Absolutely amazing stay. Really pretty hotel foyer. Made so Christmasy. Great restaurant, lovely breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed so comfy. We had 3 rooms for a Boxing Day city break. Excellent choice. Very happy to come back.

Very well situated hotel just minutes from Kings Cross Station. Excellent hygiene precautions in place and there is a restaurant, bar and Costa coffee attached. Worth a visit if you are staying in London and want good transport links.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for just the one night, and to be honest, I wish it was for a week! The hotel is absolutely lovely, the staff are great too! The rooms are spacious for being in London, the bathroom comes with everything you’d want.
The only slight quibble I have (& that’s why I’ve only given my review a 4 ⭐️) is we decided to have breakfast in the morning, we were seated by a chap who didn’t tell us about any of the breakfast items we could have ‘on request’ from the kitchen, such as, all the vegetarian meats and items such as poached eggs etc. We found this out as we were leaving the restaurant and overheard a lady waitress seating another couple.
We’ll definitely be back in the future when visiting London.

Great location right next to Kings Cross Station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, stayed in Premier plus room, excellant value for money.
Only downside no1 refills the coffee pods etc for machine and we were there 2 days, only enough for 1. Gutted the place to eat was closed too, but plenty fast food places nearby.
C. A. B.
Probably better if you're not in 233. Absolutely tiny, and the noise of air con units all night. Restaurant was 'closed for refurbishment ' but there didn't seem to be any work getting done, and even looked more modern than the open one down the road. Think the issue was a shortage of staff, so please if you want some money, and live nearby, come and work for Whitbread.

3* is maybe a bit harsh. The room is fine, check in is straightforward, breakfast is standard Premier Inn. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from King's Cross. It's dropping a star because of the shower and wifi (the standard version, the upgrade kept telling me Internet wasn't available). Both feeble

Loved it. Easily best Prem Inn we've stayed at and we've done a few across the country . Staff were friendly, check in was easy, we needed 2 rooms as have kids and we're put next to each other ( for the first time ). Rooms were clean and equipped to usual standards as they always are. The large lounge at front of house was lovely and created an airy area to relax that's not in the pub or the room which was nice. Costa attached and the steak and grill pub was excellent. Car parking at St Pancras International not cheap, but not the most expensive either and close by being just a couple mins walk. Will use thei Prem Inn again next time we go to London.

Fantastic place to stay when travelling by train to London. Easy access to all tube lines. Local food and drinks are plentiful and rooms are lovely and quiet. Some rooms may be a bit dated and in need of a lick of paint and those lifts definitely need some maintenance, especially as they are being used more now with people not wanting to share. Overall though we had a great stay.

So far so good arrived at 1.15 couldn't have room until 3 but they took the luggage and we went for lunch. Steakhouse attached which is typical eatery in a hotel like this. I had fish and chips which was very nice. Pleasant service.
D. R.
Great location, right beside train station and tube, with a tesco just round the corner. Adjoining restaurant was really nice and staff/rooms spot on.
R. L.
An absolutely superb hotel. Conveniently situated a stones throw away from Kings Cross station. Stunning reception on entrance (trendy with lots of additional facilities; like a restaurant, bar and Costa onsite. The staff were amazing and welcoming and were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were modest but clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and I only wished we had stayed for longer. I would certainly book again and would definitely recommend it. 👌
R. B.
Hotel was lovely.
Would recommend
Only downside was, I went to the bar, which closed early. However they served me. Then 15 minutes later they chased me from the bar, and said I could take my drink out by the reception. 10 minutes after that, I got told to move from there. Was not even 12am, and I felt that I was getting sent to my bed.
I would go back here though.
R. F.
Great location but the room was boiling hot 🔥 🥵 despite reporting many times, nothing was done...no sleeping 😴 absolutely knackered. Breakfast was v good value for money. Would stay again if air con was sorted.
M. R.
I enjoyed my short stay, particularly the restaurant, it was fabulous compared to the simplicity you normally get at Premier Inn restaurants!
K. K.
Excellent location, just round the corner from King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Bright welcoming lobby with plenty of seating and attached to a lovely bar/restaurant
R. C.
An Amazing Premier Inn with Bar + Block Steakhouse and Costa Coffee on site.
Right next door to London Kings Cross Station along York Road.
Lovely Atrium with Plenty of Seating and a "Business Area" with Power Points and Work Areas.
K. H.
Restaurant needs to shape up,makes out to be a steak restaurant but staff don't know the difference between fillet and sirloin.
And a blue fillet us just that, not raw....
J.
Went here 2 years ago and forgot to review the waiter but better late than never! The waiter Eron (i hope i spelled that correctly) was very very kind and very helpful. He made the stay very enjoyable.
K. H.
Hotel is a bit tired now but still a pretty good place to stay as usual staff are excellent
S. B.
Would recommend this hotel most highly. Excellently positioned if you have arrived at Kings Cross or Saint Pancras Railway station. Lovely staff and rooms especially the premium plus are clean and just what you need after sight seeing or theatre going.
B.
Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great value and location. Will be booking again!
K. B.
A very nice Premier Inn. Centrally located allowing easy access to all public travel including the underground, Euston station and not forgetting Kings cross station. Staff were very helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Three downsides that we encountered during our three nights are the lifts were broken more than in use so being on the fourth floor with heavy bags was a bit challenging. The other issue was that the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work so after two adults had a shower the condensation was running down the walls. Also the road was very noisy all night no let up at all even with the extra glazing. All in all a very nice stay again within the Premier Inn chain.
C. M.
Good location for a London trip - well connected with Tube and buses. Plenty of eateries within easy walking distance if you don't want to go further afield. Tesco just down the road for those hotel room essentials. Short walk to Regent's Canal and the redeveloped area around Coal Drop Yard. Hotel is standard Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting; Plus rooms have a small fridge and a basic coffee machine (but still the standard 4 x tiny UHT milks).
M. P.
Very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Humming from plant machinery in centre can disturb sleep. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. No cheese or ham . Only rice crispies, cocopops or weetabix. Would have liked muesli or granola with some variety of prepared fruits not just apples, bananas or oranges.
K. C.
I stayed at this hotel in October 2020 with my Mum. We went to London for the weekend and this hotel was perfect. It had everything we needed and as it was during covid, there were restrictions in place but they dealt with them brilliantly. The restaurant downstairs is great, you can have a lovely breakfast for £9.95, you will need it before shopping in London all day. Highly recommend and we had a fabulous time.
D. W.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff and room was great.
A. D.
I love this Premier Inn!!. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. Lovely restaurant and bar and the location is amazing too.
A. H.
Great night sleep as you would expect with Premier Inn. Lovely lobby area. Great location
M.
Got checked-in about 6 o'clock. We were advised the day before that due to issues check-in would be from 4. Massive queue whilst checking in and very little social distancing.
Vending machines were all but empty of soft drinks for the whole week with no water available. Very noisy street throughout the night. Would avoid this place in the future.
R. R. J.
Very good service. Allows bag storage facility before check in time and after checkout if you have places to visit. Neat and tidy rooms. No mini bar. But that's OK. There is Costa, restaurants and pubs near to it. Close to King's Cross Station.
D. “. K.
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, Great room very clean and fresh. beds so comfortable and truly worthy the breakfast in the morning
N. G.
Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff. Tea and coffee was not replenished which was only gripe. Food is lovely is attached restaurants; however, slightly overpriced.
L. K.
Great hotel in a perfect location for travelling around London. Really friendly, helpful staff and nice, comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend.
V. W.
Whilst the room was good the 45 minute wait at breakfast was soul destroying. I would recommend going elsewhere for this. This is the second time I have stayed there within 2 weeks and hoped that it wouldn't be so long to wait (only 30 minutes previously!). If you have some activity booked in the morning then avoid this...
S. A.
Nice simple room close to King's Cross train station
R. K.
I always associated the likes of premier Inn to be a cheap and basic way to accommodate yourself when needed.
How the times have changed. I'm not sure if it is due to the London location but this hotel was lovely.
We opted for Premier plus, only a small charge extra for this.
Room:
Nice and warm on arrival, free use of the mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water (though only for 1 night, would like the water to match the amount of nights stay).
The bed has ample room and super soft sheets, would like 2 pillows per side with the premium rooms but can't complain too much about that.
The bathroom comes with a shower with unbelievable pressure, it's like having a jet firing water at you when you turn up that speed.
Oh and free use of your own coffee machine.
Service:
Staff are always attentive upon arrival.
M. B. M.
The room was lovely and all the staff were super friendly. Huge thanks to Remy the manager who helped us sort out a wifi problem. When it couldn't get sorted he swapped up to a new (and fancier) room quickly and was really brilliant! Thanks Remy and all the staff!
c. b.
Ate at Bar and Block restaurant. Great food, great prices and very nice to sit and drink at the bar afterwards. Worth a visit for sure
P. S.
It's great value for money! The staff is friendly and helpful. We could go into our room 3 hours earlier than officially possible (we arrived too early). The continental breakfast is delicious and the service there is quite attentive. We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to King's Cross station, the clean room and the adequate safety measures imposed in the light of COVID-19.
If you looking for a customer-oriented accommodation with an affordable price, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
J. N.
Great location for Eurostar departure and everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn.
R. B.
Great, it's so clean and amazing staff. Breakfast is simply beautiful
O. F.
Good place to stay the lifts were a bit dodgy I didn’t seem too safe in them can you sort that out?
l. G.
good place staff was nice and rooms were clean and the food was nice
J. M.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely restaurant.
M. S.
Ideal location, having stayed at many Premier Inns in London this one is low when ranking staff. Not very helpful. Avoid the bar n block, expensive with rubbish food and service to match
H. P.
Very nice places and staff very helpful with yours needs plus clean and drusy free
C. M.
Good location for business or leisure trip to London. Good transport links and lots of restaurants and bars in the locality.
K. W.
Kept waiting when trying to check-in. People behind me dealt with before me. Most people in the lounge area not wearing masks and no attempt to ask guests to put masks on eventhough these people were not consuming. Room clean and good bathroom.
l. b.
enjoyed our stay nice friendly staff 😀
J. H.
Cannot fault this hotel. Clean, tidy l, helpful and the breakfast in the steak house next door is excellent.
I. J.
We stayed in between lockdown and the tier 4 change. We normally stop at the Premier Inn opposite St Pancras, the Kings Cross hotel proved to be cheaper and marginally more convenient with regards location, they're 10 minutes walk from each other. Location is perfect, a few mins walk to Kings Cross train and tube.
Our experience with the staff has always been very positive and this hotel is no different. We rang in advance to discuss the reasons for travel and they were very helpful. Check-in was seamless and the people were very friendly.
At the time a Premier Plus room was only marginally more expensive so that's what we booked. Overall it had some nice touches but for us a standard room would have sufficed. Whilst the TV worked the smart functions such as a guide and many of the channels didn't work. For us the hotel was a base so this wasn't essential, I'm sure the staff would have resolved it if it we'd raised it.
There's a little more on offer with this Premier Inn in that there's a restaurant and a Costa off of a central atrium. It's a good looking modern hotel.
As someone who regularly used to book and stay in London hotels I believe the value is unsurpassed. I certainly couldn't find anything cheaper that offers the same amenities and is so close to travel hubs.
D. H.
Location is amazing. This hotel has fancy lobby, but the rooms aren’t quite as cozy as imagination. The air conditioning isn‘t work and and the room became so hot that needed staff to help fix the problem.
Besides the issue above, it‘s worth to mention that Primier inn‘s king size bed is super comfortable. And the breakfast in bar+block was great!
N. W.
Good nights sleep, comfortable rooms and great location.
T. L.
Can't fault Premier Inn .room clean, breakfast spot on , recommend to everyone, for break in London handy for all services,
S. R.
Lovely hotel with great rooms and friendly staff.

