Great friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Rooms clean and tidy and beds comfy. On other hand room looks tired definitely needs a revamp and the car park/outside area does too. Also in the dark there’s no signposts too signal way to hotel.

Have been to a few Premier Inn's over the years, and I think this is the best one I've been to. Clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were great, breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Perfect for The ExCeL, short walk to the DLR station for getting into town. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Many thanks.
N. B.
Good location with the DLR a short walk away. Nice comfortable room. Ridiculously cheap rates made even better by the friendly staff giving us free parking when we were expecting £12 a night. Stayed here on my last 2 visits to London (in summer 2021) and would definitely do so again.

I've stayed here at Premier Inn Hotel for two nights and it's located behind EEC London Docklands. I didn't sleep well on my first night because the guest above me was making a lot of noise throughout the night. I rang the reception to let them know about the noise right above me then told them I couldn't sleep. They said they gonna remind the guests. The next day I went to the reception to complain about the noise and they said they have reminded the guest. The second night they've done it again. Went down to the reception explained the situation. The female receptionist decided to move me into another room. I had to repack all my stuff because they've moved me from second floor to ground floor room. With all these inconveniences I couldn't give this hotel a 5 star review based on the service, lack of action, location and creaking floor/ceiling that causes uneasy sleepless nights.

Very convenient for the Excel centre. Friendly staff, nice clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast was tasty and had a great stay

Clean and tidy. Staff very competent and friendly. Enjoyable stay. If your staying for the reason of an event at the Excel, it's well worth it. The access to the other side of the Excel while events are on is a slight problem. The shops and Gondola (cable car) are a few stops on the DLR due to restricted access. It's not a problem if you use transport, however its hindered for walking. As the city Airport is located quite close if its warm and you have the windows open you may be woken up early during the week. All said and done I would stay again as the walks were great.

Pros - Overall a decent hotel. Stayed in a Premier plus room and it’s definitely a huge improvement on the standard rooms. Better furniture, mood lighting, nicer artwork and on high floors. And the best thing of all… no hospital-like bathroom floor!! Room also had a fridge, nespresso machine + kettle, pucka teabags and little chocolates. Plus you’ve much better toiletries in the bathroom! If you book in advance can get this significantly better room for a great price :) I asked for my room to be cleaned midstay and it happened with no issue.
Cons - The PI new concept rooms, both standard and premium have zero storage for your things, apart from 4 coat hangers. The older rooms at least have 4-5 shelves, but the new furnishing offers none of this. Not the end of the world but staying more than one night it’s nice to not live completely out of a suitcase. I also wish PI would go back to having soft and hard pillow range. They put 4 in most rooms, all medium to hard. And my final moan… god the bathroom towels are so thin and sad. I know it’s a budget hotel but every PI I stay in… I’ve got thicker handkerchiefs!
Parking - As the hotel is going through a renovation, half the car park has been closed off. By 1700 each day the car park was totally full so if you’re staying early 2022 and will arrive late it might be worth checking with the hotel if they have overflow parking at another hotel.
Location is great with DLR nearby. Would happily stay again.

The title may seem a little overdramatic but this really is my worst experience with a Premier Inn hotel. It's actually surprised me at how bizarre this one is compared to others I've stayed in around the country.
Pros:
- Staff are SUPER helpful
- Food is good, just your usual Premier Inn stuff, not bad at all
- Location to the Excel is great
- Rooms a good size
Cons:
- This is an old building it seems. Like, really old. It's horrendously creaky all over the place.
- In extension to the above, it surprised me at the noise that can be heard from rooms above and below you. I've NEVER encountered this before in a Premier Inn. Not sure if the floors just need replacing or what but its very noisy and you can hear people walking, doors being closed etc. in rooms above and below.
- Even the chairs and the beds in the room are super creaky and everything just feels like its held together with glue.
If you book this hotel for an event at the Excel, BRING EARPLUGS!!!
Overall, 3 stars for the general Premier Inn experience but be warned, if you've stayed in Premier Inns around the country, you will be disappointed with this one.

*Environment*
Rooms have double glazed windows which help reduce noise, however, there is still noise from DLR and nearby City Airport until late evening. The hotel is very close to ExCeL (<5 minutes walk) and is ideal for any events.
*Food*
There is no food service during the day -- only in the evening, after 6pm. Food is served in surprisingly large portions for a hotel, but is not always cooked satisfactorily -- my fish + chips batter was soggy, for example.
*Breakfast*
Classic selection of hotel buffet breakfast items. I found the bacon overcured, and the eggs overcooked, but the sausages were good.
*Rooms*
Spacious, with lots of room -- perfect if you're exhibiting.
NOTE: Rooms are currently not being cleaned daily during your stay due to the covid pandemic. If you want the room cleaned, you need to explicitly request it via reception.
Towels smelled of burnt ashtrays and cigarettes, even the fresh ones from housekeeping and the aircon kept switching itself off randomly
S. P.
Absolutely fantastic service. The staff here are amazing. Location is perfect with the DLR station less than a 5 min walk away
P. M.
Nice premier inn in a great location for the excel centre. Lovely food and friendly service. Only complaint is you can hear the airplanes and trains. Also loud people second night jumping around at 1:30 am
I. A.
Check in was nice and easy. Rooms were nice. We got the ground floor which was a little disappointing. Coming from out of town we were looking forward to rooms on a higher floor and see the views. There's nothing during the booking process that allows you to request a room on a high floor
Spare pillows and towels were already in the room. Beds were comfortable.
There always seemed to be a smell in the corridors. I couldn't pin point it where it was coming from.
Car parking was great though
A. C.
Stayed here with my ex-fiancee when she went to the Younique convention back in 2019. Food was really nice too. Would definitely stay here again.
S. B.
Lovely staff room was OK toilet was rocking side to side when you sat down wood around sink was coming apart, opened window then couldn't shut it as all screws were loose and the other window wouldn't open. Food was OK had the epic burger and around 30mins later was hanging my head in the toilet throwing it back up. Managed to fall asleep then woke up to real bad cramps in stomach spent all morning on the toilet missing out on the work programme I had come to do with my colleagues. Another colleague of .one also fell ill after eating the food.
L. N.
Booked in no problem staff pleasant and helpful, room clean all good, went to the bar
for quick drink I think the lady behind the bar
Was not pleased to have customers coming in to her at 9AM not really welcoming, closed the bar without warning telling us to take how drinks into the reception and finish them there
J. M.
Went in for breakfast and the restaurant check in staff ‘Francesco’ was an absolute joy he made every single customer smile and laugh with his wonderful comments. quite frankly he's an absolute credit to the hotel.
