The staff were really friendly and welcomed us in from a very early train journey with a cup of tea to warm us up on a cold morning. The rooms are basic however are spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfy.
For the price and the quality I really can’t fault it and have visited several times since.
Great location with loads going on around.

Some of the staff are so friendly, Su, Ray and Layla were all fantastic. I needed to check in a little earlier and this was accommodated for me, I had an issue with my shower which was fixed literally within minutes. I didn’t catch her name but when I came in from a cold nights walk, one of the team made me a complimentary hot chocolate! I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough. The location is fantastic and the rooms although compact l, were extremely clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay, will definitely book again.

Lovely staff. Good price. Great location. Good room. The lift broke and wouldn't go up so we had to take the stairs a couple of times and the fire alarm went off about 10 times over a 2 night stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights mid week in a windowless room. Very clean and quite comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient. The noise from the AC will bother some light sleepers, although I found it actually helped me to sleep and drowned out the noise from neighbours. As some others have noted, the walls are quite thin and you can be disturbed if you are unlucky and you have someone inconsiderate next door. Shower was fine but not all that powerful. Overall for £63 very good value for central London. It’s not the Four Seasons but I wasn’t expecting it to be. Perfectly fine for a work trip.

Love the staff and the hotel is clean and good!
Have stayed here before so I knew it would be a quick and enjoyable check in and welcome by the staff. The hotel is otherwise easily accessible from the Kings Cross public transport.
The hotel has several types of rooms. This time I booked a room without a window. So the most affordable room. Came to the door and there they had put on a seal to show that it had been washed and disinfected.
The room is small. The bathroom is small. But it is completely clean. And has everything you need. There may be some slight noise between the rooms, but for me it is completely unproblematic as its not loud at all.
Why 5 stars from me? Because it delivers on what I'm looking for. It's central, it's clean, it's nice staff and the price is perfectly ok for London.
If it's a romantic weekend trip with my girlfriend to London and we should spend a lot of time in the room, then I would have chosen another. At a higher price. But to sleep well, relax a bit, take a good shower and so on, the hotel is absolutely superb.
I eat breakfast on the spot next door. The Water Rats. £ 10 for full english breakfast. And £ 4 extra for freshly squeezed orange juice. In a cozy atomic atmosphere. It does not get better. It is also the place I like to have a beer or drink before bedtime.

Friendly staff, had a room with no windows, I did not mind this, bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean. The only downsides are that it is quite noisy and there was mould in the bathroom, which was disappointing as this could be cleaned. Overall good for a cheap night stay in London, would stay again.

Had booked room with accessible bathroom. Not available so ended up with a good sized bedroom and a very small bathroom, not really suitable for disabled. Okay for a night, reasonably priced and good position near King's Cross.

Excellent stay! They have late check out policy, could stay until 2pm for a little extra fee! Nice, clean, good location, friendly staff!

This is a low cost budget hotel located in the King's Cross area.
The hotel location is good with good connectivities.
As expected rooms are on small side.
A buffet breakfast is available for hotel guests.
Cleanliness is good.
Facilities are well maintained.
WiFi is available and stable with reasonable speed.
Staff members are professional, friendly and efficient.
Prices are reasonable. Both cash and cards are accepted here.

Room was just what we needed for the weekend in London. Stayed in the double room with no windows for 2 nights. It was very clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would definitely book again!
N. S.
Good location, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection. A small fridge would be nice and rooms are very small but no big deal
B. C.
Needed 2 nights stay excellent value very clean room breakfast included no kettle in the room but food area downstairs tea coffee snacks available all day staff really nice and helpful
S. B.
The common saying of ‘you get what you pay for,’ is a recurring theme in life, as is ‘it does exactly what it says on the tin’. And both sit comfortably under this hotels banner.
What more would one want for the price. The hotel was clean and modern, and in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross, which makes it a perfect base to explore the capital from.
Yes, the rooms are cosy, but if all you need is somewhere to dump your bags, take a shower and sleep. Then you need no more. However, if you want the space to unwind and relax, or maybe a plot to skip and dance. Then this hotel ain’t for you
P.
Very nice place to stay in London, the location is perfect and the room is super clean and quite. Reasonable price.
S. P.
Our room was upgraded on arrival. The hotel was spotless. We had 4 nights in this hotel and couldn’t fault it. Staff were so helpful. I would definitely book again. A window room is worth paying extra for. Also I took my travel kettle and tea and coffee!! Perfect location to see London.
A.
Kevin at the checkin desk was super friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant checkin experience. Thank you!
C. W.
The room was a good size for the price of the stay, perfect location. The staff were helpful and polite, easy check in and out process, however the walls are thin and we were woken up gone Midnight twice due to other residents and nothing seemed to be done about it. Other than that we had no issues
D. K.
The hotel didn't like the room with no window and also no kettle in room which was disappointing and breakfast was poor don't think I would go back the one good thing was it's location
R. R.
Despite the fact that the room was tiny and the setup a bit uncomfortable, the staff was amazing, they even kept insulin refrigerated for us, the breakfast is really good and inexpensive. We had a good time, I extremely recommend it if you are going on tourist budget and going to be out and about 75% of your time in London.
Thanks to Muna, she is great!

We are staying here at the moment. On booking in I noticed a problem with the shower door. We was given another room almost immediately. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would stay here again and the central location is within easy reach of everything.
S.
A good hotel not expensive so don't attempt to a good quality, the wall are thin you can hear the noises from the hallways when the other people don't respect others and makes noise you can hear them unfortunately.
The room was correct not too small but the window from our room was broken so we can feel the fresh air enter.
The workers are not friendly it seems like we disturb
D.
Very reasonable priced, friendly staff but to only have 1 plug in a double room 🙄...really. If you are on the larger side don't book here if you want to use your bathroom. All it all was still happy with choice, very central .
D. G.
I went to this hotel last year for a few days and and the people and the hotel well was a great experience and they were very helpful

Positive:
Very modern and properly maintained hotel, as well as its rooms. The staff is very friendly and open to help you with any questions. Location is very good, only a 5 minute walk from King Cross station, from where you can travel by tube or train to the rest of London very quickly.
Negative:
Quality of the beds is quite poor, the mattresses are really hard and the pillows way too soft. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis and the towels are not refreshed daily. I understand the 'environmental' policy, however as a guest in a hotel I do expect some level in comfort and hygiene.
Lastly, charging 3 GBP per suitcase/bag per day (for the day of departure) to keep in a room is not acceptable anymore. Such things, certainly given the prices of the rooms, should be included in the service.
C. B.
Good value no frills hotel close to Kings Cross. Cheap, clean and comfortable. Bathroom tiny, but as expected. Extra charges for things like bag storage.
K. E.
Decent bed, decent shower. Solid hotel choice for a short stay and to form a base for a London visit
L. M.
Great price and location. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The one thing which would be brilliant is a kettle/tea/coffee in the room!
Would stay again.

My friend and I arrived at about 12pm to a very warm welcome. We were checked in to a new room straightaway, which was a pleasant surprise as we expected to have to wait until 3pm. The hotel’s location is fantastic: it’s a ten minute walk from London Kings Cross.
ROOM: Its small size made the room feel a bit like a cabin: everything was minimalistic but it was all nice and new-looking. The two single beds were a bit narrow. There was a flip-down 'desk' you could sit at on the end of your bed...probably not ideal for business customers!
FACILITIES: We could have done with another hand towel and only had one pillow each. There are three or four shelves as well as a few hooks with coat hangers for storage. There was a hairdryer already in the room. Hand wash, shampoo and shower gel are provided. The mood lighting is amazing! A safe was by the bed, we didn't use it. Unfortunately, the shower was cold. We didn’t really miss not having a window; there is air conditioning! The TV was a decent size.
FINAL COMMENTS: I was so pleased by the excellent service we received! The breakfast seemed expensive (£9!). This hotel is definitely ideal for a night or two.

Clean, modern and cheap hotel right on the doorstep of Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston Stations and a short walk from Chinatown, Soho and many of central London's most famous attractions. Rooms vary as you would expect. Ours had a window which only really guaranteed we weren't trapped in a basement room, but there was little to see other than the back of another building. Room was small, but well laid out so it didn't seem that cramped.
Better for a quick overnight stay, or if you're on a small budget rather than a base for a prolonged stay in London especially if you want room to relax and gather your thoughts.
K. C.
Very clean welcoming staff in a great position 8 mins walk from King's Cross Train Station rooms tidy small but everything's her for a base to visit the London attractiond
C. W.
Excellent stay room was lovely and clean staff brilliant very friendly and welcoming we’re able to give lots of information on how to get about will definitely be back
D.
Very clean and for the price well fitted rooms. The staff was mega friendly so no real complaints. Something that was unusual for me the windowless room but for the price and one night stay it was grand. The walls seemed to be thin so it was a bit of an annoyance but othwerwise great location.
J. M.
Value in a great location in London. We were looking for a last-minute place to stay for the evening and ended up booking a room with two twin beds and pushed them together. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean - which is really important! The only downside was the limited space in the room and you were able to hear other people walking around, moving luggage and thumping. Overall, a great stay for one night!

I had a truly excellent experience with Point A hotel. My husband and I arrived earlier than expected to check in and the wonderful ladies at the front desk allowed us to sit in the lounge area and they prepared our room early for check in. The compassion the staff showed for weary and bedraggled travelers was most appreciated. I chose a room without a window, which actually worked to our advantage, since it allowed us to nap and adjust to the time change more easily. The rooms are compact, but perfectly designed and included everything we needed. The breakfast offerings were delicious and higher quality than one might expect from a hotel of an equivalent price. Everything perfectly met our needs and I am planning our next trip to include stays at two Point A hotels.

