Polite, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean throughout the entire hotel. Covid compliant . Comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of food.
Close to all amenities , transport and Tower Bridge . We stayed in room 512 and did not hear any traffic at all during the night. Such good value for money.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

Spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff. Tasty breakfast. Excellent value for money. Situated within walking distance of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Absolutely cannot fault the place at all. Will definitely recommend and definitely stay again

Great budget hotel. Rooms quiet and very clean. Staff very helpful. Offer bag storage if you arrive before check in time and also on day you're leaving. We had mix of family and double rooms all good size. One room was made available earlier for us too.
Walk to stations approx 10 mins to either tower Hill or London Bridge. London Bridge is the nearer. Plenty of eateries locally. Breakfast really good at hotel and plenty of it. Not too busy either. Will definitely use again.

Perfect location for Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Typical Premier Inn - comfy beds, clean, basic. Could do with staff being a bit more friendly - didn't bother upgrading for dinner and breakfast as the person on reception said there was no availability - she seemed to be making out she didn't understand what I was saying when I enquired. It was frustrating. The bad service was made up for when we asked another person for extra pillows and he personally brought them to our room within minutes. Only other minor complaint was that there was only tea and coffee for the first day, this was not automatically replenished.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, would return and would recommend to others.

The hotel is in a reasonable position for Tower Bridge and the South Bank. The room was comfortable But there was a few issues with noise. People somewhere in the hotel banging on doors at 2 and 3 in the morning. Also at 5am there was loud noises that sounded like a delivery that went on for about 30 mins. This seemed to wake up several people as there was a lot of thumping sounds. I would suggest that the place needs better soundproofing. People in the hotel on a Saturday night, are probably not aware how much noise they can make, and may have had alcohol to dull their senses.

Stayed over and went to restaurant for tea. Was served by Jan who was absolutely lovely and made the meal 10 times better. Lovely personality and conversation wasn’t forced. Would defo come again if I knew I would be served by her

The hotel was clean enough and the staff not to bad. Breakfast is really good and worth the money. I only give 3 stars due to evening meal. At 7:30 pm to be told there are no sweets left except Vanilla ice cream falls well below expectations.
K. W.
Brilliant staff. Fabulous centre for buses to East and West London. Car Park a bit of a mystery and in congestion zone (we were warned). We took the train, very easy. Brekky as good as usual, very quiet sleep but with a view of The Shard. Great.

We had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn, even though it was a very the busy London Marathon weekend.
Room clean and breakfast good. We also had a evening meal which was excellent and served by very enthusiastic staff.
Good location close to Tower Bridge and on bus routes, not so close to Tube though.
Please note there are other Premier Inns with similar names, in the area, and we saw quite a few guests arriving at wrong location and sent away.

Great rooms and comfy beds as you would expect. Staff on reception ranged from happy and welcoming to surly and disinterested. 3rd floor corridor had gripper rods exposed and carpet was a potential trip hazard.
N. P.
Clean cosy and good sized rooms. Both myself and the husband slept really well.
Had a travel cot all set up for when we arrived.
Staff were very polite and helpful
Breakfast service was great
Overall very happy and will be coming back here. 5/5

Lovely place. Breakfast good. Very friendly staff. Nice room in a good area nearby all local amenities. The only downside was there was an empty condom Wrapper on the floor. But room was recleaned when we bought it to the attention on front desk.

Fantastic stock hotel
The usual of clean rooms, helpful staff etc!
Enjoyed a steak done to perfection, which is a rare treat!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming but the hotel needs a refresh. I know I booked a standard room and was pushing it to think there would be an iron in the room but not to have a phone is a little outdated and annoying.
J. K.
Lovely little hotel.
As to be expected with the premier inn they are relatable and clean.
Comfortable bedding & helpful staff.
Self check in is good and staff are good.
Breakfast was tasty.
No phones, small tv, basic needs met and in a good location for London Bridge and some lovely restaurants nearby.
M. 7.
Breakfast plentiful and coffee great. Bath and shower, very comfy beds but a fridge would be a great addition. Stone throw from tower bridge and other numerous attractions.

Despite booking a family room it appears we received a double room with a double bed and a sofa bed of which was extremely uncomfortable and mattresses so weak you could feel the springs and the metal bars inside of it.
Slightly ripped off by the fact we booked family and got double. This would also contribute to the fact that there we only 2 mugs and teabags, 2 glasses and 2 bath towels. This isn't exactly helpful when 3 people are staying and it's obvious three are staying when the sofa bed is made up.
Upon addressing these issues to the staff at reception who were adequately helpful, we were told the hotel is full and nothing can be done about it nor the request for extra pillows, however, when a house keeper bought extra mugs and glasses, we asked them for more pillows to which they gave us an extra 3 pillows. With the receptionist telling us they didn't have anything and the housekeeper being able to hand over 3 pillows there is clear miscommunication there between staff.
Food in the restaurant was amazing and very good. We had breakfast daily and a meal there on the first night which was tasty and quick. Portion sizes were great.
Though we later found out at breakfast how significantly small the restaurant is. With over 520+ rooms and a small restaurant, there was a huge queue going from the restaurant entrance to the lifts (approx. 20 people queuing). This meant there were delays and people were queuing for ages after their breakfast slot had began. Subsequently, the breakfast area were the food is can only have a maximum of around 10 people there before it becomes a crush. There was little interest in staff to socially distance nor wear masks despite the policies feeling quite promising and generally people didn't wear masks either.
The rooms were outdated and shabby, screaming for an upgrade. The windows were open despite a notice saying they must be closed and as we were situated at the front of the hotel, it had loud traffic that never stopped. Despite the extra window to contain the noise, the window was open slightly (we were unaware) meaning it wasn't easy to sleep.
The following day we managed to close the already broken window and got an extra duvet (from a "full hotel") to provide more comfort below the person sleeping on the sofa bed. Not to mention the strange weed-smelling stench coming from the shower drains.
Overall, I wasn't exactly satisfied here and it had been much better in past visits. The keys to our room were deactivated 20 minutes before check-out meaning we had to go and get them validated again to be able to get our stuff. The experience in London is fantastic and we do still love a good premier inn holiday, however, we will be looking at a different one next time as this is failing to meet our standards in multiple areas, most likely the new flagship one in Southwark.
If you want to stay here, it's a good hotel, however, be prepared to have to sort issues within your room to enable the best experience possible for you.

