Would of got 5 stars if parking was free for guests. £12 per night.! And if the TV was a bit bigger and didn't flicker. Room was clean and tidy as it always is with premier Inn.
The best bits were surprisingly a plug socket by the bed, I need this for medical reasons a lot of hotels have done away with them 😟
The restaurant was fantastic the mixed grill was brilliant, it tasted great and looked great.
The staff are extremely polite and helpful throughout the premier Inn at hanger lane.

Pleasant place to stay for one night or two.. Close to Hanger Lane train station, pub and a short bus ride into Ealing with more restaurants &, bars.
Nice spacious Room with Comfortable bed..
Breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff are helpful, polite and professional.
T. A.
Fantastic service, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food was amazing, tasty, faultless. The location I thought would be noisy, but there was not a sound. The rooms were spotless and lovely and clean. The price was so reasonable. Total value for money. I would DEFFINATELY go here again when staying in London.

Great little Premier Inn for those visiting London. Easily accessible from the A40 and with two convenient tube stations close by on main tube lines for easy access to central London.
Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.
The rooms also provide everything you need for a good night stay.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here for three nights. Accessibility is quite awkward to get to the building itself. Parking spaces quite tight and constricted. The place is quite dated and could do with some serious refurbishment. The lift access buttons are bordering on dangerous. £12 parking per night which is ridiculous. The morning staff are pleasant and very helpful and service from them is excellent.

Parking was atrocious with one person DUMPING their car in the middle of the car park. I arrived at 11pm. It was still there at 08.30am the next morning. A little too 'busy' for me. I prerfer a quieter stay. Food was good as normal and the staff were polite and friendly. Just not a good location tbh.
H. W.
Good standard as always with the premier Inn. Cheaper rate than more central locations, with bigger rooms as well. Would now benefit from a room upgrade; TV small. Easy access to the underground. Parking secure£12 a day.

Friendly staff would definitely visit again. Best premier inn we have stayed in for friendliness. Rooms appeared older than some premier inns we have stayed in as a family with a smaller t.v but still the usual premier inn standard with comfortable beds. Such a nice treat that there were sweets left for us for the children in the rooms which has never happened before. Tube train nearby to get into Central London a short walk under the subway. Well lit but would be worried to walk as a lone female. Went as a family and felt happy all together. Central line accessed from the hanger lane tube station. Parking at the hotel was reasonable at £12 for 24 hours. A great base to visit the London sights and will be checking the tariffs for some future stays with this premier inn and as mentioned before cant fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Hope to return again soon.

I like this hotel.
You have two tube stations close by. Getting to central London could not be any easier from here
I’ve stayed here for 5 weeks with work. It’s clean comfy and the staff are really friendly. I would personally like to thank.
Lola on Reception. And Maggie. Yasu. Indu. Rexii. Nico. Nibras from the restaurant.
Samona and the housekeeping team are brilliant
These members of staff are so helpful and fun to talk too. They’ve all helped me with a long time in the Hotel and away from my family pass quickly
The restaurant is nice and spacious the food is good see photos.
Breakfast is served from 06.30 until 10.00 am.
Nighttime opening is 17.00hrs during the week and 18.00 Saturday and Sunday
Getting to this hotel can be a nightmare due to how busy the north circular is.
Parking is available but limited so try to finish whatever your doing early.
The only thing about this hotel is that at night the corridor looks like something from the 80s movie the Shining I keep expecting the two girls from the film to jump out in front of me see photo you’ll see what I mean
Cheers

Use this one a lot because of work,
Other then leaving no tool's in the vehicle, or valuables. Staff go out of there way to assist, you. Yes so normal premier standard. Overall good.

ULTRA EMMISIONS ZONE FINE STARTS ON HOTELS SLIP ROAD.
Apart from getting an £80 a day fine for a one night stay the hotel and staff were great and just a 5 min walk to the local main line tube station would stay again if wasn't in the Ultra emissions zone

What a fantastic friendly and dedicated service! Rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was delicious but what was really outstanding was the service starting from the kitchen staff and finishing on reception and cleaning girls! Perfect stay and what a convenient location! Parking onsite adds to the benefits as well!
W. N.
Couldn't of asked for a better stay, staff were on the ball, helpful, couldn't ask for more! If you've got an electric car, charging point is just outside, the only down side, there's only one! Parking is on the Limited size, not enough really. Chiswick premier Inn has more charging points, if that's a concern but it's not as close to the Tube. That's one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. After a day walking around London, you don't want a long walk back to the hotel and this one is a 2 minute walk!
Rooms were clean & tidy, meals were great! The steaks and breakfast were spot on. We've already booked for our return visit in December. :)

Excellent Hotel!
I had an amazing two nights at the hotel for a business trip 2-4 June 2021.
The room was very fresh, very clean, spacious and offered all the facilities you need. Comfortable bed and pillows (free of neck and back pain!) - what every customer wishes for.
Two tube stations close by (Central and Piccadilly line) for an easy and short reach to central London.
Khalid was superb! On my second day, he made sure that I got what I asked for (extra coffee and tea). I found the staff at my door before I even arrived at the room.
Definitely a 5 stars type of service - the kindest, most pleasant and friendly team!
Excellent welcoming upon arrival and a heartfelt goodbye upon departure.
Car park made life so much easier: I had no problem finding a space, even after I came back past 11 pm. Security was there to help 24/7.
I told my family about my stay and I most definitely will return again with them.
A splendid stay for sure!