The hotel room was exceptionally small especially for 2 medium built adults. The bathroom was extremely compact and very limited toiletries provided - I recommend bringing or buying your own as those “all in one shampoo/body wash/ conditioner” is awful. The house cleaning was minimal - would have been nice to get new towels. The pillows are small and hard - we should have asked for extras. The staff were lovely and the location is perfect - easy access to anywhere in London. It was overall a decent place to stay, thankfully the weather was good or we would have been very cooped up in that tiny room!
L. B.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. However the manager needs to relearn the Abc's of basic hotel managment and hospitality!
T. B.
Really enjoyed my first stay here. The room was small, but it was very clean and comfortable - perfect for those who are after a no frills hotel room for a short stay. I really liked the mood lighting and had lots of fun adjusting it too my liking. The air con was also very welcome. Staff were pleasant, but it was slightly annoying to have to wait while they finished their conversation before finally paying me attention. However, I would definitely stay here again as it's a perfect base for short trips.
J. S.
Clean and modern. Rooms are small even though have double beds and are en-suite. My colleague (17 stone+) could not shut his shower door. Only do continental breakfast, but 10% discount for breakfast in pub next door. Reception stuff friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room either (though where you can place them would be a tough question!)
K. O.
Room was lovely and clean and although compact was comfortable, the curtains at the front need improvement as lighting on the street for 1st floor rooms was bright. Also drink making facilities would be a bonus in the rooms. The breakfast was along the continental range but I have to say the selection was very good and there was ample supply of food.
W. B.
I have just stayed at this hotel for 1 night with a friend We chose twin room with no windows The room was fantastic for us Modern, clean compact. Bathroom excellent. Ambient lighting Great air con, safe facilities. No noise from outside so great nights sleep. The staff were fabulous and friendly. Could not do enough for us. Complimentary coffee offered in the morning.
Central location and nice walk from Euston station. Our room was 528.
Thankyou.

After our return flight was canceled by the big storm, we needed a hotel for the next 2 nights, so we booked it at the A Point Hotel in Kings Cross, and when we got there it was noticed that I was under stress for August instead of February But for the nice staff there it was no problem to help us to change the booking. Thanks Mehmet and his nice colleague. The stay there was wonderful, clean rooms, great breakfast and especially the nice staff. We will be happy to come back go there next time we're in London.
J. D. S.
The wife and I stayed here. The hotel has a modern, comfortable lobby, working space. The rooms are quite small and if you don't have a window (like us) it's a bit claustrophobic, but they are well equipped with aircon, TV and all the basic amenities required.
The breakfast at this location is delicious though. It's 9 pounds, but well worth it. Finally, the staff are awesome. Very friendly and accommodating.
R. S.
If all you want is somewhere to sleep, the rooms are perfect. The beds are comfortable, there's everything you need and it's very clean. You just wouldn't want to spend long in the room to relax or work. Check in and out is very efficient.
E. S.
Lovely stay. Very helpful staff 😊 really nice breakfast selection - definitely recommend. Bathroom is very nice and clean, really good powerful showers. Ideal location, 5 min walk to Kings X station. 100% will stay again. Perfect for a nice weekend away to London
V. K.
It's clean, the people there are very nice and very helpful. No place to sit in your room but the bed. No fridge in rooms and no ice at the hotel. Bathroom super small, 3 elevators 2 in front 1 wasn't working and 3 people was an tight squeeze. The 3rd elevator around the corner larger but only went to 5th floor. No closet, or place to hang clothes or put clothes, nothing to put suitcase on but floor. Shower filled with water not draining, took 15 20 min to drain.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights - 19th to 23rd May. The location of the hotel is perfect since it is only about seven minutes walk from the Kings Cross Station. The hotel is modern, with quite a decent breakfast and I would say value for money. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bathroom was large in comparison. Good soft bed. They did have a few cloth hangers but I think they should have a cupboard or something for clothes. Otherwise you need to work from your suitcase which is very inconvenient if you are staying 5 nights like we did. However, we enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
H. S.
Staff are A1 I wish I had them working for me , they really look after the customer.
O. K.
Generally a decent hotel if you just need a place to stay the night. It's not overly comfortable or cozy, but decent value for money. Staff was friendly, rooms were no-frills. I had a room on the ground floor and it was extremely loud, had a hard time sleeping. Location is close enough to Kings Cross.
M. F. T.
A unique hotel, I really enjoy my stay in here. The rooms had colorful lights and you can change the color of the lights! Very technological. The staff was very kind and I want to highlight the attention and kindness of Fatima. She helped us a lot and was very nice with us. Really close to King Cross St and Saint Pancras St. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
B. S.
Basic but very clean rooms. I took a kettle as not provided. Hairdryer is provided and there is an ironing room on the basement.
Fabulously helpful and friendly staff.
Great spot, next door to the "Water Rats" pub for good food and live music. Rail stations close by,convenience store a very short walk away. Would definitely use it again.

Was quite surprised after reading the reviews as hotel was cute and lovely. Perhaps it depends on the room you are given. I was on the 5th floor, with windows and must confess that it was on the small side but clean all the same and towels changed daily. The only mirror in the room was obstructed by the hanger in front of it making it difficult for you to use it. No table or chair or tea facilities but told to use the coffee facilities in the lounge after asking permission of course. Breakfast was a bit limiting with lots of pastries, fruit, yogurt and egg but must admit the pastries were fresh and hot. Nice. Overall, cute hotel, in a good location. Staff were pleasant and willing to help.

Superb value for money in top location
I love this place! Stay here often for business & find it convenient, easy & very reasonable rates. Rooms very comfortable & impeccably clean. Friendly & lovely staff, Iza & Fatima always welcome me with a big smile & everyone else nice too. It's not posh, it's not boutique but for a budget hotel it's definitely 5 stars. I also love the fact they have LED lights in the room, their coffee cup lids are biodegradable & toiletries are large bottles for guests to use instead of small toiletries that get opened & binned half full. It's refreshing to find a hotel that cares a little more about the environment. Thanks for always giving me such a great stay!
B. H.
This hotel has a great location being a five minute walk from Kings Cross. Room very clean, friendly staff working at the hotel.
Only bad thing about the hotel is that there is no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
There are lifts available to use.
If you need a room with a window remember to ask as I was allocated a room with no window however this was upgraded free of charge once I arrived.
Enjoyed my stay and I would visit again.
D. W.
Location perfect, service super pleasant, everything very clean and comfortable. Room small but we weren't spending much time there so it was fine. Plus we were expecting it. Bathroom was bigger than we had anticipated, with nice shower. Despite no windows, the room was bright and didn't feel closed in at all. Overall very pleased and will totally stay here next time.
V. I.
Room was clean with great air conditioning. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was only cold foods and coffee is extra but there is a very nice restaurant next door that has s nice variety at a good price
We enjoyed our stay
A. J.
So it's a really good location. Very convenient for staying close to the St Pancras train station. 7 minute walk. Check in and check out was smooth. Rooms were just adequate. Mine didn't have a window which is weird. It was like an upscale dorm room. Minimalistic and not missing much.
S. A.
Good hotel at great location. We've got one of the best rooms in my opinion (top floor) with view of London downtown and London eye. Room was nice and clean. It was hard to get used to every 3 days housekeeping but in the end was just fine. Can't beat price/location/ratio so we were happy with our choice. Lots of restaurants and pubs around, Hotel offers some drinks and snacks as well. I would be a customer again.
J.
We stayed in one of the basement rooms. The room was updated and fairly clean. Walls are thin though, you can hear everything in the other room. The shower head was also not adjustable, and the shower curtain was stained. However this hotel gets points for location - not far from St. Pancras station, or the Brunswick shopping centre.
E. A.
Good Budget Hotel but.... The website says that there is a buffet breakfast available, but that is not the case here. Not a problem really as there are so many great places to eat in the area. No kettle in room so you have to pay for drinks at reception. Other reviews mention the small rooms - they are small but considering the price and location I think that's to be expected, and my room certainly wasn't uncomfortably small. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great.
P. S.
Small room but comfortable. The elevator broke while we were there so we had to walk three flights to the room. We booked through kayak so we were "upgraded" to have towels, soap, and a TV. I've never been to a hotel were these are luxury items. All in all it was a fine place for the night. Staff was friendly.
T. S.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a co op across the road, it was a 10 minute walk from the station, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are small but perfect for a stop over.
C. B.
We Stayed at this hotel while visiting London for 3 days.
I was so happy and satisfied with everything and the customer service here is excellent.
We had Bernadette at the reception who was absolutely amazing and helped us a few times and looked after us so well during our stay.
I loved the fact that the hotel has been tastefully renovated, was very clean and had a comfortable and clean bed, it was also close to the train station. (Liverpool Station)
We took the room with no windows and it did not feel any different from rooms that were above ground and that had windows.
I will surely stay here again and I am sure I will recommend family and friends to stay here as well.
Do not just read the bad reviews, sometimes travellers don't always get what they demand for and the first thing that they do is write bad reviews, you must see it for yourself to believe it!
Thank you Tune Hotel for the wonderful stay and your staff ROCKS!!!
Keep up the good work!