Not as good as last time we stayed. I do not like waking up to a cold room because heating turned off. Booked for 2 only 1 towel. Had to ask for another one. Just lacking that something
V. W.
Just a stop over but the glasses and coffee cups need washing before I used them...otherwise a good visit

Good family room. Comfortable beds and quite clean. Buffet breakfast is quite good and when an adult orders a full breakfast, children eat breakfast for free.
E.
Rooms is good, but there is bad smell due to carpets. It is very close the Tower Bridge. Breakfast is not bad. But I will not chose in next time.
M. B.
Really lucky with the view from our room! Polite and friendly staff but I did get the impression they were a little stressed. I'd still go back 👍👍👍
R. F.
Lovely room, convenient location, friendly staff. Single blueberry left on floor for us upon arrival. How nice.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Nice location, being quite close to the Tower of London via Tower Bridge and City Hall.

No problems. Straight forward check-in. Room was in good decorative order. Bed was comfortable. No excess noise from adjacent rooms. Would stay again.
R. L.
They need to sort out the hugh puddle outside main reception. Otherwise this place is good with a great night's sleep 😴
R. S.
I cannot stress enough how helpful, friendly and efficient the staff were. The rooms are always clean and top standard as well. Really grateful to the staff who accommodated my trip and went out of their way to accommodate my work hours and were happy to help. 10/10 here always! Location is insane too literally 5 .in walk from tower Bridge 🤩
K. O.
What a lovely hotel this is in a great location. Staff were so good, not a thing was a problem. Rooms fresh and clean and no sound from the road what so ever. Highly recommended.
j.
good clean room, enough space for what we needed it for (a base whilst sightseeing in london)
staff were great, very helpful and attentive.
book early if u want lunch or evening meal as restaurant soon fills up (we missed out) breakfast was fab, opted for the buffet and we were all impressed with the choices, fruit, Yoghurts, cereal, full english, pancakes.... something for everyone.
K. S.
Excellent staff and such helpful friendly staff in restaurant delicious plentiful and varied breakfast. Good choice of dinner menu.
C. W.
Room clean and spacious, staff really friendly. Worth the money

Went here last year, very nice. Would recommend to someone visiting London.

This hotel is walking distance from tower bridge which is nice and has good facilities to take aways and supermarkets. The nearest train station is about 10-15 mins walk. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Prices are high but I guess the location is the reason for that. The hotel is nicely kept and the room was well presented. We did get a air conditioning leak happening in the room whenever it was switched on which ruined my clothes and I did make this known, they did offer to change rooms for us but we decided to stay where we were to avoid the hassle of moving luggage’s. However, we enjoyed our stay here and this hotel is recommended.

Just perfect for us .Great staff

Great accommodation close to the city at a reasonable price
M. T.
A comfy room and a great buffet breakfast

Popular hotel near Tower Bridge. Standard rooms and decent breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. It was perfectly located. 15 minute walk to the London Bridge station and to Tower Bridge. Had a beautiful view out my window of the Shard. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping service was excellent always returned to clean beds and new fresh towels. The bathroom was clean as well. Shower was great, very warm water. The service was excellent, very kind employees.
Only downsides are that breakfast is not included for free. The rooms also did not have AC, so it would get too warm at night.
Overall I did a lot of research to pick the right spot and I'm glad I went with this hotel. The price was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.
D. C.
Great location, we have visited quite a few times and will be back soon.
F. D.
Excellent service, lady serving dinner amazing!!!
B. H.
Good hotel in a good location close to the tube stations
D. S.
Comfortable , well appointed rooms with good access to surrounding sites of interest...a good selection of food downstairs in the restaurant...

