When you stay at premier inn you expect basic, a kind of ‘you get what you pay for’ service. Well, not here!
The staff go out of their way to make your stay the best it possibly can be! They literally cannot do enough for you.. including the manager, Samuel. What an absolute credit you are!
On top of ensuring our stay was great, the staff arranged some extras to make sure my daughter had an extra special stay including a little elephant on the bed (made out of a towel) and a nice room with a view.
The room was on floor 12, it had a beautiful view of the London skyline and was spacious, clean and tidy with a bath and shower!
The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from the tube station and is perfect is coming from Hammersmith as it’s one stop away.
If you want a budget room with 5 star service.. stay here! I will be, again and again!

Big fan of Premier Inns and this one has lots of pros. Perfect location right beside Ravenscourt Park which connects into central London, and a short walk into Hammersmith station. Beds very comfortable and hotel extremely well priced in comparison to similar London hotels. The building is extremely dated and a bit of an eyesore from the outside, but top floors have great views. Rooms a little small but they have everything that this chain normally provides. Highly recommended.

Hotel of choice when staying in London. Easy to get to. Always a great stay. Food great, service friendly and comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Never had a problem. Easy to get transport into London as station a couple of minutes walk. Surprised not a better rating.

Very clean rooms. Very helpful attentive staff especially in the restaurant and bar. We stayed from the 15 of jan to the 16th. Evening meal was good and they could not do Enough for you. I would say the best stay I have ever had in a premier inn.the staff are a huge huge credit to this hotel. Thank you 😊

This Premier Inn has yet to be refurbished, so is in the old fashioned bathroom, mirrors style, etc. However, everything was clean and staff were friendly.
Very limited parking. The hotel is surprisingly quiet with lots of local
transport links (tube, buses) and many restaurants / takeaways closeby.

Had a really good nights sleep here, the complimentary luggage storage was really handy as we were out all day at an outdoor event in London so dropped our bags on arrival with no fuss.
We paid in advance for breakfast - Costa coffee machine was a massive bonus and the cooked breakfast and continental options all really good. Staff friendly and efficient. When I compare with recent experience at a Travel Lodge - in my option there is no comparison.

Had a delightful stay on the ninth floor, felt like they had given me the presidential suite as I had a family room to myself. Lovely big windows and all the facilities you would want. The bath is very dear great if you are looking to relax not so great if you are getting old and struggling to get out of it 🤣 so many premier inns seem to have moved away from a plug socket by the bed, but it was nice to not be attached to my phone all night
K. P.
Good hotel, but the breakfast eggs were very disappointing. The staff were all very pleasant. Room 305 had a distinctive smell in the bathroom. Very handy for Hammersmith Bus Station.
L. M.
Well placed hotel for the Hammersmith Odeon. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable and service good. Only small gripe was Kitchen somehow seemed unable to keep up with people wanting breakfast.
K. B.
Really friendly staff who were always keen to help. Being a little further out meant that the hotel was pretty quiet considering we were in London. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning which was always good quality and helped for a morning routine - we were always able to easily get a table after pre-paying the night before.
T. B.
Exemplary customer service, greeted upon arrival with a warm welcome from the young chappy at reception.
The room was average, but good value for money. Strange layout, and a rather stiff mattress.
Unfortunately parking would have been a little spenny, and no bath. Although good shower pressure.
Overall all, would recommend.

For a no frills descent boarding, this is the place. Breakfast was good, standard English breakfast. Check in process was smooth and quick. Guests do have to pay for parking at £16/24hours
T. H.
Very handy for a theatre trip to the West End. Smaller rooms than usual but adequate for what was required. Lovely buffet breakfast.
A. A.
I stayed for three nights, it was quite and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options.
S. G.
Excellent value and great staff who go out of their to be friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, good shower, everything you need at a fantastic price and 3 minutes from the tube station - fab.
S. W.
My room was okay, as expected for a premier inn. But my fellow travellers had problems. The room they were given had a flickering light in the bathroom. On complaining, they got given a different room which had an unexpected and unwelcome aroma of the toilet. They complained again and got given a final acceptable room. A bit of hassle but we got there in the end.
R. E.
Have stayed here on numerous occasions. Great place, great welcome and great food.
Close to the rail and pretty cheap to stay.
Would definitely recommend.
Cheers

Clean, reasonably priced hotel located in a lovely, vibrant area of London. Lovely staff in reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
Not sure why there were tiny half baths in both rooms we booked as the bathrooms were huge!
D. S.
Staff were helpful and polite, I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. However the building is a little tired and worn though and rooms are small. It could do with a refresh and repair. Sheets were too small for the bed and the air con sounded like a dishwasher so had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Looks like a converted office block from the outside. I think if I'm staying in the area again I would be looking elsewhere for somewhere a bit tidier.
R. T.
Hotel was ok.Staff polite.Disappointed with the breakfast though.Bacon, hash browns, beans were cold despite the 0830 booking.
S. J.
Accommodation a bit tired but value for money especially in London. (Good for attending a concert at the Eventim Apollo)
Very friendly staff especially at breakfast in the Thyme restaurant
J. M.
Comfortable enough, had a buzzing noise in the room(108),which was a bit annoying, but apart from that it was OK. Breakfast descent enough, well sound proofed considering we were on the main road..
