I have been to numerous Premier Inns across London over the years but in 2019 my girlfriend and I settled on the Chiswick branch as its the best one! We stay twice a week. The rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable. It's a quiet hotel and when we've had dinner there it's always been nice. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, every single staff member is friendly, helpful and attentive and it makes our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A big thank you to Alexia, whose customer service is always fantastic and it's clear along with the rest of the team they have all been trained really well. We'll continue coming so thank you!

First stay here. Booked interconnecting rooms for two nights stay which was a major advantage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is good and secure for £12 a day.
Only downside is that house keeping didn’t clean our rooms after the first night despite leaving a message for them to do so and we had to ask for fresh towels and bin bags to empty our full bins on the second night of our stay.
Overall, happy with the hotel and the price.

Ideal place to stop for London visits. 10 minutes from the tube. 5 minutes from chiswick high street, where there is a good range of shops.
Excellent service from all the staff we met. Food of a good standard, reasonably priced.

First time staying at this hotel. We stayed here for my friends Birthday and they even decorated the room for her. Nice breakfast ~ Could do with being a little hotter food wise. But friendly staff. Nice friendly Barman and professional. Room nice & spacious - Bath, Shower, clean towels.
Beds comfortable 5☆☆☆☆☆

Clean, decent sized room with plenty of plug sockets. My room overlooked a busy roundabout and I expected a lot of noise however there was none what so ever
Polite and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble
Some of the lights were very bright in the restaurant and looked like people had a spotlight on them. My recommendation is to book your table for the start or near the end of when they open for the evening.
The nearest tube station is Turnham Green (on the district line) its about a 15-20 minute walk away. You will need to go under a busy roundabout to get to the hotel. This is however well lit.
Rated 4 stars due to things always being able to be improved upon and things as they were, we're up to my expectations. I was here on a business trip and would stay again if I needed to.
M. R.
Clean well located with reasonable parking cost for London. Didn't get to sample the food due to timing of my trip but premier in usually have very good breakfast. Just a warning car park is VERY tight lots of dead ends and not tall enough for vans or tall people carriers

Excellent hotel. Only downfall is on our last visit 2 out of the three lifts wouldn't go to the 4th floor so it was a bit of a juggling act to get the one that did to come down.
W. F.
Typical Premier Inn hotel. Great comfy rooms and pleasant stay. Only gripe was check in terminals not working, one member of staff on front desk so that increased checkin time. Room key wasn’t configured properly so had to take another trip to reception.
T. G.
Good sized room, clean and tidy. Location is a good walk from chiswick high street and access is not very well signposted. Close to chiswick park and gardens for a nice walk. Price was very good when booked in advance but a distance when we commuted into London for the day
R. B.
Good location to avoid the ulev zone in London. Good soundproofing as didn't hear the traffic at night. Good location for the rugby, £25 for a black cab back from Twickenham town. Plenty of Ubers as well but if there's a large group you might end up with two Ubers. Nice and clean, breakfast usual buffet style English and continental array. Friendly staff. Job done
R. B.
I don't give many reviews but I have to say this, that a staff called Neha was really really nice, and polite staff. She was really friendly and even when she was busy at her work, I needed any help she was ready to help me and my wife. Amazing service seriously. Great Job 👍

10/10. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean, organised, Very covid19 organised. Very friendly young lady front of house mackenzie delivered outstanding service start to finish she couldn’t do enough for us so helpful! Great job guys, very outstanding team you have! We shall be back for more

Great choice for the Pub in the Park festival. The hotel was very clean, the staff were superb and very attentive. The breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend if attending the Pub in the Park.
C. T.
Clean, comfortable and only 15 mins walk to Turnham Green tube station. Excellent value for money. Great for a city weekend.
L. R.
Excellent value for money, ideally situated for getting in to central London with car parking. The staff are all charming and helpful
M. B. D.
Good Premier inn. All the staff are friendly attentive and helpful. Would stay again.
I. A. A.
Very nice neat and cheap for the prices...their family room is just amazing for the price...
A. C.
Great price. Very friendly greeting from French Alex. My kids were very impressed. Breakfast is great value for money

It's a Premier Inn. You know what you are getting.
Easy to find location. Plenty of parking. 10mins from Chiswick High St.
S. 1.
Easy to find, good value for money and remarkably quiet considering the location. The Covid precautions were very good, the staff friendly and helpful if limited in numbers. Breakfast was a bit chaotic considering we were the only customers. The waiter was clearly under trained but was friendly and did his best.
J. J.
Very clean . BREAKFAST lovely one fault no biscuits with coffee 😄😄
D. H.
Good hotel, you know what to expect with a Premier Inn. Location is good and added bonus of having well priced car parking.
M. A.
Very convenient hotel, but key magnet issues 3 nights in a row
J. B.
Nice enough place to stay and the food for breakfast and dinner is good!