Nice big room, clean with lovely beds and a nice clean bathroom. Our air conditioning made a bit of a vibrating noise every now and again but we were fine with that to have a nice cool room.
The staff were absolutely lovely, I have to say especially Hazel and her team at breakfast, we had a really good laugh with her each morning, and nothing was too much for her.
Slight little mix up with ordering our main meal on our second day but we were given complimentary drinks as an apology so that was fine by us :)
All in all a great stay, very well located for our business needs and staff who were very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much bother.
V. M.
An excellent hotel with highly friendly staff who made us feel welcome when we came. The food was really good as well, always a plus point with premier inn hotels. The reception area does feel quite dated though and there isn’t much natural light, so it feels a bit dark, but it’s a minor issue.
The location is what makes it perfect for tourists as it’s only a 10 minute walk on a straight road from tower bridge and the Tower of London, with London Bridge station being very close too. This makes it fantastic for transport links if you are visiting other parts of London, with London Euston being less than 20 minutes away on the Northern Line. From our room, we clearly saw Sky Garden and The Gherkin in the distance, in addition to The Shard, it was amazing to see at night - with it lit up!
R. L.
Great accommodation close to the city at a reasonable price

Located just near the Tower Bridge, the Premier Inn Tower Bridge is clean, lovely and provides you with great hospitality. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by Ronni who was very helpful and kindly guided me throughout my stay. My room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and the decor was tastefully minimalistic. Despite its central location, the area is quiet and safe, even for those who travel alone; and most importantly, the team (Ronni and Antonio especially) was very friendly, equally helpful, and facilitated a super pleasant stay.
L. B.
Good value for money, clean and great location. Can’t complain.
J. S.
Stay for a night. Great service. Nice room. Clean. Breakfast is great deal and quality food BUT Air Con is not working too hot in the building. Suggestion customer should be able to control their air con. Maybe main air con is not switch on.

Travelled down for a weekend for our anniversary. This Premier Inn is perfectly placed for visiting the Tower of London and the surrounding attractions. It was just a 10 minute walk. The staff were al very friendly and the room was the up to the usual clean comfortable standard. We had the meal deal and it was well worth it. It was all hot and fresh and the staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast was also well worth paying for. Fresh and plenty of it. Highly recommend.
K. M.
Lovely view, slept really well , staff very helpful, would definitely stay again
R. B.
We stayed here for 2 nights. It is a typical Premier Inn so you know what you are getting - clean & functional. Staff were friendly and room was quiet so all good. Not given 5 stars as we had to ask for an extra towel 3 times before it was provided as our room was 1 short on arrival. On our final morning the breakfast buffet was far too busy and we had to wait a long time to be seated and for a plate to get food. The staff were clearly trying their best but could not keep up with demand. A good value functional hotel in Central London though that is close to all the sights and tourist areas.
L. B.
Very nice place to stay, everything within easy distance, nice and comfy
D. M.
Comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.
A. B.
Great location, shame their bar wasnt open in the evenings. But on a plus Weatherspoons was only a 2 minute walk up the road and lots cheaper.
Staff at hotal were lovely and attentive at breakfast, but missed getting to serve our own breakfast at the buffet.

