Be aware be that the attached car park is independent and so add £9.00 per night for parking.
The attached restaurant is a Beefeater and this one is not great, service can be slow, food is average, and the tables are not always clean and neither are the wine glasses.
J. M.Excellent service as always. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean and loved the walk in shower. Even the staff in the beefeater were friendly and helpful felt really welcome wish could have stayed longer.

A. Q.You know what you're gonna get with a premier Inn and Woolwich was great, clean room, comfy bed and a great breakfast. Oy reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the water pressure wasn't that good in the shower. I was on the 5th (top) floor so that might have been the reason. The panels in both lift had a lot of sellotape on them so assuming this is a temporary repair to recent damage. Something for future reviewers to look out for.

Only problem is the parking, we go on holiday to relax not go out every night to pay parking without vermin parking attendants telling you your lucky for getting a ticket on your car before he caught

A. A.It's an ok place to spend a couple of nights, the rooms and the restaurant area are dated, the service is not reliable (As within the premier Inn group one staff covers a bunch of positions, so their attention is not 100% on you when you need it)

The machine was not working so not sure if I'll be charged. Receptionist wrote a note to say it was not working so we'll see. Right in town centre. Very near DLR and all shops.
D. K.I was in a room facing the main road. Although the rooms are supposed to have soundproof windows, the noise from all that traffic still kept me up at night. There's a bus stand directly opposite the hotel and the drivers leave their engines running while they sit at the stand and this can last for up to 15 minutes at a time. Other than this small downside, the hotel is very comfortable and within expectation of a 3 star rating establishment.
R. v. d. H.You are greeted by a really welcome and friendly staff. Rooms are new, clean and good. Even on the street side no issues with noise other than the occasional ambulance or police car, but still on an acceptable level. Price quality level is really good. Didn't use the breakfast so can't comment on that.
B. O.Rooms & bathroom very clean. Rooms comfortable and sound proofed from the main road outside so we all slept well. Parking directly outside very reasonable for 24hr stay. Car park can fill up during busy times. A convenient & competitively priced hotel for a weekend stay in London. Happy to return on next visit.

The building was very modern and clean with nice rooms and good security.
The car park is first come first serve and it's a pay and display that charges £1 per hour or £8 for 24 hours and it is cash only so make sure you have the correct change.
The room I stayed in was a double on the fourth floor and as soon as I went in there I had a look around and it was spotlessly clean and tidy so great first impression.

F. J.We booked in for one night following a wedding reception at the Guardhouse pub next door. Room was clean and met our needs, staff were friendly, check-in/out was easy, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Would recommend.
A. C.Pleasant hotel with friendly and very helpful reception staff. Services was great. Sleeping units also a plus towards rating. Housekeeping: Cleaning of rooms acceptable as good. Beefeater Restaurant is ok, food and services rated as good. The breakfast is nice, just kitchen preparation equipment (pan) for eggs requires some urgent attention for hygienic reasons! Otherwise our stay at Premier Inn was tops!😉

D. H. (.Now stayed here 3 times. Staff are polite, rooms are always clean and tidy. However every time the HDMI port is mangled and also the parking situation is atrocious (parking meters often don’t work, and got a fine while taking my bags upstairs... they got me within 5 minutes of parking).
A. P.Hotel was nice enough, receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The beefeater attached is absolutely shocking though, I'd avoid booking the breakfasts or the meal deals. We ate there on the evening and my partner's food was stone cold plus they messed up my order, we put it down to a bad experience and went away however when we came down for breakfast the next day it was even worse, they entire range of food for the breakfast looked like it had been sat there for hours, the heat lamps did nothing as the entire breakfast was again stone cold so we left it. In summary decent enough hotel and staff but restaurant attached is probably the worst one of these chains I've been to.

R. P.Hotel was OK, couple of minor annoyances, though.
First was the placement of the toilet paper dispenser very close to the toilet itself, which means a lot of arm banging when in use.
The arm chair had a bit of a stain on IT.
Also, unlike the other Premier Inns if you would like extra coffee/tea/sugar/milk there is no one around to ask, or none left out to help yourself.
Aside from that, typical Premier Inn, really comfy bed, air con in the room, clean bathroom with nice shower. Also, only a five minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal DLR Station.
B. P.The hotel is clean, convenient and has helpful staff. Room starting to look a little tired already - damaged chair, missing tv remote.
Downside (not marked down for it) is not the hotel’s fault but is with the adjacent privately run car park. £9 for overnight parking, and only takes coins (card payment out of order) - hotel or restaurant could/would not provide change so had to run into the town centre to scrounge change....not fun In the late evening !
o. a. i.We have had a lovely stay. the staff are all lovely going out of there way so that all 17 of us could be seated together, even putting Christmas crackers on the table for the children, the breakfast was the best I have ever had In any hotel I have ever stayed in thank you All very much very Highly recommended x