H. H.
We stayed at the Premier Inn Chiswick for our son's wedding nearby last weekend and it was EXCELLENT from start to finish. The staff, especially Affi, Meeha and Madelina were amazing, nothing was too much trouble ! Their cheerful happy service was so lovely and it really made our stay so enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable, very quiet and lovely and dark with the curtains drawn. The breakfasts were brilliant both days and the attention to detail sticking to the Covid rulings were a credit to the staff. The parking was easy and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and a good room to stay in. However, the location was a bit out of the way and awkward to get to on foot. Every time I returned to the hotel in the evening there was always dodgy people smoking weed or dealing round the backside of the hotel (where the entrance is). If you are with a larger group it’s a great place to stay however I would not recommend it if you are alone or with a partner due to the dodgy location.
S. R.
Good hotel and we were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was great as we’d had a really long day of travelling! The maids are really good and would come back and clean our room even if we left fairly late which was very nice! We stayed 4 nights and had breakfast one day and it was very good food and a good standard. I would 100% recommend upgrading to their ultimate WiFi as it’s not a bad price and it helps a lot, especially on apple products. The bathroom was good, if not small and sadly because of that ours lacked a bath which I was looking forward too but the shower was good despite this. The only point that was bad for us was how far away it is from everything. It’s around 15 minutes walk from Chiswick High Road and at least 20 minutes walk from any tube station which makes things difficult if you don’t have a car and on the website it does state that there is a tube station nearby which we found not to be the case. Other than that the only complaint is how long it took to get from reception to our room. The lift takes forever to come and we were in room 235 which is the furthest room away from the stairs and/or life and we therefore felt like we were walking a mile to get to our room. All in all, a very good hotel and very affordable but I recommend staying here mainly if you have a car or are only staying for something nearby as the walk is incredibly irritating.
J. D.
Fabulous hotel. Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Great food and plenty of parking available at a cheap rate. Would certainly come back if In the area again.
B. D.
Stayed at this branch whilst work was being done on my home. Reception and dining staff provided excellent service during my stay. The food is what you would expect from this level of hotel. Pub type food but pleasant enough but quite disappointed no fish and chips on the menu for Friday it's a British staple. Bed was comfortable as advertised. Room was cleaned regularly but carpet probably needed cleaning I could smell it. Overall enjoyed my stay, would recommend.
B.
Decent place to stay.. we didn't have enough towels in our room but the staff sorted it in seconds. Really nice breakfast.. the car park not cheap but food for where it is.
T. M.
Hotel was perfect however Be warned,, I enquired about disabled parking,, yes they said. I arrived and yes disabled bays at the front door. On my return home I get a parking ticket from the private company. I sent appeal with photo of disabled badge and appeal was rejected, I thought are you serious. No ticket machine no sign up to say disabled have to pay
SO BE CAREFUL
E. D.
Very helpful staff and well maintained hotel at an excellent price. The Thyme restaurant is also high quality with a diverse menu, great service and very reasonable prices. What a pleasant surprise all around! Friendly and family atmosphere. We ordered the Lasagna and chicken burger and also a great breakfast. Service was always excellent.
e. c.
Stayed here for 4 nights. Quite a walk from the tube. Staff lovely. Very quiet hotel, slept very well. Clean rooms. Restaurant not open until 6, pub a walk away though. Only complaint I have is that there was a cotton bud on the floor near the lifts for the whole duration of my stay.
D. S.
Stay here very often. Good clean rooms. Good food. Good service.
Car parking a very good price. Finally a hotel in London that doesn't fleece you on car parking!
Will stay her 90% of the time I'm in London
D.
A group of us stayed here last weekend for our Monopoly board walk through London .
The hotel was fantastic newly refurbished, food and drinks reasonably priced too.
Staff helpful and friendly.
£10 a night for car parking pay as you park quick and easy
G. W.
When you book a Premier Inn hotel room, you know exactly what you're going to get: this place is no exception to that rule. Comfortable and clean room, very good price considering its location, and friendly, competent staff. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that aspect. If what you want is a no-frills, clean place to stay the night at a good price, you need look no further. I would use this place again.
M. A.
Very nice hotel. Pretty new. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were kept clean. The location was good because it was just a short walk to the Griffin Brewery. However it is also on probably the busiest traffic circle in Greater London. Fortunately the building filters out about 95% of the road noise. Other than 2 pubs that are close, most shops and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away. They have a restaurant and small bar but we didn't take advantage of those. Heating and air conditioning were steady. Not a lot of noise from adjacent rooms but not sure we had neighbors. Bed comfort was fair but the pillows were lame.
M. P.
Room ok, but chair was stained with as if someone sat on it instead of the toilet! Staff removed immediately when notified. Staff excellent, safe parking, good public transport links.
Breakfast good and plentiful.
Would stay here again.
I. D.
Premier inns are usually good for a peaceful night and this one was quite comfortable. It's main entrance feels a bit like a back door though and the 'bar' is a locked fridge in the restaurant containing a selection of bottled beer and wine; not quite what I was expecting. Breakfast was great though and the staff were great.
t. s.
Great location, 15min walk to the underground, really good and secure car park.
Staff are friendly, breakfast was beutifal and I was most shocked at the restaurant, the food was amazing.