The wife kids and I had a stay in London overnight to see some of our family and needed basically a bed for the night. Price wise, for London anyway, was pretty good. We had a family room. Luckily I could park at the family's house as the parking at the hotel is ridiculously expensive. The room itself is fine, standard premier inn, and we had breakfast which was help yourself style but did the job and was a good start to the day. Pretty quiet considering it is at the side if a road and for somewhere to get your head down that's reasonably priced, I'd recommend.
T. A.
Rooms are a decent size by London standards and very clean. The breakfast was good too, but the outside laneway leading to the hotel could do with a good clean. It is a slightly dodgy area too. The biggest problem was the rooms not having a fridge, iron, tissues or phone. On balance though it is good value for money.
A. Q.
Nice hotel, really comfortable beds. Simple reception, good restaurant and the have good gluten free food. In the restaurant/bar everything is paid after the meal, so in the checkout it's just hand back the card and it's done. The quickest checkout I ever had. Definitely worth
M. L. T.
As Premiers go, this Premier is one of the best we've stayed in. It is in a great location and although you don't get a view of Tower Bridge, the views are good enough. Some rooms overlook tennis courts and the shard. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have 40" TVs with a good range of available channels. The breakfast area is good but word of warning the busy times are 0800-0900 so time your visit right. Reasonably priced for central London.
M. M.
When you're getting a room in central London on NYE really you're posting for the location, which was great. We had one towel to share between us and had to ask for a second, the only room amenities were a kettle with two tea bags and a tv... but the check out time was late (which was very much appreciated on new year's Day) and check in was smooth.
T. J.
Hotel good and staff excellent but don't let them give you a room at the front of the hotel. Almost constant traffic 24 hrs a day. I had just 2 hrs sleep! Please upgrade the soundproofing!!
M. L.
Clean & friendly, staff here are brilliant
P. W.
We had a fantastic stay here. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help me,my daughter and my two grandsons. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable .
C. C.
Excellent location for visiting The Tower of London, The Shard and lots other sights
M. M.
Starting to look a bit run down for my liking considering I paid £216 plus £40 for parking for 2 days. Even the rooms and bathrooms starting to look like they need up-dating or re decorating. Even the seats in the lobby are ripped and could do with replacing.
I've been staying at this hotel for over 10 years but don't feel it's good value for money now.
L. S.
Nice welcome when we arrived for this weekend stay, plenty of hand sanitiser, good covid restrictions nice clean rooms, polite staff, nice food in restaurant and quick service. Would highly recommend. Xx
K. T.
Third time have stayed here, great location, always a great nights sleep. Rooms are as you would expect from Premier Inn. The lady on the bar, afternoon / night is so friendly and fun, engages with all the customers as friends, she was as happy at end of shift as she was at start, staff like that are hard to find.
G. P.
Rooms were clean and tidy with a nice flat screen TV. The air conditioning was a little loud but can be turned off (automatically came back on at 5am, but turned it back off). Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided with a kettle.
The bathroom was also clean with a good size bath/shower. Hand wash plus hair/body wash is provided in dispensers, but no toothpaste, so don't forget to take your own.
The breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were efficient and friendly.
J. F.
They are nice people Nice and polite Help you You're not sure how to get to your location Highly recommend to people to go to his hotel
P. M.
Room was a LITTLE tatty by the usual standards I've come to expect from Premier Inn, but by that I mean the grout wasn't brand new and some marks on the walls, nothing to really trouble us on our stay.
Three of us, one family room, spacious, clean, fantastic location, and a really great price. Only stayed one night, would go back again
C. T.
Nice and clean. However, disappointed with the WiFi & no shampoo or conditioner in rooms.
J. H.
The staff was really fantastic at both the hotel and the attached restaurant. Rooms were clean which was great. I had an issue with the AC which was rectified quickly. The free WiFi was not good and I did find £5 per night to be a bit pricey for the ultimate WiFi though I did buy it anyway.
D. T.
Excellent customer service, building needs some work
s. m.
We booked in hours before 2pm . The beds so comfy and had a good night sleep. There are signs about to give respect for other people that might be sleeping, so yes no noise in the room to disturb sleep. The room was a nice size. I can't complain will definitely go again . London bridge just down the road
V. W.
Usual high standard Premier Inn, clean room and bathroom polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location as always for where we wanted to be, Tower Bridge and the Shard. Train and underground 10 minute walk away.
K. S.
Clean hotel & very helpful staff.
j. H.
Great staff and good service .
Well located for the sights of London.
Only issue is getting to the Parking!
we returned this year and found the place to be very run down, television in the bar not working and staff now not so friendly,
food was very average and it looked like it needed a good clean.
a. c.
Just had a very pleasant 2 nights stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, well done Premier Inn. The location is excellent for visiting Tower Bridge or going on a river cruise.
P. S.
Very clean, brilliant staff and good food
S. M.
Stayed at this hotel just for 3 nights whilst taking a short break in London. Hotel was neat and tidy, breakfast was good but the best thing about the hotel was the staff. Very able and friendly, made you feel like nothing was a problem, not many times you can say that.
N. O.
Very close to Tower Bridge. Rooms fine and at a sensible temperature - not overheated which I find is a common problem in hotels in winter. Check-in lady was very helpful - assisting with the self-check-in process... Service in the restaurant was a tad slow due to numbers but unfailingly polite and attentive. Starter was pretty ordinary but the main course - steak - was excellent. Asked for rare and got rare and at a sensible price. All in all a good find at a last minute price in a fantastic location. Going to bring the family next time.
T. E.
Very nice and clean rooms and hotel. Welcoming staff. Close to London attractions. Were here during the Burrough Market attacks. Fantastic staff who lead us during the evacuation. They took care of everything and made sure everyone was cared for.
S. O.
Staff are lovely! Breakfast buffet has a great selection. Even received a complimentary birthday breakfast for my son, many thanks for helping make his day special.
R. H.
Very good hotel, location good although quite a walk from the tube. We slept very well, quiet and comfy. Breakfasts were good. Unfortunately there was was no got water in one morning of our stay which was very inconvenient. Otherwise 5 stars.
C. J.
Great place to stay in London. Short walk to 2 tube stations. And the bridge itself.
Premier Inns are the same all over and this is no different. Rooms lovely. Staff lovely and helpful. Disabled access all over.
Food is OK. But loads of places to eat around and small shops near by.
