Amazing from the word go. From booking including our stay. The team have all been fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean, hotel very central, the food is nice and fresh Not greasy at all including the breakfast.
Feel. Secure also with lifts having to have a pass to get into the room areas.
Highly recommended and will be back certainly be back.

Just checked out after two nights at this location and all I can say is what a great location and for the price of £75 per night you can’t beat it. It’s exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean, tidy rooms. Friendly staff and great value for money. They had a few supply chain issues with larger in the bar but who doesn’t have a supply chain issue at the minute.
Overall great couple of nights in the best city in the world.
Would definitely stay here again as the location (I can’t overly praise this) is spot on.
A. M.
Great location and reasonable price, family room on had 1 chair and 2 cups/glasses. Breakfast time got very busy with difficulties in using the lifts or waiting longer than normal for one. Food was good and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great location! Central to so many great attractions. It's perfect for families like us and those that want to be in the centre of all the attractions. Staff were fabulous, couldn't do enough and super friendly. I would definitely book here again.

Perfect place to stay in London! Lovely building! We thought our room would be small because we were in London but wow our room was huge! The hotel is right next to all the attractions and has a great restaurant. All the food was so nice that I ate here every morning and evening. Sadly there was a mix up with the bill one evening. I paid for the wrong bill which was much more money, I didn’t know until I got a knock on my hotel room from one of the staff. They told me what happened and they give me a refund right away. They staff member was very apologetic and gave all my money back to, I didn’t even pay for my own food I orders after because of the mistake. I wouldn’t of known this happened and I’m so grateful they realised and told me! I would 100% be staying here again next time I visit London!

Great location and lovely staff - particularly Charity who was full of caring energy and keen to make our stay as lovely as possible. Few times hanging around waiting to check-in or ask something but staff aware and do their best. Plus rooms - can’t be beaten for convenience and location.
J. J.
Very lovely helpful staff. Beautiful kind staff member called Sonia will everything to make ur stay the best. Clean rooms no dining yet but helped you to get meals in the premier Inn opposite so was all good

I had a 2 night stay here, really pleased with the family room we stayed in it very clean and fresh smelling. The beds were very comfortable and there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Due to Covid the rooms were not made up daily but if you needed any extras reception accommodated. We had breakfasts included and it did not disappoint plenty of choices something for everyone and it was nicely cooked.
We also had dinner one night which we all enjoyed, it was much cheaper than eating out.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance from King's Cross tube station, the London Eye which we could see from our room and other attractions. Covent garden is also within walking distance 20-30 mins depending on your fitness.
We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Awesome location, it's right next to the London Eye, Sealife and Shrek(don't go). It's on the South Bank so great for walking. Big Ben is a 5 min walk away. The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great price as well, the breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We'll definitely come back again.

Hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to main London attractions.
Room is big enough, very clean and bed is very comfortable. It was very quiet in the night so good for sleep. Only small negative of our room was the distance from reception, it was like in meze, so many coorridors...
One small downside was very long waiting for check in but maybe we just didn't come in a right time.
I reccommend breakfast around the corner in Gail's bakery. Amazing.
R. H.
Very good, not a top notch hotel but clean comfortable and well run. Breakfast was good and the service efficient. The room was a twin bed room and plenty of space and the beds very comfortable. All in all excellent and would certainly go again.
K. M.
Fabulous location, right behind the London Eye n new t to Westminster Bridge. Lovely breakfast, probably best we've had at a Premier inn. Will definitely return.
K. M.
Good location friendly staff only down fall staff were about to come in our room but they disappeared minor issue. Good check in service and clean. Would stay here again.
C. L.
Had a great two-night stay here and highly recommend it. The location is exceptional for what we had planned. Next to the Eye, 15 minutes from the Lyceum, and 10 from Waterloo. Room was ideal for the 5 of us, although the bed was a bit too mobile! Breakfast is awesome and loved by all of us, dinner great too, although they were out of some basics like beef mince and brownies, that's understandable considering current supply chain issues. Only slight problem was our dinner and breakfast reservations getting lost/crossed. Ask them to confirm there and then, rather than them relying on a note on paper. Would easily have been 5 stars if not for that, it's a great hotel.
P. S.
There are 2 premiers inns about 2 minutes walk apart. The restaurant was closed at one. So we had to use the other. All staff very polite and helpful. Usual high standards. Will go again
R. M.
Lovely room, lots of room to move about in, great bathroom with a powerful shower. In a fantastic location right next to the Thames and the London Eye. Lots of places around to eat and places to visit. If I come up to London again for another show I'll be staying here. Brilliant.
H.
Hotel staff were really friendly , clean rooms , great view of London eye. Perfect location for a decent price😀 would defiantly recommend!
H. W.
Great location, near to all major site's and attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast sets you up for a days sightseeing.
C. T.
Hotel was convenient location for our trip. Room was clean and quiet. Customer service was friendly although we did have to ask 3 times for a 2nd towel (only 1 was provided for 2 adults for 3 days use). No phone in the room so each time was a trip down to reception. I ended up asking a maid directly for one in the end. Would probably use again due to the location.
G. G.
Hotel is in a great location, very near to the London Eye. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the wifi in my 'plus' room was very poor.
P. T.
Amazing location. Literally 1 minute from the London Eye and within easy walking distance of Victoria.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
It's a huge a hotel and lost a star for two reasons...
1 the hotel needs an update, the room we stayed in was on old style Premier Inn room (circa 2010's)
2 there seemed to be no option but to get the lift, all stairs were alarmed emergency exits. We waited ages for one of the lifts to get down from the 3rd floor.
However, I would stay again purely for the excellent location and great value.
S. S.
Very well priced. Well organised breakfast wise. Rooms usual premier inn good quality rooms. Absolutely fantastic location. Will come again. Xxx
c. s.
The food was good but took a long time to get to table.
The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant. About time there was better accessibility at the front of the building, steps are no good for wheelchair users
M. H.
A reasonable hotel for a fair price when considering the location. The check-in process was fairly slow and when I got to my room there was only one towel, despite the booking being for two guests.
G. P.
Stunning big hotel which is part of the old government building of London
Hotel was great clean ,friendly atmosphere and great staff we stayed there 4 days its right in the centre of everything could not get a better location for Train station, London eye, sea World, dungeons, shrek World
Would definitely recommend it

