Room pretty basic, but expected that for London. Staff brilliant very friendly and helpful. Could have as much tea/coffee etc.. without any bother. Just ask if you want your room freshened up, it was no problem. Good value for money, especially if you book ahead.
E. B.
Lovely premier inn, in a great location. The rooms are as expected for a premier inn, clean and had all the essentials. Bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected, and had a view of the shard! i think the only thing that could benefit would be 2 more pillows in the rooms though I believe the lovely staff would be accommodating to that on request. Thank you!

Stayed here for 3 nights with Family, Staff were exceptional let us check in early as rooms were ready. They were all polite and welcoming so would defiantly go there again. This location was brilliant. But staff all deserve a pay rise.

Lovely hotel, staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice sized. Stayed in a family room for 3 night and the beds were very comfortable and everything was in working order. Would love to visit again

Fab location. Quick & efficient checkin/out. Friendly staff who gave our family rooms next door to each other! Rooms were clean, quiet & comfortable. Excellent price for London location.

Amazing how everything is blamed on covid. No eating facilities, no phone in room it's become so basic but the price has gone up. The room was not cleaned up after our first night unmade bed, dirty cups and glasses left for the day. Very disappointing, stop using covid as an excuse.

Always stay in Premier Inn..always spot on. This time we had a problem with the room. This was immediately looked into and we were allocated a new room. Ali and his team were totally customer focused and really looked after us. Brilliant service, thank you.
A. P.
Fantastic loacation for 5 nights in London- 5 minute walk to the tube station.
Comfy and clean rooms, would of liked the room to be serviced throughout our stay but not a major issue.
J. C.
Staff were all so kind and pleasant. Rooms as you would expect. Clean and comfortable. However Premiere Inn should be called out for the pressure on their staff at the County Hall Hotel to accommodate us in the Waterloo Hotel for breakfast. It was horrendous! Queues from the hot food back towards the entrance, no mugs.... just dreadful. The poor staff were ran ragged. They really did try their best to deal with all the additional guests.
T. W.
Staff exceptional, very accommodating and although I arrived early there was room available - swift check in which enabled me to get to St. Thomas to visit hubby, on check out stored my luggage for me to enable another visit upon my return took the time to check if husband ok, it’s the little things that help. Room clean, warm and comfy bed that’s all I needed, that and the reassurance that staff there were happy to help.
C. R.
The staff at this Premier Inn are the most friendliest and helpful staff I have ever encountered. They were knowledgeable and keen to know how our stay was. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Fine hotel, good location, some staff not ideally suited.
Restaurant currently closed, but notified of that in booking process.
Staff seem fine enough, but on a group business booking the check in questions varied a lot and seemed a touch invasive, as if they suspected something odd was going on.
I watched this process and pointed out that I had paid for the rooms on my business account and this particular person was the correct guest, but the staff member was dismissive and continued with their interrogation.
The rooms are standard Premier Inn, they vary in size, so it's pot luck as to what you get here.
Awesome, but expensive vending machine in the lobby.
R. W.
The restaurant was closed due to a flood, one lift not working again due to a flood daytime staff very friendly and helpful the lass on the night time total opposite the look she gave me when I asked for an extra towel as there was only two in the room and there was three of us then the next night when I asked for more coffee and milk the look I got you would have thought I had asked her to clean the windows in the whole hotel. Good location room was OK wished we had a better view but it is the center of London can't have it all. The night shot was impressive through
B. J.
So good, upgraded to top floor(14th) for sons birthday...great view of london eye,big ben, houses of parliament and parts of themes...this hotel central to getting about for sightseeing...room 1402.

Stayed here a good while ago - apologies for the delayed review!
Stayed here for the duration of our time in London. Exceptional location- everything is very conveniently located and a short walk to the Tube if needed. We stayed in the converted maternity section which was super quiet. Guessing it was well insulated from its time as a maternity hospital!
Rooms were comfortable and warm - it was winter so well pleased!
The restaurant was comfortable and the food nice. The prices were outstanding for London and were great when we were too tired to wander in search of a restaurant!
Above all else it was the staff the made the difference. They went out of their way to be helpful and they made us feel very welcome and especially looked after our two kids. We will, without doubt stay here again when finally we can travel back to the UK!

My mum and I stayed at the Premier Inn (Waterloo) on 31st October for one night. Although Premiers are not high end, I felt compelled to write them a really good review because of our experience. It was my Mum's 80th birthday treat to go and see a show, stay overnight and meet up with her grandchildren (at Uni in London) and I asked, on check-in, if it would be possible to have a room with a view. The staff were amazing- they gave us a room on the 13th floor with the most spectacular panorama over London (we could Westminster, the London Eye, MI5, the Shell HQ) and put in a box of chocolates, can of wine cocktail and a hand written birthday card! I really thought they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you so much!
J.
Great customer service. Made us feel welcome in such a large hotel. Gave kids a lolly each. Room was spotless and no traffic noise at all. Ideal location
K. P.
Very disappointed in this Premier Inn compared to other ones I stayed Room had a view of a very close brick wall had to ask twice for clean towels, tea and coffee no hospitality at all. Might as well have stayed in a room with no comfort of a hotel.
D. W.
Sadly a bit of a let down. As I need an accessible room as I am disabled. This particular room (room 120) has the disadvantage of needing a wheelchair lift to get up 4 stairs to the room. Which adds sometimes 20 minutes to get someone who is trained to operate the machine, and I sit for embarrassingly long periods waiting just to get in and out of the room. Whatever happens in a fire I do not know. We couldn't change rooms as they were fully booked.
Also the kitchen and restaurant had been flooded out a few nights previously, and we had to go over to the Premier Inn at County Hall, which added even more to our problems, as we had paid for all our meals in advance. But we couldn't just have a voucher to give to County Hall for food. They had to credit the money back to us, and we had to pay again... Easy you say, but the money didn't reach our bank until 3 days after we got home from our trip. So, in effect, we had to pay twice for our food, and get one lot refunded later. Also, if you go to County Hall, and are in a wheelchair you cannot enter through the front door as there is 10 or 11 steps at the front with no ramp (listed building), and you have to be taken in by a member of staff through the service entrance with the food and laundry. This sort of takes the pleasant edge off our trip, although the staff were nothing less than lovely to us. A couple of times, I sat at the front door ringing the bell with no response for ages, and had to ask a fellow customer to speak with someone inside to let us in.
I must admit I felt let down on this trip into Central London, on what should have been a really special occasion after having been locked into our homes, us being vulnerable adults for 12months, plus my wife's cancer and subsequent chemo keeping us isolated for 11 months.