Really enjoyed my stay really clean rooms staff really helpful Simona at reception very nice and pleasant very welcoming

We visited this hotel in August and in September. Though this visit was for a sad occasion, the manager and staff made us feel very comfortable. The manager Khaled has the personality and hospitality that everyone working in this sector should have. He has gone above while staying there. Mr Khled see you soon.
J. A.
It's a normal premier Inn but we had a nice room overlooking the car park so no noise from the road. Staff were friendly and helpful.
J. N.
If you’re lucky you can see Wembley from your room. I wasn’t so lucky but the service was very good, a bit out of the way but can’t complain
A. S.
Noisy local residents meant not much sleep, and rooms in not great condition, but friendly staff
H. L.
Lovely staff, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast costs extra but there's a decent selection.
D. H.
Considering on a busy road the rooms are quiet. Car park on the small side. Food and drink is what you would expect.
M. C.
Great staff, but hotel decor very tired
h. r.
Clean room helpful staff breakfast could have ate it again
L. S.
The bedroom were large and comforting. The food was lovely and it was really nice seeing the warm smiles of staff members at breakfast and dinner service. 100% would stay again.
U. C.
This hotel is right on the money. Excellent staff and a very convenient location with direct access to the central line and a very short walk to the piccadilly. If you are lucky, you can have a view of Wembley Stadium.
D. J.
Rooms are clean, parking chargea are ridiculous £12 for 24 hours, when most premier inns are free
M. D.
We stayed here in June 2018 during our 4 nights in London. The staff was generous and very courteous. The Hotel is very close to TWO tube stations...which is a rarity. One being on the Piccadilly line.
The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was neat and clean enough.
One small hassle we had though while checking in was that we were allotted a room which had already been given to two Spanish ladies. Unaware of this...we tried to enter the room and were left aghast when suddenly someone from inside opened the door.
One of the Spanish ladies was gracious enough to come with us to the front desk. We were eventually let in to a different room. All this at 10:30 in the night after a 14 hr long flight made me irk a little. However the staff was helpful in acknowledging the mistake.
The restaurant staff too was very kind and generous to us especially our little daughter.
All in all...value for money.

Budget hotel. Great value. Easy access to Central Line and buses. Nice breakfast. Only downer was a hard matress and just the two pillows, and the shower was a bit rigid, but that was just personal taste. Would recommend.
S. B.
Great location for Central Line tube access. Comfy hotel and great staff.
L. E.
Excellent location just off the A40. 3 minute walk from reception to Tube station ticket hall. 20 mins on the Central Line to Oxford Circus. Fantastic! Standard Premier Inn facilities and rooms/amenities. Parking on site for £12 per 24hrs; some of the spaces are a little small but we managed to get parked ok thankfully. Would be happy to recommend. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but you can be at Westfield White City in 10 mins on the Tube.
P. S.
Nice friendly staff,good breakfast.
M. S.
I was visiting London with my family and chose to stay at Premier Inn Hanger Lane as it is very close to Hanger Lane Tube Station. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff, specially manager Khaled was amazing. Khaled provided excellent service and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. Many thanks Khaled / Premier Inn.
K. P.
Best Premier Inn I have stayed at. Dedicated and focused staff. Excellent Spanish receptionist who genuinely cared and went out of her way to help me with an early check in. Breakfast 100% also.
D. G.
Nice clean hotel, decent rooms and breakfast is good as well.
S. A.
Not the best place I have stayed in but some of the staff were friendly and helpful
A. F.
I was impressed by the staff. Friendly and professional at the same time.
Few words about the morning breakfast: healthy variety and tasty and fresh.
T. A.
My go to hotel for London short breaks.hanger Lane tube station right outside. Secure car park for extra daily charge. Rooms always clean and fresh.
G. M.
Bar area needs attention very small and cramped. Not the usual spacious area to relax
j. p.
Very friendly staff ,clean rooms, comfy bed, lovely breakfast .Would 100%stay here again when visiting London .
R. S.
Nice & clean. Good breakfast. No hastle.
D. D.
Excellent service great staff highly recommend this hotel to anyone
A. C.
Located right by Hanger Lane tube station, which is on the Central line. Good sized clean rooms. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The restaurant serves good quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast is definitely recommended with a great selection of both cooked and cold food on offer. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