Can't fault it every time I've stayed (hence why I choose this 1 every time I stay in London)
S. M.
Excellent location for the sight seeing trip that was as surprise gift for my Wife's birthday. All the staff that I dealt with were very pleasant, cheerful and informative. The breakfast was excellent and we shall definitely being staying there again. First class.
R. T.
A friend and I stayed here one Thursday night after having afternoon tea at the Ritz! It was very central and only a few minutes walk from Tower Hill underground station! The staff were very friendly and helpful and let us check in early so we could change! Our room was very comfortable and NO noise at night! We had a drink in the bar in the evening which was then transformed into part of the dining room for breakfast, which was very plentiful!
P. J.
OK place to stay not much around in terms of places to eat but the onsite restaurant and pub was pretty good. Staff friendly and even had a happy hour. Room was really clean and had a view of skyscrapers, no iron in room and the extractor fan in the bathroom was supper noisey hence 4 stars.
P. C.
Great room, comfy bed, free coffee, great breakfast choices and ok shower. However staff were quite abrupt when presented with issues over prepaid rooms and went back on their word - a little unprofessional.
Z. V.
Breakfast and dinner is not worth the price, wings are so small and the portion size is ridisuclly small i.e 4 wings!!
The rooms are big compared to similar hotels i.e 3 stars and below, bed is very high but extreamly comfy and pillows are lovely! Rooms can get very warm and make it a restless sleep, tempeture can only be lowered down to 16* degree celious!!
Me and my Fiance had 3 very good interactions with two Italian employees and one lady who was hlaf turkish and english who works in the resteruant!! We did recieve great service from them!!
We have two complaints to make!
Our first complaint is about a staff member in the resteruant! My Fiance was ording her meal and we were ording drinks and one staff member kept repeating red wine!! Which is very strange! This was no means upselling, She looked at my Fiance in disgust and said "no red wine?" Like saying a lady should drink Red Wine! My Fiance doesn't drink! We had to repeat several times no she didn't want Red Wine! We reported it to her other colluege and it was delt it!
Second complaint! On the night of our check out! We got a bang on the door a few times! Me and My Fiance were in the shower! An employee called Victor Was at the door he said move back from my door and I did! I had no clothes on me with just a towel wrapped around me! He kept accusing me I was the only one in the room as anyone who works in a hotel I was check in with Fiance and it was even on our bill statement! He said numours of times he was checking us out because of loud noices!! Which wasnt true! Because for the 8 days we stayed in this hotel! We heard banging and runnung up and down our hallway all week during the night!! Very unprofessional Victor was!!
I know how a hotel and staff should run a hotel and Victor should have known two people were checked into that room.
I study and work in hospitality!
C. R.
Great place with comfortable rooms and very friendly service. In a great position for tourists, only 10 minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Only slight downside was that the road that it is on is very busy and there are lots of sirens going back and forth which, although the rooms are insulated, could disturb light sleepers like myself. This, however, will not put me off from going back again.
D. R.
Lovely clean room and en-suite. Breakfast was delicious and service was quick. I would definitely visit again.
S. H.
Great location and exactly what can be expected from a premier in. Our view was nothing to shout about bit maybe just being picky. £40 for a Sunday night and £100 for a Monday night seemed a strange pricing structure but overall for a 2 night stay, not bad.
C. G.
Nice room, lovely and clean, good shower and amazing bed (you would expect so with their sleep guarantee!) and the friendliest staff I've ever met at a Premier Inn, they are really so welcoming
M. H.
First time staying at prime inn tower bridge road London the room very clean good value good night sleep.
B. J.
Great place as usual with very quiet rooms. Nice and close to Tower Bridge and central London. Car park available but it's in the congestion zone and costs £20 at hotel or via pay by phone is £30 a day!!!
M. T.
A comfy room and a great buffet breakfast
B. G.
Central, quiet and clean. Worth a stay.
L. M.
Location very nice but a little bit of a walk from the nearest tube station. Lovely room, very clean and tidy and very comfortable bed although shower was lacking a bit in pressure. Food was very nice and breakfast had allot of options also very nice and reasonably priced.
S. C.
You can't go wrong with Premier Inn. I was there for one night stay due to attending business event next day in central London.
Hardly 10 min walk from London Bridge underground (I was unlucky due to rain 7.pm). When I arrived the self-chekin machine was there, within two min I had my room key. In 5-7 min I was in my room from arrival. If sky is clear at night you get decent view of London sky line. Rooms nice and clean. Bathroom with bath. Next day morning 7.15am buffet breakfast, felt little poor quality then other premier-inn I visited but may be that's the location #London. There was no choice for veg susages, I ordered it and given approx 15min wait by the time I had cup of tea so wasn't issue for me. Usualy fruit, cereals, pastry's selection. Check out 8.15am.
K. S.
A very nice place to stay. was on a business trip and wanted someplace close to my work place and Premier Inn was the only option available on short notice at a decent price. But it turned out to be very good. Clean rooms with a decent restaurant on location and convenient to a lot of places nearby near London Bridge.
J. G.
Great hotel, close to Tower Bridge and other attractions like Tower of London
s. h.
Perfect Location, quiet. Great nights sleep.
D. H.
Fairly convenient location with tourist and business districts within walking distance. The self check-in was handy but left me no opportunity to check if there was an iron in the room. There wasn't. The room itself was fine. If you've stayed in any Premier Inn room before you know what this one was like. Towels for one which was fine for me but would have been inconvenient had there been two staying. If you're not used to traffic then that could be a problem. It's not overly loud and only cars driving (no people shouting, reversing beeps etc.) However, the air-conditioning unit was not at all quiet and whenever it came on you could hear little else. This did keep me awake at times. Presumably not like that in every room but it did look kinda old. Breakfast was decent though I don't know why I had to wait for someone to finish doing something else before they would take me to a table. This was a bit annoying but all the moreso when they sat me in what was basically a thoroughfare and said that it was fully self service. If it's self service then I can sit myself down and get my food without having to wait five minutes to be pointed at a chair. Overall, okay. Nothing overwhelmingly good. Nothing desperately bad (though the air-conditioning was close). Check in and out was fast and easy, bed clean and comfortable. Bathroom serviceable.
O. B.
Decent budget hotel, reasonably close to London. Hotel clean, room spotless and quiet. Great air con. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
S. C.
Just perfect for us .Great staff
D.
Clean, warm, friendly hotel. Less than 10 min walk to Tower Bridge. Bus stops 2 min walk. They will stash your luggage on the day of arrival and departure. I recommend it.

