Hotel very central , great location near Covent garden and central line. Spacious and clean room. The service was the only negative point, we asked twice to clean the room but it did not happen.

Great location excellent price surprisingly quite for central London. Staff extremely helpful, room a little tired but clean but for the money great value. Have paid more and got a lot less elsewhere hence 5*

Stayed for 2 nights earlier this week and couldn’t fault the service received by all the staff members we encountered. Friendly and efficient. We had breakfast both mornings and the choice of items was great. Everything well presented and great bacon.

Nice clean room, shower was powerful.
Only downside is the room was so stuffy at night, not hot but just like you can’t breathe, especially after shower was on.
I know they can’t allow windows to be open due to safety reasons but they should be made where you are able to open them to a slight position. Couldn’t seem to get the air con to work.
Can’t even get through to reception when calling from the room… would be a good idea to have a phone in room just to get through to reception

Its a Premier Inn, brand on point. Good location for where I was going. Clean, private and safe for a woman travelling alone. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast on site. Perfect for a business trip.

Fairly clean hotel ... in a good location for peacock theatre. We only had 1 towel in the room so needed to request more. The bar closed quite early and the restaurant didn't open till 6pm which was too late for us to eat before the show. We did however have breakfast in there and you couldn't fault the quality taste lovely . .. although they seen to be short staffed as they were running out of cutlery and orange juice etc and we needed to find someone to ask for help. Also on checking out we had to wait for a very long time as no one was around at front desk we even tried phoning the hotel to get some attention but it didn't come for over 30 mins.
However all in all it was a good stay.

Good customer service
Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly
As toilet had hairs from a previous guest
My suggestion is as soon as you enter the rooms check it has been thoroughly cleaned and check the sheets as well
As soon as this was brought to the attention of staff at the desk it was dealt with and were offered a new room so well done there

Ticked all our boxes for somewhere to stay after an evening event. Clean. Comfortable bed. En suite had decent shower, soaps included. Tea making facilities but if you want more than 2 cups each then take your own - and some milk! No biscuits. We didn't have the breakfast but continental was about £8, full English about £10, eat as much as you want, so that sounds like very good value. I think there was a bar, too, but didn't go there. I'd stay again for an overnighter up in town.

Large room for Central London. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fabulous. Some door slamming at 5am that went on for half hour (no voices). Reported to reception. Typical premier Inn. Very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the Premier Plus rooms, which are on the fourth floor. The hotel is very quiet and the room was a good size and clean. Windows do not open, although there is reasonable aircon (not ideal for covid perhaps?).
The location is brilliant as you can walk to theatres, the West end, City etc very easily. There are many excellent take away places on the street itself as well as local supermarkets. Being in Bloomsbury it can be quieter at weekends, but there are still many bars and restaurants nearby.
When we stayed (September 2021) they were not servicing rooms once you were in there. You could make specific requests from reception. I can't say that I thought this was great. I think that many places seem to choose when to be super careful about covid and when it suits them not to be. It felt more like an excuse to cut costs. That aside, great hotel for the price for London.

Rooms are what you expect from a premier inn. Definitely understaffed but staff there were as helpful as they could be. Breakfast although very tasty wasn't being kept very warm. Saying that I'd definitely use again
C. W.
It's a Premier Inn so you should know what to expect, but what made it was the very reasonable price and the location.
The location was ideal for our visit. Easy to get to Oxford Street, Soho, Covent Garden, etc. There was a quick and easy bus up to Camden Market. Even getting across to Bank was not too much of a walk.
Will stay again!
M. P.
Very comfortable, friendly staff, easy to find. Everything is good, except there is no charging points in the room for phones. In this day and age they should be in every room.
A. S.
Premier plus room, badly stained carpet, central for the City. Breakfast a joke hardly anything out had to ask, staff not really bothered.
l. m.
Very clean and comfortable. plenty places to eat and drink nearby. Good location easy access to bus ,tube.
S. M.
Great location but our room wasn't cleaned for 3 nights stay.