Nice. Small rooms. Good value.
T. J.
Excelled. Really well placed. Great staff great room.

Standard room too expensive, not value for money

The Prem de la Prem! This has to be the best Premier Bin I have ever stayed at, and certainly the best budget hotel I have been allocated by any agency/production company/it contract that I've ever worked for. I'm working in Islington for a couple of days and the location is really convenient. I did bring the car, which I quickly realised was an expensive mistake💸💸💸💸 Parking is expensive in London. Back to the hotel, it has an understated entrance that opens up to a huge open plan foyer with a restaurant and a Costa café and a casual seating area. The Spanish lady that checked me in was very polite and welcoming. The room is the typical Prem neutral two-tone with a multicoloured mass produced wall canvas. Views are rubbish from my room, but I expect the ones at the front will have a good view of King's Cross Station. All the usual facilities: Samsung 42", HDMI, A/V and USB connection wall plate, and unlike some short sighted hotel designers (I'm looking at you Travel Bodge!) these guys placed wall sockets next to the bedside table, so you can plug your phone etc whilst in bed.
This one also has Premier Plus on the 5th floor, but the job won't pay for those fancy rooms :( Maybe I'll pay for an upgrade next time. I will also bring more weed, because I've ran out already and it's not good.
G. B.
Lovely hotel smart, clean and tidy. Restaurant and food also first class.
a. w.
I always use this premier inn when in London , right next to kings cross station, food excellent in the restaurant
P. Y.
Clean cosy and convenient with costa and a steak/ burger restaurant/bar .
A. B.
The Manager and staff were amazing here and really helped me a lot I'm very thankful .
H. R.
Only an overnight stay but the staff were lovely and really helpful with London info. The room was perfect, spotless as always. The bed is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. Had an evening meal in the on site restaurant Bar and Block Steakhouse. Breakfast was great, an all you can eat buffet with hot and cold choices. Nice and quiet despite its central location. Nice and close to all transport links too.
J. Š.
My company uses this hotel very often. The rooms are pretty tidy, the beds are quite comfy. The food downstairs is really good.
The only reason for 4 stars are the soap dispensers in the bathrooms. The soap seems to just be normal cheap handsoap in both the dispenser near the sink and in the bath/shower areas. Makes it look quite cheap and doesn't fit the overall vibe of the hotel.
K. B.
Was only in bed 5 hours but very nice bed
R. L.
Had a premier plus room on the 3rd floor was one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in
F. S.
Great location, helpful staff, the lobby was great, not to busy, our room was sorted for with no problems, felt secure with extra areas where you needed a door card to enter.
Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice, what we had tasted great and fresh!
Really good for a central location with plenty of transport links.
Once in the room so quiet that you wouldn't know your in central London.
C.
Stayed one night. Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. My friends and I were greeted by the lovely Natalie who should be known as the 'Miss World of Smiles '. She wears her crown and sash in bed. (Only joking). Had a very good breakfast.
K. M.
Easy check-in, very friendly staff, safety precautions well placed and clearly indicated, room nice and clean although I'm not quite sure how you are supposed to get you luggage in as the bedroom is a tight squeeze with a duffle bag.
M. T.
Good food and drink. Room could do with a deep clean. Bedding not changed for 5 days. Lots of noise during the night fron the fellow pub and the bins been emptied. Bathroom very nice good shower nice and clean. Very good for tube links to everywhere.
H. P.
We've stayed here 3 or 4 times now due to its proximity to Kings Cross station. The first few times we came, you had to pop over to the other Premier Inn to have breakfast, but this last time we visited, it had expanded and built it's own restaurant which was great. We checked in online which was all straightforward. The rooms were smallish but had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The kids loved the fact they got free breakfast and that it included pancakes! The left luggage facility was also a great bonus as we were going to Wembley where you cant take luggage into the stadium. It meant we could make full use of our last day in London. Staff friendly, helpful and diverse. Will definitely stay there again soon I'm sure
A. J.
We've eaten here a few times this year. We have visited London for business and pleasure. We stay at the Hub just up the road and eat in the Bar and Block restaurant. It's vibrant, buzzing and friendly. The staff are great, food is reasonably priced and always tastes wonderful. The breakfast has got loads of choices and is great value for money.
B. P.
Fantastic location, reasonably priced and the on site restaurant is great
E. Z.
Stayed 4 nights 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7 & 9. Perfect location near underground and Train station.
Very Helpful staff and great breakfast.
Dined at the restaurant and Costa coffee just at the entrance of the hotel.
Great value for money! A++
E. M.
Lovely hotel, cheap, and lovely lobby
H.
Clean, tidy, modern and reasonably priced! We've been a couple of times now and staff are very good/friendly.
B. H.
Absolutely fab place to stay for sight seeing, station and tube just across the road, but still a very quiet hotel. Staff excellent warm and couldn't do enough to help. Room was excellent so comfortable and so clean. The breakfast quality and selection was outstanding and Costco coffee included in the price. Evening meal was also excellent presentation and care to detail is what makes it, even children's meals were excellent and so reasonable. The staff here are exceptional, along with the breakfast! Cannot wait to book again.
J. R.
Convenient for king's Cross as just round the corner and easy for tube too
A. R.
Really modern and nicely decorated foyer, the breakfast was delicious (in the restaurant next door) and the location was so close to King’s cross, it was perfect for us. The rooms were comfortable enough and surprisingly quiet for how central it is. The staff did their job well but do not go out of their way to be friendly.
J. L.
The staff was awesome (except 1)and the hotel in a great location! I had only one issue with the smell of my room. Not sure what it was but it wasnt pleasant. When I brought it to the attention of a staff member, she responded that I should pick up an air freshener. I was out and about till late everyday so it wasnt a big issue to change rooms. I noticed the same smell on the ground floor near the bathrooms. Wonder if it was a sewage issue.
S. T.
An excellent place to stay for a London visit. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was modern and had a good shower. I had breakfast which was excellent, plenty of choice both hot and cold. Vegetarian options were also available. The food was topped up regularly , fruit was plentiful making a good mixture to suit everyone. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and staff cleared things away promptly. A five minute walk from Kings Cross this is an idea place to stay.
J. C.
Lovely clean room. Service was good and drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel with cocktail happy hour between 5-8 each day. Breakfast could've consisted of a better, wider selection but was fine for what we needed. Would recommend staying here. Very good location at a good price for London.
A. W.
Staff are nice and professional. The room was spotless. The foyer has a wonderful buzz in the evenings that gives the place such a warm and cosy feel. The breakfast isn't winning awards but it's certainly not bad. Would definitely stay again
J. K.
Bar and block is a great little restaurant with consistently good food and nice service, rather quiet post covid but not a bad thing at all.
J. I.
Excellent value for money. The WiFi was good, even the free one (which makes a pleasant change) and the room had plenty of sockets for your chargers. The only issue was the lack of a wardrobe/cupboard - we had to live out of our suitcase. But I'd certainly stay there again.
N. 1.
Great location, price and lovely staff for the most part. Did not sleep much at all as the AC hummed all night keeping me up. Even when we turned it off it continued to hum intermittently. I spoke to the guy on reception after about 3 hours of being in the room and he was so unhelpful and had a very laissez faire attitude. So I returned to the room more vexed than when I left. So poor sleep but had a good shower in the morning.
A. U. K.
Its a Premier in... Good basic accommodation at a really affordable price.
You can't beat clean, good, basic accommodation. It is great value for money and handy for the train station and the tube. From the tube you can easily access any part of London quickly and easily.
Situated in the centre of London with nice restaurants around, you are in a really good position to enjoy London.
This hotel is worth considering if you a visit London.Wonderful
E. G.
We love to stay at Premier Inn, we stayed in diverse Premier Inn and they are all beautiful and the one in Kings Cross is not different
W. &. S. G.
Overall a good hotel. Nice and close to the train station and subway. Rooms were small by American standards but neat and clean. Bed was super comfortable. They don't supply wash cloths for some reason. Air conditioning didn't work the best but we used a fan instead. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Just a good clean hotel in the city at a fairly affordable price.
L. C.
Nice, basic, affordable hotel. Good location very near the tube. Good size rooms, but no safe and no telephone so you can't call reception if you need somthing, and we had a towel missing, so we had to go down to the lobby to ask the staff. Nice lobby though, recently renovated. All in all we had a good stay.
I. S.
Good Premier inn staff welcome you.
C.
Fantastic hotel with clean comfy rooms. Check in was quick & simple. Plenty of seating area and very child friendly with tablets for them to use. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge choice of hot, cold and international. Can't fault this hotel and we have used it every time we go to Disney Paris.
P. F.
Location couldn't be better for ease of transportation. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. This visit is no different, excellent service, nothing is a problem to the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, my only niggle is the lack of drawer space, but this isn't a huge problem. Will definitely stay here again.
T. M.
The location is absolutely excellent, but the staff are brilliant Mila, Daniela & Irene were just fabulous, but also the fact that the beds are very comfortable and you can also leave your bags there free of charge once you've checked out so you can go and explore all day before collecting them on route home.
No complaints at all we will book Premier every time excellent value for money
very friendly and very accommodating.
D. A.
Nice building and rooms. Check the shower door slides easily before you get in though. I had room 429 and the door got stuck. Luckily I was strong enough to force it open. Not a fan of the breakfast here (streaky bacon - yuck) and all the glasses were warm, so the juice was too.
M. N.
Very good location I didn't mind paying a little extra to be close to business, and train station, saves all the travel, room were modern, clean, and beds were comfortable staff was helpful, Will book again in future
H. J. H. (.
By far the best hotel I've stayed in yet. Had my doubts about it with the possibility of noise with it being Central London but it's surprisingly quiet. Literally a 1 minute walk from King's Cross which is brilliant after a long journey. Room is spacious and beautiful with a comfortable double bed, extra pillows, futon and TV. The air con has been a lifesaver too. Reception is friendly, and there's also a lovely restaurant joined onto the hotel called Bar & Block which I'd recommend. Overall can't fault it whatsoever, 5 stars.

Wonderful place to stay great location and lovely staff
A. L.
It needs a bit of TLC the in house Costa served some truly horrendous tosted sandwiches never seen anything like it hopefully never again.

