, check in and out process was very smooth and fast. I would definitely use this hotel again.
G. A.
We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The location is easily accessible through underground, DLR and busses. The hotel staff made everything to make us feel welcome, and the room was ingeniously planned with every little detail well thought of to make the best of a small space. Special lighting and excellent mattresses made us sleep very well. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Everything was excelent, the room is small but it's very comfy and clean, great location, great hostess. I would definitely return.
K. N.
Point A hotels is a great and cheap place to stay the night, even if your a tourist or on a business trip. The room is small, but modern. Well suited for business trips. For tourists, it's okay, just stayed there for 8 nights. If you like me, want some cheap place to stay the night and don't spend that much time in the hotel, it's very nice. Note that only snacks are available for purchase at front desk, no other food. But there is shopping center not far from hotel. The staff there is very kind, very welcoming. Always saying hello and good morning when walking through the reception. Very pleasant feeling.
D. T.
Lovely staff, ideal hotel for one or two nights stay, rooms are clean and well presented but pretty small. Great location for canary wharf and docklands. Across the road and to the right are numerous bars and restaurants so no need to bother with taxi's.
R. K.
Great inexpensive hotel for couples wanting a short break in London. I found my room with no windows to be extremely pleasant and the staff very friendly and welcoming. It’s super easy and cheap to get to the city and the fastest and coolest way is by boat. There is plenty to eat nearby with a wide range of choice for all. I will be definitely using this hotel again for my next visit to London.
j. B.
Great friendly staff nice room comfy bed great location
S. H.
It does what you need it to! Ideally placed for Canary Wharf with pubs and restaurants really close by. The place is very clean, rooms are small but everything is there and you can borrow an iron. They offer a free tea or coffee as there no making facilities in the room (for whoever uses this!!). Will definitely stay again
A. D.
The hotel is very central located, close to public transport (5-10 min walk)
The rooms are clean and quiet modern. Problem was that or room had no wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcase which we had to store under bed. And the rooms are not that big, more like shoebox. But you get what you pay for ;-)
J. T.
Great hotel, clean and tidy. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Rooms are on the small side, but if you're only there for a few days, this isn't a problem. Definitely recommend it for cheap overnight stays in London. Or around the world.
R. E.
Great Location just over a quiet road from restaurants and nightlife. Great staff. It was my birthday and on returning to our room found a card signed by all the hotel staff.... just a little bit extra!! Great value for the location and the room was very clean and just what we needed. First class.
A. R.
Absolutely wonderful. The customer service from the staff was perfect, Giselle made us feel very welcomed. They were very attentive. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. A good shower and of course very mood enhancing lights! The only downside was that there are no kettles so you must purchase any hot drinks aside from the first complimentary one. For someone who drinks a lot of tea this is a little bit sad but otherwise an absolutely lovely place! We will definitely go again!
M. M.
The hotel is located close to public transport and nice restaurants. Rooms are simple and small, but have a nice full-room RGB setting with which you can color the entire room. Staff is nice and helpful and fresh towels were provided daily. Great place to stay if you don't need a luxery room.
M. P.
Staff was great. The room was a little small for 2 guest so don't expect to much. The location is excellent if you want to get to the city, because the train is less then a kilometer away. However, the airport is about an hour or two depending on traffic.
E. T.
Very friendly, engaged and nice staff. Felt seen and welcomed . There was no service for breakfast but it wasn,t many step to find one outside the Hotel. Good,,clean room. Liked it👍🙂
C. F.
Excellent stay, I cannot thank enough the very friendly, understanding, helpful, patient reception team. The cleaning team also did an stellar and amazing job.
It was a great stay and fantastic experience!
M. B.
Solidly reliable, no frills hotel with modern purpose built rooms that economize in just the right places. If my stay isn't on the corporate tab, Point A Hotel (formerly Tune Hotel) in Canary Wharf is my first choice. Location-wise, it's ideal for someone whose itinerary will keep them around the Wharf; E14 isn't recommended for first-hand tourists though. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere Central. Nonetheless, the clean stylish rooms here are a good choice, and I appreciate the espresso coffee machine located at reception.
