Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Good location served by many bus routes and DLR a few minutes walk away. Big Asda across the road also and other shops. Brewers Fayre is attached to hotel. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced with a good range of meals on offer.
p. b.
Had the 8oz rump steak and trimmings cooked too perfection tender and delicious. Wife chicken and ribs, great combo, wife enjoyed the food. And cosy atmosphere.

This Premierinn is split across 3 buildings so your stay might vary depending on whether you’re in a new or older block. I stayed in the new block so got the newer concept rooms, which were fresh and clean. My only issue is that whilst the newer rooms are most certainly better than the old ones (gone are the hospital bathroom lino and tiny TVs, replaced with nice flooring, purple mood lighting above the bed and a big TV) there is less storage shelves and the desk is much smaller. Plus the fancy light above it didn’t have a light bulb. Small things and overall I would prefer to stay in the newer room than an older one. Hopefully they will launch some premier plus rooms as they upgrade the hotel. Asda is a 2 min walk and car park is big and we’ll lit. £10 per night is reasonable in this part of London.

Bit of a maze and smelt like someone smoking something funky in their room. Food was reasonable, a little slow on service considering it was a quiet midweek. Staff were friendly though.

Room was fine, pretty standard for Premier Inn. We use Premier Inns quite regularly however my experience at The Beckton hotel has been the worst. My issue is that I unintentionally left a bundle of expensive, brand new cosmetics in the bathroom on check out. As soon as I unpacked my bag at our next hotel the following day I realised what I'd done. I promptly phone Premier Inn Be too and was asked to call back. This was the beginning of a long drawn out, unresolved saga. I have phoned over 28 times , only answered 5 times. Each time I had to create my story as my messages hadn't got through. I eventually wrote to the manager and have received mo reply. A member of staff with access to that room has taken my belongings . It would have been obvious that someone wouldn't leave new and expensive cosmetics behind intenentially. No effort has been made by the hotel to contact me or return my calls with any credible answers. I wouldn't stay again.

Check in was dreadful, the woman at the desk was so slow and didn't seem to care, like we were an annoyance trying to check in disturbing her. It took 20 minutes just to get a key, and after offering us 2 keys we only got the one.
The mugs in the bedroom were dirty, the double bed was essentially 2 singles with a double mattress put together to make a double, but the leg of the one bed was broken and the bed was at an angle so it made a massive dip in the bed which was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was good.

Budget hotel, comfortable room. Service is on the poor side, receptionist was not welcoming, didn't say hello when we arrived and was talking us like we were his children?! We are paying for the service, its not like we're staying for free. Room service people were rude. We wanted to be out from the hotel to catch the train but he was not giving us space to walk pass him and keep stopping with his trolley 😠 Was staying here for exhibition in Excel. Takes about 15-20 minutes to Excel, near to DLR and bus station.
C. E.
Always a good place to stay, easy to reach the DLR, supermarket nearby & the usual standard breakfast to start the day.
P. i. S.
I enjoyed my brief stay in this Premier Inn. The room I had was big enough for two people, it was clean and comfortable to spend the night in.
Location wise, it's 3 minutes walk from Beckton DLR station, easy enough to get to central London. There's ASDA and McDonald's nearby, so fill your boots for your guilty chicken McNuggets pleasure or a good ol' de-icer for £1.59.
Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a wee stay if you're in a budget and looking for a decent room. I hope this helps.
A. C.
Had almost everything I needed. Could have done with shower cap, extra towels, bath floor mat, bottle of water. Overall, lovely stay, comfy bed and very clean
P. C.
Room was fine but breakfast was chaotic. No cups out for hot drinks. Seemed understaffed. No lack of effort from those in attendance.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to London. It's convenient for those with cars, as you don't have to worry about navigating through Central London and there's Asda over the road for fuel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfy Hypnos beds in each room, with rooms being reasonably priced. Unlike most Premier Inns in Central London, the rooms are spread out over three buildings across the car park, as opposed to one building with 8-9 floors. (The hotel used to just be one building but has expanded over time.) It can be a nightmare to get to if you're going on holiday and you don't have a car, as you have to carry your suitcase through the busy Underground network and then onto the Docklands Light Railway just to get to the hotel. Other than that, I would definitely recommend
J. H.
Confusing to get to your room but very comfortable and nice place to stay I would give it 4 or 5 stars if it was not so Confusing to get to
t. a.