2021 update:
A brilliant hotel, one of our long time favourites. This is our first visit since re-opening after Covid-19. And its still great! Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and fabulous food. Really good value for money and perfect for families with very young children.
Previous review:
We have been several times and now and love the service here. Fabulous staff and tge food (breakfast and dinner) is impressive. Comfy beds and rooms hence very good value for money compared to other hotels in London. Convenient location for us too. Highly recommend this place.
W.
Very friendly staff and a compliment to the chef for a fantastic mixed grill one for the work journey
G. D.
Super friendly staff and big, clean rooms. We arrived a couple of hours before the check-in, but the manager arranged that we could go to our rooms upon arrival. We also appreciated that the staff made time for little chats with their guests, which is really nice and unique nowadays. The beds are alsof really comfortable, which is important after a long and exhaustive day in the city.
We visited London 5 times before and this hotel is located a bit out of the city centre, but the tube station is a 2 minutes walk. For us, it was a bit of a trade-off between staying at a small room in the city centre or a bit more outside London with a nice room. Regarding the nearby tube station, the rooms and the staff, we can only conclude that this is the best option for us and we would a 100% recommend it.
S. P.
Large spacious and very clean room. Hotel located in a great place easy links to central.
Huge thanks to Khalid for excellent customer service and care.
R. D.
I stay here regularly and it's a good clean Covid free hotel. Staff are mega friendly too. Full English still served if you book and they do a simple menu that you can eat down stairs or take to your room. Parking £10 daily is the only downside.
C.
This is one of my favorite spot when I travel for business, it is close to subway that can take you to the downtown. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Please make sure you ask to chef for a delicious egg variants for the breakfast.
M. C.
Lovely friendly helpful staff nothing too much trouble for them I work in customer service and would be proud if they were my work mates Special mention to Khalid you made my day you are a credit to premier Inn and a superstar thanks once again
R. A.
I felt comfortable. Staf was attentive and helpful. Cared and respectful of covid rules. The room was clean and smell good. Towels were bright and clean.
P. M.
The young woman who served us in the restaurant had only been doing the work for two days, but she was friendly, efficient and considerate, excellent!
C. L.
I stayed here over night for work related overnight stay. Dated PremierInn. Rooms are small (but that's to be expected) no USB charging sockets, very small TV, bathroom was clean and shower was wet and warm, although again dated. Bed was as per usual PremierInn and fairly quiet at night. The car park was chargeable at £12 per night as of Dec20, I got charged twice and the barrier was broken so I probably could have got away with free parking. Staff were very nice and friendly, I can't fault them at all.
R. S.
Great location to get into London. Staff are always very helpful and accommodating.
S. A.
Loved my stay here. Very easy online check in, was showed the room straight away. The room was very spacious, very clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The room was cleaned every morning and the staff was also very friendly. The hotel was right outside the Hanger lane tube station so I had no problem finding it. For the price and comfort, would definitely stay here again.
M. B.
Nice clean comfortable room. They stuff are super friendly and helpful. My only concern is that the AC/heating is a bit noise at night
M. S.
Decent premier Inn with friendly staff and good amenities. Not as modern as some of the premier inns we have visited.
However we found the location to be excellent. Under a minute away from the underground was very helpful when traveling. It doesn't take long from leaving the hotel to being in central London
T. B.
Stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights and I absolutely loved this place! There were a few kiosks at the reception area where you could check in by yourself and not need the help of the employees which I thought was very cool. All you need is the name that you did the booking under/the booking number and the kisok would spit out the keys for your room. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety in the foods and the drinks (different types of tea/coffee). The food was fresh and presented well. If you stay here and pay for breakfast it is honestly worth your money! Staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel is located beside an underground train station and a bus stop which makes it convenient to commute around London. There is also a convenience store right beside the hotel that has snacks/drinks. You can also load up oyster cards there.
C. W.
Clean. Comfortable. Well located. Happy days. Can't really fault it!
B. F.
Located near two subway stations it allows for easy access to Central London. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and some of them speak other languages. The rooms are large enough and so are the bathrooms. The only less positive aspect is that the hotel is near a highway and although the room has doubled windows we are still able to (sometimes) notice to the cars.
Overall it's a good hotel.
L. A. M. M.
Great stay overall. I had a big personal problem on the first day and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They almost save my night.
The room was bigger than I expected and also very clean. It had a cigar smell, but very light one almost unnoticeable.
The location is excellent for the price. The only concern is that the line to the Hanger Lane Station stops near 00:00 and it's very far to go by bus.
The breakfast is perfect.
M. W.
This is the 6th time I have stopped here and as before a very pleasant stay. The all you can eat breakfast is great and really sets you up for the day. Great location for getting onto the tube and into central London. Rooms clean and comfortable and very quiet. Price very reasonable and no complaints. Good sized car park and also safe with barriers for entrance and exit. Bar prices fair and not over priced.
A. H.
I stop at this hotel whilst working in West London as a maintenance engineer. The parking is good for a large van and the customers using this hotel are mixed with private and maintenance workers.
The staff are very friendly and the hotel food is good. Their are a number of bars and restaurants along the parade of Hanger lane, which the hotel is situated on. For those who don't want "hotel food".
Great location to get anywhere west London and a bus or tube away from Wembley stadium.
C. B.
Good hotel 🏨 clean and room very clean and everything you need near the tube and the break fast was very good
C. F.
Despite being very busy, our room was ready for checking in at 2pm. Staff were very helpful, smart and attentive The room was exceptionally clean. If we could offer a suggestion, we would suggest a list of taxi numbers and bus / tube information.
Every guest seemed to ask for travel advice while we were checking in, especially for Wembley Stadium
M. L.
What a great location for visitors from north of London, so easy to reach with a tube station a minute away. Easy parking, good breakfast and super nice staff.
R. T.
Easy place to reach from the M25 and M4, safe parking and a great stopover when visiting London. Easy tube services within 200 yards. Hotel staff very pleasant and keen to help make the stay that bit more welcoming - rooms nice and clean, modern and the bed was super comfortable!
J. E.