I normally try to go to London once or twice a year with the wife and kids and I most definitely will be staying here.
E. C.
Very basic hotel experience. The entrance is hidden around the back and it could definitely do with better signage both outside and inside as I had a bit of confusion getting in and finding reception in the morning. The staff were helpful buta bit hard to find. The room was nice enough, clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if I needed to.
M. M. (.
Clean, roomy, quiet, modern and cheap. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. You might have to plan in a few extra minutes at the start and end of each day, because it is a little ways off from the main attractions, but it is still accessible and as long as you know how to get around via public transport or have a car at hand you'll be fine. We were very lucky to have stumbled across this place while looking for a hotel in the area and will come back if we ever need to stay in London again.
J. W.
Used this hotel as our base during a recent trip to London. The family room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is good quality and value (children eat free) and will set you up for a day of sightseeing in London. Will deffo stay here again
C. E.
Its was great the service was great and was the food and the room was fantastic.
F. S.
Easy to find, enjoyed our stay here but had the most odd thing about the room which was a window that didn't open and looked into a inside space which was bizarre, although very quiet, the room was sadly a little mucky, hairs on the bed, bath, round the sink, also a bottle top quite obviously on the floor that was instantly seen, had a problem with the WiFi but when went to the bar to get a hot chocolate for myself and daughter they sorted it and also gave us free hot chocolate and that actually did sweeten us hehe, good night sleep and breakfast had no faults at all!! Absolutely delicious! We were the first down but staff already waiting and so helpful really nice, nice shower, good size room, really easy to check out.
A. S.
Easy to drive to central London.
Rooms clean and tidy
M. B.
Superb value. Comfortable, pristine room with good sound insulation for a great night's sleep. Only niggles were that the standard WiFi was very slow and, whilst the breakfast was very filling, coming down towards the end of service, the buffet items were a bit dried out, under the hot lamps.
C. C.
The staff were so friendly. Felt safe and comfy. The room were clean. The car park is £10 a day. Its located well for Chiswick high street and underground station. 190 and 533 leave from 2 mins walk. The Chiswick house and gardens are super close too.
D. K.
Good place as standard with premier inn's very clean rooms and giving us Easter treats we liked that . Would strongly recommend that you check out the breakfast even if you're not staying hear as for 9.50 per adult kids eat free it's hard to beat in London. The bar is okay but it closes early. Good place to stay and very cheap much cheaper than in central London and easy car parking. Would recommend.
l.
Friendly staff.. nice comfy bed.. clean. Great breakfast. Car park pricey.. but overall very well maintained for covid19 prevention.
J. L.
I drove here for a meeting and event I had to stay over for in Chiswick and it was great. There is a secure gated multi story at park for your vehicle (£10 per night) and the check in/chrck out process is really simple as they have the automated machines. My colleague had an issue and a member of staff was available promptly to resolve and there's a restaurant on site for dinner (until 10pm) and breakfast with Costa coffee available. My room was modern, clean and bed as always very comfortable. Given its closeness to the M25/M4/A4 this is an ideal pit stop for a London journey. There's also a pub near by which is good for a night cap.
J. F.
Stopped here for two nights, and was perfect in many ways. Very easy to get by car, driving from Cardiff, just off the M4/A4. It's also a perfect place to stop if your venturing out to Kensington or White City areas which are only 10-15mins by taxi. Perfect for what we had planned. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed, all the essentials required. Staff helpful and friendly. Car Parking is perfect, even tho its an extra £10 per night. There are 2 floors, plenty of spaces, most being quite big suitable for wider vehicles and very secure. A perfect place to stay.
K. A.
The room was a little bit bigger than other Premium Inn hotels and the bathroom was better but unfortunately the restaurant was very disappointing. We booked a dinner at the hotel as we were tired after a very busy day and when we were ready to order they told us that we can use a discount as we had a breakfast already booked for the next day. Not only we did not have any discount but they didn't serve everything that we ordered (they missed the side dish) and also we paid somehow even more than expected. The next morning, instead of the usual hash browns they had garlicy potato and spring onions mash - for breakfast. Just horrible. My partner had an friend egg and he said that it was like rubber. It was self service so I could not order any changes (I would usually order fresh tomatoes and not backed). We could not pay for the pay and display parking on the level where we parked so we need to ask on the reception and they told us to go to the other level. I could not see coffee and milk on the reception, so we had only what we had left when we arrived in the room. However, everything else was ok. :)
D. J.
Stayed on 25th May having visited The Chelsea Flower Show, reception staff really helpful and pleasant, had two rooms for four of us. the rooms were spotless, with one kingsize bed and a single. The beds were really confortable had a great nights sleep, very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. Ate in the restaurant, the food was very nice and the service exceptional, the male waiter I think his name was Constantine (really sorry if I have got his name wrong) was so funny and friendly and Ana Maria was loverly and so attentive, all of the staff were working really hard. We had breakfast which was top quality and again the staff were really nice and never stopped working. We all agreed that we would stay here again. We also booked parking which at ten pound for the night was really good value and secure.
