Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful rooms and perfectly situated next to the tube and Train station, buses, shops. The park across the street is huge and great to visit! Over all an amazing place! Will definitely go again!

Brilliant value for money. Very welcoming staff, lovely breakfasts in the morning, great value for money with the room. They’ve decorated the place really, really nicely for Christmas! Please tell your staff to take it easy with the key every time I for a cigi (I’m not a thief and you’ve got my number lol!) but other than that, absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Suitable room space, a little cramped in the ensuite bathroom. TV on wall. Nice Christmas display. Warm temperature, at times a little much, but an electric fan was provided. Breakfast available 7:30-9:30. Options: Full English Breakfast/cereal/yogurt/fruit/fruit juice/tea or coffee/biscuits. Choose to have as many of these as you'd like. Chosen for it's location out of Central London, relatively close to Emirates stadium (15/20 minute walk). A few local convenience stores nearby, as well as Finsbury Park, and tube station of the same name. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again.

Not our first stay, and was glad to see them back after the pandemic. Breakfast staff is the best, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are great! Desk staff are amazing, going above and beyond to assist their guests. Location is fantastic for access to the tube, busses and the above ground rail. Don't forget Finsbury Park, right across the street!

Hotel was spotless, lads and girls on the desk were lovely I didn't get the lads names but one was Lithuanian and he spoke to me and my friend for ages giving helpful advice for the area he was incredible. The second guy was dark haired and he was so helpful with tube stations and getting back to the airport really nice when away from home to meet such friendly people. First day breakfast was lovely. My one gripe for taking a star off was I found a hair in my breakfast on the second day and the beans on both plates were literally fresh out the fridge not even heated up. But overall I'd stay again and Breakfast is so cheap in the Arsenal cafe that you honestly don't mind avoiding it!

The room was kinda small but it's fair for the price. Very affordable! The female staff was so nice and apologised for some mix up with my booking. Breakfast was very good and the coffee is just perfect! The downside for me was the lack of tiny soaps, shampoo, toothpaste and maybe some throw away toothbrushes. That would spice up the whole thing for those who cant bring all that soap. Over all you will enjoy your stay with the 24/7 reception and the nice staff and good cleaning.

It's ok. It's convenient for everything in Finsbury Park. Clean, functional room. Lovely staff. But weekend breakfast 7.30-9.30? What's that about? On reflection probably for the best we missed it, couple of pieces of toast and I might not have fitted in the very small shower! And check out at 10.30am also a bit early? Might visit again, might look at alternatives.

Rooms are very small but clean. The bed was a cheap matress and the extractor fan made nearly as much noise as the road outside. It was cheap and I would say good value.

Only downside was breakfast, the staff didn't seem to really know what they were doing and we were left waiting to be seated for ages and wasn't really properly asked what we wanted. The cleanliness is good and the staff is very friendly. It is well connected to the center by bus and metro line, but the neighborhood at night does not give security.