Great hotel for the price. We had a family room which was massive, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious and really good value. The kids even got free balloons...yay! Don't expect expansive views or luxury bathrooms, and check if your breakfast is included, but this is a great hotel just meters from a tube station.
E. J.
The stay it's self was really good.
We first walked in and the air con was on fill blast and was freezing in the room.
First night we went back to hotel to have a drink after a long day, there was no one at the bar and we asked a man who was doing something with the front door if there was anyone serving, he went and got someone but then was waiting for them to stop talking about the door. It took what felt like hours to get a few drinks and to put it through the till,, the Worthington was very cloudy and tasted fizzy. The first morning breakfast was lovely, but the second morning after having my breakfast I had a very dodgy belly, had upset tummy and belly ache. That was the only thing I ate all day and that with a 3 hour journey home was not good. Don't know if I would stay again, if I did I wouldn't have the breakfast again.
D. R.
Great customer service, esp from Khaled and Simona, fabulous room and value for money
K. H.
I can say that almost Premier Inn's series are the same standard. 3 stars hotel but the best compared with others.
It is clean and with reasonable prices compared with the services offered. The is branch actually has a free parking and it very close to the metro (tube) station which links you to the other areas.
S. M.
Good for an overnight stay. Close to the tube, clean, pleasant staff
r. w.
Room was clean but noise levels were high , even on the top floor . I had a family room with an adjoining door and I could hear the people next door talking most of the night
V. S.
Breakfast not great but you get what you pay for.
J. S.
Fantastic hotel, great location, great food & service & super friendly staff
M. H.
Really nice poped in to use toilet with kids cost me £8.60 for 2 comes and a J2O staff was nice. But when we do stay at a Hotel it's always premier inn the best all inclusive breakfast ever and the kids love the pan cakes if you want a bit of everything fatty and Healthier options then this is it cant fault them love it cant wait to stay again soon
K. R.
Lovely staff in hotel and restaurant nothing too much trouble would stay again
J. P.
On arriving at the hotel I found the car park spaces to be very small, even parked with one side inches from the wall the other side was on the line. Check in was good, on walking to the stairs to the rooms I looked out and saw 4 rats in the car park. Room was ok but TV very small for the distance to the seating. Aircon worked well, bed was comfortable and shower amazing. The restaurant was very good. The biggest disappointment was the internet, I had to pay £5 for the enhanced internet as I couldn't get any pages to load using the standard one. This is inexcusable in 2019, obviously they have sufficient capacity to provide a decent service but expect people to pay for it. The last time I paid for internet in a hotel was 2010 and that was also the last time I stayed in a premier inn. Hopefully it will be 9 years before the next time.
B. J.
Premier Inn quality as usual. Air conditioned room that works. Rooms I can't fault. Room clean and towels fresh. Slightly let down by quality of the breakfast being a buffet style being either undercooked (eggs mainly), or as too much is put out, that it continues cooking or goes cool! Staff are very good, always polite and helpful.
When you arrive with a car, there is limited parking (also costs £10 per night) or outside on the corner it's £6 if you're prepared to leave it there.
The London Underground station, Hanger Lane is 2 minute walk, or come out of the hotel and turn right, will in a 5 minute walk get you to the Park Lane station.
Will be staying here for a few more weeks due to working nights, and yes the room is pretty quiet apart from occasional sirens from emergency services as this is just off the A40.
E. R.
A lovely group of people make this rather unlikely London location, a really lovely home away from home. They seem to understand the business traveller who is not always kind or good humoured. Thank you for making my stays here very enjoyable and comfortable.
S. K.
Very nice and quiet hotel! Clean rooms and comfy beds! Lots of rooms with different size and layout! Extremely helpful and polite staff! 2 minutes walk to the metro station. Breakfast is super. There is bar in the lobby area as well as restaurant. We stayed there twice.
T. B.
We love premier inn. As a family we feel that from the waiters to the cleaners they are generally very good with their customer service. This time it was disappointing to say the least. However the manager then apologised and we were given and told again to have a compliment breakfast.
R.
The only complaint I can make is there is not enough evening staff. Took half an hour to be served at the bar with no queue. Same staff working in the restaurant. One staff member forgot my dessert and went home so it wasn't made until I asked another member. Food however is excellent. Best steak I have had in ages and everyone is friendly. Has ample parking and in a great location.
R. B.
Accommodation standard for a Premier Inn, parking, £12per night is a bit wrong. Your already staying and paying for a room, some maybe paying for food (if not in tier 3) so parking should be free.
P. B.
Clean rooms, staff good, lack of noise from traffic considering the close proximity to the main road, which was pleasing. Dinner and breakfast also good. Would stay again should I be in the area. The only criticism I have is there was no draught cider at the bar!!
J. G.
Location is okay - a bit out of central London (Zone 3), but that makes the price more reasonable, so it's acceptable. The rooms are clean with air-conditioning, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. The range of the breakfast food on offer is good. Service is friendly.
J. O.
Really clean, nice and quiet hotel. It's closest it could possibly be to an underground station. All you can eat breakfast is also really good and they have bunch of options to choose from. Employees we had contact with were nice and helpful. And the price in comparison with other hotels in London is a steal.
M. W.
Stayed here with my wife and son on our recent holiday in London, It was conveniently a five minute walk from the underground - and while we had a room facing the man road, we did not find this was a problem.
Room was clean - staff polite - and we enjoyed our stay,
It was also convenient in terms of being able to take our car - though the car park is badly signposted, and it is expensive at £8 per day. It also gets full very quickly and is on a first come, first served basis.
The restaurant was good each time we visited it for breakfast and a meal. So
10 out of 10!
H. R.
Easy to get to, Easy to find.
Rooms- The Rooms are dated. The cleaner arrives every day and tucks the bed in and replenishes the Tea and Coffee making facilities. Hairdryer also in the room. 32" Plasma on the walls with digital TV making this an ok space to relax after a days work.
Bathroom- Shower over a bath, toilet and basin. The shower requires some pressure though, Me and my colleague resulted in removing the shower head to gain a little more pressure as it proved difficult to wash the soap off in the shower. No charging socket in the bathroom for razor or toothbrush, which for a weeks stay just means you have to make sure everything is fully charged and hope they dont run out.
Food Facilities- On site is a Thyme chain, good value meals. The food has been great with a selection for all diets and requirements. Staff are extremely helpful in making sure your needs are met. Basic selection of lagers, ciders and cask but all well kept.