Location is great - 5 minute walk from Kings Cross tube station which has lots of tubes running through including a national rail service (great transportation links). Room is compact, everything you need; however the bathroom was too small...had restricted access to the toilet. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were both clean and pleasant. Service was good, helped and assisted when needed but I didn't utilitie the service much. Overall, enjoyed the experience and would stay again - great for the price!
H. N.
The hotel is well positioned, clean and the staff are very accommodating. However, we booked a twin room and were given a double because of refurbishment works. This should have been communicated before our arrival so that we could make other arrangements if needed. Even on the fourth floor, there was a significant level of noise from the street. The bed was small and uncomfortable. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
K. P.
We loved the location of this hotel as it is easy to walk around and access to the St.Pancras underground/international train station. Staffs are very polite and kind, they gave me extra pillows and a room with extra bed as I am 7 months pregnant. The policy was clearly explained when we first check in that they will only make bed every 3 nights stayed, we stayed 6 nights and have no problem with that. They clean the garbage in room everyday though.
It will be great if they have enough place to hang clothes, a few more on the wall to hang the bathtowels in the bathoom and the stall or table to place our luggages on. So it is easy to reach and get your stuffs.
We are not sure if they do vacumm cleaning on the floor as we always see lots of dust under the bed from the first day and during our stay but we didn’t make it a big issue and just think this is a very basic cleaning part they should do for any guest rooms.
G. E.
Extremely small space enough room for a bed and a bathroom and not much more but it is close to kings cross for easy rail access. The room aside from the toilet having not been flushed and there being a nice surprise in there seems to be clean. For the price it is decent nothing extravagant, in fact pretty far from it but it works if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and dont need a lot of space to move around because you will be running around town anyway this place will be just fine.
R. W.
Loved this place. Very inexpensive for such good access to metro/rail system. Rooms are quite small, but furnished very well and modern. Great lobby area to stretch out and plan the day with a coffee and snacks. Will definitely use them again.
A. H.
Location to Kings Cross was perfect. Hotel was clean and modern with super helpful staff. We werent going to have breakfast but were so glad we did! Lots of choice and very well presented. The best thing was that while 3 of us went to support the London Marathon, my elderly, disabled dad stayed at the hotel and was so well cared for. Highly recommend this hotel .
J. G.
The rooms are small, but clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel is in a fantastic location with it being a short walk away from King's Cross. There are tonnes of options in the area for food and coffee and it's easy to get to wherever you need to go. Good deal for travelers who don't want to go the hostel route but are looking for affordable options in central London.
H. C.
The room was weird: located in the basement (which they call the ground floor) had boarded up windows and the bathroom was lacking a door!!!! We're still giving A Point Hotel 3 stars because the reception area and room are very clean, airy and modern. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants, fast food and shops close by and great shopping, including Covent Garden, within walking distance. Would come again but insist on a room that isn't so weird.
E. H.
A lovely clean, bright and pleasant hotel in the heart of King's Cross. I stayed because I had an early train to catch, and was so pleased I did. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy and the shower great. Some people might not appreciate the size of the bathroom – it was definitely cosy – but it didn't bother me.
I didn't take the £9 breakfast, because there are plenty of cafés nearby; and you can barely move for branches of Pret A Manger!
Don't request a window room if you're a light sleeper, because the road is busy busy busy and the windows don't do a great job of keeping the noise out. But if you're used to traffic noise, or are a heavy sleeper, or don't mind using the free earplugs from reception, you'll be fine.
C. H.
Location is great, rooms are quite small but fine as an overnight stay. Facilities are clean, nice to have a TV in room. We had a mix up with our room which was a shame, staff couldn't remedy it but gave us free tea & coffee & luggage storage to make up for it which was appreciated
M. A.
It was the perfect place to land and get our feet under us as a start point. The rooms are clean, the staff is absolutely awesome, helping with train tickets and finding answers for us above and beyond. I hope we have to opportunity to have another visit!
A. M.
Was absolutely fine for 1 night. Don’t think you could stay here too long though as the rooms are very small. Good location and near tube station. 24 hour reception and they have tea/coffee facilities downstairs. Overall good.
H. W.
I started using Tune Hotels, as they were, when they first came to the UK and they were excellent as no one knew about them - lovely shower rooms, comfy beds and pristine decorations. Now everyone knows about them they're not what they once were as they get hard used! The rooms are getting tired - mildew in the shower, scuffs everywhere, fittings a bit rickety. The room I was in was right under the reception and I could hear the clip-clop of shoes and rumble of suitcase wheels all night. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but better soundproofing would be ideal. For the money, it was reasonable value but canny use of the internet would bring up similar prices in better hotels.
D. S.
I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was en-suite room with a queen-size bed. It was small, but it was big enough to accommodate two people who just needed a place to sleep. The room was nicely decorated and the price per night was good.
However, I didn't particularly like the fact that I had to pay for every single extra such as hair dryer, towels, internet, TV and EVEN WINDOWS!!! The rooms with windows were additional £40 which was ridiculous!
R.
Genuinely good value, minimalist hotel. 80% of the CitizenM at 50% of the price.
M. A.
Good for a couple of nights' stay if you are travelling for buisness, or if you are visiting London on a budget. Only very basic meals served, rooms are small but clean
b. z.
great value for money,
i Visit London a lot for work so experience a lot of London hotels, The rooms are a little smaller then in the bigger chains, like Hilton but the price is a lot less.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful the room itself is comfortable, the shower is good, the bad is nice.
All in all i had a very nice stay at a 60% of the normal price i pay and plan to stay more times.
K. M.
The location is great. The metro station is very near by. The staff is very friendly also recieved emails before my trip for me staying at the hotel and a nice letter under our door after our 1st night if we needed anything or information to make our stay more enjoyable. The room is a bit small and the shower. But for balance is price and location good pick.
A.
Enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Me and my partner booked a double room with no window. Before arriving I was a little bit sceptical and unsure what to expect. Pleasently surprised - small room but clean and compact and it had everything you needed (except for tea and coffee facilities). We had mood lighting which really added to our experience. The air con was great too. No bar on sight but there is a pub next door which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner too. I would stay here again as it had great access to the underground which was only 5 mins away.
M. M.
Hotel was well situated close to many transport links but on a busy road so ear plugs are usefull. Staff were extremely pleasant and check in and out were a breeze. Had a double room with a window and the place was roomier than it first appeared. Was very clean and linens were new. Bed was very hard however.
A. T.
Very clean and modern hotel, polite staff, and a really good breakfast. Rooms are tiny, but if you just need somewhere to sleep and have a shower then they're spot on. Location is obviously excellent for visiting the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location close to Kings Cross Station. Staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you out.
I was here during the snow storms and -degrees and my room felt really cold. The staff tried to help but the air con only goes to a certain temperature (26) but it always felt colder.
Basic and clean, no frills, no kettle in the room. Bed, tv and bathroom. Good for a night.

Currently here for one night, thankfully not more. for me this hotel isn't great. Trying to sleep and with a mixture of the busy gray's inn road and the banging of other rooms, it's kind of hard. The bathroom is ok, but the shower is very tight, as is the lift, if you hate small spaces then i would reconsider. The floors are not sound proof, can hear everyone walking. No kettle or tea etc, which you get at all budget hotels...well the ones I've stayed in. You have to pay £1.75 upwards for hot drinks, it's really cheeky in this day and age of modern hotels etc. For me a one night stay here is ok, as for anymore I can't say I would
E. K.
Let me first state, the rooms are tiny. In the room we got there is a bed and a bathroom, that's it no chair or desk or anything. With that said the air conditioning works well and the room has this like Star trek spaceship cabin vibe that you may love or hate. The bed is small(why are all the beds in Europe so small?) And not too bad comfort wise. Would I stay again, probably not, but it was fairly priced maybe and got the job done.
A. G.
Very small room, but considering the only time spent is sleeping and getting washed and dressed, I can live with that.
Bathroom very narrow to the point where sitting on the toilet my knees were almost touching the wall in front.
Aircon worked a treat.
TV remote was very dirty so didn't watch any TV but for the time I spent on the room, I wouldn't have watched much.
S. H.
Nice place to stay for cheap. Rooms are very small, but since you are in a great city it wasn't a big deal. Hotel was modern. Nice shower but the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Great location and overall a great place to stay!
K. W.
The bed was hard, and of course being in London a bit smaller. Wifi worked in the room 80% of the time.
Positives:
nearby the train station, quiet when the windows are closed, had an elevator, room service every second day, clean and welcoming layout. Staff was pretty nice.
Meh:
You can expect no closets
Our room happened to have a blow dryer and towels included but I have heard you might have to pay, I'd watch out if your room needs to. There is no breakfast included.
A. B.
Fun place - you can usually touch all four walls simultaneously and if you open your suitcase you'll not be able to open the door. But for the price and the location it's excellent. Very clean and with good plug sockets, shower etc. Ideal for a brief business stay.
J. W.
Great hotel at a convenient location. Room is kind of small, but we enjoyed our stay. The staff was so polite as well. Only problem was the air con was a bit noisy and it doesn't work as well as we'd like.
T. C.
Good, well located hotel. Modern look, nice breakfast, and good wifi.
However, the rooms are not cleaned well. I found hair in the shower, fingernails on the floor, and the bed sheets are not changed each day.
H. K.
Value for money.
Excellent location for accessing London and all major transportation hubs
Polite & helpful personnel.
Superb FREE WiFi service, in fact the fastest in UK, perfect for professionals and for movies.
A bit on the crumpt side, rooms, bathrooms, elevators are on the small size but Clean, Functional and recently refurbished.
Will use again.

