Comfortable room with great shower and bath. Good large screen TV and quite well soundproofing. Very nice breakfast and helpful, pleasant staff. Great location beside lots of shops and restaurants However my room hasn't been serviced in 6 days due to staff shortage because of Covid. Apart from that I would stay again.
D. H.
Really great location in North London, a few minutes drive from Alexandra Palace. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room wasn't serviced while I was there for 8 nights due to staff shortages although colleagues who required cleaning were looked after.
A. M.
I find it hard to rate premier inns unless they are atrocious. It is a premier Inn as you'd expect, recently built, comfy beds, great showers, non opening windows :( I would say the location of this is perfect, 15 minutes from central London and great selection of cafes in the area, but if I do say this and the hotel becomes popular, the price per night will go up

Perfect find for our football trips! Right beside Archway tube station. Handy shops and food outlets near by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean. Quiet hotel with bar/restaurant on site.
D. V.
Very happy with the stay. Beautiful room with all necessarys for comfortable living. The hotel is located close to any of the public transport stations- just around the corner. Definitely recommend and surely going to stay another time.
R. E.
Stayed one night. Went to breakfast in my own and the staff helped me with the buffet breakfast. Problems getting out of disabled car park as wrong code was supplied, very annoying.good accessible room although finding the light for the bathroom was a challenge! Would stay again.
R. W.
Very happy with my experience here. The family room we were given was more spacious than expected - a bit shorter and wider than normal, which works better for three beds. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. The location is great for public transport - tubes and buses to central London are just round the corner - and there are enough local shops to provide most things you could need.
R. W.
Excellent location a spit throw from the underground station.
Friendly staff allowed an early check-in and provided lots of top up tea and coffee.
Ample, convenient parking.

Can't fault the Premier Inn sleep experience. The beds are always comfortable and the room had no noise although in a busy area.
Restaurant seems very understaffed with the wait time for food at 2 hours!
The staff were great, just not enough of them.
I stay in alot of Premier Inns across the county, and this was mediocre for my purpose.

The staff are amazing here, genuinely welcoming and nice, will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room is very dark at night so you can get a good night's sleep. It would of been 5 stars if the food wasn't hit and miss. The Buddha bowl was bland and the avocado was off. Would come back.
B. S.
Lovely and clean room, and welcoming staff on the desk.
Regularly use Premier Inn for overnight stays and this branch is no exception to its usual standards. It was a resting place for after a gig in the area and matched my needs perfectly.

Awesome!
Arrived weary (2130hrs) after a loooong day at the NFL game and flying around on tubes/trains etc.
Check-in was easy, room was immaculately clean. Reallycomfy bed and, above all, quiet.
Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was really good - recommend the 'unlimited full english'. Even a toasted bagel!
The staff throughout were really friendly and helpful.
This stay set us up perfectly for the journey home today.
Thank you all.

I gave five stars for the Premier travel inn because of the excellent customer service I received when I recently stayed there with my friend and her daughter.
We stayed the weekend and decided to eat in at the restaurant on one of our nightly stays. The food we ordered was pretty good apart from the sides which were not up to standard. I complained to the lovely assistant Kai about our meals, and he promptly seen to it that I received a refund on the meals I was not happy with.
The high rating is mostly based on the professionalism of Kai who displayed great customer service skills, he made it his business to make sure it was a happy outcome. I found other members of the staff here very pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend based on my recent experience.

Very nice hotel. Near to archway subway. Great place to visit London.
J. L. P.
Great location to Archway underground station.
Right next to McDonald’s.
Surrounded by shops.
Our bed was broken and squeaky.
Clean room.
Private bathroom.
Windows do not open.
I. P.
A comfortable place to stay, easy to reach from the tube station and bus routes. Good connections across North London. Décor looking a little tired but easy to overlook at the price 😁
J. I.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms and excellent service from staff. Would definitely stay here again.
R. P.
Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed. Only thing I would recommend is spare pillows as only had 1. :)
P. W.
Great staff and great food at a quiet and under rated Premier Inn.
Good rail links near by , as well as plenty of shops and big supermarkets.
Try the local stores for some quirky products.

Just got home from a 3 night stay here.We stayed here due to visiting family & sight-seeing.Easy access to the tube which is a 2 second walk away.I found some of the staff friendly but others seemed like they didn't want to be there.we booked 3 rooms which was spotless & cosy.It was nice & quite with no noise from the road.I can't comment on the food as we ate out but we had a great stay & will for sure stay here again when visiting London
K. M.
Brilliant location within a minute of bus and tube stops. King's Cross ten minutes away on the 390 bus stops outside. Easy check in and welcomed by friendly staff member. Clean rooms and well stocked breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
J. R.
Room was clean, the one odd thing..police man with a dog came to our room..when I answered the door he said he’d come back when we left…I thought that odd and a bit invasive (they’d find our hoard of Cadbury Chocolates that’s about it lol) when we enquired they said it was a was routine check ..
D. S.
Excellent customer service from Kai both on reception and the hotel bar.
