The room is spacious, warm, clean, tea and coffee facilities are perfect, no noise comes from outside, toilet and bath are clean, washing products are very nice.
We stayed in the hotel from Saturday to Sunday 1st of August. It was very enjoyable. On arrival we were greeted by very nice front desk receptionist Pedro, he was excellent, attentive to the smallest details, friendly without being overly sweet, highly professional! Thank you Pedro, you set our mood into the absolutely positive direction:)))
Next morning breakfast was great too. All waiters and waitresses are polite, fast, attentive. We totally enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel bar closed a bit early so otherwise would have given it 5 stars

Stayed for one night for a theatre weekend. Reception looked after our bags as we arrived too early to check in so we could go and watch West End Live for a while, before going to see Hairspray. We checked in after the show to freshen up before we went out to find somewhere to eat, and our bags had already been taken up to our room for us. It was a comfortable twin room with an over bath shower. The only thing we could pull it up on was the hot drinks. The Nespresso coffee machine was over by the window on the dressing table but with no pods or milk/sugar. After searching, we found a dark box with 4 pods in, hiding in the dark corner of the wardrobe at the side of the fridge. More searching and we eventually found milk sugar and tea bags in the bedside table … and a kettle! What a relief!
It was a really warm night so we had a drink on the terrace on the pavement before bed, and people watched for a while. It was a shame that most of Leicester Square was boarded up for electric mains improvement works, so there was no view due to the hoardings all round.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a mixture of self serve hot and cold foods, and items cooked fresh to order. Again the staff were professional and friendly. Check out was a breeze and we left our bags again so we could go out for the day without carrying them around with us. The hotel is situated in the perfect place for getting to most London sights. I would happily stay again.

I really like this hotel. We had a spacious room with the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on!
The room and all the public areas was very clean and well kept.
All the staff were friendly and attentive.
The Concierge, Alex, was especially helpful and for me made this hotel remarkable.
P. B.
Fantastic location, right in the heart of theatre land, the staff are very attentive and always happy to help.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped it’s what you would expect from a top London hotel.
The only downside was, we had to ask for more tea bags. But if that’s the only fault then it’s not to bad.
We will definitely be staying again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and with confidence I can say this hotel is worth 3.5*.
I stayed in twin room, it was old fashioned and very small. The location was the only real thing good about this hotel.
The note decor needed updating and the choice for breakfast was limited. We were told to choose a time slot for breakfast because of Covid which I wasn’t impressed about as I paid a lot of money and would have preferred to go in my own time.
The room was worse than H10 and the Hilton, which were 4* hotels. It’s a total exaggeration to classify this hotel as a 5*. The twin room we got was dated and extremely small and depressing. I did send an email confirming it’s my friends birthday and we didn’t even get a complimentary gift which was kind of sad. I would definitely say it’s a 3.5* hotel and that’s only because of it location alone.

Currently staying here in a Premier room on the 5th floor overlooking the square. We were greeted with a smile at reception and given all the information required for a smooth check in. It is my 60th birthday and the bed was decorated with petals, which was a very nice touch. Lovely room which is very spacious and has what I guess is Edwardian style furniture. The room temperature was perfect on our arrival, especially as it was quite warm outside. Good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed and the blackout curtains worked great. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We came along last Saturday evening at 6 pm, 20 November, for drinks and a snack (Table 15?), having booked a table earlier. We are regular visitors but haven't been along for over a year due to lockdowns etc.
First of all, we were treated like truly valued guests by the fabulous lady from Constanta in Romania (whose name I have shamefully just forgotten). She liaised with her colleague to reserve a table for us. We know her from many past visits. She's an absolute credit to The Hampshire and one of the reasons we return.
In the evening, we enjoyed wonderful personal service from Adam in the bar/restaurant, another fabulous part of your team. He was so knowledgeable regarding your wines and again, an absolute credit to The Hampshire.
We look forward to returning very soon.
Thanks for ensuring we had such a wonderful evening again.

