K. S.Very nice rooms. Good location to Lewisham central and the train station. An employee who worked called Nikolai was fantastic. Very friendly, very helpful and above all a really nice man. Made us feel very welcome. Would stay again.

Quiet with very little street noise. It's handy for local restaurants and cafes if you don't want to eat in. Excellent location for getting into London.

We were staying in London for a medical procedure so needed some extra help with a few things which he sorted out for us straight away. Took away some stress for us and we are very thankful.

Stayed in room 107, unable to open window to allow fresh air (railway behind window) small room for 4 people and no air circulation. Minimum temperature on heating system could only be 19c that its too worm. Air vent not working properly.
Advice = ask for room facing away from the railway track.

V. K.Excellent location for people visiting the UK or needing to commuteinto London. The hotel is located right next to lewisham train station which takes you straight into central London or out into Kent. There is a tesco supermarket a few yards away and a larger shopping area also a few yards away that has lots of eateries, high street shops and a shopping centre.
The hotel itself was good- clean, with towels and soap provided. The hotel is not grand but definately serves its purpose and the staff were polite.

P. D.Cheap, cheerful and very friendly service. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was grand - good crispy rashers! The room was clean and had a cot waiting for our baby when we checked in, as requested.
R.I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It's a 3 star hotel with 4 star service and treatment. Overall, the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent being 2 minutes from the train station which takes you to the centre of London in 8 minutes. I must add that the breakfast was good quality and there were a variety of things on offer. Every single member of staff was always smiling and happy to help all the time. I really felt they make an effort. Putting together the location, cleanliness and service 5 stars is more than deserved.

E. J.Clean, good sized room. Didn't eat here so don't know what the food is like but it's been good at other premier inns I've been to so I'd guess it's the same. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had an accessible room because it was the only room available so it was a bit bigger and all the furniture was a bit lower down but with me being quite short this wasn't a problem!
P. B.I had a wonderful stay , could have stayed the week and had a total rest. Staff couldnt do enough to make me happy. They really want to make sure all guests are happy and that they are doing things right. Gifted me with cake and prosecco on my birthday morning to make it special. Rooms are comfortable beds are new, rooms are spotless and clean, best hotel I have stayed in for a long time higher standards than 4 or 5 star that I have stayed in. Staff are so polite its refreshing , and all so caring could not do enough to make things nice. My room was on top floor as requested and I did not hear a peep had a lovely sleep. Very nice breakfast all spotless and nice seating very calming. looking forward to returning , thankyou so much to you all for making my birthday morning so special.

J. F.I have to admit I had low expectations from this Premier Inn but it was an absolute delight! The room was spacious (I ordered an infant crib for my son and it had already been set up in the room by the time we checked in) and really clean. The bathroom was similarly well-sized for a budget hotel and the bed was as comfy as you see on those Lenny Henry adverts!
Breakfast bar had a great choice and high chairs for the little'un, and all the staff we met were kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Each stay, my bedroom was always on the side towards Lewisham train tracks. I am also a light sleeper but this was not an issue to me at all. Still manage to sleep like a pig...
Although my recent stay on two different nights on two different rooms, I notice the bathroom lights literally right advice the bath tub where you rest your head - light flickers now and then...
Breakfast, cannot ever fault, cooked to my taste buds every time.
Evening dining, 8oz med cooked steak cooked flawlessly every time! Compliment to the chef!

Close to the town center. 5 minute walk. And same to the railway station which is just round the corner 2 minutes away.
A. E.Whichever side of the hotel you're on, you will hear the Up line bolted rail on the bridge come right through the building. Two lumpy pillows disappointed, but the staff were just fantastic. Couldn't do enough for you.
k. s.Clean,comfortable and reasonably priced. All staff are excellent and always willing to help as best they can. Hotel is in excellent place for trains,DLR and buses all literally across the road. Taxi rank across the road or staff can phone for cab for you. There are good sized rooms suitable for people with disabilities. The train line does run down 1 side of the hotel but rooms have very good sound proofing to outside noise so wasn't a problem. Good restaurant on site for breakfast and evening meals. Free tea/coffee available in your room. Snack/soft drinks machine available. Tea,coffee and other beverages available in the restaraunt/bar area during the day. There is no car park and it is in a busy area but car parking spaces can usually be found in surrounding roads but only free for certain hours. No cashpoint in hotel.
L. M.This is a great location to stay as its very close to public transport links and only 1 stop from London bridge. Hotel staff are wonderfully friendly and the breakfasts kept us going all day. Playground close by for the children and also very close to explore Blackheath and Greenwich, will be back to this hotel without a doubt