T. W.
Great Premier. Lovely staff.
Good rooms. Fantastic breakfast.
S. I.
Very dingy entrance which is pretty feature less. The ramp for wheelchair users doesn't compensate for the heavy swing doors then you have to navigate an awkward short ramp into the breakfast / restaurant area. There is also a natural daylight problem in some of the double rooms where the beds are crammed in tightly against both the entry door and the bathroom. Carpets in the corridors need a good steam clean and the air feels stagnant. Co vid has many hotel chains hard but other rural area premiers look perkier than this one.
L. L.
Staff have been so helpful only 4 starts because there was no prior warning about the lift only going to the 12th floor and my room was on the 13th floor. Whilst this isn't an issue for me I think those with mobility issues or a young family would struggle. Highly recommended and will definitely book here again
L. H.
Clean, easy to find, easy to get to, so many amenities closeby. Exactly what you’d expect. Great views from my room on the 10th floor too. Will stay here again.
J. B.
Staff Kelly and manager helped in everyway they could I've always use this hotel wouldn't go anywhere else thanks guys and girls
j. W.
You get what you pay for and this was clean, basic and serviceable. It was very convenient and I was happy with the service from the staff which was efficient
P. W.
Decent hotel with lovely staff who were having to cope with some very rude customers.
K. C.
Stayed on 7th floor. Room was clean and quiet. Simple check in and out.
R. H.
Allowing for the fact that we are still under covid restrictions, I didnt find my stay very satisfactory. My room was very clean , but I couldn't find the remote for the television. There was no one to contact for the WiFi pass word, so I did not have any entertainment either provided by the hotel, nor was I able to use my computer. I understand that no food could be served, but it made for a very long evening. Not up to your usual standard even by covid restricted rules. Oh yes and the toilet paper ran out !
M. M.
Fabulous staff, super help ful and made my daughters birthday special with a card and a treat fir her.
L. S.
Excellent location, chargeable parking onsite. 5 minute walk to the station, and easy access to central London via bus and rail.
Upon arrival we were greeted by two male staff, both were very happy to chat and tell us about the local area - where to get a coffee, and how far to Tesco Express (3 or 4 minute walk) etc.
The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds and bed sheets were comfortable. Lovely big bouncy pillows too! I don't usually sleep well away from home, but I slept great.
The family room was large and functional, with a good amount of floor space for the children to play board games and cards. Large wardrobe and ample shelving space, and bedside drawers.
The bathroom was very clean and tidy, towels were soft and fresh and soap was provided. No shampoo/conditioner though so don't forget to bring your own!
Breakfast in the morning was excellent - £20 for two adults, and children ate for free. A great selection of options
Cereal
Toast
Full English/cooked breakfast
Pastry
Fresh fruit
Yogurt
Pancakes
The breakfast staff were very helpful, and great with the children. My two found it somewhat novel to take their pancakes to the window to be heated, and the waitress was very sweet to help them and chat with them.
Not a fancy hotel but very well kept and the staff were fabulous. We will definitely be booking a room here when we come back in the summer!
K. P. (.
It's a really comfortable hotel. And surprisingly close to Ravenscourt Park tube Station
S.
Standard Premier Inn built in a converted 70s office block. Very warm welcome from the manager at check in. Outstanding views from a well equipped double room. WiFi patchy. Room smelt of smoke. Great location for the park, tube, local cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Good value at £40 a night.
S. E.
Service hit and miss bar/checking in etc. One of our party's room was ready early which was a bonus. However getting someone to the counter can be difficult.
D. M.
Checking in staff was lovely. the room was okay but instead of a king-size bed it was two beds put together so it was uncomfortable in the middle of the bed also it was really hot in the room don't know if the ac was working properly but I turned it to its highest setting but didn't make any difference also the windows don't open there's just a little vent so I couldn't really sleep and i kept waking up
sweating

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really impressed with the service. I was greeted politely on arrival and helped with car parking and the extra services that I requested. Rooms were basic, but clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was hardworking and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
G. M.
I was there on business attending a conference at Olympia. It's an adequate hotel in Hammersmith, the hotel feels slightly dated with fairly small rooms. The rooms are clean with good facilities.
The restaurant does a good breakfast, both days we were there it was great. We had an evening meal one night and it was good if slightly overpriced.
The staff were always polite and attentive. The management should be proud of them as the presented a very good image of the hotel.
A. K.
Upon first glance, this is merely but a battered looking tower. But inside is well furnished and pleasing to the eye. I stayed here for over a week and in that time, had an enjoyable stay. First of all, I could rave about the breakfast all day long. There was always lots of fresh food available with an amazing amount of choice. Plus a really comfortable seating area for all meals. I had dinner here one night and the food was great, but the prices a bit too high. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I think they made for a fun/safe-feeling stay overall. I was however, slightly disappointed with the size of my room. It was very small and I think overpriced for the price I paid for it. The room itself was clean, had enough storage and the bathroom was also good so no complaints except for the size. What was perfect though? The location! Cross the road and it's less that a minute walk to the tube station. This was more than ideal when going into the centre of London. Not only that though, outside the hotel is an array of shops and restaurants either way you turn. I found a Tesco's express, subway, dominos and fish and chips shop all within an eight minute walk from the hotel doors. So for location alone, I would definitely come back here. Overall, it was a nice stay and I was impressed at the quality. Just wish the rooms were bigger.