For a change we were late arrivals to County Hall, But they were ready waiting with a smile and interested as to why we arrived so late as all our previous visits we had always been early arivals.
County Hall Premier Inn is well worth trying next time you visit London. Hey and who knows my wife and I may be there to.
O. G.
Wow, what a great location, the room and view was phenomenal and all staff and amenities were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and I had a fab night sleep. Cannot recommend enough, I will definitely be back!
s. r.
We had always wanted to stay in this Premier Inn as it is arguably in one of the best locations in the country (it really is right on the London Eye). The staff were friendly, the room was excellent (we paid up for the Premium room), and breakfast was great as well for the price. Only criticism is that my girlfriend was age ID'd on check-in. This has never happened before and we were fortunate that she had ID. Another couple were also caught out by this and unfortunately didn't have ID. I don't know why this seems to be such a problem at this specific Premier Inn? Overall though a great stay for the price.
C. C.
Nice room and pleasant staff. Marked down a bit as the breakfast was very oily and restaurant very stuffy. I had a pint from the bar which was pretty awful as well. Despite that on the whole a nice stay, great location as well.
L. J.
Amazing staff, superb location for attractions and a short walk to theatre land, a little tatty around the edges but spotlessly clean, great quiet room (family room booked). Altogether brilliant value for money to stay in the heart of the city and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Will be back.
H.
Location fabulous, less than 5 mins from Waterloo and next to the London Eye, perfect base for sightseeing.
Room on 6th floor was spot on, bed comfy etc.
Only issue was front desk! Don't get me wrong all seemed nice people and were polite, but they seriously could not organise a p*** up in a brewery. So disorganised mainly down to poor communication between each other, not experienced anything like it at a premier inn before, nobody knew what they or the next person was doing, it was painful.
P. L. E. R. L. D.
The most amazing staff. Incredibly helpful!!! And cheerful too. I use a powered wheelchair and it is super accessible. Spacious clean room and wonderful food. Great vegan options too. Highly highly recommended 🎈♿♥️🎊🎊🎊🌞👍🏻
P. C.
Rooms are clean. Not the best views to be honest (at least for my room) that seems like it was facing a mental health institution.
Breakfast was okay, but if you are staying for more than 3 days you will end up hating it as it's always the same unhealthy breakfast. Maybe poached eggs, cheese and more variety of fruits would have been appreciated.
K.
Excellent hotel - well placed and good value for money. Great breakfast and very well organised. Only criticism was that the pillows were not like the ones advertised online and a bit flat but otherwise excellent stay and we will definitely be back.
P. M.
Love this place. In London for a birthday celebration. Very comfortable, spotless room in hotel near the Southbank. Fantastic value for money. Really good buffet breakfast. Makes a brilliant base for a few days in the capital.
S. T.
It's a Premier Inn. If you've been to a Premier Inn you know exactly what to expect - everything's purple, the beds are comfy and the bathroom is on the right as you walk into the room.
What sets this one apart is it's location. It's next to the London Eye, just across the river from Westminster and within easy walking distance of a great many sights. The nearest tube stations are Westminster and Waterloo, both about 5 minutes away. London's open topped bus tours start and end just outside too. A great base for a few days sightseeing in London.
There's a restaurant in site that does breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is standard hotel buffet style as much as you can eat, while there's something for everyone with the evening meals.
c. p.
Love the place its so central for all the landmarks. It's easy to get to plus if you do go by car there is a carpark just around the corner but they charge £20 For 24h what I didn't think was to bad.... but breakfast was a full English and it was lovely.
E. A.
We stayed in a Premier Plus room. It was really lovely, very happy. Only taken a star away because in the morning around 8am we were in a big rush and the orders for breakfast seemed to be quite slow, we only ordered pastries as we were in a hurry. Those with more time wouldn't have minded. I wish we had been staying longer and not in a hurry!
J.
A lovely Premier Inn that's in extremely close proximity to a number of attractions along South Bank.
The price to stay here is nothing compared to hotels mere meters away.
This has become my hotel of choice when visiting London.
H. C.
Great location as 2 minutes from the London eye/southbank. We parked in the recommended parking and this was secure. Breakfast good and plentiful. Family room was more like a suite which was brilliant for the 4 of us
V. R.
I forgot to mention a very important point The location is excellent, just behind the London Eye, a few minutes from the River Thames, a beautiful walk that you will love. It is a central area, so areas of interest are very close
E. M.
Excellent location. Walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Soho. Right on the river with some rooms having views of the London Eye. We stay here every year in a family room and always have a good stay.
H. Y.
Stayed in premium room and simply loved it. Spacious room and the bathroom. Loved being able to have my nespresso coffee in the morning :)
T.
Usual Premier Inn but in a fantastic location... We normally stay at Aldgate but this is a new favourite... Got some fantastic restaurants on the doorstep, literall, especially Southbank just opposite the hotel door, the food is amazing, very reasonably priced for London and the owner, Ibrahim I believe, is a lovely man. Plus it's central, just iver Westminster Bridge from the Houses of Parliament, so you can pretty much walk back after a day/night out...
Highly recommended...
Just don't get a basic room. Our bed was a bit naff and you only get one flat pullow each but we only stayed one night. I should have paid the little extra for a premium room... Lesson learned. 😏
L. S.
Great hotel for stay in London, perfect base for all the sites, room comfortably and clean, breakfast could have been a bit hotter but sill enjoyed it
N. S.
Another fantastic stay at Premier, iv stayed in these all around the country and have never been disappointed, will definitely book again next time I'm in London
J. P.
Extremely quiet and Central location. Very friendly and efficient staff , couldn't be more welcoming .
Spotlessly clean room , excellent bathroom.
a. m.
Perfectly placed on the embankment very close to the London eye, room was spacious and clean, friendly and helpful staff
T. N. P. C. S.
Not great in a wheelchair. I had to go down ramp and up ramps where vehicles service yard round the back, no parking for disabled, staff very helpfull, but hard work in a chair and i would not recommended on your own in a wheelchair.
A. A.
Clean, comfy beds and ultra white linens but very noisy, limited electrical sockets for charging your phones and decor a bit tired. Fab breakfast though.
R. C.
Excellent location. Large rooms with very comfy beds. Great breakfast and nice cozy bar.
P. E.
Stayed here before, good location. Booked Premier Plus rooms, really good, spotlessly clean . Comfy beds, coffee /tea making facilities, chocolate bars and bottled water. Good Meal Deal available too.The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Will definitely be back. Thank you Premier.
T. A.
Good experience, quiet room and great service for food and drinks.
C. K.
Stayed the night as we were visiting my grandson in St Thomas hospital very good food breakfast just awesome
C. X.
Best Premier Inn stayed in. Staff brilliant from front desk, evening meal staff, breakfast staff and cleaner. Will be coming back.
K. P.
Booked the meal deal, waited 10 mins to be acknowledged to be given a table then waited 20 mins to have our order to be taken, it took 1hr and 20 mins from the time we had booked until we got our dinner, food was amazing just need more staff, I advise not to eat here if you have something booked because you would be late, hotel good comfy beds etc... Otherwise ok

Excellent location. Room clean & comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.
P. D.
Excellent location rooms perfect room superb a must visit for the London Eye and London dungeon and sea life all in same building
T. S.
One of the best hotels in London staff were very helpful and had a great time.
R. B.
Great hotel in an amazing location. Could see the Eye from our room. Very reasonably priced.
L. G.
Lovely comfortable bed... Great location for places wanted to see.
D. S.
Fantastic location, fantastic staff and a great room. Highly recommended.
S. B.
Excellent location. Room a little dated, I do love the new style Premier Inn rooms however very clean.
Check In staff excellent, very welcoming.
Luggage facility a big plus for your last day or early arrival.
L. C.
Staff amazing accommodation poor very unusual

This hotel would have got 5 stars, all but Saturday night. We sat at our table 7pm, ordered our drinks and food 7.10pm. 20 mins later asked where are drinks . On the way. 7.40 no drinks ,no food .canceled walk out. Waitress didn't seem that bothered.
A. M.
Just Stayed at county hall for 2 nights with my daughter and 2 granddaughters it was everything we needed comfy & clean room , nice friendly staff , good breakfast and excellent location , would definetly stay here again .
D. W.
Good service , comfortable bed, clean room . Great location
s. s.
Overall excellent value. Staff mega helpful. My only complaint noisy patrons at night.
M. R.
Gorgeous location, very nice to stay here while working in London.
B. Y.
Location 5/5 - central, 5 mins from tube, lots of food places nearby
Room 4/5 no fridge but spacious (family room) and as expected
Check in 3/5 - took far too long, always a queue whenever I walked past it
Staff 4/5 mostly helpful
Wifi 0/5 - didn’t work in our room on 3rd floor! Even the basic free wifi - just wouldn’t connect
Overall, great for a short stay in London for sight-seeing, but wouldn’t stay for more than 2 nights.
NB
Coming from Waterloo - head to exit 6, near ‘Pure’. It takes you on a bridge and down steps which lead you to the block down from the hotel. It’s much quicker and easier than walking around outside