I've only ever eaten here and I've never had any food thats not edible. Staff are friendly. Not as clean as it use to be and some area's could do with an update, especially the ladies toilets. Will return another day, especially when meeting up with some lady friends, for either breakfast or lunch.
N. H.
I'm a London taxi driver and I had problems with a customer going to this hotel staff were absolutely fantastic in sorting sorting it out I would recommend this hotel to anybody
A.
The accessibility room/bathroom was spacious. Staff helpful. The only drawback was the mattress which was quite soft and for someone with mobility issues it was not supportive.
N. J.
Was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious.
The heater was quite noisy, the toilet extractor was not working.
M. A.
Okay for a quick stop over meets the basic necessities..shower was poor inadequate power and extractor fan was not working which triggered the fire alarm off, close to London underground which was ideal to commute to central London, no congestion charge for the surrounding area.

A lovely hotel : clean and with amazing staff we went to London for 2 days and slept amazing we went to the pub on our last day and had an all u can eat breakfast it was so good once again lovely and talkative staff 😁🇬🇧😍
S. W.
Great premier Inn for location if driving down from the east. Easy access to DLR and Asda over the road. Rooms show a lot of wear but still premier Inn standard. Fine for low cost.
S. J.
Nice hotel good food in the pub next door
M. H.
Only things to make experience better: box of tissues, accessible USB / HDMI port for TV, and pillows for the baby cot.
Otherwise, friendly staff, clean room, great experience overall.
E. B.
Friendly staff but variable room quality - the old block by the road is a bit shabby, but still ok.
K. U.
Very clean and comfortable and all staff were a very helpful and friendly.
K. K.
Nice Hotel, good location, close to DLR and ADSA.
a. t.
Nice place to stay shops near by and bus and train station few minutes walk away
J. J.
Great accommodation shame the pub shuts so early on a Saturday we finished work at 11 and pub was shut :(
D. W.
Clean, comfortable and tidy, but hairdryer didn't work
T. L.
Rooms are the same as any Premier Inn, so you'll know what your getting. Unfortunately your vehicle will be broken into in the car park. 6 vans had been targeted over 2 nights I was there.
S. M.
The staff was absolutely helpful the parking was not a issue and the beds were absolutely splendid I can't wait to come again and its 3 min walk from the dlr station love to come here again 5/5
M. E.
Very clean, friendly staff and service, most of all very quiet nights even though it's so close to the main road.
D. A.
Hotel is your usual PI affair. Staff are welcoming.
J. C.
I love premier Inn one of my favourite hotels to stay in. Pleasant staff who work extremely hard.
J. T.
Very nice hotel, with Premier Inn you a guaranteed a standard that i can rely on.
M. B.
Good rooms Good Service Nice Staff. Thanks 👍
s. y.
Nice. Little bit too woody though
C. S.
The hotel has clean and very cheap for us to travel into London, so very good. Staff were helpful but it felt like the restaurant staff rushed us with breakfast, like we weren't wanted.
A. S.
Clean, everything working, reliable rooms. Also managed to slow charge EV. Could do with more charges
S.
Good location, could do with a little refurbishment
J. O.
Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room was clean and a lot bigger than i expected. I had a good nights sleep (always do when staying in premier inns). Breakfast was good, only fault with it was the fried eggs, slightly over cooked but was still edible. The location was quiet considering it was within walking distance of London City Airport. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in that location in the future.
