S. M.Really great located hotel for London Bridge Station and Southwark Cathedral where we were beginning a running event. The hotel was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and rooms well designed to make use of the small space. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn and the staff were helpful too. There is a bar/cafe on site but plenty of local restaurants and takeaways. It's an easy walk or tube to all major tourist attractions and just 5 minutes to the river and the Southbank.
R. A.Probably in the top three Premier Inn's I have ever stayed in and I have stopped in quite a few. This one is all about the great value for money it offers considering the location. London Southwark is a perfect location for a tourist. From boat trips on the Thames to the Tower Of London, the Shakespeare's Globe theatre, Tate Modern Art Gallery and the Clinker museum you're just a short walk away from them all. There are plenty of local places to eat, far too many to start listing and the hotel itself is what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean, friendly staff comfortable beds and free WiFi.

Our room was right on top of Borough High Street, which is a busy road. However, we literally could not hear any vehicles! It was amazing how they made it so sound-proof! Excellent! Recommended if you need a place to stay in the area, and walking distance from the railway station and lots of pubs as well as walks along the Thames!

L. M.This Premier Inn is modern, very clean and has a very good location. It's a 5 minute walk away from Bankside with pubs and restaurants. This is a great place to visit at night. The hotel is new and is right on the high street, London Bridge station is a 2 minute walk up the road. We were on the top floor, it was quiet and we had a good view south. The breakfast is good, with plenty of seating. The staff are friendly too. Overall this is a great place to stay.

M. M.I regularly stay in premier inns with work and this was definitely one of the nicest ones. Very modern, new and clean rooms. Absolutely no background noise so had a great sleep. Only fault was the very poor on site restaurant which had a choice of 7 meals.
T. W.Stayed for one night. Room as you would expect. Good night's sleep. However I would not recommend eating here. I ordered the beef and cheddar pie with vegetables. Food prepared by the general staff, vegetables served with my meal were cold / partially frozen. Ate the pie as it was hot. When I told the staff my vegetables were cold / frozen the attitude was you should have told us sooner so we could have fixed it. Completely missing the point that I shouldn't have received cold/frozen vegetables. I was not charged and got an apology, but concerns regarding what training reception staff get for food prep.
G. R.Fantastic long weekend stay here. Social distancing was in place but didn't mar our enjoyment. South of the river, right beside the Shard. London bridge tube station literally 300 yards away so really quick journeys into central London.
T. D.We've stayed here two times, once in 2017 (the year the hotel opened) and in 2018. Both times we stayed for two nights in rooms 410 and 407 on the fourth floor. Room 410 had a small window but a view of the Shard; we were promised that room 407 had a 'skyline view', but it didn't. I'd say our 2017 stay was a better experience because of the view from the room and a slightly higher quality and even cleaner of room compared to the room we stayed in our 2018 visit. Plus, the TV remote in our later stay went on the blink. But hey, nothings perfect! (But we would prefer it we weren't lied to.)
There is a small breakfast bar and Costa Coffee conected to the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it's up to standard.
The hotel is in a prime location for anyone visiting the central parts of London, with local transport links with the Tube and buses.
The staff were nice and helpful, albeit some of them don't speak every good English.
Overall, Premier Inn London Southwark (Borough High Street) is a clean and trendy hotel with brilliant features for a good price. There's no reason not to stop here if you're planning a budget visit to London.

Good check in experience but morning staff off-hand and not that interested in guests needs. Was told to eat in small breakfast area at ground level and not to go upstairs despite no free tables available. No phone number for reception for any night time problems. Not intetested in an issue with the heating in the room. Not your usual standard Premier Inn...