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating hotel, the manager and his saff could not do enough for us during our stay, a wide variety of public transport options to all areas of London
R. O.
As always, a high standard. Everything works and is fresh and clean. If you are staying in a budget hotel, it doesn't get any better than this.
M. B.
Great location: next to 6 Tube lines and 3 big train stations. New Premier Inn hotel refurbished rooms.
I'm giving three stars for two reasons:
1) hotel gives rooms for disabled persons without any notification while registering online and off course you can't change it when coming to the hotel if the hotel is fully booked
2) some rooms (probably all exterior rooms looking to the street) can't have window opened. Maybe fine for a weekend stay, but definitelly not for a longer one.
S. B.
Great location next to Kings Cross station. High standard very comfortable rooms slept well. Very modern. And bargain price and friendly helpful staff. Amazing what more do you need after your journey or a day out in London. Reception area welcoming to hang out in too.
J. B.
The website can be misleading but the staff at the Kings Cross Premier Inn are excellent (except the barman).
M.
Clean and descent room and beds. Great for family with small kids. What I liked in the bathroom is the ecofriendly refillable hand soap and shower gel that are now in the dispensers rather than individual plastic bottles.
S. H.
Clean and comfortable did the job for our stay. Can not comment on the restaurant as I did not use it. Staff were informed shame we had other rude guests during our stay that affected us getting a good night's sleep
S. R.
We have used this hotel a few times as it is really convenient for us when we arrive at St Pancras . As with all premier inns you know the rooms are always clean and tidy, the beds comfortable and I've never had a bad nights sleep in one. The staff here are always cheerful and friendly. There is currently a major renovation in progress to the restaurant and reception areas so facilities are a bit limited for the next month or so , but this is not a major problem and I look forward to the new facilities on our next visit.
J. A.
Nice location, quiet nights sleep, nice and clean. A lot of work as gins into COVID-19 safety, Hygiene and information. Found the staff to be friendly and polite.
J. C.
As usual for a premier Inn it provides you with a good bed and decent breakfast . The rooms are quite small and you have the feeling there is no air in them , you can't open a Window neither. Bathroom is tiny and looks like a Turkish steam room if you take a shower longer than 5 min. Reception area is nice with a Costa and friendly staff
L. H.
While huge, busy and a little impersonal, manages to retain main elements that make Premier Inn a cut above other budget hotel chains, like comfortable beds and great breakfast. No view out of my room at all (I guess there was a blank wall where window would have been) wasn't ideal but not a major issue when you're just bedding down to sleep
J. L.
We stayed in the family room. Very happy with everything, room is very clean and newly refurbished bathroom & room. Great location & value for money. Good security to rooms with access card on respective levels. Thank you Sammy for making our stay very comfortable and cosy.
S. M.
Good hotel and excellent location. Kings cross has gone through a transformation over the last few years and the hotel is in a prime location. My room was a bit smaller than the usual premier inn. Bathroom only had a shower which didn't bother me but for some people it might.
M. M.
Conveniently situated in the business district, staff were friendly, breakfast is from a buffet menu with enough variety to meet most people's food preference.
I loved that the hotel offers to keep your luggage after you check out, which allowed me to go shopping whilst waiting for the time for our airport transfer
O. W.
Compact but refined bedroom. Good, cleverly designed space economy. Tasty breakfast choices of mini croissants, pain au chocolats and pain aux raisins, mixed fruits, granola, yogurt and berries. The usual toast and juice too. Check-in was quick and pain free, and check-out took two seconds.
Nothing mind blowing here, but a good, solid all-rounder with no cause for complaint. Just a good restful night's sleep.
F.
I choose this hotel basically because it is very close to 2 big train stations and to the tube as well but I found a very nice place, a nice and big room with a big bathroom, very clean (not spotless because there was dust on the little table). In the building you can find Costa and also a Steak House, so you are sorted.
I really recommend this hotel to everyone.
R. G.
Never had a bad experience here in four years of business travel. All of the reception and house staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful. One of the guys (and I'm ashamed I can't remember his name) remembers me time after time, knows which rooms I prefer and what my company rules are for dinner and drinks. At the end of the day, you expect a Prem to be 3 *, but these guys make it 5* and far better than some of the "luxury" brands selling rooms for three times the price.
M. D.
Great location, room and breakfast. Good social distancing in place too.
K. B.
Comfortable nights sleep and a great location by the train station. Lots of room to do some work in the foyer (with plug sockets etc across a few tables making it easier to hotdesk) and the left luggage service was efficient.
N. B.
The room was spacious with a very large screen tv. Although there was air con it didn't seem to make our room any cooler however it was only April so it wasn't too bad. The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and tasty too.
S. C.
Great value for money, especially the breakfast. Just off the busy Euston Road so a little quieter. Clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Great location for Kings Cross station.
S. A.
Comfortable and user friendly. Nicely done lobby and well done rooms. Excellent staff and service. Offered 50% discount coupons to Costa Coffee as their restaurant was under renovation.
Internet connection is not that good.
N. P.
The hotel is nice with comfortable beds, friendly, professional staff and good choice of dining. Unfortunately I had a room (No 133) with a sorry view of the service entry to the hotel (and nearby Tesco) and was woken up at 4 am by loud banging that continued for a good 15 mins as the trash was collected. This room should be sealed until they put in sound proof windows.
B. S.
The rooms are spacious and bright and the TV has an accessible HDMI port so I could plug in my Chrome Cast. The breakfast is AMAZING! There is all you could ever want and more! The staff are courteous and will do all in their power to help. My favourite part of my stay was watching fresh Panasiocolas come out of the oven and five minutes later they were on my plate! Amazing!
R. B.
Fora hotel restaurant the food is pretty good. The starters are not the best. But the steaks are nice and reasonably priced. Decent beer selection & the wines aren't bad. Steak cooked slightly over for my liking, but was tasty nonetheless. Decent spot for a quick bite if you're in the area.
V. M.
Great hotel in a great location! We stayed there for 7 nights and loved it! The staff is so nice and welcoming, breakfast is super good and there is a Costa coffee in the hotel.
We loved it and coming back again soon!
C. B.
Comfortable hotel, clean and a good customer service. The hotel is really well located as at a walking distance from the train station King's cross. The café and the restaurant are ok but the selection is limited if you have a special diet like me (vegetarian). It s best to explore the Camden or at restaurant nearby for a better variety of choice.
M. P.
Ideal location for an early train out of Saint Pancras. Room was big, bathroom as well. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and checkin easy. The entry lounge is adorable and there is plenty of restaurants to eat from.
Pictures @ 6am but it's a lot more busy in the evening!
H. G.
Very impressed with this hotel and was surprised how good it was. Comfortable, clean and the food in the reaturant was excellent along with the customer service. I anticipate travelling regularly to London in the near future and intend to use this hotel as often as possible.
D. O.
Clean modern hotel and reasonably priced
P.
Location, Customer service, Room facilities, lobby and breakfast can’t fault it. You can drop your luggage at any time. It’s not listed on their website but you can book your continental breakfast at the check in desk. Refurbished to highest standard. Will stay here again!!!
C. S.
Clean contemporary rooms good for overnight stay, don't think I would want to stay for more than couple nights as room was small and no coffee making facility but very good value for the price
m. h.