Fantastic location. Amazing breakfast. Great staff
K. G.
Great location. Friendly staff and a hearty breakfast to set the day up.
J. M.
Very clean. Great service.
Delicious breakfast
J. W.
Clean and comfortable room. No view as at the back of the building. Well organised given current restrictions. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very handy place to stay for visiting many of Londons' tourist attractions.
D. C.
Fantastic base to visit London and the most friendly face on reception... room bar and food all good too.
T. S.
Really nice place to stay central to all main attractions in London and staff are very helpful and friendly as we have found in all Premier inns we have visited around the country.
a. l.
Bed comfortable and shower good. Very basic everything else. Breakfast is value for money.
V. K.
A great place to stay. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. Super comfy bed.
I.
All staff were great. Nice big family room. Had a hairdryer. Breakfast which is currently table service was great. Even held our luggage while we went out. Stayed here as we went to the London Eye, which is very close
A. S.
Good location . Rooms a bit tired and public areas shabby but OK for a central location
l.
Very average place. The beds were fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as they advertised. The tv was tiny and only had basic channels and the view was just of another building. It was fairly clean but during our 2 night stay the cleaner did not come and there was no conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom and on request they had no conditioner. The location however was really good, right beside the London eye which was brilliant considering we didn't pay too much.
M. H.
Too busy. Front desk service very slow. Staff friendly but everything seems overly complicated.
J. M.
Try another hotel for a clean place and cheaper 5 mins down the road travel lodge waterloo
D. P.
All good. Rooms tidy, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast
L. S.
Ideal location
Clean rooms ,meal deal good value for money
Comfortable nite sleep
P. D.
Great location and service. Reasonable food costs and good quality! Everything you need for a trip to London
A. H.
Location is excellent as well as the staff. Rooms could do with a refreash but not bad.
C. D.
Can go wrong...Great place to stay in London if you don't want any fuzz.. clean room , comfy bed.
S.
Room wasn't ready at 2pm and had to wait for an hour. Place was nice and clean and very close to London Eye attractions. Breakfast was very nice but expect a 30min wait even if you have booked a time due to extra COVID measures. TV was very small but not a massive problem as we were out most of the time.
j. m.
Staff were great. Hotel was freezing cold though.
A. J.
Premier Inn London County Hall is one of the best spots to stay in London! I've been there twice now and am getting ready to visit again at the end of November. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else as the location is fantastic (for tourists wanting to take the Double Decker bus it stops right around the corner) and the staff are incredibly helpful! Every time I've had a request I am quick to get a response :) Would definitely recommend!
S. W.
Excellent location and good quality rooms. Covid restrictions meant breakfast was slower than usual but the staff were working hard and just about keeping on top of it, just expect it to take longer.
R. B.
Very welcoming staff and good service. Breakfast was good quality and delicious. Poor staff so under pressure to get things done quickly.
C. S.
Perfect location!! Can't fault this hotel!! Amazing brekky to, WiFi clda been better tho
B. B.
Excellent value for money with warm, friendly staff.
C. B.
Great place to stay. Nice clean well presented rooms. Good food. Always first port of call when visiting London
N. W.
Superb location & amazing staff who were so helpful as my husband is disabled. Particular thanks to Frances, Damian & Jacopo who went out of their way to make our stay so pleasurable.
B. H.
Nice room, comfy bed, all you can eat breakfast, but very slow service in the restaurant.
A.
Brilliant location, great choices for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
L. M.
Great Staff, very helpful in helping me regarding booking online, James! You sacrificed your busy schedule I shall never forget, thank you young Man, all the very best! Olivia M.
P. L.
Very central location. Hotel was very clean and staff bwry helpful..defo be back.
H. C.
Stayed at the beginning of August as a family. Room was the usual standard for premier inn. We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased to stay in the centre of London for a reasonable price. Lovely location with a thyme restaurant. Covid procedures are good and made us feel safe. Breakfast was a disappointment, staff tried their very best to serve the never ending stream of customers following Covid procedures. It seems staff who check you in ask you to book for breakfast for the first day, we remembered to go book for the following day for a time slot. Many others hadn’t and some were turned away. Waiting staff were run off their feet! Menu much reduced but perhaps the buffet could have been opened to relieve some of the waiting times or out more waiting staff on.
C. C.
Clean and today but Queues everywhere - checking in, getting into breakfast and more very long queues to get your breakfast
y.
Amazing location! There is a bus stop right across, if you walk over the bridge (5 minutes tops), you have the underground and the ferry is right infront, on Southbank. My mum and I always stay here when we visit London in the summer and have always been happy with the quality and pricing of this premier inn. Staff are always friendly and helpful, rooms and beds are big and super clean. They do have bathtubs if it's a must for you. Certainly is for me 😅 (no gym btw). Personally love their mattresses! Great range of food for all members of a family at their restaurant downstairs. They have a bar too. Don't worry about noise when you're here, as it is always quiet and they have a policy to ensure you don't get disturbed by any noise. Also, they will let you leave your luggage in their secure room after you check out and if you still have time before you have to travel.
J. D.
I was looking for a decent quality nights stay in London on a budget with a friend. This is one of the rare hotels that offers twin rooms! The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only real downside was the lifts felt very old. Apart from that a really great stay in a very prime location!
M. H.
A nice location with views. Next to London Eye and loads of other attractions.
A. S.
We had a pleasant stay here for one night. Room was well presented. We did need to request a further set of towels and tea making supplies but they arrived swiftly. Good choice of breakfast but cooked items did get cold very quickly, I think partly due to air con. On the whole a relaxed stay
C. U.
Close to everywhere absolutely spot on, nice room and good value too.
R. M.
Very clean room. Fantastic Central location 500 yards from London Eye. Receptionist was nice and helpful on arrival. Room was much bigger than expected with 2 kingsize beds enough for my family of 4. Carpet could do with a clean....
My only criticism was the 10 stairs on entry to the building, very hard with a pram.
M. A.
Great location. Plus rooms are definitely worth the extra pound notes.
R. M.
Very clean, very pleasant staff, food was lovely.. Thank you
J. H.
Great place to stay great breakfast friendly helpful staff
L. D. H.
My room was excellent, very comfortable bed and pillows, and also beverages with own coffee-making machine.
Sadly, it was half-term and there were children running around in the dining room! My cooked breakfast was cold, not pleasant at all. Disappointing as my room cost was very high, PLUS breakfast cost.
C. A.
This Premier Inn is all about location, it's about as central as you can get in London ,and easy to find if you are travelling to London for the first time. It's right behind one of London's biggest and tallest attractions, the London Eye! The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing luxurious, but if your using this as a base for exploring London it's all you need. It's our second time staying here, highly recommended.
S. C.
I loved this place. It started out bad as we were robbed in Paris a couple nights before and the money for the hotel was never pulled from my credit card for the reservation. So when we got there we couldn’t pay for the room. When trying to use my moms credit card to check in online, it wouldn’t let me after numerous attempts with different cards. They need to physically have the card apparently. So we went to the nearest western union at one of the train stations to get cash for the hotel which they accepted thank goodness. The manager was great and paid for our Uber over there since we didn’t have any other way of getting there. After we got the money we went and paid for the hotel then quickly went to our reservations for the eye and boat cruise. The hotel kept our suitcases in a hold room for us until we got back since we were rushing around.
The hotel was located right next to the London eye. It was close to the metro as well. Most importantly is had nice cold AC unlike the rest of Europe. I definitely enjoyed that part. The room was big and the beds were comfy. We did the dining plan the hotel offered at the restaurant. The food was average. We did it mainly to avoid the time spent looking for food. I feel like in the end we saved money that way.
B. F.
Great location and comfy Premier Inn. Perhaps a little tired around the edges but clean nonetheless.
Our room was spacious and quiet, overlooking a small outside area. We could see the London Eye from our window too!
The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and powerful with excellent hot water. The towels wear a little thin feeling, but they did the job.
This hotel is a great base if you have an action packed London itinerary. Very handy for tubes, boats, buses and just walking places.
I. H.
Staying here with my wife and grandson for his first visit to London. Absolutely fabulous location, hotel is nicely decorated and spacious. Asked for room overlooking the gardens and got one, cannot fault the room or staff they are very happy to help with any enquiries. Have never been let down by Premier Inn yet a brilliant budget hotel chain.
C. W.
Great location, large rooms with friendly and efficient staff.
Located right next to the London Eye, this is a superb location for sightseeing.
The room we stayed in was large and clean and had a partial view of the London Eye. Although big and busy, the hotel was quiet (volume wise) at night.
Nothing was too much trouble - early check in, late checkout, luggage storage, extra pillows. We were always greeted with a yes. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially during breakfast service.
We will definitely return.
S. A.
Very comfortable rooms
Well worth paying for upgrade.
Superb rooms , spacious , amazing views.
Very polite Reception staff.
Great location.
Perfect.
B. J.
We chose this hotel as its next to St thomas' hospital where my son is currently at due to poor health. We live far away and found this place to have reasonable priced rooms. We don't have lots of money so and will be staying here for the foreseeable until things improve and we explained this to the hotel who have been amazing and offered us to eat for free to help with the costs. We are very grateful to Sam and the team for everything they are doing for us. Will definitely re visit with the family when our lives go back to normal for a city break hokiday. Thank you 🙏🏼
N. S.
Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
A. W.
Staff very helpful our room very clean and comfortable
L. M.
Usual premier Inn good quality beds, shower & friendly service. Mostly well organized for COVID restrictions (one way, sanitisers, one way routes). Breakfast busy at 9am (on a Friday) so bit slow & food bit dry but appreciate they are dealing with new procedures. Good value for cost.
J. H.
Premier Inn chain so you know what to expect. Place was clean. Annoyingly you couldn't open a window but the air conditioner made up for it. I was at the back of the hotel so rubbish view. However if you want a hotel clean and no fuss this will be good for you.
R.
I stayed two nights here with my wife and we were very happy with the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the fantastic location, and the chic comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. We would highly recommend staying here and we will certainly be back.
D. W.
This is a typical Premier Inn, all of which are a good standard. Lovely and clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Only criticism but didnt warrant complaint was the cooked buffet breakfast wasn't hot, just tepid warm. The hotel is in a great location for attractions such as the London eye and Parliament and just a stones throw over Westminster bridge to a tube station. Also there are taxis 100 yards away. All in all a really lovely place to stay. I would certainly use this hotel again.
M. A.
Simple hotel. The TV in hotel room could have been better and would be nice to have a mini fridge. The staff were really good and went out of their way to help. Good location too.
L.
Stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor. Big room, very clean, comfy bed, good sized bathroom. Had a great nights sleep. Position is fantastic. Buffet breakfast was good value as only had to pay for adults and kids ate free. Friendly helpful staff. They will keep left luggage until late into the evening after you checkout which is really handy.