Staff were very friendly and let us check in half an hour early. Was offered tea at reception but declined. No tea/coffee making facilities in room but we had expected that. Room small and basic but fine for what we wanted it for. There was free WiFi, a tv and towels. Bed was comfy although a couple more pillows would have been good. Only problem in the room was the window which wouldn't close fully so it did get a bit loud at night, also the curtains were about 4 inches too short! Overall we were pleased with our overnight stay and would recommend it to anyone on a budget for a couple of nights away. Convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras too.
C. H.
We loved the location near King's Cross Station making it easy to get around. The rooms and bathroom are very small but fine for only sleeping there. Our room was clean and quiet and bed was soft. My only complaint is the bag storage fee.
M. K.
This is my second stay in PointA Hotel King Cross in last 2 month.Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Warm welcome during check in by their staff and same treatment while checking out as well. I appreciate all the staff members of this hotel. Every staff member is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My attention goes to Fatima, Marcela and Nayara for their fantastic customer service which is extremely good and highly appreciated.
And, hotel is very close to station which is 5 min walk. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back again
N. H.
I want to say a massive thank you to the lady in reception who helped me out. I don’t know your name, but it’s a young, dark skin lady. You made my experience at the hotel so much better.
A. W.
Walked into the hotel and was greeted promptly and served. Getting to my room was a little more difficult than normal in that the floors were very maze-like but the signs got me there well enough. Room was clean, didn't have any shampoo or conditioner, but instead had hand soap at the sink and in the shower - that was odd. Otherwise the bathroom was a little cramped. I was in a windowless room on the 2nd floor, it wasn't huge, but I have no actual reasons why I wouldn't stay there again.
N. K.
Positives- Nice location. Tube station is short 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby opened late night. Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Negatives- My room is bit smaller and don't have a chair and table and no iron.
P. S.
Clean, simple hotel with large enough rooms. The location is very good if you will use St. Pancras and King’s Cross stations. They don’t clean the rooms daily. They just change the towels if you leave them on the floor. Keep your room clean.
K. D.
Very good location for travel around London. The rooms are tiny, barely big enough room to fit the double bed. The toilet is just as small. The cleanliness is okay, but not quite what you'd expect from a hotel. The rooms are sufficient to sleep in, but little else.
R.
Great location! At 5 minutes from King's Cross station. Super cool staff, very nice and warm. Perfect for a short or medium stay. Our room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. The only downside is that we didn't have a closet. Free Wi-Fi. You can have an amazing breakfast with many different healthy choices (see the pictures with this review) for a reasonable price. Strongly suggested.
B. B.
No frills budget hotel in Kings Cross. Clean and fairly new. Our room looked into the Gray's Inn Road and was very noisy from the road when the window was open. No kettle or tea making facility in the room. The room was small but bigger than many budget hotels. The bed was comfortable. Reasonable value for money. Note that check-out is 10 a.m. - rather early on a Sunday.
Z. K.
Genuinely enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was so clean and cosy. This was my second time staying at Point A (the other one was at the Paddington Location) and I am definitely coming back. The rooms were much bigger and nicer, and it ended up being cheaper than the Paddington location. The staff are really friendly! Really interesting 'mood lights' in the room and definitely very different than anywhere else I have stayed.
The only thing that I didn't like was the price for the breakfast - it was 9 pounds for some pastries, cereals, yoghurt etc, whereas the The Water Rats that was literally next door has a full vegetarian english breakfast for 10 pounds. I wouldn't recommend getting the breakfast here as I think that its a little pricey for what it offers.
S. E. Y.
Basic room with no table and coffee/tea. Everything else was fine; nice room and good location. I got an accessible room which was spacious.
A. J.
My wife and I stayed at Point A Kings Cross for our one week London vacation.
Breakfast is good, rooms are updated, staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Make sure to check out their partner list for discounts at restaurants and services in London.
The only thing, and it was my fault, and was unfortunate, was that the cleaning service in the hotel stole my Airpods. It was my fault for leaving them out in the open, so make sure to utilize the safe in the room for valuables.
I would definitely stay at Point A Kings Cross again, great experience.
J. H.
Very comfortable, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and smart modern design. The ultra-modern booths, complete with USB sockets and good free WiFi, in the bar/dining room, were superb. Would definitely stay again. Great breakfasts too.
A. S.
Located close to the railway station, this hotel is a complete vakue-for-money deal.
Your room wont be cleaned every day.
You will be charged for everything thats not included in your booking.
Example - You will have to pay 4 pounds for every bag that gets stored in the cloak room after you check out.
J. O.
An excellent hotel. Great location especially because of the St Pancras or Kings Cross stations. The neighborhood is friendly and with lots of options for food and pubs. Breakfast was very good and both lactose and gluten friendly. Mehmet and Adam are fantastic hosts.
J. L.
Room was basic but clean and suited my girlfriend and I for the 4 nights we spent there. Location is great as the trains at King’s Cross/St. Pancras will take you anywhere you need to go. Also worth checking out the bars/restaurants in the area. Would stay here again for sure.
C. D.
Windows dont really open and its always noisy but its fairly central and cheaper than other hotels.
The rooms with the multicolour lights dont have an option for normal light which can cause headaches.
Shower gel provided isnt great but better than the travelodge! Bedsheets and towels always feel crisp.
They do cereals and muffins for breakfast but at a ridiculous cost. Rooms contain a safe and coathangers but no tea or kettle or coffee.
M. P.
Tune Hotel is further from King's Cross than it looks on a map, I'd recommend getting a cab if you have a lot of luggage. Also, don't try to fit in the lift if you have a lot of luggage: it's a 4-person lift, and only had room for my wife with two medium-sized pieces of luggage while I took the stairs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked very well for me, though my wife had trouble getting it to connect with her iPhone. The room wasn't too bad, very small like most hotels in London but clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the thermostat was confusing so it got cold in our room, and our safe didn't work until an employee came to reset it. Finally, be aware that they charge £2.50 per bag to hold luggage if you need them to hold it after you check out of the room. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel, but there is room for improvement.
M. F.
Well located hotel, specially if you're going to take a international train.
10 min walk distance to st. Pancras train station. It was good experience and happy to share. 👍
S. T.
Small and cozy hotel with comfortable room only 7 minutes walk from St Pancras station, I found 2 the receptionist staffs are very friendly, the first one gave me free sliced fruit when I bought cappucino for breakfast, the second one she prepared free coffee for me for early morning check out and accompany me until the taxi come. Sometime good service and attention means a lot for customer.
S.
It would get 5 stars from me except it is a little overpriced for what you get, as it is quite small. Saying that, the bed is exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was nice (albeit £9 so we only did it for one day)
S. H.
What we expected based on reviews. We booked through trip advisor which meant a lot of the extras were included(towels, hair dryer, safe) we were put in a accessible room which meant it was slightly larger than average. We had 2 windows. Bed is very firm on the outside edges and a bit small compared to what we are used to for 2 people.
G. D.
A great location and a clean and well maintained budget hotel. The people are friendly and efficient.
C. N.
Excellent Customer Service!
My room had a electricity issue at mid night, and staff were so helpful and instantly found all possible ways to have my problem resolved. They care about what customers care and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend in New York.
P. Z.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good price point. Had an issue with turning off the air-conditioning. The cistern on the toilet would not stop filling without a bit of fiddling about. High specification sanitary ware so problem with toilet cistern was a surprise. Shower was first class.
P. B.
Modern hotel. Good location about 7 minutes walk from St Pancras and King's Cross. Good quality bedding. The reception could be a little kinder. Rooms without windows are more than adequate and have the advantage of being perfectly silent. Budget hotel I would recommend for a short stay.
K. G.
Lovely little hotel. It's central location is ideal for those who don't want to have to travel far to explore London. The traffic can be a little loud but it's central London so I wouldn't expect anything else. Basic rooms but they provided everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is £6.50. Good hotel at a cheap price considering it's central location.
R. W.
Small rooms of good quality, the rooms are clean (including the bathrooms) the beds are quite narrow so that might be slightly akward if you share one with someone who isn't your significant other. Location is great, about 5 minutes from King's Cross/ St. Pancras, there's a supermarket across the street. The staff is nice and serve free coffee and tea whenever you'd like.
B. M.
Okay hotel. It's clean, no frills, and cheap, but has small rooms with ridiculously tiny bathrooms - Mini Me couldn't do a number two here without considerable discomfort. Still, not too hard on the wallet and close to Kings Cross station. No bacon at the breakfast bar. What's Britain becoming?
G. D.
The room was small... and a sock from a previous occupant was left behind the tv. The plug sockets didn't have power in them and the tv was smaller than advised. It was fine. The staff were lovely and helpful with all the things that went wrong. But don't think I'd stay there again. It was cheap and fine for staying one night for a gig down the road. But nothing more
K. A.
Location is good.
My room not so good. Cruiseship tiny cabin feeling. and equally noisy for some reason. Really cold room despite a tiny heater that is not up to the job. (Why not to put floorheating when rooms are in a cellar i cant understand..)
Staff are nice :)
T.
A gem of a travel hotel. Hard by St Pancras terminal, down a short street lined with small restaurants. Cleaners nearby with 2, hour service. Staff exceedingly helpful, continental breakfast available, Wi-Fi and lifts. Rooms the size of ship cabins, but neat, clean, well appointed. Perfect for the in-transit guest.
D. 1.
Good enough for a short trip to the city. Extremely small rooms which is okay for just having a sleep. Clean rooms. Not breakfast available (no need, enough possibilities in the street and the city centre). Close to King's Cross hence good connection to the tube. For most stuff you have to pay extra. But would recommend it any time.
J. G.
Nice Hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and good. Bathroom was a Little bit small but more than ok. Will come back next time I stay in London
R. H.
Room was a little cramped, but outstanding location. My wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The Hotel staff was very helpful. One of the staffer's in particular, Fatimah, went above and beyond in helping my Honey and I enjoy our visit. She even went as far as teaching us how to use the automated app, city mapper. What a resource. The food was right on time each morning before we went out and about.. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks to Ms. Fatimah.
H. R.
Nice modern hotel. Simple and straightforward, nothing fancy or luxurious, but solid. We had a room without a window. We knew that before, so I won't complain about this, but it it is weird. Probably would think twice before booking the room without window again.
N. H.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean but small, so too the bathroom (barely room to move). No tea making facility. Tea and coffee was available at reception for a fee. Ok for a one night stay but for longer I would stay somewhere with better amenities and larger room.
K. T.
Convenient located hotel a short walk to Kings Cross Station. Rooms are small but have all necessary amenties. No excess charges for room cleaning daily which makes it a more affordable choice. Lovely staff but super tiny lifts that only fit 2 or 3 people at once.
V. M.
This hotel is in an incredible location, a short walk from King's Cross. Though the rooms are smaller than most dormitories, if you're after a place to grab a shower and some rest, this place is the best. Right next door is a great music venue, too.
M. R.
The rooms are adequate for one but practically impossible for two people to exist in for more than a couple of days. In some rooms you have to climb in to the shower over the sink due to bizarre 60-40 folding shower doors. I got discounted rates and it's still not worth the £95 a night for the rooms with a window.
E. C.
Rooms are okay - small (which is to be expected in London), the bed is quite firm, and the shower doesn't go above a certain temperature which is a little cold for my personal taste. But location is good, staff are friendly, and prices are very affordable.
J. A.
I stayed here over the summer (2019) whilst on a short work trip to London. It was only a short visit, staying just two nights but I had a great experience and would most definitely return.
Point A Hotels are a no frills type of hotel but it has everything you need, is clean, modern, bright and fresh so although it doesn’t have ALL the typical luxuries (like mini bars and free coffee) it has everything you need just when you need it.
* Rooms - stayed in a small double and although it was one without windows, it’s pod like feel and smart lighting made it very comfortably
* Breakfast - fantastic selection of continental goodies - better than most hotels I’ve stay at and on par with more expensive places for sure
* Staff - everyone was always Uber friendly and went out their way to accommodate my requests - always smiley and that makes a big difference
* Location - 10mins walk from kings cross, this is ideal for those travelling in/out by train. There’s a handy 24/7 covience store less than 2 mins away and plenty of restaurants during normal hours
* Facilities - best bit for me was their partnership with ‘the gym’ group which enabled them to offer free day guest passes to the location brand which was just 12min walk away - perfect
Overall experience - 9/10. For what you sign up for the place more than delivers. I will definitely be booking again next time I’m in London and would recommend it for any visitors wanting something that offers cheap and cheerful prices but delivers so much more.
UPDATE FROM MY LAST TRIP...
A special thanks to Marcela & Muna who always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, welcomed and looked after. On my last trip, they were both very attentive to my needs, organising for an amended breakfast to suit my dietary requirements and taking the time to follow up with the local gym to organise for access for me during my stay.
F. A. O.
Good location. Shower very tiny, it was difficult to take a shower. Thin walls, you can hear the noises from the hallway and from other rooms. The room is functional but to small
V. O. D.
I had a clean, modern room with an ensuite, large flat screen TV, mood lighting if preferred, nice cold food selection for breakfast, a bit hard to find from King's Cross / St Pancras even though it's close by. I got a good nights sleep as on a low floor and it was quiet.
T. P.
Good value hotel in a great location. Mehmet, Olga, and Estella all did a fine job of taking care of the two of us. Mehmet in particular provided fantastic service. The room was really interesting but lacked a few conveniences and had a light/ventilation system that required a massive information panel to decipher. Good breakfast too for the sake of convenience.
L. H.
Nice. Clean. Located ideally close to st pancras and kings cross. Small rooms and even smaller beds. You have to pay extra if you like a (small) window in your room. Without it feels like a prison. Very good hotel if you travel alone. Staff is extremely helpfull and friendly.
C. E.
We brought a group of 26 Sixth Form students and 3 members of staff to stay at Point a hotel kings cross. The staff were wonderful, very flexible and understanding with our large group. They were happy to keep a room open for us to store everyone’s bags in on arrival and departure day. Fatima in particular was great and gave us an excellent deal on the continental breakfast. The hotel is just a few mins walk from kings cross - great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable and what we expected. We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!
J. B.
Excellent inexpensive crashpad in central London, minutes from St Pancras. Super-modern guest 'pods' with a design that borrows from airplane interiors, super-practical and super-clean, very comfortable bedding and mattress. Not a vast room of course but big enough to have space all round the bed and a perfectly functional shower/toilet unit taking up one corner. Fast efficient service all round, recommended.
V. C.
Best hotel ever. I went there twice and the service has just improved. Rooms are not big but comfy and equipped with everything you need. Very good location, near stations, supermarkets and cafes.
*. C.
Great location from King’s Cross St Pancras. About 3-5 minutes of fast walking.
Lots of places to eat.
Check in staff can be rude and rushed in check- ins. They are not interested in helping you with info on tours as it’s not their job.
Their breakfast is on the expensive side. There are lots of option around the corner from hotel.
Beds are comfortable and clean. Room size is small but ok.
One bath towel per person but no hand or face towel.
Bottomline good hotel for cleanliness and location!
W. B.
Had a bunch off issues here, although they were resolved satisfactorily enough and the location is good.
1. Water was out when we checked in, but they got it fixed in an hour or so.
2. Heat was broken in our room, but they gave us the night free (after a lot of negotiating) and some extra blankets, and switched us to a new room the next day. (Rooms were completely booked and all space heaters were in use for that first night)
The free wifi worked well and the tea and coffee were good.
M. R.
Great hotel. You only have to pay for what you need, if you want to save some money that policy comes in handy. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are rather small, but overall this hotel provides everything you need during a city trip to London. We'll come again.
L. B.
The hotel was nice and clean. The lift is very small, for 2 person with bags is very tight. The rooms was clean and cosy, a bit small but for 2 nights it was perfect. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
S. F.
Pros: great price, convenient location, friendly staff, clean linens, clean room, you can turn the lights off from beside the bed. Cons: small rooms, rooms aren't cleaned during your stay unless you request it [wasn't a big deal for us]. Bed is a little hard, which worked for us, but might be uncomfortable for some people. Heads up, as of July 2017 renovations are underway in their lobby, so the pub next door is their official restaurant and you can get 10% off with your room key.
G. F.
OK. Basic but clean hotel.
The staff were not great at check-in. Slow and a little inconsiderate.
They asked my details and were at the point of getting the key card ready when they decided to stop to serve somebody a coffee from the bar. "Please excuse me whilst I serve this gentleman a coffee"!
I asked if they could please finish checking me in first and they did but I should not have needed to ask and didn't deserve the mildly unpleasant reaction to my request. Priority should be to get guests checked in to their rooms, especially as it was after 9pm.
Borderline 2 stars.
T. B. P.
Good service, kind personnel, clean and comfy rooms, good location, close to train, busses, and tube. Also close to several restaurants and shops. Bed is a bit hard but I still slept well. Tomorrow going to try out the breakfast service as it isn't available during weekends. So I would recommend it. Oh and pretty nice view.
Edit: breakfast was fantastic. You can pick 4 food items, ranging from little breads to cereal and fruit, and then als pick a drink (like coffee) to go with your food. This all for a price of course, but it is quite cheap for the amount food you get.
A. S.
The hotel itself is nice, well decorated for this level of hotel and super well located next to the Kings Cross-St. Pancras station (5 mins walk). There are plenty of shops close by and a small supermarket across the road. The bedroom was well decorated too, the bed was decent but there was no window in the room. We knew this when we booked but as it was a last minute booking there was not a lot of choice in the areas we needed. But it is stuffy and horrible for getting ready in the morning as you have no idea how the weather is. Maybe they should have a web camera connected to the tv. The bathroom was small but sufficient. I still find London to be ridiculously overpriced. Also, the aircon did not work.
D. M.
My expectations for Point A Hotel at Kings Cross were far superseded by the easy accommodations and friendly, generous staff. I can't say enough about how the staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Even when my friend broke the handle of his bag, Fatima and Mehmet were eager to help us fix it! Also, Marcela was a brilliant overnight host. I will definitely be back.
K. M.
Great little pied-à-terre close to Kings Cross. Staff were great, amenity is sufficient and cleanliness fair. For the price, it's a bargain.
I. H.
excellent location, very friendly staff, stylish Interieur, free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. What I did not like as much: my room in the basement was pretty cold, heating only via airconditioner. In combination with ne electricity without the room key in a slot, that means no charging or heating while you are away. More annoying: no possibulty to heat the bathroom or clear the mirror after showering (the hairblower is in the room, can't be moved to bathroom). But those were minor things for me, I'd stay there again anytime.
S. C.
Small rooms but the staff was very nice. Good access to St Pancras station with easy access to London tourist attractions. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and grocery style convenience stores. Wifi, British TV and stand up showers are nice pluses of the rooms. A little expensive for what you'd expect in the US.
A. M.
Point A hotel is a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross Station. There are no meals served at the hotel but there is an abundance of places to eat within easy walking distance. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and courteous. The room was good with an en suite bathroom but I felt the bed wasn't very comfortable but that's probably personal preference.
J. N.
I stayed at the Tune Hotel for three nights in early December, 2015. I arrived very late at night and found the staff awake sand very helpful, as they were throughout my stay.
My room was on the ground floor, with a window which I had requested. It was small, but very clean, tidy and quiet. The only thing I would have changed would be to have had a folding chair :( There was a pull out ledge that accessed outlets for charging phones and iPads, etc, but the only place to sit was on the foot of the bed which was a bit too far away to be comfortable. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. It was a short walk to King's Cross Station and Euston Road, also within walking distance to Sadler's Wells theater.
S. C.
Pros:
1. Great location and surrounding facilities
This hotel was easy to find and quite near to the King's Cross underground and trains station, moreover, there are many convenient shops and restaurants around it.
Some of them opened through the night, it is convenient anytime.
But even better is you could reach hotel through Piccadilly line from Heathrow airport.
2. Room is small but good enough
Room is clean and function complete except there is no electric water boiler.
But you still could ask reception staff to provide it.
We choose the room with window, it is nice for ventilation.
3. Reasonable price in central London hotels.
Cons:
1. Each service in room will be charged, ex: hairdryer, TV, wifi, extra tower and safe.
We use travel agency to book room, so we have all of above services free.
2. Lift is really small, it can only have two people with luggage.
3. Staff told us that they will clean room every 2 days, however we stay 9 nights with only twice housekeeping, this make me a little uncomfortable.
Conclusion:
I'll choose this hotel if I visit London again, King's cross station has the best location and convenience in downtown, recommend to anyone who wants stay at central London.
C. B.
Having stayed here many times, I can only say that this is the best hotel for me and suitable to my needs. The staff is great, I'm greeted every time I walk into the reception and I can always find good conversation subjects late in the evening after a hard days work.
Tea is always available at the reception and it feels great coming back every now and then. Highly recommended!
C. A.
About a 5 min walk from Kings Cross train station.
Easy to find.
Did exactly what it said on the tin. Compact, capable room. Very good bed guaranteed a great sleep. Superb price compared to other budget chains.
L. P.
The hotel is situated on a busy road, and should you be unfortunate to have a room on this road, the traffic can affect your sleep. The hotel is clean and tidy, and offers all guests free WiFi. However, the rooms do not offer tea/coffee facilities, which is disappointing. You are however supplied with a hairdryer and shower gel. Would recommend as a budget hotel.
C. S.
Great hotel in convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Optional breakfast for £9 which is a buffet with lots of options
G. S.
Pretty nice hotel in the middle of Kings Cross. Good breakfast, especially for London big rooms and price is fair as well.
Short way to the underground, nice pub's and everything around.
We'd love to come back there on our next trip!
N. S.
Very nice and stylish hotel that is affordable. Very close to kings Cross station, that gives easy access to travel all over and outside of London. In walking distance to British museum and Oxford St (shopping).
M. R.
As long as you're aware the everything is an extra charge including towels and tv it's and ideal base for a weekend break. If you're on London you don't need to spend a lot of time in a hotel room, so I'd recommend a cheaper room with no windows. Book towels but no other extras and get out to enjoy the city. Modern good quality rooms, handy location.
R. C.
Very convenient for St Pancras International station and early Eurostar departures. Rooms very small but clean and well fitted out. Nice bathroom. Good value for money.
A.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but clean and reasonable considering the price. There is no kettle or glasses in the room so you have to buy coffee and water in the lobby which is inconvenient.
S. i.
Other reviews are correct, rooms are small but not unpleasant. Bathrooms are quite cramped.
Staff seem nice.
Breakfast is continental from a freshly stocked fridge.
I. S.
Cheap and good enough hotel in an incredible and safe location. Five minute walk from the Kings Cross subway. The room was very basic but clean, good matress and sheets. Even had a 22 inch tv. A little bad detail is that it only had one ac power plug.
J. “. C.
Only one little problem, the air-conditioned, u can't turn off it, even u shoted down the conditioner, after few minutes it's turned on automatically...i think i got.cold there. but the hotel is good at.all...💪
T. H. A.
Brilliant location close to the Eurostar station, and metro connections, little shops pubs and restaurants.
The room was located on the 7th floor with a view, nice clean and excellent bed !!!
the girls at the front desk are efficients professionnals discreets and kinds, with a manager always present and "on the job"
i ask two more pillow; got them !
my safe wasn't open properly got the maintenance guy within 8mn !!!
my rooms was freshly clean every day after the first night
a 4 stars behavior that make the plus to this "low cost hotel"
Tune Hotel you will see me back !