S. B.
Clean room, hotel is very smart and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very filling, evening meal was superb - more than enough. Overall would definitely come back again.
J. G.
Amazing quality of room for a 3★ hotel. The soundproofing is excellent - you wouldn't know you were overlooking the 6-lane A4 dual carriageway if you couldn't see it out of the window. The TV on the wall is a large flat-screen, bigger than the one I have at home, and there are plenty of plug sockets available. The air-con works well. And I like the subtle touch of the narrow strip of purple light shining up from the headboard of the bed - it makes for great mood lighting (though it can be switched off if you prefer). It's so easy to find the hotel by car when coming into London from the west, and car parking is actually only £10 for 24 hours (not the £15 I've seen advertised). It's a 15-minute walk to the nearest Tube station (Turnham Green) if you want to get around London, but that's a small price worth paying if you're lucky enough to get a room for £29 as I did for my stay. Good service on reception, though I can't comment on the on-site restaurant as I didn't use it.
t. 1.
Staff are amazing i came in 4 hours early and still were able to check me in service is unbelievable and rooms are amazing.
S. H.
Clean modern hotel with large comfortable bed and spacious walk in shower. Useful onsite car Park and cafe. Only downside is lack of signage on one side so not easy to find as the entrance is behind an apartment block.
G. B.
Premier Inn. You get what you pay for. Good standard of comfort. Good location for my needs. Just be aware of the euro park owned car park
J. E.
Spent 3 nights in Chiswick Premier Inn with family: 2 ad + 3 ch. If you do the check-in online, then you don't need to spend a long time in reception. The hotel was around 20 minutes walk from Turnham Green Underground station, which is not too bad. We had to book two rooms due to hotel policy which was a pain, actually, hence the four stars. Rooms were bright and shine: sheets linen, bathroom. The environment was so family-friendly. The breakfast was so good, especially for the kids who loved it so much.
T. B.
For a very cheap rate this was well worth the money. Very clean (obviously as it's new), good shower, dark and quiet room, put an ironing board and iron in my room when requested at reception within 2 mins, very reasonable delicious breakfast. But the five stars goes to the staff, who were ace. Hope they don't loose their enthusiasm.
R. G.
As with almost all Premier Inns this one was excellent— clean, tidy, nice and quiet with cheap parking. Good location for West/South west London attractions ( we were going to Twickenham) and pretty easy to find. What makes the stay so pleasant here are the staff who were all so friendly and helpful the whole time. Highly recommended.
K. H.
Does what it says in the adverts, good value unlimited breakfast.
A. W.
Our stay in this hotel was lovely. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfy, the shower it. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, 15 mins walk from Chiswick high Street and the train station for which to get the tube into central London. Chiswick is a lovely urban, leafy town which is perfect for exploring, drinking, eating and spending.
A. G.
All the staff are tops even the cleaners, othow they speak very little English still polite and give a Smile. Food is fantastic the hotel is cool all day long so good in the worm days. I feel like I'm part of the furniture as I have bean hear 2¬3 weeks these are some photos to share to you all
K. W.
Very quiet considering its location off a main road. Clean, tidy rooms. Staff were very helpful. Parking onsite in a barrier-controlled car park for £10 a night. Very close to Hogarth's House and Chiswick House and Gardens. Tube about 15 minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again when visiting London. Highly recommended.
A. S.
Staff are friendly. Comfortable beds and nice rooms with a decent shower as always. Food is good. There is also plenty of parking available. Location is okay, no buses nearby. However it is a short walk into Chiswick town centre.
B. S.
Used it for parking as was going to chiswick house for pub in the park festival. Very convenient.
P. K.
This is the third time we have stayed here. First time we have eaten breakfast. Staff behind the serving area are not trained to anticipate the need for more bacon despite people waiting. Green bananas on offer. No fruit salad. Perhaps Brexit is starting to have an impact on fruit salad and staff.
A. “.
It is what it is. You know what you're getting. My room on the first floor was noisy as we were next to a door that leads to reception. It was also an interior facing room, so there was a dearth of natural light. However, I would happily stay there again for a night.
s. b.
I’ve stayed at multiple premiere inns across London and the Chiswick one definitely has the nicest rooms. Everything about my stay is good apart from one extremely annoying issue. I only stay one night per visit and checkout time is 12pm but for some reason the staff/cleaners constantly decide to knock and my door and wake me up around 10, I awkwardly have to shout not to come in as I sleep naked. After this I never can get back to sleep. Once the Door even opened when I wasn’t fully dressed and I had to shout for them to close it. They then continue to knock again between 11.30-12. Why? Checkout is 12. This is extremely annoying and it makes me not want to stay here again :( if it wasn’t for this the hotel would be perfect and it has a nice layout with clean, well presented rooms.
M. J.
Modern rooms with air conditioning although it turns off in the night ever couple of hours so you have to keep turning back on if you want to stay cool. Restaurant a bit dusty on the low level ledges which run past the tables - so doesn’t give the best impression
j. b.