Location is very central to London and great transport links with Waterloo and local bus stops. Room was nice was in a wheelchair accessible room so rather large for a premier in room. Very comfy bed. Very small TV. Shower was very poor, too weak, small spay and not powerful. Breakfast was fantastic all very fresh and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend and would return.
T. G.
Clean rooms, though I was given a bed that was too small as I was in a twin room. Careful when booking to make sure (if possible) to not have that issue. They have amazing breakfast in the morning (pastries, cereal and full English).
S. M.
Excellent location and unless you really want to spend all your time in a great city in a hotel, it is great value for lower cost. TV seemed to come on and off randomly (once at 0300), that would be my only neg here. It is not fancy but it was clean and comfortable.
J. F.
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are the usual Premier Inn offering, clean and a comfy bed. Didn't have any sockets or usb ports near the bed which was a slight inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again though.
M.
Great location, easy to walk to a lot of the tourist stuff. Hotel was in need of some renovation and the beds were hard. Will say the staff were great and always helpful. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. Everything was fresh and all the hot items were excellent and constantly refilled. Pricey to stay but its central london. Don't get black cabs, plenty of Uber guys and they are much cheaper and the customer service was very good.
M. F.
We were immediately greeted upon entering. Staff walked us through the check-in process and offered helpful information. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was just a start of our love of the Premier Inn hotels. We stayed at many other locations around the UK & enjoyed them. Great for families as kids eat free when adults purchase breakfast. The breakfast was amazing considering it was a traditional English Breakfast. It was a plus for me to not cook whilst on holiday.
m. h.
Perfect spot .on the doorstep of the southbank.fr7endly staff typical premier Inn. Nice clean rooms very small tvs for 2020 though but how mutch TV do you watch in London. Not had breakfast yet but have never had a bad one in the past.only marked down a star as rooms are a little dated .
K. P.
Stayed here a while ago and had a lovely time. Staff at front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to welcome us as we celebrated a birthday. Room was clean and a good size and beds very comfortable. Recommend booking in advance to get best rates.
L. P.
I'm disabled and was put in a room on the to floor so didn't sleep much as I was busy worrying how id get out if the was a fire, as not allowed to use the lifts.
Breakfast was very nice indeed however, plenty of choice with good quality food, take a sandwich bag and fill up with pastries for later in the day
Update.. We received a full refund for our stay given the sleepless night
S. K.
Exceptional!
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Staff are extremely helpful and do absolutely everything to try am accommodate you.
I stayed with family for graduation and received a small bottle of bubbly and a hand written card which was an extremely nice touch.
Excellent value for money, I stayed at the Edwardian last week and this was without a doubt significantly better and at a fraction of the cost.
Would definitely book again.
Keep up the good work!