A clean and welcoming very cheap overnight stay. You have to pay for extras, such as towels (£2.50) and use of TV (£5.00) if you buy the most basic room, however my rate had these included. 5 minute walk to St Pancras international.
S. L.
Would stay there again. Very modern. Not too far from the metro. Staff was very helpful. Room was kind of small but clean and comfortable. One of the better hotels we stayed at during our European tour.
j. m.
wonderful helpful staff, especial thanks to Fatima, Amina, Vivien and Colin who went out of their way to make me and Giuliana feel at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great central location. Really good powerful shower. Comfy bed. but the best was the lovely, well-trained staff. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and clients. well done!
D.
Clean and modest 2-star hotel. Rooms are very small, so try to avoid booking those without a window - they feel like a small closet. There is no restaurant/breakfast in the hotel, but they offer a discount at a local pub, which serves decent food.
M. Y.
It's nothing to write home about, but as a budget hotel it's pretty decent. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The only downside is they charge you for anything extra, even leaving your bags at the hotel after check out if your flight is later in the day.
P. J.
Nice stay. Room size for double room is little small but cleanliness, location and staff are all good.
N. U. (.
Nice clean (if compact) room, lovely helpful staff, very good value for money. But room was noisy given kings cross location. I would stay again, but would bring ear plugs 👍
A. H.
Very well located for trains from Kings Cross and St Pancras, which was our reason for staying. Friendly staff and clean rooms at a cheap price (for London). Rooms not particularly spacious but on par with other London hotels nearby. Be aware the cheapest direct rates do not include towels, toiletries or TV. Although we didn't use it, the hotel provides a snack and breakfast bar. Just over the road, slightly towards Kings Cross is a lovely French bakery.
K. Y.
Clean, comfortable, excellent location, and friendly staff. Highly recommended 👌