I.Amazing place. Very friendly and nice staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever met. They are always ready and willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms are comfy with an AC that you can regulate yourself. I would recommend this place all the time. Good proximity to the shopping mall and bus and train stations

The a/c is rather loud, like a small plane starting up - but quieter - no problem to us; but you can just turn it off if fussy.
It is next to the railway line, silent at night - but there are early trains, reasonably sound proofed.
The whole area is a building site - Sept 2016.
It will be much nicer when done, but does not affect the hotel, no noise at night.
V. K.Very nice hotel. Room very clean and towels changed every day. The room is quite large with big bed and a sofa. The A/C is good so no need to open the windows (they're locked). Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very close to train station (2 minutes walking) . 15-20 minutes to center. Tesco supermarket in 3 minutes walk. Breakfast is really tasty. Restaurant with good prices and tasty food. Bed is very comfortable. Only drawback is lack of refrigerator in the room. Definitely book again next trip to london.

M. S.I chose this hotel after booking a ticket to see Bjork at the O2 arena! :) This is a good hotel and I stayed in Room 102 (family room) for one night on the first floor. Lifts are available as well as stairs but you don't need the lifts unless you have tonnes of luggage. The room door is also right next to the stairwell.
In the room there are the usual facilities; a Smart TV, regular bath and shower, two bins, hair dryer and coffee/tea facilities. Shower mats are provided on request if you need one. Premier are to my knowledge the first chain I have stayed in where the rooms do not have plastic cups *AND* UHT milk cartons, which is a step in the right direction! You also need to place your key-card in the slot next to the door to activate the lighting and power.
The hotel itself is located a short walk from Lewisham Station; if heading to the O2 you can also take the 108 bus from Lockmead Road (about 5 mins away, if that). It's a direct route and takes roughly the same time as the DLR/tube. The only downside was that even for my room on the opposite side, the hotel is adjacent to a rail bridge and tracks and also a few mins walk from the local police station. That means you will occasionally hear the rumble of trains and the odd siren with blue lights.
The staff are friendly and helpful with a 24 hour reception in case of any queries. They are also supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital as their chosen charity.
Would certainly consider again for my next O2 gig! Total price: £66 including continental breakfast for one person, one night.

A. A.We stayed here from 12 to 15 of september and the only thing we would like to complain about is for this women of the staff that has been actually very rude to the guests. Don't know his name but is a very brunnette women with very short black hair. When arriving (12 sept 13.45) in a very rude manner she said "your booking states there's no check in before 14.00" but she finally did checked us in so that awkard moment could be avoided (the same happened with the guests right after us) and also happened at the restaurant that the Costa Coffe machine broke down but there wasn't any warning on it so when i attempted to get some Coffe she practically shouting at me said "there says clearly "no Milk available" I Don't know why we have this here, this is luxury, everyone should just have instant Coffee and that's it"... This things should be considered very carefully The rest of the staff were very kind and friendly with us at every moment...
But besides that, is an Excellent hotel with Great and confortable installations at a very reasonable price. Even though it isn't located at the very city center, it is right in front of the train Station that Will take you to the city center in 20 minutes. We also stayed with our 4 years old boy and everything was pretty fine
A. S.The location is great, less than 3 minutes walk to the DLR and 5 minutes walk to the mall nearby. Rooms are clean and quite big, but I did find a pee stain on the toilet seat. The service are great so far, given that there's not many guess in the hotel, the breakfast is cook on order.

C. B.Great value hotel to stay on a budget near London. The train to London bridge is only 9 minutes and this hotel is right near the station. Compared to hotels closer to London it is much larger, much cheaper and barely any slower to get into central as there is also a train direct to Charing cross.

H. W.Not the best Premiere Inn. Can't fault the staff here however the room was a bit of a disappointment. The window is sealed, I presume to block sound from the railway outside. Between the inner and outer windows there is a white curtain which can't be moved because said windows won't open. This means you can't get a good view out your room. Also because the the rooms are sealed the air became stuffy and stale despite the best efforts of the air con.

Rooms were lovely and most of the staff were nice and helpful, however one particular member of staff, called Norma, was so rude, and I really felt like I was a burden to her. This was not just a once off, it happned a couple of times during our stay. Such a shame as it Spoilt the stay.
