S. V.I spend two weeks in this hotel and I have to say this is the best hotel to stay in the area for the price and best quality of the service. All the staff are welcome, especially with mum and young baby. The food was always fresh and nice, price is fair. The rooms are clean and good size. Even the location is not the best everything seems new and organised with a groceries shop next to the building is very handy.
I have been in a travel-lodge hotel next to them and it's been a terrible experience in terms of quality of service so Premier inn is the best choice in the Brent Cross area.
M. B.Room was good the lifts can take ages to come to your floor. Waiting nearly 5 minutes. Parking is ok 5 per day but it's insanely busy. No way to reserve and paid up front for parking
S. T.Calling the hotel is fruitless, no one ever answers. Would of been 5 stars if they did.
The check in is now something you do yourself on arrival, punch in your name and postcode and it prints a slip with your room number and key card.
The hotel is open 24 hours and the staff are excellent when you do see them.
Rooms and en suite are faultless, maybe need more milk portions and sugar in room if I were to be really picky.
Good breakfast and value for money.
Been here twice and would definitely book again.

- USB and video ports on wall under the TV don’t work. Tried to plug in Amazon Fire stick, maybe I missed something?
- Why in 2022 we are having to pay £5 for WiFi I have no idea. Free one was terrible, wasted 4G data!

T. M. H.Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious, hot shower in seconds, charming staff, large and cozy restaurant, good food. First time going back to the UK since Covid, but sadly it was for a funeral. Emotional stay and we needed a shelter to rest, process, grieve. This Premier Inn provided. In times like what we were going through, a nice and warm bed, comfortable and clean carpet, an enveloping chair, large bathroom and hot shower are just what you need in your hotel. Everything was perfect. Bonus that made a difference was the welcoming staff and the good breakfast in their nice restaurant. I was so happy that my expectations were fulfilled thay I told the staff how good it was to feel well taken care of.

O.The rooms were clean as if they were new , bathroom always important , lovely and clean with amazing shower cubicle . staff at reception were excellent when we checked in on Friday 19th Nov , we stayed 2 nights , parking on site , breakfast is good , vegetable sausages for halal dietary have to order and wait 5-10mins , other items are fine , overall excellent , definitely would stay here again and thank you to the lady at reception for a lovely chat with us I’m sure she won’t forget us , also thankyou to the gentleman who worked at reception and dining area … hope see you again in near future , location excellent throughout the day we travelled by underground and really cost nothing , cheap and great experience
S. B.Had a lovely time at Premier Inn Hendon. Had difficulties figuring out how the lighting worked in the room but the staff were very helpful. The bed was soooo comfy and the water pressure in the shower was lush! The buffet breakfast had a large selection and the food was tasty. They did not have vegetarian sausages and though breakfast was near to closing, the chef made us sausages. Would love to return again.
R. C.At the time of booking, I called ahead to confirm the procedure to park the car. The operator was most friendly and courteous. Checking in couldn't have been easier and Alise was most helpful to me. Lovely to be greeted by a smiley face. The room was one of the newish ones over the archway into the car park. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. I have to say the tables in the restaurant were very well spaced out and covid measures were in place. It made for a safer and comfortable breakfast dining experience. The food was great!
This will be go to place whenever I visit the nearby Bang Bang Oriental restaurant :)

S. B.A large Premier inn very well placed for our visit to Hendon town hall . Hotel was very quiet on the Sunday we stayed . Had a meal deal which is always good value , and the food didn,'t disappoint . Reception was very good and gave us extra tea bags as we do like a few cuppa's .Large car park and although we didn't use thought £5 was very reasonable.

j. v.Stayed for a few nights, gotta say really impressed, clean, comfy bed, fantastic power shower, when I worked timer out, great air con, had breakfast once and well worth the £9.50 all you can eat, only slight prob were the crazy stairs, I ended up in the wrong building at one point!
M.Nice rooms however, they have signs in the room about no smoking as the sensors can tell... considering the corridor stunk of weed not sure how good those sensors actually are. Over all though not a bad place and the food is good.