Furthermore, the breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices.
M. M.
Food good service up and down will go back would have been 5 stars if not being ignored for 20 minutes in the restaurant
S. B.
Excellent service at this hotel no complaints whatsoever, staff were helpful and pleasant, a special thanks to Francesco for going the extra mile to ensure that we took full advantage of the "all you could eat" breakfast. Every time we are in London we will use this hotel.
A. E.
Only ate in the restaurant, they were clearly short staffed but the service was still quick, the food was amazing, freshly cooked and good value and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our allergies were addressed and catered for. Couldn't ask for better service
I. C.
Cheap London hotel, with a spot on gateway to the jubilee line. Staff are really pleasant rooms are good. Showers are powerfull
L. B.
Clean comfortable rooms as every premier we've stayed in friendly helpful reception staff. Was really busy when we stayed had a lovely evening meal nice breakfast, bar service was a bit slow. Didn't realise right beside airport and rail service so had an early morning wake up call but other than that pleasant stay
L. G.
Great stay. All the staff very friendly and helpful.
L. B.
It's a Premier Inn. What can I say. Free parking. Room OK as expected. Very convenient for Excel Centre.
W. H.
Hotel room is fine ,clean ,a basic room.
No complaints about that.
The hotel restaurant- the dinner service staff is very good, but the food needs some attention and care, I have seen better food from deliveroo.
Breakfast staff is a bit hit and miss , you have one person working very hard and then you another floating around like a confused mole who seem unsure what he needs to do.
M. B.
Excellent friendly staff throughout all areas of the hotel and the room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant offered great food both in the evening and again at breakfast. Just what was needed after a busy day out in London.
R. J.
Ok setting, especially at night by the docks it's so peaceful to walk around at night. The food was pretty impressive for a cheap hotel and the staff are lovely. The only reasons they never got a 4 or 5 star is their key cards constantly stop working and the air conditioning is practically non-existant. I had zero good nights sleep because the humidity was about 80% and the air con was as good as a fan from poundland.
Other than that, it was an ok place. Oh and the bar needs to open longer too. If I didn't have kids, I probably would have had to get a train just for an extra hour or 2 drinking.
M. T.
Excellent location to explore east London and the Thames. Staff is extremly friendly and nice and would go out of their way to help you. From the room maids to the breakfast staff headed by Francesco and the people working at reception...all were amazing!
G. D. L.
I had a first bad experience when calling reception, but then spoke to the central customer service line, which was very helpful.
G. F.
Stayed while marshalling the FIA Formula E event at ExCel. Staff super helpful, parking surprisingly free of charge. Room clean and tidy, bed as usual really comfy.
D. A.
Currently staying here for 5 nights with a 5 and 7 year old in a family room staff helpful polite kind and the hotel is cheap and cheerful. Ideal base for London or Essex activitys. Took me 40 mins to south end by car. 30 mins to greys Essex beach park by car and a 20 min walk to the DRL and emmerites cable cars which u can get across the river then an uber boat into London centre to enjoy London eye and other acrivities. Parking is usually 12 per day free between 530pm and 930am but is currently free. I will 100% stay again. 3rd time in a premier inn, the first with my 2 children and it's been perfect for us. 💙
G. D.
The staff in this hotel are exceptional. Very friendly, polite and helpful despite being burdened with Covid regulations and being extremely busy in the restaurant. 5 stars for that reason alone! Otherwise you know what you are going to get, it is a Premier Inn, they are always good. In a convenient location and close to DLR.
b.
stuff are so kind and informing! also, the rooms are specious and clean, comfortable. breakfast can get busy but very yummy!
C. L.
Clean basic hotel but the trademark bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Near the DLR Well worth a stay.
B. P.
Well place for the excell centre and DLR station. The O2 is 15 minutes to the cable car and a nice way to get to the O2. Staff at premier Inn here are helpful and enthusiastic and Franco wants to be a comedian and had everyone laughing. Would happily stay again.
B. A.
I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn and couldn't have asked for more. The price was great and I was gifted free parking. The TV didn't work so given another room instantaneously and when I asked for an extra duvet, it was there before one could say Rumplestilskin. The bathtub ( I love a good soak in the evening after work) is generously sized and there is an abundance of hot water at tremendous pressure which means the tub gets filled in a minute or two as well as providing gorgeous pressure for one's morning shower. Would most definitely stay again.
E. A.
Got a runway view room so the AVGeek was happy. Clean hotel, efficient, friendly staff and a cracking breakfast
H. C.
Perfect location for Excel, and had free parking too. They had forgotten to add the extra bed for the twin room but they came and sorted it within 30 minutes.
R. W.
Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, Have enjoyed several happy stays here. Room did look a little"tired" on this occasion, hence the 4 stars
E. D.
Great location and some great staff, the girls on the front desk are all lovely perfect for working on the city of you are looking for a good base. Safe parking and has free parking at the moment (check hotel staff to be sure) Access to central London via the DLR is easy too. Restaurant in hotel is good, but little pricey. Pub next door and a nice walk along the Thames to some more options for evening meals and a Tesco's. Covid stuff is all in place, and I would recommend this hotel. Book online for best deals on rooms..
A. K. S.
I would like to say Thank Jovita and her colleague who welcomed me and my children when we checked into the hotel, Great Customer Service from both staff members at Reception also the staff change over to the Tall Lady with heels, I would like to say I am really pleased with the customer service you provided for me and my children yesterday for the rest of our stay till we checked out. You was So Lovely, Kind, Professional, and You went beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. You and your work colleagues did an outstanding job and Also I would lile to say Im so sorry the room was really messy when we left but apart from that, I would definitely visit again in the near future.
D. H.
Good food, friendly staff, comfortable beds, All good here.
T.
Stayed in a double room, nice and spacious with air conditioning it had a big, nice and comfortable bed, It also had a 3 seater in the room which was about the size of a single bed, I was the only one in the room but this room can take 3 guest comfortably. The room also had a nice dressing mirror with mirror lights and a hair dryer. I only stayed 1 night so can't comment on the room service or cleaning.
The free Wifi was a little slow, okay for reading messages and replying emails, not for streaming HD videos.
The breakfast was good.
D. S.
Clean, quiet, comfy beds and friendly staff. Near prince regent dlr. We had a lovely 3 night stay.
C. F.
As per usual Premier Inn have done themselves proud excellent rooms and services
D.
Always a good stay here, friendly staff, good food, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and compared to the other hotels in the area, reasonably priced.
M. F.
Really good hotel! Super confortables beds!! Nice rooms!! Staff in the morning super polite and nice... in the evening not that much 😐.
Restaurant amazing!!!