We stayed two nights in the hotel in May. The room was fine and clean. We got a room on ground level with Windows striaght out to the sidewalk, which gave some extra noise and meant we had to have the curtains down during our whole stay.
TV didn't Work on the second day, because you useually have to pay extra for that. It was included in our booking, so it was put back on after talking to the staff.
Only one towel was provided, as two towels cost ekstra.
Upon arrival we made a special request to the staff, and asked them if they could help us cool a small bag of traditional food we brought from our home country (presents for Family), since there was no mini-bar in the room. The staff was not very accommodating, and only checked the options out after we insisted politely. In they end they said there was nothing they could do (even though there was a small fridge behind their counter), and with other options not working either, we had to throw away the food.

It is important to manage expectations when staying here. This is a budget hotel, I chose it because I wanted to be close to the train station (took me about 4 min by foot). Checking in was very easy, they explained everything when I checked in, the restrictions on the TV, housekeeping, towels, hairdryer etc (I'll explain in a minute) the elevators were comically small, I had a duffle bag (wasn't even full) and a 35L osprey backpack, I crammed myself in this elevator and laughed all the way up to the 6th floor. Luckily, I noticed it does not make stops, for example, if you are on the ground floor, and need to go to floor 6, it doesn't matter if a person on floor 2, 3, 4, or 5 called the elevator, you will be a solo rider...so the size of the elevator seemed a moot point. The bed was uncomfortable (budget hotel remember) but the room had an air conditioner, it was controlled (plus or minus 3 degrees)for the most part but worked well. The bathroom was fine, but as a woman, only one towel does get a little difficult (what do I use for my hair???) they said I could request another one if needed, but I was sure I read it cost more, I did just fine with only one, but when they cleaned the room, they did leave me 2. Speaking of cleaning, it is said specifically that the room will be cleaned on the third day, then every fourth day after that, that if needed will be attended to by request. It didn't bother me and I didn't request more frequent cleaning, I was there six nights. There is a small TV that gave me a handful of basic channels, however, it did have a USB port so I plugged by hard drive in and watched movies/shows I had saved previously.
The hotel did NOT provide free wi-fi, it could be purchased per day or unlimited. I got great cell service, but I was on the 6th floor. The room itself is fairly small by american standards, but for one person it was enough, however, it did NOT have a closet. There was a small mirror with about 5 hangers attached that I used, but I couldn't really unpack because there was no where else to put anything. I ended up hanging up what I could and on the far side of the bed I left my bags on the floor and did the best I could with the floor space. to summarize:
Pro: cost - inexpensive/budget accomodation. Ease of check in and check out. Staff friendly. Proximity to kings cross/st. pancras station. Air conditioning.
Con: no wifi, no closet/storage for clothes and/or bags, mediocre bed
Things that didn't matter to me: frequency of housekeeping, number of towels, simply the size of the room, no real toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner etc) no niceties (coffee, tea can be purchased from front desk)
With the little amount of time I spent in the room, the "stuff" didn't seem to matter to me, but I was also a solo traveler, if I had someone else in the room, I'm fairly sure I would have felt cramped
C. M. S.
Great location. Had a lower ground floor room. Room was clean but basic. Would recommend the Hub by Premier Inn as a better alternative. Quite noisy at times from closing and opening doors. Didn't sleep the best.
M. H.
This hotel is lovely and the room we stayed in was very clean and modern with great interior. Perfect being so close to town. Would definitely recommend and already booked to stay here again!
S. K.
Excellent choise at this price point. Super friendly customer service, sure the rooms were small but clean and nice. The location is perfect. Not sure if I would stay here for a week but a perfect place for a weekend getaway 👍🏻 Definetly better than expected.
P. C.
Beautifully clean and in excellent order, only a place to sleep for the night so sufficient. However the room was tiny and the bed, if you are particularly tall would be an issue. Staff polite and informative.
S.
Very close to shops and public transport, clean rooms with hairdryer, bathroom, TV and comfy bed. Room next to busy street was quiet.
A. S.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff was kind and the rooms are kept very tidy. Perfect place to stay if you're traveling alone.
R. G.
Super place to stay! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and fantastic location to three train stations and the tube. Plus a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Y. L.
Got to rate it for what it is and an affordable hotel is what it is. Fairly minimal in the offering as there was a tiny folded table, few spots to put your things on and some tiny little thing. All in all it's not too bad. Personnel was very friendly and helpfull.
Less than a 5 minute walk from st. Pancras int. And kings X tube station.