I've put the picture in because it's the desert that we were rescued with after an unsuccessful pudding hunt and is just a great example of how the staff were happy to help. Could not fault it here. It's a fab budget hotel with a great comprehensive breakfast and lovely staff. Are room was a great size and we had a quiet week in the evening which was a great advantage with kids. Round the corner (not joking) from the London eye and 20 minutes from Trafalgar Square with most of the open top tour busses stopping literally down the road.
D. I.
Well-appointed, comfortable hotel in a very good location - next to Jubilee Gardens and the Southbank complex.
R. L.
We went here for a nice glass of wine, which is exactly what we had, just watching everyone pass by and enjoy the moment.
K. C.
The location was great, close to the key attractions and Waterloo Station. But the hotel and room were below average. The hotel felt like a tired and worn hospital and the room was not very comfortable. While the bed was nice, the TV was tiny and the air conditioning hard to get between cold and hot. The amenities felt budget and lacked normal things like an ironing board and iron. The food that I ordered from the restaurant is best forgotten. I don't think I will be returning here.
C. C.
I loved it. I surprise even myself as I often stay at 5 star or better hotels around the world. This place really hits the sweet spot in many ways, the staff is super friendly, helpful and efficient, the location just can't be beat, and the price is just a fabulous deal considering the location.
Due to the location you can find ANYTHING you could possibly want or be interested in, including delivery to your room, so inhouse dining and other typical things that hotels do aren't really that important, so the biggest factor is room size and condition. This Premier really has excellent, big, comfortable well maintained rooms - they definitely got this aspect right for this location and market. And to me, this fact coupled with the location makes it probably the best kept secret for an outstanding place anywhere in London.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If looking for a hotel and you want to be in this area, it's the best deal going.
O. G.
The staff are amazing in this building..... Friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
Excellent breakfast..... Just the best Premier Inn I have stayed in...... I don't use any other hotels, as they just can't compete with the quality..... Outstanding Premier Inn keep it up.
R. S.
Rooms are a bit dated, but for cost and location it is hard to fault.
M. M.
Great location near Waterloo station and almost underneath the London eye. Decent quality hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfasts are good quality and varied. The staff work hard and your never waiting long to be seated. It is expensive for a breakfast at £10.50 on the day. But it is convenient. I would recommend and return to this hotel again.
B. S.
Great location. Super friendly staff. Had the meal deal for three nights - three different meals each hot, fresh and delicious. Breakfast lovely. Room basic, but clean and quiet. Enjoyed my stay - thanks.
T. C.
Pick this for a couple of reasons; value and location. The rooms are on the small side, but this isn’t a complaint. If you are traveling to London to see the sights you need a room for sleep and showering. The staff are friendly, the price is very reasonable for the location, and the rooms are clean. As someone who likes to unpack on trips and not live from my suitcase I do wish they would install some drawers.
L. V.
Really good location and fair price, hotel was clean, staff really helpful, restaurant was shut due to covid so didn't have breakfast but that didn't spoil anything as there's plenty of places to eat around here
A. Y.
A very convenient hotel to stay in if you are participating in London marathon. But the hotel is not managed too well. It would be great if they can improve the decor a bit
M. “. D.
Great location. Good restaurant. Our Room was not up to standard compared with other premier inns. Rubbish views. Tears in carpet and shabby bathroom but bed was very comfortable. The room was clean At end of day it was somewhere to sleep with in easy walking distance to the city
X. P. a. H.
Excellent experience, excellent location, excellent staff genuinely friendly and helpful.... Stayed in loads of Premier Inns and best experience so far. Thanks
T.
Looks very grand on the outside but average on the inside. Like the tardis being enormous on the inside. Expectation is set high by the impressive exterior and location. Maybe an opportunity for premier inn to create a really posh hotel. I would if i were them
E. B.
Great central location, very easy to get to. Parking is not an issue as there's a large car park at Waterloo Station that can be pre-booked 5 minutes walk away.
P. T.
A very good location and quiet place with the Thames river on one side and a walking street in front, London Eye on one side and Westminster Bridge on the other. Modern rooms and clean bathroom and good beds. The breakfast is full English and Continental with good quality. High service level and nice personal who always have a smile or a helping hand for you. You have a 24 hour open small shop on the other side of the street and and there is restaurants and shops nearby.
In the lobby they have vending machines for water, sweets etc.
All the tour bus in London stops with in 100m from the hotel and Waterloo station in 150m so for us this was the perfect place to live during our holiday. Well spent money!
M. T.
If you are staying in London and need a great hotel, this is it. The place is in a perfect spot to hop on the tube or just walk to your destination. The breakfast in the morning was worth the extra money. The rooms were nice and the front service desk was helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
L. F.
Very clean and well looked after
R. C.
We stayed in the family room for 5 nights with 2 kids. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is centrally located as we could walk to many attractions like London eye, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big ben etc. Very close to Waterloo and Westminster station. Buffet breakfast was value for money as kids could eat free. However, there was no view from the room. Overall, a great place to stay in central London if you are on a budget.
N. J.
Excellent stay, staff members are super friendly and helpful, except for one housekeeping staff member who almost insisted we leave our room so she could clean it - we were getting ready for a night out at the time - we were also disturbed again at 9am by Housekeeping. Restaurant food was good too.
L. P.
Omg the staff were amazing customer service on the bar and waitresses did a fabulous job made our hen weekend so special thankyou we will stay again
C. T.
Excellent location next to the London Eye.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Staff were very helpful and polite.
Great food and a great night's sleep.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
I'll certainly stay here again the next time I visit London.
J. V.
Great location if you're visiting London for the first time. This hotel is great for families. The rooms are good size and ours had a great view of the London Eye. You are close to everything. Walking around seemed ok there. The weather was perfect for us and luckily it didn't rain while we were there. The staff are friendly and i had to get used to not seeing a big front desk for check in.
M. S.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for anyone who wants to hit tourist or transport hot spots.
Very friendly staff, breakfast buffet had a great selection, and got a completely undisturbed night sleep. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.
Pic is the view from our room
K. H.
Nice hotel for the price!!!! The location is just perfect!!! Like 3 min walking to the London Eye, so many places very close and easy to move around!!!! The rooms are good size!!! And very clean, breakfast is good!! The only bad thing i see is at the main entrance they dont have a ramp only stairs so if you have big luggage is a little bit hard to go inside carring your luggage, but other than that perfect place to stay in London if you are on a budget and want a great location!!!
A. S.
Great location, comfortable clean room. Would definitely stay again. Would not recommend the restaurant though. Breakfast items not so fresh. Kept too long in heating light and fruits in the fridge without being refreshed. Alot of nice restaurants around instead.
K. S.
Getting a little worn around the edges and the bathroom was a bit stinky. Service was excellent, so was the breakfast. The beds were comfortable for all four of us in their family room. Well priced for somewhere so central.
p. o.
Would have been five stars but the breakfast was a bit naff
R. M.
Clean room, bed was comfortable, service was good and a fabulous central location. My minor complaints: toilet paper is not on a roll, apparently a new development from last time I was in London; no outlets in the bathroom; heavy bathroom door that won’t stay open; and a slippery bathtub (bath mat available downstairs, but to me should already be available). Overall a good place to stay.
N. B.
The location is excellent for central London and the cost is reasonable. Our stay was spoilt by the bathroom fan, which did not go off all night. When we mentioned it to reception in the morning we were told we should have reported it in the night and then we could have been moved. They also said they knew that some of the fans had faults, so why had they not got them fixed, or taken the rooms out of service?
C. E.
Such a good experience in this hotel. Location is to die for honestly couldn't complain about the location. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. Room was tidy every day. Will always return here in future
E. C.
From the moment we arrived, before 11 am, we were impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Even tho we were very early we were able to check into our room which was a good sized family room. I will definitely recommend Premier Inn County Hall and we would stay here again if we were in London. Great location and great staff. Thanks guys for a lovely experience :) x
P. B. (.
I had a lovley stay at this hotel. The room was lovley and spacious. There was little noise from outside the hotel. Good hotel amenities in the heart of London. The room was nice and clean. Somewhat lacking with the included tea/coffee - only really enough for one drink - but that's minor - I slept well.
E. D.
As with all Premier Inn hotels, Premier Inn London is no different, in that the service is very good, the room is nicely furnish and clean. My husband and I always choose to stay at Premier Inn hotels for this reason. Also, good choice of breakfast.
D. C.
The hotel is clean and in a lovely location close to a main line station and easy access to many attractions. However, while there this weekend the fire alarm went off and the building had to be evacuated. We were on the 3rd floor and made our way to the fire exit, but there were no staff about to direct anyone and once outside the only fire Marshall was from the Hotel next door! Then when we were allowed back in there were no staff to show us back to the stairs so that we could get quickly back to our rooms as there was a huge queue for the lifts, and this would have eased congestion in the corridor. I really think that this needs to be addressed. I work in a small office and we have to have 2 fire marshalls to advice people where to safely go, and help with any concerns. I do hope that this post will make you review your policies on evacuating the building. Also when we checked out about 1 hour later, there was no apology or explanation which would have been appreciated.
P. S.
Great location bye the London Eye off the Queen’s Walk!
They hold your luggage before and after your stay, with free restrooms!
Affordable, clean and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with with standard linens. Room has a desk and chair, there is tea and coffee for the morning with milk and sugar and hair dryer.
My complaint is that for a 2 person room there were only 2 towels, one per person, (not one for hair) and the wash was a combined shampoo and body soap. You could tell this is where they were saving money. My husband didn’t complain, but apparently their hair care wasn’t up to snuff for me, but still 5 stars :)
M. B.
Such a good location, right next to the millennium wheel and opposite Parliament.
As well as the location, the rooms had everything you'd need including space, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.
Would definitely recommend for staying in Central London!
D.
Clean and spacious room, super friendly staff and fantastic location in central London.
N. W.
Great location! had a wonderful stay! Only stayed for 5 days but the staff was very helpful and food was great. Rooms are very comfortable and modern. Location was ideal as it was in the heart of central London and close to a training venue. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
P. B.
Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Small TV that hasn’t been properly tuned so was missing some channels. Premium WiFi is slow. Great location.
R. W.
Great location to stay for the London marathon. Staff were super helpful and if you book in advance, the prices won't make your eyes water (too much). A host of sites on your doorstep and an easy bolt hole to return to when the hustle and bustle gets too much!
P. L.
Nicely situated hotel with a good breakfast and helpful staff. However, in a three night stay, the bath tap failed and was difficult to turn off, the kettle fused all the room's lights and there was an intermittent fault on one of the lamps so it flickered all the time. Shame as the room was comfortable.
J. F.
Staff in reception very friendly and helpful. Family room was large but smaller beds were hard. No air-conditioning in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Great location a short walk from Big Ben etc.
m. t.
Excellent position for the Eye.Breakfast very good, dinner very rushed. Felt in the way..Had problem each day with towels. Message from reception to bedroom staff got twisted. eg. for two people we ended with one bath towel, two hand towels and two bath mats. If you are slow, exiting by the front door is a problem. The hand rail on the side wall has an exit button at the bottom of the stairs. From there to the doors means they are closing on you if you are slow.Very frightening and a potential danger if used alone. Happy to return.
R. S.
I consider myself lucky to be able to work at this turn of the century building... an amazing structure that is full of old but amazing decor. Ornate gutter leadwork and copper mixed with old cast iron pipe work. Whilst repairing the gutters and down pipes I took this pic from a platform lift at 155ft.....Great View..!!
A. G.
Fantastic hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Ideal for central London. Would deffinately stay there again. Lots of continental choice for breakfast and also good value.
D. C.
Fantastic London Location.
This place is great, comfortable, easy to access and convenient. The breakfast is delicious and the beds are perfect. The staff are a bit too eager to take your dishes at breakfast, it makes them hover and steal cutlery you are still using. Aside from that small irritating habit the place is perfect.
J. B.
Excellent location. Clean and modern. Everything you need
S.
Great location. Room clean, bed comfy. Bathroom door infuriating, won't stay open, is on spring or something. Slams shut during the night waking up the wife. Restaurant a good size, breakfast buffet style fine. Guy who greets guests was great & friendly. However, the hot drinks area ran out of cups. We tried three times to alert staff in talking to them directly. They seemed to acknowledge, but clearly didn't understand. Not understanding is ok, but pretending you do then doing nothing is not ok! It was at least 10 minutes and a 4th time of asking before cups were replenished, unacceptable when you're on a schedule. This hotel is marked down because of the breakfast cup situation! Have a word with your staff!
J. H.
The staff here in nice but the experience is consistently bad. Having stayed here a couple of years ago and had a theft from my room, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately my expectations were met with a fire alarm going off at 3:30 in the morning and the whole building being evacuated with all residents onto the streets. Well I finally made it back to sleep at about 6 o'clock I then had to be up half an hour later. With a full day of meetings ahead I was not a happy customer. No apologies were really made despite it being flagged as a fault with the neighbouring Hotel. When I challenged the staff to honour their goodnight guarantee I was simply advise they couldn't do anything there and then and I had to follow it up via emails to get a refund. Other hotels have offered this when I've had noise issues without any quibbles. Won't be going back again... Ever.
A. R.
Really amazing location right behind the London Eye, just down from southbank, houses of Parliament and Waterloo Station. Very easy to get to. Friendly staff and normal Premier Inn room standards. Don't expect a room with a view though as the building does not face the river but internal courtyards. Breakfast is excellent and well needed for a day walking round town.
S. G.
A great place to stay, central for London and loads of amenities on your doorstep as well as tourist attraction like the London Eye, Shrieks cave and the London dungeons. The nearby underground station at Westminster bridge makes accessing the rest of the city a very easy process.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy and breakfasts and dinners were all well attended, showing how well the food is prepared and presented.
H. S.
Hotel in a great location and a great place to stay. It is a bit worn in places and check in was quite slow, however.
s. p.
1st time I have stayed in a Premier Inn and was impressed. Staff helpful and friendly. Had the best nights sleep for a while there, roof was comfortable and quiet. General decor was very good, better than expected for a so called no frills hotel.
J. C.
This is my 2nd stay here. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Large clean rooms. Meals substantial and reasonably priced. Would recommend and I will probably stay here again.
S. B.
We had a good stay here and it was within walking distance of where we needed to go during our stay. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming and all services were done without any fuss. Our internet went down, but the problem was sorted quickly. Altogether a smooth trouble free stay.
C. H.
Rooms and toilets are nice and very clean. Accidentally booked a double room which only has one bed. Asked customer service and they were able to switch me and a friend to a two bed room without a second thought. Would recommend!
K. W.
I stay here all the time when I come to London. Perfectly placed and the staff are so helpful and cheery. Wish I could have a permanent room here!
S. W.
A really good family half term visit to London and this was our base.
It’s standard Premier Inn fare and it is old and adapted to a very old (and prestigious) building. The location on the south bank is primarily why we stayed here to give the kids easy access to the Jubilee Gardens play area, as well as the things we wanted to see nearby.
The breakfast is good and the bar is reasonable. We didn’t take lunch or dinner, but did miss out on dinner one low key night as we were too late to book. Think ahead would be the tip!
Our room overlooked Belvedere Road and was lovely and quiet.
I. P.
Breakfast was delicious (granola, various breads, eggs, fruit salad, etc.) and the atmosphere was cozy. We stayed in the awesome Inn which had its own private bathroom, which was great. As I said before, I would gladly stay here again without hesitation.
A. S.
Great location right next to the London eye and therefore only a short walk to Waterloo Station and Westminster. It was only about 15min to walk to the National Gallary. The rooms were a good size and were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, we needed a boarding pass printed and they were pleased to help. I just love the beds in Premier inns and suffer with a bad back. These beds even suit me! The carpets were a bit tired and i expect that they will be changed soon but otherwise the stay was great.
P.
4 stars on balance really:
+ great check in machines
+ great breakfast and dinner
+ comfy bed and rooms in a great location
+ helpful staff (when you see them)
+ good air conditioning that's not noisy
- you have to queue to check out (no clever machines)
- loud bathroom fan always on
- unthinkably bad accessibility, it's a 'listed building' is the excuse and staff were happy to help, but it's really important to note, see the photo of those stairs
- decour is tired, a little love needed?
- unlucky if you get seats next to the coffee machine or breakfast queue
S. H.
Excellent location for sightseeing and public transportation. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff was helpful. The only think I wish it had was a refrigerator in the room. Everything overall was great.
N. P.
Fantastic location. Big ben chiming within ear shot and The Eye visible from the window - just. Very quiet within the hotel. Staff exceptional - very available via phone or in the foyer or cleaning staff are in the corridors in the mornings. All very helpful. The room was well designed, clean and neat - the quality of the furnishings and fittings was very good. Room was light and pleasant, 2 large windows looking admitting lots of light but only looking onto an internal courtyard used for servicing - not beautiful. Highly recommended
K. R.
Ideal location, lovely clean room and ideally located
Z. W.
Good, clean hotel as can be expected from Premier Inn. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay - a twin room had two double beds. Was too warm in the room, even in December and had to open the secondary glazing which allowed a bit of noise from outside to be heard. The Premier Inn just over the road has air-con, this doesn't, but a pleasant stay nonetheless.
n. l.
Like any other Premier Inn I've stayed in, not fancy but comfortable. Bathroom door lock wasn't working. Excellent breakfast. Great location.
B. A.
A fantastic budget hotel with an unbeatable location - in the evenings we opened our window and could hear Big Ben's hourly chime drifting through the air! Comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious (for London) rooms with a staff willing to help with anything and everything on a moment's notice. While the interior doesn't have a ton of character, it meets every requirement of an inexpensive home-base from which to see the city.
With its proximity to the Underground and bus lines, there is no sight in the entire city that isn't within easy striking distance of this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
S. W.
Great hotel with great location. The rooms are big and clean. The view is amazing. They have a lot of stuff in the hotel if your are not feeling okey for outside.
C. N.
Clean room in an excellent location with basic amenities. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Even refunded one nights accommodation and gave me late checkout instead! Thanks
B. B.
Great location, short walk from Waterloo station and yards away from The London Eye and the Thames. Very comfy beds and helpful staff. So sad that the use eggs from battery hens kept their entire lives in tiny cages - the hotel isn't cheap so they can't even try to justify not buying the slightly more humane free range ones on affordability grounds! I'm a vegetarian but refuse to consume eggs produced so cruelly so had to go for the continental breakfast, which wasn't up to much as the toaster wasn't working and most of the other items are full of sugar.
D. N.
Excellent food, great people, very comfortable beds, centrally located behind the London eye
m. w.
Great location , clean rooms. Easy check in staff happy to help. Comfy bed, had great nights sleep . Breakfast was as expected. All hot and plenty of it .
A. T.
Nice room, but sometimes the staff treated you like you weren't important (like saying there are no window place available for breakfast when there clearely are tables free and you're the only one in the restaurant). The bed was BIG. The view was meh.
A. E.
If you want a cheap hotel that is very central, this is a good place. Don't expect 5 star accommodations, for the price that is being charged. This hotel also had a bar on the ground floor. We had a room next to a fire door in the corridor, which was noisy.
H. H.
All hotels in London feel a bit pricey. But you know what you are getting at a Premier Inn. Standard rooms which are clean with comfortable beds with crisp white linen. The friendly staff are as attentive as you want them to be.
B. E.
The location was great. Right next to Waterloo Underground Station. We were able to get quickly to all the places we wanted to see. Located right underneath the London Eye. That was pretty neat. Check-in and Check-out was very quick as they do most of it online. Bed was super comfortable and just what we were looking for after spending the whole day sightseeing. Room was clean. There is no AC, and while we were there they were providing Fans/Lighter Sheets/Ice Water to the guests. We didn't find it hot in the room at all while we were there.
C. N.
Well located hotel. Super easy to get to via Tube from Heathrow. Play park next door in jubilee park was a lively treat to discover. Room was clean and quiet. Water is hot and shower is good. No face cloths though. Little convenience store across the way with restaurants also near by. And Starbucks. Hotel restaurant is ok. Kids eat free for breakfast buffet if adults pay to eat. Not bad value. Overall, really happy with the choice. Would recommend and would stay again.
E. W.
This hotel is in a great location for sight seeing and perfect for families. Rooms are a good size and were very clean. Customer service was superb.
D. C.
The location is great for the main London attractions and iconic scenery. The room was a good size but the view was disappointing (brick walls!). The air con worked but was very noisy. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
r. L.
Great bar, great food, and from here you can get to all of London attractions in just minutes. Very good rooms and staff friendly. Also, the London Eye is just seconds away.
A. A.
Great location and price all things considered. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful. What more do you want?
J. M.
5 Stars compared to the location and the price, it's not a five star hotel ;). Way better than i expected. Friendly people, clean rooms, nice atmosphere for eating and having a beer and just some minutes away from the most famous attractions!
E. C.
Great location for tourist route in the city. Staff are very amiable and friendly. Rooms a bit tired but comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for mone
O. B.
The hotel was great, beds comfy, food good, rooms clean and great location BUT the WiFi is absolutely horrible it struggles to load anything and I know that may be common with free WiFi’s but we bought the ultimate WiFi and it still was the same. I was trying to watch something on Netflix and it wouldn’t let me at all and it is so slow. Don’t recommend wasting money on the WiFi!
R. G.
Very nice hotel and superbly situated for central London. Rooms, as is expected of a Premier Inn, are very comfortable. Staff are excellent. Very much recommended for staying on the South Bank, but it is a little pricey although that might be more to do with the location and demand more than anything else!
D. B.
Nice size and clean room. Really good breakfast and selection. Helpful staff.
Availability of reasonably priced parking compared to other self parking in Central London. Valet because no parking on site.
J. L.
Great location, reasonably priced, great beds and eat as much as you like breakfast - kids eat free. Front of house/bar/restaurant staff were amazing and helpful but house keeping let them down, room wasn't serviced properly leaving no mugs/not enough towels etc and weren't pleasant when approached for said items... would definitely use again though.
J.
Ideal and reliable location for overnight stay in central London travelling via Waterloo. Comfortable and clean room. Premier breakfast good value and able to leave luggage during day which ranks Premier Inn above other apparently similar hotels.
K.
Such a convenient location for sightseeing. Our family room was perfect for 4 people. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely return!
S. M.
Clean and efficient, but there was something a bit irritating about the sales wringer they put you through for the breakfast.
The restaurant dinner menu is far too vast to possibly do a decent job, but I must admit to demurring after being seated, so I cannot say this with any authority.
M. W.
Staff were great very helpful and the hotel was very clean
P. A.
Stayed for one night and room was very clean and comfortable. VERY well located for most sights in London. Highly recomended for location and rooms. Food was a let down with tasteless steak and rediculous charge of £1.49 for sealing chips for a very small portion of dephioise potatoes. Breakfast was plentiful but at 1/2 9 was starting to look "tired" on the hotplate. Staff were very attentive and good. Bar was reasonable for prices and selection
n. b.
Nice hotel,restaurant is good,great location
l. t.
Love premier inns, so comfortable, staff so friendly too xx
E. A.
This hotel is ideally located opposite Westminster and next to the London eye. The room we had was comfortable and reasonably priced for central London. Breakfast was well stocked. The only downside was that on the 2nd floor we could hear the tube trains rumbling for about 15secs every few minutes. Other guests we were with had rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors, and they couldn't hear anything. I would certainly stay here again if I needed a base in central London.
C. C.
Ok so it’s a premier inn, don’t expect the ritz but it’s an amazing location, family room was big (a king and 2 singles) and cost me about £80.
Amazing

