D. M.Very good value. Family room was spacious. Excellent location around one minute walk from an overground station, and two others are less than 15 mins walk for a different line. To save money you can park for free on street parking at a station elsewhere (such as Enfield area, numerous stations available) and get a train in if you want. Found all the staff friendly and smiley. Breakfast was nice. Room and all public areas clean and tidy. Some minor areas of places could need a touch up in terms of damaged paintwork but nothing to be concerned about in my experience.
R. X.Overnight stay to visit family. Received an unexpected upgrade to a Premier Plus room (thank you) on top floor which made it even better value. Large, quiet and clean room on top floor with usual facilities. I'm can genuinely say that I'm fortunate that I generally get a good night's sleep whenever I stay in a Premier Inn hotel and staying in this one was no exception Reception team friendly and polite. Although the hotel is situated on a local main road, it was quiet once inside. Very handy for London Overground station (Dalston Junction) literally 2 mins away. Cafes and local shops near by.

X. Z.I really feel grateful of this hotel. I came to stay here when I was emotionally down so I wanted to escape from home for a few days. I was not well during the whole stay which made me forget my keys and stain the bedsheets with dirt, the staff in the hotel made me feel comfortable all the time and didn’t add on my stress. I feel so grateful. The surroundings of hotel are full of restaurants and chilled folks. I want to give a big thumbs up to this hotel and its staff.
S. 8.A comfortable and quiet stay. Sound proofed and spacious rooms, air conditioning and a Hypnos bed made for a very nice stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly during check in.

m. e.Here during the 2nd lockdown, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and friendly, it also seems to be following all of the hygiene rules which makes you feel safer. No restaurant open at the moment so nipped out for food, plenty of places to get what you want and seems to be a great area, 2 train stations within a few minutes walk and loads of buses, would recommend to anyone.
J. B.Brilliant. Peaceful, quiet and just what I needed. Their sheets are a little rough but it sure as hell makes up for it with how deadly silent it is. Brilliant. The receptionist may be a little too enthusiastic but but it came off as rather Charming. Their continental breakfast is lovely, an all you can eat English breakfast + many other options. Will definitely be staying at premier Inn again.
C. B.Excellent stay at the Hotel room was spacious and very very quiet to say it was on a busy road spotless as well very convenient to explore places outside the city. Bus stop right across the road for Bus 30 which takes you outside Kings Cross for anybody that doesn't like the tube much more chilled. Also train station as well and also tube just round the corner. Decided to have breakfast at the hotel was not disappointed was excellent had full English good value for money you could have absolutely anything. Staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend
C. P.Simple hotel with good prices. Clean and quiet enough and in a convenient Dalston location with lots of great food. I live nearby, but stayed here because my flat was being repainted. I’m only giving it 3-stars because the Wi-Fi was terrible and I ended up having to use my phone’s data to get my work done which ended up costing almost as much as the room. If it had better internet I’d give it a better rating. If you don’t need WiFi then this is a good inexpensive place to stay.
j. m.We stayed in this hotel as it was close to my sons house. I read the reviews and booked. It was better than expected. Close to train stations, cafes, shopping centres. Staff were brilliant. Rooms good size, clean and comfy! Would highly recommend.

Staff happy to please and are friendly they made sure we were happy and issued a refund and a free breakfast the next day. Our room was clean and tidy along with the comfy bed! Only let down are the pillows that are way to soft and don't support your head and neck as they should do.

Located in busy area with no onsite parking. Limited parking on road. Restaurant closed earlier than advertised but ordered takeaway.
The shower was ok but the cubicle floor was incredibly slippery with no texture or non slip mat on the floor - with a few near falls. Unfortunately there was only 1 towel in our double room but staff soon restored to 2. Overall still good value and would stay again.
R. W.Stayed here for a weekend in London, not too far from the centre. Just a few stops on the tube, the overground station is just over the road from the hotel and plenty of bus stops too. Had such a warm welcome and Yasin greeted me by name whenever I was arriving or leaving the hotel, always asking how my stay was. In the morning he came over to our breakfast table and asked how we slept. Was very friendly and was genuinely interested in what we were up to on our trip. Yasin’s service alone deserves 5 stars!
H. V.We stayed from Oct 13th for 2 nights, we had a family room as there were 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel was great! Quick and efficient check in, the room was plenty big enough and lovely and clean. Breakfast was cooked fresh and there was plenty of choice. We used the over ground train station over the road which took us only 15-20 mins into central london. All in all I cannot fault the hotel, very reasonably priced and a great little find! We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks premier inn 🙂
J. H.Overall what I'd expect for a Premier Inn room. Clean and with good quality furnishings. I slept well and had a very good breakfast in the morning before I left. Only two problems, I got a nasty bug bite on my ankle of the kind I usually associate with fleas, not jumping to conclusions because one bite is not even slightly definite. Second problem was that the bath leaked HORRIBLY. Not sure if it was from the water overflow or the plug, but I ended up with water over the bathroom floor from inside the bath enclosure. Warping of wood shows its a long term problem. Had to bail it into the bath using a floor mat towel as a sponge. So yeah, some problems, some good. 3 stars.
m. w.Location is ideal as it's on the major bus routes and 2 minute walk from the tube. Staff were friendly and really helpful and the rooms were basic but comfortable. The only complaint we had was the bathroom smelt of mould but we weren't there enough to bother us.
A.I had a really pleasant stay at the Hackney Premier Inn. The customer service was excellent and although a faulty kettle caused the electrics to fail, they replaced the kettle and fixed the problem very quickly. The bed was really comfortable and the room nice and spacious. Good breakfast too. 5/5.
A. N.Lovely Premier Inn. It's a new one so it was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely too. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and we had an evening meal their twice which was lovely too. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

The CheckIn was no problem and really fast. The room was decent sized, clean and ok appareled. Soap and Shampoo was provided.
The TV worked really well. The beds are comfortable, the pillows a little to hard for me.
The breakfast was nothing special, just a normal continental breakfast. Don't expect too much.
The area is kind of weird. Pretty dirty although the Hotel is a new building. There are some really good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Overground and Bus is in 2min walking distance.
I would come back here.