I have been a regular business user of the Tine Hotel in Kings Cross for the past couple of years. It is an excellent hotel, comfortable, a great location and very helpful staff. I'd strongly recommend it to anybody for whatever the reason for your visit.

Another Point A hôtels that I like
A bit noisy this one inside its wall but breakfast is great
Staff is great too.

Couldn't fault it. Nice size room. Close to Kings Cross station. Room had bed, TV, safe etc and was really clean. Nice city view in the distance.

This is a great budget hotel that provides clean and comfortable rooms at great prices. I especially like that you can get full beds here, unlike many other locations in London. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in London again.

Comfortable enough hotel, and a good price for the location, only a 5 minute walk from King's Cross. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too. Should you pick a windowless room (which I did) there's little phone signal as it's underground, so WiFi might be a good add on.
M.
While the staff were not the best, the room itself was very nice for what you pay. Would stay again
A. A.
Great location, close to the underground and the train station. Stayed in a room without windows which was fine, but the bed was too hard for me. Breakfast is 9 gbp which was fresh and tasty!
M. E.
I did not stay here, but I just wanted to review their breakfast buffet. You can come in and have unlimited breakfast for 9 pounds. Very good quality and wide choices, good coffee too!
H. C.
For the price this hotel has everything you need! 😊 Nice showers, comfy beds, great location (5 min walk from King's Cross station), friendly staff who accommodate vegan diets at breakfast, e.g. offer soy milk for porridge and coffee. One thing to note: remember to bring toothpaste as this isn't provided.
M. M.
Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, a short walk to the King's Cross Underground station. They were in the middle of remodeling so some inconveniences we're expected. The lifts were very small, only really fitting two comfortably.
M. C.
great value hotel in a location close to everything. staff was kind and efficient with the few things I needed during my short stay. room was well priced and I was pleased with the amenities. would definitely stay again!
J. S.
The rooms are windowless, which is clearly stated, however the walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors conversations. All the amenities require extra payment too. It costs money to store luggage. The best thing about this place is its proximity to King's cross station.
S. K.
I had a wonderful stay at this place! Great location near kings cross /st pancran. 10 mins bus/tube-ride to the city center. Super friendly staff and nice and clean rooms. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I visit London.
L. M.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. For a budget hotel I was impressed. The rooms and beds are a little on the small side if your 5'6" or taller, but the beds are firm and comfy.
S. B.
Hotels feels modern, been open for 4 years, half of rooms revamped over last two years according to staff, efficient reception, windowless room perfectly adequate for my needs, buffet breakfast had excellent choice including porridge and yoghurt, seating area for breakfast nice variety of low and high tables.

Clean rooms, albeit small. Clean bathrooms with good shower too. Good location, convenient if one is travelling. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
L. D. A.
Very clean and convenient. Extremely good value for price, and friendly staff. Also the position is quite convenient, especially when travelling by train to London. Do not expect a fancy hotel, but this serves the needs for a quick visit to the big English city.
P. F.
It's pretty basic. I'd say it's the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Similar feel to an Ibis Budget but without the cheapness. Handy if you want somewhere within walking distance of kings cross
A. H.
I've stayed in Point A in Glasgow and was really impressed with the quality. Sadly, this hotel has simply been bought from a previous chain and the rooms and wider hotel are yet to be updated. Rooms are tired and too much noise from corridors and other rooms.
L.
Great location. 5 minute walk from kings cross station. Rooms were immaculate. Not very cosy rooms, but the beds are comfy and the prices are good.
S.
Staff are friendly and helpful, but the rooms (ours at least) have no soundproofing to the doors and the bed wasn't entirely clean. There were also a few silverfish in the bathroom

All I have are niggles:
The TV alarm to turn on and wake me up at 4am did not work. I had a desk manager set it up for me too. She did test it and it worked but the one for me at 4am did not work. I have no idea what went wrong with it.
A triple-glazed window is worthless if there is a hole above it in the sash or solid bit of the window frame. The hole was a 10-inch, horizontal, intentional looking space that looked like it was missing its cover. I would not have noticed it except for the storm that came through one night.
There were two fire alarms that went off while I was in my room. If it was a way to make sure everybody practices safety, then kudos, keep up the good work. But if it was somebody messing around, then they need to be banned from the hotel.
As for everything else, it was lovely. I was unintentionally surprised by all the extras I received because the travel agency I used did not mention all the added extras I had in the travel deal. Sorry if that made me look like a kook at the front desk. I really did not have any idea I had internet, TV and toiletries with the room reservation.
I am not a traveler. The last time I went somewhere it was 2007 and sleeping at my childhood home. I would say to everyone reading this, if you usually partake in the internet and television, pay the extra for them. Be your own judge on the toiletries. They are 5 quid but I don't know if that is per day. I felt like I lucked out on the extras.
J.
Near to Kings Cross St Pancras, though it's a bit of a walk if you have large suitcases. Reception is rude towards Asian guests (me), because she was really polite and smiley to the caucasian guests who arrived after I did. I arrived at 12.30pm after a long journey, there was no greeting and the reception staff seemed pretty displeased to even talk to me.
They charge £10 for early check in, £4 per bag if you wish to leave the bag at the reception first.
Would recommend Travelodge instead which is closer to the station. Or the trusted Premier Inn.
W. H.
Room was small, clean, and incredibly modern. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was similarly pleasant. The reception was very nice, and the staff were very welcoming.
D. L.
Great place to stay near train station. It's a no frills hotel and the rooms are fairly small, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
A. W.
Acceptable for Buisiness trip. Basic amenities, no food possibilities at the hotel, small room and bed, no kettle, which seems standard for London. It's a place to sleep and nothing else. Air conditioning was loud though.
P. C.
Centrally locates, amazing value, very friendly staff. Clean, funky.. I guess it’s aimed at the young backpackers, but for a crusty 50 something on a short business trip I couldn’t fault it. Top marks.
G. F.
The room we had was quite small but clean. It was prefect for getting to St Pancras and King's cross train station. Good air-conditioning as well. Good for a short stay
L. G.
Great location with easy access to public trasportation. Staff is super Friendly, rooms are clean but only get cleaned After every third night. The rooms are tiny
J. T.
Spotless, friendly, very well located in an historic building.
Wifi (bitbuzz system) very good - slow to connect but good when it does connect. Staying in a windowless room and had one of the best nights sleep in any hotel.
S. J.
I give this 5 stars not because it is a 5 star hotel, but it is exactly what it says and shows on the website.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location, helpful staff and good price.
Room is very small, but that is exactly as listed in the website.
J. B.
It's affordable and Small but tidy. But the main reason I gave five stars is that this hotel is close to the two train stations and close to the city centre.
I loved it. Thanks Expedia for the inclusion of all the extra's.
M. R.
It was very cheap but that is because no windows in room but not spending time other than sleeping shower room telly and comfy bed unless you ask they don't clean room daily but suited us fine
K. M.
Excellent clean and modern stopover hotel. Good for those who don't want to spend too much on accommodation. 5 minute walk from Kings Cross means that it's in an ideal location n too! Staff are friendly.and courteous.
L. J.
For the price you can not fault it, its clean and tidy, friendly staff and modern.
Only 4 not 5 stars as they have lost their lean check in process, previously you could show your id and they would take payment from the card you reserved with and that was that. But now you have to write your email address on a form, sign it and pay. Nothing big but 3 steps that were not needed.
O. W.
This hotel was perfect for us as we were staying 2 nights in London then had a 7am train to Paris from St. Pancras station, which is a 5ish minute walk. The room itself was small, but clean and did the trick.
I. v. d. S.
Staff is super friendly. Room are small but have everything you need for a weekendtrip. Will be pleasted when breakfast area is finished, cause we missed that!
O. M.
Service was fine. Our (cheaper) room without window was small, but it had everything we needed and was very clean. Good location and wouldn't mind staying there again.
A. B.
Clean, but small rooms. Bed was not that good. Very polite staff and a WONDERFUL brekfast that included gluten free bread and gluten free cereals!
C. B.
No window in our room but a great location for a decent price. Lovely staff and nice and clean. We were very warm at night even though it was the depths of winter. Would totally go back though.
J. B.
This place had everything I wished for and even more! Eventhough we had a quite big problem that wasnt even related to the hotel they helped us out with a remarkeable patience! Constantly friendly and always ready for a nice chat! 10/10 would stay again!
K. L.
Small and cozy. Not the most ideal location, about a thirty minute ride around. Room was nice and clean, close walk from kings cross, good wifi, and super friendly service.
H. D.
Good hotel perfect is you need a last minute hotel that’s close to kings cross. It’s a no frills hotel but the rooms are modern and clean.
A. R.
To keep costs down, they have an interesting pay-as-you-go concept for items that most hotels would have included for the price. May not be necessarily the cheapest budget hotel, but if I wanted to ensure I had a comfortable night's sleep on a budget this hotel would be on my shortlist.
S. W.
Clean, functional hotel with a modern interior design. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Recommended
H. H.
My favourite hotel in London! If you book in advance - you can get the perfect place to sleep and shower after a day of work/tourist-ing for £35/night. It has a very convenient and modern interior. Just make sure to get the room with windows if you are staying for more than 1 night as it can get a little claustrophobic. I would definitely recommend this area. King X is within 4 mins walk and a cheap tasty chinese place(opp Kings X) within walking distance.
S. C.
Good location for visiting all main attractions in London, as well as having several small supermarkets and a tube stop nearby. Room was very cramped though and did feel like a cabin. Sockets could have been better placed as well.
D.
Clean but small rooms, staff pretty decent and good location. Fair prices too
R. F.
Very clean! Nice staff, cosy rooms. We stayed in a room without a window and we actually ended up preferring it as the room was nice and dark at night.
W. G.
Great for short stay, nice cuppa on late arrival. Room clean and had all we needed. Great location for KX St P.
A. J.
The hotel is smart and the rooms are also smart but what happened to me when I was in bed I was bitten by an insects. I found one inside the bed linen and I killed by smashed it to the wall blood split . I reported next morning and they had have changed me to other room.
D. C.
Great location near St Pancras Kings Cross station. Many eateries nearby. Rooms r like cruise cabins: small but efficient and clean. Very helpful staff.
A. M.
Rooms very clean. Bathroom a bit small. Location very good to get around by tube or bus. Staff friendly. Would recommend to friends.
K. V. D.
had a really nice experience at this hotel, the rooms were very clean and tidy,
the price was very good, for the quality, breakfast was also a big choice, the staff were friendly.
J.
Very small rooms. While high prices were to be expected as it is in Londonand mid-July I visited, I would still expect more space.
Struggled to walk past the front of the bedto get to the other side sometimes, especially if something is plugged in.
J. K.
Service was great with pleasant and helpful staff. Location is great being five minutes walk from St. Pancras and Kings Cross. The room was small and basic but comfortable enough, commensurate with the price paid.
D. M.
Great location. Room was small with only one plug socket but just needed some where to get our heads down before early train so overall very good.
A. H.
Clean rooms, excellent staff, fantastic location. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback was that the mattress felt very firm and vinyl and was a bit uncomfortable.
G. N.
Cheap and cheerful, but modern and comfortable. Staff great and complementary hot drinks from the cafe. Why pay more if you just want a place to lay your head?
S.
They gave us a pillow to deaden the sound of our kick drum at The Water Rats Venue next door. Very helpful and lovely staff if only I didn't live just around the corner but I will be sending my friends and family there if I don't have enough room on my sofa. 5 Stars....
C. R.
Great location. Very modern hotel. The rooms are quite small but it's perfectly fine for a quick stay in London.
T. J.
Basic but clean and fresh rooms. Air con, WiFi and decent shower water pressure. All essentials and close to King's Cross. Couldn't ask for anything else
R. A.
Great location, small but isn't everything in Europe "smaller" compared to NA. Staff was friendly. We're out all day site seeing so this room served our needs
Y. R.
Basic cheap and cheerful hotel which is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. But on a main road, plus the fire alarm went off early hours of the morning.
S. C.
The shower drain was clogged though, and water pressure wasn't great. Other than that Point a was pretty great.
View was decent, room was very clean and comfortable.
t. v.
Great rooms, decent breakfast (although no eggs or sausages), only downside is lack of closet space in the room
M. E.
Location is good. The rooms are small, there is no desk, no tea cettle & the street is very loud. Value is not so great.
F. J.
TINY TINY! Great for 1 person. A challenge with 2! But other than that, very good. Clean, fast and reliable wifi, and HDMI ports that work. Some people may think the smallish mattress is uncomfortable because it's pretty hard, but it was fine for me.
G.
Such amazing staff. Very polite very helpful. Room is amazing everything you need. Bed very clean very comfortable. All round 10/10.
N. H.
Originally showed us to a room that was already occupied but quickly resolved. Rooms tiny but comfortable and clean and location is fantastic for the station and shops / food.
L. B.
Decent enough overnight stay - staff are very helpful, rooms basic but clean and location is decent for Kings Cross station and beyond.
S. H.
It’s a budget hotel, please keep that in mind, but for the price we got a clean room that made our stay comfortable :) staff was very friendly!
G. R.
Very clean, good location, no breakfast currently though it's being built at the moment (December 17). The beds are very soft.