This is the place I stay in whenever visiting London and it has always been great. There’s a left luggage and it’s a great base for exploring.
However there is something a little weird that has happened in the early hours the last two times I’ve stayed.. a couple of years ago I stayed on the ground floor and myself and my mum who I was sharing the room with were woken repeatedly by someone vacuuming in the next room and dragging chairs about. We complained the next morning and was informed that there wasn’t anyone vacuuming and there wasn’t a room behind us.. it was the back of the reception. Stayed there again last week and my sister who I was sharing with complained the next morning that she’d been kept awake in the early hours by someone vacuuming and dragging furniture in the next room… we were on the 5th floor this time - and we were the end room! Very strange…!

Within walking distance of all main attractions plenty of eating places surrounding the hotel

Stayed here for one night with my cousin, unfortunately a few days before arriving we revived an email stating check in had been extended a further two hours. Once we checked into our room, all we could hear throughout our stay was gurgling sounds like the pipes. This was extremely loud and resulted in poor sleep for the both of us. Hotel staff were polite, held our bags for us prior to check in, great location.
S. T.
Standard Premier Inn, clean, comfy beds, good breakfast. Shower floor was very slippy, no handles to grab, I now have several bruises. Needs a health and safety check.
T. W.
First time weve stayed in a Premier and definitely not the last. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Only had to ask if you needed anything and they were more than happy to assist you. The location for us is brilliant as we walked everywhere without any problems but only 2 mins from a tube station if needed. Will definitely be back. Infact we have 1 night left here but already cant wait to book again. 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
E. S.
6 min walk to nearest underground. Short walk to covent gardens. Loved this place it was so close to everything. The place its self was immaculately clean staff was friendly and polite breakfast was amazing we will definitely be booking again soon.