J. R.
Very friendly staff. Busy but very quiet. Interesting area to explore.
J. K.
Rooms quite small compared to other Premier Inns, and could do with a bit of maintenance but it didn't spoil my stay and I'd stay here again, happily. For the price it is still a comfortable stay and, as always with P. Inn, the beds are fab! Friendly staff too. Didn't eat here, so cannot comment.
B. J.
Pleasant hotel, comfortable and at a decent price in London.
G. D.
Nice friendly and helpful staf.
Parking is a bit limited unfortunately but otherwise its a good location.
A shame that the Covid restrictions mean that evening meals are eaten from a cardboard box with plastic cutlery and no wine glasses, otherwise no complaints and I'd stay again.
A. W.
I didn't stay but was parking my car and needed to check if it was ok to park at the back. I called reception and spoke to someone and she came out the back to help make sure that I was parked in the right place. I didn't get her name but she was wearing an apron and had blond hair up in a pony tail, just thought it was really good of her to come out and help
R.
The room was fine and clean. The check in process was really slow and all of the self-service machines weren't working, so there was a huge queue at reception.
The staff weren't following the queue and were just serving everyone randomly.
Other than the check in process the hotel was in a good location for the Hammersmith Apollo.
P. G.
The room is tiny but it has everything you could possibly need, included the super comfy bed you find at Premier Inns, a trademark I started to enjoy since my first stay at one of their accomodations.
The check-in process is self service: cool if it works, an unnecessary nuisance if it doesn't.
Maybe it's just me, but I had the impression the local staff was not very attentive, nor made an effort to care of your needs.
M. S.
First stay at Premier Inn and I was very pleasantly surprised. Had the best sleep on their bed, it was pretty quiet and they have double windows. The staff was fantastic and helpful. For me, this hotel was a part of a business trip, and I got a very good rest. They could do with updating the bathroom shower, but it did the job. I stayed one night. Thank you!
a. b.
The staff here are so lovely, we really enjoyed our stay! It looks nicer on the outside in real life than it does on the photo so don't be put off by the dull looking photo they have on their website because the areas actually really nice, lots of little cafes and restaurants in the area! The food is really good too and not as overpriced as the rest of London!
B. G.
Kettle doesn’t really work, and coffee mug stains on the desk area…
A. S.
Booked a family room for a one night stop over in London at the end of the school holidays. Room was clean and perfectly sufficient. Thought it might be noisy outside but the triple glazing was effective so the only noisy problem was with our own children(!). Booked the evening meal and breakfast deal for adults, and the children eat breakfast for free, so good deal for all of us to eat. Food was pretty good, though the chorizo on the chicken and chorizo skewers was really over cooked as it was so much thinner than the chicken bits - bit of an obvious fail really. Staff friendly and helpful.
T. H.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and self check-in is fairly quick. The room was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in, and the hotel corridors and general layout need updating. The room was quite hot and the air con not particularly effective, plus the window would only open slightly. Saying that, the bathroom was clean, shower powerful and bed comfy. We can't comment on the bar or restaurant. (The bath was half size, very strange!)
A. B.
A great hotel that offers all the usual amenities you would expect - comfy bed, air con, shower, flat screen TV,tea/coffee service, along with friendly staff.
The meal deal for just over £20 - 2 course evening meal plus an all you can eat breakfast in the morning - is definitely worth taking up the option for too. A good choice of menu for the evening meal, choosing either a starter and main, or main and dessert.
A quality hotel at a decent price that I would have no problem in staying at again if I'm in the area again.
A. H.
The staff was friendly and helpful two me and my boyfriend enjoyed it xxx😊
L. H.
Very good price and decent hotel. A little old and decor tired but rooms clean and staff friendly. We had twin room which was small but functional. Windows don't open which is a shame but room was quiet.
C. S.
This is such a lovely hotel. The stsff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast excellent and i recommend you go for the all you can eat breakfast well worth the money. We had a twin room which was 704 which was small but adequate. Views fantastic. I did get a good nights sleep however woken up in the morning by noisy pipes, which is the only negative, but it was not early so it was fine. I recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future. I think for me the staff made this stay from the cleaning staff to the managers, well done Premier Inn. There was a lovely man each morning to help us with breakfast, the maid service lady was lovely, and the receptionists. Restaurant staff friendly and helpfull. Here for one more night and feel confident in reviewing now. Excellent service. PREMIER HEAD OFFICE please acknowledge your amazing staff.
S. W.
Honestly, hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed! Staff is very helpful and respectable. Being a first time Traveller and very timid to be in a new foreign place they gracefully took me under their wings and guided me to where I needed to be. I couldn't have thanked them enough. They were also courteous enough to help my two friends find a safe and lovely place to stay when they were fully booked. Love it there!
V. K.
The rooms need an upgrade, our plug in the bathroom was dirty and stains on cups. The bathroom smelt of damp and could really do with extractor fans. On a plus note the staff were excellent and really friendly, especially the breakfast team and breakfast was great value for money and really tasty.
