Reviews of Premier Inn London St Pancras hotel

Brilliant doorstep hotel when Using either Euston Station or St Pancras Station. Good big family room, with comfortable beds. No restaurant open due to refurbishment and when I needed to get a bottle of water there was non available at the hotel at 11pm. So had to go out to find a shop. Wasn't best impressed especially when the vending machine had water in it but was told its only a display bottle!!!!. Anyways customer service was good and they held our luggage until later in the day. So overall a great hotel

Lovely airy rooms with good space. Only thing that wasn’t good was the pull out bed in family room, it was lumps and bumps…..as it is for the kids, having a bed that digs them in the ribs and back is not ideal so I’m assuming the other single beds in the family room are the same. Awful.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay, really friendly staff and breakfast was great

The usual Premier inn formula of comfortable bed and clean room and efficient check in and out. It was spoiled on this occasion by having to wait well over an hour for service at the evening meal despite booking a time on check in. Total time for a 2 course meal 2hours 15minutes. The waiter was very apologetic and we received free drinks.
Normal very efficient service was resumed at breakfast. Hope the problems were just a blip.

Having visited a number of times, I had what I've come to regard as my usual room, facing away from the busy road. It was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy and staff were really nice. The only problem I had was working the keycard lift, and this was easily fixed. I didn't eat in, as I was going out early.

Room was spot on as ever. You know what you're getting with the Purple Palace!
The restaurant was in absolute disarray. I was booked in for 7pm and nobody took my order (including my drink) for 35 minutes. Plenty of people walking around cleaning tables but not a sniff of service. Not sure what's going on in the background but it's not what I needed at the end of a very long day.
Minor update: It's not just the restaurant. It's everyone. They're literally useless. Took almost 10 minutes just to get some teabags for my room. There's something very wrong here today.

Nice hotel, fab staff. Had a family room. Pull up bed a bit hard and uncomfortable. Could maybe put a sliding partition for a bit of privacy for the children. Especially as the children I had with me are looked after children and would have liked a bit more privacy

Overall good value for money, but prices do change a lot. Location is very convenient for the main Kings Cross stations. Rooms are generally of good quality and even on the main road they're quite at night. At busy times staff are stretched and wait times can be excessive, but the staff do try their best to help. A few tweaks and more staffing would make this a great place to stay.

Fantastic welcome couldn't help us enough as my husband is disabled and they changed our room to accommodate us. We had the meal deal and it was amazing the staff again couldn't help us enough, the food was great. We will definitely be staying again.

Stayed here before when visiting London. Clean and comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Very handy for Pancras Station.
R.
Great nights sleep but unfortunately you can only access the higher floors by lift as no internal stairs after the 1st floor . Not good If you don't like using lifts.. Shane.

Pretty standard Premier Inn, no frills but ideal for London centre. The breakfast on Sunday morning was poor as the staff had totally underestimated the volume of people going through and shortages were plentiful. Monday's breakfast was fine
A. J.
A little tired. Very busy at all breakfast times. The room was clean and tidy and the desk staff were overworked but pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.
A. P.
Very nice and welcoming. Loved hotel and staff. Coffee in inside costa was a delightful. Room was nice clean and adorable. Unfortunately wasn't able to stay longer in hotel as i was attending wedding nearby and was staying for changing and keeping my belongings there. Would love to book again if there will be any chance of visiting there.

Very pleasant first day and night but second day was ruined by one staff member. quick, easy and sufficient check in, good breakfast, pleasant staff, however one staff member was quite rude and not helpful when looking for our luggage, answering a personal phone call and made us look for our own bags, also throwing others bags and suitcases out the storage room. overall great experience , just had to be ruined by that one staff member.

Fantastic room size, friendly staff, lovely interior and cosy room. Large mattress with soft cushiony feel as well as lots of pillows and a massive TV. Would 100% be 5* if it wasn’t for the heat control issues with the bedroom. Extremely warm at night and evening … even with air con and both windows open I’m yet to have a good nights sleep or wake up in middle of night. Still a couple nights to go so this may change, but I’d of expected this issue to pass much quicker than it has done.
One mans sugar is another mans salt as they say (I think 😂) … so some may prefer overly warm than cool, calm and comfy.

Good clean quiet room and powerful shower as expected. Good buffet hot breakfast, except scrambled eggs which looked very dubious! Easy all hours check-in and out, and bag drop. Wierd how reception is up a staircase to the side, feels like you are just walking into an office building at first, but doesn't really matter! Would stay again, so convenient for kings cross st pancras.