Z. M.
Not one of the best sites. Every 3 minutes there was a train passing close to my window and every 20 minutes a plane taking off from the city airport. As the hotel did not do food due to covid i had to order in. Rooms could do with a new lick of paint.
Z. J.
Good hotel. Good location. Staff were superb. Only downside, bed was hard and gave me back pain.
A. P.
The whole team were absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, super friendly. The best premier Inn I've stayed in, in regards to the service. The hotel itself could do with a face lift. But all in all location was great and again the team were fab!
G.
Great location for Excel arena and London City Airport, would not recommend if your working nights and need to sleep during the day we had the tube overground about 2 foot from the window and the aeroplanes about 6 foot lol seriously though it was loud but I suppose it serves its purpose
N. H.
Great service, clean room but could due with a new floor in the bathroon
T. P.
Always recommend a Premier Inn, good prices, friendly staff and decent food.
S. T.
Clean & comfortable. Friendly staff. Parking difficult if arriving after about 7pm, but parking usually still available in Hilton hotel opposite.
S. M. I. H. S.
Reception:
Excellent customer services.
Cleanliness:
perfect through out the hotel. I Noticed they were maintaining covid-19 protection procedures firmly. Frequently common area cleaning . Ex: lift and entrance .
Rooms:
were very good as usual. Clean and spotless room. Enjoyed the Free WiFi.
Parking: Normally for the whole day its £8 . But not it was free. So saved £16 🤑.
But unfortunately the bar & restaurant was not open.
So had to buy food from Outside.
Best of luck.
F. C.
My stay there was lovely great staff comfy beds an the breakfast was excellent I will definitely stay there again when I visit the area
S. A.
Very comfortable stay. Staff very helpful. Had paid for breakfast but for 2 days only got continental (pastries/toast/cereal etc). Room very clean and serviced daily. Strong shower but tub very slow to drain so would collect water. Would definitely recommend/stay again.
S. R.
Good location for what we needed. However the bed was the most uncomfortable and saggy we have ever had the misfortune to sleep in.
To be fair to Premier Inn we were told by the receptionist to email customer service using the good night's sleep guarantee and they refunded the full amount of our stay.
G. T. M.
A great night's stay. Very close to London City Airport and right by Prince Regent DLR Station.
J. W.
This was an excellent stop the night before flying from London City Airport (15 minute easy walk) Reception was speedy and welcoming, room comfortable and clean. We had a very reasonable dinner and great breakfast. All staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money and would certainly use again.
R. G.
I spent a month here. Overall a good experience. Only consistant down side is the number of parking spaces, people with vans will overload the spaces and park in all sorts of imaginary spots.
n. j.
Good rooms at affordable price

Going the Extra Mile
I've stayed at a lot of Premier Inns but this particular stay stood out from the norm, hence this email.
Very friendly, helpful staff whom genuinely seemed interested in whether we'd had a good stay . Breakfast was excellent and both the chef and restaurant manager clearly took a pride in their jobs and cared that their clientele were happy.
Great work. Keep it up!
A. P.
Fantastic big and clean room. Breakfast was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Apparently the floors are thin ( i was on the top floor and my friend was below us and he could hear me walking about)
E. B.
Stayed for one night here and were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the room, and the breakfast. The restaurant manager was especially nice and we noticed he took the time to chat to every table, us included. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
S. T.
At the end of the day it was like every other premier inn, clean and tidy with very welcoming staff. We booked well in advance for our stay and the price reflected this, it was well placed ( for us) with easy access to the dlr train station ( shame about the weather but hey ... )we did use a black cab to go to canary wharf, the driver said " no more than £15 ".. cost us £20 😡😡we used uber to get around after that .. the same trip cost us £7...... the breakfast which we decided on the next morning ( didn't book in advance) was great ... lots of choice and of course.. all you can eat 👍👍 so , all in all a great hotel with great staff , a great comfortable nights sleep and a great breakfast, in a perfect location for us( we did the stranger things secret cinema) fantastic!! Thanks premier inn 👍👍
A. M.
My experience was amazing it's very organized lovely staff. Also it's in the right place I gave a 5 star cuz it deserves it I will be back for sure
R. S.
Check in was smooth and easy and the room was clean and of a good size. Breakfast was included as part of the room rate and was fantastic, huge selection and even Quorn sausages for vegetarians. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
j. d.
Stayed here for one night. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to London city airport and DLR. You can see and hear the planes take off but we didn't find it to noisy. The rooms are reasonably well insulated. The thyme restaurant has a limited choice of food, but food was nice. The Excel exhibition centre is a 5-10 minute walk.
M. R.
Solid hotel. We stay here usually once a year for MCM London Comic Con. The staff are very friendly and occasionally run charity events, and the rooms are well kept and fairly spacious. The hotel bar is good, and the breakfast is consistently well cooked.
However, my opinion has been slightly tainted from my last stay, as we were very rudely told off by a man on reception for having our own drinks at one of the tables. (Way outside of the bar, which was closing in 10 minutes). This has not been a problem for the last 10 years, and the way we were talked down to was vile.
S. G.
I would like to say THANK YOU for all staff. They were absolutely AMAZING! Receptions team very professional, help me to order food for our 7 kids, when we stuck in Central London. We come back in the hotel and food (hot and fresh) was already cooked for us. People who is working in restaurant meet us with such respect and care.
Breakfast very nice, all food is fresh and tasty.
Thank you!
H. M.
Every member of staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely use this Premier Inn again
M. D.
Perfect when working at Excel. Hotel was fully booked so the restaurant/bar was packed but the staff did their best and kept smiling. Perfectly quiet despite the planes landing at City Airport and a rail network right outside. Has Aircon, but parking is very limited considering the size of the hotel.
S. H.
Absolutely brilliant hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful they put all five star hotels to shame. We ate in the restaurant and the food was first class. Very well cooked, superb service and very very tasty. Thank you. We have stayed here many times before and will continue to return.
A. C.
We had two great nights here. The service and staff are so friendly and helpful it made our stay very pleasant. The food and service is second to none. Big thankyou to you all there. We will be back.xx location is great to very handy train close by to take you anywhere.
B. C.
Excellent service at the reception the girls behind the desk helped me out after I had messed up my booking and had a laugh about it. Food in the restaurant was lovely breakfast and dinner and was a good price. The staff are always friendly. Room was very clean with a good tv.. stayed at this premier inn a few times and will continue to use it..
M. E.
Would recommend this premier inn.
Staff helpful and welcoming.
Food very nice in the restaurant.
Rooms clean and tidy, maid service every day.
Water and juice was available at reception for customers on those very hot days to cool down.