K. Q.
Great staff, friendly.love the futuristic feel, the fact they do not clean the room and offer just fresh towels is great as I prefer DND on trips- finally someone gets me. Remember this hotel has no windows in the majority of rooms. Lacking one star as staff on check out were really pushing the reviews hard and for me and my colleague to mention their names. We work in hotels and we understand the importance of guest reviews ect but to push for names even though we did not engage much is quiet poor.
A. M.
Good hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are rather small for the price, even though inside they do look absolutely fantastic. Very modern looking, almost like inside a spaceship. So the only reason for 4 stars is that the size of the room doesn't correspond to the price.
j. d.
We were on room 36. Just outside main desk. Remind them to shut the door during the day as the noise travels. They were very accommodating. The rooms are small but nice and comfortable. Close to food and about 25min walk to the subway which will get you anywhere you need to go.
J. K.
Good location, super friendly staff, clean nice rooms and really good prices. We had a room with twin beds. Had some problems with hot water and it was fixed immediately when we told about it and we got to leave our bags after check-out free of charge. (Normally 3 pounds/bag)
The only down side were, that only the other one had night table and the only usb spots were otherside of the room.
R. L.
Low cost but also basic place to stay. The staff are friendly and the place efficient, but the rooms are small if you need to do any work there. OK for a short 1 or 2 night stay and if you do not need any other facilities. Beware though if you want to work at a comfortable desk on a large laptop.
P. P. P.
Nice and clean hotel at Canary Wharf area. The rooms are really clean and the personnel really helpful and kind. The establishment it's very close to metro. Every day it's kindly offered a free hot drink or refreshment.
E. G.
Welcomed on my arrival, the room was clean and I grew comfortable quite quickly. This was great since it was last minute and booking was hassle free. The bed I wish I would of had more time but for next time my love 😂😭 thank you to the team at the desk!
A. S.
Brilliant staff. Very helpful. We had a slight issue with our room which no one could be blamed for and it was sorted out immediately. Very helpful in helping us take the best route to our destination. Good selection of bars and restaurants a stones throw away. Rooms are small but this is the point, we had one with a window which apparently isn't all of them which is quite worrying but hey. All in all for the value you can't knock the service or the facilities! There is no kettle in the room if that is one tiny gripe but this is ok because they have a 24hr reception who sell tea and coffee.
G. L.
I liked this hotel. Very clean, looks like it was built this year (maybe it was), staff very helpful and available 24hrs. Rooms are small but that's fine I guess. Although they don't have a restaurant, you can buy coffee and snacks at the front desk, and there are very good restaurants literally a minute away.
L. M.
Great spot and right beside lots of nice places for brunch and dinner in Canary Wharf. Just a short walk to all major modes of transport. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were quiet and clean.
N. H.
Very nice and modern hotel. Rooms are extremely small but very nice and clean. All your needed is here and this place is pretty close to London Canary Wharf business centre. Highly recommended place for stay.
J. W. V.
The hotel has a great location. Close to the DLR line and Jubilee line. Has shopping options and some eating places close, the hotel is abit small but functional. Its modern in style and is looks great, love that the room had air conditioning. Only thing that may off put someone is that the rooms can be small in size. There is also no breakfast included but this I was looking for so np there.
Had a great stay here and would recommend this place for other looking for a nice budget friendly place to sleep.
W. D.
Very clean and nice rooms, very friendly staff who suggested local places to get breakfast and drinks. Perfect place for travellers or anyone visiting London on business who wants a modern hotel in a nice location, but doesn't want to spend too much. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to London.
E. C.
Very cute place, people really nice, the room was clean and the bed was the softest one I've ever slept on. Canary Wharf is a really nice area and it's easy to get to the main attractions of London.