B. W.
Its premier inn so you know what you're getting into as soon as you book. Price was good but obviously only because I booked well in advance. Staff were lovely as usual. Theres, I believe, 3 separate buildings and we were given the choice of a room in and older one or the newest. We chose the newest and straight away they did advise there was just a shower and no bath which was fine. Shower was great, bed was comfy as always. Lighting in the room was better than normal, not too much on the ceiling, individual bedside lights and some lovely purple mood lighting which was a great touch. Only reason it's a 4 star and not 5 was because even though we didn't eat we did hear someone complaining when checking out about the lack of breakfast item giving a list of stuff unavailable, albeit a small list but poor food management none the less
K. H.
We had a good weekend at Premier Inn London Beckton. It was good value for money with clean spacious rooms and a good breakfast each morning. Bed was comfy although there was a bit of traffic noise it did not keep us awake. Pity they have introduced car parking charges; still think it should be free for guests. Big advantage being next to an end of line DLR station though. Altogether we enjoyed our stay and will return.
O. A.
Very close to the train station about 1 minute walk. Room fairly decorated. Window blinds are really good. They offer pitch dark darkness. Check in and out are flawless. Breakfast is very basic. All dishes are pre-prepared. No omelet.
P. T.
Room was ok, relatively quiet and warm once I turned the heater on, it was noisy though so would recommend warming up on checkin and turning off over night, good selection for breakfast but cappuccino machine was broken at the time so only americano available, had to use milk from the cereal area. Overall comfortable and affordable for a stay for an Excel event.
S. K.
One of the worse premier inns I've stayed in ....
The staff were excellent and always helped with what I needed ....
The hotel it self is very outdated and needs a lot of work ....
The aircon never worked and always had to go to reception to get it working ... and when it did it made the loudest noise ever.
They dont have any fans to give.
Being London you have to pay extra money just to park your vehicle onsite.
Rooms are very outdated.... my bed kept squeaking every movement I made, must have been the oldest bed I've ever slept on! The AC made a horrific noise all night and had to turn it off ....
Very outdated rooms ..... will not stay here again until they do a refurb. Only upside was the friendly/helpfull staff ....
A. C.
Rooms are good, the hotel staff are good. Clean rooms and quiet although next to Beckton station. The Brewers Fayre serve good food and drinks. But the whole place is littered with all kinds of rubbish. They need a groundsman and more staff in the bar restaurant.
M. A.
Stayed here a few times while visiting family. Staff always polite and helpful, comfy and tidy rooms and well equipped during this time of covid with high ususage areas being cleaned often and having sanitizer stations
P. M.
Typical Premier Inn with the usual comfy bed. Handy location and good Brewers Fayre restaurant/pub
J.
Comfy, Cozy and with all the amenities expected from a Premier Inn. Staff were also incredibly polite and helpful at all times. Very happy with my visit. The fact that it is right across the road from an ASDA means easy snacking and the fact that it is right next to the DLR means it makes sightseeing in London a doddle.
J. M.
The rooms in the new part of the hotel are great. However, attention to detail was over looked. The sockets could have easily had USB adapters, the bathroom has no shaver sockets.
This said, I like the new rooms, but paying £180.00 for a room here is a OTT and this is usually at least twice a week.
J. B.
Clean rooms with a comfy bed and good facilities as usual. Plenty of space in the car park. The brewers fayre that is linked is a very busy pub so best to avoid that if you want to do any work in the bar! Standard brewers fayre with food and drink options as usual. Hotel is right next to the Beckton DLR station. Literally a 1 minute walk
E. D.
Good, stayed for a few weeks, slept pretty well even in the 'heatwave'.
Breakfast was ok, safe enough car park. Easy access to the city around 12 miles out though.
N. S.
My husband and I have stayed here numerous times over the years for conventions and we wouldn't stay anywhere else now.
The rooms are always nice and tidy. Spacious, which is great when you've got kids who like to faff about.
The staff are always lovely and helpful.
It has a brewers fayre attached to the building so there's always a good breakfast buffet and good lunch and dinner options.
The DLR is conveniently located around the back, less than a five minute walk to make for easy travelling.
Asda is across the road for necessary munchies.