Excellent stay, staff very attentive, after staying at your mercer st.Hotel 5 times we have tried this one. Will return. Would also like to try the Londoner Hotel next door. Many thanks to all staff

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very friendly especially the lady at the reception desk. Room was clean. Covid precautions were also good. Great selection at breakfast.

Couldn't of had a better experience when I stayed here a few months back. Room was perfect, the staff were excellent and the head housekeeper (can't remember her name sorry!) even went out her way to ensure she posted a jacket I left in the wardrobe.

Great location in Leicester Square with easy access to London attentions. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely room at a competitive price. I can recommend the hotel bar especially the Old Fashioned. Enjoy.
S. L.
Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - nothing was too much hassle for them.
Room was really spacious and had everything we needed with a great view over the Square!
J. M.
Nice room, attentive reception staff. Bar area is nice looking, but i just want a fan. Would stop there again if needed somewhere close to Leicester square and the price was right.
M. N.
Stayed here for just the one night and was a very pleasant stay. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is in a prime location so you can access majority of the shops just by walking. No need for ubers or taxis. Walking to Oxford Street is a matter of minutes.

Excellent hotel from the moment we walked through the front door to the time we left
Our hotel room was spacious with a lovely comfortable bed the bathroom had to 2 sinks and the walk in shower was amazing
We went to the bar and was made very welcome. We had cocktails and the guys behind the bar where amazing with there cocktail making skills. We also had a round of nacho's with the spicy quacomoli bloody lovely great hotel and restaurant.
Thank you sonja from Portugal you was very helpfull.

The hotel has the best location right in the middle Leicester square where all the lively areas of London are within walking distance; the hotel is also close to the best shopping and restaurants in London.
The receptionist are so kind and welcoming, specially Ewalina (Eva) and Ainhoa (Ana), who made our vacation extremely wonderful. Our standard room was upgraded to a premium room overlooking the london eye, followed by another upgrade to a large suite overlooking Leicester square because we faced an issue with the AC during our first night.
m. c.
Nice rooms. The bed was too narrow for two. Breakfast is strange but once you get used to ordering it is quite good.
D. B.
+ Great location at Leicester Square with the metro just around the corner
+ Friendly and helpful staff and required PCR test (via post) was handed-over when I arrived
+ Many restaurants, bars, supermarkets just around the corner
+ Room was clean and had basically everything needed
- Quite expensive for such a small room with a bit more than GBP 200 per night - but it's London...
- AC was a bit difficult to handle
- Breakfast could have started earlier or a proper to-go version would have been nice (had to leave at around 6am every morning)

Great location, good value and very friendly staff.
Only downside is due to the location, there is some noise at night.
L. J.
Would give 6 stars if I could. Simply Amazing experience, stayed for 3 nights with my partner in a premium room overlooking Leicester Square. Beautiful hotel, along with the Amazing staff and facilities. Thank-you.
J. H.
Gorgeous room and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent too.
A. S.
Great place to stay not overly crowded even though it is in a busy part of the city. You are close the tube and walking distance to most of the great things to see in London. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable which is important when there is so much walking to do when siteseeing. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. Oh yeah each room has an amazing view of the city.
M. E.
The food and the service were incredible. It was my first time visiting but the rest of my party have been multiple times and have been trying to get me to go for ages. Very glad I did and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely first evening being able to eat at a restaurant inside.
D. R.
Amazing hotel, absolutely love it. It's local to alot of places of interest, and the beds are so comfy. Highly recommended 5*

Great location and lovely room overlooking Leicester Square. Walking distance of many nice places to eat and drink. Friendly staff who asked if there was anything they could do to help. Will stay here again when in London next!

Great location, wonderful staff. Modern, clean rooms

Lovely place to stay staff are friendly they make you feel very relaxed - the room and the bed were comfortable definitely recommend 👌😊

We loved our stay in September 2019. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the room was great.
Couldn’t ask for a better location for easy access to tourist attractions in central London. By staying here we also saved on transport costs as walking was easy to most places. Loved the view from our room 😁
A. L.
It was a family vacation for three nights, the experience was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated and they turn to Leicester Square. The place is simply excellent. In the center of all things. Walking distance from all the interesting sites, we took a breakfast that I personally highly recommend was fresh and plentiful.
In conclusion the hotel's service was outstanding !!!!
Thank you so much I will come back again.