10 minute walk to cable car if you want to go to O2 Arena. DLR platform 5 minute walk.
No issues what so ever.
J. B.
Visited here briefly whilst attending staff training in London. We had no problems parking and were seen promptly and courteously by the reception team. My colleagues and I were also easily able to book a table for dinner even though we hadn't made a reservation.
The room was typical simplistic quality of a Premier Inn. Clean, tidy and well presented. I am a huge fan of Premier Inn's and though I often sleep poorly I slept very well on the fairly firm mattress.
The proximity to London City Airport and DLR line didn't prove too much of an issue to me (it is expected to have some disruption that close to the City) and I was able to cope with the occasional noise or rumble.
All of the staff were happy and friendly and made our (albeit brief) stay a pleasant experience.
Would recommend and would visit again.
r. s.
Clean, warm and extremely hospitable. Amazingly genuine staff and one of the best breakfasts ever.
Second time here, just as good as the first so we'll definitely be back.
Can't recommend this hotel enough.
A. N.
Great location for the excel, easy walking distance to the exhibition halls but a bit of a hike if you arrive by train as it's at the other end.
Been here a few times over the years and it's always clean and tidy, the rooms are as you would expect of a premier inn and I've never had cause for complaint.
The food is good, I recommend the dinner and breakfast deal as it's good value and the breakfast is always very tasty.
Great staff and very friendly.
F. F.
Staff allowed us to book in early as we had popped in on the off chance we could leave our suitcases as attending a convention.
The staff here were friendly & helpful and the rooms were of a good size and really clean.
As always in the Premier Inn the beds were comfy and a good nights sleep was had.
Really close for ExCel just a really short walk would recommend if you are going there or indeed a short taxi ride to London City Airport.
C. R.
We just returned from a 4 night stay. From the second we walked in the staff were excellent. My husband is in an electric scooter and the staff were very helpful in making sure we were in a comfortable room with plenty of space. They always made sure we were seated well. The food was excellent and service was very good. We would definately return and recommend to our family and friends. Thanks again to all the staff
A. Y.
Premier Inn bedding is always top notch. Super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, too. In essence, that side of things was perfect. One of the staff members at reception was a little awkward about my sleeping arrangements, and the window in the room was broken so couldn't be shut properly - meaning you could hear the DLR (the line was metres away from the window) and planes going past. I managed to sleep through most of it, but not great!
B. L. &. E. V.
Great hotel! Friendly staff, nice food and good value for money. Premier inn has always been our go-to when it comes to hotels as they are great hotels for the price
J. M.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were eager to help. The location was perfect for the Excel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty to choose from. Lacking a gym is the only reason I didn't give this five stars. Would definitely stay here again.
R. O.
Great premier inn with very friendly, welcoming staff. Location is brilliant for the Excel and convenient for central London too with a DLR stop about a 5 min walk away with trains every 10 minutes. Took about 30 mins to get into central London. Rooms are slightly dated compared to other premier inn's I have stayed in but overall has everything you would need. Great choice of vending machines that accept card payments as there's not really any local shops. Would happily stay here again.
S. M. (.
Well located for ExCeL and The O2. The bed is super comfy and the air con decent. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bit of noise from the DLR. Nothing too bad though and not enough to disturb sleep. Pub right behind is well priced for drinks (even for London) - much cheaper than the bar in the hotel...
J. A.
Clean, tidy, friendly, and well positioned for the conference centre. However my top floor room was noisy when the planes went over so close.
Good breakfast, but like all Premier Inns the lack of espresso cups is annoying, because the coffee goes cold too quick in a mug.
C. O.
The room was quite comfortable and spacious
G.
The room was nice, clean, spacious and the food was good. The hotel was very close to the ExCeL, which eas good for me. The DLR is very close and so in the Airport, great for access, not too great if you want a sleep in or and early night.
G. D.
Hotel was clean etc as expected, breakfast and front of house staff all very friendly. Really good water pressure on the shower. However we arrived at the hotel late and hungry to be told the in house restaurant was fully booked. Having 2 small children this was not good. I mean, premier inn hotels out of town are hardly destination places to eat are they? There were certainly empty tables visible as we walked out to the car to find another place to eat
p. g.
Very clean tidy and comfortable. I was concerned being next to the airport but I didn't hear one aeroplane. The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the lady on the front desk, great sense of humour. Good beer and food
A. B.
6th time we have stayed. Great for the DLR and a short walk to the Emerates cable car then the clipper into town.
Staff 100 % Breakfast as always very good.one of our favourite Premier Inns
E. C.
Comfortable clean and well stocked room. Hotel is not in an ideal area when walking back late at night though. It's very dark and quiet. Unable to book for dinner as restaurant didn't open early enough for our plans. Helpful friendly staff.
R. J.
Lovely food. Superb staff and even though you have an airport and train track outside, the rooms are pretty much silent! Also great value for money. Got 4 kids so needed 2 rooms!
A. B.
Car park is a little on the small side. £12 to park. Got to be careful as you drive in, as it looks like there is loads of parking and spaces, but these are for the other venues around the hotel. The hotel was nice, staff helpful. Good night sleep up until the morning (about 5 or 6) you do start to hear the expected DLR and aircraft. Nice pub next door which had amazing chips. Good beer and lots of tvs to watch the football.
P. G.
There were no major problems, and everything was generally up to the standard expected. Breakfast was good, with the full English selection being kept in stock well. The only issue was that booking two rooms, we were unable to get them next to each other or even on the same floor.
L. F.
Stayed 1 night.
Friendly & helpful reception staff. Lovely comfy room. Breakfast - self service. All hot & plenty to choose from. Parking reasonable rates being in London.
Great for transport, only few minutes to DLR.
a. r.
Staff were very helpful friendly and very accommodating. They really went over and above. Food was good . Very clean rooms and dining area was very . We stayed for the London marathon. And would definitely go back

Room was good, impressed it was quiet despite being near London city. I was very impressed with the food, I wasn't expecting any special, but the meal deal was great value, a good range and very tasty. Breakfast was also good.
C. E.
Comfy hotel. Staff were very helpfull , even at 3am! Very close to dlr for access to central london and london city airport. Beware of aircraft noise till about midnight and from 6ish in the morning. I'm a very light sleeper and it didn't bother me.
A. P.
Good location. Free parking after 17:30 a bonus. Room as expected. Old format but clean and well maintained. Has air conditioning and a window that can be opened. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant also good and welcoming.
A. M.
A good Premier Inn, conveniently located for the Excel and only a short distance from the DLR.