There are two types of rooms here. Premier Inn upgraded room and the standard rooms.
In the upgraded rooms you have the luxury of having a fridge and a coffee machine. Also you have a nice sitting chair with foot stool. The bath room come with luxury soap and shower wash too.
The normal rooms literally have a bed, tv and kettle not many extras at all, still nice though.
If you get a room on the road side of the building the windows aren't very noise cancelling so you will hear traffic and people talking in the street. At the moment they aren't serving breakfast due to covid but literally across the street there are lots of cafes and takeaways. As a budget hotel in London goes its very nice in a good location.
R. G.
Unbeatable. Mark checked us in quickly, despite arriving early; room was clean and overall the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. You really can't beat Premier Inn especially since their prices are so low. Dependable, value for money and stress free.
L. F.
Can I just say. We’re here from Monday to Friday. It’s only Tuesday afternoon and I’ve just had such a great stay. I’m going to be doing another review after our complete stay too. We’re here as our daughter is going into great ormond street and we will never stay elsewhere. This is the hotel for us ☺️ As I said we will do another review and will include names. Thank you all
M. B.
Really clean, good price for such a central location. Big beds and good shower
S. m.
Comfy and quiet room in central London. Good breakfast and even the wifi worked.
M. A.
Had a family room but this was clearly a standard room with extra beds chucked in so very small.. No one could leave the room as there was only one card which turned everything off.. Breakfast was nice and worry the money
R. G.
Great value hotel, 5 mins walk from Holborn tube station on a quiet side street. Super friendly helpful staff who made us very welcome. Fantastic restaurants on the same street too. Great place for a base while visiting London
S. G.
Excellent location. Good night's sleep but the breakfast is sub standard
N. R. D. S.
First time stayed here and couldnt fault it. Very good staff who couldnt do enough. But asked for an iron and didnt receive one being the only complaint. Rooms clean and good basic standard. Nice central position too, 15 minutes walk to all theatres, Covent Garden etc
M.
We upgraded to the premier plus room as we stayed almost a week.
This is a budget hotel however the staff were really nice and accommodating, and it’s more for them than the facilities.
The facilities are fairly basic but we had everything we needed. No issues getting extra pillows or towels; it was quiet, good location; we had a bathtub. We had no illusions of anything special, but again, staff were friendly and helpful and nothing but positive interactions which make the stay 5*.
N. K.
A well positioned hotel great for theatres only 15min walk. Room although not huge was big enough clean, tidy bathroom with a large shower. We had a room on the1st floor facing the front. Although a bit of noise around midnight it quiet until the binmen next morning. Breakfast although you could get cheaper with a walk, the breakfast on offer was freshly cooked with all that you expect. Staff on breakfast duty were brilliant.
J. M.
Really nice place to stay as it is quite central regards to getting about on the underground, would definitely not recommend breakfast as there is a poor choice of food, and over priced for breakfast
A. H.
Excellent stay at this hotel. Very clean tidy. Wasn't able to use the restaurant at the time as they were in a tier 3 due to covid-19. Would definitely recommend it to anyone
G. C.
Ideal place to stay if you're visiting that part of London
E. r. S.
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room.
k. h.
This is the 2nd time I have visited and have not been disappointed. A 5min walk from Holborn underground. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean staff are friendly and breakfast is worth the charge
J. H.
We had a lovely stay here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean. The food was very good! We will be coming back
L. S.
Comfy bed. Good hairdryer. Good room but the heating system was deficient so it was cold. Didn't bother us too much as we were out all day. The windows are sealed shut - something I hate as I like fresh air at night and loathe air conditioning.
오.
It's a good place to go. Breakfast is great, too. It makes a good impression on foreign family travelers who travel to England. The rooms are narrow compared to Korea, but the interior facilities are neat and modern. I can't find any good accommodation for that price.
The British Museum is available on foot and the subway is within 10 minutes' distance. There is also a mart near the subway, so it is convenient to return to the accommodation. It's nice to have a restaurant and a park around. There is also a bus that goes to the area where Sunday Market is open. If you go to London, there are 100 percent doctors who visit again.
S. K.
Loveky room. Perfect as son was in GOSH, 5 Min walk away !
j. w.
Found this hotel last year, and have just stayed again. For family trips to London the location is ideal and accommodation is just what our family of 4 require. Rooms as expected, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast to set you up for the day. But it's the location, close to Covent Garden that really makes it just right.
K.