The Premier Inn at London Tower Bridge road is all what you expect from this chain.
The staff are warm and friendly the moment you arrive. Check in is clean and easy and within minutes you are in your comfy large room.
Beds are great, rooms clean and tidy with decent bathrooms.
The staff in the Thyme Restaurant (with a special mention to the bubbly loveable Jan) are as equally welcoming and friendly.
Its an easy choice to stay here when working in this part of London.
S. B.
Great hotel. Big room and a bath! Never had that in London. Great location and staff were brilliant. Will definitely stay again. Good breakfast too
A. H.
The room was clean with a big comfy bed and black out curtains making it very comfortable to sleep in. The location was close to tower bridge and near a bus stop, the nearest tune station was around 15 minutes walk away. The reason that this is only 4 stars and not 5 is that the loud droning sound of the extractor in the bathroom drove us insane to the point we would leave the light off when we went to the toilet because it was so annoying.
p. w.
We like this place, but for once prem inn let us down a bit as the a c wasn't responding to the thermostat so it was hot in the night.
S. G.
Stayed here a couple times now perfect central location with reasonable priced onsite parking. Stone throw from tower Bridge and the South Bank, Tate modern etc.. Decent sized family rooms good breakfast selection and kids ate free!! We'll be back soon
P. S.
Great hotel centrally located and easy walking distance of London Bridge station, Borough Market and lots of shops and cafes in Bermondsey. Great views of the Shard. Spotlessly clean rooms and great breakfast.
U. R.
Great place to stay if u need access to Guy's & King's Hospitals, or if u just want to see London. Staff very friendly & helpful. Car park a bit difficult to get to & limited spaces.
I. K.
Visiting London with younger kids so we booked a family room. Kind of what you expect for being near Central London, the room was snug for the 4 of us leaving little room for luggage and movement. Lots of hot water, little water pressure, the room is pretty clean although has a funky damp smell. Handy for all the attractions about 12 minutes walk to the tube, lots of options for breakfast nearby.
L.
The customer was excellent the restaurant was had very nice breakfast the rooms and toilets were great but the bead was very uncomfortable
N. W.
Always reliable and do exactly what they offer. Quality sleep in a quiet room even in the busy city location. Perfect siteseeing base along from the Tower Bridge. Stayed many times and the staff are always very friendly
J. M.
Great staff, made the short stay enjoyable..(especially the dining staff).Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner).
Location very close to tower Bridge and tower of London, beds where comfortable and clean..
Downsizes
The air-conditioner made alot of noise
The unit for making toast very slow and in a
very awarked spot.
long distance away from other main attractions
P. H.
It's a premier Inn, you know what you're getting as they're all the same really. Pros here: lovely friendly staff clearly rushed off their feet but very friendly and helpful. Cons: had to fix my own shower, light bulbs not working in the bedroom, trivial stuff but obvious stuff that should've been picked up on an inspection between guests. And it was a little noisy but it's London, you'd be daft not to expect that.