M. R.
The room is compact but for our purposes that wasn't an issue. We stayed at the hotel for one night as it was only one tube stop from the o2 and was a reasonable price for a Saturday night. Everything was clean and the desk staff were courteous.
D. O.
Stayed at many hotels when I've been in London however Point A is probably the best one.
Fantastic location, immaculate and modern rooms with lovely and very friendly staff namely Milda who worked on the Reception desk.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London as it is right next to Canary Wharf with great transport links into the city.
A. K. A.
Lovely rooms and service. Beautiful stylish interior. Close to canary wharf station just a few min walking distance. Only thing there is no food so Uber eats is handy.
A. L.
Checked in at 3pm with no issues. Early check in and late check out is available for a small fee, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed for 3 nights in twin room.
Nearest station is Westferry (DLR don't forget to tap in and out), then either West India Quay (DLR) or Canary Wharf station Jubilee line
The Good:
Combination Hand wash/body wash/shampoo provided
Decent power from shower (press button and twist for more power)
Aircon hot and cold
Mood Colour changing lights
Cleaners come every day
Clean room and bathroom
Full length mirror on back of front door
Mains socket by one bed
The Bad:
No do not disturb sign
Tips: No kettle, tea, milk, coffee in room, you pay for that seperatly at reception desk
No Wardrobe as stated in hotel description but hangers provided for on the wall and a corner shelf
Freeview channels only, but didn't watch TV
Beds are comfy, pillows were quite stiff but that's just my preference, if your fussy bring your own
Mains socket next to TV with 2 seperate USB ports
R. D.
Good location, 5 minutes from a dlr stop, 10 minutes from a shopping centre. Lots of places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, has Aircon which is a nice bonus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel only sells snacks and there's no tea or coffee making facilities in room, but there's the usual coffee shops in the shopping centre.
E. K.
Room tiny but well thought out so we were fine with it. Spotlessly clean and great location near jubilee line and dlr. staff friendly. shops pubs and restaurants stones throw away. Perfect for the o2. Would stay here again.
g. v.
Small, comfortable spot in Canary wharf, in a nice area and conveniently connected with the centre.
Friendly staff and super-clean modern rooms (although with limited space) make this hotel a very good choice to make it a starting point to explore London.
A. S.
I stayed there for 4 whole nights, it was super clean and the staff there was very friendly! Definitely will be staying again :)
S. J.
Nice hotel, Clean rooms, Good if you are traveling alone for work. Staff has been really nice and friendly. Walking distance from Underground and DLR. Good eating places around. I would give it a 5/5 on convenience.
D. P.
Nice and affordable modern rooms, perfect if you don't mind extremely small rooms and cleaning only every third day. Plus for the usb outlets in the wall, especially since I forgot my stick plug adapter at home. Close walk to Canary Wharf underground, but do check walking instructions, just looking at map lead us on a detour due to height differences not easily seen on map. The shower could use some better water pressure, and I would prefer liquid shower soap over the included hard one.
T. M.
Location of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distance of anything within Canary wharf. The rooms are small, but comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Service is always cheerful and positive. I would recommend and I would stay again.
J. J.
Check in speedy and polite. Room is fine for one night with a techy light control for different colours and a large flat screen TV. The room was fine for me and and overnight bag. Excellent room for the price just off canary wharf
M. H.
We were greeted by Milda on reception, who was customer service personified. She made us feel so welcome, and even upgraded our room as it was our first stay. Top marks, we will be back! (Shame there were no additional pillows in the room, but apart from that, brilliant!)
P. W.
Rooms clean, comfortable and very practical. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but they offer at reception. not so handy if you prefer to make your own when you wake up.
T. F.
It is super cold in the rooms. There are no radiators. You could use the AC but it is still not perfect: you had to wait until it warms up, sometimes you needed even to call/come to reception to ask them to turn it on, and worst thing is that the AC dries the air a lot. So you can’t really sleep with it so I was really waking up in the morning to turn it on (manually because there was no remote control)
Room is clean.