Kai gave us travel options for getting around London, our gig was cancelled at very short notice so had to make alternative plans for the remainder of the day,
nicely located hotel (when the northern line is open).
P. R.
Good clean room. Very quiet so had a good night's sleep. Breakfast - plenty to choose from. Ana a lovely Portuguese lady was very kind and helpful
M. G.
The room was as you would expect for a hotel at this price, clean and with enough space to be comfortable. The hotel is within 20 minutes of Central London by tube and has some nice parks and amenities near.
B. P.
A bit run down in places (public lift areas and bathroom in our room). Also seemed to be in close vicinity to a drug addict half the time.
u. e. O.
On point.. good basic rooms. Very nice location right by the station 🙂
S. B.
Good location for our needs. Unfortunately I found the lift floors dirty and housekeeping were not wearing masks. When I ordered my continental breakfast I had a limited choice as I was told there was difficulty in obtaining products 😔
P. D.
Nice comfortable quality value hotel. Clean room. Welcoming and friendly staff on reception. Good position, with a tube station almost underneath! Although the general area isn't great..it's a good base
A. T.
Nice experience, I would recommend it. Great service from breakfast to room feel. Staff were helpful and kind. Be aware that parking is not included in their room prices so its nice to consider this before going there.
C. H.
Have visited three times and can’t fault the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The position in London is great, 30 second walk and you’re on the Northern line. On our last day of the trip my son wasn’t very well, but the manager was absolutely amazing and really helped out. Very grateful for your help, thank you!
R. S. P.
Brilliant we are staying at the hotel for 3 nights for my sons birthday visit to London we arrived on his birthday day I phoned ahead to ask the team if they would arrange some balloons or something for him in the room bur they went that extra mile and had a few gifts for him balloons and banner wonderful thank you to Linda for the birthday card and to all the team
E. P.
Great place to stay right next to the tube station and 20 mins from central London. Lovely staff.
L. C.
Excellent low-cost, low fuss accommodation. Excellent staff, management. Comfortable bed, especially for the price. Location is very convenient. I stayed for over a week and don't regret it.
J. V.
Room fine, breakfast good, staff helpful, WiFi pretty awful.
L. G.
Well organised. Rooms, good as always.
Beds great. Right nxt to tube station & McDonalds.
f. W.
Great place to stay, clean , comfortable , perfect for tube into central London
F. A.
Perfect stay. Reasonably priced, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Staff very friendly. Very please and would go again because the price (£35 per night) was affordable 🌙
W. d. V.
despite the fact that I was not a guest, I was very kindly helped by the staff and the problem solved for me. what a great service, thank you.
A. S.
Probably one of our best budget hotel stays ever. The layout of the room is different, in a good way! The purple ambient lighting behind the bed is a lovely touch.
Breakfast was lovely.
The hotel was quiet and we did get a good sleep. Only issue we had was the rooms probably not as sound proof as we'd hoped, I'm sure I could hear my neighbour turning on lights and plugging sockets in, not that this was a major problem!
P.
I am a light sleeper and required a quiet hotel to stay. I have stayed at Premier Inn (other branches) many times and have never been disappointed. This is my first stay at Archway branch, the room seemed a bit smaller than other branches but it reflected to the very reasonable price. Premier Inn provides exactly what I am looking for 'a good night sleep'.
D. C.
We were a group of 26 and all of us had a great stay in Premier Inn Archway. Staff were more than helpful and kind. Rooms were quiet, modern, warm and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Area around hotel with plenty of restaurants, take aways and supermarkets. Irish pub was a little gem near the hotel... had a fabulous night out there. Tube and buses directly beside the hotel. We will be booking here again.
M. B.
Perfect location, rooms very clean and friendly staff
P. N.
Rooms were great. Stayed in Premier plus, which had added benefits.
M. S.
An odd Premier Inn. If approaching from the tube, you'll probably do a lap of the whole building before finding the entrance.
Even then, reception is on the 1st floor along with the restaurant.
Rooms are usual Premier Inn fayre.
Closest decent hotel to Highgate cemetery but be prepared to walk UPHILL.
W. B.
Great location close to tube station couple stops to Camden great market clean friendly hotel comfy beds 😊 have stayed here a few times would definitely recommend
K. M.
Brilliant, lovely staff. Good breakfast too Can't!! Can't fault it!
C. C.
This hotel was fine. It was a little away from any sights that you would want to see and because of that the underground prices were a bit inflated.
The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were great. The breakfast was super tasty.
If in London again, we would likely stay here again.
E. C.
Very good hotel, accessibility is fantastic, parking right outside for disabled drivers/passengers, very close to bus stops and underground stations, shops are a stone's throw away. Staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and had disabled facilities that made the stay easier and pleasant. 24hr reception made things very easy.
P. N.
Great place to stay right over Archway tube station, rooms basic with limited place for clothes. Room not cleaned or topped up during our stay.
M. A. A.
Not the first time I stayed here. Reason is because of its convenience. Supermarket nearby, chicken and chips stalls and kebab stalls all within 5 mins of walk. Even the metro and bus stops are nearby. Arsenal fans, it's just 2.5km away from The Emirates stadium. Just take one bus to go over there. Love this place because of the quiet and chill surroundings. And special shout out to the person who cleaned my room and left my daughter's doll on the bed neatly. It was a lovely gesture that made my daughter smile. Thank you guys. Keep being friendly and accommodating to guests. Keep up the good work.