Rooms are not serviced during your stay, so glad we only stayed two nights. Breakfast second morning was chaotic. Staff were struggling to keep everything stocked up - food, cutlery, plates and cups. Felt sorry for them to be honest.
We were told by email that we wouldn't be able to check in until 4 pm and couldn't leave luggage there. We paid to drop luggage at a nearby location and then the hotel let us check in at 2 pm. When we left people were leaving luggage in the storage room!
If hotels are struggling to get staff shouldn't they have a staff to customer ratio?
We have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time we have been disappointed with our stay.
A. M.
We stopped here for an evening meal at Thyme on our way back to the station.
We were quickly greeted and could choose where to sit. Due to the current situation with HGV drivers some items were unavailable but the curry we had selected was in stock. It was served quickly and was delicious.
Our server Derrick was attentive, polite and friendly.
K. B.
Good location. However we did get stuck in the lift for 5 minutes and when explained to staff member she laughed!!!! Not good when you end up with 3 children completely freaked out with it(2 of whom have additional needs and were having a meltdown), asked if we could use stairs, showed another route to stairs but door was locked. Breakfast okay, although did seem a bit short staffed
n. b.
very clean and tidy.
staff was a little unsure if a guide dog was allowed which was disappointing as the person booking people in should be made aware of rules regarding guide dogs. the booking also stated i had guide dog with me so they was aware in advance so management could have pre warned them. once they got the confusion over they were good. the aircon in the rooms worked great they were clean rooms altho the bin wasnt emptied from last person, and considering covid i thought that would have been emptied along with the cup with lipstains on
R. G.
Not as good as other premier Inn hotels. Staff shortage appeared to be an issue as well as the friendliness of staff. Distinct lack of alcohol available also appeared to be an issue although this was a supply issue. This hotel needs to hire more waiting staff, especially at the restaurant.
T. J.
Perfect location for our Eurostar journey. Friendly staff. Good basic food for dinner and full buffet breakfast. Rooms smaller than some premier inns
K. H.
Booked two families into the same room when it got sorted room was cold as heating didn't work, shower was just a trickle, beds are comfortable
M. E.
Good hotel, comfortable beds. Locked storage available near reception if you want to check out and secure your bags to explore the city before leaving.
W. M.
Good location close to British Library and Kings Cross St Pancreas stations. Presently short of many food and drink items which is disappointing. Nice quiet rooms.
M. T.
A brilliant hotel in the heart of the city, everything you need, The breakfast (cooked) could have been kept on top of meaning the items run out quick but restocking was not quick.
D. C.
Kept clean and tidy. Good Covid routine practiced.
Meals were quite reasonable, but they kept running out of some hot breakfast items.
P. S.
Clean but very basic so don't expect any frills.Staff tried to be very helpful but it was a busy time especially at check-in so cannot fault her at all.
N. I.
Nice room perfectly located near euston and st pancreas and the tube. Reasonable price, make sure to adjust the ac.
L. W.
Good prices, good sleep. Most of it is ok, it's just the staff. They have barely any for check in and they have about 1 staff member on the morning buffet cleaning tables, seating people, getting more cutlery, doing everything so it takes a while to get seated. Overall, good place, great location, just low staff.
G. H.
Comfortable stay and all you can eat breakfast was very nice.
P. p.
Hmmmmm not very clean but I can only surmise thats due to the lack of staff. They were very thin on the ground. Couldn't get clean towels unless we picked them up ourselves from reception. Nobody said so I had to try to dry myself on a towel that had been in the tub all day waiting to be changed
D. A. M.
Good value, location and lovely staff. Luggage room available until late
C. I.
Excellent customer service.
Despite being exceptionally busy the staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
The room was quiet and comfortable.
R. C.
Typical Premier Inn. Comfortable bed. Took a while to book in because all electronic units were down. Great help from staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Exemplary.
A. K.
Breakfast service and reception were a little slow, juices and even cups for hot drinks kept running out
Online booking doesn't allow you to choose a double room with 2 double beds if you are booking with a child, I think this should be an option especially for older children
D. V.
Breakfast on one day was manic with a huge queue for the hot breakfast. They were so understaffed that day. Other than that the place was good and our room was cleaned when we asked.
M. S.
Not properly up 2 standard of others stopped in .put in a disabled room.went 2 have a wash full ov hairs after someone had shaved no hot water.so had 2 use shower for water.stop wembley next time wear rooms are up 2 better standerd
A. W.
Excellent staff, ideal location.
Will look to stay again, if the price is right
J. M.
We have here previously and everything was fine. However, this time was very different. Hotel obviously very short staffed, and wait for breakfast service almost 2 hours on Sunday morning. Also telephones removed from rooms without explanation. May be different now as Covid restrictions now lifted.
m. t.
Easy check in, comfy room, nice breakfast all in central London, and at a reasonable price.
J. P.
Hotel was adequate for our needs, bed always comfortable, bathroom door did not shut, needs attention, room 448. Sunday morning breakfast had lots shortages, need more staff on the floor
J. D.
Slow check in even though already booked . Had to book for breakfast but no suitable time for me ( too early or too late ) ....Staff friendly and guess all due to Covid , hence why not lower marks as generally love PIs.......Busy so got accessible room , not a problem , great wetroom , so much better than climbing into a bath 😀
P. S.
Room comfortable, no beer on tap in bar. All items on breakfast menu not ready at same time very inconvenient.
S. G.
dinner was not good and not worth it. red wine and beer were including in the dinner package BUT NOT alcohol-free beer or even appetizer, very strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A. B.
A nice clean and well maintained hotel. It can be very expensive if booking last minute but there are some good discounts if you plan ahead. Check in was efficient and friendly, and our advance room requests were met. The rooms were clean and bright; they are not styled to the modern Premier Inn standard but were in good decorative order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the curtains in our room were very short; the big window let in a lot of light as a result which impacted our sleep. Overall highly recommended, particularly so recommended over the inferior Kings Cross Premier Inn Hotel.
S. L.
Nice hotel, ideally placed for St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston Station.
L. B.
Affordable, super close to train station, good bed, quiet rooms, busy hotel
C. K.
Lovely, lovely staff here - Sara, in particular is a gem! Tasty food, quiet rooms, proper working a/c. Plus: the beds really are as comfortable as their advertising promises. Great location, close to tube stations. Will definitely be our base for future London trips!
p. a.
Fantastic service stayed here a number of times friendly staff always able to help
S. H.
Didn't feel particularly welcome at this branch, and the building looked tired and unloved. The bar didn't seem to be open over our 3 day stay.
J. B.
Stayed at the Premier Inn on Armistice Weekend, because it was close to the station, easy to walk to, despite disability, and on a multitude of bus routes. There was a friendly staff member to give us a warm welcome, and all the staff were more than happy to do what they could to make sure we had a good stay.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds very comfortable. There was also a couch in one of the rooms, so that made it easy to feel "at home".
The bar was comfortable, and the staff were again very helpful. The breakfast selection was very good, and the food nice and hot. The chef was cooking things fresh all of the time, so that it wasn't standing under the hood to keep warm for a long time. The staff in the dining room were more than happy to help, and explained where things were, and how to use the drinks machines.
All in all, a very pleasant weekend.
All in all,
C. S.
The hotel room was more than adequately sized and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The main bed was comfy but the spare bed was less comfortable letting the experience down slightly. The staff were polite and the food was good mostly but some was barely warm enough to not complain. All in all good but staff could have been more helpful and happier. All in all ok for the cost but room for improvement.
C. B.
Absolutely lovely friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food
C. D.
Basic chain hotel that felt safe and clean. My family of four stayed here for a few nights in the summer of 2017. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts always had a great selection of hot food. We never left hungry. The location couldn't have been better as it is very central, a short walk to major train stations and the underground. To fit all four of us in one room the fourth bed was a cot which was not very comfortable. We took turns for who had to endure it. The wifi was sometimes difficult to log on to. Other than those minor issues, this was a decent place at a good price and we ended up staying at two other Premier Inns in the UK.
L. G.
Stayed here for 2 nights when down in London for the NFL. It is a great location just a short walk away from Kings Cross tube station which has transport links right across the city. Check in and check out were quick and simple. We were able to leave our bags so we could make the most of our last day. Rooms were quiet and clean. There were 3 lifts so even though we were on the top floor we had no delays.
I. W.
On arrival, it was very clear that all safety measures regarding COVID were in place. Our room was immaculate and as someone with mobility issues, the walk-in shower was fantastic. All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful and the breakfasts were exceptionally good
A. S.
This is a really conveniently located hotel, close to King's Cross with everything you would expect from a Premier Inn.
The check in staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Mine overlooked a flat roof and had a view of a wall and an office block, but that's expected with business travel.
I found the staff in the restaurant a bit rude. As a single traveller I got the worst table in the place, staring at the closed breakfast bar. They can't put the restaurant bill on the room, I was told, so I had to go back to my room to get payment. That's not good when you are tired and just want to go to bed.
I think my night was expensive for what I got, but I did sleep well and the hotel was in exactly the right place for me.
Z. G.
we stayed up here a while ago for the night, room was okay ish but we had a few issues. I.E the room had dust on parts of the wall, bed side lights wouldn't work and to use the hot water we had to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up. Room was very stuffy so we had the A/C on all night witch didn't help. Told a staff member the problems we had once we were checking out and I was given a card for customer support and was told next time to come to the front desk if i have any problems. yeah ok ill just roll out of bed at 3AM to moan at them. MEH!
T. H.
It's all about location with this hotel. We always use it for a short stays in London as we only need a place to sleep. It's so well placed for the mainline stations St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston. Kings Cross is possibly the best hub for the underground with 6 lines running through, so nowhere is difficult to get to. Reception is completed quickly and the rooms are spotless and comfortable, just don't expect luxury. Bags can be deposited if you're early or if you're leaving later after check out. Excellent value.
R. L.
Really enjoyed staying here, check in staff were quick, helpful and chatty.
Evening meal was enjoyable, although there was a delay in order taking and food arriving. The evening host was good. 2 and a bit hours for 3 courses .... but we were not in a rush.
Bed super comfy and slept very well.
Room comfortable temperature and considering we are in London the rooms were very well double glazed so no external noise.
Breakfast, self service was usual Premier inn standard.
I'll be back and yes I recommend.

A very nice hotel at an affordable price within walking distance from multiple train stations (Euston, Kings Cross, St Pancras Int). We stayed here for 4 nights and were really happy with our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by nice friendly staff in a clean environment. The rooms were clean too and although a little cramped with two extra single beds made up for the kids. We pre-paid for breakfast and we were not disappointed. A good choice of hot/cold food on offer and drinks too. On our final day we were able to put our luggage in a secure room and collect it on our way through to Euston Station later that day.
R. B.
Booked to stay here with my wife and daughter as a quick weekend away to sight see. Great central location if you're coming down to London on the train, as it's about a 5 minute walk out of the entrance at St Pancras station. It was a bit confusing where to go but we figured it out quickly (walk passed the main entrance to at Pancras hotel and cross over the dual carriageway at one of the crossings).
It's a Premier Inn, meaning: Big room, comfy beds, TV, decent WiFi, good sound reducing windows, clean bathroom. They even have a 'quiet zone' in the corridors outside the rooms, which ask you to be quiet so people can sleep; my daughter inevitably loved the challenge of getting from the lift lobby to the room without being heard!
Breakfast can be bought at extra cost, either on the day or at a reduced rate beforehand (as part of your booking); and it's worth the money. Good choice, self service and keeps everyone happy until lunchtime when you're off on an adventure.
Obviously, the best way to get about is via the tube, which is as simple as walking back to at Pancras!
What more could you ask for?
A. U. K.
A pleasant, convenient and enjoyable stay from start to finish.
Having used their online check-in facility, arrival at the hotel was so simple it took no more than 30 seconds before we were heading to the lift to go to our room. The room was spacious and light, with huge windows. There are plenty of power outlets, lights, a television with various inputs and other useful bits and bobs. The shower over the bath was superb. The room overall was clean, tidy, well presented and very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable, the only downside of which was not wanting to get out of it in the morning.
A simply satisfying and pain-free stay.Nice

Opposite St Pancras with bars and restaurants galore in the area. Also thrilled that I can easily put my laptop in HDMI with Netflix.