What a fabulous hotel in an fabulous location. Walk to all of the key attractions and great eateries at your door step. From the minute you are into the hotel the service is amazing and very friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very large and have everything you could desire. A sensational stay and we will be back.
A. M.
Location was perfect, right in the center of it all. Our room was beautiful, spacious and came with lots of amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, best croissants I've ever had. The most important part of this hotel was the staff and the 5 star service they provided. Jairo, the night manager, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. He deserves a big raise and a promotion! If you need accommodations in London this is the place to stay!
A. C.
We stayed here for one night. Fabulous hotel and really friendly staff. The manager really looked after us as it was our first night child free and gave us an upgrade. Lovely refreshing welcoming drink, and umbrellas provided as the weather was bad outside. A large selection of food and drinks, as well as mini bar and really comfortable beds. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. We will be back in October

Very good location of the hotel. Centre. Convenient to get to the subway. Nearby cozy coffee shops and a supermarket. If you need a place to spend the night, and plan to be in the city during the day is a great option. There is a kettle and microwave. The room has its own bathroom (shower and toilet) - this is cool, a rarity for hostels. The maid comes every day! Very clean. Atmospheric view from the window to the St. Petersburg roofs and the yard well. Beautiful front door.
P. T.
Loving it here.Only here for the 1 night.
Very friendly and very helpful.Good food

Great location but be aware rooms not soundproof so can be noisy outside!! Standard twin room small & dark. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast....you've got to try the cinnamon toast!! Staff friendly and professional.
R. F.
I've never stayed in the rooms before however the service in their restaurant is amazing. Not just the food but the service is of great quality. It's clean, hygienic and in very top condition. There's seating both inside and outside and they are able to cater as much as needed. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family. I hope the workers will be rewarded for all their hard work. There's a fairly tall Italian speaking Filipino guy that is really professional and kind.

The hotel is in a very central location. I had an amazing view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The rooms are very small but nice. The style is more antique which I personally didn't mind. I found my room suitable for one person, staying there with two people would have been difficult as the room was made to just fit the bed. Staff is extremely friendly. Housekeeping sadly missed to refill several items like cups, spoons, etc. on more than one day of my stay. Breakfast was very nice but the same items are served each day and as I stayed for 5 nights I would have enjoyed more of a variety. I found the bathtub/shower to be difficult to get in and out of and almost fell one morning. Overall I had a good stay and wouldn't mind staying there again.
h. c.
Fantastic location, and surprisingly very quiet! Staff were very helpful. They were happy storing luggage before and after our stay, and the room was much bigger than I've had at other London hotels. We didn't try the breakfast or restaurant, but it looked very smart. I'd definitely stay again.
P. W.
Smart hotel, excellent staff and service. Rooms are very comfortable but you need to pay the premium if a decent outside view is important. Wasn't impressed by the revamped dining area, it's too cramped. Cocktail bar again too cramped, would improve the atmosphere if that incessant noise from the speakers was turned off.
My verdict is, try another hotel next time.
P. C.
Excellent. Amazing employees attentive and friendly.
Food was amazing

Loved this hotel. The room had all we expected and was clean. The lift system (using room keys) is all well and good if u dont need to keep reactivating the room key. Menu on table stated cereals/fruit/pastries were buffet then hot choices to be ordered from staff. Breakfast was the best I'd had in a hotel.
a. j.
Great location. Excellent restaurant. Room was quiet... at the rear of the hotel, but rather dated and disappointing. However the staff were charming and helpful. Be prepared to carry your bags to the hotel.... overall a reasonable stay, and close to everywhere in London!