My stay was short, but pleasant. Will book again whenever I require hotel to stay.
R. O.
The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. The room was bright, clean and in new condition. The breakfast was generous and appetising.
D. K.
Had to stay post foot surgery due to broken lift in my own flat. Front desk staff were super helpful; housekeeping went above and beyond helping with various requests; food in restaurant (esp soup, carried to room) was really excellent. Commendations to the staff - Highly recommend a stay for any reason.
M. J.
Ideal location next to underground. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly especially receptionist on our arrival. Room comfortable and warm. Breakfast very good. Will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended.
M. M.
Standard premier inn. Nice and clean. Room was a good size, big tv. Large, clean bathroom. Beds were a little bit worn and squeaky and could do with replacing but comfortable none the less. Breakfast had a good selection and was cooked well.
B. J.
Really good staff! Lovely rooms 👍
J. F.
This hotel was a nice surprise! The building looks to be newly constructed and has a modern feel. The rooms were absolutely spotless and facilities in good working order. The proximity to the tube station (literally around the corner) makes this and ideal location for anyone who will be traveling to/from central London. There is also a McDonald's adjacent to the property. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely return during our next trip to London!
E. B.
Elena was very helpful when I made a mistake with my booking and the room was very nice!
J. B.
Following on....Great breakfast too, overall a great stay, would recommend, plus it has parking too!
D. O.
This is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. It delivers on what they promise, a good night sleep due to the sound proofed rooms. It’s located perfectly near the Archway Tube station on the northern line making easy access into central London. Breakfast was delicious and they catered for our Celiac son (Gluten Free). Very friendly staff and a great stay. Would not stay anywhere else in London. We will be back.
K. S.
Bit weird, Reception is on first floor, so from an access point of view, not so easy.vending machines are first thing to see. Lovely and helpful night staff on reception. Room was lovely, and impressed with ceiling track hoist which covers the bedroom, and through to bathroom. Unfortunately I did not get to use my long anticipated bath, due to delays in travel, and lack of sleep. I want to go back and soak in the bath.
I. M.
For wheelchair bound guests. Exceptionally excellent caliber of quality and high standard of service provided by hotel staff. Extremely helpful, no question or issue too big for staff to assist you with. Disabled rooms are a comfortable size for wheelchair, bathroom facilities are excellent.
V. M.
everything was really perfect! the room was large and fully equipped, with tv, a kettle for the tea, a large and comfortable bed and very clean bathroom! the room was silent and heating was perfect, we really slept very well. Breakfast was very tasty and good value for money... we for sure would return!
G. F.
What can I say? Everything was great from the room, staff to the breakfast. It's rare when I can't find a fault with a hotel in London these days, but this one was genuinely everything I needed it to be.
It's probably the best premier inn I've ever stayed in in the whole.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was fairly large and well equipped. Everything was very clean and tidy and I hope to stay there again soon. I think the only thing missing was a nice view from the windows, but then in central London, it's unlikely...
For reference, I stayed in a Hilton last week and surprisingly, I preferred the premier inn this time.
T. C.
Well located for the tube and relatively inexpensive for a weekend break in London. The rooms and layout are the same as other Premier Inns, with all the facilities that you would expect. Great, unless you are looking for a historic central location with views.
a.
Great hotel, we came there late night and checked inn using machine provided in the reception. Check out process also smooth just leave the key in the receptions. Room was cleaned each day, they live with their motto to provide a quality sleep and we truly enjoy our experience there. one of the highlight of my trip in London.
B. _.
We had a room on the top floor for one Saturday night, the room was clean & tidy, beds we're super comfy, and the breakfast Sunday morning was great! If you're after somewhere quiet & comfortable, then I'd recommend this place! Only downside is the underground carpark is currently under construction, you can leave your car at Highgate Underground Station car park, it's one stop away on the Northern line, only "issue" is that it's just an open air car park and you're away from the car, so if you're paranoid I'd find a more secure one! Plus side it was only £3.60 for two days parking!
A. P.
Good rooms with air conditioning and excellent shower and large TV. Bed was very comfortable. No traffic noise on floor six. Excellent location next to the Archway tube station on the northern line. Would definitely stay again and is much cheaper than central London.
a. t.
Proximity to the tube station was a major plus. Breakfast was also great. However I wasn't excited about the room. There was no safe and though generally the hotel was clean, house keeping was poor. I went a few days before sheets were changed. Staff were friendly and helpful, when you can find them.
M. Z.
Very good place to be for you London adventure with your family. Archway underground station is very close. Rooms seems a little bit small for 4 persons, but you probably will stay the most time in the town. Breakfast as buffet is quite standard. Very friendly staff all around!
A. F.
Great hotel. Good location. Bus stop amd underground station near by. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Served hot and fresh ingredients. We ate dinner at the restaurant and this was delicious too. The staff were professional, personable and friendly. Would stay again.