The staff were lovely but I think it's important to make sure there's a person at the front desk at all times because the check-in kiosks weren't working and we were backed up just standing round trying to check in. That being said, the staff are so kind. Restaurant was painfully slow in the evening - there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it still took me an hour to get a hamburger and brownie. I usually sleep well at Premier Inns but I couldn't get comfy on this bed. May have been temperature of the room too warm though which is entirely my fault if so because you do get a thermostat. But the genuinely nice staff made me forgive any negatives.
D. M.
Comfy beds, clean and excellent location 5 minute walk to nearest tube station. The rooms are really to small though to comfortably accommodate 2 children but a good option if travelling as a couple or with 1 child. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty to choose from and children eat free if the parents pay the £10.95 for full breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend it particularly if travelling on a budget.
H. C.
This was my first time staying here and although expensive (£204.50 for one night with breakfast), it's a very comfortable hotel. My room was huge, on the ground floor and was fitted out to be suitable for a disabled person - right down to an emergency call bell in both the bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast choices were plentiful and although not a fan of the 'buffet breakfast', this was hot, fresh and tasty.
Two little niggles - there was no remote control for the television, and I didn't realise until I was ready to go to bed and there wasn't a telephone in the room to enable me to call reception to tell them. I mentioned both things when I checked out and the gentleman at reception made a note, saying both things would be sorted.
Would definitely go back and will happily recommend this Premier Inn to others.
f. m.
I loved the beds they are so comfy and I got a great night sleep.
The staff are really nice and caring.
A. B.
Have been here a few times now for business.
Hotel is fairly clean and the breakfasts are ok. What strikes me as odd is that in the rooms there are no toilet brushes, so the room service has to clean whatever is "left". They don't have supplements like shampoo bottles, but have a soap and shampoo dispenser on the wall.
The staff is very kind and attentive. Always being greeted with a smile.
The beds are large, especially for a single person.
Very basic, but it works.
B. S.
Had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn in Holborn. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great cooked breakfast every morning. The most comfy pillows & mattresses you will find! Despite taking me a while to work out how to work the shower, it was also excellent. Only thing I would have changed would be being able to open the windows. Brilliant stay.
A. M.
Location was excellent with nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Was very quiet in the room though which helped us have a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was very nice as was the restaurant in the hotel. Room was good too.
J.
Well situated, with nearby transport links, pubs, cafe, restaurants and shops.
We were upgraded to superior rooms, which were lovely!!
Our only critism was that the check-in was slow and could have been improved by customer service training (or employing team members that can make eye contact and make you feel welcome), this was remedied when he was unable to complete the check -in and had to call for his manager. Holly was very good and quickly put things right.
C. S.
Great stay at Premier Inn Holborn, starting right from the cheery greeting at check-in. We were given our room straight away, which was reasonably early, and given a well placed plug for the hotels restaurant for dinner that night. The staff were lovely the whole time we were there, anything we asked for was no problem and we never had to wait once! The breakfast was very well organised, with plenty of choice and a very efficient layout, (though I would suggest a small milk jug by the coffee machine). The hotel is in a great location, with most of the main sights just a 10-15 minute walk away and right near some of the main train stations making arrival there a breeze.
C. M.
Been here twice now and always a great hotel always clean the staff r so friendly last night we ate in the restaurant and the waiter was so nice his names mark and we just want to say thank you for being so nice. My daughter has special needs and she likes to talk and ask lots of questions and he was so nice to her . So thank you for that. Late last night my daughter had wet the bed so we asked for more sheets the staff couldn't be more helpful even offered to come sort the bed out for us . We will always use this hotel 2hen we are this way. Thank you once again
P. V.
Central London Hotels are all expensive and this is no exception.
Check in was reasonably efficient, the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was average but passable - I've had a lot worse!
E.
Really fresh and clean, daily room service and the front desk is always ready and pleased to help. There are some fantastic places to eat out here and the central line is just to the south at Holborn/Tottenham court stations. They also offer luggage storage so if you're not leaving til later you don't need to cart your stuff off to your destination until you are ready to do so.
Overall great experience and extremely central for a good price.

