W. J.Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff. We stayed here in 2018 & 2019 when going to BST Hyde Park. Plans for 2020 + 2021 didn't happen but hopefully it will open again for 2022.
R. R. F.The personnel is friendly and the rooms are clean, but it's a bit overpriced for what it is. It's considered a 4-star hotel, but I would classify it as an upper-tier 3-star hotel. The single room I had was tiny, with no drawers for my clothes, barely any space to be on and pretty bad view outside, plus breakfast not included.
D. D.Location: this hotel is within easy walking distance to bus stops and multiple underground stations, so is very well connected Rooms: clean, tidy and very comfortable. The room I was in only had a very small TV, but that didn't matter as I didn't watch it! Service: no complaints here
B. W.Although our stay was ok (nice breakfast! and good bed), I've never had such a bad booking experience. I submitted my credit card details for payment immediately after booking. Then, a few days before our travel, I had to have lots of conversations and (expensive) telephone calls with them: they lost my mails, couldnt charge my (working) credit card and wanted bank transaction. So I did, and then they didnt believe that I've done the transaction, which lasts 2-4 working days from abroad. I sent confirmations,and again they said they didnt get them - after calling she suddenly could find.... so I ve got daily mails from the hotel that they will cancel the reservation, and I always had to call again and explain that the money is on the way. They didnt believe me, very nice if its three days prior arrival... very unfriendly, I did my best and was treated like a liar. Detail: the elevator call in our 4.th floor didnt work - we stated that but it wasnt repaired till we left. The lady at the breakfast was very friendly!
A.This is a pretty cosy hotel. Typically small room's for London and unfortunately you can hear your neighbor's pretty clearly. The breakfast was okay and the service was good.
L. H.They do not offer wash clothes or hand towels. They give you simply a towel to dry off with and nothing else. When we asked for some they looked at us like it was a crazy request. They apparently just rub down with a bar of soap which left me feeling dirty. We were able to locate a near by drug store and purchase some wash clothes of our own, but when you are paying 170 pounds per night you would like this service included. They web site also proudly displays they have wifi in every room, but they didn't state its 10 pounds a day. It was an okay place to stay, but only offers the bare minimum to its guests.

A. A.Great place to stay if you don't mind a small room. Princes Square Hotel is conveniently located near Queensway Station of the Tube and Kensington Palace. You can easily get from here to Oxford Street also by buses, line 94, in about 20 minutes. There is Tesco Express nearby for quick shopping visits. The rooms are clean but not very large. They are equipped in a TV, an electric kettle, and a small safe. Breakfast is a strong point of the hotel: there is a wide selection of choices for a continental or full English breakfast. If you manage to get a reasonable rate and you're fine with a small room, Princes Square Hotel is a great option.
L. P.Very good placed but rooms very hot and rushed at breakfast so much so that my breakfast was cold by the time I got to eat it. Think they pre cook it and keep it warm until ordered

C.I walked through Princes Square while on my way back from the shops, and played the app Pokemon Go along the way. I stood by the church there where I placed a Pokemon in a gym that was owned by my team, then continued my walk. I did not visit any hotels or other establishments on that occasion, however it looked like a lovely area and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in if they were visiting London.

M. M.(Translated) I made a reservation after going to the UK, so I was in a position of Yoshi if I could secure it, but it was very convenient from the subway station. As there was bicycle for rent in front of you, the city goes to anywhere immediately.
Paddington Station is also within walking distance, and a long-distance bus stop is also nearby, so I went for a day trip to the suburbs.
The room was a single room on the mezzanine level, but it was narrow enough to remind you of the room under the Harry Potter stairs (laughs).
We stayed for 6 days, but correspondence of the front desk was always very good.

渡英後に急に予約したので安全さえ確保できればヨシという構えでしたが、地下鉄の駅から近くとても便利でした。目の前に貸し自転車もありましたから、市内はどこへでもすぐに行かれます。
パディントン駅も徒歩圏で、長距離バスのバス停も近いので、郊外への日帰り旅行にも行きました。
お部屋はシングルルームで中二階のようなところにありましたが、ハリーポッターの階段下のお部屋を連想させる狭さでした(笑)急だったので仕方ないですね。
6泊しましたがフロントの対応はいつもとても良かったです。

The hotel staff is very nice, they do not speak Spanish but are very willing to assist. It is very close to Bayswater station and Hyde Park so the location is very good. My stay at Princes Square Hotel is very positive, I would definitely return to London and stay there again. As a suggestion for improvement I would say that the internet was very slow.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, no hablan español pero tienen mucha voluntad para asistir. Esta muy cerca e la estación Bayswater y del Hyde Park con lo cual la ubicación es muy buena.