Food was great at breakfast and was a full English hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and will hold your bags even if its too early to check in. Rooms were very clean. The free wifi is slow but you can 5 pounds and get a upgrade for 24hrs if you need to.
D.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Great value, clean comfy rooms, nothing sordid, great fresh food and since the refurbishment a relaxing swish place to chill after a hard day walking and sightseeing. Shah in the restaurant is the epitome of the Premier Inn brand.
K. E.
So easy. 1) Booked room online. 2) checked in at self service in reception. 3) Found my room clean and comfortable, enjoyed my overnight stay. 4) Handed key card to reception and left. Good customer service isn't always about pleasentries and small talk, just making things easy goes a long way!
A. S.
Great location. Rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly stuff. You are a minute from Kings cross station that have all the main tube lines. Also pleanty of restaurants and bars around. And the prices are fare with great value for money. Recommend !
G. S.
One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed at. Smart TV and great breakfast selection compared to other locations. More modern feel, and lobby has open area to work.
S. S.
Nice modern hotel perfect for getting around London with public transport so close by
S. G.
Really nice and clean. The staff is very welcoming and speaks several languages. The breakfast buffet is also delicious with a wide range of food, both sweet and savory.
A.
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff very helpful and restaurant was equally as good. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
B. D.
Nice quality price ratio. Breakfast (english one) delicious. Staff very kind. Nice patio and bar. At 3 min of kings cross station (and no noise)
J. M.
Very clean. But not sure if it is standard practice to supply towels for one when two in the room? Also it cost more to pre-book breakfast than it was to to just walk in.
J. F.
Our 2nd stay here
Definitely worth the 3rd floor upgrade room superb
K. A.
Everything about this hotel is first class
O. L.
Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are clean, new and convenient. Stuff are friendly, location is close to the tube and railway services. Value for prices payed is awesome. The main con is that room doesn’t have safe box.
E. M.
Stayed here 9 yrs ago, it's very convenient close to the station. Came back from Glasto then straight to check-in the hotel to meet up some friends.
G.
Great location. The room was nice, although I would have liked a bath. The shower was ok, but not as powerful as I would have liked. The bed was average at best, billed as a double, but it was 2 singles bolted together.
B. D. -. B.
Beautiful modern hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were impeccably clean and everything was tina high standard. The breakfast was great value with plenty of options, even for a fussy vegan like me!
P. S.
Renovations ongoing, but did not affect the room. Good sized room, decent quality although bed was a too hard. Excellent location for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. £139 a little pricey. Staff friendly.
E.
This is a pretty good Premier. Ask for a room away from York Way, otherwise you can hear and feel the vibrations of the buses outside your window all night. Restaurant next door is better than the average Thyme or other generic place that they usually have alongside the hotel. Good location, cheap one night stay on a Sunday for us after arriving into KX station late.
H. T.
We came here for dinner and there were a few menu issues with my food which was disappointing, however I must say Dora and Shiv were absolutely 5 stars they were so attentive, apologetic and went the extra mile to fix things. They were both fantastic. Really really helpful
M. P.
Spent two comfortable nights here. Pity the attached Costa and Restaurants were closed due to covid-19, but plenty of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. Very handy Eurostar trains.
J. M.
Nice hotel lot of covid restrictions in place but still very good stay
A. B.
It's a pretty comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The stingy pair of tea bags allocated to each room is insufficient for a British client, but you can make up for it at Breakfast which is generous.
S. R.
Good sized room, very clean, right next to sub way for easy access to central London. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before and after out check in/out times which meant we didn't have to carry them round with us.
N. G.
Decent premier inn, just around the corner from kings cross, loads of restaurants near by
A. D.
Beautifully clean. Only provided us with one hand and one bath between us. Breakfast was £1 per person more expensive when ore booked
C. A.
The friendliest staff (from all over the world) of any hotel I have visited. A brilliant base to explore London. Also, the best breakfast I have ever eaten.
I. R.
Although is a low cost hotel is located in a nice area, bit calm! Friendly staff! Negative points are: On second day we haven't got hot water for a shower but the receptionist told us we could change rooms in another building! The breakfast was a disappointment poor variety!
I. F.
This was our second visit to PI Kings Cross and it was as good as we remembered. The atrium is large, bright and a little quirky.
We checked in very quickly - even though we were a little early - and were given room 429. The room was perfect Premier Inn. All the knick-knacks, amenities and furniture we've come to expect from this hotel chain. The room was clean and fresh as was the toilet/shower room.
4 stars because somewhere - not in the room - a fan/exhaust/something ran all night. I had to screw some toilet paper (unused 😁) into my ears to get some sleep. We were only there for 1 night so I didn't complain although I did mention it when we were checking out and the lovely staff noted it down.
All in all, this is an excellent hotel only a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross Rail Station and a 4 minute stroll crom St Pancras International Rail Station.
L. G.
Very convenient place to stay for early morning Eurostar. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We left too early for breakfast, do unable to comment on good.
P. B.
The food was excellent. We had the steak with sides and it was so tasty! The staff were friendly enough. And the 241 cocktails before 7 were amazing! Definitely worth it!
K. F.
Despite Covid and the 'new normal' the premier room was very comfy and the staff were helpful and the hotel was very well located. Stayed there 3 nights.
J. G.
A great location: five minute walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras stations, five minute walk to the Regents Canal. The rooms are small but clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. Olus, the staff go out of their way to be helpful. And there's a good Costa Cafe on the premises.
T. C. M. F.
You know what you're getting in Premier Inn, clean room, relatively good price (although this is Central London so be prepared to pay a premium) and a great breakfast for an extra fee. Much maligned but I've never had a bad experience with Premier Inn.....
J. G.
2 mins from Kings Cross station, can drop bags, sightsee and check in later. Excellent location
L. M.
Nice foyer, good steak restaurant, room was standard clean and workable room as one would expect from Premier Inn. Two stars knocked off however as ours and our friend's rooms were stiffling hot, air con would not cool below ~24 degrees, and only thing staff could offer were some stand up fans. Poor.
A. S.
Very enjoyable stay. Hotel is centrally located and close to the tube, but on a side road making it quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there is some renovation work currently in the reception area.
S. F.
Spotless unexpectedly large rooms, two minutes from St Pancras. The soundproofing is best I have ever experienced. Staff were super helpful, welcoming and efficient. I can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
P. d. C.
Everything is good. That's the best of all Premier Inns. Food is really good and rooms are done according to the latest specification. The nearby of public transport is another star to be added to total mark.
C. M.
Really nice hotel. We paid for a family room and for breakfast buffet and dinner. The breakfast buffet was free for kids. They offer english breakfast, fuit, yogurt, coffee and juices (apple and orange) also bread. They have a variaty of bread. For breakfast and dinner we paid 26£ per day.
J. B.
The room was very nice and the master bed was very comfortable. The food in the morning was delicious and I liked the fact that we could store our luggage for free. The location was perfect
I. M.
