A. I.
I've never stayed in a Premier Inn before. So it wasn't too bad. The staff were extremely busy but very helpful.
We had a family room which due to the extra beds seemed small. Clean soft towels, the bathroom was clean. All in all not bad for a quick one night stay.
S. C.
Amazing service. Fabulous, friendly staff. Geoffrey on reception rushed out to help us with the car park gate with super friendly, excellent service. Our rooms were perfect, our meals were fabulous and the staff incredibly helpful despite being rushed off their feet. A********

Honest review here. Pros: the 3* hotel and room does the job. Can’t fault the stay in itself. Some staff were really friendly and other people staying there were overall very nice.
Cons: clerk that checked us in was asking many irrelevant questions and kind of became patronising at one point.
We were told no housekeeping would be done due to covid but at 8:50AM we have a knock on our door which was a disturbance in our stay.
Communication is lacking, needs improvement.

Had a few issues with my hot water, all sorted. Staff great, but a bit over worked at times. Breakfast fantastic, recommend the Piri Piri chicken in the evening, didn't try the veggie option, but looked good on the menu. Had 4 nights there with work, all good.
A. !.
Premier Inn. Predictable, doesn’t disappoint, bedroom is good, bathroom is adequate (rain showers— I hate them) I had dinner at the restaurant which greatly suffered from logistics difficulties and just reopened after lockdown, so it would be unfair to review them in these circumstances.
Ealing Broadway is very nice, plenty of possibilities for dinner and entertainment, and well served by public transport.

Sarah, was fabulous! Went out of her way to help us with a big smile on her face! Delightful even at 11pm! It made our stay! 😘🌟🙏
R. K.
Great service when i checked in late. I had my card for my room within 5 minutes and off i went. Comfiest beds ever! Good selection of hot and cold breakfast, you wont go hungry as there is something for everyone. Will definitely visit again. Thanks staff

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast. Worth it as kids ate free. Recommend highly.
E. M.
Brilliantly reasonable price. We paid £121 for 2 nights and breakfast for 2 mornings for a family of 4. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, and it was spotlessly clean throughout. The only slight snags were that the TV didn’t work very well (but we weren’t that bothered) and that the restaurant clearly had supply issues as do many places at the moment. But these were very small issues that didn’t affect our stay or enjoyment at all. We were unable to park in the hotel car park which was a shame, but there is street parking just round the corner for £4 a day or a big car park for £14 per day. Very close to Ealing Broadway train station - literally a 5 minute walk in a straight line
A. M. A.
Wow what great service. Geoffrey gave us a friendly warm reception. Couldn't have been more welcoming. Very helpful regarding parking. Can definitely recommend AND an open window in the room!!
W. H.
Fantastic customer service. Check in was super friendly and trouble-free. Room was comfy and everything was spotless. Would definitely stay again.
B. B.
Free parking, but you got to ask, lovely place to stay, room very comfortable highly recommend
s.
Lots of parking down the road, easy access, very friendly staff, especially this Portuguese lady in the restaurant/bar who fed us. It was really kind as we'd not had the time to eat the day before and we're late for breakfast. Will be using this hotel the next time I'm in London.
K. J. A.
It deserves more than five stars. First impressions was great. Well decorated reception and helpful and welcoming receptionist. Room was big, clean and fresh. Can't complain about toiletries stuffs, extra two pillows, welcome complementary tea and coffee and hair dryer under the bright light fitting mirror. Bed is soft and comfortable. Check out receptionists Justin was lovely. Thank you Premier Inn, Definitely coming back.

A good budget hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's situated near bus stops and a short walk to Ealing Broadway Station. There are plentiful shops and eateries nearby.
D. 1.
We spent good time clean place and kind staff just they don't put tissues in the rooms and they don't clean the rooms daily
V. F.
We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly and infact , when he had a minor issue with the room the person on the desk moved us immediately . A nice park for walking and loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent stay!
R. M.
Not stayed there personally. Had friends stay there who were very happy with the experience. Food at breakfast and dinner needs improvement
m.
Very good staff, nice tidy rooms, can't fault most premier inn to the fair though.
A. A.
I Highly RECOMMEND Ealing "Premier Inn" to ANYONE. GREAT Friendly Team!!