I stayed here for one night on 24/02/2018 for my gf 21st birthday. We was staying in a double king superior room and our stay could not have been better. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with a great view of the London Eye from our window. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bath room was very clean. We had breakfast room service the next morning which came exactly on time and the food was delicious. All of the staff made our stay wonderful as they were lovely and was all wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. They catered to our every need and made our stay perfect. I will definitely be back!Nice
S. R.
The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very welcoming and comfortable. The bed is AWESOME!!! Where did you procure it from??
The breaky is on the expensive end if you didn’t have it on your room rate but is well generous and diverse.
Location is spectacular in Leicester square with walking distance to most of the main sight seeing.
Their assistant bot “Edward” is a nice and efficient touch for concierge and guest relations. It even booked me a taxi ;)

I got a free upgrade to a room overlooking the square. The view is really great and the location is amazing since it's so central. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the tube is a short walk away. The room is very nice and clean and staff are very friendly. Will stay here again if I get a chance!
J. P.
Friendly staff, always there to help you with directions if needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold foods with the option to order from a menu. Absolutely love staying here.
P. S.
Very kind and helpful employees. They had double-booked the room we were supposed to have, but handled the incident well, providing us with at another hotel. They, of course, payed fees for taxi, and we got a nice room at the other hotel.
The hotel room we stayed in (at Hampshire) had a high standard. Little noise from the hallway could be heard from the bed. It even had one Scandinavian power outlet!
Did not try the breakfast.
All in all, a nice and fancy stay.

We stayed in a family room for about a week. Very convenient location and the rooms were clean. We were greeted with a plate of chocolate dipped strawberries when we checked in which was a nice gesture. The family room that we were in was very spacious and the toilet had a door separating it from the rest of the bathroom which was a convenient design.
L. P.
It's great to return to the Hampshire... This was a stay as part of my 50th Birthday celebrations. In the hotel we had a bit of trouble at reception, of course, it's me here and nothing goes smoothly when I'm involved (but it ends well...read on)
After the check-in process were sent to room 221, but when we got there we found a building site outside the window and the room had twin beds. Went back to reception, was told that it had been assigned to a Mr Parker and not me (I'm a Lord so that's Lord Parker) We were then informed that there had been an error due to there being another Parker due that day (makes me chuckle..)
Anyhow it transpires that we had been given the penthouse suite..up on the 7th floor, a lot different from room 221. We were shown around the room by the delightful Pedro, who during the course of our stay could not do enough for us, including inviting us to drinks in the bar that evening and arranging and walking us to our taxi. A big shout out to the Doorman (Hashim) a jolly good laugh and fountain of knowledge. Room 703 is an incredible suite with its own private entrance, two TVs, gigantic bed which was ever so comfortable and spectacular London skyline views. Many thanks for the cake by the way that was most yummy. We had an absolutely awesome stay...but wait there's more....
The suite overlooked Leicester Square, and low and behold it was only the premiere of Sir Patrick Stewart's new Amazon show Picard....and we had a fantastic view of the stars walking down the (White) Red carpet.
We didn't sample the restaurant, I don't eat after 6pm and as we left at 4:30am to best the traffic back to Somerset, we didn't get to try breakfast this time. But rest assured you haven't seen the last of us.... Oh one more tip, if you're disabled and drive in there are 5 or 6 disabled parking spaces behind the hotel in St Martin's Street.
A. H.
Very nice area. The courtyard area just outside the hotel is nice for dining (on the Hotel's side of the courtyard). However, the Italian Restaurants across / adjacent to the courtyard are staffed by aggressive "used-car-salesmen" like Hosts almost begging you to patronize their establishment. That said, the Radisson is on point.
R. A.
Main selling point is the fantastic location. Hotel was generally ok, from staff to the food. The room was fine. I think for the price, maybe expected more, but either way you can't go wrong with the location.
A. L.
Food and atmosphere amazing. Service not so much. Despite reserving a nice table for our anniversary we were put on a tiny table next to a door that let a massive draught in whenever it was opened. The staff upon hearing that we weren't happy moved us to be fair to them. The food is just incredible and the cocktails great but small for the price you are paying. Had a great night but left on a sour note as I was told an initial payment hadn't gone through so payed again but account balance shows the money having gone out twice!!
A. A.
Absolutely amazing service from the moment we walked in. It was my daughters seventh birthday and all the reception staff made a really special effort and made a real fuss of her. The suite was amazing and again the staff made it extra special for us all. We will be returning and would recommend this hotel and amazing staff without hesitation.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, Amazing.
Superb service, from the entire team. huge thank you!! Filipa Pereira and the team- you are wonderful!!
We arrived at 10 am, before we even entered, the lobby team unloaded all of our luggage (we had 10 pieces...) and Filpa immediately noticed that our daughters and us are tired after a long flight. she brought us into the lounge and took care of us like family. they arranged for hot tea and cocoa and a relaxing place to sit until our room was ready - and made sure we are getting it at the earliest possible. the room was very accommodating, clean and spacious, we were able to choose our room via online check in - so nice... we chose room 711, great view, very big...VERY comfortable beds. the room was cleaned again when we left for dinner... so we came back and the beds were made again , nice surprise! the breakfast is in a very nice atmosphere, and the restaurant/lounge team is very friendly and professional. when we wanted to find a nice place for dinner, the concierge got us in to one of the best places we have seen, the OXO restaurant... great place to dine after the "EYE"..
We were a bit sad to leave... Thank you Filipa, thank you and your team!