M. P.Easy to find. Easy transport links to get to the concert we were at. Breakfast was more expensive than sister company 'hub by Premier Inn' but was still good. Room was well sized and had everything we needed including hdmi port for the TV. Rooms didn't have a plug by the bed, and the air conditioning fan was quite loud when it did come on. Overall a good experience for the price especially in London.

We stayed here before and had a perfectly acceptable night. However, at our most recent visit we were so disappointed to find that we only had one tower provided (only discovered after one was already wet and I was getting out of the shower) and there were number of marks on the walls. I reported this to reception who thought originally it may have been some sort of leaks but considering there's bits of hair in the gel like substance stuck to the wall I don't think that's the case.
K. 1.This is the only prem i have stayed in and not been very happy ... Noisy ... hardly slept at all ! .... no food or drink in the bar until after 6pm so had to order in ! ... no parking was the biggest issue for me though ... had to park a mile away and get a taxi back with a heavy suitcase .... and again to get to the car ! .... was supposed to be a family room .. if this was a family room i dread to think how small the single room is. ... LOVED THE SHOWER .....
E. B.Great hotel. With a great location. Only thing the hotel lacked was car parking. There's a car park literally 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel however it was extortionate. £15 for 9 hours of parking.
Hotel was great. Breakfast was good. But didn't have much choice however you can't expect a buffet breakfast from a budget hotel.
Would definitely consider this hotel again.

I. R.Premier Inn's are pretty consistent, you know that you're getting a good quality room, breakfast and sevice. You're unlikely to find a hidden gem.
This one fell comfortably within this curve, albeit it's worth noting that the staff were particularly good here.
P. D.Booking in advance on a non-refund basis secured our comfortable and quiet room for only £57 in central London. Excellent hot breakfast cost £8.99. Slept well in comfortable bed.Only negative was view from bedroom window of partly demolished industrial building to rear of hotel.
H. R.A new Premier Inn which is in a really good location for getting around London by train or bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food so cannot comment. Room very hot at night, but soon remedied by asking at the desk to switch the air con to cold air flow.
A. H.A very pleasant 2 night stay. We found the Manager and staff very attentive and very pleasant. We had a problem regarding our reservation and the Deputy Manager Yasin Boukhari went to great lengths to sort matters for us. We have a minor complaint regarding your reservations section we tried to contact them to sort matters ourselves and after being told six times they were busy and to try again in desperation we contacted Mr Boukhari who sorted matters promptly.
We would be delighted to stay again in the Premier Inn in Dalston Lane.

J. B.Situated in Hackney (almost next door to Dalston Junction this is a very good hotel. Staff were friendly. My room had a couple of stains on the carpet and some minor damage (markings in the bathroom) but I would recommend starting here if you want a good and (relatively) cheap hotel.
K. L.This was a friendly convenient accommodation in the heart of Hackney. The staff were very hospitable and although it is very definitely a franchise, the staff made it a bit more homely. Breakfasts were actually very good!
J. H.Place is lovely. Unfortunately I just had a terrible experience in the restaurant. Turned up ordered Gammon steak only to be told the only thing on the menu they didn't have was, gammon steak.
So while I mulled over the Menu I asked for a large glass of Red wine to which the waitress said if you buy 2 large glasses you get the rest of the bottle free. So as I was staying a further night, I said I would have the bottle and finish it the following night. Only to be told the offer of the bottle had to be drunk that night.
So I decided to go with a solitary glass of wine.
In the meantime I ordered from the menu a Thai green chicken curry and may I have the receipt for the meal separate plse. 10 minutes later up turns a Thai green vegetable curry.
Were not doing too well here I thought.
Apologies once again they said and took it away and10mins later turn up with a Thai green Chicken Curry, and how lovely it was.
I eventually ask for my meal receipt (for tax purposes)only to be handed one for a Thai green vegetable curry (on the bill as a total "but not actually charged" and a Thai green chicken curry.
A big disappointment. I won't be eating here tomorrow night or when I return next week for a further nights stay.

The main problem for me was the lack of car park. I had to use the car park for the local shopping centre which cost me 15 pound for overnight. The hotel should have an agreement to validate. That has put me off staying there again

t. a.Stayed for 3 nights. Check in is automated now. You can use your room key card to gain entry if outside door is locked in the evening. Room is tidy and clean but sparse. Tea and coffee provided but no biscuits, for the price i paid was expecting some. Rooms are not cleaned everyday unless you request it. Free WiFi is slow and the upgraded one is ok but will set you back £5 per night or £15 for 7 days. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner is extra, i didn't go for it so can't comment on quality.
Overall an average stay with comfortable beds. Recommend booking well in advance to get better rates.