Stayed overnight while visiting London. Front desk staff was helpful and the room was very nice. Modern, well kept and spacious. We we're a very close walk to St Pancras station and King's Cross station and about 3/4 mile walk to the British Museum. The restaurant was delicious but the service a bit slow. We were able to keep our luggage there all day after checking out. Would highly recommend and gladly stay there again.
C. K.
Room was clean and tidy, reception staff very helpful. Breakfast service was ridiculously poor - we were warned in advance that it does get busy however, waiting over 1/2 an hour for plates, cutlery & food was a joke. (The lady serving apologised continuously as there was only 2 of them serving???) 2 coffee machines to serve approx 150 guests was also less than sufficient. Lovely hotel right in the middle of things but sadly the breakfast service let it down.
P. H.
Had a great stay, staff were all very friendly, breakfast was run exceptionally smoothly with loads of choice for all the family. Check in and check out was very easy and staff were all very attentive. Facility to leave luggage both before and after checking in/out was a great bonus. Room very spacious and clean, very comfortable and I was amazed at how quiet it was given that we were on the front. Very conveniently located between Euston Station and Kings Cross which was ideal for getting around with 2 little kids (5 & 6). Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
V. Y.
No fuss checkin, which is one floor up from the street.
We were on the top floor which was very quiet. The room was a descent size but basic, although I suspect most will be happy with the comfy bed. I'm only going four stars as the water was not as hot as you'd like and there was a damp smell in the corridor.
The restraunt food was good as you expect, although pick your times as it can be very busy.
C. B.
Great accommodation for a night out right near King's Cross and St Pancras train station.
D.
Super location just 2 minutes walk from St Pancras, 4 minutes from King's Cross and 8 minutes from Euston. Spacious room with en-suite. Comfortable bed. Friendly, efficient members of staff. Breakfast not included but wide range of hot and cold food available if required.

Very quiet and clean rooms. Seemless check-in. Warm welcome. Spacious double bedrooms. Ideally located between the Euston and Kings Cross train stations (2 minutes walking distance). Descent pricing all things considered.

Very easy for St. Pancras if you heading to Europe the following day. This hotel starts on the 1st floor, so you take a lift up and then walk along a corridor to get to reception.
Initially, they couldn't find my booking which isn't what you want to hear when you arrive late at night and need to get some sleep before getting an early Eurostar, but they got there eventually.
Room was okay. Bed was comfortable, which is Premier Inn's main sell, but the room was due some repair with fittings damaged and general feeling of wear. I find this kind of thing grates as it's hard to justify at London prices. I imagine it's due a refurbishment soon.
Cooked breakfast is extra at £10.50 with self-service and a good selection. This place obviously trades off its proximity to the train stations and is an acceptable option for business travellers.
Personally, I wouldn't use it as a base for a visit to London as there are plenty of other hotels with more character and style for the money.
G. B.
Amazing place to stay with lovely and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble.
D. L.
Good rooms . Most of the staff are friendly . Some difficulties with morning breakfast but good dinner service
j. d.
This was very easy to find. I had booked a hotel close by and when I go there it was gross so had to find some where else. The staff at the premier Inn were so good. They got us a room at short notice. Which was as you would expect, basic but clean and all the things you might need. Big bed, kettle, hairdryer, TV, clean bathroom. What made this an exceptional visit was the attitude of the staff. They were so friendly, especially to my one year old. And considering we didn't book ahead, £225 for 2 course dinner, room and unlimited breakfast for 2 people and our baby. This was just fantastic. Seriously can't recommend this enough and we will be staying here every time we visit the area in future. Thank you premier Inn :-D
N. B.
Absolutely superb service! Bright and warm welcome when we arrived, the staff at reception spoke to each of our children, showed them how to use the check in machine and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for a few things for the baby. Exactly the same level but f service when it came to Breakfast service which was superb, full of range and served with a smile. Would really recommend this hotel especially if you plan to use it before travelling on Eurostar. Only a five minute walk away.

Always Best Quality Services 👍👍❤💯✔
P. M.
Friendly staff, good size rooms but breakfast was a bit manic.
K. R.
Location is great. Service is professional and friendly. But the room we had comprised a window that faced a wall one foot away. The building is old and therefore the rooms feel a bit ancient. A bit too pricy in my opinion but then again in London thats quite decent.
G. H.
We have stayed at this hotel many times and been really happy but unfortunately this visit was not very good. We stayed for 2 days and our room was not cleaned . Some of the items on the breakfast menu were not there . Staff were very polite and helpful but i think they must have been short staffed as on checkout there was no one on the desk and a big queue forming. As i had a trsin to catch and time was getting on i ended up giving my key to someone from the bar so didnt get to complain about room not being cleaned.
S.
Good value for the money. Rooms are clean and spacious. No fancy lobby or common areas. Great location close to train station and underground. Traffic is bumper to bumper so hopefully you can get around without a car. Would stay here again.
L. W.
I think this has to be one of best premier inns I have ever stayed in. It was clean, the rooms are very quiet even though we were right next to the road and the air con was a god send! The safe were helpful and friendly and even let us check in 6 hours early to save carting our bags round all day! I don't have a bad thing to say about this one.
R. W.
First class service and very clean. Friendly staff . Good location as base for sightseeing.
R. B.
On the plus side the room was fine, bed was comfortable and there's tea and coffee making in the room.
However the food and service in the restaurant was barely average. Turned up to the almost empty restaurant and was told I'd have to wait 20mins for a table. When I was eventually seated (at a table that had been empty the whole time I waited) I waited ages for a sullen waiter to take my order. The food (which was not great) took ages to arrive.
If you're after a bed only then fine, but eat elsewhere...
L. J.
Came here thinking this was our hotel, it wasn't. Nice staff and good bar area where I connected to the Internet to find out where the hotel was
J. B.
Your staff are amazing we stayed in room 548 and the cleaning ladies were amazing very helpful. The lady on reception eliana from Argentina what an absolutely asset to your company always smiling very helpful and full of information. In a very busy environment with some very rude customers well done 👍🏻 👏🏻👏🏻
d. M.
Clean, nice beds ,wi-fi what more do you need.
J. G.
Very helpful staff. No housekeeping services at the moment, but able to get supplies from reception.
M. R.
Usual high quality rooms with air con. Only drawback was Sunday breakfast service. Which was laughingly awful.... Like Fawlty towers . Waited 10 minutes to get seated then we're forgotten again for another 15 minutes. Then they got the order wrong. Maybe just short staffed...
J. B.
Location is great, rooms are always immaculate, staff are friendly, breakfast is even better now they have added extra items to all parts. Hotel feels nice and secure as well. Have stayed here before this trip, and will stay here again.
s. r.
Brilliant hotel, really helpful, friendly staff, and as its in-between Euston and King's Cross it's quite easy to locate
D. N.
Our 3rd Premier In on this trip and well worth it. Fantastic location, reasonable price for central London, very clean and roomy rooms. We had the family room for 2 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Hotel is very secure and with the double windows, you don't hear any noise from the very busy Euston road. Location wise, you have all the major tube lines right across the road as well as 2 mainline rail stations.
M. K.
Stayed there for a week. The room was quite large, well equipped and surprisingly quiet considering the adjacent Euston Road. Great central location and really nice breakfast bar. The one thing I didn't like is that you cannot open windows and the AC needs to be turned on all the time because otherwise it gets stuffy 😷
D. S.
Had a good stay here. Fast check-in (and check out). Staff were polite, and really helpful and friendly. We booked a family room which had plenty of space for all of our stuff (travelling with a baby so tonnes of it!) and space for a cot too, which was supplied. The cot was fine, but it didnt have a matress in it, just the padded base which was disappointing. Breakfast was good, there was a decent choice of breads / pastries / cereal / fruit as well as hot food, and high chairs available too. Location was pretty good, as not far from numerous tube stations as well as train stations. Plus, it's outside the congestion charge!
K. A.
All good except annoying lift system where you need a card to activate ,which is fine if you have two cards or stick together like glue.If however one of you is in the room there,s no electric whilst the other is out.
Breakfast was very nice , fresh and nicely prepared and presented. I ate loads he sat in the dark ...back to the card thing.
However i would return and recommend that says it all.
C. A. B.
Lifts caused great amusement to all concerned...
N. R.
Great location. Excellent staff. Bed wasn't a kingsized bed as in other Premier Inns. But still we enjoyed our stay. All staff from the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant were excellent. Thank you.
C. D.
Good location for St Pancras & Kings Cross stations. Rooms are on floors accessible by key lift only from reception area (1st floor upwards) and lift was very very slow. Bar & restaurant are also on site on 1st floor by reception. Food average and service dreadful. Booking essential for evening meals but despite this we still waited an hour between giving our order and getting our food, which was not worth the wait. Rooms are quite large with all usual facilities, like TV internet, tea & coffee making facilities etc. TV sound very low and fixed so you cannot change it. Recommend booking room at the back as Kings X Road can be noisy even through the night.
Been to much better Premier Inns than this one but would use it again because of the great location if you are travelling by Eurostar or other trains from St Pancras, Kings Cross or even Euston
E. B.
Stayed at a few premier inn's and this didnt disappoint either. Great staff - always ready to help, brilliant breakfast (we can't manage breakfast everyday!) , spotless room and serviced really well everything restocked daily. Location is great for Northern and piccadily lines which will get you to most landmarks in London. We've stayed in and around London quite a lot and really like this location.
M. F.
Great base for visiting London. Less than 10 mins from Euston Station. Clean and tidy, good size family room. Gorgeous beds! Nice and quiet. Breakfast fresh and in good supply, lots of choice. Can drop off luggage before you're able to check in, so don't need to carry bags around if you arrive early in the day.
J. R.
The hotel was simple but clean. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was decent. The location was perfect for visiting London. Less than a block to an underground station and buses going to the main tourist sites stop in the same block as the hotel. We loved our stay at this hotel.
R. J.
Ideal location for a city trip, very near to metro/eurostar and public transportation and off course the city centre! They offer an option to store your luggage secured during last day after checking out... which is handy.
One negative point... I was missing a safety deposit box in the room, which I think is standard on a hotel room.
B. K.
This hotel is excellent. Rooms are spotless, customer service is bang on and despite being next the the road, you can't here any outside noise. If your travelling on the Eurostar, this hotel is really convenient as its about a 5 minute walk from the station.
M. B.
The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable, and unbelievably good value. The hotel itself is attractive and modern, and its location, close to the railway station and directly opposite the British Library, with bus-stops almost at the door, could not be bettered, particularly as it is within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants and bars.
A. A.
We stayed overnight as we were travelling early the next morning. We had a family room - stayed with 2 small children (2 and 6 months). There was a cot provided and a bed. It was comfortable but did get a little warm with us all in and no way to cool it down that I could find. Overall it was just what we needed. We didn't really use any services as we wern't there that long.
J. T.
We arrived a at London Euston station and we were shocked that we only had to walk a very short dictance to the hotel. When we arrived the check in staff were very friendly and informed us about breakfast times. The next morning we were greeted by a huge breakfast selection including a full English and a continental selection. That night we also had our dinner in the restaurant and it was impeccable and our server was very helpful and explained everything clearly while still laughing and giggling with us. She was a credit to the Premier Inn and her team. We really enjoyed our meal and our waiter made sure we paid the cheapest price for what we had ordered.
I really hope that this review helpful