Exceeded expectations!!
I have been to London for the past 20 years sometimes on a monthly basis and have stayed In several hotels of varied classifications and for work and holidays.
This time round I had brought relatives with me and booked 2 rooms. Their maiden voyage to London and they were as impressed as me.
The location of the property was key to my choice. It was a no brainer being next to chinatown and the theatre district in SOHO. You will never run out of dining options and the area is secure and bustling with activities, which I loved.
Now. I was met by Giulia, an Italian receptionist that made all the different by her professionalism and assistance. A request to have an early check in was requested but there were no rooms available. The hotel made the actual effort to inform me via sms when the rooms were available and provided online check in whilst I was having lunch nearby. They bothered to inform me and their use of technology was commendable. I was first provided with 1 room shortly and to sweeten the stay they upgraded both rooms for us. Giulia made an unbiased and honest conversation which is lacking in European countries today.
The hotel beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained and stocked. Lockers and fridges were working well and the temperature control was excellent. Water pressure and heating was excellent. Trust me, I have been to terrible rooms all over London in the past 2 decades...
Everyone from the doorman, concierge, checkout staff and all the receptionists and took service staff were well mannered and brisk in service.
I expected nothing as it was my first stay here but I left with great impressions.
Bravo

Call in for a cocktail and nachos... perfection!

I stayed here years ago (pre TA) and had a good experience. I selected the Hampshire again based on this experience and prime location. I stayed in a standard/executive room and value wise it was a pretty decent deal inclusive of breakfast (which is charged separately at £23 if not part of a bundle). The concierge service is second to none - really attentive and responsive to your needs. Check in and check out was friendly and efficient. No issues during my stay. Few comments on the room: generally clean but just getting a bit tired around the edges and needing a refurbishment. The bed was comfortable and room noise very good for a hotel on Leicester Square. Aircon in the room, minibar and tea & coffee facilities - although a biscuit would have been nice. Complimentary water (for 1) is also supplied. Toiletries are refillable wall mounted which aren't my preference, but they were decent quality. Breakfast offering was good but service very sketchy on the Monday morning I visited. Seemed like some tables were getting too much attention and others not enough - this needs ironing out. Also, buffet replenishment needs to be quicker as items were quickly running out. The quality of the breakfast however was very good. I would stay again, no problem at all, but I would expect a better service experience in the restaurant and would hope to have a recently refurbished room next time.

Very friendly staff and clean and well appointed rooms.