Breakfast- hot buffet which means warmish and stood under a heat lamp all morning. a continental buffet was available too. including pastries, cereals and fruit. Coffee and fruit juices too.
All in all I enjoy my stay was ok. The rooms are in need of updating.
Thanks Team!
R. B.
Room was spacious but during my week was only attended twice and never vacuumed. The restaurant is over priced and hot and miss and the bar limited. Parking is expensive at £10 per night.
R. C.
Stayed here one night and the hotel was nice, as expected for a Premier Inn, the room was a family room so very spacious. Two major niggles though... 1. There's no air con, and the windows don't open, so it was sickeningly and uncomfortably hot. Thankfully the manager found me a fan, though it seemed like they hadn't been asked before... If they hadn't found one I'd have been tempted to check out there and then at about 2230 and find a different hotel. 2. The water in the bath wasn't anywhere near hot enough... It always used to be scorching in Premier Inns, which is how I like it... Now I they seem to be luke warm at best... Wouldn't rush to stay here again, but everything else was good apart from those two things. Side note - the sausages for breakfast don't seem to be as nice as they used to be... To herby and don't taste of meat any more, which is also disappointing.
D. S.
Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Slightly outside the normal tourist area but excellent price accordingly. Probably the best Premier Inn I have stayed at, and one I would happily recommend.
A. R.
Always very pleasant. Clean, tidy, good access to central london in half hour by tube. Local bus services. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals in ambient, stylish quirky features, surroundings with cul de sac coffee bar and attentive genuinely pleasant staff.
B. S.
I stayed there more than once. It has a nice price/quality relation.
In one of the rooms the A/C didn't work properly.
L. B.
Lovely stay, great location to travel into London staff very helpful will come here again 😀
G. I.
Place has good and bad so all depends what you can give up and what you want to gain
The Bad :
-No fridge in room
-Needs some good maintenance. Shower was filled with water everytime we take a shower as it was super slow to drain. They indicated that all rooms are like that
-they would not bring anything to the room. So we had to buy milk for my kids and store it downstairs and if we ask them to bring it up then they wouldn't and suggested to bring both my kids down to take the milk on our own . When we confronted them the front desk replied "this is a 3 star not a 5 "
- cleaning our room was missed couple of times and they did nothing to compensate
The Good:
-location is great as it's close to 2 stations and close to central London
-good verity of corner stores and supermarket right next door
-price is reasonable for the rooms
Would I stay here again ? All depends on what my visit to London looks like (single vs my family )
M. M.
The location of the hotel is quite tricky to get into because of the traffic but once you sort that out you are good to go. The rooms are quite literally perfect and the service in them is really good. They're breakfast is really nice and tasty
R. A.
Comfortable stay, nice staff, very good breakfast i recomend it for everyone
D. P.
Large rooms with Aircon. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of cooked food as well as cereal/toast and pastries. I needed somewhere to work during the afternoon and staff allowed me to use the closed restaurant area which had plugs etc.
C. I. R.
Fair price. Good location near by underground. Rooms clean and spacious. Kind staff
M. W.
Very impressed. Room lovely and clean. Very tasty food and friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to others and would happily stay there again.
P. W.
The rooms I have stayed in have been in need of minor redecoration, especially in the bathrooms. What makes this Premier Inn stand out is the amazing service. Staff are always welcoming and attentive and you really do get the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble.
R. L.
Nice and clean room. Parking a bit scarce. Only to be expected
L. L.
Friendly staff clean room aircon was chilled great location for Wembley stadium
I. U.
'Front Desk' staff is not very helpful. They got our room wrong twice. Room was really cold when we walked in. However, it was a very comfortable bed and room was very clean. Really close to the Hanger Lane tube station and only about 15 minutes to the city centre
B. M.
I liked the general service. Warm welcoming staff, rooms were neat and their breakfast was excellent. I would recommend anyone.
A. B.
Good location, next to Hanger Lane underground station, to get round London. Rooms very quite for such a busy noisy area. Breakfast in the morning can be very busy plus doesnt help they only have 1 coffee machine
A. B.
Even with triple glazing the traffic was still noisy on the 3rd floor. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower and clean.
K. K.
Great hotel for a city trip, we stayed there for four days (2 adults, 1 child). The rooms and facilities were clean (the AC could have worked a little bit better), breakfast and restaurant choices were more than enough and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near a tube station and a bus stop.
R. M.
Fantastic family room and breakfast. Room was great for 4 people with very comfortable beds. Hotel staff was incredible nice. Will repeat for sure.
K. M.
Had a lovely weekend away here, great transport links as well
k. b.
Stayed 3 nights, nice clean rooms, pretty spacious and fantastic view of wembley stadium, friendly staff. However, no one seems to answer a phone around this place, even when using the internal room phone to reception, and the restaurant was a little slow and the need for allergen training (im ceoliac) is dreadfully apparent.
C. A. O.
Excellent. Food is a little to be desired....but the place is clean and tidy, beds changed everyday, fresh towels, sheets etc. Staff are friendly and approachable also.
k. g.
Nice place. Had a great time in London
A. C.
Friendly staff, nice room, though had a hair in our breakfast twice. Manager was nice enough and offered a refund on the meal. A little out of the way if you are a tourist of London!
S. W.
Car park £10 for 24hours. Rather high. Room clean. Coat hangers dreadful, kept falling of their hooks. I hate the new policy of 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets with 4 tiny milks. Not enough.
G. B.
Five star for this good room at affordable price. Car park around 6 pounds per day. Tube train is very near. Refurbished rooms. Good for family. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
J. C.
A useful place for stopping in London and catching the tube. Note the car park is £12 a day.
F. V.
Staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Location. Perfect. Out the front door turn left and there's Hanger Lane tube station. The city at your door! Would we go to back? Yes! Forget expensive inner city hotels. This is the ideal hotel for site seeing in London.
R. O.
Used cooking oil as a dressing on garlic flatbread? Tasted awful. Fan in bathroom wouldn't turn off, but otherwise a standard run of the mill room.
M. M.
During my daughter's wedding recently all my guests from USA stayed in your branch. All of them enjoyed their stay and were properly looked after by your staff specially Khalild who was extremely curteous and helpful whenever he was approached for anything. He always made them welcome and offered help and support. All the guests appreciated your location and access to underground trains. Also special thanks to "Ms Tikka" who took special care of my Uncle and Auntie. Thank you Premiere Inn hanger lane.
w. p.
Staff. Extremely friendly and helpful.
Location. Perfect. Out the front door turn left and there's Hanger Lane tube station. The city at your door!