I loved our stay at this location. Room was a good size and it was very clean. The staff was so friendly! I'm definitely booking my future London stays here.
A. H.
Booked this Hotel about 6 months ago received an email a few days before out arrival to say that the bar and restaurant are not in use due to a refurbishment. Not impressed, need to amend this post there had been a flood and the bar and restaurant are had been damaged so could not be used. The staff where helpful and did there best to make our stay a pleasant one. We used County Hall Premier Inn for food and drinks
M. T.
Fantastic polite staff, we stayed in room 1105 that had a view of Big Ben and The London Eye.
Food services were closed but had no problem ordering fast food delivery to the hotel.
M. S.
The evening staff were extremely helpful in providing a cot for our daughter during our stay. The overnight staff were very polite and friendly. Had a great conversation with the male night reception staff and was more than happy to ensure we had an additional key for our room lighting. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very professional and highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.
D. G.
Second time here. Location is the best you can get. Loads of food and drink venues on your doorstep. All of the main tourist sites within a short walk. The staff were so friendly and helpful. During our stay, the restaurant flooded due to excessive rainfall and the staff remained so calm and professional and managed the situation perfectly. They are all a credit to Premier Inn. Will definitely be back. 😊
J. M.
Staff are excellent. Room was a little tired but hey it gets well used. Lift being out of action was a pain at rush hour. However it's comfy and clean and a great location will definitely be back.
J. W.
Reception staff were lovely, booked as a hotel that was fit to be the home to me, my fiance and 2 friends on a getaway trip to the capital, however, was guaranteed views of the london eye, but when opening the curtains of our room we saw... a brick wall... not only this but the brick wall had a window to someone's front room and we could see them sitting watching television.
j. j.
Exactly what you would expect from Premier Inn. Clean room, comfy bed and friendly staff. The perfect location for exploring London - we could see the London Eye from the window of our room!
K. D.
rooms were clean but couldn't open windows and air con wouldn't lower the temp. also only 1 lift working making it hard to get to room and leave
P. W.
Room too close to the lift, could hear the lift bell ring from six in the morning everytime it was used. Also stair doors thudding shut whenever they were used. Not much sleep!
M. M.
Really great location for south bank, Westminster and walkable to theatreland. Rooms can be a little noisy but good value hotel for central London.
L. C. R.
Used this hotel as my base for the London marathon. Friendly and clean but small rooms. Fantastic view though and was greeted with a lovely gift bag on the day of the marathon
A. H.
Staff were very kind and friendly. A bit of noise at around midnight. According to a women staff member we should have come down to tell them. A bit difficult as no phone in the room and I was in boxers at time. Wold have given more stars but no restaurant and noise...
K. B.
Most amazing view fantastic staff most helpful highly recommend this hotel great prices on rooms
P. M.
Many thanks to Laura on reception; excellent employee. I arrived quite stressed and in a hurry as my son was in the nearby children’s hospital. She was very understanding and booked me a room and gave me a key in under 2 minutes.
Room perfect for our requirements - modern and clean with a good shower.
We’ll definitely use again.
A. M.
Good location to get around the area. 2 minutes walk from London Eye. Rooms small compared to other branches but still adequate and clean.
S. Y.
Lovely clean room very helpful friendly staff but abit noise at night time with people banging doors etc so didn't get much sleep
B. P.
Clean, tidy and welcoming friendly helpful staff. The room was good, shower worked well, bed comfy etc etc. Easy to find, a good location to base yourself from. 👍
r. l.
Reception team were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Ali and Sophia thanks.
Easy and great location and clean room.
T. N. P. C. S.
Staff where good and accommodation was good, accessible for my wheelchair. And close to London eye
M. D.
Staff are so hard working it's crazy! I believe some are being overworked. Top rooms have lovely view of London.
Friendly staff, family friendly environment.
The chef should get a shout out, some amazing starters - try them all especially the sticky chicken wings!
I would definitely come back to!
G. S.
Used this hotel twice now would go back again. Convenient location for Waterloo tube station, clean rooms and really helpful staff
N. L.
Nice and basic room. Staff so professional and friendly at all times. Brilliant location
J. W.
Great location, my room was smaller than norm premier inn ones, but perfectly clean, no issues
E. T.
Very convenient location, quiet room and comfy bed. Shame we couldn't get breakfast there.
E. D.
Great hotel! My family and I stayed for a couple of nights. I don't think I have come across a more friendly and helpful staff, and I have stayed in many hotels, around the world.
I would 100% recommend staying here.
The rooms were clean, the food was great and the service was exemplary.
T. A.
Very happy. Everything was clean and tidy. Amazing views and not far from London eye etc. staff where so sweet and helpful especially ALI (I hope I spelt that right 😩but the check in guy) . Can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to make my stay extra special for my birthday. Will defiantly be visiting again soon 😌
A. S.
Very friendly staff on reception
Room was especially clean - found someone's old false nails on the floor by the bed - not the nicest thing to stand on 😐
C.
Stayed here for one night on 20th July. Service was fantastic, and the breakfast was lovely. In a great location, close to Waterloo Station and the southbank which is beautiful. The room was a little disappointing. Stayed in room 209 which was ok for one-night stay, the air-conditioning was faulty and there was only a small window that couldn't be opened with the view of a brick wall. Also, the shower was very slippy, almost slipped, you need a grip mat in all of your showers. However, room was modern, bed extremely comfortable and lots of tea!! Thank you for a nice stay!!
F. V.
Perfect location a few steps to London eye. Silent hotel. Reception is great attendance.
S. P.
Clean, safe and quite hotel. And it's a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station. You can even check your bags for free if you arrive before check-in (which is 4pm as of July 2021) and after you checkout if your train or plane leaves later in the afternoon.
There are lots of great places for breakfast within a 2 minute walk, and if you're willing to walk 15 or 20 minutes you can eat breakfast in Soho.
S. R.
Room was lovely and clean, check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful
J. R.
Service was excellent. The staff were so welcoming and polite. Explained all about room etc and what to do because of Covid rules
Sonia who served us the majority of time in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal was lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us.
Bedroom was spotless and food was excellent
Highly recommended