There's also a retail park within a short walk away, just incase you're in need of a new pair of trousers at short notice, with a Matalan, Iceland and Poundstretchers.
So in conclusion it's a great place to stay with lots of amenities close by.
N. S.
First stay here, comfortable room, great bed and linen. Buffet breakfast one of the best i've ever had, Mandy from the staff made my stay even more enjoyable... recommended
A. P.
Very nice good food and good choice off drink. friendly and helpful. easy parking also as a function room for parties or meetings separate. And if you have to much to drink there is the premier inn. Spot on .
N. R.
2nd visit within a week
Typical hot food with Hash brown ,vege sausages ,beans hash browns etc ,sele tion of cereal but presentation can be improved, small selection of yogurts and juices
Hot drinks via machine for £9.50 reasonable price. Food 8/10
The actual venue looks dated could do with slight modernisation but has pool table and fire place potential for improvement
7/10
Mandy the floor supervisor/waitress is approachable and friendly 9/10
Car park - yes and it's free for 3 hours! Kids are also free for 2 kids per paying adult !!!
Overall 8/10 😌
Recommended yes
Value -yes wirth it
Type of visit -family
P. D.
Brewers fayre I was at not premier inn. Its a good place for home cooked food a family meal type of place pretty good most of the time but now and again there can be a wait for food. There's not a bad dessert choice + buffet options available depending on the day and there's free parking a bar and play area for younger kids. Kids food menu and and 2 meals deals on selected dishes. Only down side is no cocktail options for drinks only beer and wine + hot drinks
O. W.
Friendly staff. Centrally located and close to train station. Fantastic
M. P.
Car park was covered in rubbish. Had to pay for parking. Rooms were very nice and clean. Bar staff were helpful. Receptionist was friendly. All in all a good place to stay.
G. L.
Clean, quiet, central and excellent customer service. Recommended for anyone visiting the local area, 24 hour supermarket across the road and pub with playground on the same property. Nice if you have to leave vehicle to do business as parking is free. Bus terminus and train station literally next door. Local corner shop 5 minutes walking distance in case you stay on a Sunday when Asda is closed. Staff extremely polite and go above and beyond for the guests (like when I left my cards and keys behind)
K. W.
Everyone works their socks off and are lovely. I hope the management appreciates all they do and how lovely the staff are. Nothing is too much bother. 👎To the moaning customers who moan about stupid stuff. These guys are lovely. Give them massive credit. Thankyou. Second time I'm back because its so nice here.
J. B.
Room was alright, spacious, helpful receptionist. Hotel is showing slight signs of age. Traffic noise was is worth mentioning but it didn't seem to annoy sleeping.
K. B.
Usual Premier Inn comforts and so close to the DLR making a trip into Central London a 40 minute hassle free ride. Not liking the recent addition of parking charge £8 per 24 hrs. -1 star.
M. G.
Decent budget hotel, rooms have Aircon and relatively silent. Rooms spread across 3 buildings, with large car parking in-between. Car park suitable for all vehicles even longest wheelbase sprinters. Food in onsite pub not bad.
J. D.
Modern, clean & quiet rooms. One main building plus two anexes (single females stay in the main building )
Food by Brewers Fayre, good breakfast, main meals what you might expect from this group, but excellent service.
Free parking and close to public transport.
E. F.
Clean and comfortable rooms, 1st night, neighbours were noisy had an early rise. So didn't sleep as well as I could. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly as well as reception.
F. S.
The hotel is nice except some issues we had with the air conditioning. But the food at the pub is really bad Sunday roast was left out in the open air for hours unattended and the food wait in general is way too long. Not the most hygienic place to eat at.
J. D. L.
Room were tidy as expected from Premier Inns, customer service excellent only thing that slightly lets it down is not having their own street entrance. Having to go through the pub to get street side can be daunting especially with young children. Thought to be clear this did not ruin our enjoyment of our stay.
C. M.
We've just spent a great weekend at the Premier Inn at Beckton and really enjoyed the experience. The staff in the hotel and the restraunt are lovely and hard working people. The management should be proud of the staffs commitment and customer service.