L. E.
Staying here for 5 weeks. The staff are lovely, very accommodating and add a personal touch, very helpful. The restaurant serves very nice food. Was happy picking off the menu every night.
I. D.
Nice stay, but Premier Inn needs to inform others using this hotel of roads around the hotel of No go Zones between 15:00 to 19:00 .
A week later of staying there i got a fine on my door step of £65 pounds.
Please be aware, if ypur using a sat nav it sends you down the roads to get to the hotel
A. T.
The hotel is amazing
10 m to the tube
Food is perfect
Rooms are so clean
Reasonable price
Very good stay if you want a reasonable price hotel as it is only 30 mins by train to central
D. S.
Nice room food not all that
r. w.
Great rooms which are well presented very clean and tidy. The restaurant let's the place down though, the food is good but the wait for a table is a bit to long.
S. H.
Great location if working near to A40. Stayed for two nights, room was standard for a premier inn and the resteraunt got extremely busy, wasn't enough staff waiting on during happy hour between 6-8pm. Parking is also a luxury, if you arrive late you may struggle to park.
D. j.
Good place to stay, quiet with a lovely location. Staff is friendly, unfortunately the restaurant menu is almost always limited and when you do get your food is limited.
J. R.
A good Premier Inn with nice staff!
S. W.
Visited between Christmas and New year. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Will stay again.
m. p. (. T. A.
Great value place to stay nearly Wembley. Visitors - don't be confused with the stadium though, it's still a fair walk or train ride off!
Right on the doorstep of Hanger Lane Underground Station (Central Line) and a couple of minutes walk away from Park Royal (Picadilly), you can get to Central London or out to the suburbs pretty easily. Parking isn't ample but there is some available here (check with Premier Inn for the latest deals and prices nearby). Room was what you'd expect of a Premier Inn and was a pleasant night's stay with good WiFi and a nice working TV.
Breakfast isn't the cheapest at face value, but is all you can eat with a sizable range at this location, so useful if you don't mind bulking up first thing rather than paying standard London prices for it in the city.
J. N.
I have stayed here quite a few times. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and always willing to help. Nice food from Thyme restaurant.
U. M.
Good standard with helpful staff and very convenient for the tube. Remarkably quiet inside given the location. Could just do with tidying the entrance outside from time to time rather than having to walk through rubbish but inside very tidy.
D. D.
Good hotel for a decent price, if you book well in advance. Bit outside the center of London, but tubestation is close by and takes about 25 minutes into town. Breakfast is very good. Good selection and plentiful.
M. W.
Lovely comfortable beds, and seeming we stayed the hottest night we were comfortable with the air-conditioning on. Just a shame breakfast wasn't included with the price of the room.
P. O.
Nice rooms and good breakfast, watch out though, if there is a big event at wembley prices go up. Supply and demand I guess, but as a big chain is it really worth annoying customers by doing it?
j. h.
Great stay here at Hanger Lane, room was clean and spacious, shower was great. Free tea and coffee, and thank goodness for the air con as it was one of the hottest days of the year!
T. A.
Just returned from a nights stay. As usual amazing staff, amazing breakfast and well organised during these unprecedented times.
K. T.
Very nice option for a small family staying in London for a holiday. Well away from the city center, by about 30 - 40 mins, it is only steps away from the Central Line of London Underground Tube system. This connects you quite easily to the whole of the city.
The Inn offers a dine-in option, as well as a small pub. It is also close to local restaurants/pubs for outside dining, as well as small grocery stores. Everything you might need.
Lastly, the Inn is kept very clean, and is well run and attended for a "budget" hotel option. You won't be disappointed here, if you don't mind the metro ride at the end of your day.
T. C.
Room was cold when I got in ,and being almost December and 3 Celsius degrees outside you want a warm and cosy room. Turned heating up to 27 degrees ,after 1 hours still felt a bit cold. There's free wi-fi but you get a message saying that the network has security issues so I didn't bother connecting to it.
R. C.
Great place to stay if your travelling to central London cheap hotel with cheap parking and a short walk to the tube station with 24 hr tubes running. Would highly recommend as a stop point to visiting central.
S. W.
Nice room but when during the meal it's a long time waiting. One night they drop my dinner before it served and they have to cooked again so i didn't have my dinner until 10.14 pm so by the time im finished my dinner and having a dessert too far too late and everyone's gone.
D. W.
Stayed here alot with traving for work. Standard premier inn been to one you've been to them all. Room was nice. Easy to find. Limited parking but usally spaces. Service is good but food service has its moments.
s. p.
Typical for the chain but they have their own food provision so food tends to be better than those attached to a pub.
Always busy when I have stayed and parking limited.
Watch out for cameras on the time restricted roads around here!
S. S.
super nice, helpful staff. I always like to stay there. The rooms are big, clean and tidy. The breakfast is great and the traffic is great.
L. B.
Friendly staff, free WiFi and happy hour drinks till 8pm. Not a pretty location but the tube station is on the door step. The breakfast is amazing!!!!!
G. S.
Typical Premier inn, nothing annoyed me so it must be doing good. The resteraunt staff were really upbeat and no issues. Would definitely stay again.
C. J.
I stay at premier inn nearly every week at different locations...this seems to be a bad on...twice the air con not working to cool the room. Had a dirty fan delivered..