We booked a 3 night stay as this literally a 2 min walk from Waterloo tube station and so was easily accessible. We travelled for sight seeing and so they was a hop on/off bus very very near which was also useful. We had no issues other than 2 issues -
1) We realised the one side of the bed was creaking very loudly when just sitting on it and so reported it and it was fixed the same day while we were out 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
2) The hairdryer in the room was rather pitiful. It wasn't very powerful and a toy hairdryer seemed to be more powerful. We reported it but the reception staff (via telephone) didn't seem understand our problem and instead offered us a room change but that's not what we required. They stated they had no spare hairdryers and so we had to make do.
Othet than that it's very local to all the amenities and we would still stay here when we come to London again.
M.
Keycards didn't work (Even an emergency card) on three attempts. The lift was just a nightmare, so had to use the stairs the entire time, while running back and forth to the reception. The staff were doing their damn best, so can't fault them.
I was finally moved to another room, bed wobbled, pipes made horrible noises when I flushed the loo and used the sink.
And the power tripped when I turned the kettle on.
I slept great though, after all that stair climbing....
I doubt I'll be the only one with a negative experience from this weekend. A lot of issues in the hotel from what I could make out.
r. l.
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful make check in really easy considering things the way they are.
P. T.
Excellent location, friendly staff and generally nice hotel....just a shame coffee in the room wasn't restocked each day and room attendant didn't enter room to replace towels and check toilet roll availability
S. k.
Mostly clean and staff mainly polite or tried to be helpful. Very disappointed as Didn't sleep much due to the Air conditioning system not working on the whole of floor4. I stayed here 3 days and complained about it and despite being told maintenance staff have been told, the issue was not resolved. However, I did manage to get a fan which made it bearable says weather was really warm and the rooms get very hot.
D. H.
Would definitely stay there again. Everything u need n great location for walking everywhere, south n north of the river, n enjoyed finding nearby Lower Marsh Street with interesting places to eat n street stalls.
B. B.
Very clean! Staff was so friendly and very quick to bring stuff to your room when requested. Definitely stay there again! Plus 2 minuet walk from station/ London eye and most attractions that way
h.
asked for a room for three people however only had a double bed and a sofa bed. had to make my own bed for the single bed. the sofa was stained so not very appealing. AC didn’t work very well as we were all boiling all night. window didn’t open. need to always remember your card when taking the lift so a bit frustrating. staff were lovely
D. R.
Great location, clean, comfy beds and all the staff were lovely and so welcoming. I've already recommended to friends and will be returning
L. B.
Total efficiency, everything working and the best shower I've ever experienced!
I. H.
Great location and clean and tidy rooms breakfast was as i had expected staff very friendly and helpful.
P. G.
Very friendly helpful staff. Clean room . Could have done with not being woken up by housekeeping early, as was only staying 1 night. Definitely need to give 2 keys out and not 1, as you need one for the electric in the room and you need it for the lift, so had to get up early. Apart from those 2 little things. It was a pleasant stay
P. K.
Stayed here with my son on the 20,7,21 and my honest opinion of the place,it was clean and inviting the staff were fantastic and very helpful but the room i stayed was ok for a one-night stay but no longer ,the view out of the window was a brick wall ,the air conditioning was temperamental and as for the bath it really could do with an anti slip mat as it was very slippy, also the overall cleanliness of the room was spotless, now the room in question was 209.
The Breakfast, well the Breakfast was really good value for money, with a good selection of food hot and cold as was the selection of drinks ,the breakfast itself is help yourself to what you want and eat what you can.
J. M.
Have to rave about Sonia of the staff she is a true example of genuine hospitality and premier Inn should be proud of her, lovely, attentive, friendly, nothing was too much for her if we come here again it would be for the pleasure of her smile, also bed comfortable and lovely power shower all in all great stay
J. P.
Great hotel, everything perfect right in the centre of central London. Views are incredible will be booking here again once available !
C. B.
This is my secret place to go when in London. The underground 3 min walk away, the rooms are clean and the beds are very ,very but very comfortable. You will have a good night sleep there. The breakfast is incredible and the service is great. The price for what you get is very good and the location is on point. Only 5 to 10 min away (with the underground) from everything. Don't be fooled with the lobby, needs updating, the rooms are equipped with a TV, a kettle, tea and coffee sachets and toiletries. The bathroom is very clean and the towels are changed daily. Hope with this review I still find a room when in London:) by the way this chain of hotels are all over England and I even stayed in Scotland in two of them. Same level in each. 2 thumbs up.
D. P.
First visit to London and was very VERY impressed by this Premier Inn.....The location is awesome but the best part was the way the deputy Manager, Sonia treated us on arrival....sorted us with a sweet high up room with a stunning view of the London Eye.....Rooms were clean, all staff at the restaurant and bar on point.... Absolutely will be booking this hotel next time for it's awesome staff and great location!
K. N.
Friendly staff helpful. Good location in London for Waterloo Station London Eye and the South Bank area. Local bars nearby and pop up bars near the River.
S. T.
Spacious inside so was nice to spread our luggage out. Breakfast was a decent price. No safe in room. No control of ac/ heat though there were instructions on how to work it. When we called reception, turns out that they had to change it for us and though the heat was turned up, wasn't enough and had to call back down a second time. Wasn't turned up at all but didn't bother to call for a third time since we were only staying one night.
H. L.
Nice quick good enough spot to rest and relax very close to a lot of the inner action.
D. G.
Great location so close to Waterloo station. Huge selection at breakfast which was v good value. Slept v well. Considering central location our room was v quiet and was very nice. Would stay here again on a trip to London no problem. Really liked it.
D. H.
Stayed here for four nights and will definitely be back. Great location to get around and see the sights, spacious room (219) and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Brilliant value for money!
V. R.
I only spent a few hours here due to missing the last train but the location was very good
S. S.
Fantastic city break experience. Right in the hart of London brilliant for all activities and city cruises on the themes. Brilliant
d.
We stayed for 4 nights/5 days. The people working here are fabulous, always willing to assist. We were lucky to get a high floor room and the view couldn't be better. Room was clean and had personal heating. Breakfast had all menu items and while it was included in the room price, we think is a bargain to pay the requested price.
T. K.
Staff were lovely and they made our stay all the more better
L. W.
Stayed here few times now, great hotel and location 👌
D. M.
What superb value. Clean, modern with air conditioning (which was appreciated when we visited in mid July). Breakfast was delicious too. This hotel is a stone's throw from London Eye and the tube station making it a super-convenient location too if that's on your itinerary. A very comfortable stay.
A. V.
Been for 5 days it was great. Standard room. I like the bathroom
G. A.
Nice place. Clean.very helpful and friendly staff. Especially the young lady who did a lot to help us get in a bit earlier after 2 days of travelling.Did miss making up our room on the first night. That was not a problem except our rubbish got a bit too much for the bin. Breakfast is great. Close to almost everywhere. We walked to most places. Afternoon walking back is a bit hard but it is close to the train station, so, using that more now. I would definitely stay here again
R. L.
Pretty basic. Requested twin room but is actually a double bed and a single sofa bed. Clean and neat. Excellent location. Breakfast ok, at least keep you full till afternoon. £120 per night with breakfast in central London area probably reasonable in London standard.
C. g.
Comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. This was our first and probably only time in England. They helped us with directions and always asked how our day went.
Breakfast buffet was great. Plenty of choices for my family of picky eaters.
J. B.
Great location for sightseeing. Friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately, we were not informed the entire hotel was wrapped in scaffolding and tarpaulin, no view at all and room dark and claustrophobic.
J. R.
Great service all round! Manager Sonya made our weekend extra personal. Extensive attention, humor and professionalism well recommended. Sonya definitely deserves tips tho!
C. M.
Stayed here as was going to 02 room very comfortable, Was nice to have drinks at the bar after concert Really great night sleep and breakfast fantastic. Staff really kind and helpful. Was on 11 floor had fantastic view on London eye
B.
Stayed in this comfortable (fairly basic) hotel many times and will again. The rooms are what you would expect from a mid-range hotel, decent but not spectacular. I am always impressed by how quiet the rooms are throughout the night despite its busy location. What really makes this hotel excellent is the fantastic value breakfast and its absolutely brilliant staff. See you soon.
M. M.
Fantastic! A really well-placed hotel, with very helpful and dedicated staff. We turned up early for check-in and just wanted to drop our suitcase off in the luggage room, but the staff found us a room that was ready, so we could put our bags straight into our room. Really polite and helpful staff all round. We will definitely make this our preferred choice when staying in London.
k. N.
the view out of our hotel window was the Eye. It was the better than we could have asked for. the room is a good size in the corner. we had a desk and chair, bed, wardrobe, place to hang coats, and a full bathroom. This is a nice modern hotel with a contemporary style. the wifi worked great. there is an elevator. we only had breakfast in the restaurant so not sure how dinner was. breakfast was good. the staff was great and very friendly.
C. C.
Great Premier Inn - as with all Premier Inns in London it always does what it says on the tin! Decent accommodation for a reasonable (tho nothing is reasonable in London) price. London eye is literally across the road and 2 minutes walk from Waterloo train station and tube! The only slight negative is the restaurant is in the basement with no windows but once down there the food was great! Also I was there with work but this place seemed particularly child friendly with the staff making a lot of time to chat to the families and offering to take photos with the life size Buckingham Palace guard that they had in the restaurant! Lol
J. P.
Clean and comfortable - all that is needed for a stay in London
A. B.
Is a pretty good location. Is busy lots of people coming and going. The reception area is quite stark. Hotel itself feels claustrophobic compared to other premier inns have stayed at. We stayed on the 9th floor and despite booking 2 rooms were given 2 rooms separate from each other which was a nuisance as we travelled light intending to share toiletries!! The corridors are narrow 2 people can pass each other but not with any kind of bags or luggage. The rooms we had were small with almost no space for luggage or belongings. The reception and restaurant staff are very efficient and friendly. However housekeeping was an issue. Despite 12noon check out time, we were hassled at 10.40am by housekeeping asking what time we would be checking out. Then again about 11.00am the housekeeping manager came and said that the room needed to be cleaned for that night. We received an apology but that didn't remove the fact that we felt hassled and the morning was not the relaxing one we'd planned before a long day sight seeing.