Good prices and only a simple 15 Minute walk away from Turnham Green station. The staff are really friendly and helpful even offering to print a form we forgot to print at home. Generally clean and friendly atmosphere. Our room hasn't been cleaned when we first arrived but the receptionist quickly found us an upgraded room on another floor.
P. M.
The room was very quiet, despite it being by a very busy road. Staff very friendly and helpful. However,at breakfast they ran out of cups, so had to share a cup for 20mins,by which time we had finished our breakfast. The cooked breakfast was not very fresh, the fried eggs were inedible.
S. S.
Booked this Premier Inn for my mine and my husbands birthday weekend for 2 nights. The Hotel was new and very well set out. We were able to book in online which was alot easier for checking in. The staff were freindly and really helpful. The room was on the 1st floor and was surprised that we did not hear the traffic noise. Peaceful nights sleep on both nights. We had breakfast both mornings. There was such a lot of choice. We also had evening meal on our 2nd night, I would recommend the salmon dish. Prices were very reasonable in the restaurant too. I would definitely book this Premier Inn again.
M. H.
Not the most fancy hotel, but for it's price point it is certainly one of the best choices.
Super quiet, no discernable noice from the motorway or anything whatsoever.
Bathroom and the room itself have been properly refurbished.
Staff were helpfull even doing early checkins.
Properly accesible via the motorway (the only downside is that the parking isn't prebookable).
City center, subway, apollo (walking distance, 20min) are all reasonably accesible.
F. P.
Wifi and Internet is really quite slow and a massive let down
E. M.
I stayed here for one night during the week. It was extremely good value for money, rooms were very clean, quiet and modern. Even though it is right next to the A4 you can't hear any traffic noise. About a 10 minute walk from the District Line
C. B.
Great value and a really nice hotel. At £38 for the night, this was a steal, 15 minute walk from Turnham Green tube station and next to the M4. The room was immaculate, the kettle looked like it had never been used before! Would highly recommend, a great place to avoid the high costs of staying in central London, whilst still being close enough to easily get a tube into the hustle and bustle.
L. T.
Great location with parking and priced reasonably. Given the age, the hotel is in good condition. Staff all friendly and helpful. Thought road noise may be an issue but couldn't really notice it. Would definitely stay here again.
B. D.
Everything you should expect from a well run Premier Inn.
S. S.
We used this hotel on various occasions whilst major work was being carried out on our property. Staff are friendly, helpful and our rooms were always cleaned and tidied to a high standard.
X.
This premier Inn is brilliant! So quiet, excellent happy staff, a lovely restaurant with lots of space and a clean and very comfortable room. Easy to get to from the station. A perfect 3 day stay.
m. l.
Nice hotel. Beds comfy. Most staff friendly and helpful with one exception. manager was quick to sort issues though. Food tasty and reasonable.
S. P.
Value for money. The breakfast spread is extensive although the same each day but since there is variety, one can mix things up for oneself. Facility is brand new and sparkly. They make your bed and clean your bathrooms every day meticulously which I loved over the 1 week stay. Also close to Heathrow. Definitely recommend it highly.
Negative: The nearest underground station (Turnham green) is a 10 min walk away and the trains don't stop there for a window of time in the evening.
B. K.
One of the best deals if you need to stay in London. Suitably out of London to be reasonably priced, but with extremely good access to great food and shopping and excellent transport into the heart of the city. Adequate parking capacity with terrifyingly small spaces, low roof and tight corners.
R. J.
Great hotel 15 walk from Turnham Green station. All the staff were friendly, the rooms were comfy and the breakfast was tasty. Will definitely use this hotel the next time I need to take my car to London.
j. w.
Brilliant rooms. It's a new premier inn so everything is very clean. It has everything you would need for a short break. There was some initial confusion when checking in regarding payment however this was resolved quickly. Overall a good stay.
S. G.
Budget accommodation, close to the M25, with parking for £10 per day. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. No views or frills, but good basic facilities and free WiFi. About 15 mins walk to Chiswick town centre and the nearest tube station. Food is available as an extra and looked tempting, but I didn't partake. Anyone looking for very cheap accommodation, shouldn't be disappointed
C. H. (.
Lovely hotel in a slightly off beat location. Unfortunately, let down by some of the worst staff experienced in a Premier Inn. We found the staff cold, uninterested and very slow to get their attention at reception (more interested in chatting to arriving colleagues).
Not sure we would return to this particular Inn
J. D. L.
This is a reasonably new Premium Inn located on a busy part of the North Circular. Our room looks out on the road but thanks to clever insulation we could hardly hear any road noise. Recommended for a cheaper London hotel
D. J.
Nice and modern and clean rooms, decent location depending on your transport choice 15 min walk to chiswick station through a lovely park. Resteraunts team standards differ depending on who's on shift. Food is nice. Great price compared to others in the area.
E. G.
Hotel was clean and as you would expect from a Premier Inn really.
Restaurant was awful. Told to wait an hour then found out it was near empty! ..
Staff not well trained in allergies. Girlfriend has a nut allergy and had to speak to 3 different people for them to understand. They did not seem to have a allergen book or access too the information very easily at all.