Typical premier inn clean, with pleasant and helpful staff
D. S.
Nice budget hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. Excellent location within quick walk to Holborn Underground station. Family room had separate singles for our girls. Breakfast was acceptable. Close to several restaurants and pubs.
S. T.
First time staying in a premier inn. Room was lovely . Staff was very helpful will definitely recommend and stay there again . Only down side was as london had gone into tier 3 lockdown restaurant was closed
A. C.
Beautiful rooms I think TV's need updating as you could not change chanels easy and would not work all the time off remote
But otherwise 💯💯
R. C.
On average as far as premier inns go.
Good points.
Friendly helpful staff
Clean comfortable rooms
Free WiFi
Bad points
If situated near the lift. It's surprisingly noisy.
Windows do not open
Cleaning staff are blissfully unaware of how noisy they are (despite do not disturb signs on multiple doors).
If travelling as a tourist none of the bad points would really affect you. If working evening or night shifts. Consider requesting rooms well away from the lift with opening windows if they have any.
K. W.
Have stayed here a couple dozen times. Cost is great. Room sizes are normal...not the size of a closet. Climate controlled with air/heat adjustment in the room. Comfortable beds and it is quiet! It's worth it over an Airbnb for sure.
D. H.
Used it for a family trip. Good size room, very quiet street, almost no traffic or other noise. Breakfast was good value, too, as kids ate free. Great location for British Museum and easy transport links. Will use it again for business trips and leisure.
A.
Clean, well located, quiet, nice staff. Too expensive (no fridge) for a tiny room for a family (the whole room was actually a bed for the four of us!) but it's because of London, which is too much expensive. It is worth to pay for having breakfast at the hotel, big variety and nice options.
N. A.
Nice to stay with kids because they offers free extra beds but there are some disadvantages no safety box , no refrigerator, no body carrying my luggages, entrance so bad with stairs and I got to straggle each time to walk with my kids stroller. but overall is good hotel and beds for comfortable sleep
M. R.
We stayed here in June with two colleagues, one totally blind and the other a wheelchair user. The staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and interested in anything they could do to make our stay as good and accessible as possible. Excellent service and facilities
R. O.
Lovely hotel nice staff , clean 🧼 and tidy. Cheap also for London have stayed here twice now.
D. C.
Ideal location for the London theatres. Reasonably priced for the location. Good sized rooms and just as well equipped as more expensive hotels. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We were also able to leave our luggage here several hours before check-in and several hours after checking out.
S. E.
I loved it! For me it was cheap and cheerful we normally stay in the more expensive hotels but as a family we wanted to do more in London. The only thing for me was that the room we had wasn’t a family room intended, it was a double bed room and another two single beds were put into the room, it was very crowded but the staff were lovely and very helpful. Hope to come again soon!
P. B.
Very quiet hotel with nice staff, clean rooms and comfy high bed. Only the breakfast could be a bit better (no ham, cheese etc.), but besides that all good.
w.
I really enjoyed my stay here, I often use a walking stick and without needing to ask I was put on the ground floor. The staff were lovely and were always about if you needed anything. Breakfast was lovely too.
U. R.
A new and fresh downtown hotel near Holborn station.
Rooms are large enough for an extended stay, bathrooms are top, and the breakfast buffet is reasonably tasty. Staff are friendly as well.
Prices are higher than I found reasonable, though maybe that's normal in downtown London.
J. H.
Very clean comfortable room only criticism not very private window on ground floor so kept curtains shut and check in took a long time. Would return very convenient for walking to Leicester sq & tube station
A. P.
Loved it the first time a couple of years ago but this time there were issues with towel supplies, also asking for some extra milks was promised at the desk but this never showed up to the room. The wife lost some sleep after going to the desk 3 times across the evening to ask for an extra towel (I sat extra, but there was 2 of us and 1 towel in the room). Nice professional guy on the desk next morning and he apologized with a free breakfast, but still will remember the negative experience nevertheless.
H. N.
The place is very comfy and relexable and is situated down a side street leading to one of Holborn's main roads, so easy access to the centre and underground station. The street is quite quiet at night so you can get to sleep quite easily. Very spacious rooms with comfy beds and wash rooms for the disabled. The resturant, in my opinion, could do with serving a bit more food and the food is generally OK. Overall I do reccommend it for a good weekend stay.
D. D.
Just stayed for a single night while in London to see a show. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is well located being about a 5-10 minute walk from the underground in a fairly quiet area with several bars and restaurants a short walk away.
C. C.
Location and price good, staff friendly and rooms comfortable. Unfortunately room cleaning may leave a lot to be desired as I was there for two nights and on leaving in the morning I checked under the bed to make sure I hadn't left anything behind only to find an empty crisp bag staring back at me. Not sure how long it had been there but it certainly wasn't mine...
S. N.
Staff were pretty good and the room was spacious enough. We were allowed to check in early and they kept our luggage safe after check out until our train was due to leave.
The room is pretty basic and there is virtually nothing provided. Had to go out abd buy toothpaste etc. Cab het it from a vending machine in the lobby.