We have stayed there twice now both in January 2009. The first time was the night before we travelled to Disneyland Paris. A quick walk round the corner and your at St Pancras train station and literally just over road from Kings Cross. We also stayed there when we returned from Disneyland paris at 10pm 4 days later. This hotel is extremely clean and very well cared for. The rooms were very modern and beds were fantastic. The bathrooms were all very modern and clean. Seeing i was in the middle of London and right next to 2 major train and tube station the double glazing was great. We even had a bar opposite our room window and could hear nothing. If i had not looked out of the window at 05.45am when we got up i would not have noticed the dustmen and road cleaners working right outside. Meals very nice there and the eat as much as you want really filled us all up for our journeys ahead. Staff we met there were really nice and were really helpful too. Got us a mini bus taxi on the morning we went home to Euston station again only just over 1/2 Mile away. Will definitely use again next time we come to London. Highly Recommend.
B. b. “.
As always the hotel was excellent, my room was up to the usual standard you would expect from the premier Inn chain and service was faultless. I opted to eat in thier restaurant for my evening meal and given my current dietary requirements I must say it was one of the best meals I've had for a while !
10 out of 10 for me.
E. N.
I don't understand why people consider it as a "low cost hotel", it got everything you need, great bed, big room, this hotel specifically has a restaurant, bar and a Costa coffee downstairs, and it is super close to Kings Cross Station. Great value for money, specially if you know a bit about London Hotels pricing.
M. J.
As I didn't stay the night at this Premier Inn, I cannot comment on the room; however I'm sure it would have been to the usual great standard that this chain provides. I did use the restaurant, though, and can say that the whole lower square provides a good few separate places to chill out, consume edibles, or drink bevies. And finally, the location is of course ideal, being right next to Kings Cross and St Pancras.
V. H. R. R.
Great customer service, family room is convenient, air conditioning works very well, clean room, bathroom is good size.
Excellent location to Kings cross station and hop on hop off, totally reccomend it.
S. F.
Excellent place to stay staff are 1st class always on hand to help
C. S.
Moved from Costas to lobby of hotel when Costas closed. Comfortable and fairly quiet on a late Thursday afternoon.
J. M.
Excellent location if you go by Eurostar to London (the st pancras/king's cross underground station is extremely close to the hotel - and nearly all lines stop there), you don't have to take luggage on the underground and on your last day the hotel provides free luggage storage. Quite rooms, comfy bed, good breakfast (both continental and English), helpful staff. We stayed 7 nights and no complaints, would visit again.
M. Z.
Nice, quiet and comfortable place. For me personally a bit cold but (in the bufet) as I saw English people fir them it is normal :).
I was enjoyed my breakfast here.
k. h.
Nice Premier Inn right next to kings cross station, bit of advice if you have trouble sleeping and are given a room above the reception on the road outside, change it you can you hear everything outside even with the secondary double glazing, other than that very enjoyable stay.
G. h.
A nice and chilled place to meet friends for a coffee. Free wireless charging and cosy seating areas.
Located 3 Mins walk away from kings cross station underground. Not hard to miss. I have only visited in the evenings after work so the atmosphere wasn't too busy when I was there.
Not sure how busy it would be on the weekend though. All in all, nice cosy meeting place.
C. R.
Good location, modern, clean and reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was a bit unusual for us, for instance it had no cheese, no meats, no unsalted butter and it felt a bit pricey. Complicated options if you don't want the whole buffet.
U. E.
Dust on surfaces, no milk for tea or coffee, bed very hard, not the room we booked as air conditioning was faulty we got breakfast refunded but not the difference between standard and premium room
J. S.
Excellent price, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Right next to the London underground and Kings Cross for easy access to all of London. However if you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you as the rooms at the back overlook a train line and the hotel is situated next to a bar/club.
L. S.
Stopped at the Premiere Inn at King's Cross. Could not ask for better customer service from Suhrid, he could not do do enough for us he made sure out stay was a very comfortable and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The new updated rooms are very good. Would definitely recommend a stop there. X
C. C.
Pros: Great they have free WiFi trial within the whole hotel as phone reception is very poor. Near to Kings Cross train stations. Costco cafe onsite. Very helpful and friendly front of house staff.
Cons: Close enough to Kings Cross so you get harassed for lose change, when at front of the hotel or sitting in the outside bar area. Not enough seating inside the bar, as they always close half of it off, so had to take drinks to the room in the evenings and they always had no change in the tills, even for a £5 note. The double glazing doesn't keep all the city noise out, but most. Cleaners aren't consistent. OK for a one night stay.
C. P.
Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2017. Right beside Kings Cross and St Pancras which is why we chose it (easy access to the Piccadilly line and straight to Heathrow) but also still quite central. Very quiet and had no issues with noise throughout our stay.
Lovely restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a couple of hours with an optional donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Would happily stay here again.
The only reason I haven't opted for 5 stars were because the room was smaller than I've previously had in Premier Inns but assume that's probably normal in Central London hotels.
R.
Exceeded expectations. Quiet rooms, efficient check in and out, and I appreciated that they had already set up the two spare beds for my kids. Price and location cany be beat.
J. M.
Family friendly. Clean, the lady who sorts the luggage goes above and beyond -funny, friendly and so up beat. Breakfast is lovely.
C. M.
Wonderful service, customer service was great and the room was nice too- spacious modern and very clean. The bed was comfy too!
A. D.
Lovely room clean nice and bright as for one a hotel has numerous spotlights and lamps which amazingly have a decent watt bulb not just a candle flicker.
T. D.
Not a bad hotel very convenient right next to the train station, also staff was pleasant, the room was clean and above hotel like easy hotel, this was £20 more than easy hotel and personally I think it's worth it just for the breakfast alone.
N. P.
Great location to stay, perfect for transportation and St. Pancras is just a short walk too. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Will absolutely stay here again.
G. R.
Helpful staff. Large clean room and comfy bed. Well situated for catching Eurostar at St Pancras
A. M.
Bacon at breakfast very disappointing as it streaky and smoked normal back until smocked would be better noise of fan in bathroom very noisy. Two teabags in room no adequate. Shower cubical needs regrouting
J. H.
The hotel is very well located, close to Kings Cross station and very well served by public transport. Some rooms suffer from noise from the restaurant downstairs otherwise the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable.
B. W.
Awesome location. Room we were given (ground floor) took a while to heat up and there was a random cluncking sound in the morning. Couldn't ask for a better location in proximity to Kings Cross though. Would stay again
M.
The service was polite and friendly, and the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was a bit too soft, though. I would come back
A. P.
Nice comfortable rooms. Free wifi is poor. Breakfast is buffet in the adjoining restaurant. Friendly staff speaking multiple languages. Costa coffee in the lobby.
E. R.
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff but its a base to stay in rather than anything luxurious. You get what you pay for, steady place to sleep with great location.
O. P.
If you are staying here be sure to book a room off the street. York way is busy all night. I hardly slept. Inevitable perhaps in in a big city..but not a good night's sleep guaranteed as Lenny Henry might say. Otherwise it's fine.
F. V. D. V.
Decent hotel in King's X - stayed twice before beds are good and sheets are fresh. Very central to local bars and restaurants and underground.
A. H.
Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are so nice, the rooms are spotless. The rooms are basic but do Cozy and the bed is super comfy.