There was a chair missing. it wasn’t on the wall, it was missing yes :)
Otherwise all was good.
K. M.
Modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good to great and stable WiFi (limited to 20Mbps, though perfect for Netflix ;) )
Located right at the edge of the new and shiny financial quarters of London the hotel maybe is a bit pricey at times
G. M.
First room was changed because wasn't super clean. Second was all right. Nice lights changing colour.morning staff made it up with a super friendly approach!
Z. B.
You definitely get for what you 'only' pay for so from that point its good value. Rooms are of good quality, clean and well kept. You dont get your normal hotel bits like a kettle tea, wardrobes iron etc. Its a room plus shower only. No breakfast ot dining facilities so eat out. Service very helpful.
A. P.
Good hotel to price ratio. Walking distance to many places. Seems like a safe area at night. Good London vibes. Rooms are clean, somewhat small but very nice
D. I.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location!
K. H.
Seems expensive for a night compared to other areas of the country, but this is London. Room was small, but functional, although beware of the extras that aren't included in the standard package (a towel for example!), and if you want a window, that's extra too. Geeks will love it - you can control mood lighting etc. at the touch of a button.
H. C.
Lovely staff, clean rooms! Really enjoyed staying here for a week. Train station and underground nearby! Best to ask for a room on higher floors for a window.
K. S.
As long as you accept the rooms are very small, this is lovely. Helpful staff, easy checkin and check out, very good location for canary wharf and super quiet at night (very comfortable bed too).
J. B.
Comfortable budget hotel with working AC, decent shower and a quiet location I was in the annex which as far as I could tell no different to the main building. Close to the docklands diner for breakfast only a few minutes from other eateries.
A. S.
The staff was amazing! Very helpful and letting us know where to go for restaurants and brunch. The rooms were clean. Reminded me of how a cabin is on a cruise ship which didn't bother me because I love cruises.
L. W.
It is a very modern hotel, comfortable beds and en suite, but very small rooms. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and the staff were friendly.
A. K.
Really lovely hotel with great rooms and easy access to the local bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are excellent, very professional and made our stay very welcoming. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you
A. S. R.
Good hotel to stay in for business or leisure. Very conveniently placed next to Canary Wharf. There are some nice restaurants and bars nearby too.
Subway is 10min walk away. Easy to get about.
N. S.
A very reasonably priced hotel in a great location, it has all you need if you're just looking for somewhere to stay. Modern clean rooms a comfortable bed and friendly staff.
B. S.
Basic, but exceptionally clean hotel. Yes many things are extra, but you really only need a towel as everything else you want is within easy reach. The shopping centres in and around Canary Wharf are 5 mins walk away and offer a range of refreshment and dining experiences. The cafe in the market is less than 100m from the front door of the hotel and offers a great breakfast for £5 (weekdays only)
A. J.
The rooms are a bit small but they are extremely clean and newly renovated. The staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again.
Z. I.
They are more like motel but they have clean rooms and amazing customer service. Also it is located in a very good location. All type of transport stations are near by. Also, my room view was amazing
B.
As you are only paying for a bed for the night, (no restaurant onsite) , its actually a very affordable and comfortable stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable and each hotel room comes with toiletries, air con, tv (you must pay extra), wifi (you must pay extra) and a safe (you must pay extra).
O. S.
Small Room, but nice design, very clean. The personal is also very friendly and helpful! Altough we haven't paid much at all, this hotel is pretty nice!
S.
It is the first vacation for us in London. We booked via Expedia a room without a window. On the day of our arrival we wanted to ask the staff if we could leave our luggage in a storage room. It was about 10 am and the regular Check-In is at 3 pm. However, the very friendly and kind receptionist Milda not only offered us that we can check in ealier (and get a nice shower) and some free drinks. She also gave us an complimentary upgrade in regarding the room. We received a bigger room with a window.