Professional Staff, Kind, Helpful and Understandable. I'm thankful to Justine. OUTSTANDING Service provided by Sarah to ALL Customers with no exception. Really enjoyed food.
I appreciate its VERY CLOSE Location to the Station, quiet, spacious, clean rooms. I'm REGULAR Guest in past 6 month due to work (In Ealing) & more than 2 years in "Premier Inn" around UK
I would definitely choose that Hotel again.
M. E.
Staff brilliant but cooking smells and bed linen not up to usual P I standards
J. B.
Enjoyed our stay here. We used it as a base to go in and out of Central London on the tube/train which is 5 mins up the road. The staff on reception are very efficient, our room was ready on our arrival even though we were told we couldnt check in until 4pm. We paid £10 a day to leave our car in the car park, which is very safe. The rooms were clean, everything we needed for our stay. The staff at the restaurant are amazing so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is sufficient, just what you need before days out. I would definately recommend staying here. Ealing is a lovely place with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit around the hotel.
L. C.
5 star review for Dylan. Went above and beyond, very professional, clean and enthusiastic.
L. A.
Staff always pleasant and welcoming.
Fantastic access to the rest of London and mainline train services via close by station.
Good surrounding services including shopping centre, restaurants, bars and clubs.
Close by there are gyms with day passes etc too.
Car park is small, but we've never struggled to get a space.
M. R.
Had a really enjoyable stay and would like to give a particular thanks to Dylan who was so helpful and friendly.
B. E.
Best value for money hotel in Ealing Broadway as of summer/autumn 2021. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
M. J.
Clean, friendly staff and good value. Only downside is not a lot of parking.
K. F.
We chose Premier Inns because we sold our family home and are moving to NZ in October. Until then, the kids are still in school so Premier Inn was one of the closest reasonable priced hotels to stay at. The Ealing Hotel is actually nice, clean and in a good location. Unfortunately whilst moving between their hotels I'd forgotten my Belstaff boots and a pair of work shoes. I went back the next evening after realising as
I needed my work shoes. Thinking they would have been placed in the lost property. I knew exactly where I had left them. Under the bed. Unfortunately it was late, they didn't want to bother the cleaner and nothing had been left in the lost property?. Fair enough.
My partner went back the next day and she asked the same question. Still nothing and nothing left in lost property? They did check the room we had been in as the same persons were staying in their after us. She left her contact no with them in case.
So I went back a 3rd time and day just to check again and because I was cross my shoes had somehow gone missing? Still nothing. They explained that the cleaner had been there for years and they had had no problems. I said fair enough however it still hadn't solved my problem. Very frustrating. 🤷🏻♂️
I. C.
Easy, safe check-in
Clean and tidy room
Comfortable bed
Room included TV, kettle and hair dryer
Restaurant was clean
Food was tasty, well covered and warm

Well what can I say we stayed here on the 13th August for 1 night and all I can say is thank you. They found out it was my daughters on the 14th and they gave us a complimentary breakfast and also gave her a birthday present and made her feel special on the day thank you she was made up
L. Z.
Good location to all in Ealing. Clean and helpful staff with a nice bar area.
U.
I'd say that over all its just like all the Premier In, got a good double bed, a sofa bed nice bath room - no fridge but in replacement the Smart TV does justice as when I stayed in Terminal 5 premier in - it never had smart TV they had a very small standard TV which I couldn't connect with my phone but they had a fridge in which I kept my drinks cold so that was nice but the TV was a deal breaker.
This premier in don't have any landlines in the room for which also was a down side so we couldn't request for extra pillow or towels we had to go downstairs for that.
But given the smart TV which I connected with my phone and watched whatever I wanted - I'd give up the fridge and others. The selection of food around the area is a plus point as you have everything you want food wise with Uber Eats. Also unfortunately they don't do late checkout which other premier in do like £25 for until 6pm checkout but tbh I rather spend another night for a extra £10 added in the £25.
Over all I'd give it a 3/5
R.
Bedroom standard but clean.
Ate in restaurant and staff could not have done more to accommodate us
J. K.
Best place ever, they looked after us well.
S.
Never been to this hotel before.I would definately stay here again.Underground 5 min walk, secure car park 2 min walk.
S. O.
Clean, spacious - really good for the price. No room service or cleaning though but not an issue for a quick stay.
M. F.
Arrived early to make sure we got a parking space. Geoffrey on reception was very obliging and informative. Rooms were standard Premier and very clean. Would definitely return to this venue.