The free car parking makes coming, leaving and having a day out in London an easy experience.
We are now regulars at Premier Inn at Beckton!
M. S.
Lonely room, really comfortable bed. Shower was very weak but perfectly fine. I was over reception and the smoking zone was directly under my room. Lots of noise all night long as a result.
k. l.
Nice place, probably one of the biggest Premier inn I have seen so far, it got 4 building and about 700 rooms. But the old one where the reception is try and avoid it if you have option to choose rooms it's a old one and the showers are the slowest I have ever seen, the staff are generally good but as you expect some rude people. They got big Asda next to it and the DLR station Beckton is right next to it. The parking isn't free which is slightly annoying.
S. F.
We had food in the restaurant they have good family deals. Kids eat £1 / if you live local you can buy one get one free also if you go in the day you can chose from a menu where you get to mains for one price. It was very busy in there, wasnt as clean as it should be food was ok.
D. T.
Great place for the money, attached pub serves good food at cheap enough prices. Staff all seem friendly and helpful. Good value for money but if you want to visit central London, it's not that close. (Train station next to it though). Been here about 10 times for work and never had any problems.
m. w.
Good enough room but needs a refresh. Ultimate WiFi was slower than my 4G signal? Reception staff helpful and breakfast staff went above and beyond, offered me a charger to charge my work phone.
C. ..
Good hotel and close for work we were conducting nearby! Handy access to trains station. Staff over the weekend when we were not present, very accommodating. Lovely stray cat greeted us most evening.
A. W.
Lovely welcome at reception. Nice clean room and comfortable beds - exactly what you expect from Premier Inn. Restaurant (Brewers Fayre) OK but short on staff.
C. T.
This hotel was OK. Not a particularly inspiring example of a Premier Inn. I missed the usual USB charge ports which are always nice to find in other Premier Inns. The water pressure for the shower was a bit mediocre and the breakfast had only a few rather over cooked items in the buffet and literally one quarter of a glass or orange juice left, but clean and serviceable. Some staff great, others seem bored, inattentive and make you reluctant to ask for help. Really convenient for the DLR and London City Airport.
D. L.
Excellent stay Velma a staff member was so helpful nothing was too much trouble for her & she was on the reception on her own & the front desk was really busy she handled it professionally. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.
M. N.
Premier Inn is standard as you'd expect, clean tidy and friendly helpful staff. Whereas the attached brewers fair is of the lowest standards I have seen, poor upkeep, terrible service, the breakfast is hit and miss most of the time there is next to nothing on the hot counter. Avoid the juice and if your a big coffee drinker like me your screwed the coffee machine is either empty, broken or your coffee comes out cold!! Disgusting quality of service. Avoid.
R. M. U.
Excellent staff, they couldn’t do enough to help a credit to the company. We had someone noisy it was dealt with quickly with no problems
Breakfast staff the same happy and helpful
Will def be coming back and staying in this hotel. 5 Stars
m. m.
Excellent location. Easy to vomit to London city. Really nice place to stay. All shopping facilities are on your door step. Train station is right behind the premier inn. Staff is really friendly and help ful.
W. P.
A very nice Premier Inn location, extremely close to the Beckton DLR station making it a nice location for commuting to the local area. The walls felt a little thinner than other locations as you could hear people walking by and talking outside the room, but otherwise an incredibly pleasant experience.
M. B.
Great place for a night stay or business stay. Free parking is very good addition to the price, as other places around don't offer that. Downside would be food. I had my breakfast and it was quite bad. Staff were not friendly or something polite and the hot breakfast station was empty, so there was small variety of food that I could choose.
S. D.
Excellent customer service we could check in earlier than stated because the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean. Great location to get into the centre of London via the DLR. Would definitely stay here again.
M. W.
Like all the Premier Inns around London they get very busy. The adjoining pub could do with more staff at busy periods. The new rooms are much better in the hotel but on my last visit noisy during the day when I was trying to sleep (Working Nights).