Perfectly located hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Bar closed at 00:30hrs though which is a shame though.
Rooms clean, tidy and presentable. I didn't hear any noise from either customers staying or traffic outside
W. C.
Room was clean and air con worked great. Great nights sleep. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast. Had to ask and wait for fried eggs as they had all gone, then when eggs came mushrooms had gone. Bread comes out of toaster still white. To top it all breafast was cold. Member of staff aaked if everything was ok, but did nothing when we said no. Come on Premier Inn your breakfasts used to be great.
S. M.
This was my second time staying at this same Premier Inn location. This visit was even better than the first, as I had a quieter room and was able to sleep better. (On my first stay I had a noisy neighbor who slammed their room door frequently in the early morning and late night which woke me up repeatedly.) Great spot for access to multiple bus and tube lines--including Piccadilly which is direct to/from Heathrow. The rooms are simple and no-frills, but comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is on a busy street, but windows are well insulated so very little noise comes through.
S. C.
Large Premier Inn opposite the British Library and close to Kings Cross & St. Pancras. Has it's own restaurant for evening meals and breakfast.
Helpful service and nice staff. Rooms are all air-conditioned and ours was quiet, despite looking out on to the busy street. Beds are always comfortable. Premier Inn provides a good basic standard of accommodation and we value it for that reason, using the chain all over the UK.
No complaints at all.
k. w.
Great location! Wonderful beds. Enough Amenities. Abundance of shops, museums and places to visit. Extremely friendly staff. Troublesome lifts and not serving me hot chocolate past 11pm are only reason for 4/5. Otherwise, perfect place to book a night.
A. H.
Superbly located hotel virtually opposite St Pancras Station. Really great night's sleep in a silent room. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but adequate. Most comfortable bed anywhere! Also has a nice bar and restaurant, a bit utilitarian but good value for money.
R. T.
Had a lovely stay for a few days. Staff were amazing. Our son has special needs and every staff member there treated us fantastically. Clean and spacious rooms, good food, and hearty breakfast with plentiful choice. Special mention for Monica and Kady (told you, you would get a mention!) will definitely be back :). Thank you all x. The Paterson family x
S. F.
Great location as far as what's in the area! No phones in room. Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of variety. NO place for car service drop off or pick up, very inconvenient! No face towels, only hand and bath. Staff is very nice and friendly.
K. E.
Clean, tidy and we'll maintained. Friendly staff. Would go again. Moving the self service screens away from the reception desk would earn this hotel 5 out of 5. I don't want to have to queue with everyone else if I can competently use the self service screen on my own.
R. B.
Stayed for 1 night before catching an early morning Eurostar to Amsterdam. Just a short walk to St Pancras station. You have to take a lift up to the 1st floor for Reception. The restaurant is also on the 1st floor but we did not use that. It is quite expensive for a Premier Inn but that's London prices for you. The bedroom was very quiet - triple-glazed - so no disturbance from traffic during the night. We were interested that the staff actually asked us if we wanted a quiet room. We thought all Premier Inn rooms were supposed to be quiet and had never been asked this before. We would stay here again.
D. W.
Very welcoming quick check in as we did all the work online. Picked this hotel as we were traveling on the early Euro Star and then 3 days later getting back on the late. Suited us perfect close to our train a 15 minutes walk into west end for dinner.
S.
Lovely clean hotel. Stayed on the 5th floor and considering we were right on the road front the sound proofing is amazing. Couldn't hear a thing. The lift was abit of a struggle, took a few attempts to get the key card to work and take us above reception.
Best of all, I could get Earl Grey tea to my heart's desire.
Wonderful hotel! Will definitely return.
G. W.
It's a Premier Inn, you know what you are going to get, and it does it well. Clean, comfortable and well placed for rail stations. The windows in the room don't open, so is quiet, but relies on air-conditioning to keep room cool. One minor annoyance is that reception is on the 1st floor not ground - when you checkout you need to stop off there first before getting back in the lift to go out.
C. J.
Very convenient for catching Eurostar early in the morning. Less than 10 minutes slow walk to station. Staff pleasant, good sized room and extremely quiet for London. Euston Flyer next door serves good food.
R. d. B.
Great hotel for a stay in London. Beds and pillows are (for hotel standards) fantastic to sleep on. Personnel is very friendly and the breakfast is great.
The hotel is situated near St. Pancras / Kings Cross so you are able to get around London quit easy by train, bus or underground.
If visitiing London again, I would most definitely book at this hotel again.
S. A.
Very good hotel. Had the yellow fin tuna steak for dinner last night. Excellent meal.
£26 for a 2 course meal with a glass of wine and a breakfast as well. Great value.
A very handy hotel for traveling on Eurostar.
K. F.
My husband and i had a appointment to get to so we stayed at this Premier inn. It had everything that i needed. Including a large size room for disabled access with a wet room including a seat and plenty of rails. Everything was wheelchair height including the queen size bed. It was a relief to find a hotel that suited my needs.
H. K.
I stayed at the Premier Inn St Pancras in June 2015 and I have been meaning to write since then. From the moment I arrived with my colleague ( we had just 1 night stay ) it was excellent. We were greeted on arrival ,the food was wonderful and the staff so helpful.I have stayed in 5 star hotels with much worse service. The meal deals were also explained and we saved quite a lot as well. The waiter took us through the menu ,and I though is this really a premier Inn ? I do not mean that in a negative way but I was expected budget & basic. The room standards is always excellent ,I work for a large company and have suggested they use Premier Inn as no 1 choice.
I even had the steak as an American ( living in UK for many years ) felt quite brave but it was great ! Thank you again other hotels can learn a lot from you I will definitely be back.
S. P.
Quick and easy check-in. Lovely, clean room and helpful staff.
K. S.
Friendly staff and good location for rail network
S. F.
It's the purple palace. What do you expect?
Clean and comfortable with good, friendly staff.
Given where it us, remarkably well insulated against noise from the road with only the odd siren being audible.
Restaurant is okay. Menu is not the most varied but they never are. What they do serve is well cooked and tasty.
P. B.
Clean and pleasant. Pillows very soft for my liking although bed very comfortable. Some staff struggled to get our bar orders correct which I put down to language barrier.
t. s.
It's a usual premier inn to be honest. The one advantage is it's got it's own restaurant unlike most inns. Most importantly it's cheaper than I ever thought for the middle of london for bed and breakfast. For a weekend break it's a bargain. It's worth five stars just for it's cheapness and the meal deal for breakfast and tea is not to be sniffed at for the price. Only thing that is rubbish is the self check in desks that were instantly bust and the staff seemed fed up with it.
R. G.
Really pleasant stay. Excellent staff as normal, very comfy bed and room and really quiet which is an achievement on Euston Road. Perfect situation for visiting London as it's only a five minute walk from St Pancras or Euston stations, so perfect for most Tube lines. Highly recommended.
T. C.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff but I felt a bit rushed out in the morning. The cleaners came in 3 time while I was getting ready to leave, and tutted every time they found me still there even though I did not have to check out until 11:00.
M. D.
Our favourite Premier Inn in London. Very convenient for St Pancras and Kings Cross for both trains and underground. Typical Premier Inn with friendly staff. Maybe a little understaffed as you often have to wait for staff to come to the bar. But excellent breakfast and good service even when busy. One of our party was gluten intolerant and could have most of the breakfast and they provided gluten free sausages and toast. Rooms are big, based on what you normally get in London. We have stayed here a number of times and every room has been well soundproofed and no noise from the busy Euston Road.
J. L.
Great location for the train stations of Kings Cross & St Pancras. Friendly and welcoming staff and we also had the breakfast and dinning package which was well worth the money. Food was good and service was great.
A. B.
Although we didn't eat here everything else was perfect. The staff are so friendly, it's clean, quiet and secure. The room was very comfy with the biggest flat screen TVs I've seen in any hotel room!!!!
s. a. d. h.
Perfectly located for city travel, breakfast was fabulous, restaurant was great, as always with the brand.
Was hugely disappointed with the dirty stained pillows, and one of them had an inside out case. Just sloppy. Wanted to talk to someone on checkout but the queue was silly big, so I just checked out without mentioning, but not what I'm used to with Premier Inn.
M. g.
Modern, clean and comfortable Premier Inn in great location. Staff are friendly and the family room fitted four of us comfortably. There was an issue with the lifts during our stay which was the sole negative aspect of the visit.