My meal was dreadful and was not as described on menu (buritto). Rice was plain when meant to be seasoned and the burrito was actually a fijitta which i wouldnt even say was 10% filled.
Girlfriend's was a good burger but had to tell them it wasn't as described in their menu again. Missing items e.g. Onion rings which the Duty Manager checked with the Kitchen and they admitted not bothering to do any ..
Duty manager was very helpful shame the team around him weren't.
E. B. (.
Excellent staff, very helpful. Clean and comfy rooms. Easy access into Central London. Had a great few days and will definitely return.
P. S.
I love this place and stay here every time I take my kids to see the sights of London. Easy to get to if you come by car from the west or south west - Bournemouth in my case. The walk to the tube is maybe 15 mins and there is always a space in the hotel car park which costs a reasonable £10. Full Breakfast is about £8 and kids breakfast is then free. This is a clean and quiet budget hotel with ok WiFi and helpful staff.
M. F.
Great hotel, good breakfast ... but what makes the difference is the service. Many young people helping and serving you in nice way and professional approach. Special mention yo a guy, Frank Parente , he speaks many languages including Italian!
G. W.
So far, so premier inn. Bit odd that my bedroom window looks directly into the corridor of another business but hey, At least I won't get woken up by the sun blazing through my window.

Cheaper option Premier Inn as a little way from transport links, but next to Fuller's Brewery, and a very short walk to the Thames. Car park is £10 for 24 hours. Right next to the A4, but we didn't hear any traffic noise in our room.
C. M.
One of the best we’ve stayed in! Clean, tidy, breakfast was so good! Ideal location for getting the tube to London, definitely stay here again!
C.
We had a four night break here last week, whilst not the best view in the world, location wise was just perfect. Chiswck High St a ten minute walk and also the same to Turnham Green Station, we were from hotel to Central London in less than an hour. Staff were very friendly, and The Restaurant rezerved our favorite table each night. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern, the only quirky thing about the rooms were a lack of telephone! I did find this rather odd considering, not sure if this has been observed by others, but it was certainly something which surprized me. Like The Hotel that much, we have booked a post Christmas and New Year break.

Just checked in and I can declare that I am absolutely pleased with this hotel! Checking in was seamless staff were very attentive and helpful room very clean and huge! Premier Inn always delivers!
P. G.
Clean room, staff friendly & helpful. But it was a shame evening meal took a long time & the dinning room was cold. Would of given it 5 stars for this reason.
A. H.
Standard Premier Inn with Type 2 EV charging points on the ground floor parking, you need to bring your own charging cable and get a token for 8 hours charging from reception which is included in the £10 parking charge. There's a restaurant next to reception but didn't use it so can't say whether or not it's any good.
G. C.
A comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Despite being surrounded by very busy roads, it was very quiet inside and I had a very good night's sleep.
A. W.
I love this hotel. It is a new hotel with excellent room cleanliness and facilities. The price is quite cheap. The staff there was very helpful. The hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus from hammersmith tube and bus station. If you travel everywhere using public transportation such as tube/bus, I would suggest you to take the 190 bus. You will use this bus to get to the hotel from hammersmith tube station and vice versa. The bus stop for the 190 bus service is located in front of the hotel, so it is really convenient. The only downside is that during weekends and public holidays, it can take some time to wait until you get the 190 bus service.
S. N.
The rooms were a bit on the small side, but the hotel felt fresh and new. One of the best PI breakfasts. Very helpful staff in the restaurant.
C. J.
Really comfortable place to stay with everything you need. Very good covid precautions. Staff extremely helpful with anything you need
C. B.
Clean nice comfy room with all I needed. Bar staff couldn't speak English well and messed up the order despite us repeating a simple order several times.
Z. H.
Excellent hotel. Rooms on the inner side look into an atrium with no daylight. A bit depressive, but extremely quiet! Decent breakfast and very friendly staff. Not too accessible by tube etc.
L. C.
Good overall, rooms were clean and spacious with a good, clean bathroom. Very quiet and lovely bed. Service was ok but not great. Water pressure in the shower also was not great.
D. M.
Welcoming and great customer service by all the team during breakfast on both days. In particular mina was very friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. Lovely stay
J. N.
Very clean and comfortable. The Reception staff very helpful and thr Car Park is a bonus. Would stay there again.
R. R.
Usually fineries at all prem. Inns.
Stay away from peak breakfast hours though. Anarchy. Not their fault....just understaffed.
If your a veggie, collar them straight away. As you won't be able to catch them later.
Quiet as in the room. Temp good. Shower good. Bed good. All standard premier inn stuff.
Will go back.
J. C.
Super friendly staff, always happy to help. We were served by Affi, Agneska and Madelina and all of them were more than helpful and polite, going above and beyond for everyone. Service was brilliant.
A. C.
This place was clean beautiful and the food was amazing and restraunt quality.
The people that work there are all very helpful, happy and made our stay extra special.
Well done to all the amazing staff.
P. M.
Hotel was good. Very impressed with the external sound proofing. I had a room on the first floor facing a busy dual carriage way and you can only hear it if you lean against the window
r. s.