Great location, staff super friendly and very helpful. Room clean and very spacious for family of 4.
M. H. h.
Went for breakfast as they do a self serve cooked breakfast. The room is in the basement so not ideal for disabled although there is access to lift at the very back. He food is what you would expect. Not top of the range but good quality and plenty of it. Good coffee and variety on the menu. I ordered an omelette which was very good. Good to sit and graze and if you need to do some emails and work stuff there is free internet but your phone probably won't work as it is in th basement.
M.
Considering the location good place to stay for a short break. Good value for money. Seemed well staffed with helpful and nice staff. Clean and well run. Some of the rooms have small windows with poor views. Overall, I'd recommend it and will use again.
R. B.
It is a premier inn, a cheap no frills hotel, it doesn't claim to be anything else and it isn't. Staff were helpful and friendly.
P. T.
Very pleasant staff, clean rooms with good bathroom facilities, but was very disappointed by the smallest television I’ve seen in a hotel for a long while - my work monitors are bigger!
The full English breakfast is very good & you are also able to enjoy a continental breakfast too with as much tea & coffee as you can drink.
M. C.
I had a nice stay. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was well made. And overall I am very happy about this place. I recommend it.
D. M.
Good hotel. Very central. My only issue is that the only way to contact Premier is via phone (you have to pay for this)
Why on earth does this large chain not allow customers to e mail hotels about specific enquiries. We wanted to know if there was a left luggage facility at the Waterloo Premier Inn. There is, it’s good and free. However I really would have liked to know this via a quick e mail exchange before arriving at the hotel.
Regards
Dave

I would defintely come here again on my next London trip. The hotel is in a perfect location being just around the corner from the London Eye, Westminster Palace and maybe most importantly very close to the Waterloo train and subway station.
The standard of the hotel is fairly basic; the family room being somewhat small but sufficient and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK even though (as in most hotels) I would recommend having it outside (e.g. in a Starbucks just across the street).
All in all: great location, basic comfort, very good value for the money.