M. D.
Room was clean and well appointed. The staff that we worked with were also very gracious and kind. We did not stay very long due to very late night and very early morning, but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
J. G.
Easy check in. Nice friendly staff. Rooms clean. Plenty power points. Had evening meal.. Mixed grill very nice tasty meat. Wife had gourmet burger again clean plates. Staff help full. Food was fab for the money.. Defo recommended and will come back again..
A. G.
Decent size room, nice and clean, and very quiet in the evenings. Windows cannot be opened, but the rooms are air conditioned. Location is good right next to the station! Confusing to find the right Premier Inn however, as there are three in the same area. Friendly staff.
J.
Convenient for the euro star. Restaurant menu varied. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't turn off and was so noisy it kept me awake. Other members of our party said same of their fans.
I. M.
Stayed here a number of times over The years but most recent stay on 15th August was a little disappointing as the bed which are usually so comfy wad the worse bed I've had the pleasure of trying to sleep in, in the 20 years I've been travelling for business. There was also a noticeable sewerage smell in the corridors on the 3rd floor. I did leave feedback so hopefully they'll change the bed in room 337 asap.
A. P.
Overall pretty good. We didn't eat but the bar was reasonably priced, the bed comfy, the room good. The face towel was a bit dirty but otherwise all good here.
T. D.
Brilliant hotel, room really good for the money, and perfect location for Kings Cross, and touring London. Staff all really friendly and helpful, and bar extremely well priced, especially to say it's a hotel bar in London.
There was a mixup with the evening meal that somewhere between taking our order and the kitchen cooking it, our starters had been forgotten, then only one being available after waiting half an hour. Once they had realised it was sorted and the mistake made up for, one main being provided for free and free drink for each of us.
Would definitely stay again if I need to stay near Kings Cross.
T. N.
Much larger than it looks, this big Premier Inn copes pretty well with its number of guests. Only sticking point I experienced was at check-in... self-service machines not working and just one member of staff, with a long queue of people waiting.
L. H.
Personal attention great. Arrived early and extra effort made to ensure priotity was given to get me a room ready as i had travelled to London after working a night shift and needed an hours sleep before attending a meeting. I was later asked if i managed to get some sleep and staff were very friendly. Great food as well!
M. G.
only a 4 for these. The attitude I had was not good. Ask for extra pillows and got told blatantly NO. So I mentioned the good night sleep slogan. 10 mins later 2 pillows arrived. It's a shame I had to make a fuss before anything got done.
I would say more staff needed all round. Only one receptionist both evening and morning leaving long ques. Breakfast was good. But again low on staff to cope with the high number of quests.
G. H.
Very clean and friendly hotel. The room was very clean and we were able to check in before 2. It's very close to Kings Cross station which is a big help. A lot of transport is around the area. Several bus stops and the tube.
F.
Stayed for 1 night before catching an early morning Eurostar to Lille. Excellent location about 5 minutes walk from St Pancras station, a few minutes more to Kings Cross station and also close to Euston station. Reception and restaurant on the 1st floor. The usual Premier Inn facilities. Despite my bedroom overlooking Euston Road wasn't at all disturbed by the traffic during the night. Would stay again even at £150.00 or so per night
J. C.
Lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent. Decided to have a meal in hotel on first night waited for over an hour for bar meal as restaurant full. When food arrived it was incomplete. 3 children's meals had been put on one plate but not explained and no additional plates.
J. H.
I've always really liked this premier inn. My favourite in London after some interesting experiences elsewhere. Think the issue with a 'homeless person' assaulting a guest in a previous review would be a one off and unlikely to be repeated. The welcome experience is good and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. What more could you want?
R. F.
Good hotel, great location for St. Pancras and King's Cross, clean room, comfortable bed and left luggage open from early morning. Our stop of choice on visits to London.
M. A.
The room was comfortable enough for sleeping, and generally clean enough, too. However, the shower curtain smelled very strongly of mildew. Also, service at the hotel restaurant was very slow and they got my order wrong, too. In all, my stay was okay.
J. C.
This place is just fantastic if you are after a good place to sleep, clean and super great location. To start your day before hitting the city, you can have a full English breakfast or if you want something litter you can have your basic cereal and yogurts etc. Clean bathroom with hot water, nice flat TV, and efficient heater / AC. Definitely will choose it for next visit
U. L.
Fantastic central location to stay when visiting London and very close to Euston, King’s Cross and St Pancras International railway Stations. Premium basic hotel chain, friendly staff, unlimited breakfast available to non-guests and surprising little traffic noise.
The first floor lounge and restaurant is also open to the public. We find it very handy for charging mobiles and uploading photographs over a hot chocolates and coffees! The Costa has nice cakes too.
Top tip – you can book a restaurant table with Wi-Fi and power sockets for a meeting or family/friends get-together for £5 (half day).
W. J.
What i did forget to say in my last review was the hotel does feel very safe re covid.lots of hand gel. Screems in the dinning area. Well done
j.
It does the job if you just need a place to sleep and take a hot shower before going in Eurostar. Its not fancy or luxury by any means. It was clean more or less. Just wont not use the purple pillows or purple throw on bed. I don’t think they clean those ours had a stain on it. Not good. But this hotel is close to Eurostar, trains and shops and restaurants
Oh and the tissue in bathroom are very small.
M. P.
Great staff and warm welcome and absolutely spotless
N.
Clean , quite- usual v comfy hypnos bed ! Bar is probably cheaper than the pub next door surprisingly! Under a tenner for a cognac and lemonade and a pint of Birra morretti ! Cant argue with that in London! Plus was £65 for a Friday night ..
T. M.
Pleasant hotel in a useful area; staff were friendly, check-in was easy and room was clean. Didn't eat at the hotel but restaurant looked well managed.
J. H.
Great hotel and ideal location for St Pancras. The hotel is modern and clean, with perfect facilities and comfy beds. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff who were very helpful.
N. M.
Clean rooms friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Top tip : (the HD channels are the ones you want as normal cbeebies didn't work HD did).
So close to pancreas station.... and Kings cross.
Definitely stay again if in London! *****
S. P.
Not keen on the reception being at 1st floor level as it makes the entrance seem empty & unwelcoming.
Bar staff inattentive & Costa coffee just the usual sludge (I wonder why I expected more).
Also, my request for cheese & biscuits was obviously an alien concept to the waiter!
Not as good as the Premier Inn up the road in Duke Street.
T. G.
The most comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring London. The beds and bedding are exceptional. Hotel is conveniently located close to the train stations, restaurants and directly opposite the British library.
W. N.
As ever rooms are nice and clean. Hate to sound like a employee but the everything is premier but the price. Not eaten the breakfast just yet. The bed is very comfortable. Check the hd channels as the normal ones may not work (the hd ones do)
A. B.
Staff is friendly. Awesome location. No fridge , safe, or telephone in room. Precise temperature control. TV has good channel selection and open inputs but no on demand content. Breakfast and reasonable wifi speed is extra. Breakfast is expensive, fast wifi isn't too bad but still should be standard.
L. K.
You know what you get with a Premier however being in London the bar shut very early which was disappointing as wanted to sit down with a drink before going to bed at the end of a long day out. It shut at 11pm. Staff were not the most friendly either, had better customer service in other premiers
R. P.
Great location, close to station, library (amazing collection of manuscripts on display including a copy of the magna carta, Mozart and Beethoven music, ancient books), and lots of restaurants etc. Large room, good value breakfast in particular if have kids as they eat free. Eggs can be cooked to order, bacon, hash brown, baked beans, bubble squeak, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, muesli, Weet-Bix, fruit, croissants, pain au raisin, etc all available. Good tea bags, and automatic coffee grinding machines. Can use the coffee machines to get hot milk for hot chocolate.
Family room is large but basic. No fridge. No phone. No power sockets in bathroom. No safe.
Shower over bath - high step to get in/out with level of bath floor much higher than bathroom floor so test of skill to get in/out. Toilet paper sheets, not roll, and no 'free' toiletries (just pump soap on wall next to basin, and wall next to bath).
Flat panel tv with usb/HDMI sockets available on wall - usb can charge device. Staff friendly.