Absolutely Fantastic Staff!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jan and Marcia (Ive forgotten all your names sorry) and everyone else we can't thank you enough!!!
We took our Son and our Grand daughter to London as my youngest has always wanted to see London so we took them for a treat for his 9th Birthday! We are so glad we chose this Premier Inn to visit, we certainly weren't expecting the staff to be as welcoming as what you guys were! Most Premier inns we have visited in the past have been a good standard but as far as hospitality goes they should ALL take a leaf out of your book!!🏆🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆
They spotted my Son sporting this "Birthday" badge and made him a cake and ice cream with candles and even joined in singing.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you ALL so much for making our visit to London so memorable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited premier inn 10th of march till the 13th of march for my daughter s 21st.Room very comfortable and clean.great nights sleep., staff very friendly, I did nt give a five star because I felt I was overcharged for breakfast which did nt consist of either a continental or full English so I did nt dine here again. But if that matter was revalued maybe charge by individual item I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel. It is perfect for a base to do all the sightseeing of London.
m.
The hotel room was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wanted to thank Ronni because he helped us a lot by finding itineraries for us to follow during the day. He was very helpful!!
M. J.
We were very pleased with our two night stay. Everything was as it should be. We were especially pleased with the help and information we received from Shane who worked the reception desk. He should be commended.
A. M.
Stayed here several times and have always enjoyed the stay. Staff are always polite and helpful.
With a wetherspoons 100 yards up the road always good for a cheap meal.
Just 15 mins walk from Tower Hill underground station it's where we will always stay when traveling to London
I. K.
Hi
Just like to say how impressed we were with all the staff, we were with a wedding party and all well looked after.
The one thing I would advise is to watch the taxi companies called in, I know the hotel offers this service which has is not linked to the hotel but £ 25.00 x 6 cabs each when a black cab cost us only £ 7.40 was an expense the bride and groom could have done without.