T. C.Everything you'd expect of a Premier Inn. Our room overlooked the main road so we got the occasional car with a loud stereo and/or exhaust wait at the traffic lights outside. The plumbing needed setting to as it would whistle whenever someone used a tap or took a shower. They could do with some more seating in the restaurant as there was a bit of a wait for breakfast in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and informed us on our arrival of everything we needed to know to ensure our stay was as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Good selection of pillows in the room, bath and shower. Room size was great for the price and location. Large LCD TV with inputs for your own audio, USB media or HDMI source. There's no sports facilities or pool and the hotel isn't as family friendly as some but I'd happily go back.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore neck after a couple days. Also, the WiFi was slow and constantly needed to be reconnected.

The only criticism I have is the twin rooms. There is a double bed and a chaise longe which for a 15yr old was ok for one night but no longer. Having said that we would book again if needed.

And when you wash and clear a table for next clients, it's inconceivable to leave none used cutlery from last clients on the table for next clients!!! What do you think if the last client who touched only a knife with his fingers while he got a stomach bug? What will you do if all your clients catch a stomach bug? A real epidemic!!! Please teach your staff some health rules!!!
The towels don't smell good at all. I told it already to the Premier Inn in Blackfriars. There isa real problem with it. They smell the wet towels already used and dried in the dryer without been washed!!! I think you should talk to your laundry service.

S. R.Not the best stay in Premier Inn I've had. I requested an iron which took 45 minutes and 2 visits to reception to get, resulting in me being late. I tried phoning reception, however after waiting on hold for around 3 mins it automatically hangs up, telling you to use the website or try calling back. Finally, I stayed in a disabled room and if I'd spent about another minute in the shower the room would have flooded. I'm guessing the wet room drain was blocked.
Hopefully, my experiences were a one off as I've never had problems at other Permier Inns.

C.Me and brother ended up on a saturday night in London without having any accomodation , we thought we will easily find a room somewhere, but it turned out that every hotel/inn/everything everywhere were full, just like premier inn as well, but it started to be cold outside as i was just standing and making phone calls desperately to try to find any accommodation, and the staff at Premier Inn let us stay inside in the warm, at the reception until we somehow found a free room somewhere else. Thsnk you so much for that!! Cheers!

Being 2 adults and 4 children, we had booked 2 family rooms: they are pleasant, spacious, clean and above all very very quiet. We were inside and we couldn't hear our neighbors either, as if we were alone upstairs! It was great to rest after the hustle and bustle of the day. The breakfast is good, plentiful and all you can eat and it's free for children.
The hotel is very well located, a short walk from 2 tube stations as well as London Bridge station (you can reach Gatwick directly, which is very convenient for arrival and departure; in addition, you can leave your free luggage at the hotel according to our flight schedule). There is a small supermarket at the foot of the hotel to buy the lunch picnic and several restaurants nearby for the evening.

Etant 2 adultes et 4 enfants, nous avions réservé 2 chambres familiales : elles sont agréables, spacieuses, propres et surtout très très calmes. Nous donnions sur l'intérieur et nous n'entendions pas non plus nos voisins, à croire que nous étions seuls à l'étage ! C'était super pour se reposer après l'agitation de la journée. Le petit déjeuner est bon, copieux et à volonté et c'est gratuit pour les enfants.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques pas de 2 stations de métro ainsi que de la gare du London Bridge ( on rejoint Gatwick directement, ce qui est très pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ; de plus, on peut laisser ses bagages gratuitement à l'hôtel selon l'horaire de nos vols ). Il y a un petit supermarché au pied de l'hôtel pour acheter le pique-nique de midi et plusieurs restaus à proximité pour le soir.
Bref, un hôtel à recommander !

Aunque no es el centro en sí es una zona muy bien comunicada, con estación de metro al lado ( en 10 minutos estás en Westminster), estación de tren cerca para transporte al aeropuerto, zona de mucho ambiente y justo debajo del hotel en el mismo edificio hay un super Tesco donde puede encontrarse todo lo necesario y a un precio muy asequible para ser Londres, todas las noches ponen ofertas de productos tirados de precio.
Pudimos entrar antes de la hora de check-in porque había una habitación lista y a la salida pudimos dejar las maletas para recogerlas más tarde.