Me and my sister had stayed for a night, our room was very clean there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed and still alot of space the staff was friendly and helpful anything you needed they could organise it straight away. The breakfast was on the lower level but still looked warm and inviting even though there where no windows. It was a good place to stay.
P. J. C.
Stayed here on several occasions when visiting London with family, good food and normally good service, although on this occasion disappointed. I would suggest if any one from Premier hotel management reads this needs to employ some one who's able to work in the bar, who knows what drinks are and what glasses to use for what drink. Four of us generally ended up in the bar at the end of the day only to find the bar deserted (despite other customers) and having to wait ages for some one to come and serve us. More staff needed
N. G.
Very friendly staff, room was very clean and tidy, loose one star as the restaurant seemed to be understaffed and went elsewhere to eat.
K. L.
Very handily situated, a five minute walk from Waterloo Station and just a few minutes from the Thames, London Eye, London Dungeon, Houses of Parliament etc. The building is converted from the old Lying-In Hospital and there are photos and info on the walls about its history. The room was nice, clean - standard Premier Inn. Beds very comfortable and breakfast tasty and filling for the day. Staff were welcoming.
The only thing that stops this being a 5 star review is the noise from the plumbing. We were in the old part of the building, which goes up to floor 3. The newer, attached tower goes up to floor 14. We were woken every time that the rooms nearby, or we, used the plumbing - terrible, prolonged screeching of pipes woke us in the morning. We told the receptionist, who looked astonished, said that she couldn't refund us any compensation and gave us an online address to apply to. Would definitely stay here again, though ask to be placed in the modern part - which is a shame as the older part was very interesting historically.
T. M.
We had some trouble checking in (through the fault of our travel agent) and the lovely girl there was wonderful with ringing up our agent from the other side of the world. She gave us a complimentary breakfast. Very comfortable stay and close to Waterloo station so you can get around easily.
A. M.
This hotel is perfect if you need a room for 8 hours and have no other expectations other than a clean bed. A glorified dormitory more than anything else.
There is no concierge but just a guy who would show you how to self check in and assist if it doesn't work. I had a room with a double bed, bathroom, wardrobe and kettle. The ceiling was low and the window A3 size and doesn't open.
The lady managing the breakfast area was rude.
If you checkout early but fly out late, the hotel would keep you bag for free.
This hotel is in a great location and I recommend it for a short stay if you want to stay out most of the time and go back to your room just to sleep. If relaxing, enjoying your room is part of the trip, it's not the place for you.
Free wifi provided. Enough to check emails.
There is no restaurant, no shops, no gym, no swimming pool, no anything in the hotel. It's just a small console to check in, elevators and rooms; period.
e. p.
Stayed here with my son for his 12th Birthday and can not recommend enough. From easy check in, friendly staff and great location ( highly recommend the varied and tasty breakfast as well ) The trip was made extra special with the great room with amazing view plus birthday card, cake, balloons and sweets left for my son. For a budget price paid Waterloo premier inn went above and beyond to make this trip a memorable one. Thanks
E. K. H.
Nice and comfortable beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The cleaning team might have been slightly confused and had forgotten towels and bathroom mat as we arrived, but this was quickly resolved. The room could benefit from better sound isolation.
C. W.
Staff were super friendly , welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in a locked room until our room was ready and they even let us leave our bags once we checked out until our train arrived. Hotel is central and close to most attractions. Room was very clean and cosy and easy to use aircon. View was meh and tv was basic. Breakfast area is big and roomy and has plenty of seats and tables. Big selection of breakfast just a shame that there were no waffles , pancakes or choc muffins like it says on the menu. Apart from very minute problems we loved our stay. We will be back next year :)
C. 1.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and very professional. Rooms very clean and a decent size. Very close to Waterloo/London Eye/Dungeons/Shrek/Sea life /Big Ben etc. There is a free left luggage service also which was great for our last day.
M. B.
really what more to ask for this place :) PERFECT location, amazing breakfast, very clean....maybe a bit pricey for Premier Inn but at the end, I always go back to that place as you can go everywhere by foot. Right next to the London Eye and Waterloo Metro station, you will love this place. Enjoy your stay!
A. W.
Good size room and quality but 'older style' Premier Inn room with the small TV. Room was clean and maintained. Noise not an issue but window looked out to a wall ~1m away, but this is central London. Food was fine and restaurant was busy but could get a table without booking when I went at 7pm.
P. A.
The view of the London Eye from the river facing rooms on the top few floors are fantastic. Ideal central location and an adequate place to stay for business or short leisure break if you don't require anything fancy.
J. W.
Hotel was ok, although we had a family room and had to ask for the extra bed to be made up, there was a problem with the lager pump in the bar, we only had one towel and asked for another two. When we got back to the room there was only two not three. They do hold your bags before check in and after check in which was great
S. M.
Great central location for tourists going to various sites in London. Bit of a hustle to get into the hotel as taxis have to stop like some metres from the entrance which is not ideal for those with heavy luggage. Hotel room was clean and tidy albeit a bit stuffy. Also, they weren't able to find rooms on the same floor for our travelling party which sort of ruined it for us.
J. S.
Excellent service from staff at reception, everything sorted without any fuss. Liked that there was no charge for bag storage and happy to donate a few quid to Great Ormond's Street. Best of all was the room - 1301 had a great view of London Eye, Houses of Parliament, etc. Recommended!
C. J.
Bed not comfy but I suppose it's a preference, I woke up with l back pain. Traffic noise hindered sleep. Room small, but adequate for a couple. However quite cold for the current weather. Only one set of towels. Staff are friendly & really helpful.
W. W.
Very convenient for Waterloo station. We had a room on the 14th floor and the view was spectacular - London Eye one way and the Houses of Parliament the other. Well designed, clean room and a comfy bed. No bath (hence just 4 stars) which would have been nice, but the shower was good.
A. G.
The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The staff were very friendly. Had to wait around for about 5 minutes in the evening to be served with a drink as the staff were busy in the restaurant but it didn't spoil our stay
T. P. I. O.
Great staff, great quality rooms and prime location to visit nearby landmarks as well as all the Merlin attractions on the southbank.
Would definitely recommend it as a potential hotel choice to anybody! Been 5 times now and will definitely be going back again!!
J. P.
Clean, close to everything and reasonably priced. As with everything in life you get what you pay for. Don't expect 5* facilities or service here... But if you expect the 3 * s it has you might be surprised. As the staff are lovely and very helpful. Great for a family stay.
M. G.
Location was easy for city centre.
Resturant team are always busy and under pressure, but they work well together to keep it all flowing. They work very hard, and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a friendly attitude to assist you to make your stay comfortable, it was a good stay and we were looked after very well, thank you.
v. a.
Nice location to Waterloo tube/station. Clean and cosy, not very big rooms. Best is the morning breakfast at 6.30 ideal for tourist to star the day, and availablity of luggage room. Only disadvantage I found was no laundry or microwave.
B. M.
Good, central location for meetings.