It is a clean hotel with a great location. You need about 5 minutes to get to the next tube station.
Special thanks to Milda :) We will recomend you!

M. T.
Clean, tidy and compact. Very reasonable prices but charges for extras that would be standard at a higher priced hotel. Good value though, and fairly comfortable, but the rooms are small.
H. D.
The room is ok for 1 person and 1 night. The checking in and out is smooth. However, the negative point os the noise between room and from outside. I was woke up several times during the night because of the noise outside. The Hotel do not propose breakfast .
L. F.
Very good staff, nice, clean and quiete room. No breakfast, but the excellent coffee is for free. Room is like an Ibis and twice the price, but hey... your stay so close to the centre of Canary Warf.
Z. D.
Good location in Canary Wharf and very good value. The rooms are "minimalist" (small) but designed very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A. A.
Good hotel, small rooms but well organized. They are near to stations that are located at DLR line, use DRL, butter than Jublie line because you can see the city while you are using the train, plus, it’s just 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Unlike station in Jullie line “ underground” it’s dark and full of people.
Enjoy your stay in London !
S. K.
Amazing customer service.
Staff were so friendly.
Rooms are a little small, but apart from that everything is amazing.
i.
Very clean room and amazing customer service from Thaynara and Adiel, they are very polite and very helpful. It is amazing to be a guest on this hotel especially if you have this kind of amazing people around that willing to help their customer. I am please to tell that those people are gem.
r. d.
Stayed in tune hotel for a concert. Just perfect. Clean hotel, great staff, close to parking and the tube. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Wish I'd had more time to explore the museum and shops.
D. T.
Great place to stay, I had a good deal at the time. Very warm welcome from two lovely ladies on reception and a bright clean place to stay. Highly recommend.
A. W.
Small but clean, quiet room. No coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms and breakfast not served, however free coffee available at reception and the staff are friendly and efficient.
A. M.
Super convenient location for navigating around London from East. Will be back.
C. E.
Quite a compact, modern hotel in stunning waterside surroundings.
Clean and functional as you would expect from Point A and a great base for exploring! Museums are in the doorstep
S. “. S.
A bit difficult to find, we came here after seeing the ATP tennis finals at the O2. Once we found it the service was great, the room massive in an old nearby Port of London dock building. Great basic facilities and really good value for money.
R. T.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms small but clean and fresh and functional. If you just need somewhere to rest your head for the night which is cheap. This is the place.
O. B.
Small yet very practical room with TV and AC, also you can change the color of the room lights changing the mood completely, very close to bus and metro stations, you can get to Central London within 25 mins (using jubile line), also the staff is very kind and friendly
K. K.
What you would expect from this chain I guess, you pay for what you get. Good business model, acceptable quality accommodation for the price you pay, not much to criticise. The bed was comfortable which is what matters to a business traveller more than anything else in my opinion.
J. R.
Good and functional hotel. Friendly staff and excellent location. Has started to get a bit pricey, which for a hotel that only has rooms makes it less attractive
J. H.
Stayed here for the weekend with my husband and loved it very friendly, helpful staff. A 10 min walk from the tube station and 2 -5 min walk to pubs and resturants..rooms small but adequate very up to date. Would stay here again ..thank you point A x
O. L.
Cheap (for where it is), clean and convenient. Watch out if you get a room on the back of the main building (especially 1st floor) there are a lot of late night and early morning truck movements and shouting that the windows don't hold back the noise of.
N. T.
lovely clean room with great storage facilities and space. Wonderful area and very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We loved our stay!
C. B.
10* through trip advisor i got this for 50 pound per night. The staff were amazing very helpful and polite. I had a bad experience in the brittania international in canary wharf and left after one night and stayed here after explaining the staff upgraded my room for free and wrote me and my partner a little note to cheer us up the room although small was great spotless cleab very modern and warm great bed and great nights sleep no breakfast and tea and coffe were to be purchased at reception but everything is so close and the docklands diner had a great breakfast for only 5.20 tea was only 70p aswell.