Staff were friendly, breakfast was about what you'd expect. Rooms were clean and up to date and the bed nice and comfortable. The shower worked well and there were no annoying noises from the extractor unit. There is some noise from aircraft landing and taking off into the early evening, but you are next to an airport so no complianing!!
S. L.
Friendly staff, clean room, good food for dinner and breakfast. Great choice of food for breakfast too. Only downside, the shower/tap in the bathroom were scolding hot in the morning no matter which way we turned the tap.
L.
Standard premier inn location is a little out the way if you are a tourist but as a business traveller this place worked for me and had parking.
Main downside would be the severe lack of food options surrounding this place although there were enough take away restaurants that deliver to the hotel within the area.
K. H.
Room was great! Although the temperature in the room was a bit of an issue (My girlfriend's coconut oil stayed in liquid form for most of the time spent there), WiFi had odd connectivity issues in the late night but asides from that, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuine, and absolutely no other complaints of this hotel asides from that!
M. A.
The room was clean, and staff were helpful as usual. A great breakfast with very fresh croissants was a nice bonus too. Parking is free between 17:30-09:30 which is very good too.
M. B.
Disclaimer: I didn't stay in the hotel (I was staying at a hotel next door). I decided to venture across and have dinner and also breakfast the next morning. Staff were incredibly friendly and decent food at this location for a good price. If the service and food is anything to go by, then I would recommend staying here.
l. F.
Our room was OK, however it was very warm and opening the window was just too loud as there were planes and trains and people shouting. The breakfast was OK, again not the best and no one every explained where things were. The restaurant was again ok, the food was alright, the puddings were great except one member of our party is allergic to malt and there was no mention of malteasers on the chocolate sundae.
s. v.
Lovely staff very helpful and cheerful.
Phone no for reception nowhere to be seen on our phone in spite of what reception said which is worry g should someone need help urgently also the floor we were on all the fire doors were left open.
An enjoyable stay,eill use again.
Oh and the good was great!
G. H.
Excellent parking for vans. Seems quite safe with security on patrol. No head height restrictions either 👍
n. j.
Good rooms at affordable price
B. t.
Rooms clean. I always sleep well in the beds. Staff very friendly but always under staffed. Price good. Location good for 02. Only down side was the toilet floor was soft and smelt a bit.
N. L.
Welcoming hotel with a lovely breakfast! We had issues with noisy guests in the room above the first night. Staff did their best to deal with the problem which went into the early hours. We were refunded for the noisy night as promised by Premier Inn. The following night, we had a lovely nights sleep!
J. S.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed, although the temperature was a little warm, even after the fan had been operating on cold overnight. The food was very nice, and the Meal Deal was excellent value.
M. B.
We stayed here to visit Excel. It's in a decent location. The staff here were very friendly on both checking in and out. Food was alright, bit expensive for what is what, but that's to be expected. Overall great stay and would happily book there again.
T. H.
Rooms are good. Good air con, GOOD! FREE WiFi ( come on Travelodge) Beds really comfy. Big TV. Staff are 5 star on customer service. (Not false) Nice bar/restaurant. Food? Chicken/duck wings are as nice as I've ever had. Nice pub next door for a change of scenery.
Parking free after 5ish.
Easy links to central London.
If planning a trip to the Big Smoke. Here's the place. Top marks.
S. I. N.
The waiter Francesco is super friendly every time I have breakfast there. He is warm and so hospitable which adds to my customer experience at the Premier Inn upon every visit.
t.
Great location for mini break with two children but what made the difference was the exceptional service and staff. The manager, Ethan was possibly the best hotel manager I have ever met and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.
M. O.
Experienced the usual high Premier Inn standards; excellent room, quiet and comfortable, even though the hotel is under the flightpath of flights leaving London City Airport. The Meal Deal is good value for money and the food is excellent, I had the most delicious black pudding starter then a chicken burger for main. I'll definitely be back if I visit the ExCel again!
M. A.
A bit pricy, restaurant doesnt have many choices.
Asked for dry cleaning but the service was so slow.
Free parking.
S. F.
I always book Premier Inn, I'm never let down by any aspect of the service. My stay at this hotel was no exception, staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating, the proactive offers to book a table for dinner that evening were very helpful. The general area is quite nice, room had a good view. I have my next room booked already.
A. E.
Great premier inn. Staff were great as was the food and service. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. My 4th stay here and will be back again soon
L. D.
Friendly staff and a really good night sleep. Close to underground either end. Breakfast is a must. The hotel has vending machines in the lobby as well as an atm.The view was lovely many thanks
S. D.
Stayed here to attend a concert nearby on East London. Checking in was a breeze, the reception staff were sooooo helpful. The reception had a vending machine with some of the essentials you may forget like toothpaste and toothbrush etc the room was of a high standard and clean.
D. B.
Really lovely staff and clean and simple rooms.
Had an amazing time
Only criticism is the small vegetarian breakfast option. For hot food you're looking and beans and egg, that's it.
N. S.
GOOD LOCATION VALUE FOR MONEY
Visted London for 5 days and stayed here. Our room was lovely and comfortable with flat screen TV and Aircon which is a must for me and FREE WIFI again a must these days most hotels charge you extra for this. Breakfast is superior and you can have as much as you want upto 10.30am. Staff are friendly and courteous. Only one thing that may be a negative for some people hotel is in a flight path so you can hear the planes going over all night and morning plus near the DLR track so you hear the trains but i rather liked this. Car Parking £12 per day to leave you car there.
l. h.
Lovely hotel, not as close to the excel as others but only 1 stop on the DLR away or a short walk if you're less lazy than my wife and I were. Clean comfortable and welcoming.
A. R.
Nice, clean and tidy rooms. Good quality bed and comfy pillows. Overall a really nice short stay. Only down point was the rowdy people in the bar.
M. N.
Love everything in the hotel, the bed, the employees very nice people and the breakfast is delicious. Space in the room too. For 3 it is fine. I recommend. ❤️
C. B.
Lots of parking free when I arrived at 1pm and was even happy to check me in early as I arrived ahead of schedule. 5 min walk to the overground which gets you around london on a £12 travel card. Comfy and clean room, and a well equiped bar for a cheeky drink or snack. The restaurant was lovely too albeit I only had breakfast. Would stay again.
J. B.
Stayed here with my family for 6 nights and could find very little fault. What a lovely staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even as Premier Inn regulars we were still impressed. Very close to Prince Regent DLR station which made getting in and out of central London very easy and reasonably quick.
N. B.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Close to the tube station and great access to the 02 arena. The cable cars are a must if staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
L. G.
The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly they welcome you in with a smile and every time we are greeted it was with a hello and a smile.
