This hotel has everything you need in a compact and clean way - the location is amazing and the amenities are great! The rooms are clean and tidy, quite small and cozy but very functional with the space. It's a great value for the price and the service and staff are super helpful and friendly. Overall a great place to stay in London for a few nights if you're just looking for a nice bed to sleep in after a long day of exploring the city.

The management in this hotel is incredible. They are hospitable, kind and helpful at all hours of the day. Yes, the rooms are small but definitely comfortable and worth the price you’re paying. I stayed sporadically throughout several months in the summer and cannot recommend Point A enough. Absolutely wonderful.

The staff are friendly and motivated to make your stay better, regarding the room it was good for the price I pay. It was Clean and Comfort. Disliked · The heater can be better. During my stay the weather was freezing and required better heater.

You get what you pay for. I had low expectations, but for the price, I felt like it was well worth it. The area was nice, a quick 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube station and a 10 minute walk to the Kensington area. The facilities were pretty nice. The public area downstairs was cozy and lots of people spent time down there (probably because the rooms are so small). It felt pretty safe and secure here too. The rooms were quite small, but this wasn't an issue for me. If you have a group of 3 or more, this will feel way too small. With two people, it's fine. The rooms have essentials, but nothing extra. The TV's had Chromecast which was really nice. The walls are thin and it's easy to hear hallway noise, so that was the biggest negative for me. Reception is a bit slow, but very friendly! I recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay Quiet, comfortable rooms. We booked a room without window and heard no sound at all from other rooms. Love the calming mood lighting. Compact rooms but excellent value for money for location. We can't wait to stay again. Theo especially was always very helpful and friendly during our stay however, all staff were wonderful.

stayed here for a week as transit between uk and home. highly satisfied in general - especially the staff! (how come every one is so friendly and interesting and will answer every one of my requests even if many of them are beyond the realm of hotel responsibilities) Room clean and modern. Breakfast is sumptuous. Only concerns are if there will be with a table to write on, a fridge and a kettle in the room, the hotel will be perfect!

Nice location, excellent staff, very friendly always greeting us as we arrived back and giving us a fond farewell. Room was extremely small so a little uncomfortable, shower was quite dirty and it was a struggle to get the water pressure to work. Overall it was ok, but I would probably look elsewhere on my next visit.

Great hotel! Although the rooms are cosy they are well designed to maximise space, with a big tv, en suite shower and a place to hang your clothes. The staff are super friendly! From the reception staff to the cleaners, everyone is polite and helpful. Reasonably priced coffee and drinks in the reception area were a godsend this morning! We would highly recommend, thank you :)

Excellent stay. Very clean rooms and modernized equipment. I love the mood light and very fast internet connection. My husband was working all day and didn’t have any internet problems. TV is already chromcast ready. Theo from reception was extremely friendly and you feel welcome and like home everytime you stay in the lounge for coffee.

I write this review whilst still booked in at the hotel. It's an easy recommend to anyone. Very cool receptionist at check in, and really cool rooms in my own opinion. Quiet, spacious, mood lights , temperature control, smart TV you can cast to e.g if you're watching Netflix on your laptop you can cast onto the big screen. A ton of restaurants and grocery stores at your doorstep.

Nice modern hotel . Very clean . Good location . Easy check in. Good staff . Only slight problem was TV having no Ariel and not being able to use the HDMI port to connect my device. You have to use their Chromecast. Will definitely be back one of the nicer hotels I have been too in a while.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler. The decor was modern, and the room was clean. The service was good also. Breakfast was available for $9 everyday and you can have as much as you want. I would definitely stay her again.

The 'cosy'-sized rooms are incredibly cramped and would not have been suitable for any more than a two night stay. Barely any room for luggage if you plan to move between the bed and the bathroom. The room and hotel was however very modern and nicely decorated. There were odd stains on the drapes and floor which wasn't very inviting. Overall, I'd probably stop here again due to the price, ease of stop and excellent location.