S. S.
Premier inns are what they are. Clean and comfortable. Wasn't very busy when I went so staff were attentive. Just one issue when getting in the lift area.... The staff seem to congregate around the bottom of the stairs near the lift for their smoke breaks... Outside of course.... But the stench of smoke flows up the lift shaft.... Up to level 6 that I was on. Put me off my breakfast.
C. T.
We had a lovely stay here...we are a family of four...2 adults...2 kids. We had a quad room with four beds. The was a smaller bed for the fourth but as my youngest is 5 it was big enough. The view was spectacular we were on the top floor. Practically on the tube station so an ideal location and for a reasonable price!
f. k.
Top hotel and cool staff. Came here at 1am yesterday due to our building being evacuated due to a water hazard and I found the staff super helpful. Didnt know what to expect as I never stayed in any of the inn chains before but I was so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are super spacious and very well equipped. Ultra clean and very well soundproofed. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was really spotless. And its only 10 mins away from my home. I'll be coming back for a longer stay just for the fun of it, really comfy place!
C. T.
Most Premier Inn hotels offer rooms that are pretty decent. They're relatively clean, decent value and the beds are great.
But what elevates this one over most others is an addition that should be in every hotel across the country: a ceiling track hoist.
As a disabled person who can't transfer from their wheelchair without help, I'm unable to use most hotels in the UK. Only 18 have a ceiling track hoist, and almost half of them are in London.
9 rooms in this hotel have hoists in, and it's the one I always choose to stay in whenever I'm in London.
If you are disabled, or have a family member who is disabled, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Those ceiling track hoists are a godsend.
O. D.
Very comfortable, quiet room, good sleep.
R. L.
Clean, hot shower, air con, freaking awesome bed, super clean, did I mention it was clean? Felt safe staying here. Thanks for the stay.
P. M.
Great stay. Room was very peaceful and relaxing. All staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Archway underground station is next door. Just 10-15 minutes to Leicester Square. Local shops, restaurants, cafes, bars nearby.
T. R.
Premier Inn Archway is situated in a great place, right near the station and next to Mc Donald's. There is also a Starbucks and Costa nearby. It is very quiet in the area. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The downsides were that sometimes I waited a while at reception for a member of staff and the lights in the room don't work if the key isn't in a slot near the door. At one point even though the key was in, our lights suddenly went off.
A. H.
Just stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
With the hotel being new everything is great, nice bedrooms and great bathrooms.
A 40" TV was great for bedtime viewing.
The bar and dining room were really nice. Great breakfasts and a good evening meal on the sunday.
All the staff were excellent in the way we were looked after during our stay.
A special mention for Valeria who went out of her way to make our stay even more enjoyable.
Will certainly stay here again.
果.
Have been staying there for 3 or 4 nights a week for the last 4 months.
Fairly new.
A very short stroll from Archway tube.
Although it's on a fairly busy road it's very quiet.
Folks that work in the hotel are always very helpful.
Lots of decent eating places around too.
Happy hour between 6 and 8 so all good if you fancy a beer!
T. H.
Everything was fine, apart from the air conditioning, which was not working initially. On the third time of asking it was reset, and cooled down from 26 deg C quickly. The next day the same happened but it was reset. The breakfast is good value and rooms are OK.
A. P.
Booked the family room here.. Very spacious room (compared to the one at Heathrow Terminal 4)with comfy beds. Most of the staffs were courteous although some could be better. Lots of eateries especially Halal ones. Price of food is cheaper than the ones you find in town. The area itself is not so crowded so you could enjoy the scenery while going back to the hotel. I would be back here again for sure.
A. M.
Very good value for money, especially considering we're talking about zone 2 in London, right around the corner from Archway station.
Our room was amazingly quiet and very comfortable for the three of us (two adults and a 9-year-old in his single bed), we slept very well.
I think breakfast (ok, but no cheese or ham) and especially dinner (the latter we tried only once, though, finding it rather poor) could be improved.
I. J.
Really enjoyed my week long stay here. Clean, comfortable and the tube station (Archway, Northern Line) is next door.
It's located next to main roads, but I heard no traffic noise at all.
There are lots of ok and good/very good eateries within a short stroll and the on site restaurant Thyme has an interesting menu. The lamb Rogan Josh was extra-special, comprising a lamb shank instead of diced lamb.
The staff are very helpful, very friendly but over worked - I'm sure extra hands would be appreciated by them, so pay attention management!
T. B.
Absolutely what you expect from a premier inn, comfy bed and a decent breakfast. It was perfect for a work trip, as it's within spitting distance of archway tube station and around a 30 minute journey into central London. Only complaint was the lack of available staff, took me a while to get hold of anyone for an iron but they were very lovely when I finally did! If you're looking for a romantic getaway this is not the place, but we found it very pleasant and highly convenient.
S. S.
The hotel looks very modern and nice. The staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly and the overall layout is very good. The location is great as it is literally a minutes walk from the Archway tube station. Lot of good places to eat around there as well.
A.