D.
Location superb. Easy to get to and tube very near to explore London. Room small for a premier but does the job and was clean but could use a refurb. Staff friendly ad helpful. You have to pay extra for parking which is really annoying. Room cost for London is reasonable. Breakfast was really good.
M. L.
Stayed here a few weeks ago. The room was compact but comfortable. Th bathroom was clean and the shower nice and powerful, the bath was somewhat small. The bed was luxuriously soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed every morning. The hotel is 20 or so minutes by tube from central London, only a 5 minute walk away from Ravenscourt Park Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would very much stay again.
M. R.
Really liked this place. Great views from the 9th floor
T. S.
Double room and bathroom was a bit small but place was very clean, customer service was good and in a prime location - lots of shops and restaurants nearby!
A.
Not good service. I was sent off from Checking in desk at 2pm.
Checking in from 4pm only now. Doesn't make sense. Had to hang around for 2 hours.
A. K.
Pros: Good location and neighborhood - about five minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park station of a District line. Personnel is friendly and ready to help. Bed in the room was really comfortable.
Cons: overall interior looks quite old and worn, needs renovation badly. Breakfast isn't worth almost ten pounds they charge - poor choice of hot meal and veggies, not tasty. Switched the local bakery next door on the second day.
Overall pretty good value for money spent.
D. B.
Location was perfect.
Breakfast excellent.
Staff very accommodating and friendly.
Room was spacious and well set out for a family of 4.
Highly recommended.
A. H.
Great place to stay when visiting London, very accessible.
H. G.
Stayed here several times when visiting Apollo. Easy and quick self check-in (human check-in available too). Usual comfy Premier Inn bedding, friendly staff and quiet room. Didn't give full 5 stars because room stayed in this time didn't have as big a bed as previous Premier Inns i.e. was double rather than king. Also couldn't get shower to heat up as much as would have liked. Having said that I would still recommend as a good place to stay - I love the choice of pillows!
R. L.
Cheap and cheerful. Perfect for night stay for the novel Apollo theatre. Subway not 5 mins walk away, Hammersmith around 15 minutes. But, the hotel is a little rough around the edges itself.
Staff friendly and the breakfast was top notch.
l. c.
Beautiful hotel excellent rooms staff are very attentive very comfortable bed bathroom spotless room spotless ask the staff anything and they will do there best to help highly recommended
J. C.
Fantastic hotel, located in Hammersmith.
The staff were very polite, the breakfast was great and the room was lovely. When we entered our room, the room was very clean and welcoming, and the bed was set up nicely.
There is cheap parking located outside the hotel. In the hotel, there is wheelchair access and lifts to all floors. To get to the restaurant, there are steps but I use a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful setting up the ramp to get me into the restaurant.
There are many shops and fast food restaurants located along the main road outside, and the M4 is a few miles away
I last visited here on the 29th May 2018.
S. C.
A bit tired compared to other branches. Room was super small for 2 of us, we had to ask for another towel even though the room was booked for 2 people. We barely slept due to some sort of water tank or boiler flowing above our room as if there was a constant shower running down the walls. told reception in the morning and was told "next time, you need to report it to the night watch" . Probably won't be a next time now! Only getting a 3 because the breakfast made up for everything!
A. S.
Premier Inn Hammersmith is THE BEST. I had high expectations when I reserved a room for my 7-day stay there (April 24-May 1, 2015), but the hotel exceeded these expectations in every way: the room accommodations, food, and service were exceptional! And the location is super convenient for getting around London.
Highlights: Very clean, neat room and bathroom—with very convenient layout. Totally amazing, delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast (and I’m super picky about food). Efficient cheerful friendly service at all levels—the maids who clean up the room, the restaurant servers, the receptionists, and the managers of the hotel.
The location also offers exceptional access to London: If you buy a London bus/metro pass, you can hop on one of the many buses that stop outside the hotel and take passengers to and from the large Hammersmith bus/subway station, with access to several bus routes and two train lines (Piccadilly and District), one of which goes to Heathrow and back and one of which goes right into central London. Very, very convenient for travelers.
If you’re interested in saving some money and residing in a hotel well-positioned for access to London’s sites, a hotel that offers basic, comfortable, very pleasant accommodations and memorably exceptional service, this hotel is the one for you!!
N. H.
Check-in was handled poorly, we were waiting in a queue for some time whilst the receptionist dealt with other guests until another member of staff told us that the self check in machine can be used even if you haven't done online check-in as stated on the signs. Smaller than average room with similarly scaled down facilities, a pillar blocking one side of the bed, no sanitary bags in the bathroom, light over bathroom mirror was broken, water took a very long time to heat up. No bedside plug points for charging. Tea/coffee was good, as was breakfast. Lobby music was down right wierd (Ladybug by Bumblebee Unlimited).
N. C.
Decent location and beds were as nice as any other PI, but the hotel is tired and shabby, there's only a single lift serving 13 floors with a max of 3 people with luggage so you keep having to let them go. TV was also very small and aircon was fairly noisy. Lack of sound insulation to the corridor was quite annoying too. It's hard to say it's anything beyond average and given the cost it's poor value.