Right on Leicester Square, just opposite the Heart radio studios. There's a ticket booth outside for those theatre tickets and your centrally located for the underground, buses, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and the Haymarket. The breakfast is quite varied but nice. Cocktails and other drinks are in line with central London prices so don't be shocked. The rooms are well groomed if the bathroom is a little on the small side but the shower is nice and powerful. The bed is well comfy and staff in places like these are hospitable. A very good stay indeed.
J. K.
Great place to stay overall however they are renovating the restaurant right now until the end of May 2017. This has meant noise and mess in the diet and basically one lift is in use. The lifts are incredibly slow so it annoying being on a high level with other guests using the same small lift (slow). The fridges in the room don't seem to work that well which is only a problem as I like to buy yogurt/milk for breakfast.
k. y.
Great hotel. Very clean. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Expensive bar though but middle of London. Thanks for a great stay
T. R.
You can't get a better location, very clean hotel, attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even got a card and cake for my 50th birthday, thankyou for making our stay special.

We visited the Hampshire for afternoon tea and had a lovely time, there was a very good selection of teas and the scones were delicious. It has a very nice and modern vibe and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for afternoon tea in central London. I look forward to coming back!

stayed here on Saturday in May 2017 for a trip to the theatre to see the phantom.
All in all an ok hotel but breakfast was a total disaster.
the hot buffet was luke warm at best and our table was cleared when we went to get our hot food.
came back to a newly laid table.
POOR in my opinion.
room was nice and bed comfy.
would I stay again. sad to say after that breakfast maybe not.
R. J.
We went to the Radisson Blu Edwardian for afternoon tea. We arrived late start being stuck in traffic but the staff were very accommodating and it was not a problem at all.
We were showed to our table and asked what we would like to drink. We could have unlimited tea and coffee, and naturally there was a choice of each. My wife opted for a pot of English Breakfast tea, and I went for a latte. The coffee was OK, if a little machine-made, but after travelling for 2 hours of war welcome refreshment.
The food arrived soon after, and was split into 3 sections - a savoury plate, a sweet plate and a plate with scones and cream on. The star of the day was a small, warm cheese and tomato tart. Perhaps the temperature indicated it was freshly cooked, but it certainly tasted more fresh than some of the other items (the sandwich, for example, felt a little dry).
Overall, it enjoyable, but felt like afternoon tea was an option bolted on to their existing services, rather than developed as a unique experience that no one else offers. There was no flair to the whole thing and at times it was hard to get anybodys attention.

Beautiful rooms
Excellent and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.
Made our stay fabulous, as it was our 25th wedding anniversary.
Enjoyed our stay wish it could have been longer.
Will be visiting again soon.
Thank you everyone

Booked last minute and the hotel is very lovely, the staff are super generous and kind. The bedroom was very spacious and had a great sleep. Thanks

Service was excellent. Made our anniversary the best possible as the hotel is just fantastic. Great.room, fab food and cocktails to die for.

I am a Marketing and Events Coordinator for the University of Hertfordshire's Business School and I would like to express a huge thank you to the team of people that looked after the runnings of our event on Friday in the newly refurbished Penthouse Suite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from the moment we got to the venue through to the end of the evening. The view from the Penthouse Suite is absolutely stunning and the newly decorated room is very modern and has a great vibe to it.
In particular, I would like to thank Donna Wilks who has been very patient and accommodating with our requirements for the evening, as well as Mark Souleiman and Lobsang Tamang who went above and beyond to make sure that every need was catered for and ensured our event ran as smooth as possible. They were so friendly and professional and even when I wasn't very well for the evening were very attentive with refreshments and bringing a chair out to the bar/reception area whilst my guests were eating. They met all the needs of our difficult guests, ensuring that everything was kept on track with dietary requirements, held the service in a calm and professional way when necessary and a few guests arrived late without disrupting the evening.
We would definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Hampshire Hotel as a venue both for quality and staff excellence and we look forward to coming back next year for our reunion dinner event and any other event that is suitable for this location.