a. j.
Stayed at the hub premier inn and it was amazing. Great value for money super clean and cosy great TV shower everything you need for a comfortable 2 night stay. Staff lovely free Costa coffee and twinings.
E. D.
The staff were accommodation and helpful with my mum and her mobility scooter, staff couldn't do enough to help especially Balbeir he went out of his way to help us. A lovely stay would recommend and defiantly return xxx
E. H.
Great location and we enjoyed the restaurant too.
M. M.
Functional and well placed for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Aware to save costs Premier Inn only fold over the quilts and don't straighten beds. However disappointed this time that cups and glasses weren't washed or towels hung back in the bathroom.
A.
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is always tidy and clean. Social distancing well adhered to.
s. a. d. h.
Perfect location, lovely new clean hotel, breakfast was lovely, all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Super thanks to Silvester for the decaff coffee, really appreciated!
E. S.
This was great stay in London made all the better by the warmth and professionalism of the staff.
The location of the hotel was excellent for bus transport.
Every aspect was good and met my expectations.
m. d.
I was booked into your hotel this week and i must say i was surprised,it was warm, friendly and very clean. The bed was so comfy, the breakfast was nice.I will b back.Thank you for a great stay.
K. M.
Premier Inn really convenient for Eurostar. Pleasant foyer with seating. Excellent restaurant attached and Costa coffee bar. Staff helpful. Quiet air conditioned room.
L. H.
This is the best Premier Hotel i have stayed in in the Uk and i have stayed in a few. The staff could not of been more helpful, very cheerful, went that extra mile. Would definately recommend it. Thankyou.
N. A.
Big queue to checkin and room's air-conditioning was unsatisfactory.
J. M.
Small room but very comfortable. Bed is above the average. 40“ samsung TV!!. Free WIFI. Very good location close to train station, but the room is noise isolated for a good night sleep.
C. H.
Great room. Decent size and clean. Typical Premier Inn but that is a good thing in you know what you are going to get. Breakfast was excellent.
J. A.
The bed was extremely comfortable & the room extremely quiet.
On the other hand the free WiFi was barely usable. I've been to B&Bs and family hotels in the countryside that had a faster wifi.
O. A.
Nice Premier Inn with real air conditioning which was perfect on a hot summers day. A bit pricey though but it is central London. Only negative was no guest laundry which was a real hassle had to find a local laundromat.
S. R.
Staff were incredibly friendly, room was comfortable although the noise outside kept us up until 3am however, will still return again.. Great restaurant food too!
A. A.
With Premier Inn you know what you are getting... good clean and comfy rooms with excellent beds.
Hotel is well situated and the staff were spot on!
D. B.
Always good. Great location. Fantastically quiet sleep - good quality breakfast
J. E.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quiet it was in view of the close proximity of the railway and the bustle of Kings Cross
P. W.
Very nice Premier Inn, got a good quiet nights sleep as guaranteed. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Restaurant and bar were pleasant and breakfast was good value. Really nothing bad worth saying.
A. G. U.
Great hotel, great location, great price!
Room was 1st floor facing the busy main road on a Saturday night, didn't hear anything all night. Only downside is lighting in the room isn't great, but its the same problem for all hotels I've stayed in recently.
A. F.
Never really been disappointed with a Premier inn, consistent and comfortable.
L. F.
Always use this place when visiting London. Near kings cross which is easy to use for getting around using the tube . Staff are excellent. Nothing is too much for them. Quiet. Unless you have a room onto front area .
C. B.
Lovely stay and great service. We will be using this place again. Recommended for all people. A busy place too.
T. P.
Handy for King's Cross and London underground. Rooms are clean and new reception is better laid out. A bit noisy if you are close to the ground floor with traffic / night clubs nearby
P. S.
Great location, amenities, bar and restaurant. Rooms clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good business hub too.
D. J.
Decent hotel located a stones throw from King's Cross. Loads of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
G. C.
Clean and well turned out, nice reception area, breakfast food was good in the restaurant. The room was far too hot in the morning despite the aircon set to cool down to 19.
I. Y.
Great budget 3 star hotel. Newly refurbished and clean rooms. Stayed for one night, great service, 2 minutes from Kings Cross Station and close to restaurants and bars.
P. A.
A nice comfortable room. Will stay again.
Regrettably no dinner or breakfast due to lock-down rules.
T. W.
Nice room, friendly staff, but not sure about the price of the self service cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay there again, but without the breakfast, sorry.
k. k.
Nice hotel, close to trains and tube. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
A. R.
Nice hotel. Friendly. Rooms good. Price ok for London. Very central. Bar, restaurant, lifts, excellent breakfast. Perfect for a city trip.
S. D.
Not fora stay but to kill some time before a train. Very comfortable coffee shop downstairs and impressive foyer for the hotel itself. Would certainly consider staying.
R. H.
Location could not be better for Kings Cross/St Pancras. Rooms are nice and modern, clean and very comfortable even if smaller than usual for Premier Inn. You can plug audio/video kit into the wall sockets to play through the wall mounted TV (HDMI, USB, 3.5mm jack). If you are in a room facing the way ours was, then there is a lot of noise from the early hours of the morning: bins being moved, crashing and banging from 4am, so recommend you ask for a quiet room.
G. R.
Just the right sort of busy for an additional hoc dinner date. Food is passable, but don't get too excited. Made up for by decent wine and friendly staff.
M. E.
Best hotel we've stayed at on our trip so far. Great amenities including a/c, clean, and a very friendly staff.
S. P.
Great location and good price.
h. i. i.
Clean, tidy and contemporary. Staff go out of their way for you. There is a Costa coffee in the building which offers a great selection and usually doesn't have a cue!
D. J.
Premier Inn provides a really good service in my opinion, and rooms are always made up and it is an easy and efficient service - this PI was no different. However, on this occasion the room was massively over-priced and there were other chains nearby at half-the-price.
A. B.
Great prices and location. Usual clean comfortable Premier Inn. You can leave luggage for a charity donation, great deal compared to the railway stations.
A. E.
Breakfast was good and rooms were tidy. It's very close to King's Cross Station, just on the street at the side. This made it very handy. The only downside was that the room and en suite were very small.
J. A.
Lovely hotel, comfortable beds. Room clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!
j. s.
Nice hotel+very clean tidy, rooms size wise ok, just not a lot of storage for cloths (ok for weekend stay) breakfast very good +good value for money
L. W.
Stayed here at the start of August the room and everything was okay apart from at night and early In the morning there was loud banging noises from outside and the corridor. When telling reception they basically said they couldn't help.
C. S.
Great place to either stay or just pop in for a snack. Coffee shop has business work desks with power sockets and usb charging hubs. All free.
M. D.
Found it very noisy with the bar open to the public on ground floor and pounding music if i I hadnt been so tired it would have been a big problem. I was bitten by something overnight but when complained they said they could not find any bed bugs and have had no other complaints. Put it this way , I didnt have the bite on my foot and one on my groin when I went to bed but did in the morning so something bit me whilst in their bed. I admit it's not usual for Premier Inns but it happened this time. I would use the St Pancras one again before considering this one due to the noise.
M. S.
Ground floor was a little noisy with doors, showers and the like. Accessible, Comfy bed and friendly staff so otherwise happy with my stay
m. t.
Staff where fantastic couldn't be more helpful. Locations is amazing when coming to London by train literally 5 mins away. This meant that we could leave are bags the day we were leaving and pick them up just before the train was due. Definitely coming back to this one.
B. P.