Thank you to all the amazing staff who work here
A. G.
Excellent customer service, nicely decorated and well appointed hotel and landscaped grounds make this a good place to relax. We spent Christmas here and were impressed with the decorations.
J. W.
Nice hotel. Some of the staff in the restaurant a little rude and impersonal. Hair in food. But okay. Had better experiences at Premier Inn elsewhere.
G. B.
Good friendly service, especially in the restaurant. Room was clean and well presented. Bathroom facilities in good condition. Linen etc clean. Overall a pleasant experience, would stay there again. Excellent location for the Excel.
S. M.
I enjoyed my stay at this Premier Inn, its super close to the Excel Centre, and easily within walking distance of the DLR stations.
If you want a quieter room then ask for one at the back of the hotel, as the front faces onto the DLR tracks and the City of London airport, so things get noisy from 6am with trains going past.
There's also a handy Amazon locker drop off point here, in the main reception, so if you need items delivered its really convenient.
A. K.
This is a business hotel very far from Central London, although it is well connected using tubes. Rooms are smaller than I have seen at other premier inn properties outside London. Tube station is just walk able from Hotel, there is parking available near hotel but I am not sure if it is free or paid parking
G. H.
Excellent location for London City Airport and the room rate was excellent value for money. £8 for a taxi is somewhat steep for the very short distance to the airport terminal but I suppose these guys have to earn a living.
I preferred the Fox and Connaught bar down the road to the one inside the Premier Inn but I couldn't fault the room or location.
G. B.
This hotel was very good with brilliant staff nothing was to much trouble for them, the food was excellent the rooms were very clean and considering it was right near the airport you didn't hear a sound.we had a great time going to see the Rolling Stones, and this premier inn just added the icing on the cake. Thanks to all the staff.
N. G. B.
Really nice rooms, comfy bed and suprisingly quiet dispite the nearby airport. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially a guy called Ethan who goes the extra mile every time. 2nd time staying here for the nearby MCM and will definitely stay here again and again.
N. P.
Have stayed here a few times now last time we stayed there was for the ride 100 London was able to leave my bike in the room and they even layer on a very early breakfast for everybody taking part. Booked again for this year.
k. s.
Very good service. Comfortable beds. Breakfast staff extremely friendly and attentive, very refreshing should be complemented for the first rate service. Good location will definitely use this location again
A. Q.
Great breakfast easy check in and out friendly staff only thing was that our room was beside the train track which ran extremely late and started really early in the morning and could hear it clearly so didn't have the best sleep apart from that great stay
S. V.
Pretty good location if you need to stay in this end of London.
Obviously this is perfect for the ExCel exhibition centre.
Breakfast is a good mix of cereals and hot food, teas, coffee and fruit juices are also available.
Parking is £12 from 9:30 till 18:30
J. S.
Room excellent and very clean. No complaints at all. Would have given 5 stars but bar shut at 12.30 am.
R. B.
We stay in many hotels all over, and this one had the best bed in a long time. The hotel itself was better than expected for the money.
J. B.
A two-minute walk from the Excel Centre, this budget hotel has friendly staff and fast wifi. I had a problem in my room (smelly drains in the bathroom) which they fixed that day. Great service!
T. L.
Clean,pleasant staff, lovely stay
P. T.
Affordable and convenient. Helpful staff. Good food, especially the breakfasts. Within easy reach of London attractions but without the price tag of more central hotels.
T. B. P.
No power sockets anywhere near the bed to charge your phone or use laptop without a 5m extension cable. Shower gel like an oil u need to take a shower to get it off. Its at wrong for a bath and so low you have to steep down to use for a shower. Hot water so luke warm its useless for a bath after a 12 hour work day.
M. D.
Great hotel if you are visiting the o2. Cheap prices for London, a short walk to the Emirates cable cars which take you to the o2 entertainment park. Easy to find by car and rooms up to the usual Premier Inn standard.
M. D.
This Premier Inn was much cheaper than others that are not to far from this one. Was told about paying to park. Which is to be expected. But we got lucky and arrived just after being charged for the night. And we left before we would have been charged. So saved about £20-£30 on parking here. Over all, a very good Premier Inn. Will use this one again if in the area.
J. D.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Convenient for DLR and able to get into central London within 30 to 45 mins.
K. S.
Sometimes cheap and cheerful is the way forwards and knowing what you are going to get from Premier Inn to Premier Inn sincerely helps.
However the only reason I am not awarding the 5 stars is due to the cost. Occasionally I can get the local Hilton for the same price, which does offer a higher standard of room. But only just.
A. J.
Convenient location for DLR and Excel. Breakfast buffet with eggs and vegetarian/vegan options available. Comfortable beds with spare pillows. Noisy powerful showers which was a welcome wake up. 🙃
S. P.
Rooms are very low budget, verging on run down. Clear to see they have pumped most of their budget on the restaurant feature, which does provide a comfortable setting and tasty food.
j. b.
We always stay at premier inns, but we had noisey children above, room was freezing and there was a damp smell (you could see there had been a leak of some sort in bathroom) disappointing this time unfortunately. Staff friendly as always though
A. H.
Fantastic stay. Hospitality was great and food. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating for young children. Hotel was also very clean.
m. b.
First Class service. Friendly staff. Even had rain ponchos for the British summer. My boys aged 9 were entertained by Tommy in restaurant at breakfast time. Thanks and will be back
I. S.
Great location booked here as we were going to the 02 for a Rod Stewart concert.Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable staff were very good the breakfast was very good, can recommend highly.
C. W.
That hotel was perfect for the ExCeL and had good access to the O2 via the Emarates Sky Ride. The rooms are a good size and the resturant /bar was very much to our liking. Well worth the money.
S. H.
It’s a nice hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. There were variety of foods. We paid extra for our guest. It was busy and service was great.
A. B.
Stayed at the Premiere Inn next to the Excel London. Comfiest best in world. Amazing breakfast that actually lived up to the poster. Really friendly staff. Will stay again. Really short walk to the Excel. Excellent location.
D. B.
Good usual Premier Inn, great size room and really comfy bed! Restaurant includes good choice for kids and adults. Staff friendly and resolved issues quickly.
R. M.
Very nice hotel, rooms are great.
A big disappointment in one of the receptionist, a very unwelcomeing reception. Very rude. Ruined my stay, checked out the next morning, didn't want to stay.
W. S.
The hotel was really nice. it was next to London city airport but from my room I couldn't hear any of the planes. the bed was very comfortable and the staff were nice and polite
J. A.
Very good for a Premier Inn. Theres a DLR line right outside the south facing side of the building, which for people out of london, is quite a distraction. But I enjoy the sounds of busy cities anyway.