.this time the bar staff were arguing who was to clean the tables ...and really off when he served me....not good for premier inn
L. C.
Any one staying for the first time in London this hotel is located ideally for Wembley and London. Visited twice now for Rugby Wembley and its brilliant. Staff brilliant, Breakfast brilliant. Tube on your doorstep and easy to get to London for all the attractions. 483 bus across the road takes you to Wembley and the Green Man pub. To finish the trip bank holidays at Notting Hill they have their carnival which is easy to reach on the tube and it's amazing. Will be going again. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back.
C. L.
Good location for Wembley Stadium and arenas. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. Rooms clean and quiet.
C. D.
Stayed a few times its lovely here, the prices of the rooms are great for 4 people it cost us £35 each for 2 nights in 2 rooms staff are great food is good too
T. K.
Great service for good prices. Premium breakfast is worth it, staff are helpful and professional. Located close to train and bus lines with a few shops and restaurants nearby.
S. A.
excellent location. clean and big rooms, very good bed.
a little bit far away from the center but is so close to underground station.
D. S.
Ideal place to stay while going to Wembley. Just far enough away to not be fully booked and over the top price wise. Good distance to walk to Wembley or a short tube ride.
R. D.
It was ok not the best premier inn iv stayed at. Probably because of the covid restrictions had to eat food in the room and it was below average food.
S. B.
The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean & spacious and excellent breakfast.
A. I.
Went there with family and friends and it was a nice experience. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
b. d.
Fairly straightforward , clean as usual , self check in , stopped on buisness so was ideal to get to central london . Local convienience store next door , the local area does not lend itself for an evening stroll but im sure you would not book here to do that . DO NOT TAKE THE ROAD THAT RUNS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY , I THINK BETWEEN 9AM AND 7PM AS YOU WILL GET A FINE OF £65 !
P. D.
Very good restaurant and bar and the service is excellent. A very good night's sleep, no noise at all. Would recommend highly.
J. E.
No bad, got good sleep, very good sound proofed room, no noise from a very busy main road just outside. Food usual standard
A. S.
The Premier Inn was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.
T. M.
Great place to stay with the family. Large comfortable rooms, good local amenities and stepping out the hotel straight onto the tube is ideal to explore London.
M. S.
Very clean and helpful. Bed not made one day, mentioned it when leaving and had our breakfast and car parking credited back to our account. 😊
A. S.
fantastic service. the staff did absolutely everything they could to work with our requests whilst keeping in line with premier inn's policies. they held onto items for us when we would be ariving late like purchased drinks.
S. L.
Room was nice but customer service not great. Restaurant empty but for 1 person I have to wait 1hr30mins. Not impressed about that. Wasn't even asked a reception if I needed a booking.
p. b.
It is very handy when visiting London, not far from the M1, everything you would expect from a premier Inn, which unfortunately includes cold cooked breakfast
P. C.
Good clean room. Handy for central line so theatres and Westfield are easy to get to. Found a cinema 5 mins walk away.
H. K.
Friendly staff. Modern n clean rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Ideally located fr tube. Safe carparking.
b. k.
Great prices for London, 3 minutes from the central line which will take you all the connections you need will most places within 30-40 minutes. If your planning on heading to clubs at night maybe choose some place closer to the central London as night lines don't run as far as Hangar Lane past 12!
r. b.
Friendly staff rooms are lovely and clean the beds are comfy
L. C. H.
For all those who sleep alone tonight, hand to the left or right and emptiness above, know that you aren’t alone; the whole world shares your tears some for two nights or one and some for their years
Better enjoyed with friends!
T. P.
Good hotel with decent car parking but you have to pay extra £10. Food was excellent. Good links for letting London.
M. W.
Neat, clean & tidy hotel. Easy access to Central tube line. We had an excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant.
R. G.
Very good service friendly staff room clean and tidy plenty of shops and a pub near by
P. M.
Pretty decent for a chain hotel. Clean and mostly friendly staff. The price was perfect for what we needed, one night in London. I'd stay again.
R. P.
Ok. We miss a frigobar and the dinner is not good. The breakfast is OK and the beds are very comfortable. Cheap, clean and polide staff.
M. B.
Rooms was very comfy and warm, the food was a bit disappointing I had a rump steak and there was more gristle than meat and some of the cooked breakfast was cold under the hot plate
M. G.
If your coming to London for a weekend away or to visit this is the place to stop, a choice of 2 tube lines, 5 min walk to the cinema, all you can eat buffet... sports bar next to the hotel, secure parking, very nice rooms, comfy beds
A. S.
Very good place to stay. Breakfast is very good its bit difficult to find enterence.
s. h.
Nice hotel with lovely staff but bathroom floor very sloppy and dangerous. My daughter took a nasty tumble this morning when getting out of the shower and hurt her ankle. 😭😭😭
L. O.
Friendly helpful staff. Room had the shower curtain on the floor near the door, they changed our room with no fuss.
B. S.
Parents stayed here in a disabled room after one of them broke a leg. This Premier Inn exceeded my expectations of it and, for what you pay, is very good value.
t.
Quiet comfortable room, good size carpark, very helpful and friendly staff couldn't ask for more
A. S.
Lovely little hotel. Nice clean room, really comfy bed, had I really good night sleep. I will be staying again!