Ok, it's NOT a 4 star hotel. But as Premier Inn's go, one of the best in London. Brand new, 2 second walk from Kings Cross station. All the usual Premier Inn stuff - ATM style check-in, good beds, flat TV . . . For the price, hard to beat near Kings Cross.
S. G.
Great Hotel, close to Kings Cross station and ideally situated for national trains and Underground.
Food in the restaurant is great, and breakfasts are the usual high standard expected at Premier Inn's
Highly recommended!
A. D.
A very good hotel to stay at in Kings Cross we booked premier stay
P. M.
Really friendly and helpful staff, good rooms and great location. Book early to get great rates on your rooms
F. B.
Great service with Premier Inn as usual. Friendly and helpful reception staff managed to arrange an EU/UK power adapter for me. Look forward to another stay.
T. P.
Issues with the very useful location - great for access but 24/7 noisy! As usual for Premier Inn, very clean and very polite staff. If staying, bring earplugs!
C. M.
The Ronseal of hotel chains, you know exactly what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel slap bang in the middle of the recently redeveloped Kings Cross. No longer a hovel, there are decent restaurants and bars nearby these days. Ideally located if you're travelling to/from King's Cross St Pancras Station.
A. B.
Very convenient, staff friendly, room a little small but very clean. Have stayed several times before and will use it again.
R. R.
Small rooms as in London everywhere. Great location. Well connected. Adjacent to Eurostar station St. Pancras & King's Cross underground. Sumptuous English breakfast buffet. Many eateris near the hotel, including Indian.
B. C.
Love Premier Inn. Hotel suited our purpose to go on the Eurostar next day. Clean, comfy beds, lovely staff, ideal location.
L. P.
Lovely room, comfortable bed. Lovely food at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
M. O.
It's a lovely fresh hotel, nicely done up the room was spacious and bed was comfy perfectly located next to Kings cross station
and reasonably priced
Will use again
P. F.
Brilliant clean friendly staff 👌
T. &. Z. H.
Very good location for travelling via King's Cross from Yorkshire - all staff very pleasant - came up to room to fix the TV in 5mins - would use again if visiting London
A. B.
The upgraded rooms are good value
K. K.
Stunning foyer and impeccable service - they really went above and beyond. Reasonably priced and the restaurant is great too! Wouldn't stay anywhere else :)
P. C.
Great price, basic accommodation but perfect if you're just after a base while visiting London. Very comfortable beds!
D. E.
Rooms were nice. Staff was nice. Everything was clean, and the price is good. And you can'te with the location for getting anywhere in London (or beyond).
K. G.
Convenient location for traveling all across London and surrounding area. Easy to get to from all around the country. Very friendly staff. Great food in the joint next to it.
L. B.
Had a fabulous weekend in London this was our home for the duration clean spacious comfortable rooms WiFi available a bar hospitality drinks in the room staff were helpful and polite only a couple of things unfortunately we were woken by outside noise during the night on both evenings which we weren't thankful for, the breakfast plenty of choice everything you would expect but I wouldn't recommend the sausage it's what my Mum calls cereal sausage nothing much to it and just breaks away when cutting into apart from that a nice stay
V. !.
I stay there very often and it's a great hotel ! Clean, tidy and confortable.
Excellent location as well.
r.
Just outside the station, very convenient, impressive lobby unlike the usual Premier Inn, more like a five star hotel. Rooms usual high standard, great staff
E. H.
Booked in yesterday Sat and was on the first floor, didn't get any sleep due to traffic from outside, mentioned it to the manager who greeted us so warmly the next morning and within an hour we had a change of room and complementary breakfast for our discomfort..
The staff are so friendly I would certainly recommend this hotel.
D. P.
Much better than the local Travelodge. Air con, modern rooms. WiFi terrible, including the premium one
A. J.
Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are friendly great stay there for the night close to the station and shops, I will be back there again would recommend to all who visits the Hotel.
A. B.
Had a refurbisheshed room that was very well decorated.
Had a paint smell but this did not bother me too much. Will be great when the s refurbished is finished.
E. C.
Lovey modern accommodation, fantastic staff and shiny clean new bathrooms. Best premier Inn I have ever stayed at. Excellent
R. H.
This is a super convenient hotel with rooms that are very small but efficient. This makes staying here great value but probably not suitable for children.
L. H.
Great location and really convenient to get anywhere in London. Food is good especially at night time. Rooms are comfortable.
R. A.
Could be better especially if mini fridges were in the rooms. I guess since the hotel has its own restaurant and bar, it may be a marketing tactic to get people to spend more.
R. J. N.
Excellent and value for money, 3rd floor executive worth it with spacious rooms
j. c.
Very clean room, best price around, decent size rooms, all staff very helpful, great location.
P. H.
Very nice got would have given 5 stars but the room was to hot no ventilation you couldn't adjust aircon. Breakfast was 1st class
M.
As good as any other hotel of its type/price. Great got being close go st Pancras for early or really late Euro star.
V. D.
Loved it,esp P I Plus,newly refurbished.
A very pleasant surprise.Great location, away from the hubbub and so quiet.
J. A.
Excellent location for passing through London or even staying a few days to explore. Right across the street from King's Cross railway station (Eurostar point of departure!) and London Underground station (Picadilly, Northern, Victoria, Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City lines.)
Large amounts of licensed taxis and Uber drivers roam the area. By the way, tell them '26 York Way, Premier Inn by King's Cross station' to get home at night.
The hotel itself is well kept, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Several locked doors keep rooms isolated from London- quite safe.
R. M.
Very nice. newer than most. relaxing reception and bar area. breakfast was good
A. B.
I was invited for a meeting in the common area. Everything was very nice. Staff is helpful and services are great. Good wi-fi, good coffee and even external screens.
S. T.
Nice place to stay convenient for the station VERY comfortable beds and room is VERY clean breakfast was EXCELLANT in the bar and block restaurant plenty of choice
D. B.
Good rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent food and service from the restaurant and breakfast selection.
D. C.
Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. My only issue was the girly toilet paper.
C. H.
A lovely budget hotel. The hypnos beds are lovely. The hotel is very convenient for St Pancras and the British Library.
Y. C.
Clean and spacious room. The hotel staffs are very attentive too, the only downside is the wifi connection is slow.
A. M.
No phone in room made it inconvenient to ask for anything we needed from front desk. Location is super convenient, room was very quiet.
E.
Great hotel just minutes away from St Pancras train station.
Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay in London.
A. C.
Great location, very helpful staff and a much nicer aesthetic than I was expecting - definitely does not look like a budget hotel!
M. D.
Absolutely bizarre decor at reception. Honestly, I wish I had photos because you need to see it believe it. Art.
Bar could do with staying open a bit longer though.
S. P.
Nice modern hotel with great service. Close to king's cross station. Good for the business traveler
G. L.
Newly refurbished in 2016. So hotel looks nice and fresh. In a great location to get on tubes. Highly recommended
S. I.
Worst of the three Premier Inns in the locality. The accessibility is dirty and at the time did not even have a functional restaurant.
The only advantage is the proximity to the King's Cross station.
I. F.
Given COVID and its affects this hotel is remarkable. Great place to stay
C. L.
I went to the Premier Inn in Kings Cross and I had a bit of trouble with where I wanted to go, so I asked the receptionist and she was so polite, friendly and very bubbly and helped me and my girlfriend with where to go even though she was clearly extremely busy with tending to other customers. Her name was Imdina (hopefully spelled correctly) and I will definitely go there again.
M. S.
Very clean modern room, really good service, even booked a taxi for us.
V. V.
Great hotel.Ideal for our drop off point by train.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast were spot on too.definatly stay there again