Building was cool, former maternity hospital and Florence Nightingale worked there for a bit.
Room had an air extractor on 24/7 which was a bit annoying - Apart from that, standard Premier Inn quality.
I. P.
We are on the first night of our stay and the service has already been impeccable. The staff behind the reception and bar are always willing to meet our needs and ensure our stay in London is memorable. I am very impressed so far and will definitely be booking this hotel on our next trip to London.
R. p.
It is what you would expect from a budget hotel. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful but mainly it is in the right place if you are a tourist in London. Close to Big Ben and the London Eye. There is a good bus service from near the hotel as well
N. M.
Booked a stay here as a gift for my wife's 30th birthday. Had some trouble getting through by phone or email. But the kind folks who handle the Premier Inn Twitter account put through a request for a nice view as it was a special occasion. Upon check in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. And they confirmed the special room. And we were given a room with the nicest view of the London Eye. The room is what you expect from a Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. Cant thank Premier Inn enough for making this stay special for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. This is why we never stay anywhere but Premier Inn.
M. C.
New hotel a short walking distance from Waterloo. A new hotel, friendly welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast and dinner available on site. One plus for the ladies - an illuminated mirror with a shelf for placing your cosmetics etc plus hairdryer and plug socket for straiteners.
A. C.
Inn was fine, but surrounding area for Central London badly run down with a lot of Graffiti on some prominent buildings.
J. S.
Excellent customer service especially from the blonde lady on the front desk - very helpful and informative on all matters - the room far surpassed the expectations of myself and my partner especially in the bathroom - it was spotless! Both meals had on site as part of the meal deal were excellent with the restaurant staff very efficient. Slight noise from outside traffic but to be expected in the center of London - and a stones throw away from the London Eye - all in all a perfect trip!
D. B.
I stayed for 1 night here, the staff were great and it's in a superb location, within waking distance of many attractions and sights. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future when visiting the city whether it's business or pleasure! See you guys again soon!
T. L.
This premier inn was ok as my family have stayed at better ones, ie london county hall which was lovely. Hardly any staff, check in long queues, breakfast was cold, and not a good mattress on the bed which gave us both back pain in the morning. Had to wait a bit of time to check out most hotels have a drop box for key cards but not this one especially when you already paid up front. If I come to London again later in the year I will be going back to the London county hall one.
a. r.
Nice hotel in great position, we have been a few times , unfortunately on our last visit we had a double room that had a small window and felt like a prison cell!.was only for one night luckily as any longer would not have been enjoyable, get a room overlooking the street if possible!
breakfast is good but get down early or you may be at the back of a long queue.
M. A.
The hotel is perfectly located just a couple of minutes walking from the Big Ben. Is also very close to the Waterloo Station. The rooms are simple but clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
N. E.
Stayed one night. Location is great and really close to Waterloo station. The room I was in was clean, reasonable size but I was woken many times by noisy Air-conditioning which I turned off. However the water pipes made a terrible noise intermittently through the night. Reception told me the next day I should have informed them and they would have moved me. Of course that's quite difficult when you're half asleep and the noise keeps coming and going so you keep hoping it'll stop and don't want to really gather up all your things and move rooms. So heads up, first time you hear noisy pipes ring reception and get moved.
R. F.
Really friendly staff and very clean. The views from the top rooms are great
L. B.
Really good Premier Inn in London, perfectly located near the London Eye and Waterloo Station.
Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly & helpful.
Rooms your normal Premier Inn style and perfect for a few nights stay.
A. G.
Good value for the location. The room was small but clean. Waiting on the lift can sometimes take longer than using the stairs. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful.
R. R. I.
Very nice room and breakfast. The beds were extreamly comfy and was in an excellent location for all the main sights. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay.
M. S.
This was our third time at this hotel and once again it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and amazing location. This time the room seemed a bit smaller than the ones in previous visits but still silent and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
E. S.
Nice location close to everything. Limited amenities though.
L. D. F.
Rooms are small and without any view, our was the other building's wall, however they are clean and comfortable. I loved its position, less than 5 minutes walk to the House of Parliament and to the London Eye. I recommend it both for business travel and for couple needing a comfortable place to sleep, maybe families with childrens could find it too minimal.
P. W.
Comfy beds, clean and covid secure. Friendly staff.
p.
This hotel is great for travellers who spend most time of the day visiting landmarks in London and nearby city. The hotel is located near the Waterloo Train and Underground station, so it is very convenient to travel to Oxford and Windsor Castle. The bed is comfy as it's advertised. The room was great and worth the money we spend.
C. D.
Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are small but very clean. We had some housekeeping issues with lack of fresh towels but generally happy and plan to use the hotel again.
C. L.
ALL OF THE STAFF FROM FRONT OF HOUSE TO THE CLEANERS (WHOM I PERSONALLY SEEN CLEAN THE TRACKS OF THE ELEVATOR DOORS) THE STAFF ARE ALL REALLY FRIENDLY BY FAR THE BEST PREMIER IN I HAVE EVER STAYED AT
M. B.
Ramesh bartaula was an amazing help when I got locked out of my room, he went above and beyond to provide me an amazing service that was well beyond any I had experienced at a premier Inn before.
C. d.
Very friendly staff, and good and sorting things. Hotel is clean and well maintained, though their lifts seem to take ages to actually stop on your floor!
Only problem I sometimes get it the pipes make horrible screeching noise... Very annoying if it happens at night, though staff have moved me before when it was really, really bad.
T. T.
Most convenient budget hotel from for Waterloo Railway station and underground. Take exit for York Rd. Take furthest left exit of Waterloo and York Rd is on left side. Stay on left side of York Rd , walk till the hotel entrance. Check in/out procedures straight forward. Desk attendants attentive and helpful. There is access to lift or stairs. The rooms are well spacious. Bed very comfortable. Most of all WiFi is available for free. Decided not to take option for breakfast as minigroceries plentiful in the area.
E. G.
The room was not that big but we only spent the nights there and the beds were very good .
The view from the room, located on the 14th floor, was great, and there was no noise from the street, which was quite busy .
Good and tasty breakfast, with several choices. Very central location, close to Big Ben, London Eye and Waterloo Station. Quick check-in and check-out of the very service minded staff .
M. D.
We use Premier Inns a lot but our first visit to this one. Nothing wrong with it but did not enjoy it as much as some of the other ones we have been to in London. It is in a good location, close to Westminster Bridge and the London Eye. Quite close to the London Eye. We found the staff not quite as efficient at this hotel, compared to others and our one experience of the bar staff was underwhelming. The rooms were to the usual standard. Would visit again if this is the area we need to be but will not be my first choice for a London visit.
A. C.
Ridiculously priced at over £200 a night for a Premier Inn, shower was faulty, no towels in the bathroom - weirdly kept in the bedroom. Room was tiny with no view apart from up staring into the room above. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fair, good and plentiful. Staff were pleasant but I still can't get over the price - supply vs demand I guess.