This place was probably the best hotel we've been to. Food was good, bed was warm and comfortable and was reasonably priced. The one thing that was kind of trouble was the Wi-Fi. The free one went at a speed of about 0.05 MB/s. To get the faster (Ultimate) Wi-Fi you would have to pay extra, this was even worse although it was going at speeds of 1.37 MB/s, it kept dropping out then coming back on. 5 stars to this hotel, we hope to come back soon.
J. M.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was great. Ideally located near a tube station, and with plenty of places within walking distance its perfect for a short London visit
D. F.
Good hotel, well placed for visiting london, family room was a little Small for 2x adults 2x kids but were were only in the room at night. so this was not a problem. hotel was quiet enough at night even though there were a few restaurants / pubs close by
breakfast was the all you can eat variety. and good quality, the underground was about 5 mins walk ( 10 with the kids) but not to difficult
G. B.
The location of the Premier Inn Hotel in Holborn, in central London, is a cherry in itself. You could not be more conveniently located for many of the sights and attractions, if you are visiting for leisure.
The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are unusually spacious for London's standards, cleanliness is excellent and the rooms are suitably quiet for a good night's sleep.
The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and practical.
The staff at the reception is exceedingly helpful.
The rates are - overall - rather decent, considering it is London.
I may add just two points for possible improvement: the shower boxes have a wide entrance that cannot be closed, and you have to be very careful to put the mat just outside the box if you don't want to turn the bathroom into a replica of Venice in bad weather. Also, the free wi-fi is frankly slow, and there is little comfort in knowing that you can have faster internet, but for a fee. I know that it is additional revenue, but the hospitality world seems to be already past that.
C. C.
Great Hotel, the rooms were very clean and we're very quiet. The beds were very comfy and the rooms had excellent amenities. The staff were very frendly and the booking in receptionist was extremely bubbly. Great Hotel, great location
R. G.
Great hotel. Good location and comfy, clean, generally quiet rooms. Terrible wait for check in if there is no one on the desk though!
T. x.
Exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed my stay here ☺
S. D.
Excellent stay, staff are courteous and friendly, hotel is spotless and well equipped with good breakfast. The location is good with restaurants and pubs literally across the road, and the south bank is only 25 mins walk away. British museum is also nearby.
G. P.
Not sure where the ratings come from, we stay in lots of premier inn hotels and must say this is one of the worst. Tatty rooms and hotel in general compared to normal PI standards. Just noticed they have the audacity to charge £5 for wifi 24hrs. When I can get free wifi in Costa, Tesco and in fact the streets of London I dont expect to pay £160 for a nights stay and then £5 for wifi. We prepaid for the meal deal but cancelled as the menu is pretty poor for choice. Breakfast was ok but cold.
c. r.
This hotel is in a great location, close to the tube & a few pubs & restaurants. Staff were great & the room was good value for money. Will be going back
D. L.
Clean, very friendly staff, great location just a short hop away from Oxford Street, the West End and the river. On a quiet street, so not much noise. Would definitely stay again!
N. M.
Just enjoying a weekend break for 4.
Professional polite staff, clean and well maintained rooms and a superb breakfast.
As my father in law would have commented:
" Beautiful".
Highly recommend.
I. H.
Extremely comfortable and in a very convenient place to get around Holborn. Staff are very welcoming and helpful too. There is a luggage drop for all who are too early to check in, however my room was ready on arrival so didn't need this service. Great hotel all in all
K.
Decent modern hotel in great location.
Comfortable room, free wifi was adequate - I didn't feel the need to pay for the 'ultimate' wifi.
Easy walking to bus stops and local bars and eateries.
A bit pricey for a Prem, I thought, and I can't understand why the same room is £50 more on a Tuesday than a Monday.
As with all Prems, your good night's sleep is dependant on your neighbours, as the walls are simple stud and board - but we asked for, and got, a quiet room with no-one in the vicinity.
Excellent breakfast and friendly, efficient staff on the desk and in the restaurant.
Overall, very good.
R. K.
Very clean and modern. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good pricing. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Possibly the comfiest bed I've slept in.
P. “. A.
Fab hotel in a good location for Oxford Street and British Museum. Located on a quiet side street with plenty of cafes, take aways, corner shops and a launderette (about 5 mins walk away).
Staff are lovely, hotel is quiet and very comfortable, food is delicious and there is also a bar serving alcohol, soft drinks and hot drinks. It's not the cheapest (cos London) but it is a great place to stay.
S. G.
I've been staying at this hotel every Friday for almost a year now (We're now on first name basis) and they never fail to put a smile on my face. On Friday 23rd I had to stay at the Euston branch due to maintenance and boy was I shocked at how sweet I've had it at Holborn.