No matress for the baby dock, mixed up bookings, but cosy, nice personel and nicely located.
P. A.
Perfectly situated, nicely decorated lobby and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern.

I. S.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Second visit this time and it was even better than the first.

Friendly staff, nice rooms but why does the TV guide never work?
J. T.
Didn't stay in the hotel but had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, service was quick and friendly, good prices for london

P. K.
Great chain hotel, close to stations, quiet, great staff. My go to hotel for London.
S. I.
Location is great in the middle of everything and hotel is grade. Friendly staff and excellent service I have always liked Premier Inn
E. S.
I just popped in to meet a friend here who was staying, but the location was so central and it had a very welcoming lobby with plenty of areas to sit and relax.
S. G.
It's a good place to stay, you have got the underground station a few minutes walk away to get to anywhere in London
M. S.
Great hotel clean and lively great restaurant attached definately worth the upgrade meal plan
T. F.
Lovely rooms with modern decor and furnishings. Very well located for mainline stations. Friendly staff.
J. S.
Does what it says on the tin. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn
C. W.
Typical British hotel. Sorry, all rooms must have windows to open... its is very sad staying in raoom w/o fresh air.
b. S.
Very pleased with our stay, clean comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

M. B.
What a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
r. g.
Was in a good spot for meeting up with my plug
I. N.
The large meeting area on the ground floor is completely open and is very noisy during the working week when it seems to be used like an office.
S. G.
Great location. Efficient staff. Nice lobby and decent bar attached.
D. S.
Like a lot of other newly refurbished premier inns. Only not 5 stars due to the steak steak or steam restaurant (it's not just steaks but you gotta like meat)...
J. M. G. B.
Is a very comfortable hotel. Is a very quite place and the stuff is very kind. Is very near to St.Pancras Station where do you have all tube lines.

No concierge, but the rooms are pretty good. The location is perfect if you just arrived via train. I'd stay here again.
G. B.
Lovely spotless and clean beds are so comfortable and bathrooms are spotless. There are also vend machines and next door is a costa

Great room, excellent hotel service (restaurant a bit slow though). Location good for Eurostar.
Z. B.
5 star for a Prem Inn. This is one of their flagships and deservedly so after a modern makeover. Rooms good. Food good.
Q. F. N.
