I had to find a hotel in the area quickly due to circumstances and I managed to get a room at this new Premier Inn. I have an accessibility room, as that is all they had available but tomorrow I will be moved to a double room for the rest of my stay. The room is spotlessly clean and so is the bathroom. The standard is that of a much more expensive hotel, with a Large TV mounted on the wall, soft spot lights and full length blackout curtains and art on the walls!!Spotlessly clean sheets and towels and extra pillows. The little restaurant is also very clean and tastefully set out. The serve/ yourself cooked breakfast is good and there is plenty of choice for a continental breakfast as well. Good coffee from the machine with hot frothy milk as well. Super friendly service and atmosphere. I was asked several times if everything was OK and they showed me where everything was . The dinner menu looks good and I will try that too. So far, I am so happy I found this hotel and slept soundly . Very highly recommended 👌👍

Stayed a night with a buddy as lead guest and he forgot to book as twin room. We got there late in the morning and thought it would be too late but the night guy dee assured us that he would take care of it and made the extra bed up for . Very polite lad. Breakfast was good also. All round good experience. I do recommend

Ibrahim was really helpful when we requested for a standing fan. The Manager was polite, truthful, understanding and considerate to our concerns and needs. Although everything in the hotel wasn't perfect the approach of the manager and Ibrahim to resolve the issues we raised was laudable and simply professional. So I give them a 5 star.

The staff at the Premier Inn are absolutely fabulous, very happy and so obliging. Arrived at about 6 o'clock couldn't get any food,that's my only criticism. But great value for money.

Considering it was really cost effective and the rooms were a tight squeeze, the room was clean and bright. The staff were really very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The bathroom was clean, the floor was clean. The room came with lots of tea and coffee with real mugs. There was no road noise even though we were very close to the main road. Triple glazed. Air conditioning unit looked clean. I will probably go back. Even the taxi company they use was so helpful.

Got back a few days ago from our mini break at new Southgate. The hotel is well maintained, newly built with clean modern rooms . Hotel has good links to central London . This is one of the reasons why we choose to stay at this hotel . The hotel has a dedicated team that maintain it . A special mention to Carla whom went above and beyond to ensure our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one . We personally feel that she should be in line for a promotion. Given the way she was able to multi task and deal with customer issues over the course of the weekend . The hotel was full of guests . Carla made it her priority to ensure that all guests where happy and any issues where resolved to the hotel guests satisfaction. During our stay in one particular morning as we headed down for breakfast. There was 2 members of staff Carla and Asha serving a busy restaurant of guests . Both staff members worked hard to ensure that all guests was catered for in a timely manor . They made it look effortless when I am sure it must have been hard work attending to a busy restaurant full of guests . On the whole the team at this hotel deserves full recognition from head office for the way the staff ran such a busy hotel when there was issues with the water supply etc , Staff kept on going and maintained team spirit and continued to provide good customer service that premier inn guests like our family appreciate . This hotel branch has set the standard and for that reason . It is one of our favourite branches . I would highly recommend this branch and we look forward to booking our next stay again at new Southgate premier inn .

Good prices. Close to metro. Nice room. Bummed out that we didn't get our room cleaned on day 2 or towels replaced but can't really complain. Spacious room for a family at very affordable prices.

Staff are very good, room is spacious, very clean and has everything you need. Parking lot is just opposite the hotel and is good value. Also in my opinion safe to park too.

Staff were lovely except one man who was very rude apparently the duty manager!! Excellent value for money and the breakfast was excellent too. I will definitely go back.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I put 3 stars for a reason... The hotel was lovely. The staff were lovely. But the car park was our issue... The gates don’t work and anyone can just walk in. It’s attached to parking for the flats attached. As the gate was just open, our car was broken into at 1:20am but a man, going around and trying to open other car doors too... Spoke to the general manager who did look at CCTV and helped as much as possible but we are waiting for HeadOffice to reply to my email. It has caused my anxiety to go through the roof and made me feel unsafe...

Good no frills base for visiting family and friends. Clean, smart and comfortable, but the bar closed at 10:00pm. Good Breakfasts in the morning.

No free car park and no windows in the rooms so can get stuffy. Eating food in the room not a good idea as food smell stays long due to no windows. Otherwise very clean and comfy

I stayed here with my two little girls due to emergency housing situation. We were greeted at the entrance by lovely member of staff who made us feel at easy and was super helpful. We stayed in family room which was so clean my little one took her shoes at the entrence. We had big bed and little sofa that was made for my 3 year old into her own bed. Bathroom was also super clean with beautiful bath (which was very helpful specially for bathing my baby). There was plenty of towels, hangers, kettle, tea, coffee, TV with freeview, internet access and hair dryer to make us feel at home. There were two beautiful mirrors one floor length and one vanity (plus bathroom) so (past pandemic) very helpful if you getting ready to go out. Car park cost £5 for 24 hours and it's in secure location (gate entrence). Staff was so helpful and kind and room so lovely my little girl asked "if we could stay here forever" and if "this could be our new house". Sadly we had to leave after a short stay but as soon as pandemic is over i promised her we will be back. To all of the staff big thank you. Quick note for the people with kids. There is lovely little playground on the back of the hotel and one further down on Upper Park Road opposite new Southgate millennium Green. There is also shop past this playground which is much better stocked (and better priced) then the petrol station opposite hotel.

I stayed for one night last week and felt comfortable straight away. Clean room, great customer service, very helpful and attentive staff

Disappointed, rooms are to the usual high standard and staff were great. But with the current situation they only provided a small take away selection of food from the restaurant, which when I ordered was bad, looked like just a microwave meal which is placed on a plate. Save your money either order a takeaway or like I did go across the road and get something from M&S food as I couldn't eat what Premier Inn had provided. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but just took way too long, 25 minutes but which time I had to get back on the road