We went for a drink prior to a BFI event and it was ridiculously busy. Alot of areas were held off for private parties, however the staff were incredibly efficient and I was served at the bar quickly. Then as I was waiting for a friend the waiter kindly let me sit in a roped off area. The drinks are a good price considering the location and I can't rate the staff gift enough
S. W.
Clean and well presented room in a fantastic location overlooking Leicester Square. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and overall I had a very pleasant stay.
a. l.
We had a few problems with service and a rude waitress but the problems were redeemed by Tomas (a wonderful bar server) and also the manager who apologised and did his very best to ensure we were taken care of once the matters had been brought to his attention. Not the 5 star experience on this visit but it's set in great location and great cocktails. I would visit again if I was in the square.
C. K.
The room was really nice had everything you could need lovely bar and seating area to relax after a night out the staff were very helpful and friendly a memory I have is we were greeted with a glass of prosecco as we checked in would definitely go again

We went in for Afternoon Tea on a Saturday around 4pm. The overall experience, service and food was good. However, the seating was not great as the sofas were awkward to eat on. The sugar was wrapped in plastic which is a bit wasteful and gives us the perception we were in a cheap hotel. We were changed more for extra sandehiches which isn't usually the case with afternoon tea.
K. T.
Great hotel with excellent location next to Leicester Square. If you're sensitive to noise during late evenings and nights, don't get a room facing the square. Higher floors with views towards the back have great views towards Big Ben and London Eye.
G. R.
Went for a meal after a show in London. Excellent food at a special price because we had been to the theatre. The fish was excellent. Very busy best to book.
T. E.
Great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was well maintained and everything in the room was working fine. Breakfast was good and served promptly from the a la carte menu. Location is right on Leicester square so was pefect for what we needed over the weekend! Covent Garden is within 2 minutes walk so perfect for theatre trips!