I have been a regular business user of the Tine Hotel in Kings Cross for the past couple of years. It is an excellent hotel, comfortable, a great location and very helpful staff. I'd strongly recommend it to anybody for whatever the reason for your visit.

The sevice was very good. Staff were polite and helpful. The room chosen was small but this was what I was expecting. Everything was clean. It was all that I needed for an overnight stay.
L. R.
Point A is very convenient if you're coming into St Pancras. However, I found the room on the small side and the beds were very hard. More of a place to sleep, rather than a place to hang out.
N. S.
Good location and clean, but very basic. More like a hostel than a hotel. Everything costs extra, tv, towel, no tea and coffee in rooms etc.
L. O.
I didn't spend much time in the hotel. It the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel wifi is four pound per night and isn't very fast.
D. C.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Maybe just a little small... It's very very close to King's Cross, and it's perfect as a starting point to visit London. Add-on services are available at a contained price
K. A.
Small, but very cosy and clean rooms, delicious breakfast & great location near one of the largest train stations in London :)
B. M.
Nice place to stay clean and tidy at a brilliant price too only stayed one night but would stay again 💯

One elevator was out of service, the other was extremely small. Very polite staff, clean but very small rooms without closets.

Nice hotel with 24/7 service. St. Pancras and Kings Cross are 5 minutes away. You need to look for breakfast somewhere outside as they do no provide any food.

Good central hotel convenient for Kings Cross at.decent rates. Commuter type place, wouldn't book here for a week as bit cramped...

Very very small room with few amenities but it's clean and the staff is incredibly nice. Would consider staying here again in the future.

This is a basic hotel with no coffee or tea facilities in the room by Costa nearby and they do have an in-house cafe. Staff pleasant and attentive

Modern fresh rooms with good design. Prices start from £39 per night in London, beating all near hotels and with great night sleep

Basement room is small. Hard to move luggages into the room. For the room, the rate charge is expensive. But front desk is friendly. No concierge for helping luggage.

Clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Only downside was no breakfast facilities offered but staff were really helpful

Great place in London, made getting anywhere a breeze with kings cross so close by. Mostly great service the only thing we couldn't get the heater to stop running and gave up opening the window. I'll definitely stay here again
G. G.
Very nice Hotel, friendly staff, rooms were small but clean logically designed ( like power socket next to your bed :) )
100 marks to staff behaviour.
R.
In walking distance from King's cross. Room only 10 inch longer than the bed and no windows. But everythings seems clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
H. S.
Hotel was clean, especially a cheap premium Inn, room was very small, underground and had no windows, was stuffy. But cheap and cheerful as expected.
E. C.
Very nice hotel, close to the tube and with a lot of facilities nearby. King's Cross at night is also a super nice addition!
D. M.
Good value and (must importantly) comfortable beds. Don't expect any frills (or even a window with some rooms) but the basics are all well provided.
A. W.
Rooms very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Continental Breakfast excellent value. Would recommend.

Clean and comfortable room, with air-conditioning. No iron or kettle in the room I was in. Good shower. Very convenient location.
J. F.
Great location, windowless rooms, always clean. It was cheap but after I paid the early check in charge then its not quite so competitive.
A. D.
Good place for short trips to London. Good localisation - Kings Cross station is near, few bars and pubs where you can drink and eat something nice. Only thing which miss for me is kettle.

Great location, walking to Kings Cross station is around 10minutes. Room is small than expected, but it is clean. Staff are friendly.

Stayed here twice on business. Cheap (for central London, which is still exorbitantly expensive), clean and fresh inside - felt fairly new. No breakfast but plenty of cafés around who probably do a better job of it

Couldn't fault it. Nice size room. Close to Kings Cross station. Room had bed, TV, safe etc and was really clean. Nice city view in the distance.

Rooms are ok and the location is good, not bad value for money but the rooms are quite basic.

Centally located Hotel. Provided basic amenities. Only drawback had no windows, which wasn't very pleasant and had difficulty regulating the temperature.

Good clean room and service was good. A little disappointed there was no food provided yet and the pub discount we were provided with wasn't enough for us to be able to eat there.

The room was small but had everything I needed.
WIFI, comfortable bed and very clean.
I would stay again.

Cheap and very clean with small modern rooms very close to King's Cross station. Great for a quick visit!

Cheap and nice for short stay. Basement floor rooms have no windows so in case you are afraid of closed space, better ask for a room on a different floor

Great little hotel in the heart of King's Cross. Rooms are small but spotlessly clean. A good place to use as a base to explore from...

Currently under construction so reception is about of a mess but doesn't affect the rooms. However room walls seem paper thin didn't enjoy hearing next door snore all night..

Clean rooms for a good price. Walls seem thin so very noisy, shame there is no tea making facilities.

Very near Kings cross station in London. Loved how they did breakfast. Very well planned. Staff are a credit to the hotel.

Very cozy hotel / room (small), but it did the trick. No complaints about the hotel. Very small elevator as well.

Basic hotel with very friendly staff who go out of their way to help, place is very clean, rooms are a bit cost but the price and location are great

Small and basic but does the job for an overnight. B fast extra. Fairly modern fit out. Staff friendliness is variable though😑

It’s decent. Small rooms. Outdated interiors. Uncomfortable and springy beds. Fantastic location is the only positive.

Close and friendly venue to KX. Surprisingly quiet. Do breakfast no bar or evening hot drinks. Rooms are small but fine.

Very close to shops and public transport, clean rooms with hairdryer, bathroom, TV and comfy bed. Room next to busy street was quiet.
