H. L.Was pleasantly surprised by this premier inn. We had a great nights sleep, it was so quiet considering the location. They deserve a 5* review for the ‘getting ready’ mirror alone. Perfect for doing your hair and make-up with two plugs and a little shelf to put your things on. More hotels should have this!

A. R.Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is pretty functional and is a great value stay option given the neighborhood.
The premier plus rooms are spacious (especially given that it’s London).
Special mention has to be made of Zoey who had the morning reception shift. She was super helpful and helped us with several things throughout our stay of 3 nights.

K.Great location close to restaurants,cafes and supermarket and on main road with several bus routes.Comfortable bed in spacious room with well appointed bathroom with shower.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices,on site restaurant with reasonable menu.Easy automated check in.Pleasant and helpful staff, very clean throughout.Only down side was lack of wi-fi unless you pay extra. I would return again when visiting the area and will recommend to family and friends. Great value.
J. H.Great location only 15 minutes from Clapham Common, good firm bed, quiet bedroom on 2nd floor away from the busy road and blackout curtains made for a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we preferred to go to the nearby cafes. We didn't get our towels changed or bed made but not sure if this is usual for Premier Inns? Hotel and bedroom was very clean. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
C. O. N.This Premier Inn is one of the good ones in London, we’ve stayed a few times but you can tell they’re struggling.
We had a plus room, there was no water in the fridge, there were wet towels in the wardrobe draw, the duvet had stains on it. We had to take the cover off the duvet because the room was so hot, the window was sealed and the air conditioning wasn’t working, I only use air conditioning as a last resort but we were both sweating after a cool shower. The mattress needed to be turned, it had roll-together.
The shower was excellent, great water pressure and we slept until 09:00 - hence the tree stars.
J. G.Stayed in quite a few premier Inns and have never reviewed any before because they are normally all very much the same however this one deserves a mention purely because of the staff. They were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Most were young and was so lovely to see how much they worked so well together. Would highly recommend a stay here. Treated so well by everyone. D. M.Travelled from Manchester to London for my sons graduation. We stayed here on 22.11.21 The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival and when I left. The chef was very helpful at breakfast and the breakfast was made just on time to take up to my mums room. Clean room and quiet.

C.Very nice place and very good staff but rooms are very small and there is no difference between a standard room and a family room. to make it worse the beds are not king-size so my feet were hanging off the bed which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also 2 beds were pushed together to make a double bed in the so called family room which came slightly apart and caused me to twist my knee! So did not have a single night's good sleep for my entire 4 days stay! 😖🥱😡😒
T. M.Stayed in a family room, pretty small but clean. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so was very humid in the bathroom. Breakfast was great!
s. L.A wonderful location to rest after a busy day at Go Ape at Battersea park with the kids. We stayed in two rooms, with 3 children and two adults. We arrived at 1.30pm, believing that the check time was at 2pm and was told it was 4pm. The kind gentlemen in reception, was able to find us two rooms and allowed us to check in early. This was so lovely, as it was my son's 13th birthday and it would have been difficult to travel with three kids and my elderly mother and all our luggage.
The highlight of the evening was the amazing lady in the restaurant, who was so kind and made my son feel special on his birthday dinner. Even with the shortage of dishes and having to work under such pressure, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, with cheerful banter and laughter and even gave the boys a special reading book and a torch light. She is a real diamond and a credit to the company.
At breakfast we arrived late as everyone was exhausted and the gentlemen at the dinning area was lovely and kindly told me to not rush and take my time and was kind enough to arrange more cooked baked beans and juice for us. He did not seem stressed and smiled and was friendly and made us feel relaxed. I have stayed at Premier Inn's before, but this experience was so amazing and I am truly grateful, because it made my son's birthday special and it was all a credit to the amazing staff that we met. All premier Inn should receive training from these staff at Clapham. :-) Thank you for everything, you are appreciated!
M. R.Comfy hotel with all you need in London. Modern rooms which are clean and well kitted. Also has food restaurant downstairs which is a bonus. No parking here.

C.Hotel, food was all good but standout experience and reason we will 100% come back is due to COURTNAY who worked in the restaurant, unbelievably friendly guy who clearly had a real passion for both his job and customer service in general, everyday we would see him he would make a huge effort to help us enjoy our stay.

But over all it was a peaceful sleep kids loved their stay and I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back again! Just shame about parking but to be honest seems all premier inns around are just the same!

The staff make it very friendly and are willing to help with travel questions etc. Went for the meal deal option of two course evening meal with a drink and then all you can eat breakfast. Food was good and you can see the chef at work, plenty of choice especially for breakfast. The room was spot on as with every Premier Inn and the location is great for Central London.

N. M.The staff were amazing. The rooms spotlessly clean and the beds super comfy. Black out curtains in the room, air con also. About a mile walk from Clapham Common Tube Station which takes you through Clapham common itself so a pleasant walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a minor issue for me and one I'm sure could be easily rectified. Get this done and it's an easy 5 star for me as the food is really good!
P. W.My wife, toddler and I spent two nights at this hotel (close to our house) in the immediate wake of a collapsed ceiling destroying our kitchen. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating and helpful. It really made a difference at a very stressful time. The hotel itself is pleasant and well appointed, the rooms are great, clean and modern. Highly recommended, especially for the cheerfulness of the staff despite some of them clearly being expected to do several jobs on the same shift - serve drinks in restaurant / man the reception desk etc etc.

k. r.Overall a comfortable hotel! We had booked a room online about a month in advance but, when we got there, our room’s shower wasn’t working. They took us to another room which had two beds instead of three beds, which we booked, but we got free breakfast so it was made up for. Apart from that, a good experience!