Free if slow internet - no code required, just click on sign in page
Faster wifi available for cost.
Overall basic like I said, but great value given the room rates (we got a family room with interconnecting room to fit our family of five), location, size of room, and breakfast (In particular if you have kids).
D. L.
Came here for the weekend with friends, the hotel from the outside doesn’t give it justice however on the inside it’s a completely different story, it’s clean and up to date, and the food was absolutely incredible! Staff are friendly and happy to help, and the whole stay was a pleasure, parking was a little bit of a walk but worth it for the price of the weekend, we will definitely be returning in the near future, thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay!
R. J. H.
Good hotel and great location (right near St Pancras and opposite British Library). The room was clean and a good standard. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the staff very friendly and welcoming
L. S.
Very convenient location. Staff is happy and kind! Rooms are big and incredibly soundproof. Breakfast is highly recommended, as it is totally worth the price. Will be back for sure.
D. C.
I love this hotel. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is great and the location is easy to get to from anywhere. The staff are helpful and the whole place is clean and comfortable.
K. R.
Cold 🥶 Nice bar staff though
D. H.
Stayed overnight on possibly the hottest night of the year. 30 degrees outside but inside was wonderfully cool. Staff were amazing especially with our little ones and the room was very comfortable. A great stay all round.
D. W.
If I'm staying in London for a business trip, this is my 1st choice hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the beds are really comfey! Breakfast is fabulous with loads of choice. My only gripe is that if you book late, Premier Inns hike the price really high.
M. L.
Great hotel. I love premier inns... this one is in many ways the same as them all, as you would expect from a hotel that takes its brand very seriously, but with the advantage that the restaurant is under the same roof. Would defiantly stay again.
G. G.
Excellent location, close to Euro Star Station as well as tube stations. Magnificent bed, room was clean and spacious. Staff were great and plenty of food options nearby
U. E.
I stayed here overnight with family for dinner, bed and breakfast. The rooms are basic but adequate and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the food is good. The staff are helpful and friendly.
j. c.
Made to feel welcome from the start.
Very helpful with queries.
Unless pre booked for an evening meal, there will be a lengthy wait, dispite the restaurant being half empty. Spent my money in the pizza restaurant next door instead.
The hotel was clean and comfortable.
N. H.
It's OK. Just OK. Yeah it's a premier Inn so I wasn't expecting the world, but there were a few things that really made it a bit of an unpleasant experience. One of these was a rather loud and extended high pitched noise coming from somewhere in the room during the night. The other was the asthmatic hairdryer. The third was the price. Seems like the sort of price they charge because they can rather than because it covers costs. Also the lift had an absolute mind of its own.
S. P.
Fantastic place to stay if you want be in Central London. Not too expensive, nice and big rooms, super smooth automated check-in process. The staff is nice. I had to take a couple of prints and they gave those to me for free.
K. B.
Used this hotel before for It's great location to railway stations, staff are very helpful and polite. Bed's are fantastic and had a great nights sleep. Evening meal & breakfast in the restaurant was very nice.
K. F.
Was just here overnight because I had an early Eurostar in the morning. Room was fine, except a loud constant beeping noise went off in the middle of the night causing me to wake up. Not sure what it was or what it was for. Also, I know Premier Inn is a cheaper alternative but some better quality toilet roll wouldn't hurt.
t.
While we only stayed for one night, we had no problems, the reception staff were cheerful and friendly, and the room was wonderful, and it's fully adjustable in room thermostat meant the temperature was consistently comfortable.
K. B.
This Premier Inn is the closest to st pancras station and opposite the British library. It appears new and very modern. The room was spacious and the good glazing kept out the noise of the busy euston road. Everything about the hotel is slick and professional and the staff were chatty and helpful. Good value for money in an excellent hotel with a great location to st pancras and Kings cross. Some good pubs off local side streets.
S. K.
Not well identified outside and another Premier Inn 200 yards up the road caused confusion at 11 pm.Room excellent and quiet. Don't like lack of toiletries. Pricy too.
D. D.
Nothing much wrong with this hotel, has the usual Premier Inn oddities, check in was unmanned, people collecting towels in reception, but bed was comfortable, room spacious and the price ok, quiet in the room given the area
c. s.
No complaints here, lovely large room with hairdryer and other things you may need, we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast on both days was lovely, close to station for our trip to natural history museum and eurostar for disneyland
Staff all helpful and friendly.
A. E.
Great customer service. amazing with the children. had a good night's sleep after a long journey. it was a stopping point before heading to paris. gave us time and comfort to recharge.
J. F.
The Premier Inn here is good if you want something cheap and in the middle of London. I have a couple of gripes though. My pass kept failing on the doors which meant several trips up and down the stairs/lift. And due to the hard water in the area the showers weren't the best. Travel links are good (Euston Station/Kings Cross).
J. O.
Premier Inn is the usual quality for rooms which you cant fault at the price however the breakfast area is a disaster with long waiting times for tables, no cutlery or plates available a lot of the time and some of the breakfast items constantly running out.
j. a.
Another company using COVID-19 as an excuse for inadequate staffing and resources
T. S.
It's a premier inn. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's not the Ritz but then it does not cost the earth. Location is good for tube and stations.
M. M.
All staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially night staff who were very sympathetic at me being sent from my room for snoring!lol. They were extremely hospitable, rooms clean and breakfast as good as you would expect.
R. F.
Great value hotel, pleasant staff, very clean environment.
s. s.
All good, rooms adequate food good and staff doing a good job
G.
Great location, clean and modern. Found staff very attentive and helpful during my stay. Restaurant was good quality even when they were very busy.... Overall best premier Inn I have stayed in..... Thanks
L. T.
I arrived at around 9.30 on 21st of December. Despite dinner being available until 11pm, they told me that it was too late. Saying that, All the staff were very upbeat, happy and willing to help and make people's visit a bit more enjoyable. They had a "easter-egg" style chocolate hunt for the children to kill their time as they waited for dinner to be served , despite them not speaking english!
Nice fast check - no playing about, and nice enough simple room.
Only thing is that meals on top of your relatively pricy stay costs quiet a bit. £20 ish for breakfast for two... for example.
l. C.
Friendly staff who went out of their way to help and make you feel welcome, comfortable and clean rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again because it is located in a good spot for exploring central London.
F. P.
This place was right across St. Pancras international. We stayed here twice. Staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was very clean and inviting. Try it out on your next stay
L. T.
Very central location, we are traveling north so being walking distance to Kings Cross station is amazing but after spending a few days here you realise how much else is around, the rooms are decent sized with nice amenities I would highly recommend if you need access to Kings Cross or at Pancras
G. D.
As with all Premier Inns, does what it says on the tin, but the buffet breakfast was better than many I've had with them. Very handy for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations
P. K.
The staff are really outstanding and the location adds a lot more to your comfort of moving around! I stayed here for almost a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the attention of the staff! Would love to visit again!
R. C.
One of the best deals in that part of town. Free breakfast is a plus. No frills, but well run and affordable, location is great for transpo. Nearby restaurants are decent as well.
L. S.
Best porridge ever and lots of choice for breakfast (not always the case for vegetarians). Nice clean room, bathroom with double shower cubicle. Premier inn got it just right in my opinion,
S. M.
Lovely staff and delicious breakfast, but the cot provided for our 1 year old had a mattress so thin it was like putting her down on the floor!
A. H.
Great location, nice big rooms. Was let down by very unfriendly reception staff on this occasion, but head office customer service was very quick to resolve the situation. Definitely would use the hotel again
L. D.
Spotlessly clean and very welcoming as always 🙂 Not large selection of food for dinner, but reasonably priced and enjoyable 👍
s. C.
Serviceable clean and great for Euston station
j.
Great location for trains and underground.very effective sound insulation against traffic noise.Good standard of rooms very friendly and efficient staff one of the best premier inns I have stayed at.