S. W.
Quiet, clean and overall very nice to stay in. The railway was particularly important for us to use and was within a five minute stroll. We are definitely going there again.
R. L.
Lovely rooms, great food and staff are very kind ! But internet connection is not the best so maybe upgrade to ultimate wifi ! Overall great hotel always tip top !!
Z. K.
Great location for London ExCel, literally a few minutes walk door to door. Onsite parking which is additional charge or within walking distance from the DLR. Rooms are comfortable and got a good night's sleep. The close proximity to the London City Airport didn't cause any issues.
S. H.
Fantastic service from staff. Clean, comfy, spacious room. Very tasty and generous portions in the restaurant. Highly recommended.
M.
9 years since first visit and I still always comeback. Polite helpful staff and good food in the restaurant. The price is reasonable and it's vacinity to the Excel and to the airport is very useful.
N. E.
Great location was clean had everything I needed in the room extra pillows air-conditioning and big TV. Reception staff and breakfast staff very friendly
D. N.
fantastic food, lots of choice on menu, good selection of drinks at the bar. great nights sleep, friendly welcoming staff. great value for money all round and ideal location for airport and excel
C. B.
Staff really friendly and helpful breakfast brilliant rooms clean and comfortable although the city airport not very far away it didn't disturb us at all in fact we loved watching the planes take off and land
S. D.
Friendly staff clean and tidy. Our waiter for breakfast was amazing and I would love to stick him in my suitcase and take him back to Wales with me
A. S.
Great place to stay, everyone is very polite. I had a problem with my room and I was in a new room within 5 minutes of my call to reception. Great service.
E. R.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast included in our stay. Reasonable price. Stayed as we were attending comic con, and right next to venue.
P. M.
Considering its next to airport I had a great nights sleep. Its got great links to the DLR and London city airport and is next door to the excel arena. Food was excellent. Bar a little expensive but overall, pleased with my stay
P. B.
Good cost price relation. Calm family rooms, but other rooms towards London City Airport could be somewhat noisy.
J. C.
Excellent price for a hotel in London and easy connection to the city centre if you don't mind a fairly short walk to the Prince Regent station.
E. M.
stayed here for a double birthday celebration. lovely clean and well presented rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly, welcoming staff. highly recommended
T. G.
Everything was perfect with the room.
I love staying here because it's a 12pm check out 😊 brilliant when your staying out late.
P. T. i.
Premier Inns should all be the same but we all know they're not. This is one of the better ones great staff who clearly care about guests. Looking forward to going back soon.
S. N.
Nice good size rooms. Bar and decent breakfast.soundproofed from outside. Close to dlr so good gateway to central London. Good for Olympic stadium/West ham
J. K.
Generally good. Very easy to get into London on the DLR. Minor issues; the rooms get a little hot and stuffy because open windows allow the sound from trains and aircraft in. A little expensive.
J. A.
It's ok, but the room I had was so noisy I found it hard to sleep, sounded like a kettle going off most of the night. Bar was good though.
G. w.
Great location with ample parking and DLR station nearby. Staff brilliant, always welcoming and greet us like long lost friends having stayed tbere a few times!
G. K.
Brilliant staff, friendly smiling and always there to help.
The food was reasonable and delicious and the whole experience was just fantastic. Will be staying again!
u. m.
Lovely Hotel, fab rooms, plenty of space in large room, breakfast was amazing, very reasonably priced.
a. s.
Perfect for an o2 stop over
S. H.
Great food, beautiful rooms. The service was great. Dorian, the new guy, did us a good job. Will bw back for Comic Con.
P. N.
Clean, breakfast was good. Overall good experience. I have stayed here a couple of times. 2 minute walk to excel
S. M.
Friendly helpful staff, pleasant and clean environment. Shops and bars 10min walk, but the food is always to a very good standard.
P. B.
Classic premier Inn, room was a bit tired (worn carpet, furniture) and the mattress had started to sag (a la Travelodge before they improved all their beds) which wasn't enough to complain but enough to get 3 out of 5. Lots of kids noisily running up the corridor early in the morning, they could (should) but adult only parties on their own floor or at least at the end of the corridor so they're not running past our door
S. H.
My family and I stayed at the hotel while visiting London to watch the NYE fireworks. We arrived at 12.15pm and was allowed to check in early. The hotel was excellent and the beds are so comfy. The £10 breakfast is well worth the money.Good choice of food and nicely cooked.Plenty of parking spaces. Its just a shame you have to get up and put a parking ticket on your car before 9.30am each day.The hotel is ideally situated close to the DLR line.Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
N. G.
Good premier inn good frindly staff got some good beers on
C. M.
Comfortable hotel in a great location. Slight noise from the planes but this cannot be helped. Good service in the restaurant and dinner+breakfast meal deal is great value.
m. g.
Good value for money. Staff very friendly. We will stay there again next time we travel to London.
P. H.
Very good hotel, location very good staff excellent.
j. s.
This is the second time at the hotel ..great location for london shows etc..10 mins on DLR..despite being next to a railway and adjacent a motorway.. it is quiet..the service is great and the breakfast is an excellent buffet style..recommended..I have stayed in many hotels and premier inn are the best chain so far ..
C. P.
Pretty decent stay and affordable price! For families also! Near to the train station - and rails actually but don't worry, no noticable noice.
S. G.
Great budget Hotel, rooms excellent and the staff are too. Only couple of negative points are noise from DLR and London City Airport and the cost of the food - expensive!!!
S. C.
Clean, Comfy rooms.
Lovely breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Close to tube station and buses.
Around 40 mins to centre of London
P. W.
Really good hotel. Beds very comfy. Great location for Excel. Service is very good. Very quiet. Got a great sleep. Would highly recommend this hotel.
D. C.
Hotel was OK, staff could have been cheerier but wrre helpful. Restaurant got some of our groups special orders wrong several times before they finally got there food
A. W.
Very helpful staff. Clean room.
L. T.
Loved this hotel, lovely and clean, breakfast excellent, staff friendly and value for your money. The only thing is it's a little to far from central London.
J. A.
Stayed in loads of Premier Inns & this was one had one of the most comfortable beds ever. The staff in the restaurant are fantastic
J. B.
My mum and I stayed one night to see Westlife, had dinner and breakfast, food lovely, staff amazing, so so friendly and welcoming
M. L.
The hotel is in a very convenient location if you are attending an event at London Excel. Nothing fancy but it's clean, quiet, room aren't small and price is reasonable.
I. W.
Well maintained clean and excellent staff especially the guy on the front desk, nothing too much trouble a great member of the Premier Inn staff.
V. D.
Good service when checking in, and lovely staff throughout our stay. Room was clean and comfortable.