Firstly I would like to highlight the staff in general at the hotel, taking time out of their day to help us with automated check-in, explain of a technical issue with the lift and also during our breakfast being very attentive and happy. One small issue was the cleaning staff, who most likely have a great deal of rooms to get through, but were in our room during breakfast and when we got back, despite us checking out in a short while. The location is great, an underground stop 10 minute walk away, a bus right outside going north into the city and a supermarket just next door. The room was the usual high standard for a Premier Inn!

Needed a nail kit, wasn't one in the room and front desk didn't have any. Small tesco and Sainsbury's on the door step, very handy! Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel but I've had better.

V. S.Looks small from the outside and has used the old frontage of the previous building. Great hotel inside, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Thyme restaurant was ok but not freshly battered fish on the evening meal menu which was disappointing. Not too far to walk to Clapham Common for the tube or there are plenty of buses to get into London for sightseeing. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we would use this hotel again.
D. (.We stayed in this location as our daughter lives up the road. The location ended up being perfect. On either side there is underground and overground trains. Lots of restaurants around the hotel but the hotel has a great restaurant as well. The rooms were good and super clean bathroom. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Usual premier Inn services offered and as usual all staff are really polite and professional.
As it's quite a new hotel (2 weeks old) the chef could do with regards training as the restaurant service wasn't great, in terms of quality.
On each occasion food was over cooked (especially breakfast) and the were quite a lot of veg options that weren't in stock. It didn't help that one of their usp's I.e. Costa coffee machine was out of order.
On the plus side though the room was excellent with real modern decor and probably the comfiest bed I've slept in (after my own :)

F. G.I really can't fault this hotel. Have stayed in there a good few times during business trips in London and it really has everything I need to feel comfortable; quietness, cleanliness, and modern facilities since the hotel was opened under the Premier Inn franchise not too long ago. It also has a Tesco supermarket right across the road and a Sainsbury's on the corner. The only thing I would say is not 100% perfect is the area, which at night can get a bit rough. Overall, a great hotel, with excellent value for money, like all the rest of Premier Inn locations.
V. V.I've been staying here every fortnight since 1 year. Well connected with the Battersea area, rooms are at the usual premier Inn standard, the bed is probably better than the one I have at home. Breakfast has plenty of choice and is generally cheaper compared to other hotel chains
J. F.Great place. A bargain for bed and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, bus routes straight outside to get where needed. Very clean, comfortable accommodation. This is now down as our London place to stay when we go to Brixton Academy. Top tip: make sure you take water from reception into your room. It is the only downside I think. Oh and take your own conditioner as there is a body/showergel in a pump but nothing else. They obv thought hard on cost savings so they can pass them onto the customer which I would never complain about. Dont stay if you want 4* luxurious London accommodation. But if you need a place to crash that is clean, cheap and easy access to the city, with a great breakfast its perfection!

C. T.Hotel room was really very nice, it was clean, spacious and things were of a good quality. The breakfast was really disappointing. The continental part was a sorry mix of some unripe fruits, tired cereal and a variety of jams and marmalades. Had at the very least expected to see a bit of cheese or cold meat. The full English was sloppy and and looked unappetising in the cluttered dishware they were served in. I can really recommend the hotel, the room and staff were great! Maybe grab your breakfast somewhere else

Staff are extremely kind and make great food suggestions albeit inside the inn or out side on the near by lively Streets full of restaurants, cafés, shops, bars and clubs. Rooms are clean and look newly refurbished. Walking to the nearest high Street is about 10 minutes but it's lovely walking in the picturesque park.

S. H.A very good Premier Inn. They seemed a little low on staff as the bar wasn't staffed in the afternoon when we were there, but someone came over to get us drinks. I had house keeping come into my room at 9am, which was odd, as check out isn't until 12pm, but since I was getting up at 9:30 anyway, I didn't mind too much.
B.Nice new rooms, staff trying their best but they do little mistakes they would need catering training, but food was the worst they don't have table salt and grinders where used so instead salt my colleague has rocks on plate, full English (self service) was cold and late breakfast starts 6:30 and it wasn't ready we where in delegation so we had late start From very beginning of the day, dinner was so so. Overall 3/5.

P. V.Sleapt (too?) well, room was clean, price was reasonable. It is a Premier Inn, so it is fairly generic, and no bells and whistles... but if you have been to one recently elsewhere then you can pretty much expect the same here.
AS this is a new build everything is in good condition, the A.C. works and is quiet. The tv is a decent size and there are CONVENIENT jacks on the wall under it so you can plug in your laptop to it to watch a film, audio jacks and even a USB port, which apparently is to play media from a stick.

In 5 giorni di permanenza nella nostra camera non è mai stata fatta pulizia nel bagno, solo cambiati asciugamani e rifatto il letto. Presente un'unica coperta-lenzuolo troppo pesante se non si tiene aria condizionata molto fredda. Manca un frigo in camera. L'hotel è cmq ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e complessivamente vale il rapporto qualità prezzo.