W. C.
This place has confutable bed, not to fond of the air conditioning machines outside but I got through. The food was not my kind for an afternoon burger so was not fond of my chicken burger. Woke up early in the morning to get the train to Southern France Via Eurostar and checkout was quick and easy
N. M.
Very simple hotel with a smooth check-in process and clean rooms you would expect from Premier Inn. Location good for Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross rail stations.
S. I.
Best of the three premium inns in the locality. Lack of inward calling (you will be penalised by paying steeply for any calls made to teception) and the lean operating model can be painful when you need assistance.
Otherwise, the rooms are much bigger and quality is consistent.
C. W.
Friendly staff helped us out when we has mis-booked, sorted us out with a family room and sent us off into London with some great sight seeing recommendations . Great location for Euston and Kings Cross stations.
R. T. L.
Extremely clean hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. The best Premier Inn that I have stayed so far. Strategic location, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended.
C. S.
Great location, opposite the euro star, plenty of pubs around to choose from. Amazing sound proofing, incredibly large rooms and great service. Will be staying here again and again!
A. T.
6th floor smells like a mouldy mop. Everything else is of a great standard, tis a shame. They should get the carpet cleaned, or use better air freshener.
I. N.
Pretty decent except the reception is on floor 1 so you have to take a lift up to reception, then check in, before taking the lift again to go to your room.
D. B.
Nice big, comfortable room. Staff excellent and a good eat as much as you like breakfast ( extra charge)near to St Pancreas, Euston stations
D. H.
Excellent customer service. Rooms are well decorated and clean. The hotel is located near to public transport train station, tube station and bus stops.
T. M.
Good Premier Inn - great location for Kings Cross or Euston, right opposite the British Library. Clean & modern decor, good sized rooms, sensible prices for central London.
P. O.
Great experience. I stayed in this hotel when it first opened and it was new but patchy in service. Now it is professional slick and friendly. I will be staying again thank you premierinn StPancras
J. M.
Stay here twice a year prior to taking Eurostar from St Pancras which is only a few minutes walk away so very convenient. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
c. e.
Excellent place to stay in London. Staff are very comfortable with wheelchair users. The hotel is acceptable for wheelchair accessibility. 5 star service.
R. Z.
Great location, good prices...
D. N.
breakfast is usually a highlight but it was chaotic many food items were missing and staff were not attending to simple matters eg 10 people waiting for cups some deciding to use glasses meant for juice for tea and coffee instead. this happened on two mornings so not a one off.
Management needs to reboot their team.
L. S. C.
Great room, excellent service, very comfortable bed. Would stay again if the price was right.
J. C.
Very well run hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from St Pancras Eurostar station.
I. M.
No issues.Typical Premier Inn.
Located between Euston,St Pancras and Kings Cross stations.Superb location.
Staff very helpful, especially bar staff who made us Tia Maria and Brandy coffees.
b. g.
Great breakfast and a bed and pillows to die for
M. A.
Very central location. Close to Kings Cross - St Pancras stations. Good well priced breakfast. Stansted Citylink stop just 10 min walk with luggage.
Drawback - Small family room. Free internet connection v slow and signal drops.
j. s.
Premier Inn, all the same so never a disappointment
J. W.
If you arrive in London via King’s Cross St Pancras this is the ideal base from which to explore the city. Staff were so friendly & helpful; went the extra mile to make our stay special. Will go back.
S. L.
Stayed with you 21/11-23/11 .. loved it .. very friendly staff always on hand for advice.. great food in their restaurant.. rooms very clean and very comfortable.. recommend 100% .
k. o.
Room was very comfortable, but the service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Don't pay for the 'ultimate' WiFi as it drops out about every two minutes (no exaggeration!) making it impossible to stream anything.
I. C.
Great place and very friendly staff. Food very good and comparative with London prices, rooms clean and tidy. Thank you for s lovely time
M. D.
Wonderful location. Clean rooms. Front desk staff could have been less grumpy about storing our luggage
F. D.
Very convenient for Eurostar terminal. Good standard rooms. Good standard food. Good standard service. Note that reception is on first floor.
P. W.
This is the ideal place to stay if you have to go on the Eurostar early in the morning, as the station is not far from the premier inn. It not to far to walk to go site seeing, as Trafalgar square, and Piccadilly circus is just short walk.
K.
Good hotel, friendly staff, nice comfortable room the location is fantastic as Euston is down the road and Kings Cross and St Pancras are almost opposite, there is alot of food places all around giving a good choice of where to eat
C. H.
Good rooms. Very clean and nice and quite. Breakfast was typical Premier standard. Decent price for London and close to kings cross
S. M.
Very handy place to stay. We stayed before getting on the Eurostar. Took the meal deal and didnt expect much. Very surprised to be proved wrong. Lovely meal and good portions.
M. F.
If you are a very light sleeper - avoid floor 1 as you will hear trains underground. However the staff are simply the best - was crossing the road from station, struggling with wife in wheelchair and heavy hold-all bag. Guy (called Dan) said do we need help, so accepted. Got to the door of hotel when he said thats where he works and didnt expect to back so soon (in funny way). Found out later, Dan was the hotel manager! Thanks :)
H. B.
Fantastic clean rooms and friendly staff, for a hotel that's right in the middle of London next to an international train station, the rooms are extremely quiet and very well sound proofed, would happily stay again.
E. M.
room was spacious with all amenities needed kettle, tea, coffee, shower gel, towels etc, staff was amazing after we were booked a room on the 5th floor & due to a height situation the room wasn't suitable so we were moved to a lower floor no questions asked
J. B.
I was there when service at the Costa/bar was not covered. Frustrating as I wanted to enjoy lounge and chat with a friend. Otherwise excellent as always. Premier Inn is a good chain so I was surprised by this lapse.
S. S.
Excellent location, decent price, clean and quiet rooms. I would not bother with the breakfast here, if I were you.
K. H.
Awful and rude staff, especially in the restaurant
C. B.
Pleasant room, although do prefer to be able to open Windows, but air conditioning good, bed comfortable on room spotlessky clean, hairdryer not very good will bring my own next time
B. J. S.
Really lovely staff and there is not much more then I can say then that. It's a place to go that you know everyone has a friendly face and wants your custom.
A. G.
Great location next to king cross tube, excellent staff with a great service.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Great value for a very reasonable price.
Really recommended.
R. V. D.
Situated between Euston & At Pancreas station's, it is conveniently situated for traveling around London. The staff were great & very helpful.
C. H.
David is a legend! Thank you for going the extra mile for us! After an appalling trip with National Express from Leeds and being 2 hours late, checking in at 1am was like paradise! We're going to visit London just to stay with you again! Very much appreciated! Thank you!
S. P.
Probably the quietest Hotel I have ever stayed in yet I am overlooking the Euston Road. Probably the best nights' sleep ever as well. Could not be more convenient for the British Library. For what I wanted, perfect.
C. W.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Had a great night's sleep.
M. 2.
Great hotel, easy to find, clean and friendly place - staff are fantastic. Corridors like something out of the shining though haha
C. D.
Hotel was amazing, very clean, comfortable and staff were lovely, there was a slight buzzing noise from one of the bulbs but apart from that it was a great room!
K. D.
Clean room, friendly staff , walking distance from London Euston and breakfast was great. Definitely stay again
P. W.
A good Premier Inn. Does everything you expect very well and nice friendly staff. Good location for Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras. Still quite pricey.
K. G.
Very good hotel ,the staff were very friendly and they were very helpful but the one problem was for breakfast the lifts weren't working and the stair door needed un-jamming.However, my overall stay was of high quality
E. M.
Very central location in the heart of London, comfort and quality of service is on the higher end of what you would expect from Premiere Inn, prices are representative of the location but I was able to get a room at a substantially reduced rate for booking reasonably well in advance
M. A.
Stopped over to break up our journey. Clean, modern and well located. At the end of the day it's a budget hotel but it is a good one.
J. I.
Very conveniently located beside Kings Cross and the British Library. Awful lot of doors though, a bit of a tussle when you're with luggage. Check-in and check-out are both quick. No room safe.
J. W.
Spacious clean and has all the basic needs for a budget hotel stay in London. Efficient service. Very happy.
R. S.
Pleasant stay, staff were friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the restaurant, but the bar worked ok!
G. A.