R. M.
It's a great base for our visits to London. The DLR is round the corner, and Asda is across the road to get a few bits of shopping for the return home. It used to have free parking which gave it an edge. Sadly, no more.
My only gripe is getting served in the Brewer's Fayre next door, not enough staff.
P. M.
This is quite a poor example of a Premier Inn.
Premier Inn really need to take a look at this hotel and bring it up to standard.
It's looking really tired throughout, including the staff. Many employees need retraining or relocating to back of house, away from customers.
It's not put me off the brand completely but I wouldn't stay in this particular hotel again.
P. C.
Breakfast delicious & staff wonderful.
P. D.
Always professional whichever premier inn you use but this one has aircon already on. an extra sheet in case you're too hot.as well as the usual excellent service and decent restaurant with beer garden and small play area. Another pleasant stay and happy customer
K. R. K.
Staff friendly accommodation Clee but it's in need of refurbishment there is an extension being built so it will hopefully be updated when that's finished. The associated restaurant has good food but is woefully undermined at peak times including breakfast. Staff were all friendly and doing their best.
N. M.
It is conveniently located next door to the Beckton DLR train station and opposite a large supermarket -Asda. The rooms are decent spacious and fairly well equipped (tea, coffee, sugar, uht milk kettle, small hair dryer, towels, shower gel). Bed and breakfast ranges from buffet style to cooked breakfast. There are vegetarian and vegan options but the vegan options are limited. There is no gym, sauna or fitness room here but plenty of parking which is free for guests. There is a restaurant and brewery attached to Premier Inn. The staff in there are nice but this is a casual place and a bit too dark and dingy for me. Kids are allowed in the restaurant and there is a kids menu.
J. M.
Clean, spacious rooms
T. K. B.
Nice hotel, clean, comfortable room, and not a bad price for a hotel so close to London. Not overly impressed at paying £9 for a breakfast that is so often included as standard with similarly priced rooms elsewhere, but at least you know what to expect with Premier Inn wherever you are!
N. A.
Good, clean hotel. Big tv in room, but not usual connectivity sockets. Plenty car parking spaces. Air condd rooms. All in all, good service. I didn't eat their food so no comment there.
D. “.
Positive : Easy booking & payment, low price; at arrival enough (free) parking; friendly receptionist; small but comfortable room; big tv; bathroom; no extra costs; staff very helpfull; nice priced breakfast; again friendly staff; 15minutes from London - Negative : room bit outdated, second matrass with springs; bathroom painting not top...
T. D.
Great location for Excel and great hotel. Only issue was they weren't prepared for so many people wanting breakfast at the same time due to the event and they struggled to keep up. However, did not detract from the experience and recommend this Premier Inn.
P. P.
Family friendly staff, comfortable beds, large TV, free but slow Wi-Fi, good English breakfast (not included) at the restaurant that is worth visiting for dinner too. DLR train station is near the hotel (25 min to the Tower of London ) and there is a large supermarket across the street. Playground for kids. Don't worry about the airport. You can't hear it. The only issue in the hotel is the air conditioning. It's too weak and doesn't cool down the room! Don't go there in summer.
M. M.
We arrived at 2. 30 and the main restaurant part was closed off for the breakfast area ? Waiting for a drink and to order food as only one barperson. Food was lovely though and what staff were on was nice.
It puts the staff under pressure, need extra staff.
D. B.
I am here now. We work all over the UK and live in Premier inns. This one is much the same as all the others.
We have had the buffet from the pub next door which was £6.99. Fantastic value for this part of the world where down the road they would charge you that for a brew.
J. L.
Rubbish under the beds, empty beer cans.
Fox's around cars and the front door during the night.
R. H.
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Had a good night sleep. Close to a big asda and retail park. Oh and just around the corner is the DLR
S. D.
Annoying they increased their prices to take advantage of the people who were stuck in the area due to reasons beyond their control. Room was decent and clean. The corridors could do with updating as carpet is wearing down. Staff were nice and the dinner was good value
d. m.