P. R.
Had a really good stay here. Reception was efficient. Room was immaculate and quiet. TV has a bigger screen than most other hotels. 24"?
w.
Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. It had everything we needed and it was cleaned well every day. Lovely and quiet and not too far to walk to Ealing Broadway underground station. (There is a bus stop near the hotel if you find it too far to walk though.) We would definitely come back to this hotel.
S. K.
A really nice surprise. I've not stayed in a Premier Inn before and to be honest I wasn't expecting much. How wrong I was. The hotel is well located only around a 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway station which meant getting in and out of Central London was a breeze.
The hotel was very clean and smart with a really nice bar and restaurant. The room was also really good.
Every staff member I encountered during my stay was polite and extremely helpful. A well run hotel. I would absolutely make this my first port of call for my next London stay. Well done team and thank you for a great stay.
B. G.
Room was lovely (drain on the bath could really use looking at, whilst I don't doubt it was clean it looked awful and could dip with replacing) Bed was supremely comfortable as you'd expect from premier inn. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location. Great value for money (we booked early so saved there too) Would definitely stay again.
A. D.
Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, plenty of restaurants around.
If you do not book dinner in advance you are not likely to eat in the restaurant but there is plenty around.
C. W.
Staff are friendly and the breakfast is yummy.
M. X.
Very good Premier Inn hotel. Large, quiet and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a huge selection. Great location within the centre of Ealing just 10 minutes away from Ealing Broadway Station which offers a 24h service to Central London. Many shops and restaurants around the corner. Close to M4, M40, M25, A406 (N Circular Rd) and it has a gated car park (10 pounds per night). Have been there for 6 times and always have had a pleasant stay there. Highly recommend!
B. D.
I know it's a big brand and lacks the personal touch but as Lenny says the beds are fabulous. I am here on business and the best thing is you know what your getting no matter where you go with Premier Inn. One odd thing that they need to sort is there are no USB sockets to charge a phone or tablet which in this day an age is a bad omission. I am on the 8th floor so no noise and I can see the hoop of Wembley😁. Worst thing? £10 for parking but Ealing Town Hall is 50mts away and you can park for free after 1800hrs. You can go before, find a space, pay a couple of £ for parking till 1800 then free
C.
Great location for a no frills stay in London, perfect location 5mins from the tube 15 into the centre of London. Hotel was clean, all staff friendly and bed very comfortable. No other amenities available due to Covid and tier 3.
J. D.
Affordable accommodation ideally located for Wembley and all the hospitality venues of Ealing and transport links, 297 bus to the Stadium. Mainline to Airport and Paddington Station.
N. K. C.
I dont like premier in. Too cheap and not cheerful. But I guess its functional and close to high street.
s. c.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good size beds. And breakfast plentiful.
N. S.
Good value for money. Bar had no ice but otherwise fine
S. L.
Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Stayed last year as well. Very good location for the trains and buses, close by the shops and restaurants. Bed and room very comfortable and clean and tidy. Had no hot water coming out of the sink, did report it, thought they sorted it, but again no hot water from the sink. Otherwise over all a very nice hotel.
P. D.
Very helpful staff, good to be able to park, central for our needs
I. S.
Location is perfect as you are 5 min away from the tube. We had a short break in London and this hotel was perfect.
Breakfast menu is an excellent start to a very long day in the city.
Staff was friendly, but as we found out later, not very accommodating in the evening, with simple things like tea and coffee. I found it mildly anoing.
But overall expiriens was great!
L. H.
Good, clean facilities. Car park is relatively small but certainly cost effective at £10 for 24 hours. A few vending machines in the lobby are convenient but there is no food past midnight even on weekends. Breakfast was a very good buffet.
S. B.
The hotel is located in a good position, easy to reach and well connected to transportation. It has been recently refurbished and it's neat and clean. Kind staff, good and various breakfast. I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended.