Such a useful, quality and affordable venue in the very heart of London. Easy stroll from Waterloo. Within easy reach of all central London sites. God's range of restaurants and coffee shops just opposite. Book early for excellent prices. Booking in a breeze. My hotel of choice in London.
A. W.
I have eaten in many Premier Inns and I have to say that my meal here was the best by far. Food was served quickly and was piping hot! Staff were very courteous and professional. We came here to eat rather than paying very high prices at Park Plazza where we were staying and I cannot fault the place for quality and value for money. Highly recommend and its a shame not all premier inns are of the standard of County Hall (especially the restaurant at Didcot, Oxfordshire!! )
P. T.
A great central place to stay, I wouldn't say the room was fantastic, quite small compared to other Premier Inns but space is at a premium in London. It was clean and quiet and a reasonable price. I would stay here again.
R. D.
It is in a great location for touristy things (like the London eye, aquarium and the dungeon). Hthe building is beautiful too, but old. This was the first premier inn I've stayed in with no air con and whilst the try their best to keep people comfortable with fans and sheets my first room was at 28 degrees! Thankfully they moved me to a lower floor which helped a lot.
Overall it's a premier inn so you know what to expect, just hotter.
A. S.
The location is great. 5 mins from the Waterloo station and right behind London Eye.
The rooms were clean and tidy as is usual for Premier Inns. The carpets looked a bit worse for wear but nothing too serious.
You may want to avoid the hotel on a hot day though :The rooms do not have air conditioning and on a hot day it can get quite uncomfortable even with the fan on.
s. d.
The location is fantastic, right where you want to be and great for the Tube Station. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We only had the breakfast, but what we had was lovely and plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
R. W.
Excellent location to get around London for all the major attractions.
Hotel tidy, but as others have mentioned there is no air conditioning so rooms can be a little warm. Breakfast as will all Premier inns is very good.
T. K.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean however there were no sockets next to the bed for charging my phone although there were other sockets in the room.
P. W.
Had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was my husband's 60th birthday and staff had put balloons, a card and wine in the bedroom which was a lovely touch.
We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location, right by the London Eye, Southbank and just across the bridge for Embankment tube.
We will definitely stay again when we return to London.
C. S.
The hotel is in a good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Dinner was good. Tearoom was clean and fresh. The beds are comfy for a good night's sleep. Would recommend staying here.
D. R.
Not as good as I remember. Our room just ok, a bit tired and could have done with a lick of paint. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Good location.
r. P.
comfortable bed, very good chair and desk. Very close to most attration. Lovey staff
D. M.
Excellent Location , surrounded with bars & restaraunts. Situated right next door to the London eye & Dungeons. Large double room , comfy , clean & a very pleasant stay.
M. T.
Stayed at the County Hall on the night of the 14th June ( went to see Motown at the Shaftsbury Theatre) and as usual we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming and freindly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great nights sleep and we ordered a breakfast, which was all fresh on the hotplate. Will definately stay there again.
A. B.
Excellent value. All staff very helpful and accommodating. We were setting off on the Avenue Vert Cycle route to Paris and kept our bikes in our bedroom. Very good breakfast.
L. T. (.
Our favourite in London. Stayed here many times. Good value, nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great location. Friendly staff.
h. s.
Spent a delightful 5 days at this Hotel especially as it is situated in the heart of London.
H. M. W.
Brill location, our room faced onto the Southbank and you could the London eye.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were even allowed to leave our luggage in a locked, secure room to do more sightseeing after we had checked out.
Breakfast was Brill too.
A. 4.
Acceptable accommodation but looking very worn inside
K. M.
Clean and friendly. Good breakfast but you need to be patient.
M. C.
Fantastic staff and hotel, in a perfect location. Even had a wedding anniversary card and chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the room on our arrival! The car valet service is pricey but, excellent. Can't recommend here enough
K. D. H.
Excellent stay at a fair price for a clean and safe room in an awesome location. The free wi-fi was also good and the breakfast buffet was high quality and fairly priced. Great service from the front desk staff. Highly recommend this location.
D. W.
Superb location right next to the London eye and a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station. Very comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Breakfast is fantastic with a great choice and the kids eat free but the rush is insane so plan accordingly
N. L.
Given such a great location and in an iconic building I can forgive the slightly scruffy corridors. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good - with views of the London eye, and the beds were comfortable.
J. B.
Excellent value. Room we had was super. Two double beds. WiFi worked fine. Recommended. Stayed here again and found it very good. Recommended for a good value stay in the heart of London. Food is good in the Tyme restaurant on site. Recommended
C.
The rooms are a good size and the staff were very friendly on arrival. There are shops nearby and you are right in the city centre. The views are not great which is the only downside. From the website it seems to suggest you have a view of the London eye which is not quite accurate.
T.
Good location for tourist activities. But dont get any good views from tye hotel. Also very expensive for a premier inn. When arrived one of the beds wasn't made up and no milk for tea/coffee and no extra pillows
M.
Amazing service here and such kindness from the staff members helping my grandad access the restaurant from the road as we didn't stay. Food was excellent and at such a good price. Highly recommend.
B. M.
Nice hotel and fantastic location. Building work when stayed last year didn't impact on our stay.
J. M.
Fantastic location by London's most iconic landmark. The lack of air-conditioning wasn't too much of a loss this August. Far too easy to overdo it with breakfast. The kids love it and we'd come back again.
n. w.
1. Typical Premier Inn
2. Cheap
3. Big room in London terms.
4. Right next to London Eye.
340 odd rooms allowing you to get straight into tourist mood right after breakfast. The breakfast was great, but I'd try sit near the food. Else you will walk and bump into people as you pile food on plates/bowls...
c. s.
Perfect location, wonderful historic building wonderful staff lovely food great room the only thing budget about it is the price, always our first choice when visiting London.
S. S.
Good value for location. Stayed in a family room that was spacious but could do with a bit of a refurb.
A. P.
Lovely place to stay. Very central but amazingly quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. So comfortable. Always first choice of myself and family.
N. S.
Amazing stay. Very nice & friendly staff!
G. J.
Can't believe the location of this place, it's perfect. Friendly staff when asked for more tea bags and pillows. Booked breakfast so kids eating for free. Best going to embankment and walking across the river.
A. L.
Comfortable and obviously very central! Decent bar and dining area. The only negative was that there was no air conditioning in the room, not often a requirement in London, but worth bearing in mind.
A. S.
Great hotel in a great location.
E. c.
Great hotel room very comfortable staff really helpful.
M. M.
Great location. Great room. Reasonable price. Breakfast limited in comparison to similar style of buffet breakfasts I've experienced but good.
D. K.
Easy access to local attractions. 5 minutes walk to Waterloo train station. Free WiFi is painfully slow. Motel type of equipment and decor. Don't expect any luxuries here. You get what you pay for.
P. M.
Great place to stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. 2 minute walk from London eye.
M. A.
Wasn't the best experience but it is what it is. A place to sleep for the night. Good thing is they do have hot showers 🚿 so thats a plus.
M. W.
Comfortable, friendly and very convenient to London sites .
Noise free enabling a good night's sleep. The possibility of opening bed room windows for air was a plus.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
J. J.
Very comfortable and affordable accommodation
A. M.
The hotel is really quite nice, it also has quiet times from 10pm to 7 am, this hotel is situated just round the corner from the London Eye, the Shrek Experience, Sea Life Centre London, The London Dungeon and St Thomas's Hospital is about 200 metres away.
The only bad things I have to say about this Hotel are the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up feeling more tired than when I went to sleep and I ache all over, also the free WiFi is as slow as dial up, it would not load pictures or Facebook.
R. F.
The largest family room at a Premier Inn I've ever stayed in! I don't know if they're all that size in this hotel. The location was excellent and there was little noise in the evening.
s.
Ideally located for the main attractions. Comfortable and friendly helpful staff. They even put a prezzie into the room for our daughters birthday which was a very welcome touch!
A. J.
Location is excellent, right beside Millennium Wheel. Hotel is huge! Took minutes to reach our room right at other end of building. Room was clean. Iron and board available on each floor.
T. C.
Right next to the South Bank, easy walk over to St James' Park, Trafalgar Square and the rest of London's West End. Rooms were big enough. We had a family room with a double and 2 singles. The mattress on the 2nd single was a bit too hard as it looked like it was the base for the 1st single. All you can eat breakfast was good - managed to fill up to last me until evening.
R. L.
Another pleasant stay. It's a Premier Inn, so the same quality and experience throughout the UK. It's very close to the London Eye, Waterloo train and tube station, Westminster, Big Ben etc ... all walking distance.
J. F.
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable & in a fabulous location. Good value for money if you book early. I would definitely return.
L. O.
Beautiful views both day or night, nice spacious rooms compared to other P. Inns. Staff are very helpful but busy. Book early as it's always full.
m. k.
Great location, but in need of a refresh. Reception, check-in and staff all good. Room was on the small side and corridor's had a dusty smell. Overall okay.
C. G.
Friendly staff and very good location...
K. G.
Nice location! Very accessible to London Public transit as well as alot to do in the area. It is very much a no frills and thrills type of hotel but for us we wanted something that was easy for us to get around London. This was it!
J. a. Y.
Considering the location of being literally around the corner from the London Eye, this hotel was incredibly well priced. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was good, would come back again!
E.
Food was really good, room was spacious, located about 100 yards away from the London Eye, the only reason I gave four stars was that the bathroom door when closed had about a 2 inch gap at the bottom getting smaller as you look up until at the halfway point it closed
A. C.
Perfection, extremely friendly staff, lovely clean room. Nice breakfast. Perfect location, will be my first choice whenever I'm in London from now on.
M.
Not quite a budget price for a budget hotel. It provided for our requirements with no frills included. Would return if we wanted a central location again.
M. U.
Great location. Clean rooms a little noisy at night hence 4 stars. Service great .. really genuinely pleasant and friendly staff.
R. H.
Brilliant location we had family room 317 really quiet and a good size overlooking Belvedere Road - staff were very friendly and helpful - breakfast was really good too.
E. S.
Good hotel. No small bar into the room...
Near all the turistic places. Very good instalatipns. If you have a equipament with old Brasilian plugs, it isn't necessary adaptator. All plugs in Europe acept the old plugs to Brazil. See my photos.
B. B.
Room great also lovely place easy access go anywhere London would stay again when lockdown over also when I not work as well
V. D.
The location is brilliant, stone's throw from The London Eye. However, the shower was a let down and so was the housekeeping. They would leave the used glasses in the room and not really clean the room. Go there if location is what you are looking for.
A. J.
Lovely location, well presented room, tasty food and massively welcoming staff. Would like to stay again, and business rates are very reasonable considering the location!
P. F.
I had a fantastic stay at County Hall last Thursday, the welcome and the service was second to none and for a budget brand hotel the room was exceptionally large with sofa and everything!
Lenny's right . . . you can rely on a premier inn!
A. R.
Best one in London, near to London eye and big ban
M. E.
Nice place for the money, just don't expect too much of your room. Food and service both excellent. Only 5 minute walk from the underground.
김.
Very good location. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast at £10. Staff were kind and helpful.
A. S.
Love this hotel. Have stayed on a number of occasions and each time it has been perfect. Super friendly staff too.
L. B.
Great family room we stayed 7 nights ! Excellent location , breakfast deal was great and helpful staff
R. S.
Fantastic hotel. Good sized rooms, good location and a hearty breakfast what more can you ask for.
a. d.
The London Eye Premier is great because it's so close to everywhere. Not so cheap to stay here, as the location is so convenient, but look out for the deals as they do come up fairly often.
C. l.
Never stayed in a Premier Inn before I was really impressed by the comfort in the specious well equipped room the choices on the menu and the quality of the food and service. The staff were efficient friendly and helpful I will definitely stay in premiere again
s. s.
Excellent location. Nice hotel
B. D.
Convenient location shame there's no easy parking. Can be a bit noisy near the lifts.
K. P.
Our family of 4 visited last March 2016 for 2 weeks. For a 3-star hotel, the staff were very professional (many know multiple languages) and friendly. The room was above decent.
For a 3-star hotel, it's lower price (compared to 5-star hotels in London pre-Brexit) was completely worth it for it's central location alone. The London Eye was literally in our backyard.
Public transpo, Westminster Bridge, and other attractions are a short walk away. Right in front of the entrance, on Belvedere Road, is a convenience store, a couple of restaurants, and choices for takeaway food close by.
A word of warning for breakfast: it's the same everyday. It's better if you don't pre-pay it. If you get sick of breakfast, you can drop by the nearby Pret a Manger beside Westminster Bridge. That said, the staff at breakfast were friendly, they even helped me find halal food.
I can't find much to criticize about this place. Any improvement (especially inside the room) I can think of will enter into the territory of 5-star hotels. If you're looking for 5-star hotels with a 5-star price range (unless you have Marriott reward points), go to the nearby London Marriott County Hall.
All in all, it's a good hotel that goes beyond 3-star expectations.
C. “. R.
All great premier inn best of the rest in a special location for thames side walks and restaurant offers to get to try out great views too if u find the right rooms , enjoy .
C. C.
Typical premier inn. Bibles in bedroom but no actual table to put your suitcase on. Sort out your priorities. Looking up your name at breakfast with a highlighter rather than using a computer is inefficient and wasteful of paper. No shaver socket in bathroom. Being shown where to sit for breakfast is a pointless waste of time causing queues. Internet frustratingly slow and of course tired bathrooms where you cant take the shower head off the wall.
L. Y.
Room was clean and comfortable, no problems there. The service at check in was quite rude and not particularly helpful, as I was passed between 3 different people who didn't appear to know what they should do.
M. D.
Excellent location for all of Londons attractions
A. W.
Very good location, comfortable beds and very clean. Easy check in and check out
A. D.
Great location, just around the corner from Big Ben. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and actually quite spacious.
Will definitely consider for a business stay in future.
S. B.
Good locatipn. Staff very helpful. Restaurant food very nice. Rooms large (for London). Enjoyed our stay.
l. f.
Fab hotel, fab staff, lovely room, staff couldn't be more friendly, we stayed for a weekend,