S. C.
Premier inn always have a good room, staff willing to help. Only problem with this one is the limited parking it really is limited about 20 on a first come basis.
J. G.
Extraordinarily helpful staff take pride in both hotel and service they provide. Room immaculate, with breakfast fresh and plentiful. Bit further walk from Hammersmith Broadway than envisaged, but still great location for events at Apollo. Would definitely recommend.
L. C. F.
Comfort and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The bed and pillow are excellent. Good sleep quality. Location is nice if you come for business in the area. I don't know if it is near touristic spots. Same street with nice restaurants and super stores like Primark, HM and Marks Spencer.
A. G.
Fantastic place to be intertand
By guest and staff. Rooms are warm and cosy with a wide range of rooms and the Views. Breakfast good range of food to chose from. staff are very helpful in and around the hotel as well as getting taxi cabs, or trains, or just getting about the local area. Very friendly and happy staff. Would recommend it to any local or turast from over seas.
K. S.
Great service, rooms are small but if you're here to see London you won't be in the rooms much. The convenience of the location is brilliant. Two tube stations with in walking distance , Tesco express and plenty of good restaurants on the same road,
K. A. D.
Good location bed and bathroom clean. But the building and public areas are looking very old and quite run down.
Staff were very kind and helpful.
Overall I would stay again if I was in the area.
R. B.
What a lovely experience. We were particularly impressed by the caring and thoughtful service we received from one member of staff (slim, dark skinned man with a fuzzy halo of hair). He helped us with parking and the pay metre and then allocated us a smashing room on 12th floor. What a fab view. We shall definitely come again.
B. S.
The room was average but what do you expect. I have had better rooms for the same price but due to the location I knew it would be more expensive than normal.
The breakfast was really enjoyable and we found out they do Costa Coffee and also gave us takeaway cups to take the drink with us, this was amazing and just what I needed in a morning and is why it got a higher rating, plus the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful added to the hotel.
M. H.
Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Hammersmith and the shops. Loads of resteraunts in the nearby location. Rooms clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I believe it has 13 floors, my only concern would be the one lift that seemed like it broke down frequently so hope you're not staying on the higher floors. There was also about a one inch gap between the floor and the lift and you could see right the way down which put my family off and they refused to go in it. I did see serviceman working on the lifts the second day I was staying there. Besides from that it's a good place to stay.
A. W.
This hotel is feeling a bit run-down among the city Premier Inns, and you're unlikely to find smart widescreen TVs or USB charging points in the rooms. However, the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
A. R.
Excellent location close to a tube station and outside congestion zone. Parking is very limited on a first come first served basis (£15/day). Breakfast adequate. Top floor rooms (12th or 13th) offer good views.
Rooms sizes are no different to other Premier inn hotels but look a bit dated. Some of the holes on the shower were clogged by salt deposition. Overall, value for money.
E. T.
Entire stay was 'average' - breakfasts were fine, staff were fine, room was fine. Only real issue was the temperature of the rooms, as the air conditioning didn't kick in when we tried to turn it on, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms.
C. F.
Tired looking room but spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was reheated from previous day but staff were very welcoming and there was a good selection of games and toys for our son to play with whilst we ate
V. V.
Very handy short bus or tube from everywhere. Room well appointed with adjustable temp. Comfortable beds very quiet. Great views from top floor. Reasonably priced.

Great staff ,great breakfast, quality service, building very dated on the outside
J. H.
Hotel a bit tired and some staff need some training in showing common courtesy when addressing customers. Check-in machines are poorly designed and not intuitive. Auto check-in seems to be creeping in to all Premier Inns which further distances staff from customers. Feel the hotel chain is now slipping behind Travelodge, which has raised its standards in recent years.
M. T.
Premier Inn London Hammersmith is good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful.
H. P.
All staff members were really helpful, room was exactly as you would expect with the traditional comfy bed! If you are attending a nearby event (We were at the Eventim Apollo) then it is a great place to stop overnight.
A.
Rooms are quite basic and the bathroom could do with an update. The sink and bath are patched in places. The staff are friendly, if a little too chatty (with each other) in the breakfast room! Receptionist was very helpful.
l. F.
The good was OK in the restaurant however the room was very cold, the window didn't shut properly so there was a bit if a breeze coming in, I had to put the heating on full to compensate for it. Also due to the window you could hear everything that was going on outside so that wasn't great either. Other than that the stay was OK.
L. M. D. N.
Level of service is good, standard Premier Inn I would say, however the building is very tired and would really benefit from a refurb given the price that they charge! I understand the location makes the price, but that doesn't make up for the urgently needed refurbishment works.
G. G.
Window very noisy, sounded like a hair dryer with the wind howling through it. Family room child bed was very small, not enough leg room for a tall 12yr old.
J. G.
The rooms where slightly prison like, but we had a great nights sleep. The staff were all helpful, friendly and down to earth. And with a simple machine check in / out system we were in and out without any hassle.

I stayed in Premier Inn in Hammersmith, UK for 3 days. Overall, the hotel is ok for a 3-star hotel, but the staff can use some training/improvement.