Great room, no contact with staff unless you want it which is great for me
T. Q.
Great premier inn hotel and ideal location for access to all London districts and attractions. The Archway tube station is literally next to the hotel. Don't expect amazing views, as your in Archway :)
I've stayed at this hotel for 1 week slots every other month (business) and it has improved dramatically over the span of a year. I use to stay at Earls court and Kensington, but this hotel is my preferred one!
I left some constructive feedback the last time I was here around customer service. However I felt obliged to leave a 5 star review, as the concerns were not only addressed, but the atmosphere felt much better.
All staff including Nora, Dipa and Management are polite and friendly. The hotel is managed really well and staff at all levels work in synergy.
The rooms are of great quality, well maintained and cleaned daily. Breakfast is good and there are plenty of options, both full English and continental.
Some reviewers are complaining around amenities that you just won't get at a premier inn and I think this is unfair to rate a company, basing your review outside their model. e.g. Room service and Safe... Really you should check the facilities before you come, so you have the right expectations and then base your reviews on those expectations.
C. K.
Small but clean and cosy room + bath room. Friendly staff. Very convenient location as the Archway underground station is a stone throw away.
Free WiFi is reasonable. Breakfast and dinner menu doesn't change so for long stays consider other food options. Overall a pleasent stay.
M. P.
Good value for money hotel right next to Archway station. Rooms are clean and spacious, however you can't open the windows as a policy of the hotel. Breafkast is not included in the price, but it's good if you decide to have it, but it's not the cheapest. Overall good place to stay for North London.
C. l.
A brilliant Base for a London trip. Only five or. Six stops into Central London. Service is great and really great value. Also the breakfast is lovely. We had a family room and it was just the right size.
S. O.
Rooms not ready on time. Lifts broken. However very clean.
J. S.
This is located just behind the underground station and not to far from various shops and food outlets.
The hotel itself is clean and tidy, is not dated in decor or style and the staff are very helpful
Didn’t eat off the restaurant menu but did have the buffet breakfast which in honesty is the same in every premier inn which is filling and varied so no complaints there.
M. F. T. t.
Good location, metro station very close where you can get to any part of London easily. Hotel it's self is plain and simple but clean and neat comfortable to stay. Reseption is a nuisance, rearly anyone around and you can't check in till 2 of clock so suggest you try to plan your arrival near that time. They do have secure room where you can leave your luggage till you are able to check in.
R. d. G.
I was picking up a band so not staying here but have stayed at many other Premier Inns. I mentioned to one of the pick ups that this looks like the nicest one I've seen with a nice reception and restaurant he replied that the rooms were very nice too. The receptionist then came with some pastries that had just come out of the oven and offered them... now that's customer service. Very impressed
J. T.
Lovely hotel at a good price. Slightly odd reception as it's on the first floor and at the time of our stay, the car park was still being built. The building is new and the room was clean and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
B.
Usual Premier Inn, great location for public transport into the centre of london as its right next to Archway underground.
The food was really good, I had the piri piri chicken wings and tandoori platter on the first day, and then the wings and tandoori burger on the second! Service was really good, nice friendly staff, overall a great experience.
M. K.
Very fast check in and no need for check out. Large and Clean room. Reasonable price.
Y. 3. T.
Excellent facilities for the disabled. This hotel has eight rooms with ceiling hoists that track round the room and into the bathroom. All in spacious rooms for easy access, perfect base for a stay in London.
T. Q.
Have stayed here a few times for business...
Great consistent Premier inneque rooms, professional customer service and excellent location for access to central London.
Breakfast is a good, with a very good variety of foods. Dinner on the other hand is very sub-par and I wouldn't eat at the restaurant again as there just isn't any quality in the vegetarian and fish options. I can't speak for any of the meat based dishes, as i've not had them.
Big shout out to Dipa who I think is one of the night Managers and is a very competent, polite and lovely to deal with person. She's one of the reasons I ask my company to book us this hotel as she's always a friendly face... that also includes one of the Male Managers who's name I always forget :)
From a constructive point of view I think Nora (one of the Managers) needs to be a little careful with her approach, as she can sometimes come across as abrupt and borderline rude, but I don't think she means to be. She's a very operational sort of person, but lacks that friendly and gentle approach one would expect from a Hotel Manager. For example I asked her to give our company a refund on our meal deals and she highlighted the in-competencies of another member of staff, which I don't think was appropriate in-front of guests.
The only other thing is that I asked a member of staff for an iron and ironing board, which i've had to request twice whilst i'm staying here and it keeps getting removed everytime room service is carried out.
I'm currently still at the hotel and asked a member of staff for an iron and ironing board, to which she said "10 minutes", Nora interceded the conversation and shouted out "1/2 an hour please"... i'm still waiting in my room, to iron my suit before I go to sleep, it's been almost 3 hours, even though i've been down and asked again.
So really the service seems to be inconsistent dependant on who's on shift, I can vouch for Dipa and she seems to be liked by many guests. So really some customer service training could quite possibly be required.
Overall though, a good hotel and comfortable rooms.
N. P.
This was the best stay in a hotel I have had , so clean it was unbelievable , staff absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone to stay there . Well done staff and well done premier inns 👍.