J. M.
This is a an excellent Premier In with easy links into central London. It’s a short walk into EalingBroadway where you can find good bars and a selection of restaurants. Staff are welcoming and professional with nothing to much problem. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. Definitely recommend

I am a regular customer of Premier Inn hotels all over England, and this hotel chain has been my preference over all others. In fact, I have stayed at the Ealing hotel four times already, and all my previous stays have been satisfactory. This time around, however, I was somewhat disappointed. Premier Inn has always been a basic, no-frills hotel, but this time around, it was basic-er than ever. Poor housekeeping has become a major issue at Premier Inn lately. Once, the housekeeping staff forgot to provide any towels after cleaning. Twice, dirty glasses and mugs were left as it is. The air-conditioning tends to turn off by itself during the night. Also, I can't understand why the telephones have been removed from the rooms?! Just doesn't make sense. How is the guest supposed to contact the Reception or Housekeeping. I had to actually walk down to the housekeeping room in my pyjamas when they forgot to put new towels in my room.
The beds are still very comfortable; however, a small fridge in the room is badly needed.
S. B.
Good sized room. Basic but very comfortable bed
M. A.
Nice place. Clean and modern. Staff are very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
S. D.
A speedy check in but the family room wasn't prepared fully as the kids beds were not prepared. Also a past guests nightdress was hanging on the bathroom door. The reception sorted these details out quickly and a peaceful stay with a good breakfast was enjoyed. I have stayed at the travel lodge opposite and found the premier inn equally as pleasant but an easier car park to use as a disabled person.
J. L. (.
Nice clean Premier Inn, car park is small so it's a first come first serve. Clean and tidy rooms, receptionist was very polite and helpful. Breakfast with the kids eat free was good value and buffet style with a good selection. Would definitely recommend.
P. J.
We stayed for 7 nights. Good budget hotel located closely to Ealing Broadway tube station. Has a nice bar cum restaurant called 'Thyme' which serves food and drinks. Rooms are with bathtubs and just right size. Property does not provide you with great views. It is eight storeyed hotel with 24 rooms on each floor except four on first floor. Smoking area is just outside the main entrance. One could easily catch buses to Acton and central London from here. There is car parking also available. Hotel has good occupancy rate and quite busy with bookings. Room comes with TV, dryer, electric kettle, basic bathroom amenities.
L. Y.
Very comfortable and good value. Very Friendly staff.
Z. R.
Excellent value for your money
We researched the best value for a 2 week trip to london. The hotel had a very good rate through an online booking web site without being too far from the sites. Lots of restaurants and pubs, grocers, fast food, convenience stores etc nearby. It is a 10 min walk to the tube ( subway) which is a 30 min ride to downtown where all the sites are.
Hotel is clean, quiet, convenient and well managed. Highly recommended
D. R.
Nice contemporary looking rooms, but no electrical outlets in bathroom, I had to shave in room. Staff was not that accommodating. We had to leave early for a tour, but we were told breakfast didn't start until 6:45 when it actually started at 6:30. The staff told us to take a seat, but actually it was a buffet, so we were waiting for a waiter until we realized it was a buffet. Also the food wasn't quite ready which caused us to rush when they finally started serving.

Upon Entering Premier Inn you are greeted by the good old Premier Inn Decor that is much the same throughout the 700 + hotels they have in the UK.
However that is where the familiarity ends.
This in particular Premier Inn is the best one I have ever stayed in; whether it be a last minute hotel booking or away on Business.
The staff are forever friendly and go above the call of duty on many occasion, you can see they love their job.
There is always a friendly smile awaiting on reception a good morning hello and goodbye.
The rooms are clean and plenty big enough for the purpose because who spends there whole day in a hotel room in the middle of the west end?
The bar is well stocked with a range of spirits wines and beers.
However the menu.
Just like the 700+ hotels it is exactly the same so over a week stay on business where the meals are pre paid for you the menu does become a little repetitive. Which I have been advised that the menu will be getting a much needed overhaul. Another down side for the public is there is no happy hour at this particular hotel. Although this isn't always a bad point it just means less drunken antics.
So in conclusion of the Premier Inn Hotel Ealing.
it is what it is. A budget hotel with a friendly atmosphere, with the comfiest bed i have ever stayed in.
10/10 Staff of Premier Inn you have made my stay amazing
c. b.
Top notch staff very kind and helpful I'll go back 👍
L. W.
The staff are really nice here. I have stayed at the Ealing branch lots of times and they are consistently fabulous.
With the recent arrival of Ibis and Travel lodge. Premier inn have maintained my repeat custom through their attention to detail and decent prices. I would still lile to see a loyalty scheme where you get discounts......
Anyway give them a go.