When I first arrived the hotel, the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful for the check-in process. However, we requested a family room, but we were put in a room for handicap. Nothing against handicap, but it is very inconvenience for me especially when I wash my face -- I had to bend, I mean really bend. The location of the TV is not in the right place. It is on the side instead of facing the bed. My neck hurt after 10-15 minutes watching the TV. The shower head was splashing water all over the bathroom while taking a shower.
I asked to settle my hotel bill for my stay in the front desk. This is my normal practice to avoid the crowd. The front desk lady was busy handing several guests and told me to come back later. She can ask me to wait, no ask me to come back later. Later, I returned to front desk to check out, she printed me a receipt. The receipt was printed on an approximate 4"x 5" thermal paper. I asked the same front desk lady to send a receipt via email to me. She just brushed me off by saying they have my email address and a receipt will be sent to you. Now, it has been two weeks since I am back. I still haven't received the receipt. To be fair, the check-in experience was good despite I didn't get the room I requested. The check-out experience was a bit disappointed.

Amazing Premier Inn hotel, a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith stations and also a close walk from Ravenscourt Station. Cannot go wrong with Premier Inn! Would recommend staying here if in the area. Rooms toward the top floor have a great view of the sky line.
T. P.
Great value night in London. Aga on reception when we arrived was super helpful. Piccadilly line is 10 minute walk from hotel. Room small but comfortable, had excellent nights sleep and very quiet. Will use again!
B. O.
3 stars as couldn't get a coffee there when we arrived, we also had to chase up our breakfast order. Otherwise fine.
R. A.
The hotel is very clean and located within a short walking distance of all services. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The food is excellent with the menu having a variety of dishes.
T. B.
Great location with Ravenscourt Park just across the road. Good base for exploring Hammersmith and beyond. 10 minute walk from the river. Good breakfast room/bar. Excellent views from the upper floors
J. F.
Whilst the outside of the building looks like a very delapidated office block the inside was fine, we stayed on the 10th floor, it was quiet, the room was comfortable, clean and large enough. Staff were pleasant and helpful overall it represented good value for money.
D. B.
Rooms are tiny and the place feels old. I always say you can trust a Lenny, at least you know what you're getting... turns out not all Premier Inns were made equal.
C. J. R.
Reasonably comfortable place to spend the night in West London and close to a Tube station. Had a nice view of the Thames (Chiswick Reach) from my 11th floor room but unfortunately couldn't get hot water in the shower.
S. S.
Great value, location close to district line, friendly staff, and lots of restaurants nearby. Major issue was inconsistencies in room cleaning. Some days they never came and other days they didn't even replace dirty dishes or replenish empty soap dispenser.
A. d. l. R.
Better than I expected. No address on your website makes this Premiere Inn very difficult to find. Room good & service. Bit inpersonal but thats what these hotels are all about, you are a room number. Good value.
M. S.
Great hotel for seeing any band at Eventim Apollo. 10 min walk to venue as we saw Dreamtheater there. 1 min from trains Into london. On the main road they are plenty of shops and eating establishments to cateri for all tastes. Fab visit.
V. M.
It's very beautiful and the food( like the English breakfast) is delicious.... but there are some details that I dislike: in my bed room there is a opening in the floor, naturally covered by carpet, and the heating, during the night, doesn't work...
I like the place but the esthetics isn't the best...
a. w.
Not a lot of parking spaces. Bath only 4 feet long. Shower came of the wall and flooded floor. Expensive for size of room. Plus a hair on side of bath.
Price changes by day and from morning afternoon and night.
J. P.
Great location, 2 minute walk from tube station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, only thing wrong with the stay was a bad smell coming from the bathroom so had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and no black pudding at breakfast which I was looking forward to.
M. B.
Super quiet and comfy beds. However leave bags in room if you're coming back before check out time or they make the room even though you haven't checked out yet
C. S.
I've been in nicer premier inns. Ones with bigger rooms, nicer bathrooms and nice locations. But for where you are, and what you get it's not too too bad.
A. M.
First time staying here, room was lovely and staff were very pleasant. Next time we come to London we will definitely book here again.
n. 1.
It's in a good location within walking distance of the centre of Hammersmith. The rooms are nicely sized with suitablely sized beds that are very comfortable. The only downside is the slightly below average water pressure.
L. J.
Very nice hotel at just 1min walk from Ravenscourt tube station. It's a very quiet area with a few nice restaurants. Breakfast is amazing!
T. M. C.
It's not the best Premier Inn I've stayed at, but its certainly not the worst. Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is good. The only thing that let's it down is, its a little tired in places, including some of the rooms.
D. D.
Needs updating. 12 floor room .half finished painting on the windows. Magnolia one side and white undercoat the other
D. H.
Great place. Excellent location prime for the tube and train and theatres. Always a good sleep. A few probs with the shower. Otherwise great.
J. B.
The choice and quality of food at breakfast was the best I have seen in this type of hotel. The cooked breakfast was cooked in small batches which means it's fresh when served.
J. M.
Nice hotel over all, very limited car parking, room is quite dark and heating doesn't stay on, staff are nice and always helpful
S. R.
Bedroom was a bit pokey, i wouldnt stay for more than a day . Limited parking , but the breakfast was very good quality and lots of choice
H. W.
My friend and I were very comfortable in Hammersmith Premier Inn..we had a good meal deal there which saved us going out in the bad weather looking for other places etc. Beds were comfy and warm clean rooms and the staff were great...thank you.