Really easy to get too, super clean and modern spacious room with new bathroom. One of the best premier inns.ive stayed in
M. W.
I know this is a bit out of date but I stayed at this Premier Inn 18 months ago while I was attending an event at the ExCel London. I was quite impressed by the standard kept by the staff with what I know about how PI work there staff (Cleaning & Re-occupying of rooms and 'Front of House Staff). The staff were very helpful and more than willing to have a conversation with you.
Would recommend this for anyone wanting to visit this part of London!!!
P. M.
Usual premier Inn standards, but at the moment, Oct 2017 very noisy, due to building work. Not ideal if night working. The staff moved me to a quieter part of the complex, which is better.
J. G.
Excellent value for money hotel
Excellent bed
Well arranged space in the room
Easy functional bathroom
Plenty of parking
Nice pub
Brewer's Fayre restaurant
5 mins from DLR (30 mins from the city/docklands/Westfield Stratford)
It's not a 5* hotel
C. B.
Good location with regards to the DLR. The service was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The building however is tired and the grounds especially require a capital investment. I would heartly recommend this location for a pleasent stay near to London.
J. C.
A fantastic location for visiting the O2 and London stadium. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful...especially the Operations Manager. 5 stars!!!!
D. K.
This premier Inn has excellent customer service , the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, plus there is plenty of parking space's to , they also do have a excellent restaurant all u can breakfast and lunch the food is fabulous well be differently be using this again 👍
P. P.
Rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Close to the DLR station. 10 mins from the London Stadium & Queen Elizabeth Park in a taxi. There's a pub for food and drink. Free parking.
P. S. C.
Looking tired, air con heating slow to respond. When we stayed there wasn't any staff to check us in and we had young kids wanting their beds. There was a queue for the automated check in.
D. M.
The room was nice and the two blokes in reception were very friendly. I've only given it 4/5 because the shower pressure was low to the point of frustration.
B. W.
Good premier inn nice and close to where i was working. Although near a busy road it was still quiet. Didnt eat there as the factory canteen was better and cheaper.
A. R.
Excellent, booked as was going to a works do near buy, I needed a safety pin Laura on reception gave me of her own, exactly as reception should be friendly went out of her way to help me
4. 1.
Good free parking, good breakfast and good clean room. I didn't get to eat at the pub next door in the evening as they seemed very under staffed, so very long waiting times.
R. O.
Warm friendly welcome, very clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious...cooked to perfection! Highly recommended.
D. D.
We often go for breakfast on a Sunday. Great range of food and great coffee. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We'll done.
S. L.
Rooms are comfortable. Staff have been nothing but good. Friendly with a great sense of humour. Very welcoming
H. b.
Quite a small room and quite cold I would recommend having the heating on apart from that definitely worth the money
S. U. A.
Fantastic lunch at the premier inn Beckton.
Hadock fish cakes with poached egg and salad, and traditional fish & chips
Service was prompt and excellent
J. L.
Poorly organised but improving
C. M.
Go to the brewers fair restaurant situated there. Lovely food staff are friendly nice atmosphere. Waiting times for food can be a bit long sometimes but it can get busy at times.
J. K.
It's ok and the staff do their best, but for the price I thought it expensive and there was no breakfast on the morning I was there and I had no way of getting a refund. The email address never replied.
J. B.
Ample car parking and the room was mostly to the full premier inn standard. However the lift and stairs stank and need freshning up with paint and cleaning.
P. S.
It's a Premier Inn, not much to add.

S. H.
Not the best but ok
E. T. R. L.
Very comfy, clean rooms.
J. L.
Typical premier Inn quality wise. Staff are polite but not overly friendly, but the brewers fayre is below par. Great place to stay for the excel
C. H.
I liked this place because the food was very nice and the place was really posh looking. Also it was a good place for children because while they wait for their food they can play out in the outdoor playground

As always, bed is brilliant and room OK but not the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
C. R.
Clean and friendly staff but the food was cold
B. L.