S. A.Amazing experience when me and my partner stayed at the end of October for the weekend. The staff were amazing, especially Anna (hope I have spelt it right). She was so helpful on giving us advice for getting around London, as well as being helpful and very welcoming in the hotel. We had her in the entire weekend. The food was good, the room was lovely and clean, no faults from this costumer.

c. w.Cheap & convenient, drove to London so needed parking, roadside parking is free on Sundays around the Premier Inn. Room is clean, checking in&out is straightforward. My only complaint is that my floor (2nd floor) smells very badly of weed or some kind of pungent smoke, initially it was just the corridor so didn't ask for a change in rooms, then it got worse at night that the smell seeps into my room, definitely not good for a pregnant lady.

C. H.I stayed here for 3 night's last week for work purposes. The room was comfortable & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful especially Floyd. The food & service was very good. Unfortunately, it had been raining hard most of my journey there & when I arrived the car park wasn't obvious, so I wasn't in the best frame of mind when I arrived, but once I'd checked in I soon forgot all of that & really enjoyed my stay.
T. C.Nice comfy air-cooled modern rooms. Thyme restaurant but no bar, just fridges stocked with bottles. Soft drinks are expensive, and limited options on the beers but fairly standard prices. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. Chef knows how to cook a decent steak too!

Gorgeous clean rooms, super comfy beds, breakfast to die for, wonderfully hospitable, friendly, and welcoming staff, (apart from the stroppy madam in the restaurant).
There is a Wetherspoons a few minutes walk away which was epic for dinner and more than compensated for the stroppy madam in the restaurant, after we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
I'd happily stay again and recommend it to everyone. Just don't bother with the dinner.

The tyme restaurant is great, but can run out of various foods, especially baked Cheese cake!
The rooms are air-conditioned, but the window's are sealed shut, no natural air circulation causes problems with sinuses or for allergy sufferers.
We are cutting or stay by 24 hours due to the above mentioned issues.

However there is no bath, just a roomy shower cubical. The view is good, I'm up high enough to hear no traffic or night life. I would happily choose this one again.

Outside the front hotel door was lots of smoked cigarettes on floor with outside smoking bin full. Other than these 2 points the hotel was pleasant to stay 3 nights at for my work travels.
p.Average rooms for average price but you have to pay £5 per day to get WiFi, just feels a bit like they try to squeeze every penny out of you. The staff were helpful but not really forward thinking.

Every now and then one of the premiere Inns stands out and the Hendon Hyde one does for me because of the staff. It is a real pleasure to be served with friendly professional staff working to a high standard. More to the point the atmosphere is very welcoming and a real pleasure to experience where people get on with their job but in a manner that each guest feels they are being served as an individual. That should always be the goal but rarely achieved from 5* hotels down. Well done and thank you.

We experienced problems trying to book in via the computer screen, even whilst serving another customer she helped us complete the process. Nothing was too much for her. Having come back from a restaurant she helped us with a broken vending machine. Why is this such a positive review, well, the reason is , across the country I see many hotels and restaurants , but this place gave a service I’ve not seen for some time. I always use premier inn, generally, very reliable, but I was particularly impressed here. Would I come back, yes, absolutely. Thank:you

This hotel takes very seriously our rest and a good-night sleep: guests are encouraged to keep silent, while bed, sheets, pillows etc are excellent!

S. A.It's in a little run down area. But the hotel it's self is plesent. First day of breakfast wasn't as good as the second day breakfast. I suppose thats just on who cooked the breakfast that day. Staff are always willing to answer any questions you have or help you find your way round London.

D. R.For a hideous 1970's concrete blot on the landscape... it's suprisingly good. Conveniently located just 15 mins walk from either Collindale tube or Hendon rail stations you can be into central london in no time. Thyme restaurant is really good. Good quality food and good service too. Room was clean tidy and well presented.

Colindale underground station and Hendon station are the nearest access going to Central London. So you have choices.
Complete Breakfast excellent! Lots of choices and Value for money! You will not be disappointed. 5* Recommended. We will definitely come back again when visiting London. Thank you.