S. D.
Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Food excellent.
J. C.
Oxygen levels very low in rooms, main AHU could be undersized, non existant or not functioning, incorrect air flow balancing could also be an issue. Fan coil units in rooms rely on ceiling tile levitation for return air! Suspect filters will need maintaining.
C. W.
Amazing service, amazing breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Amazing views from 12th floor!
B. F.
It was ok but room quite small compared to other premier inns I have stayed in....needs bit updating too.....bath was like 3ft long....why.....
S. B.
Reception area and restaurant has obviously had a facelift but rooms look and feel dated and need work. Thus are particularly small too.
N. C.
Forget about the hotel itself. It's clean and the bed is good. That's all I asked for. Don't expect much beyond that.
Two major benefits
1. The location is pretty good. 3 minutes walk to Ravenscourt park on district line. Only one stop from Hammersmith station on piccadilly line. Easy/Fast to get to east London where most of the touring spots I went.
2. Food choices in nearby area. From Hammersmith to Ravenscourt (right on King St.), there are great restaurant choices available. For example, Indian Zing is just cross street. It is michelin recommended.
L. G.
Very accurate to general reviews. Staff very helpful ..Rooms need revamping ,lights, plugs wrongly placed plumbing needs updating ..However, it is convenient and extremely reasonably priced ...
J.
A great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, room was clean and so was the bathroom and I thought staff were excellent, couldn’t want anything more for under £100 a night, thanks!
M. G.
Not the best premiere inn we have stayed in. The view from the 8th floor was amazing but the wind whistled through the gap. Would stay again, if other prem inns were booked.
a. t.
A decent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side and limited parking. Ok for a couple of nights. Great view from the 9th floor🙂.
P. M.
Not the best I've stopped in. Small room. Breakfast was rather disorganised. And the meal deal is a bit steep for what you get.
M. T.
Staff were totally friendly attentive and helpful.
We have stayed in the hilton and sofitel hotels but the staff here rate the best. Stayed here 23rd July for 3 nights. Full marks.
D. R.
Travelled from 8 in the morning by train. My little boy (3) Fell asleep on the underground train we arrived at 1.30 check in was at 2 our family room was not ready and Samuel changed our room so could check in early
J. L.
If I stayed for more than one night, I'dve scored it less...on the ninth floor, had to use my keycard to operate the lift - one point, I was there bout 10mins - the receptionist didn't understand what was wrong.
S. R. (.
Nice staff, clean room, quiet, and good views of the city. Rooms are pretty small though and the TV placement was a bit odd.
F. P.
Lovely quiet place was staying on the 13th floor double bed more like king size would happy come back for another night in the new year
c. h.
Good location, 5 minutes walk from ravenscourt park tube. Friendly staff
The rooms were rundown, however, and the bath would only fit a child
L. M.
I stayed here for 6 nights last week and I have to say all the staff here are lovely! Everyone on reception and in the restaurant, even the cleaning ladies would smile and say good morning!
D. W.
Good rooms, excellent view from the 11th floor, not far from the river and a really good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff
A. H.
It's a basic hotel but good staff and breakfast buffet was decent. Walking distance to the Apollo concert venue which was good.
A. H.
Lovely staff, rooms are basic but that's all you need. With a great breakfast choice.
m. d.
Not much to look at outside but inside is as good as the rest of them we were on floor 11 with great views staff are all really friendly and breakfast was always good the room was small but comfy and the bed was perfect the bath was small but shower was brilliant great value for money and with great access for tubes with 2 really close by and Hammersmith town centre within 15min walk would definitely recommend and stay here again
S. H.
Stay there for 3 nights and Amazing service, amazing breakfast choice. Friendly staff, Fantastic location and 5 minutes walk from ravenscourt park tube and would stay there again
A. L.
Amazing staff, really friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, would definitely recommend for a stay.
D. O.
Good location but rooms are small and beds only standard doubles. Website is misleading in stating beds would be kingsize Hypnos.
A. W.
Small room, but it is London! Busy, with lots of different types of guests, and little soundproofing. It's a bit scruffy, but clean. Sometimes there are queues for the lifts, as they can only carry 4 people at a time.
S. S.
Great hotel in combination with an Oyster card and a city trip London. 100 pounds cheaper then the London city center hotels and much more quiet
p. b.
Nice clean place good food just needs more parking
B. D.
The best premier inn in london. Always been more than happy with my service here, friendly staff, very welcoming and excellent prices. Amazing views on upper floors.
S. S.
Feels a bit dated but they have comfortable rooms with excellent views of West London especially if you're on the higher floors.
R. w.
Clean room , good price . Didnt stay for breakfast . Pleasant staff
P. A.
Nice clean hotel, staff very professional and friendly, shower was not very warm at 10am after my run. Location was close to the tube and near the Thames walk.
A. P.
Nice clean and comfortable room. Hassle free check in. Great stay after great night at Shepherds Bush Empire.