S. K.
Stayed in an accessible room, was clean and well laid out, if not the most modern. Proper wetroom and plenty of room to get around in a wheelchair. Breakfast decent, but could have been a little better stocked, hot items frequently ran out.
E. M.
First time staying at this premier Inn. Chosen due to location and plans to visit Windsor Castle. Hotel staff very friendly. We ate one night in hotel. Decent menu and quality of food. Rooms a bit smaller than other premier inns in London however preferred the show cubicle to a shower in bath setup.
Close to lots of tourist attractions on the Southbank. Great view from room of the London Eye. I would stay here again and recommend it.
R. G.
Comfy bed. Decent food. No room service but you can take anything off the menu from the restaurant up to your room. Very close to the London eye which is brilliant!
C. W.
Booked by others. Large room on GF. No aspect....looked out to reception. Spacious and comfortable but thats about it
Didn't eat there so no comment. On the plus side courteous and helpful staff and well located on south bank close to Westminster Bridge, Wheel etc. and super Italian resto (Locale) opposite on the square.
S. S.
Excellent location near to Westminster, Waterloo station and so many attractions. The staff have been so lovely - friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff gave us good local advise on where to eat outside of the hotel and dealt with a couple of problems we had with the room really quickly. Meal in tje restaurant was very good and prices for food and drink very reasonable. A great NYE and start to 2016.
S. A.
Very friendly and obliging staff, especially on Reception Room staff very courteous . Comfortable rooms mine had small window but good view of The Shard etc
a. L.
A quick call to advise of a birthday in our party and we got the room with the best views of the city! Also balloons, banners, a cake, chocolates and confetti. VERY happy 11 year old. Thank you. Clean, fresh, nice breakfast and lovely staff...hence 5 star.
C. “. C.
Excellent reasonably priced hotel in central London. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast - worth the price. Easy access to tube or rail at Waterloo. Couple minutes walk to Westminster Bridge - Big Ben - Houses of Parliament. Staff was excellent. Check in from 2pm - arrived early on overnight flight - they checked our luggage so we could walk around. Returned promptly at 2pm and our room was available. Only downside is the noise from the bathroom - it's something to do with the water pipes. It certainly wouldn't stop me from returning but it was annoying. (nothing a few ear plugs couldn't manage). Very happy I found this gem - and frankly a little reluctant to share it with others.
J. F.
I love premiere inns. For business I often stay at over priced 4 and 5 star hotels, but I love PI because you know exactly what you are going to get. A good bed, peace and quiet, and a relatively low bill. The breakfasts are usually lovely, and not ridiculously expensive. The rooms are modern with really comfortable beds.
L. M.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and clean. Lifts a bit slow as only two. Breakfast was great. Nice and hot with plenty of choice. Recommended
A.
Excellent location, reasonably priced, very clean, surprisingly quiet though as I write this the air con (which is really good) is squealing like mad! Ive stayed in many premier inn hotels and this (other than the squealing) is the best. Lovely staff, cleaners that do actually clean and replenish. We will definitely return.
K. L.
Stayed at premier inn Waterloo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Find were clean and spacious fit London and hidden was a 7 minute walk to the Waterloo station and the tube. About 15 minute walk to big Ben and houses of parliament. I would start here again and recommend others to try. Good price too.
C. W.
The location of the hotel is perfect for touring London - near the station and lots of attractions. Premier Inn is few frills but you get value for money. Meals are good (especially breakfast) and staff are well trained and courteous.
J. W. P.
Great place. Close to everything. My wife and I liked the personal service. Most very kind. Special
thanks to Jason reception and Julia we always received at breakfast. The berdroom window I could see
the London Eye.
A trip is much better with a hotel of this level. Earned.
A. C.
Great Service The View of the london eye was great would go again
Beds were comfortable
The food was very nice
d. a.
Location is great for London eye, London dungeon, Shrek, aquarium, river cruises and more...are literally on the door step.
Rooms are clean, we opted for the pre paid meal deal for convenience and it was great, food was fresh and staff couldn't be more helpful, when we left they gave our daughter a puzzle and pen which was a lovely touch.
Would definitely use this premier Inn again.
G. R.
Great rooms, nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Have already booked next visit.
A. A.
Very good location within minutes walk of the Southbank. Close to Waterloo station and Westminster tube. Good, clean room. Premier Inn beds are really good and this was no exception. Definitely recommend staying there.
S. R.
The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful.
The rooms are lovely and clean and smell really good.
Fantastically placed near the Southbank for London Eye and Shreks Adventure. Would recommend and definitely visit again.
P. L.
Nice room, very comfy bed. Breakfast was nice. Very convenient for a lot of attractions in London with the London Eye, Southbank and Houses of Parliament only less than 10 minutes walk away.
T. C.
Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Rooms were clean and roomy. We had a wonderful view of the London Eye right from our room. Would love to stay there again!
S. G.
Bit cramped in the room, (but we had four people). But lovely breakfast as usual from premier inn, and the air con worked great which really helped with the london summer heat.
A. I.
Nice and calm and clean hotel. Friendly staff with pleasant to work for you. Breakfast is nice and classic. We were with 2 small kids, no problem.
p.
Good location, easy access from waterloo and close to the tube. No issues with check in and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and happy to help.
s. g.
Myself and my colleague visited London for business purposes, we stayed in the premier Inn at Waterloo for 3 nights. From arrival to leaving, all staff were pleasant, informative and we'll organised. We were met on reception by Nisha who was extremely welcoming, very friendly face and always happy to help, Nisha continued to great us on everyday of our stay and made us feel very welcome and at home. We will definitely be staying again and will highly recommend to other colleagues and family. I hope this message is passed to Nisha. Thank you all.
L. M.
Comfy bed, silent room. Not able to provide breakfast due to flooding.
M. R.
All was clean, tidy simple. The ac was welcome , the staff were efficient and the bed was comfy. The TV was rather small but not like I was really watching it anyway. Would very happily stay there again.
H. B.
Modern hotel in the heart of London. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was substantial and varied with something on offer for everyone. Would love to stay again.
d.
Place was great and staff was great. We asked for a room with a view and got upgraded to the top floor, overlooking the palace and big ben. We got the full breakfast and it was pretty good.
L. M.
Great hotel. Absolutely fantastic location, very close to Waterloo station and about 2 minutes walk from the london eye. Lovely little restaurants close by which are very reasonably priced considering location. We had a disabled room as I booked last minute. The room was very spacious and very clean. If you email ahead and ask for a room with a view you may get a room on the 14th floor which has amazing views. The staff are willing to go the extra mile for you and they are all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close and in the heart of london.
G. G.
Clean, comfortable and reliable. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive if mainstream. Dinner remarkably good especially the steak and kidney pie!
E. K. H.
Nice and comfortable beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The cleaning team might have been slightly confused and had forgotten towels and bathroom mat as we arrived, but this was quickly resolved. The room could benefit from better sound isolation.