L. S.
The room was nice but not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. The bin in the bathroom was full of used tampons and one of the glasses had green, dirty lumps in the bottom. Also the bed was hard and not stable. The location is excellent, close to the shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the underground.
J. P.
Good service. Centrally located. Would highly recommend.
B. T.
Very nice Inn. Everything you need in a hotel is there. Superb breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and fresh rooms. Within walking distance of shops, railway station and parks. Highly recommend.
R. C.
Spacious, clean and quiet room. The bed was absolutely sumptuous! Breakfast is all you can eat, the best selection I've ever seen and all fresh and we'll rotated. Very friendly restaurant staff. Would stay again.
N. N.
All staff were first class, quality customer service from the receptionists, cleaning crew and breakfast squad. Couldn't fault them.
N. M.
Great location and a pretty good hotel. Would have given it five stars apart from the guy who tends to do the night shift. He's rude and aprupt (for a second consecutive stay) and detracts from the good service that his colleagues give.
R. M.
Great weekend stay. You know what to expect with Premier Inn & it didn't disappoint. Highly efficient check-in and out, spacious and comfortable room, great choice of breakfast. 12 stops on the Central line from Tottenham CT Rd. Highly recommended.
M. S.
Reasonable.
Pros:
- Quite cheap for London.
- Room larger than anticipated.
Cons:
- Uncomfortable bed gave me backache.
- Bad restaurant food but there are excellent choices within 5 minutes walk.
- Awful wifi speeds unless you pay extra.
- Can't charge any food or drink to your room.
- The hot water isn't very hot.
M. D.
I've not stayed in this Premier Inn, but it's the hotel of choice for friends and family and colleagues from work when staying over in Ealing. I like the Premier Inn chain having stayed in several around the UK - clean, modern, dependable and reasonably good value as far as UK hotel chains go.
P. M.
Truly enjoyable experience, Sarina the Concierge was refreshingly kind and considerate throughout our stay. One of the lifts was out of order and caused minor issues. Great bar and all you can eat breakfast- spot on. Comfortable beds, plenty of channels on t.v, nice spacious rooms air con not the best but o.k . Friendly staff and would certainly go again.
R. N.
Nice clean hotel. Fair size room and nice breakfast.
A. B.
Parking, although not currently available sue to works, A/C, nice seating area. Great location. Lots of Amenities within walking distance. Good customer service.
A. D.
Had to stay at this Premier inn as on way back from my hols in Scotland traveling on motorway ended up in the back of the car in front of us , car crash accident , room was welcoming an a lovely big COMFY , but the had a bad experience with using the bathroom bath an shower, after one person has used then another person wants to use there is no more HOT water to bath. Apart from hot water shortage room was warm an inviting .
L. K.
Have stayed here many times and it's always been good fun. There's a small bar and restaurant both with reasonable prices. Car park round the back isn't too big, so it may be worth getting there around check in time if you need a space.
L.
The location is great, loads of things in Ealing, we wen to Persian and Italian restaurants within 10 mins,. We got a room to the back so traffic noise wasnt a concern unless you opened the restricted access window. Can't speak for the rooms to the front. Breakfast is great with a variety of options. Bed's really comfortable too. Single and Double rooms get booked out a lot so look for a family room if you're desperate, might be more expensive
A.
Fantastic place to stay. Rooms clean, convenient location to various restaurants and transport. The member of staff Serena is a real gem! Very friendly and welcoming and so efficient. She really makes your stay so much more enjoyable- a wee star!!!
R. P.
Typical Premier Inn. Clean and tidy with decent food. Staff are good. £25 Meal deal with breakfast, evening meal and a drink is decent value for money but you then miss out on visiting the huge array of local eateries.
A. A.
That's a good hotel. Cleaning service is good, bar is open for long shifts.
Just some things missing:
- Bidet
- Beauty kit
- Any kind of slippers (I don't like the moquette)
H. M.
We came to stay for the weekend so we could go to the BTS concert at wembley. We were so impressed by how clean our room, and the rest of the hotel, were kept. The staff were so very helpful, friendly and very polite. The parking was secure so was happy to leave my car in the car park. There was a great choice of different breakfasts and drinks. We will definitely book again next time BTS come to London.