J. D.
So far so good nice place to stay friendly staff
R. G.
It's a bit out dated and in need of a refurb but the staff cannot do enough for you a great bunch of employees.
Ideally situated for the tube
P. A.
Very friendly staff, great location ..rooms a fair city size , & clean. No complaints. I would recommend and I would use again myself !!
R. B.
Great location, Nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and price was great! Highly reccomended
N. A.
Good nice hotel but they don't appreciate proper hardbass 4 in the morning. 5/7 would book again.
M. J. H. (.
Just a quick pitstop and go.
D. B.
Very clean & practical. You can see it as you exit the tube. Great views from top floor rooms
J. N.
Very nice and welcoming staff with great smiles, awesome clean rooms with confit bed, but have some technical issues to work on.
n. f.

Z. W.
Small rooms, generally nice and competent staff. Close to tube station. Decent food
D. S.
Good location and friendly staff. Did run out of a couple of items at breakfast, but that's a minor point.
J. W.
Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff clean bar and restaurant ideal to pop in even if not staying there as non residents welcome
I. F.
The staff were so helpful in overcoming our parking dilemma. Comfy bed; wonderful night's sleep.
N. B.
Good stay but one of the lifts has a habit of breaking down so it takes ages to get upstairs as it's high rise.
J. P.
Nice open double room could do with a plug being closer to single bed but overall nice hotel n staff are friendly and helpful
l. s.
Very close to Alton Towers and everything else we needed, pizza also delivered to hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Only issue is banging doors.
A. L.
Very nice hotel hotel: rooms are clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is good and the hotel is well located for visiting London. I recommend this hotel!!!
W. H.
Great quality as always from Premier Inn, good choice of food nearby, sadly the car park is charged at £15 a night and it's tiny so get a space quick or face parking elsewhere
J. S.
Only popped in for a couple of drinks with friends staying there. Good staff. Pricey bar but our that down to the location in London.
S. a.
This is one of the best 3 stars hotel. The prize is great and the location near the metro is awesome.
T. B.
It's ok, bit dated for one of these, but premier inns are genrally clean and comfortable with nice food.
L. S.
Not far from tube, friendly staff, bathroom strangely laid out...shower attached to walk on side of Bath not at end of Bath! No amount of shower curtain would protect the floor!
C. B.
Had a great stay. Room was quiet and breakfast was above expectations.
M. B.
It'always a beautiful stay, good rooms with good comfort. In particular this is in a beautiful location and it's very close to the metro station.
J. S.
All clean and smooth check in/out. However small room & expensive parking.
T. D.

A. R.
Decent hotel, staff friendly and happy hour is awesome. Food decent too.
P. W.
Friendly helpful staff, noisy environment, problems getting hot water and one of our rooms ac heater didn't work and the replacement heater was pretty poor.
J. W.
Cozy cheap accommodation. Great location. Staff really friendly. Lift a big dodgy
r. m. t.
very good hotel would recommend to friends and family good location and easy to get to polite staff and are willing to help where they can
F. A.
Lovely hotel, food was amazing and the staff are very friendly and Approachable
L. L.
Room a bit small, need a renovation, bed not comfy as other Premier Inn.
1. B.
Rooms are very small but clean , the food isn't great but the staff are friendly
R. T.
Very nice, clean. Bar and restaurant downstairs. Would definitely use again
S. M.
Budget Hotel in the heart of Hammersmith. The building itself is in dire need of some renovation but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
E. H.
Great staff, room OK, though a bit noisy, think I was above the kitchen so I heard cleaning late at night
T. E.
As good as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, plus an extra dash excellent customer service.
M. C.
Comfy beds as always.
Food pretty good and the staff friendly and helpful.
W. L.
Comfy beds and a fairly good breakfast. Not too bad but very basic
G. B.
Pretty average really. Beds ok. Breakfast quite to fairly good. Lifts useless
l. b.
Top floor has no lift but what a view. And reception was great
P. S.
Nice hotel and staff
T. I.
Reasonable hotel, fairly 'no frills' but comfortable bed and good food
S. A.
Nice hotel. Worth paying the little bit extra to what you find else where.
T. D.
Okay, but the shower was built for people shorter than 6' and it sounded like there were 10 people in the neighbouring room the whole time.
E. D.
Good staff. Good. Food. Clean rooms. Suitable for business travellers.
s. t.
Nice room and staff
P. W.
Dated building. poor parking for vans. Rooms cramped and in poor condition, however, food and staff are brilliant!
A. N.
Building ugly on the outside, they could do something to make it hurts less when you look at it.. On inside, typical premier Inn. Staff extremely nice
M. C.
Comfortable quiet room. Snacks provided in the foyer are a great bonus.
J. J.
Small rooms, but clean and tidy, comfortable bed.
J. G.
Dated, and old in parts, beds good as usual! Staff very helpful.
M. L.
The room was located at the 12th floor and without a window to open it was terribly hot.
H. T.
Amazing food, lovely, helpful staff (Andre specially), can’t go wrong for the price, highly recommend
S. G.
Ideal location for parking up (£15) and getting the tube into central London, other than that, it's the same as every other Premier Inn
J. F.
Great location, great service rooms abit on the small side though especially if sharing a room
S. H.
Great staff, helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, generally great.
