G. D.The room was clean tidy, there's vending machines in the lobby for bits like snacks, drinks, phone chargers, toothbrushes etc. Checked in quickly with friendly staff. The staff member was very efficient when telling them about a small disturbance of someone knocking on our door and running off, they went on their walk around immediately. No delays leaving as no need to check put just drop off key cards in box. Very pleasant stay.
M. W.Me and my girlfriend stayed one night for her birthday. We wanted to stay more. Couldn't have asked for a nice area, building or room. Helpful and friendly staff.
Hallway smelt strongly of cleaning products the whole time we were there which, on the one hand is a good sign, yet on the other it was a bit sickly.
Good value for money and plenty to do in the area.
Very comfortable bed and slept deeply.

J. B.Extremely lovely staff who were very kind and caring, the rooms were in excellent condition, very modern with the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The location is excellent being only a minute walk from Southwark underground station, and central to lots of shops such as Tesco or Pret. Very quiet hotel, never disturbed, breakfast was delicious. Shall be staying here again very soon.

W.A really nice hotel located in a great place, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it's only a short walk from Waterloo train station, there are so many places dotted around close by to eat at. We ate at the Bar and Block which is part of the hotel and the food was really good. They do an offer of £26 pp and that includes an evening meal (everything on the proper menu) nibble, starter or dessert, main and drink (alcoholic or soft) then the all you can eat breakfast in the morning, bargain.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to London.

Ask at reception for tea coffee etc, and clean towels.
Travelled with usband daughter and 2 grandchildren. We had 2 rooms next to each other.
Booked for breakfast on both mornings, disapointed on first morning went in at start and cooked items were cold.
Went in half way through service next morning and food wasnt any warmer.
Next time would have breakfast in pub next door.
Nandos and wagamama opposite for evening meals.
Will be back as its good location.
M. J.One of the newer PI hotels. Set in a rather nice semi-courtyard between The Cut and Ufford St.
Really rather wonderfully spacious high quality double rooms. Enough space on a desk for your laptop and monitor. Very, very quiet.
Breakfast is a full hearty English. A little low on fruit and yoghurt. You will need to request for porridge.
Be aware that restaurant staff are slow-ish at clearing. So if you're in a rush, go down for breakfast early as there's a min 10-15 minute queue to be seated.
It's true about the astonishingly comfortable 'hug you to sleep' beds.
Staff/ team at reception really understand hospitality.
I'd definitely stay at this one again!
n. a.Very clean and tidy hotel. The only downside was that we had to queue outside as the restaurant was very busy. It was our own fault as we were warned to get there early, but so did everyone else!. Thankfully it wasn't raining. But the breakfast was well worth it. I felt sorry for the staff in there as they clearly understaffed and running around like headless chickens trying to keep up, but they did brilliantly under so much pressure.

P. K.Very good. Unfortunately transferred here at short notice due to problem at my preferred choice. Need not have worried though, hotel is very clean and room is well laid out and every convenience thought of. In great location on The Cut, Southwark. Lots of great eateries within a very short walk of the hotel as are the Young Vic and Old Vic theatres. Hotel has its own good restaurant.
S. A. M.The great service began before we even booked in as we were able to leave our luggage whilst we were sightseeing. The hotel was clean, room immaculate although we had initial problems with the water. The area was also so quiet you didn't realise that you were in the middle of London. Would definitely stay here again.

L.Our room was in the basement which was a 1st for us but apart from a few wierd knocking noises in the night we slept well and the room was to the usual high, clean standard I expect from Premier Inn. There was a long queue for breakfast, but once we got seated the food was replaced reasonably quick, although there were things missing that were on the menu. It was a weekend stay 3 weeks before Christmas though, so I imagine they were crazy busy and none of the above spoiled our visit and I would return here.

Premier Inn always deliver for value and this was no exception. Slightly smaller rooms by Premier Inn standards but an excellent Hypnos bed and good shower takes the edge off that
A. M.I was super impressed. Great value for money. Really well located - a number of bars, supermarkets and a costa coffee nearby. Close to an underground and train station. The room was modern and clean. Checkin and checkout were easy.

Disappointing, if we were wanting to go off sightseeing for the day it would have been very annoying. N. P.Stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. For my first time in London any question I asked was answered with politeness and enthusiasm. Food in the restaurant was fantastic and its situated in a great place to go and explore. Will definayely be back in the future.

J. P.Very nice area of London, seems to be a newish building. Lots of places to eat locally and very short walk to the river. Had to queue for quite a while to speak to front desk about checkin, but a lot of places are struggling for staff so understandable.
J. P.The hotel is very new, in a great location and extremely reasonably-priced at the moment. However, check-in was not smooth. We were told no rooms were available when we came to check-in at about 5.30pm on a confirmed booking. Eventually a room was found for us, making us late for our evening plans. There was a blown bulb on one of the bedside lights in the room and the aircon is quite noisy. As always, the Premier Inn beds are pretty comfy for a budget hotel.

C.Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly we had the family room and the single bed hadn't been made, when I went to reception to let them know she was very apologetic and she had it sorted and all made up in less than 10 minutes, we found our room to be very clean, The only thing I could say thats not great is the signs to find it and to tell you where to go, on the first night of our stay in London we did struggle to find it it was dark and its sort of set back inbetween buildings and down a pathway so no big lit up signs,so we did struggle a bit but once you find it it's great though.

R. S.A surprisingly cheap hotel in the centre of London. Conveniently situated near to a subway station and a number of local eateries. The room was clean, well sized and comfortable, especially for the money.
Next door is an all you can eat breakfast buffet for those who like to eat a substantial meal in a morning.

J. v.We stayed at this Premier Inn for 3 nights to explore London. The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location not far from Southwark Tube Station. A Tesco Expeess & Sainsburys are In short walking distance too.
We arrived just after 11:00 on Thursday and was informed our room was ready to be checked into. This was fantastic to be able to change/freshen up after our train journey.
The room (240) was clean, well equipped and everything we expected from a Premier Inn.
The best bit was the shower - WOW! Fantastic pressure and by far the best Premier Inn shower I've EVER HAD!
Due to COVID-19 rooms aren't being serviced each day but the reception team were nothing short of amazing. We asked for fresh towels, glasses and cups all of which were provided with a smile.
The only reason for leaving a 4* review was that on arrival our toilet seat was broken (the lid came off) - despite advising this to reception on two occasions this was not rectified - I do have to question why this wasn't picked up on during room cleaning.
The adjoined Bar & Block (Beefeater) is worth a visit, reasonable pricing and great cocktails!

It’s well located with easy access to the tube or plenty of room for your taxi to drop you off from an escapade of drinks in Borough Market, or some partying in Soho!
C. 8.Good value for Central London. Located just a short walk from both Southwark and Waterloo stations, it is in an ideal location. Its modern, clean and the Covid 19 measures were excellent. The room itself was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The price for two nights was very reasonable and worth being out of Central London slightly for it. I would stay there again.

C. G.It was an okay experience. Staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. The family room was clean but one of the smallest we've had. Location handy for the tube station (Southwark) and not far to Waterloo. Very quiet in the room at night. The breakfast let it down. A huge long queue out of the door on Sunday morning! Not nice having to wait in the cold for a table which we'd pre-booked. Once inside, the staff were miserable and the food was average. We've definitely had much more choice at Premier Inns elsewhere (not sure if this is the new normal post-pandemic).