S. S.
Good connectivity to tubes and bus. Many eateries nearby. Good breakfast in house. Rooms are average but good enough to spend the night if your main purpose is to visit London and not to enjoy a luxurious stay.
D. G.
Nice hotel with good connection to the traffic transportation. The breakfast and the service is good and very friendly. The room itself was quite big and the standard good. Only the closed windows are very bad because you have to you the air conditioning for “fresh” air.
L. T. H.
Many of our wedding guests stayed in the rooms and they all loved it. They said the beds were amazing and so was the service. They thought it was cheap for the quality that they got.
I went for breakfast in the restaurant a few times and it was excellent.
S. R.
Good hotel. 30 seconds by a walk from Archway subway/tube station. About 20 minutes to the city center. Clean rooms. Good beds. Everything you need to stay in London.
D. F.
Lovely rooms with great location. Elements of the breakfast buffet were poor but we did get there at the end of service so probably been there a while. At £10.50 I'd have thought it would've been made to order though. All in all a very well kept hotel and would definitely recommend
D. L.
Clean, comfortable room on the 4th floor. The room had a double bed and a couch where a third person could sleep. Great heating after a cold day out in the rain! 3 colleagues and I ate dinner there. The food was delicious but the service was slow: we found this a bit strange as there were only two servers but the restaurant was not crowded. I had chicken and chorizo skewers to start. Sadly, the chorizo slices were burnt to a crisp. For my main, I chose chicken katsu curry, which was very good.

Have been in 3 Hotels in a very short time and have been now over a month in this Hotel. It is very clean and child friendly, everything is up to date even the TV'S are smart so you can connect your phone to it. Manager and staff are very helpfull and really I can rate this hotel and staff 5 stars! Dont forget the food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL!!
P. R.
Hotel is brand new and i found the meal an service was first class. There is a tube station and lots of shops close by but the room is nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel, nice n easy to get to.
Thank you
B. M.
We stayed here a little over a year ago, and it was a great, inexpensive place. So quiet in the hallway you almost didn't dare to talk. Very comfortable beds and a decent breakfast.
R. A.
Room was spacious, shampoo/shower gel is provided and staff are helpful. Hotel is very close to the Archway underground station on the Northern line and not a terrible location. Great for the price.
K. C.
Great hotel right next door to archway tube station very good location and good price. Only minus is that the windows don't open in the bedroom and on a hot day some fresh air would be nice there is air con but sometimes you just want fresh air especially at night. Staff were very good and helpful.
K. B.
The location was good, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. But the staff was very unfriendly, stressed and not helpful.
I just wanted to know if someone will be at the reception an 3 am and the answer was "I don't know what your problem is, there is a box where you place the keys. I don't know why you called me I don't have time to talk."
h. c.
This has to be the best premier inn we have stayed in and we have been all over the country and stayed in many. The staff can not do enough for you, aswell as fun and helpful, the rooms are immaculate and the foods is amazing.
This lady especially made our stay very enjoyable whilst celebrating my partners 50th Birthday.
We will be returning in January 2018 without a doubt
and I suggest everyone who reads this feedback gets themselves booked up here. You wont be disappointed. having problems loading t
her picture however think her name was Ayesha :)
J. B.
Very clean rooms. Nice and quiet away from central London but right on the door step of Archway tube. Reasonable prices. Check out at 12.00am and they look after luggage till you go home
W. 1.
Clean and comfortable budget hotel.
M. D.
Great place, staff are soo kind and always willing to help, the place is neat, shower is nice and hot and the rooms are cosy and warm. Breakfast is a buffet which good to. My only downfall is the parking - either NOT available or limited parking spaces in surrounding area.
P. R.
Nice new clean hotel. Had a street facing room on a very just street and couldn't hear a thing so nice and quiet in the room. Well equipped big TV hairdryer toiletries nice breakfast and dinner there couldn't ask for more
L. R.
Staff extremely friendly brilliant service when we had a meal.. very clean an comfy rooms - only down fall was breakfast we was the first ones there so you expect food to be hot was quite cold.. but overall would use again close to the tube.. but not much else near it
U. H.
Modern, self-service reception that works. Good, clean room. Some have a bath and some have a shower. Great restaurant! Excellent deals on 2 to 3 course meals. Friendly staff.
N. M.
Close to Archway tube station so only twenty minutes into central London. Decent rooms, better audio visual kit than I've seen in other hotels - it looked like it was possible to plug into the TV to play media off a laptop. Would stay there again.
D. W.
Hotel right next to Archway Tube Station ( Northern Line) only 15 - 20 mins from City. Local buses only 2 minutes away, McDonalds below hotel, local shops only 2 minutes from hotel. M&S, CO-OP, ALDI, Sainsburys local and Tesco Metro all within 5 mins walk. Ideal location as this Premier Inn is a lot cheaper than those within the City of London. Many other shops and cafe's nearby.
A. D.
I really would give this 5 stars, However the restaurant service was just painfully slow the staff were nice and friendly but just incredibly slow. I was one of maybe 2 or 3 people in there most nights yet sometimes i would wait 1 hour for my dish . I literally have no idea why either, there was plenty staff, kitchen looked busy.... just like an imaginary time lord was slowing everything down!
