Stayed in a Premier plus room for 3 nights. Room was great and very clean. Only 2 downsides. I expected to have a bath in my room as well as a shower as it was a plus room. Instead I was put in a disabled access room which had a wet room. I have a wet room at home so really missed the opportunity to relax in a bath. Also the room was very noisy..(room 303)....every 10-15 minutes a loud noise like a very loud toilet flushing could be heard. This went on from the second night I was there...even during the night. Thankfully it didn't put me off my sleep. All in all...it was a pleasant stay. Visiting my daughter again in May and hoping to stay here again but in a room with a bath and not room 303.

Probably one of the best hotels I've been to of all the Premier Inns I have stayed in. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast as you would expect in a Premier Inn, but most of all the services received was exceptional. Big shout out to AJ for making our stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to coming back there soon.

Wow - this Premier inn is one of the best! Very clean and tidy and the staff are wonderful. Special thanks for the team for making my stay extra special each time I visit. Special thanks for Becky and Laura who are an amazing addition to the premier team.

The hotel not only provides a good night sleep. It also has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very professional and the chef knocks out a superb breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was a decent size, very clean and quiet. The irritation was the hotel parking situation. The signs outside say overnight parking for hotel guests only. We parked in a spot which was very clearly labelled for Premier Inn Parking. It was not a space designated for either electric vehicles and disabled parking. Went inside to check that we didn’t need to pay, and were then told that the parking labelled for Premier Inn customers, was only for blue badge holders. So had to move our car to a side road. I wouldn’t be frustrated if it was labelled as for blue badge holders only - but it wasn’t. So please change your sign postage, as the side roads only allow non-permit holders to stay there until 9:30am.

Sraff are friendly the room and building was nice and clean, the breakfast was good too. The only issue was the parking and the fact that the mirror is placed to high on the wall where the table is. I wasn't able to sit down and put my makeup on.

Thank you for your hospitality. My room was very comfortable. The staff in particular
Jade, Rebecca and Shakur were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant experience. Keep up the good work !🙂

New clean hotel, no onsite parking but plenty of options around. Clean quiet rooms, tasty cooked breakfast and wonderful, helpful staff. 30 mins into central London via underground (Northern Line) means this hotel will be visited again and again!

This was only the second night this hotel had been open.
Overall the quality of the stay was of acceptable Premier Inn expectation-standard.
I just can’t help but feel, a brand new hotel should feel really bright and fresh… and exciting.
There’s hardly any phone reception in the rooms and the standard wi-fi isn’t really fit for purpose, which feels like you’re strong armed into paying for the wi-fi upgrade. Premier Inn, when are you just going to deliver decent Wifi in the rooms? it’s nearly 2022. The value of the rooms are good and just a few pounds added to your standard rate could solve this issue.
The bedding is clearly not new… pillows are lumpy and must have been recycled from another location. The TV feels dated and wasn’t showing any channels in HD.
I understand the identity of the brand means there’ll always been the purple and beige accents in the decor… but the anaglypta wallpaper in the corridor and the yellow-tinged beige of the walls in the room feels so outdated. The canvas wall art is mismatched and uninspiring. The fitted furniture felt like it’d been here longer than 2 days.
We had booked a family room. The fourth pull out bed was rock hard. There weren’t enough towels in the rooms for four people. There were only two teabags and two coffee sachets. Small thing and was solved, but an irritating lack of attention to detail.
There’s a sign at the Lidl car park that there’s hotel parking overnight. This is incorrect and we were diverted to street parking that had a 4 hour time limit. Not good enough.