Everything felt clean , the room was nice and clean , lovely shower room .
I love that for an extra £20 we could have the room up to 5 pm , i know this does depend on whether the hotel is busy or not but was so much more relaxing to not have to rush getting ready n get every thing packed to make sure we were out on time .
They also get the thumbs up on the security to be able to enter the lift , makes you feel safer especially when you have young children .
The only things that would have made it nicer for me are the following ..... the none slip shower mat needed to be replaced , being in a family room had my lil 4 year old slipped , he could have broke the massive
" GLASS " shower screen , very nice but not such a good idea in a " family room " .
The second thing was the shower head , extremely poor volume of water that was coming out , think they should check these things more regularly than they are .
Thirdly is not being able to open the window , i love my air coming in the window of a night time , it gets to stuffy in the room and end up with cold like symptoms for the next few days because of their own internal air system .
I wish the Beef eater restaurant attached to the hotel , did a slightly cheaper menu tho , may be something they could introduce if they read this . Single parent on a tight budget , in fact any one who's on a tight budget .
Last of all the extractor fan in the shower room did not seem to work or just isnt adequate for the size of the room .
P. J.Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Blackout curtains really helped me to sleep soundly. The heating did not work and as we were going out for the evening we had no time to report it. Restaurant extremely busy due to a christmas party booking so a bit of a wait for our food. Waiting staff worked hard and the food was good. Handy location for the Thames Clipper boat to the 02 Arena or further up into London.
J. G.For a new Premier Inn hotel, this was slightly disappointing. Levels of soundproofing that are impressive in other hotels they own in areas with high levels of noise just weren't present here, despite overlooking an A road. Our room was also lacking hot water from the basin tap (only providing cold water), which may have applied to the shower as well, but we didn't use it. Decent rooms and service otherwise though, so still good enough for a 4★ rating.
K. R.The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. There was ample parking, although it is not free. We were attending a concert at the O2, the taxi cost approximately £8.50 (very reasonable), and double the price to get back to the hotel (after midnight). We would stay again as very convenient for the O2.

R. S.No parking but there is a car park you have to pay £9 for. After booking in on line I wasn't greeted by anyone at reception and had to ring the bell 5 times. Reasonably priced rooms though. With some nice views
D. S.Stayed here a few times. Rates can be very good value for London if you can book in advance. Location is OK and close to Riverboat terminal. Royal Arsenal apartments area is worth a stroll around. Eritrean restaurant called Blue Nile is very plain but worth a try.
J.Really good hotel! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The on site resteraunt was lovely and the staff were also nice. The room itself had everything we needed and the room service was always good when we came back in the evening. The beds were comfortable. We heard no traffic considering we were next to a road which is really good. The location is brilliant as it's really close to any kind of shop you need (Tesco, superdrug, station and banks). Only issue I can think of is we can't open to window but I can understand why and it didn't have an impact on the stay as we weren't in the room much.

H. J.We often stay at this hotel. We had a very comfortable stay, and as always, the staff are so welcoming, friendly and always there for you if you need them. I would like to say Thank you to Ashley on reception for making our stay very enjoyable.
I. K.They have the new modern rooms here, albeit a little on the smaller side, with no bath, only a shower. BUT beware the car parking, when I went the ticket machine only accepted coins, no cards, notes or parking apps, and turning up late at night meant I had to drive 5 minutes to get to an ATM then try and get some change, it's operated by a private company not the hotel, and I was told they have cameras that pick you up entering and leaving and will fine you if you don't get a ticket, even if you're straight in and back out.

G.On the main road but reasonably quite in the rooms has council parking next to it with meter, high floor rooms in the back over looks the river , walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets, busses runs next to it also under ground and trains to Waterloo at walking distance. Staff very pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean with comfortable bed and good bathrooms.
B. M.I've been to the Hilton, Radisson and many other more luxurious hotels, and now I can see I've been missing out! The Premier Inn offers far more superior breakfast to the aforementioned hotels. The hotel is in a convenient location and although it doesn't offer the facilities that other hotels do, they're not needed nor required and the price reflects this.

M. W.Great location, great staff and a good breakfast. The kids love the Nutella! There is a sainsbury supermarket 10 mins walk away. The parking is limited but has not been full on the three occasions we stayed there.

J. G.Enjoyable stay here for our 4 day trip to London. Our first room had a rather unfortunate grim outlook but the young receptionist quickly found us a room overlooking the new development of Woolwich Arsenal. Our room is very much a Premier Inn - small but has all that is required for a comfy stay. The Beefeater provides breakfast and evening meals if required but there are other restaurants to eat in if a Beefeater isnt "your thing".
It would have been useful to have a collapsible luggage tressel to place our case on. We ended up with it on the floor tripping over it every time we moved. That apart a good stay and we would happily come back as Woolwich Arsenal is so handy for London City and the DLR into London itself.

E. A.Premier Inn standards are maintained in most places and this isn't different. There's a Beefeater restaurant on the ground floor where you can eat, which can be helpful to those who don't want to travel far. It's quite self service orientated though which means when you have a problem you might be on your own for a little while. I didn't like that the parking available had to be paid for, this should be a fee covered by the hotel for guests if you ask me.

P.It was quite nive. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the station provide great access to transport. My one gripe is that the bed was not as comfy compared to other Premier Inns that I have stayed at.

I. P.I stayed here for three nights for work. The rooms are small but complete of everything. The location is great and the prices are bit expensive but I think that is ok... will come back again...
M. D.As usual a great night's sleep, the only disappointing part of this stay was the room was set up for 1 person and only one set of towels, staff did apologise but it's really unacceptable when the room has been booked for double occupancy.