A. S.
Best Hotel in London. easy access by Tube Northern Line stop in Archway. many fastfoods around corner. Lots of bus doubledecker Stop next hotel direct to city area. Big Room very cozy spacious. Friendly Staff and clean all..
L. W.
Newly built/ refurbed . Excellent location and 90 seconds from the tube station. Rooms are as expected. Staff could be friendlier, even when not busy. To sum up :
Functional, rather than memorable !
Z.
Nice clean hotel, on site parking which is a bonus.
K. H.
Lovely staff and the room was amaizing. The only down side was no minifridge and the travel cot was super uncomfortable. The location is fantastic. We had 3 young children with us and it was really easy.
S. a. E.
I stayed here for two weeks and it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Home from home. Check out my YouTube videos and subscribe.
H. M.
Great hotel, very clean and modern rooms. Restaurant was one of the best hotel restaurants I've ever eaten in for both breakfast and dinner. Will be staying here again if I ever need too.
P. S.
Always a warm welcome from staff at the north London hotel. Value for money with good food served in the restaurant. I am a regular visitor to this hotel and highly recommend it.
S. A.
Premier Inn rooms offer a clean, comfortable stay with all the facilities you need at hand. London Archway has air conditioning which was much-needed after a busy day in London and travelling around the underground. I would like to see a larger area in order to blow dry your hair and do makeup etc as there is only a small ledge in which to sit everything on (first world problems).
S. M.
Good location for the tube.
Plenty of eateries in the surrounding area.
Personally for me the sleep quality was very poor as I had a severe back ache each morning.
J. M. (. A.
Modern and useful hotel for a reasonable price.
There are two supermarkets, a pair of deli shops a macdonalds and a lot of places to buy foos around the hotel. Undergrund station is only 1 minute walking
A. K.
After 3 days without sleep, I needed someplace to refresh near the hospital. I've never been to a premier inn before, but it's true what they say about taking their beds seriously!
Two naps and showers later, I can definitely put this in the "great hotel" category.
P. D.
Great hotel very quiet and relaxing. If you book the package of the two course meal drink and breakfast highly recommended. Very close to the tube and close to Alexander palace by taxi
S. K.
Really Good Hotel, hard to find an economic hotel near to Euston (10 minute tube ride) which is not some kind of compromise. Great breakfast, clean rooms, good value for money.
F. P. W.
Few days in London before France.
Great deal and all the minor issues that have arisen, e.g. leaking shower, have been sorted promptly.
The staff gave been 1st class and as a location with good transport links it has been a really good shirt vreak
A. B.
A very nice clean, safe, pleasant Premier Inn. A small but major annoyance: No mains sockets anywhere near the bed, meaning that any devices which require power over night must either be left at the other side of the room or have cables trailing right across to the bedside.
L. D.
Business hotel. Average sized rooms with a small window.
Nice open buffet breakfast. Very close to the Archway tube station. Supermarkets and restaurants on the main street.
D. S.
Very good hotel, very polite staff and the room was exceptionally clean. Hotel wasn't very expensive and was only 15 minutes on the tube to central London. Would recommend to anyone.
P. T.
Good family hotel. Breakfast buffet has a good selection for everyone. Reasonable prices and great location next up the tube station.
G. A.
Comfy and spotless room, no traffic noise given location, very friendly staff and great breakfast, will use again
.
A. E.
Had a great stay there. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and food is amazing. Also very close to Archway underground which is great.
T. M.
Price alone was amazing for London! The hotel was also very clean and staff were very helpful. It is right beside a tube station which is always a plus in London. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.
R. D.
Brilliant all round!
Just let down by the room smelling of cigarette smoke.
S. B.
Excellent premierinn in fantastic location with really great staff. Will be back again!
R. L.
Great budget hotel, close to Archway tube for easy access to London. Its a Premier Inn so you know exactly the layout and quality. Comfortable and great value.
P. J.
Stayed with my wife and 4 year old kid in March 2016. Excellent location, adjacent to tube station, clean and quiet rooms, reasonably priced. Had a wonderful experience.
A. W.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, excellent value for money!
H. M.
Beds are back breaking. walking round london with awful pain in the back isn't great fun. staff are very polite. breakfast is ok but wouldn't have it again.
E. S.
It's a premier inn. Nothing exceptional about this one, the room was as expected. Breakfast was a buffet, the food was reasonable. Parking locally was a nightmare. I hope in the future they can improve this.
G. K.
Very comfortable room, excellent beds, clean, a bargain price too for London,
A. S.
Big room, big bed, Close at Arcway tube station and many bus stop, supermarket, coffee shop, resturant around hotel.
Resonable price and you can leave a lugguge at hotel also.
N. P.
Visited friend staying there while having treatment at nearby Royal Free Hospital. Next to underground station. Good dining in evening with privacy good food and attentive staff. Reasonably priced.
S.
Nice Premier Inn near Archway Tube Station. Loads of take aways near by to enjoy. Buses to central London near as well.