Room size great but out if 3 lifts only 1 working took 24 mins 2 get 2 reception 2 check n then leave
T. S.
Comfortable but basic rooms. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the tube. Good value overall.
D. H.
Nice rooms with good views of Euston Road. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful but bar and restaurant staff very hit and miss (eg wanted to buy a coffee early evening and there were no bar staff... Finally found the guy watching television in a quiet corner of the bar)
M. E.
You can't beat a premier inn for a short stay. Lovely room, nice bar area (could have done with a few more sofas), excellent breakfast as usual.
S. C.
Stayed recently. Good clean rooms. Handy for Kings Cross. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Would use again.
P. M.
Excellently placed for getting around London and being close to Euston station. Rooms nice and clean. Food in restaurant very good. No complaints.
K. S.
Good location, room was small and with good sound isolation. WiFi Ultimate didn't work well on Chromebook. Staff was friendly.
M. h.
Same price but nicer rooms than premier Inn Euston 200m up the road. Loose's 1 star because bar closes at 10:59 prompt.
J. T.
Just stayed here for 4 days on a leisure break and what a beautiful hotel, lovely staff, spotless, couldn’t ask for anymore,Premier Inn will be our first choice wherever we go now, amazing.
R.
I popped into the foyer of this centrally located hotel to collect a package from the Amazon locker. It was easily found, and the adjacent seating was useful for me to sit down and stash my backpack with the excessively packaged goods.
S. D.
Staff wee friendly and helpful. I found the bed a little hard but still hot comfy. I am sure it will suit others
C. D.
Room was great but the restaurant let them down. Chicken was served pink and steak well done instead of medium-rare.
D. R.
Second time staying here while visiting London..The rooms very spacious and clean..The staff all friendly and helpful..Breakfast worth the money..Sixth floor family rooms quiet areas..Don't hear any traffic outside and can control thermostat in room..All the amenities you need..Would recommend this hotel and only 5mins from Euston station..
J. K.
Stopped overnight before travelling to Disney land Paris. Convenient for eurostar, beds extra comfortable staff polite and breakfast excellent all for good price
T. S. P. (.
Really convenient for stations. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is lovely and reasonably priced. Staff are really helpful and friendly
A. G.
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms good breakfast menu, good central location for underground and buses would definitely recommend that you stay there.
K. B.
Shame about the price of breakfast, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Great nights sleep as always with premier inn beds, and good location close to kings cross
O. p.
Excellent location for what we needed.
Friendly staff clean great sized rooms and nice resturant that had gluten free menu
M. A.
Just checked in rooms ok, exactly as you would expect, but the free wifi is dial up speed, practically unusable
S. K.
Loved it!!! Absolutely great family hotel. Excellent breakfast and first class service from front desk staff...
S. G.
Fantastic stay! At breakfast they treated our little girl like a princess for her 4th birthday! Balloons, cake, and even a card! Thank you!
C. B.
Large clean room with everything working. Staff friendly and very helpful. Can't think what more you need for a short stay in London.
F. S.
Nice, comfortable and spacious, great location, I found it pretty pricey after the conversion to CAN $ but there did not seem to be anything cheaper around, so good value for expensive London!
D. H.
A good place to prepare for an early start through the Channel Tunnel, being only about 200 yards from St Pancreas station and the adjacent Kings Cross. Reasonable price for London.
D. N.
Excellent, location quiet rooms and nice open lounge and bar area. WiFi is top notch
L. P.
Very convenient for King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston. Amazingly quiet given its location. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Only complaint was out of order vending machine.
C. M.
Impressively large room. Great sound installation. We had a room overlooking Euston Road and no traffic noise.
R. L.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing beats a Premier Inn bed. Staff are friendly and hotel is in a great location
L. K.
Excellent - friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Food very good. Ideal for a short stay in London.
H.
Exactly what I'd expect for a Premier Inn - nice, clean room with no frills. Very good location if you're getting an early Eurostar!
A. A.
Clean and spacious rooms. The usual great beds with the hotel in a convenient location.
A. C.
Standard Premier Inn but the check in process took far too long. No check in kiosks were working and only one member of staff attending a very long queue.
K. W.
Lovely stay. Very convenient. Good clean room. Slept really well. Will use again
s. p.
We have visited three times never fails, clean and great service
R. C.
It's a good hotel but very strange layout. Doesn't feel right as you are welcomed by an elevator upon entrance
F. K.
This hotel and the staff are the best in London ! I mean the very best
We love staying there and constantly go back
Z. N.
as expected for the most part, but I would say that the temperature of the room overnight was too high - despite my turning it to the minimum before I went to bed. apart from that, completely standard premier inn - exactly what you want.
M. M.
The first premier Inn with working air con. The best one I have ever been in and loved it
A. W.
Excellent stays pre and post eurostar trip. All usual premier Inn facilities with super friendly staff and few minute walk to St Ps and about 10min stroll from Euston. Can't fault it!
M. N.
Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful and so friendly. Will definitely be back.
P. S.
Nice room, excellent breakfast. Very well located for Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations.
r. r.
Great staff, rooms clean but need refresh. Breakfast buffet poor.
A. R.
No complaints here, Good sized rooms, great breakfast and attentive staff. Well done.
A. M.
Comfortable beds, good location, good access to the underground. Reasonable price if you book in advance
L. W.
Great location. No traffic noise which is surprising. Clean rooms as expected. Very friendly staff.
D. Z.
Helpful, courteous staff. Clean rooms. No street noise, and right across from the British Library. Excellent stay!
L. F.
Reasonably priced (for London), quiet and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, excellent location. Not a lot of character but does it really matter?
M. G.
Stayed here several times, room comfortable and quiet even though on Euston road. Staff always very friendly and helpful.
M. M.
Very quiet despite the location. Friendly helpful staff got us settled right away. Clean, efficient and inexpensive.
P. D.
Never enough towels in the room....you have to go all way back to reception....they keep them round to the left as you're looking at reception....just help yourself....it's so fin annoying...
t. w. j. f.
Very good very close to train station
N. K.
The location of the hotel is great, fast access to rail, underground, buses. Clean rooms, but no room service
S. D.
Brilliant location, staff very friendly and breakfast delicious.... Stayed before wi stay again... 😄
t. c.
Great hotel typical premier inn. Breakfast however a disappointment as was so busy restaurant couldn't refresh food fast enougg
G. W.
Room clean, spacious, quiet. Aircon ok. Good breakfast.
O. S.
Comfortable rooms, large windows with a nice view, great location and very friendly stuff.
D. S.
Consistently comfortable. Upholstered daybed needed refreshed (stale smell left our cloths stinky upon departure).
c. s.
Good value good location if you book in advance . Don't forget the happy hour from 6pm to 8 pm daily if your after half price drinks .
A. B.
Amazing quality, food and overall one of the best places to stay if you are in London
D. Z.
Nice clean and for London inexpensive. Missing a few niceities to have tho: towel racks, small fridge, shower mat.
D. C.
quite pricey for when booking last minute which is inevitable. Very clean and spacious rooms. Accessible to restaurants and transport.
b. a.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
Pleasent, quiet and comfortable stay would highly recommend.
C. W.
Great bed, great staff and great breakfast afterwards. It was also incredibly hot outside and it was well air conditioned.

Typical Premier Inn large rooms comfy bed nice food.
A bit scruffy in places especially the corridor carpets

Stayed overnight to catch early eurostar train - room was great and comfortable - staff very helpful and polite - will stay here in the future
D. B. (.
These guys are always kind and professional. They make you feel like you are at a 5 Star hotel! Thus I give them 5 stars.
M. D.
Good place to stay for kings cross and st Pancras but a bit expensive especially if the soap dispenser in the room was faulty and one of the beds was uncomfortable.
R. O.
Love Premier Inn. First time at this hotel and found it to be a great one. Friendly staff and a great night's sleep.
G. F.
Easy location to get to and very convenient, the room was very clean and adequate for my nights stay and the staff were very friendly.
S. E.
Really enjoyed our stay, very quiet in a central London location. Very friendly staff
S. B.
It's a premier Inn and the room was good clean but it feels like the place needs a kick of paint.
L. C.
Just across the road from Kings cross !!! Clean quiet comfy value rooms, lovely staff, a recommended stay

Easy from the station and easy to get a cab on the front, just look out for the black cabs with their light on (TAXI) then put your thumb out!
R. B.