B. J.
Very pleased with premier Inn, good night's sleep, breakfast excellent, great for Wembley gigs easy to get back from Wembley.
D. A.
Was very surprised how good it was. 3 nights in London for less than £140.00 and a comfortable bed great value for money.
V. F.
Average, rooms clean and bed comfortable.
Staircase smells of mould & damp
D. H.
Always pick here when staying in London for a Christmas visit. Very good access to the tube and don't have to pay the congestion charge because they have parking.
N. H.
Great location for Wembley. Short taxi journey away. Unfortunately given the wrong room at first which was occupied.
A. W.
Staff incredibly helpful from start to finish!Polite, nothing was too much trouble!Very clean and slept well!Took 12 ladies on a conference to Wembly who had never been before!Travel to the Arena was smooth and easy!More like a three star hotel!Thankyou so much!

Nice clean room and perfect breakfast, only let down by my key card not working after the 1st time and having to visit reception 3 times to get it sorted.
P. C.
Stayed here many times and booked in 3 times over next few weeks. The staff are what makes this hotel worth staying at.

A. O.
Excellent location, for access to London, pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. WiFi was an issue, however this doesn't detract from the overall good atmosphere.
K. J.
Wouldn't let me sit to eat on the first night even though it was early and I tried to book the day before. I had been travelling all day and hadn't had time to eat and went with no food at all.
Not the best experience this time round
M. M.
Very comfortable stay. Handy for tube station. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Everything you need.
D. F.
Great sized room and gives the usual good standard at Premier Inn. Food on site is limited but good quality.
G. L.
Good location but stay was interrupted by noisy drunken guests, but not the hotel fault
G. S.
Good location just off the A40.
Very polite staff and good access to tube.
Free parking. Food available at the restaurant
X.
Comfortable bed. TV is available. Bathroom is great. Sadly. The service is not so great
A.
Same as all premier inns, very clean, large menu at reasonable price, plenty of parking spaces. Would need something extra than the normal premier inns to score 5
H. E.
Lovely hotel, perfect for quick stop overs. Staff helpful and food good
S. A.
Very good room however the noise from the aircon is high and the window only opens part way so I was too warm when trying to sleep
J. T.
Clean room, friendly staff and good choice at breakfast. Would stay again.
p. b.
Nice spot outside of London but terrible for parking especially if you have a van and arrive after 6pm, good takeaways and shiz next door
M. K. D.
Large rooms and small TV. Great if you plan to mostly sleep on the hotel, nothing fancy.
m. p.
Great location to tube. Very clean , friendly staff and good food. Also bar in rest room .