Excellent service and kind caring staff. welcoming at its best. Great breakfast.
F. S.
Ideal location. We were able to check in early. Staff very friendly. Despite being in a busy central area of London extremely quiet at all times of the day.

Great central location for tourists going to various sites in London. Bit of a hustle to get into the hotel as taxis have to stop like some metres from the entrance which is not ideal for those with heavy luggage. Hotel room was clean and …

Check in was quick. The lifts are slow. The rooms are clean and good.
K. T.
Nice clean decent size rooms. Good breakfast menu choice. Excellent location for sightseeing.
B. R.
Nice hotel, great stuff! Very helpful. Graet view from 11 floor to the London Eye. Good location near the Waterloo station, but small rooms. Great value for money.
S. J.
Big Thumbs up for Premier Inn Waterloo. We were unable to travel from Australia due to the Pandemic and received a full refund. Will definately stay here when the travel restrictions are lifted. 👍
R. D.
Perfect stay. Very helpful and polite staff. Clean room, everything worked. Had a meal in the restaurant - and again the staff were absolutely fantastic.
A. D.
Very quiet, comfortable room, great central location. Breakfast was ok, but have had better at other premier inns.
J. J.
Nice view of the Eye. Room was very, very basic. Beds were comfortable, but the place seems very institutional and without charm. Somewhat of a strange odor in the room.
D.
A very well situated hotel, just 2 mins walk from the south bank and the London Eye.
On the 11th floor we got a good view of parliament, but our 2nd room had a wall to look out onto.
Clean and tidy room, small TV, no biscuits (my son's input I to this review)
N. V.
Small room and bed for £215 a night, but it is a. Handy to Waterloo and b. London pricing I guess. Bathroom adequate, check in machine all broken so large queues.
S. T.
Good location very close to Waterloo Station and major London tourist sites. Good quality room and very clean. Restaurant was nicely decorated and furnished and prices reasonable. Only negative was still having to pay for Wi Fi (over and above 30 mins free a day). Free/included Wi Fi access is almost considered standard in hotels these days like TV.
.
N. B.
Room was cold and drafty even with heating up as high as it would go but it was cheap rate for London so certainly can't expect top notch for the price. Food was nice and service was good.
Z. I.
Good place. Value for money. Comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Services are marvellous. Hosts are friendly and give proper support and guidance
A. C.
Staff were friendly, room was a reasonable size but the location was AWESOME. 5 min walk to the London Eye. Still a little on the pricey side but with the location it was in you have to expect to pay a bit more.
A. N.
Was really impressed with this hotel.
Nice room, good staff and a lovely breakfast.
Easy to get to and about 5 mins from Waterloo.
Will use again in a heartbeat.
G. L.
Good price, good position and lovely staff (but the room was very hot and, as the bathroom fan wasn't working, very steamy. The air conditioning didn't help. And this was in February!)
H. B.
What a view! Great hotel and the staff were so friendly. Making a big fuss when they found out it was my husbands birthday.
G. G.
Clean, comfortable and reliable. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive if mainstream. Dinner remarkably good especially the steak and kidney pie!
M. V.
Pretty good hotel. It has a good wi-fi. But try not to have a room at the top floor as the elevators are reeeeeally slow (well, maybe if you have good views, but most of rooms you can't see much)
R. K.
Clean rooms. Compact but it is London!! Excellent restaurant. Good quality food. The staff certainly deserve a five star review. Can't fault them. Thanks
E. T.
Good sized room, food excellent for price and staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel to rest your head whilst exploring London.
J. K.
Excellent hotel with great bar staff. the rooms are clean and efficient. The breakfast is great value although like most hotels in London the prices are extortionate. Its a shame to make it so expensive so that ordinary people who work hard cannot afford to stay, especially those with children.
B. B.
Pretty standard Premier Inn as far as rooms go. It's in a great location which makes it better than a standard Premier Inn, my room had a view of the London eye
L. s.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff, the food and the accommodation, absolute quality for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London as it is right next to the London eye, London dungeon and South Bank.
P. L.
Friendly welcome. Very comfortable bed and peaceful. Excellent breakfast. Just a few minutes from Waterloo Station.
r.
Great view of the London eye. Only issue was presumably the pipes whistling at 6am which kept me from sleeping any further. Food was great but the omelette is a bit curious.
N. F.
The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and provided a bunch of information about nearby attractions. The rooms are pretty standard nothing special, but not bad at all.
C. R.
Room was small and there was a food type smell down the hall way but apart from that the staff are helpful and smiley and it's a decent place to sleep.
T. K.
Fantastic location paid £69 for a family room. Just make sure you book the county hall one there are too very close together enjoy.
D. B.
Good breakfast, typical premier Inn rooms. Windows at the back of the hotel are a little small and there are very noisy building works starting at 6am at the moment.
D. M.
Comfortable room and clean, really close to Waterloo station so getting around London is easy and the room rates are affordable. Would definitely stay here again
T. S.
Nice stay here. Friendly staff, nice rooms with everything you need. Clean bathrooms, great breakfast buffet with a full English.
M. T.
Clean, quiet and cozy room. Close to Waterloo railway station and underground. Many buses nearby. Easily get to turist spots in London. Highly recommended.
J. P.
Had a family room for 1 night at waterloo premier inn. Had evening meal and breakfast in resturant. Brilliant friendly staff who were helpful. Would highly recommend. Food was lovely.
D. M.
I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was comfortable. Even had a view of the Houses of Parliament!
J. C.
Kitchen was not operating but overall was still a nice place
M. S.
Great for an overnight stop with easy access to London attractions. Super thin pillow for my liking, shower plug blocked but overall OK.
G. S.
Easy handling of check in and check out.
Very good location. You are in no time at Big Ben, the London Eye, Sea Life, London Dungeons, Shrek and very near to the Waterloo Station, Westminster Station and Embankment.
J. E.
The only thing I didn't like about it was that I bought the breakfast as they advertised pancakes and omelettes but they didn't have either so wouldn't get it again. Everything else was good and it's in a great location.
K. T.
Nice clean decent size rooms. Good breakfast menu choice. Excellent location for sightseeing.
d. g.
Staff very helpful and friendly thanks very much.
x. -.
It was alright except the WiFi was horrible and bathrooms just have a bad smell. Overall I would recommend it ifyour looking for a cheap hotel in London
D. H.
Comfortable and quiet, not much more you need really, very clean too. Breakfast was great and tasted fresh.
H. p.
It's clean and nice staff that are very helpful. The room are nice and right near the London eye so you can't get lost.
J. T.
Small but comfortable rooms. Air conditioned and plug sockets by the bed. Much better than the nearby County Hall Premier Inn.
J. H.
Fantastic location within walking distance of Waterloo station, the London Eye and Big Ben. Great value with very friendly, helpful staff and clean and comfortable rooms.
L. A.
Excellent service, nice rooms, great location near the London eye. Ali was awesome and made our stay very enjoyable.
M.
The room was very clean and basic...view from bedroom window was a brick wall!!!
Staff were really very friendly....food. I would prefer to go out
F. S.
Ideal location. We were able to check in early. Staff very friendly. Despite being in a busy central area of London extremely quiet at all times of the day.
E. B.
We had a family room. Very spacious and windows with a great view. Staff is excellent and helpful!
M. H.
Small cosy hotel, providing extra bed for my 7 year old daughter, at a very convenient location. The only down side is being a little over priced
A. T.
great hotel friendly staff booked and we were aloud to early great service loverly rooms very clean , handy the west end etc would have given 5 stars if is wasn't for the lack of any bar staff on set evening had to wait nearly 20 minuets before any staff arrive the other member of staff had a face on and just ignored us and banged doors what a shame it took the edge of what could have been a 5 star stay
W. W.
Very friendly staff. Food was good. Made to feel very welcome. So close to attractions, ideal location.
S. M.
Everything you'd expect from a premier inn. Great guy checking us in on Friday night, but a bit of a queue when leaving, it's just a key drop though, but this wasn't too obvious. Good location.
K. H.
Was nice and what you really expect from a cheaper hotel however didn't like the TV size and room felt smaller then other premier inns I've stayed at
T.
Good rooms, very good breakfast and very helpful and genuine staff..loses a star for only 2 lifts that aren't always both in operation.

Had an amazing time this hotel is such good value with friendly staff and excellent food.came here on fri 29th March till sun 31st for my sons 6th birthday and found it superb value we ate in the restaurant the 1st nite and the food was truly delicious and the staff were brilliant so friendly and nothing was to much trouble we were going to eat out somewhere different the 2nd nite but was that impressed with everything we ate the hotel again.the meal deal is such good value for London with quality thrown in the staff made a fuss off my son with a decorated dessert and a card and a box off Maltese.superb thank you again to are waiter.please give the restaurant a try you will not be disappointed with the food and breakfast.big thank you to the chef aswell for cook such delicious food.thanks again to everyone at Waterloo premier inn should be proud off you all.will definitely be coming back

Basic and functional. Strange reception set up. ...doesn't inspire confidence. Two extremely slow elevators, extremely slow. Amazing bed though.
K. P.
Clean and covid friendly. Unfortunately bottom sheet on the bed was very badly creased and didn't fit the bed.
j. c.
Can't thank the staff enough for their help. Great service which I could not fault. Food was great at a fantastic price for the city. Will stay again when next in london

Friendly happy staff. Bit stingy with the tea & coffee in room. Tv didnt work properly. Air con was great though. Good breakfast.

The hotel is nice and local to most things. The one thing that let it down was the bar staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall would visit again but I would avoid the bar after 9pm
A. K.
Best place to stay !! Amazing customer service.
They allow to keep luggages before the checkin time and after checkin time so that you don't miss London eye and other visits.
d. h.
Clean (small) rooms and a very short walk to London Eye and Parliament/ Big Ben. Also a shot walk to Waterloo Station. Pretty easy to see London with this hotel as a home base.

Visited family staying here and had drinks down in the Costa /restaurant on the lower ground floor. They don't serve lunch but we did enjoy a hot drink and socialised for a few hours
P. W.

D. C.
This place has the best views. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is great.
C. G.
The rooms are ok. The smaller bed in the Twin rooms are very hard on your back and I found a dirty sock underneath the larger bed. No stationary to write on and the breakfast is average.