N. S.
A great hotel. Awesome staff, awesome breakfast, spacious, super clean and 2 mins walking distance to tube. Can't ask for more.
A. J.
This is certainly one of the best premier Inn hotels. Well located and within easy reach of central London. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
G. P.
Very friendly, comfortable hotel where nothing is a problem for the staff. Extremely clean and food waa superb. Would definitely stay here again!
K. L. H.
Really nice hotel clean tidy friendly staff good prices as well, near to the tube station
R. S. T.
A very spacious wheelchair accessible room, all of the staff were very friendly and it was very convenient to get us to central London.
I would recommend it to anyone.
C. E.
No frills but cheap and comfortable London hotel very close to the tube. Entrance is around the back of the building and check is up one floor from the ground.
B. !.
Nice hotel, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. In a good location, 2 mins walk from the tube station. Lots of shops ie Tesco, McDonalds located near the hotel. Also a leisure centre located next door with gym and pool
b. D.
Very clean, modern and what you would expect from Premier Inn. Great night sleep too...
A. S.
The accomodation is really good. The price and location is also pretty well.Only things that they forgot to put are fridge in the room and "toilet brush".
S. B.
Great location for visiting Alexandra Palace, 2 minute walk from underground station, room is smaller than most Premier Inn hotels I have been to.
G. H.
The room was generally clean apart from a dirty pillow, but apart from that it was exactly what you'd expect from a premier Inn: comfortable, quiet, well kept.
m. g.
Smart hotel. Superior bed, great breakfast. 19 minutes from London, Picadilly by Black line of undeground. Grosery and stores near. Safe place
M. W.
Great hotel, very conveniently positioned on the northern line. Access to Archway underground only 60 seconds away, plenty of cafes and shops also close by. Would definitely come back again.
F. J.
Very friendly staff and lovely clean room
N. R.
Stayed a couple of nights. Nice size room, clean and quiet. Bathroom was a little basic, but nice stay.
j. d.
Fantastic location just 60 seconds from archway tube station.hotel itself very modern and light interior.room a good size and breakfast very good.would stay here again.
G. W.
Staff were lovely and the room was excellent, couldn't have asked for a better stay! McDonald's next door was a big bonus too.
K. M.
Pleased with my stay but need more tea and sugar and milk in the rooms and parking is a big pain in this place and getting out of the car park on foot is nearly impossible
B. G.
My husband and I had a marvellous 5 day stay at this hotel Staff Food and Service was fantastic very clean hotel the staff presented me with a few small cakes with a candle as it was my birthday what lovely and thoughtful members of staff that your hotel have Ayesha was very nice helpful and friendly first stay will defo stay again thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay
R. M.
I stayed at the hotel on Wednesday 29 the of June the service of the room was out standing very very clean would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone also my main attraction was the breakfast I was served by a lovely gentleman called Abdalla looked as if he was rushed off his feet in and out the kitchen and still managed to please myself and most probably everyone else I thought was unfair that he was alone On a busy morning, the food was cooked to perfection also the serving area was exceptionally clean, been to a lot of premier inns breakfasts around the London area and this happens to be by far the best one I've been too even thou the chef/server was on his own... Well done Abdalla keep up the good work hope you are cooking the next time I'm there.
S. M.
Very nice new hotel, friendly staff. Great value. Only negative would be that the reception isn't always staffed.
C. R.
Great hotel right by the tube station. Staff are great, rooms are clean and the whole place has a good feel
J. M.
Good location by tube, easy access into London on Northern line (15 minutes or so); why would you stay in the middle of town for twice the price? Usual Premier Inn standard
J. V.
Clean room, however very strong smell of smoke considering it was a non smoking room!
N. “.
Room was clean and comfortable, dinner and breakfast were standard fare, but very pleasant, shame they didn't have any ice cream all weekend.
A. S.
You get what you pay for. Not bad, not great. Clean rooms and bathrooms, with basic amenities. Decent service. Generally convenient.
T. C.

C. B.
Usual Premier Inn standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed walking round the surrounding area - the cemetery is great!

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Excellent location next to the Archway tube station.
M. C.
Friendly, secure and clean. Ideal for sightseeing as very close to underground station and numerous bus routes.
P. B.
Hotel smells of weed and staff knew this too. Restaurant staff really friendly although the outside area wasn't somewhere you would venture after dark.
R. R.
Is a lovely place, i had a nice time with my family. Good food and very neat rooms. Good location also.
K. P.
New Premier Inn. Didn't try restaurant. Very near the Underground and loads of bus services nearby. Just downhill from Highgate Cemetery. Recommended.
D. V.
Very comfortable, clean and new rooms, great breakfast, kind staff and excellent position. What else?
C. C.
Usual queue for breakfast to wait for someone to put a line through a piece of paper. Never thought of driving this off the room pass? Also bibles in bedrooms still a thing? Wow. Internet slow
D. I.
Room was very good except no hot water for shower...
C. F.
Rooms smaller than other premier inn, nice staff, good food. Would stay again.
G. P.
Very clean, lovely and charming staff. Could have done much better food wise. Lovely bar to relax with a cocktail