Hotel is fine and often available at a great price. The restaurant however is prone to meltdown.... so give it a miss. Chiswick is 10 mins walk away and there are loads of places to eat there.
A. B.
Lovely staff. Clean and tidy room. A excellent place to stay for the weekend. Prices for meals a bit steep. Got food from outside.
T. H.
You can't beat the price. New, nice hotel. Large modern rooms. The free WiFi is weak, and I had no mobile coverage either.
T. R.
Just like any other Premier Inn, good value for money, but when will they realise that the only people who appreciate a bible next to their bed can bring one themselves? (quite an offensive book if you actually read it)
R. B.
Great hotel again! Thank you premier inn! Great rooms, (not so great views), Free Wi-fi, breakfast buffet and only 10 minutes to nearest underground station! Overall, a great hotel and a great brand!
A. R.
Standard Premier Inn. What you see is what you get, Polite staff, decent clean room, usual menu in the restaurant, just about enough parking, there was construction work next door when I stayed (11/17) but the contractors were decent & stopped work at 4pm. Access on & off the A4 was busy, but the A4 is always busy.
M. Z.
Quiet place with a good location if you either have a car or want to go about Chiswick area. Otherwise a bus can take you to Hammersmith in about 10 minutes.
The hotel itself is basic but good for the money you pay.
s. g.
Disappointed with the hotel. How can you offer a full English breakfast without having any bacon. Staff said they had run out and waiting for an order. Not very good organisation
B. H.
Just booked in. Brilliant so far. Great reception. Room and bathroom immaculate. Minimum facilities but everything you need. For a budget hotel.... fabulous.
M. M.
Fantastic location, great service. They also have many charging points for PHV's. It took 1hr 20 to charge my Prius.
The food - breakfast was awesome.
c. n.
Clean and quiet. Friendly but professional staff.
M.
Disappointed
. No greeting and no seating at ground floor level. Lacking the personal touch. Room standard OK no toiletries. Other budget hotels visited better.
A.
The location ia perfect as there is a tesla dealership around the corner where you can see the cars. The view is very good depending on how high your room is. The service is outstanding. Just completly amazing!
K. A.
Stay in premier Inns quite regularly. ...this one is ideal when visiting London. ..easy access by bus or train.... the hotel is lovely and clean the staff very friendly and the food was of a high standard
J. B.
Great hotel for West London. Easy to find, car parking. Only downside was distance to the tube. Chiswick High Street was a very pleasant surprise.
J. O.
Clean, comfortable, very reasonably priced, and an Ubers ride away from all of London. Would certainly recommend.
Overnight parking is £10.
C. W.
My favourite Premier inn. Very new and clean. It has anything you might need and it’s in a pretty good location. You can walk to Turnham Green in about 10 mins
A. C.
Good hotel with the newer room configuration, but transport link can be a bit annoying if you want to return a lot. I recommend the bus link from Hammersmith to Hogarth roundabout as it requires the least walking
M. G.
Lovely room , decent service and nice location. Breakfast was good but the evening meals needed work.
L. W.
A really lovely place to stay. Secure parking and access to rooms. Clean and spacious rooms with up to date decor. Delicious breakfasts and close to railway station.
R. P.
Perfect location for us at the end of the M4. Entrance to the carpark was difficult to find due to the building wirk going on around it. A sign would have been helpful.
Easy check in.
Nice breakfast.
T. P.
When I visited I had a massive hiccup regarding my booking and it was late at night.. however the staff were really attentive and helped me to no end .. young receptionist went out of his way to make my stressful day end pleasantly great service .. and the beds are just fabulous
T. H.
Great stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff that bent over backwards to help. Breakfast good to. Fantastic stay for 2 nights
A. C.
Good hotel with ok links. Parking facility was so helpful. Staff were very attentive and breakfast was as good as expected.
I. L.
Clean room but no safe or fridge, no or not working extractor fan in the bathroom. Fine for a single night with warm white wine!
b. c.
Nice hotel, parking can be tricky in a van tho
J. O.
1st time here and was really impressed nice clean and tidy and following all the guidance they should
B. F.
Lovely Hotel. Staff could not do enough. Lovely town close by and the underground about a 15 min walk away. Ideal for sights of London.
W. T.
Nice modern rooms and great, friendly staff and great service. I was in the area for a local event which we organised and they went out of their way to help assist.
C. C.
The entrance is very hidden. Check in was messed up. Made up with a free breakfast and change of room. Plenty of use of the lift needed. Comfortable, basic stay.
A. (.
Used the hotel to park as we were going on a Fuller's brewery tour which is very close by. Carpark well lit and easy to navigate plus very reasonable price.
R. M.
Really nice hotel, staff very friendly, room nice and clean, breakfast good. Would recommend it.
A. F.
Great hotel. Was a bit hard to find on foot but can't fault the room or food.
The surrounding gardens are nice at Chiswick House.
N. R.
Nice hotel, not too far from the tube. Sign off roundabout for parking should be bigger. Friendly staff, reasonable priced food and drink.
M. S.
Good parking, nice clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good and the staff polite. Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn.
