I. R.A really lovely little guest house in a wonderfully quiet area of London. Just 7 rooms so a few stairs to climb but our room was very clean with a very comfy double bed. Great welcome on arrival and were personally shown to our room. Breakfast was spot on with the very entertaining owner's family doing the cooking and serving. We really enjoyed our stay.

J. P.I stayed here in September 2017 and it was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel/guesthouse. Lekha, the owner, was incredibly sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. This was my first travel outside of the US and I was alone. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood even when I was out walking alone at 5:30 am or 12 am! It is a very, VERY quiet neighborhood.
Personalized, large breakfast every morning with great attention and guest service. In fact, breakfast was so large that many days I was full until dinner time. I will always stay here when I travel to London. Hoping to return soon! If you want a quiet place to stay away from the bustle of center London this is the perfect place.
S. F.I visited from Paris and stayed for 12 nights . I liked the place a lot. At a comfortable walking distance( 7 minutes) from the nearest tube station , the guest house is situated in a very chic and quiet neighborhood: between England's lane on one side and Haverstock hill and Belsize park gardens on the other. The room and the surroundings ( entrance , staircase ) were spic and span. The room was cleaned every day. Towels , bed sheets were changed regularly. The room has a boiling kettle and coffee and tea sachets . The owner was very attentive and engaged if one had an issue. The guesthouse is for people who want to experience a homely , relaxed environment in a very beautiful and serene neighborhood of London. The restaurant scene around I s not extraordinary but there are many nice cafes and some 'okay ' restos. To sum it all up I'd say Cute, Clean, Comfy . Would love to stay again.

I visited family in nearby Kentish town (30min walk). The neighbourhood of the bnb is super quiet and safe. Ideal for quiet nights after a London active day.
We even had Lekha's classic English breakfast in the morning.
I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the vicinity

This guest house, located in a residential area, is the haven of peace that everyone aspires to after a long day of excursion.It is a small building on 4 typically British levels. Without being luxurious, the room is comfortable and accommodated our little family.
In the morning, we have the chance to enjoy a real Breakfast prepared in front of us by the owner, who is extremely kind. A family pension that we recommend.

Légèrement excentré par rapport au centre de Londres, 25 minutes de métro suffisent pour le rejoindre.
Ce guest house, situé dans un quartier résidentie,l est le havre de paix auquel aspire tout un chacun après une grosse journée d'excursion.Il s'agit d'un petit immeuble sur 4 niveaux typiquement british. Sans être luxueuse, la chambre est confortable et a su accueillir notre petite famille.
Le matin, nous avons la chance de profiter d'un véritable Breakfast préparé devant nous par la propriétaire, qui est extrêmement gentille. Une pension de famille que l'on recommande.
