Seconds from Kings X St Pancras overground and underground stations means you couldn't find a more central location. However, being set back in a residential road there is no need to worry about noise at night, a decent night's sleep is always guranteed at the Princess hotel. Price wise it's a bargain, it would be hard to find better value for your money anywhere else in the city. Suiting almost every budget, there are rooms with shared bathrooms as well as plenty of en-suites to choose from. I must add, if you do go for the shared option the bathrooms are all immaculate, hygeine and cleanliness are no issues at all. The room sizes are decent, decorated recently to a high spec comfort is always assured. You coudn't ask for more from the management, non-intrusive but always willing to go out of their ways to help you out, they are truly first class representatives of the hospitality industry. Leisure or work, this place ticks all the boxes to make it your first choice for somewhere to stay in the iconic and truly great city of London.

Don't expect anything fancy one bit, because it isn't. It's located along a stretch of budget hotels that does similar businesses, just under different names. The only plus point is that this hotel is located right by King's Cross Station, which is amazing especially if you're coming into London late or leaving the place early. Everywhere in the hotel is small and squeezy, including the hallway. If you have a large bag, good luck especially if you're located on the highest floor of the hotel. They do not have a lift, and the stairwell is extremely small. Hotel is clean, which is great. Toilets are also sharing and not found in the room. There's no air conditioning.

+ Perfect location near Kings Cross station. Really easy to get anywhere from here by bus, train or underground. Staff were nice. The room was big (double bed), nice and clean! Very quiet and calm atmosphere. - You need to leave the key to your room at the reception every time you walk out from the hotel. Maybe it is for security reasons but I find it a bit inconvenient. I went back to the hotel after a dinner, needed to get to the toilet but the staff wasn’t at the reception at that time so I couldn’t get to my room. Luckily one of the staff showed up after 10minutes so I could get to my room before it was too late... - You may need to ask for new towels, I didn’t get new towels changed so I decided to ask for new ones in the 4th night.

Princess Hotel was a perfect accommodation for a small break to central. The room was brilliant, we paid a little extra to have our own bathroom facilities. It was clean, tidy and friendly night attendants at front desk. The room seemed small but it was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Rooms were pretty OK with decent beds. Showers were also OK. I did not try the breakfast. The biggest problem for me personally was the temperature. The room was pretty warm and there is no air conditioning. You can open the windows but at least my room had windows towards the street which was very very noisy even until late at night. Would recommend for cheap accommodation if you don't mind a slightly warm room or a noisy window. Location is pretty good, and close to Kings Cross which is a good transportation hub.

Good value for what it is. The location is great and the staff was very nice. It is certainly no frills, but if you just need a place to sleep, this is a good place. Shared bathrooms, so be prepared, but it's not bad. There are sinks in the rooms which is nice. No lifts.

This room was great for what it's cost was (85USD). The room was simple, and tidy. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a small sink and mirror, and a small coffee maker with the items to brew in the morning. Shared toilets and showers- which were up the stairs. Still, the bathrooms were clean and tidy. I slept on the window side of our bed and had to turn sideways to walk up near the head section. 2 USB wall outlets on each side of the bed.s

We were very happy with our stay. Our triple room was small but with very comfortable beds, well-designed use of space, charging station and individual bed lights. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi worked very well. The hotel was very, very clean and had a lot of charm. The wainscoting and grey painted hallways were darling and everything seemed bright and updated. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back.

24h service. Breakfast in the hotel next door for £5, which was well worth it. Most of the rooms have shared bathroom, but we decided to pay a bit more to get a room with own (mouldy) bathroom. The hotel is close to Kings Cross with great communications, and has plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also a very nice pub just around the corner. Would recommend for a weekend in London, but not if you want something fancy.

Staff was friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage there even after we had checked out so that we could do another day of exploring London before setting off for the next leg of the trip. We had a great stay there in June 2016. The room was small for our family of four but met our expectations. The staff was helpful and kind. The location could not have been more convenient; literally five minutes walk from King's Cross train- and St Pancras subway stations. Plenty of food and libations within walking distance, and bike share racks nearby for the adventurous. The beds/pillows were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is perfect, 2-3mins walk to underground & St Pancras Station. We stayed in a 3pax room with private bathroom. The room is small & basic as expected. Shower is great. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Ask for a lower level room if you have a huge luggage coz there’s no lift (as most of the hotels in this area) Will consider staying here again if I happen to travel by Eurostar.

Tomamos una habitación con baño "compartido" pero la verdad es que solo nosotros lo usabamos, muy limpio todo, solo que si estas acostumbrado a cuartos con grandes espacios, este no es el lugar, todo muy bàsico, tu cama, un pequeño escritorio un mini armario y una cafetera con servicio de café y té, aunque para ir de turista en Londres es todo lo que necesitas.