S. P.
Very helpful staff...a credit to the company.
J. X.
Really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff, comfortably room good breakfast. We keep coming back
m. a.
Was a good hotel, but not very good if you aren't mobile as public transport isn't so close. It's situated in a nice neighbourhood though.
G. P.
Very clean, great breakfast,Great location just on the edge of chiswick, 20 minute taxi ride to central london
X. Y.
Comfortable room and friendly staff. However the fire alarm wrongly came in deep night. Free parking fee because of the fire alarm.
D. C.
First ever stay in a Premier Inn. Surprisingly good experience. Decent rooms, good facilities, everything was clean and efficent. All for a good price as well.
J. C.
A little bit too far from public transport. Crowded this morning at breakfast. But very good value for money. Nice rooms and beds as usual
C. B.
Parking below for a tenner. Nice bar and friendly staff. Super clean and comfy room. Will definitely use again.
D. A.
Raja the nigh controller was the best person and he made our stay very comfortable and pleasant!!! Best person
s.
The staff at this hotel are an absolute credit to you. So friendly and warm especially the ladies in the restaurant definately recommend
L. F.
Great new Premier Inn right on Hogarth roundabout. Great parking and around a 20 minute walk to turnham Green tube station for easy connections into central London
B. D.
My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as well. Would demystified stay here again.
A. P.
Stopped for two nights, easy check in/out, great breakfast, very clean hotel. Staff very friendly.
S. W.
Wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are modern. I've stayed at hotels which have costed more and weren't as good.
C. R.
Loved it so much a day after coming home I booked again for February this time bringing my mother and children.
Looking forward to show my mother why I love London so much.
H. H.
Nice clean hotel friendly atmosphere. Within walking distance of a train station approximately 3.5km away.
M. M.
Friendly, clean, spacious, lovely staff. Breakfast spot on . One of best we've stayed in .
D. G.
U pay for a room thats it. Breakfast is extra so is a better wifi. And u got to pay for parking expected more for £110 A night
P. D.
Ok hotel for a stopover with breakfast good choice of food and drink only downside no fridge in room to keep cold drinks in and restaurant was close when I check in so had to go elsewhere for dinner but comfy bed nice shower and TV.
E. F. (. a. C. B.
Great location, friendly staff but breakfast wasn't quite up to par with other hotels, cooked breakfast was swimming in grease :(
C.
Rooms were clean and quiet, staff were helpful though a little slow and sorting the room out. Restaurant food was nice though a little expensive for what you get.
t. F.
Clean, warm ,lovely staff great breakfast. Beds are a bit hard but over all great value for money
J. H.
Fabulous stay. Breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. Also slept like a log.
A. W.
Nice and clean think it's a new hotel staff, friendly. Even the food was good for a thyme restaurant.
h. l.
Charged £10 to park overnight even through I have never been charged before. Long wait for a evening table, they state fully booked but restaurant half empty.
J. M.
Lovely service and great for access to central London as outside the main congestion charge zone for lower emission vehicles. Easy reach of the undrground.
B. T.
Decent hotel, although the room was far too hot and the air conditioning didn't work, plus the windows couldn't be opened.
R. L.
Great rooms very friendly staff food very nice my only crumple there is no hot chocolate at breakfast
S. L.
Fantastic stay, helpful staff, great breakfast and very clean room. Will definitely be staying again.
G. R.
Surprisingly quiet Prem inn which was needed during a week of nights.. some good team members too.. particularly Ahmed at breakfast, helpful and always had a smile
P. S.
Nice clean hotel but their breakfasts could be improved by keeping the food hotter
B. W.
Very friendly staff with lovely accommodation, peaceful and quiet despite being near a busy road. A nice 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station.
K. D.
Very good experience, hotel modern and clean and staff extremely helpful.Great location convenient to Chiswick high Street and Turning Green tube, definitely visit again.

G. A.
Lovely hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was in a great location, the beds were super comfortable. I normally hate hotel beds as I can never get comfy but this was perfect.
A. B.
This our go too Premier Inn when in London. A bit of a walk to the tube, but Chiswick is such a lovely town that its worth it.
E. B.
Great we have been twice this year and it didnt disappoint. Not far from the tube station in hammersmith and is only a quick bus journey away
N. R.
Great experience and loved the dinner
S. D.
It's ok but not perfect. Nice service and people. But the corridors are depressing. No variation for breakfast, it's same all the time.
A. R.
Lovely clean hotel. Good location just off the m4 and ideal Base to explore London with a tube station just a short walk away
J. D.
Fantastic Premier Inn. Super staff. Convenient, quiet location. Just 10 mins walk from Turnham Green Tube. Excellent value

What can you say its a hotel. Looking a bit run down now from the outside
C. J.
Location is good, great aesthetic in the rooms and the design of the hotel itself, staff were somewhat friendly.

Not a bad hotel and in a nice part of town. The setting, right on the Hogarth Roundabout is a bit grim though.
J. B.
I stayed there on a tour trip from America and was expecting them to cheap out on a mediocre hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of rooms and services available.