J. B. K.
Warning - don't stop or park outside the hotel. You will get a fine! Wish we had known or been warned. Sadly we off-loaded luggage and got stung!!! Hotel is pretty convenient. Basic budget accommodation but new and clean
R. G.
The rooms are very compact, so I wouldn't want a long stay there, but they are well appointed and very clean. For an overnight stay it was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely recommed the hotel.
T. L.
Great location if you need quick access overnight access to Canary Wharf, several restaurants within 2 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy and staff are very helpful.
M. H.
Great location, relatively cheap for the area, rooms are small but functional. Good shower and good WiFi. No onside restaurant facilities but a wetherspoons pub literally on the doorstep.
K. C.
My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times for a weekend away. The hotel rooms are small with a bed, tv and bathroom. The hotel is clean and has air conditioning in the rooms as well as being close to lots of places to eat and shop. Whetherspoons is a minute away as well as the cinema and canary whalf isn't far. The DLR station is closes by which is very convenient. The hotel sells snacks and water but it is very expensive. There is a Tesco inside canary whalf or there is a shop along from Whetherspions called Hot News.
R. M.
Rooms are small but have all you need. After all this is not a place to spend your holiday, but just a room to sleep in whether you are visiting the city or here for business. Fantastic true Italian pizza nextdoor
J. E.
Fantastic location in Canary Wharf - 15 min walk to underground but only 5 min walk to DLR. Rooms are small (to be expected for central London) but clean and quiet. Manager is very nice.
H. Y.
Good location ,clean bathroom but room was smallest I have ever stayed.hairdryer wasn’t working, need to ask for towels.good place if you only need to sleep.
D. D.
Handy for Canary Wharf and not overly expensive - very minimalistic but what there was was fine - no tea or coffee in the room but you can buy freshly made from reception
M. H.
Very basic in its approach, but cheap for the location. Rooms are very small but clean, we have a rate that includes towels, TV, hairdryer and wifi - otherwise these are extras on top of you room rate. Its a no frills hotel but ok to get your head down.
D. H.
Small room, but clean and had everything you need. We only stayed 1 night, think the size might have been difficult to cope with for much more than that.
J. S.
Room was small yet functional. Exactly what I needed. However the building works going on right next door were a complete pain. Woken early in the morning. Which I realise isn't the hotels fault. But I do feel I should have been told at the time of booking.
M.
Very good budget option for 1, rooms don’t really work for couples. Very hospital like setup and unromantic. Highly recommend for 1, do not recommend for 2!
L. O.
One of the best places I've stayed in. Beautiful location, clean and nice room (maybe a bit too small), excellent prices and superb staff.
A. L.
Lovely stay. Clean rooms and quiet. Very handy for tube, restaurants and bars. Will use again
S. M.
Great hotel, comfy bed, slept well. Basic but has all you need for a good night's sleep
L. H.
A little difficult to find as the postcode we were given was wrong but the stay was great. View wasn't anything special but it was incredibly cheap. Great for a few days or a concert visit. Plus the close proximity to a Wetherspoons means it's good for people on a budget as well.
P. M.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, rooms are amazing for minimalism lovers, clean and homy...easy and fast, good prices and great for students !
K. S.
Amazing place! The location is just perfect. The staff is extremely nice and rooms are just right! Clean and cosy.
a. n.
Small simple rooms, but with loads of stuff packed in. Close to Canary Wharf and reasonably priced. Only a 35minute cycle from the city on the cycle super highway
J. K.
Small but perfectly formed hotel room. Great friendly welcome. Excellent location at the heart of the India docks.
L. S.
Design was great, staff were clear and they made great use of the space within the rooms just would have been better if it wasnt so small
L. Y.
Perfect location for the event we were attending. Easy to check in and out with helpful staff. Rooms are compact with everything cleverly fitted into the space.