D. E.
Great location. Lovely room. Staff fabulous. Breakfast great, lots of choice.
S. S.
The Staff were amazing , nothing was too much trouble.
Very nice room & very quiet considering location.
S. A.
Perfect Location, the service is amazing, the staff couldn't do enough to please us. the value for money you get at this place is off the chart! brilliant stay for a London trip with our son.
J. T.
Very close to Waterloo station, London eye, London dungeon shrek 4 d, sea life centre, houses of Parliament, South bank, short walk to theatres, soho, st Paul's, tate modern, river tours etc , Trafalgar Square, museums , great location to explore central London
A. H.
Nice place to stay. Breakfast OK. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of good pillows. Had a quiet room.Nice and clean Inn if you are looking for a place to stay.
P. B.
Usual Premier Inn experience. Large hotel well situated on South Bank of the Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Surrounded by lots of attractions including the London Eye. 5 minute walk across the bridge and you are in the City. Very well situated hotel for all things London
r. s.
We still here n we ever we come back here we will stay, from our premium room size to bear breakfast ever, very particular with my foods but this is the works n 10 out of 10 for quality to price.
N. H.
Great for central London. Never been to a poor Premier Inn yet. My boys have multiple food allergies and they always manage to cater for them.
M. P.
Im giving this a 5 star rating because of their attention to customer service - our room was noisy at from really early morn due to some sort of generator so i asked following morning if my daughter and i could move rooms as i was a very light sleeper and couldnt bear another night with disrupted sleep - we were immediately facilitated and member of staff helped move our luggage etc - a week later when i got home i was reconciling my bank account online and noticed refund for the night i hadnt slept - i had not asked for this but im so impressed by the customer service i wouldnt dream of staying anywhere other than premier inn - the bedding was spotless and breakfast 1st class - well done Premier Inn for treating your customers properly - uv certainly got my business and i highly recommend!!
G. S.
Rooms in need of refurbishment, restaurant was only partially open, on a positive note staff were friendly and helpful.
d. s.
Excellent location but the hotel feels dated and a bit dirty . Not up to par with other premier inns we've been to
J. P.
A very good atmosphere with drinks at reasonable prices. Unlike some other bars nearby, it was very quick to get served and the seating area isn't dark and dirty.
J. B.
Lovely place to stay!
W. O.
Big hotel with simpel, but big rooms. Friendly staff. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Just around the corner of the London Eye. Rooms need some redecorating. I will come back on my next visit.
A. N.
Good location for the main sites, whilst none of the rooms have any particular views the rooms are clean and up to scratch. Restaurant is good
R. C.
Awesome location. Highly recommended. Staff lovely. Food tasty (can be busy at breakfast & feels a bit like a free for all)
E. O.
The hotel was clean and the bed is big and comfortable .but the food in restaurant was not good at all everything is no flavor .otherwise have no complain except the food.i would stay here again but food no i prepare to eat out.😕😕😕
I. F.
Brilliant hotel we stay here every time we visit London . Staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. All very helpful . Recommend staying here to anyone .
M. L.
We stayed at this hotel in August for a week. We really enjoyed the service. Very spacious room. I would highly recommend for this hotel !!!