D. C.
Wasn't a guest, just popped in for Breakfast. Very nice.
Special mention to super helpful blonde receptionist; forgotten her name though.
A. Y.
Decent night stay. Good restaurant and bar. Plenty of parking. Remember you need topsy for parking between £10 to £12
M. N.
Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, hotel clean and well equipped. Great location for the Excel too.
P. D.
Standard hotel. Clean and warm at a good price. Shame about the parking. But ideal for our visit.
R. R.
If you are attending an exhibition at Excel, this hotel is very close and has reasonable parking charges (for London) £12 all day.
A. B.
Warm welcome, clean rooms. London city airport nearby but planes not too noisy.
M. P.
Nice hotel, friendly staff bit very limited on eating due to covid pandemic everything is closed
K. T. W.
It was good i really wish i could say it was great or excellent but sadly the air conditioning was awfully erratic and i had a difficult night having to wake up 4 times to check it (sad face)
S. R.
Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn - well kept rooms, friendly staff but nothing to make it stand out.
Only a couple of minutes walk from Prince Regent DLR stop and the Excel
M. W.
We have just got back from this hotel all the staff were fantastic and so helpful i would stay again great time
m. w.
Good service, friendly and helpful staff plus comfy clean bed. Only downside was noisy individual in room above!
R. H.
VERY cheap yet very local .. LOVED the price/location of it. Straight on a train line direct to city. Definitely stay again. 👍
S. A.
Loved it. Great staff, food & accommodation. The DLR makes it easy to get into central London. Great value for money.
G. S.
Good hotel. Good food.Decor in room needed updating. Slept fairly well.
C. S.
Decent food, good service and reasonable quality rooms. Only Downside was a room next to the noisy dlr line.
A. M.
Very clean and pleasant, lost one star as restaurant wouldn't or couldn't serve us dinner as too busy!
C. D. (.
Free Wifi was essential. The breakfast was good. 5 minutes from the Excel Centre.
c. m.
Not a bad hotel. Good location o the docks. Nice pub round the back
C. S.
Breakfast was great
Late at night ordered veg pizza, pizza tasted much better compare to domino down the road.
A. K.
Great staff. Good rooms. Awesome breakfast. Also super close to the London excel centre.
c. j.
Nice location. Friendly staffs. Recommended for stay. Thanks.
J. G.
Decent hotel. Standard premier Inn menu. Convenient for the Exel exhibition centre. Has parking at reasonable daily rate.
S. C.
FANTASTIC 5 star
Breakfast was awesome, staff are lovely and I mean lovely.
Seriously if your coming to excel stay here you won't be disappointed 😀😀😀😀😀
E. D.
Fantastic staff, efficient and very friendly. Clean rooms. Hotel very close to the DLR .
M. H.
The rooms are very well maintained, the food is good and the service in my experience has been top-notch.
J. B.
Extreamly helpful staff and present. Room was clean and the restaurant food was good quality on a par with the same level of restaurants.
A. M.
Good service, nice rooms, friendly staff - would definitely visit again.
R. A.
Like all other Premier Inn hotels I've been to before, it's a perfect no fuss and simple hotel for a short business stay.
K. D.
Bit noisy. Uncomfortable beds. And not great night sleep. Good location and lovely breakfast
K. F.
Nice rooms - air conditioning is much appreciated, although get used to the train noise and they're fine
R. J.
Best service best staffing
Best value. No complaints. Simply the best budget hotel ever
R. S.
Fantastic stay over for running event, would highly recommend made very welcome managerment staff very helpful , very clean rooms, restaurant food bar service very pleased indeed with the quality of service would highly recommend do visit for a great experience
R. P.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and breakfast was decent. At walking distance from the ExCel.
C. F.
Standard premier inn room. Comfortable and adequate. Pretty decent food in the attached restaurant and a good pint in the bar
W. M.
Didn't realize that the DLR goes right past the window every few minutes and that the city airport takes of over the hotels there.
J. O.
Only visited the hotel bar. Service was better than the Holiday Inn, little atmosphere but not bad for grabbing a pint with your mates.
S. N.
Great room and bed. You always know what you are getting with a premier inn. I've never had a bad stay.
B. B.
Nice, clean, basic hotel. Extremely close to Xcel, making it excellent if you were attending an event there.
J. W.
Lovely room and facilities, close to the Excel. Breakfast quality could be better however.
W. O.
Very pleasant stay. Comfy sleep and breakfast wasn't bad either. Would stay again.
M. B.
The staff here went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Especially an Italian waiter who had us in stitches.
G. B.
Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms clean, food tasty and very close to the ExCeL.
B. O.
Nice staff and foid breakfast. Good rated for London and tube station prince regent near by.
L. G.
We have stayed here many times lovely location staff very helpful great place to stay. Will be back soon 🤗
C. W.
very noisy... protestors out side till late at night and back early morning , not a great nights sleep
S. W.
easy location to the 02 arena just wish they have vending machines that work. Also better signs as it is sometimes hard to see when driving at night.
N. C.
Great rooms, location, food and most of all, great customer service. Would stay again no doubt about it
1. 2.
Cheap. Free parking. Lovely modern clean hotel in London.
L. H.
Great place to stay, clean room, friendly staff and really good rail links would recommend
J. G.
Walking distance to exel centre. Parking cheaper than exel. Modern, big rooms, clean, big TVs. Decent menu. Attentive staff.
C. M.
I like train noise so I liked it. There is a DLR bridge that runs directly outside the building going to ExCel so, if you don't like trains, don't book here.
S. R.
Lovely staff and good food. Very close to prince Regent station so good for getting into London.
J. C.
Excellent and friendly staff. Clean room. Standard Premier Inn set up.
P. H.
Staff are so helpful. Room is the same great standard I expect from Premier Inn.
c. b.
The usual premier Inn layout, clean/tidy etc.
Stayed 3 nights and was woken 3 nights around 2:30-3:00 am by what sounded like someone knocking holes in the walls with hammer drills, also kept awake during the night by a low pitch drone, when the staff were asked they said it happens most nights and more or less " tough luck "
Couldn't hear the airplanes take off from the city airport though.
V. H.
Nice and quiet, near public transports. Easy access to ton centre and tourist attractions. Lovely staff.
K. R.
Excellent staff very helpfull
M.
It was a very good experience....staffs are all helpful and approachable...room are in very good condition for a family and food are awesome ... 😇 Godbless you all more!
A. R.
Basic room with comfy beds, food was nice too! Very handy for the excel and travel from city airport
S. I.
Brilliant location, only 2 minutes walk away from the ExCel arena. The room was spacious and had everything you needed
J. S.