This is one of the newer Premier Inns in London. The rooms are exactly what you would expect, a decentish size. The room have baths with showers over them. Breakfast is okay, there is a mix of cereals and cooked things. The restaurant evening menu is okay for a couple of days. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from Tower Bridge, so it's pretty close for the Tower of London/St Catherine's Dock. There are lots of restaurants in the local area and looks of london boozers if that's what you are after. There are a couple of tube stations reasonably close. There is a local Co-Op shop over the road if you have forgotten anything. The TVs in the room are a decent size and you can plug HDMI into them (actually a socket in the wall). There is even an Amazon Locker in the lobby if you need to do any internet shopping!
It's a Premier Inn, it's in a decentish location.
G. R.
Staff very good. But our room no 4 needs the bath taps sorted out as we had cold showers did tell them the first morning and when we left.needs a mat to go in the bath so you do not slip when you have a bad leg.A shower would be better in a disabled room other wise very good.
M. P.
Good location and it has parking, very close to the Shard and underground station, Borough market good rooms and very friendly staff, hotel bar sells Stella at £4.50 a pint which is very cheap for London
N.
Very impressed with service, staff very friendly and courteous. Clean and acceptable rooms, location was perfect for our sight seeing holiday. Defo recommend to anyone. Price was reasonable in relation to area compared to other nearby hotels
H. B.
Great stay thank you
T. S.
Great Hotel and great location
p. s.
This hotel is very nice, clean and the employees are very friendly. The room is large and always clean. The hotel is near underground London Bridge so you are near all that you want to see.
G. G.
Good location but be prepared to walk about 15/20 mins to the nearest tube. If your are taking the car they do have parking at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff! Avoid breakfast and dinner and busy times during school holidays or expect to que up! A good budget hotel and easy walking distance to Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the Shard.
J. S.
We spent the night here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and were treated like royalty by the staff. We had a great night sleep and a lovely and filling breakfast. This is our 2nd visit and will be attending again.
S.
Friendly helpful, staff. Busy lift!
D. T.
Ok had to move rooms because of hot water problems, found a tonail on the bed and a piece of broken plastic.
B. U.
We use their parking services, and are really happy
Staff absolutely friendly and helpful even though you do all through yourparkspace...but we went in and ask to use the ladies... and they were really helpful and with the best smiles
Would recommend
L. K.
This is a great place to stay. The location for Tower Bridge and Tower pf London is perfect. The hotel bar and restraunt are just the best places to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing. There is a wide variety of bars, pubs and restraunts well within 15mins walk with some magnificent sights along the way. You just cannot go wrong with this hotel.
P. P.
I'm unable to pre-book breakfast as they don't pick up the phone.
E. M.
Only downside is the breakfast. After that the staff are great, the rooms are clean and modern and the windows do a good job of keeping out the noise. The bar/restaurant is good.
T.
Very good value, excellent location. Great breakfast, nice beds, nice bathrooms, air conditioned rooms, plenty of space. We loved it!
S. P.
I would have given more but the room I had (120) was noisy from the air cons or motors of some description all night. But staff and conditions were 5 stars
S. B.
Room ok.bed a bit creaky.
Room was not properly serviced no clean towel good job there was a spare.bed was not made either.
Location fine but no where near what one has come to expect from premier inn
C. D.
Good central location. Nice walk over Tower bridge to subway, busses at the door.
Very nice staff! Kind and nice to our kids as well to us. Also good Rooms and a good restaurant.
c. i.
Superb premier inn as usual, really convenient for exploring either side of river between tower bridge and westminster. The staff from the time we walked in to the time we left were very friendly we stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it but we have come to expect that now, it's was our 10th time in a premier and never been disappointed.
G. K.
Excellent venue and Location, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff... best ever sleep... comfortable bed.
s. s.
Usually rooms, helpful staff. Good location with carpark
H. S.
It was a good hotel with good nearby food options and travel options including Bus stops and London bridge station. It's also extremely close to the centre and London Tower Bridge. It also has a co-op across the road and a papa John's but it also has a restaurant inside and a park next door.
G. a.
Very close to tower bridge nice clean rooms, and a decent price
K. B.
Staff amazing hotel not up to standard. Heating broken in first room, air con faulty in second. Also chef unable to soft boiled egg and no flap jack.
M. M.
While the rooms were fair sized, the stay was disappointing. There is no phone in the room, forget room service or contact with the reception. When we went down, the restaurant was closed at 8.30pm. pretty disappointing experience, barring the staff, who were extremely cordial and polite.
N. H.
This is actually my favourite premier inn in London for me an my family. It has a car park which is rare (and for ride London essential if you bring your bike) and there is also tanner street park just behind it which has a playground for kids. Also a short walk to potters field/Hayes galleria which we spend most evenings at - always something on at the scoop. Perfect location for families in London
M. B.
Great hotel, with a great Resturant serving good food which was also good value for money. We got starter, main course, drink and breakfast all included. Much cheaper than any london City centre hotel. This place was clean and tidy, quiet and only a few mins walk from Tower of London, tower bridge.
P. G.
Breakfast could have been warmer. The hotel is otherwise good. It's a bit hard to find if you don't know London
j. s.
Stayed there a few times when working locally, good access to riverside bars and local places of interest. The breakfast has always been a highlight. Good clean rooms
M. S.
Room was clean and well appointed, and there was no noise on a Saturday night. Breakfast was good, both in terms of quality an choice , and not too busy.
A. M.
Very simple facilities but does what it claims - delivers a good night's sleep. Bed very comfortable. Full English breakfast decent.
F. B.
Second stay here and just as good as the first. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming and also very helpful. Will definitely be back again.
K. C.
Very comfortable and all presented room. Excellent price for the meal deal and good quality food. Service in the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful
S. W.
Secure car parking a small walk to tower bridge night life there is very good just no food at the moment good place to stay
K.
Great room, great breakfast with lots of options. Comfy bed, tea and a kettle provided in the room. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
L. W.
Decent price and a good night's sleep, great location. Only thing against it would be the bathroom light and fan being an instant wake up for your partner middle of the night.
R. D.
Staff were absolutely brilliant and superbly helpful both in the hotel and restaurant alike. This is the best Premier Inn of all time and we've stayed at plenty!
R. P.
Excellent location and the usual Premier Inn facilities. Real bonus is that it has a car park. Would definitely stay again
G. G.
Good quality rooms. Friendly staff. Good premier inn breakfast. Evening meal service was a little bit slow.
B. G.
Great central location, just a short walk from Tower Bridge. Rooms were squeaky clean and the beds really comfortable. 5/5 would stay again.
T. T.
Very nice hotel. Not near anything. Hope you like to walk. Small rooms. No ironing board. Restaurant was good. Priced Right.
E. H.
Good hotel, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast with a large choice and even the possibility for soy milk!
Nice, comfortable beds.
S. F.
Clean, modern rooms. Really quiet despite proximity to busy roads and hotel being fully booked. Efficient, courteous staff.
S. F.
Lovely hotel but the staff need to know about their local surroundings. The road was closed which was the entrance to the car park. We drove round for an hour trying to find an alternative way in and the staff didn't even know the road was closed, let alone an alternative route.
S. J.
Lovely hotel close to Tower Bridge. Service was wonderful. However a dinner reservation is recommended as it gets very busy in the evening. Breakfast is marvellous and very relaxed.
s. o.
Good clean place polite staff ,we had children and they had beds in our room very nice ensuite room with 3 beds in and still plenty of room , only issue was that we stayed in winter and the heating in the room only let out cold air no matter what we did so we froze at night , breakfast there was a great selection and parking was reasonable for the whole day and night only problem was that it's not clear where the parking is , when I tried to check-in online it wouldn't work so had to do it when we got there
T. H.
I just spent the weekend here Friday to Monday . And i have to say I had a lovely experience there the staff were all very polite helpful and made you feel so welcome.
I'd like to thank Surinah and her team for making our stay perfect ....
c. b.
Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and clean rooms. What more could a travelling family want? Highly recommended
J. S.
Great place in london. Very handy. The car park is just inside the congestion charging zone though. Car parking changed to £20.00 For hotel guests. £30.00 For non residents
P. S.
Excellent service very nice staff especially breakfast staff, hotel was ideal location for what we needed would recommend and we will definitely stay here again 👍
A. R.
Standard 3 star hotel. Good rooms. A bit lazy and inexperienced staff. Be careful and ask them always to double-check everything
K. L.
Very nice place with nice rooms and a rather nice location. It does not look a deal too good from the outside, but it is quite the place for little money.
M. L.
Really handy for tourism going into London. Staff friendly. Car parking too.
Downside is you have to enter congestion zone to get to car park, which also gets you into elez£££££.
W. B.
Amazing staff and very good rooms and food. the positioning of this hotel is good too because it is a 5 minute walk away from tower bridge and behind it is a small park with tennis courts and grass.
M. H.
Good clean hotel good breakfast but check inn staff need to learn some customers service skills but breakfast staff lovely people very friendly
B. H.
Great rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Well priced. You'd be hard pushed to find anywhere better to stay for a better price.
J. D.
Great location. Clean and friendly.
J. B.
Perfectly pleasant premier inn in an ideal location for sight seeing. Bit busy for breakfast but staff could not have worked harder or been more welcoming.
L. K.
Excellent value for money. Comfy bed and the usual amenities. Have yet to stay in a bad Premier Inn and this is no exception. Recommended.
B. M.
Great rooms. staff very polite, pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in London.
H. D.
As premiere inn's go, this is one of the better ones. Modern TV with HDMI and USB inputs so you can bring your own entertainment. WiFi is poor but the staff are great and very helpful.
A. J.
Nice breakfast! Good comfy bed and friendly staff. Room service if you want too
G. B.
Great room, awesome bed. Friendly staff too. Arrived at 11 pm so it was very quick getting checked in and getting in the room.

K. M. S.
Really good value for money. Food was lovely. Staff were really friendly. Comfy bed and peaceful sleep.
K. E.
Rooms lovely and comfy
Food ok not bad
Staff shocking no one on desk most of time staff always on phone blank ecptessions on faces when asked anything
Your only saving grace staff wise was Jen the bar tender who tried to sort out any problem we had always cheerful amd apologetic for the rest of the shower that works there
The stars for the room and food

L. K.
We had a fantastic stay as a family. Polite and helpful staff, very quiet room and a view of the Shard.
D. S.
Usual Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, functional. Must praise Hazel though for being an exceptional member of staff and putting a smile on everyone's face at breakfast.
m. o.
Good family room, good breakfast, good friendly staff, responsible price for London, good location south of the Thames, near Tower Bridge and Tower of London, bit of a walk from nearest Tube, 10-15 min walk.
W. V.
Nice Premier inn, Nicer than most others. Attached pub is ok too. Close to city center but a good 15 min walk to the nearest underground.
R. W.
Very good hotel and neat. Good for family of four. Not far from all best location. Good breakfast.