The staff are always friendly, they always accommodate my requests for specific rooms food and laundry - they are an absolute credit to the chain. If I need anything these guys will make it happen!
It's a pleasure to stay there every weekend. 10/10 :)
F. R.
Nice place. Near covent garden. Good place to stay.
T. E.
Lovely comfy room and bed. Loved the Vanity mirror its so nie to have a good well lit space to put on my makeup! Gorgeous breakfasts. Lovely staff. We will be back
G. H.
The location is great, no more than half an hour's walk away from the main attractions, in fact we never had to use the tube at all. The room was nice, and what you'd expect from a premier Inn, as was the friendly service.
M. D.
Good hotel. Room clean and bed comfy.
M. J.
Good place, nice warm room, good shower, had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast also very good, loads of choice. Coffee not the best though.
C. C.
The soap dispensers are hard work to get anything out, the shower is fixed to the wall rather than flexible. The website insists on using courtesy titles whether you want one or not and it seems bibles are still a thing in a modern British bedroom? Also although there is free internet, the performance is woeful.
D. A.
Staff are very polite and friendly and the room was nice and clean. Sanitiser available and one way system which was being adhered to.
S. H.
Hotel was very accomodating, letting us check in early. Family room was all set up properly on arrival and had plenty of space. Good facilities. Quiet location.
Z. T.
Everything was great, apart from the shower not being high enough for my boyfriend to be able to fit under, and having to ask at reception for more than one towel for a double room!
d. s.
Great service and location, clean, very good breakfast (I would like more fresh vegetables) free for kids until 16. Big rooms.
L. B.
I travel a lot for work and usually use Premier Inns. This visit was for pleasure and this hotel is in the perfect location for London. We walked everywhere we needed to from here and the staff were ever so helpful.
n. t.
Tried premier plus.sorry guys fridge and coffee machine not worth extra money. Go location for visiting the British Museum. Clean, surprisingly quiet and comfortable beds.
K. F.
We're on night two of a three night stay and so far so good! The staff are very friendly, room is clean and comfortable, air conditioning works well, and the breakfast is great.
m. e.
Great service. Friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing etc.
M. L. W.
Excellent location in central London for overseas visitors. Simply 10 minutes walk from Holborn tube station, and just off the busy High Holborn Street. Turn into a quiet side street. There are pubs, restaurants to satisfy needs, all easy accessible from the hotel.
G. C.
My second stay at this hotel. It's a Premier Inn so you know what you are getting (good sized comfortable clean rooms, etc). In terms of location, this one is on a quiet street but is just a 15/20 min walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, etc. Handy for Holburn station underground.
P. W.
Nice modern premier inn with cosy beds. Good location, walkable to Covent Garden and a few minutes to the tube. Breakfast is good value. A bit pricey compared to other Premier inns I've stayed in, but that's London for you.
J. L. P.
Only criticism would be no ramp on pavement outside for wheelchair access, pavement was too high. Luckily we had a helpful taxi driver. Once inside disabled access was very good
N. P.
Great location, new rooms that are well kept and very spacious, especially for London. Lots of places to eat well nearby and area is clean and safe. Recommended
K. M.
Great central London location close to both Holborn and Chancery lane stations. Comfy beds, nice staff and clean rooms. A good place to stay if you want something in close proximity to the centre of London.
m. w.
Nice location, easy access for buses, a few minutes to underground. Plenty of Uber around. Walking distance to covent garden or even soho/chinatown. Good food inside the Hotel and if you are bored, across the Hotel got a Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Korean, restaurants to choose from.
The Hotel it self is very adequate, staff is very good. Overall very nice and will come back again.
A. A.
What a marvellous hotel. Polite attentive staff, clean rooms with everything you need and even bubbly in our friend's room for their anniversary whicb was the reason for our visit. Top marks.
J. J.
Clean, modern, good size for a young family of 4. Walking distance to Oxford Street and theatre district. Great value for height of summer season.
j. d.
Lovely and clean and comfortable. Breakfast 11/10! Would have liked to sit in bar and relax on arrival at 4 but didn't open til 5 .
a. c.
Very friendly welcome, usual good standard room, hotel in great position for Covent garden and most theatres, will use again.Nice Italian restaurant opposite highly recommend. You always know what you are getting at a premier inn, good value for money.
S. B.
Would really recommend the PLUS rooms on the fourth floor. The little touches make a big difference.
Check in easy, staff friendly and informative.
S. d.
My family and I came to London for the weekend and cannot fault this hotel at all. Very clean, amazing breakfast, Hotel staff were very helpful and great location.
J. M.
Loved our stay here. Great room, staff and restaurant right in the centre of London & just 5 min walk from the Tube 👍. Will definitely return.
T. B.