M. H.
I demand you find somewhere better* for the rates in Ealing. Good choice of food but a limited alcohol selection is presented to you. Keep away from the bandit by the bar as it does not pay out that often. Rooms are super for what you will do in them. Other than that give it a go. Thank you for reading. (*only applies to advance offer bookings only else there is plenty of choice).
s. g.
I really like the rooms- nice and spacious. The bed is super comfy. Il definitely come back here.
T. B.
No problems about the cleaness but we were too females who wanted a twin bed room but the best they could do was a double bed with a put up single bed!!!! They would do better if the rooms were proper twin bedded!!!!!!!!!
S. B.
I have enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. Vending machines actually worked. Definitely will book premier inn again.
A. B.
Went here with 2 of my kids for a match a Wembley. The freshly made pizza was absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend. Good service in hotel, bar and restaurant
G. B.
Good budget hotel. Great staff. I enjoyed it very much
S.
Super clean. There was a bit of racket in the room above us but only one evening. I think the people had just arrived and were banging their suitcases around. Other than that a very quiet place close to subway station, McDonald's, coffee shops, restaurants and a mall. Didnt opt for the breakfast as not a big morning eater. No face cloths, shampoo or lotions so bring your own. Hair dryer and kettle but no coffee maker. Good tv with lots of channels and free wifi. Takes about half an hour to London on subway.
J. L.
Location is excellent; price is incredible!
L. R. S.
I found that one of the staff's biggest problems was a lack of communication training, both with each other and with hotel guests. This led to stressing a bride out completely the day before her wedding, even though a large number of bridal party members booked accommodation in the hotel for the weekend. This really let down the whole experience and the only true saving grace throughout the entire ordeal was Christine, an enthusiastic young staff member working that weekend, who was absolutely lovely to all guests and really went above and beyond. I was a let down bride but luckily all issues were sorted, but I wouldn't recommend staying until their staff have communications and customer service training...maybe Christine could run said training course? There is another premier inn in Hayes that isn't far from Ealing, they are really good and know how to problem solve effectively and professionally.
J. H. L.
The property was conveniently located near transport hubs with many essential amenities surrounding the place. Great choice of restaurants as well. Checkin was fuss free, service was generally good and the overnight stay was very comfortable
P. C.
Due to covine19 restrictions, not its normal quality. But clean quite and friendly staff. Would of been better if food had been available.
D. J.
Fantastic hotel and service. One note for everybody : when you paid a room, you can't receive refund if you a cancel reservation. Every else, perfect.
S. M.
Good hotel. Staff were especially pleasant and thought it was good location for visiting london. Great transport for visiting london and once you got on the district line very convenient for ealing Broadway. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and also good location for Legoland. S mulligan.
C. 8.
Does what it says responsible and cheep good room great location
A. C.
Lovely staff, perfect room 😊 Would highly recommend this Premier Inn
J. V.
Less than 15 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway Station. About 30 minutes to Oxford Street on the Central Line. Fantastic location. Breakfast in the morning at the hotel was great and has a nice friendly atmosphere. Hotel room very comfortable.
A. G.
If you're looking for a nice simple place to stay then you can't go wrong with this premier inn. Rooms are just the right size, with all you need to make sure you get your undisturbed sleep. Recommended.
J. C. L.
Not too far from the tube station, fair price and a very good breakfast.
The staff was warm and efficient, particularly Khaled who greeted us warmly and talked to us every morning, definetely a person to person guy. He made us feel welcome.
P. C.
Outstanding. The check in was seamless and parking provided quickly and effortlessly. The front desk staff were the loveliest, friendliest people. I got the perfect quiet room also. Oana is a lovely person. I've Romanian best friends and she should be so proud as an ambassador for her country. She was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and chatty (everything I've ever experienced from Romanian people). She couldn't do enough to help. If I wasn't Irish I'd choose to be Romanian. Thank you Oana for the food recommendations and your beautiful character. An absolute diamond and Premier Inn should be extremely grateful to have your services. Patrick
L. H.
Really good price for outer London accommodation. Comfy beds clean rooms. Large selection available at breakfast. Definitely stay again.
R. K.
Great place but our room was without electric for a day all because of a kettle. However, the very nice staff got it sorted for us.
B. F.
Very convenient location, ten minutes from Ealing Broadway station, many bus routes to choose from. Restaurant good for dinners, breakfast is buffet, the cooked food tends to be a bit dried out, fried eggs like a piece of plastic, next time I'll stick with continental.