K. M.
Very nice room, better than expected, could do with a kettle though! Staff were very helpful, especially Dasha who made me feel very welcome!
S. R.
Great boutique hotel in a great location. Lovely warm welcome, friendly polite staff, spacious room. Would thoroughly recommend!
C. H.
Stayed for a long weekend. Cant go wrong for the price. Pub just around the corner and the tube bot too far away. Will be staying again and would recommend to anyone.
r. w.
Great stay the room was fairly small but had everything I needed the facilities were brilliant and the girls on the desk very friendly helpful and polite
J. R.
Great friendly staff rooms are a bit on the small side but are very modern and have mood lighting and air conditioning. Great night sleep!
C. C. B.
I was going out in the west India quay area with some friends so this was the perfect base. Small room but large enough for me and very well furnished. Great friendly staff. I loved it
E. R.
Fantastic hotel, helpful staff, room was clean and had everything you could need. Great value for money.
D. F.
Cheap and cheerful, rooms are very small and compact but only booked to stay for a night to visit the theatre so ideal.
e. e.
Lovely clean hotel room with great staff. The shower was great and you can change the colour of the lights which was super cool!
C. E.
The room was fantastic. The staffs were lovely, friendly and helpful. Will most likely stay again!
D. F.
Exceptional economic accommodation! The Tune does it right, we feel like we owe them for such a fantastic option. Have stayed in 3 Tunes across the UK, all outstanding.
S. S.
A really nice pod hotel which was very clean and welcoming. Only stayed the one night so can't comment too much but felt really comfortable and slept well
J. P.
Room was small but very functional, my one complaint was the lack of additional pillows. Even after asking at reception, I was told that they were very busy and would probably not have any. I can't believe a hotel would only have two pillows per room.
G. J.
The staff where fabulous, Ana and Tunde looked after us but they where all brilliant and the rooms where spotless, would book again when I'm in London, simply Brilliant x
S. D.
Great value for money. Happy and helpful staff. Thank you to Tunde for making me feel welcome and giving me excellent directions to a restaurant.
T. H.
Ideal location located next to Canary Wharf, rooms very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly when we arrived.
T. T.
Basic and very clean. The most reasonably priced hotel in Canary Wharf. Absolutely no frills but a comfortable bed and a good night's rest.
J. H.
Rooms very comfortable, shower works fine and the hotel itself is very smart. Only criticism I have is how thinn the walls are.
H. C.
Once I found it, it was fast to check in and the receptionist who greeted me was ssoo nice!
A. R.
Had a wonderful weekend at Point A Hotel, mainly due to the kind hearted and helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for better. I want to thank Canan, Melissa and Milda for the wonderful experience, thank you for your help and hospitality we felt very welcome. ❤❤❤❤❤
D. M.

W. M.
Does the job.. pretty basic but you get what you pay for.. Don't let that put you off because the place is lovely with very modern attire and comfortable sleeping space.
T. J.

S. F.
Very warm, pleasant and welcoming staff, nice rooms, comfortable and quiet (for London) at a reasonable price.
i. n.
Rooms are well done albeit smallish. However, you have to pay for towels, TV, hairdryer etc.... really!
S.
Small but clean room, no window or storage space. No restaurant. Nice place.

V. A. N.
Great hotel with friendly staff! Small room but smart and clean!
H. J.
Very friendly and helpful staff, small but clean and 'efficient' room and very close to Canary Wharf.
B. H.
Friendly, efficient and very cheap for a hotel room in Canary Wharf. Go on, treat yourself and pay that extra tenner for a room with a window.
C. V.
Small with friendly staff. I advise taking a taxi here from the underground as the road is not easy to find. Paying extra for towels and cleaning seems a bit much.
S. N.
Clean and friendly staff. No frilled budget hotel but adequate for short stay
A. P.
Clean and tidy. Compact. Bit of noise from the traffic outside and people coming and going from the lift.
J. P.