D. L.
Lovely rooms, quite, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, breakfast and evening meal with their Meal Deal very good and good value for money. Would stay there again
M. E.
The location is great but there is no phone in the room and they told me breakfast isnt included while it was paid for. They said they don't have converter plugs while they had many in a drawer.
A. S.
The rooms are fantastic. Beds very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Really good location and would recommend to anyone thinking of coming.
L. R.
Very good location, easy to find. Brilliant breakfast, couldn’t have been better. Just what we needed.
M. U.
Stayed 2 nights, made to feel very welcome by receptionist Bethany. Special thanks to her. She did a great job.
Specially when I had to wait around in reception for a colleague.
J. H.
Usual pleasant staff and clean rooms. Would recommend and will use again. No bar in hotel but lots of local pubs.
A. N.
Room was pleasant and very quiet. Unfortunately the shower wasn't working 100% at all so hopefully they'll fix it before the next guests arrive!
S. C.
Stayed for 3 nights - perfect location with great air con too. Staff were all ace and my thanks to Adrian (english chap) on front desk with the brilliant advice on navigating London buses/tube

Very nice hotel for business visits. Would not go here with the family but super efficient for a few nights in town. Clean, good facilities.
P. D.
Rooms really clean and beds very comfortable. First time in London really enjoyed my stay at premier Inn
I. F.
Decent location, nice rooms, good breakfast, reasonable price and the reception staff are friendly. Which may work well for foreign visitors but I'm British so I treat that with slight suspicion. Overall recommended!
S. D.
Nice facilities, great central location, good price (esp for London), and great night's sleep as per the guarantee :) room was bigger and nicer than expected. Couldn't have wanted more from a bed for the night.
S. G.
Very friendly staff indeed. Really made me feel comfortable. Spent time chatting. Perfect area to stay in for central London. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.
M.
Really nice stay, very nice room, I always get hot at night but the air conditioning made it easy to sort the room out half way through the night.
T. T.
Nice hotel for a reasonable prize! We choose to eat breakfast and dinner at other places since there are several nice ones nearby. The basement with very little ventilation is not the place I would put a restaurant... It was very greasy since the cooking oil went everywhere...
R. S.
Always a great place to go. Clean, nice , good price and the breakfast is enough not to worry about food for a while. I would recommend it for a nice centric place with a fair price and good services.
G. J.
Fantastic hotel with great breakfast and superb staff. If you want a good hotel in an excellent central location for seeing London's major attractions look no further, I will automatically go back to this one.
V. G.
Great location. Near public transport. Walking distance to British Museum. Plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars/ near by. Friendly efficient staff.
O. R.
The hotel rooms are plain and nice. The beds are soft and comfy. The internet is terrifying though. I expected a hotel in the UK to be skyrocketing with the speed.
a.
First time staying at a Premier Inn and we found it to be an excellent hotel. Very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
D. W.
Quick and easy to arrange and great central yet peaceful location. Good value for where it is but you must have the breakfast - it is excellent and really good value.
D. S.
Really nice stay here. Comfy beds, as always, good aircon and very attentive staff. Great stay
N. R.
Check in and out reception staff were great. Bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in and was not too far away from main streets... fabulously priced
K.
Very nice Premiere Inn, all rooms clean and tidy with very good makeover a few years ago. Staff are friendly and helpful, close to the West End which is walkable.
A. O.
Staff were very friendly, room was immaculate. Very comfortable, great location, great price. I'd definitely stay here again.
J. J.
Great central location in walking distance of Covent Garden in a quiet side street. Plenty of cafes within a few minutes for breakfast from £6.50 if you want a change from the Premier Inn buffet.
S. B.
Pleasant stay in a quiet and spacious room. Free WiFi is a bonus and good breakfast. The staff were friendly.
S. L.
You can't go wrong with a Premier Inn. The rooms are done to a good standard and are well looked after. We rarely stay for breakfast and so I can't comment about that.
S. G.

B. R.
All of London us kicking off, its like a small civil war is happening but it's so quiet in here I wouldn't even know. And it has air-conditioning. All the doors and lifts are secure so I know the riff raff from outside can't get up here.
J. J.
Amazing friendly and warm staff, they really couldn't do enough for you. Lovely comfy rooms and brilliant location 👍🏼
D. H.

Reception and Breakfast Room Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.
C. B.
Great location, clean and wide rooms, 40 inch tv supports hdmi and usb inputs free wifi... No cheese in breakfast

OK, simple, clean but no ups for the coffee I wanted and no takeaway. Bar is also quite dark as in the basement, and lacks personality.