It is a great option if you want a clean,small and affordable room. The staff is very helpful and the street is quite. The neighborhood is beautiful

This hotel was perfect for my short stay in London with easy access to the underground and a very comfortable bed. The reception staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel felt very safe. I did not have the breakfast but it looked like there were good options, though, for £9 there are more creative options in the area. The room with a skylight was great for natural light and with complete control over temperature and lighting, I could adjust the room to my liking.

Small but lovely hotel near Earl’s Court in Kensington. Rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable, the pillows are alright and the bathroom meets your needs. The staff is very nice, absolutely no complaints. That said.. I gave Point A four stars, as I believe the rates are a bit steep compared to what you get. As I mentioned, the rooms are truly tiny — I can’t imagine staying in one with another person. Would still come back, as my overall stay was very pleasant!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in London Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff , The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the front desk and kitchen team deserves a special thanks. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Stayed in a double room with window - the room was clean and modern with digital air conditioning and mood lighting, bathroom was also nice and shower was decent. The room was quite small but considering how cheap it was I'd say it was really good value for money

Great little hotel in a great location. Less than a 10 minute walk from Earl's Court underground station with lots of cafes, shops and bars near. Staff were all super friendly and check in was quick and swift. Room was small but had everything we needed (except hooks to hang things on the wall?!) Bed was really comfy and the bathroom was super clean. Loved the lighting and heating controls, super easy to use. Also really liked that the tv had chromecast so you could stream music/videos to the tv! A hairdryer is in the room, with plently of underbed storage and cupboard space There was no iron in the room but there was an ironing room on the lower floor, with a decent iron and board. Communal areas were nice and bright, and there was options for drinks/snacks. Breakfast looked nice but basic, yogurts, fruit, pastries etc. Would definitely reccomend this place for a few nights in London, perfect accessible location for most things.

Great hotel in the heart of Kensington! Clean, ecclectic, modern. Great vibe for a mother / daughter trip from Canada. Lovely welcoming lobby charm, staff and the breakfast area was beautiful like a bistro. The food was presented stylishly and was upscale continental! Great selections and qualify. Our room was 122 - sweet with 2 twin beds + a window, and faced the back garden away from the street. Quiet and no noise from other rooms. Modern bathroom, clean floors throughout and just right for us. We walked everywhere, including to Harrod's. Thanks so much for a perfect stay.

Nice staff, modern roms. I was placed in the under ground room with window. The UG hallway had a strong unpleasant smell. However the room was superb, but cold, I maxed the heater to 28c and the it was okay. Big downside of the hotel was all the door slamming, it was so loud in to the room and it started from 6-7am and went on all morning.

Perfectly fine room, good air con, decent shower and good TV. Room was small was no wardrobe space which I wasn't a fan of as we had clothes which would have benefitted being hung, the one or hangers dangling off the wall are really only good for coats or jackets. Receptionists were hit and miss, some were really lovely one or two seemed, frankly, grumpy But overall for the price and location, it's a pretty good choice.

I found this hotel after a night out on Sat evening at a pretty good price and I was so impressed by it. I got a room that looked exactly like on the pictures, very modern with aircon and cool controls for the lights such as a mood light option, big smart TV with the option to cast video from your phone, fast Wi-Fi, powerful shower, etc.. the hotel it's brand new as they only opened last Monday so it feels really clean. Gisa the night receptionist was so kind when I got to the hotel, making me feel welcomed by offering coffee and water, there was a slight issue with my booking but she handled it very professionally, so helpful. The location is also good as it's in a safe and quite area closed to restaurants, metro and bus stops. I have worked in hotels for a good number of years and I can tell things look pretty good here, all the best to the entire team!

Had an issue with 3 remote controls not working but eventually it was solved. The room is good for the price. But there's no window & the sky light is high up & doesnt have a cover so as soon as it was sunrise I had light shining right down onto me which added to the lack of sleep from the air con that wouldn't turn off it automatically blew freezing air at random times in the night & I couldn't get it to stop. I ended up having the worst nights sleep & just couldn't wait to leave the next morning