Great hotel, value for money.right in the middle of major attractions.staff pleasent and very helpful.great place to spend.a long week end in the greatest capital in the world.spent40th anniversary here.thanks for wine and chocs county hall
P. W.
Great value, good location and friendly staff. Service in the restaurant at dinner was a bit slow to begin with, but the food deals are good and things improved as the night went on.
A. H.
Brilliant premier inn..Staff were all lovely..Extremely helpful..Really excellent position for doing the touristy things..Would most certainly use the hotel again without hesitation....
J. L.
Perfect location, right next to London eye. Premier always deliver. Spacious bedrooms, lovely quiet nights sleep. Superb breakfast.
M. R.

P. C.
Staff are really friendly and helpful and its a lovely place to stay
P. G.
A run of the mill premier inn. Nothing too special but all the staff are outstanding. The position of the hotel is fantastic. Easy to reach the city and theatres.
A. E.
Very big family room.very convenient for sightseeing.staff helpful.breakfast good.for price paid I had no complaints at all.
D. M.
Good enough and in a great location. Perfect for training courses in etc venues in county hall and very close to Waterloo station. Fitted my requirements.
P. N.
Very friendly, brilliant location once we found entrance was at side of County Hall. Comfortable bed, slightly warm but not uncomfortable. Would use again if going to House of Lords or Commons..
C. F.
Location, Location, Location. Walk round the corner. You have the london eye, gift shop sea life, the dungeon, shrek, and places to eat. Walk round the other corner Mark's and spencer, big bus stop, more places to eat and more gift shops. Hotel, clean, tidy. Only point. Restricted access for wheelchair or crutch users.
R. F.
Perfect location, close to subway/trains and some tourist spots like London Eye, Parliament/Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc.
Large room, with a lot of space for your luggage and personal items.
B. W.
A repeat visit after a number of years! Not disappointed! Excellent service from very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast and v good value meal deal to include dinner!!
I. P.
Really liked the big room with two double beds for twin instead of sofa bed. Great value for perfect location.
E. R.
Excellent!!! Great location. Very spacious and clean room. The staff is so pleasant and helpful.
M. N.
Was delighted with room ,and the service in restaurant was very good, also very pleased with meals good portion, and very tasty,,staff very helpful ,would definitely go back their.
M. L.
It's a Premier Inn, you know what you are getting. The bar/restaurant downstairs is fairly pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
S. S.
Busy at check in times, room big enough and in a good location.
T. B.
Good place to stay 4 sites, however £150 4 2 persons I thought was a bit steep and thus did not include breakfast
D. P.
Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable, bar prices really good for london. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
M. W.
Ok, if a little worn. Breakfast was good and although the hotel was very busy the limited staff coped well.
P. C.
Stayed here for New Years Eve, fantastic location and good sized rooms. Bit pricey for what they are but to be expected for the time of year.
N. G.
Good reception let down by breakfast. Boiled egg not cooked properly and breakfast staff not welcoming( Unlike the staff at Premier inn near Heathrow T5)
A. L.
I enjoy being here again and again. I can recover very well, that is the main thing. The location is just great