J. P.
Very near Ealing Broadway so good location for somewhere to eat and the station not too far.
L. F.
Friendly, well placed Premier Inn within easy reach of all transport links. Clean and tidy with courteous staff who were happy to please. Would recommend a stay.
M. D.
Last minute emergency booking at 11pm. I enjoyed a pint in the bar before a quiet and comfy night sleep and decent cooked breakfast the next morning. Basic but comfy.
L. D.
Handy for Ealing Broadway.. Happy to help staff..comfortable stay for 3 nights
A. D.
Food, building, location, etc. all fairly average. Cleanliness & security, very good.
However, all five stars are for the staff - exceptionally friendly, helpful, and well trained. Faultless!
P. C.
Good location not far out of Ealing centre but close to all new restaurants. Only stopped here for coffee but have been here previously. Friendly staff as expected from premier Inn and all round good experience.
B. B.
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, most convenient hotel we could find and a really nice breakfast in the morning all for a reasonable price. You can't ask for much more than that.
R. T.
Could not turn hot water off after shower off steam every where door would lock and card had to re charge but staff excellent
S. J.
Awesome hotel! Friendly staff everywhere, good cleaners, they have air conditioning and great English breakfast!
D. B.
Nice hotel, perfect location, rooms are good and clean. Car park is a bit tight though. Waitress I think called Renate was amazing. Definitely be back.
I. H. (.
Extremly friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast, the cinnamon bagels was so jummy. Love the atmosfere and the area the hotels in. :)

Have always stayed here. Close to the underground. And all the shops.
P. M. M.
Excellent place to stay in London. Ealing is unlike many London suburbs in that it has wide tree lined streets and a great vibe. Bus transport outside the door to the city or a 5 min walk to the Tube. It also has a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. Advance Book a few month ahead to get the beat room price.
S. B.
Excellent place to stay. We have stayed here many times over the last few years. Close to tube. Lots of good bars and restaurants. Ealing is a lovely place to stay.
K. S.
Nice rooms great staff but corridor to rooms had a unpleasant smell
N. P.
Great location. Really well kept rooms and public areas. Clean and modern building. Lovely staff - would definitely stay again.
D. L.
Arrived early and managed to park onsite. Staff are very polite and room was clean and exactly like any other premier inn. 5 min walk to the tube so was a perfect location for a weekend in London.
W. M.
Good hotel , very helpful and friendly staff always willing to help if there are any problems only down side is that the menu gets repetitive if you stay there long term as it dosent change that often
F. R.
Good experiance, clean room ,comfortable and has its own resturant fir breakfast and lunch and dinner which is definitely like a safety net in case everything outside closes and to be honest was tasty as well!
C. R.
absolutely brilliant! lovely spotless rooms, welcoming friendly staff, easy to travel to and from and wonderful food!! would especially recommend their dinner menu and the steak is beautiful.
J. W.
Location is great about 10mins walk from underground very close to shops bars and restaurants. We have a family room still spacious, clean, all staff friendly.
J. G.
Very clean and tidy, nice polite staff, bed was poor and not up to usual Premier Inn standard, great value for money, strangely some staff wore uniform and some didn't?, breakfast was OK only adequate, staff clearing table while one person still eating, breakfast OJ was rubbish.
S. G.
Would completely reccomend this premier inn in ealing we stayed 3 nights as we were going to.a concert and then were doing the tourist thing two staff members stuck out for me and my partner Beverley and Jeffrey they had nothing but time for us were friendly and their customer service was astounding and they are definitely an asset to the hotel
C. A.
Always a quality stay and another Premier Inn ticked off. Good friendly staff. Cracking breakfast. Comfy bed.

Not bad at all for a big hotel.!
J. W.
Such a warm and Friendly Hotel would highly recommend this hotel its 5 mins Walk to Tube and about 30 mins on Tube into London
A. G.
Good service and clean bedrooms, if you choose the British breakfast you will get a large range of products but if you choose the continental breakfast you will get a smaller choice with just fruit, cereals and pastries
M. L.
Staff friendly and helpful. Doors didn't work very well though, had to repeatedly get help from staff. Room clean and tidy, noise kept to a minimum.

No parking available so had to park on a side street. Bathroom smelled before I'd even used it. Service in the restaurant was very very slow. 20 minutes I waited for my drink.