The best 3-star hotel in London.
Z. K.
Hi,
I had stayed at your hotel for three nights recently and an advance of GBP 1.5 per room was asked for on the credit card ,stating if cash it will be GBP 15, which was to be refunded on departure .
At the time of departure it was stated that the amount could be given for charity.
I believe if I have to give to charity I can give it myself so please refund the GBP 3
to my card .
However a big thanks to the gentleman who assisted us in shifting our room when the AC was not working.
This again I couldn't understand,When I had booked an AC room why a room with fan was provided .
Rest was fine
A. L.
The hotel was in a perfect spot. Right on Leicester square. Close to everything in London. The service was incredible, rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast included a large variety of foods and was delicious. Would stay at this Radison Blu again next time in London
A. C.
Amazing service. Perfect location for the Christmas Market and restaurants. Staff are polite. It is cozy drinking 🍻 in the bar specially at night. Lovely place to stay before Christmas for shopping and relaxing in the bar & restaurants.
T. M.
We arrived at the hotel in the pouring rain and the staff could not have been more helpful. The location was great. Comfortable but could be overtaken by newer lower prices alternatives e.g. Premier Inn. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
V. B.
Quality hotel with professional, polite and helpfull staff. They all had the right attitude: from the receptionist, concierge, waiters at breakfast , housekeeping and the bartender. Room was clean, spatious and quite. Breafast was good and refined with warm and cold buffet plus a la carte. The quality of our diner in the Peruvian restaurant was a good surprise too as well as the coktail from the bar. Honestly a perfect stayover in busy London. Recommend without a doubt. About the location: Leicester square with great shopping, Soho, china town, hyde park and covent garden in a 10 minutes walk radius.
L. K.
Very centrally located hotel albeit in the heart of touristville. Super clean and cozy with nice attentive staff like all the Radisson Edwardians. Pain points include super small rooms, no kettle or coffee in rooms, and postage stamp size fitness room with no weights under 9kg.
T. M.
I stayed at the Radisson Edwardian in London and I was extremely happy with the service and the location. We were told that ""this was the last room available. The breakfast in the mornings was open plan help your self and order if you like cooked breakfast. Can't wait to return.
J. P.
Fantastic hotel, almost too much though, every effort is made to make you feel as comfortable as possible but to the point where you can't actually relax at times. Great central location and fantastic staff/facilities
M. W.
Nice hotel , great comfy rooms but spoilt by the noise in surrounding area.
d. p.
Stayed here last year, Very nice rooms and staff were on point.
C. T.
Dec 2017 visit. Some rooms smaller than others, our larger American luggages didn't fit in the twin beds room. Free breakfast was goodish, runny scrambled eggs, bacon "canadian?", Yogurt, toast, juices, hashbrowns, beans, fruit. Restroom ok, could use a scrubbing in the bathtub; the tub is narrow and about 2foot high to get in. Water temperature in our room 318 not constant, cold/hot/cold/hot. Carpet throughout, so the throw pillows usually go on the floor and back on the bed alot. Luggage will probably also be on the carpeted floor. Minibar in room about $4-$8. Views are good over looking the square. Rooms close to McDonald's side need soundproofing (drunks 2am-4am)
N. H.
Small but nice rooms. Each room has a lot of facilities, tea/coffee, mini bar, TV with lots of channels, iron, free wi-fi. 24 hr gym is nice. Breakfast has lots of options.
V. W.
Really nice hotel.I do like the old retro look of the furniture and the complimentary coffee is very nice.I have to say is a bit expensive but is nice:) and also in central London. I suppose you do have to be a bit highly educated to criticise this hotel in a good manner because I've seen some bad reviews...actually the beds are huge :)
Recommend this!
T. M.
This is the best hotel location ever. The staffs are very polite. I love the hotel room and all of the facilities. Its cool to be here. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its a must stay here for me..
d. z.
Not only is it in the middle of everything (2 minute walk to the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square snd National Portrait Gallery, 4 minute walk to West End theaters, 1 minute walk to Cinemas, 5 minute walk to Soho and Covent Garden and near literally a 100 restaurants), I stayed in the first floor iconic Hobbit Room, and slept in a twin hobbit bed, and YES (as we learned about hobbits in the Lord of the Rings) they do serve Second Breakfasts. Ps. Great staff, great food.
S. C.
Fantastic location in the heart of Leicester Square. Friendly and helpful staff who were able to get us a reservation in a great restaurant at short notice on a Saturday night. Room well presented.
K. A.
Excellent location, fantastic staff. Everyone go out of their way to please you. If you travel with a lot of luggage the rooms can be a bit tight. Be sure to check out the hot chocolate in the coffee shop.
T. B.
Clean to high standard, the service was excellent, will recommend this hotel and food to anyone. Nice relaxed seating area for a drink or a cuppa.
S. B.
Stayed here March 2020 - excellent hotel upgraded our rooms and free drinks on arrival
Rooms were very comfortable - a little noise in the evening but it did overlook Leicester Sq
Superb central location for the west end
The staff very very pleasant and always keen to help
Will visit again - Leicester Sq Kitchen ( hotel restaurant is well worth checking out too for S American cuisine tapas style

C.
Great hotel. Staff are friendly, location is fantastic, rooms are nice (though a bit small), and the atmosphere is comfortable.
V.
Great located but we have been downgraded due to system crash of the hotel. Of course, we have got a reduced price but annoying if you wanted something special. However, rooms are OK but not really 5* level. I would say 4* hotel.
P. K.
Superb service on check-in, lovely room and bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Excellent stay all round
G. G.
Bar closes very early at night
I. H.
Perfect location. Friendly staff.
G. T.
Great location at the heart of the West end of London in Leicester Square. Staff are very professional and attentive. The food is first class and from the penthouse function room the views over the Thames are great.
S. S.
Well appointed although the gym could use a bit more free weights. Staff is excellent help and efficient in delivering service from taxis to room service to general information.
R. T.
Good central location to do all of your London for exploring. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and ours had a good view.
K. S.
Only had a glass of wine but could see the food being cooked and being taken to the tables and it looked and smelt amazing! Staff were great and very friendly. Will go there to eat so.
A. S.
Quite good 👌 especially the location is love ✨
J. H.
Fabulous location, great pillows... misses a star for room size and no USB sockets, can be a bit noisy. But recommend for central London.
T. M.
The Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire is right in Leicester Square and within a short walk of the Theater District. The room was very comfortable and had everything we required, including bath robes and slippers. Would recommend not having breakfast included in hotel price and eat outside where plenty of eateries available.
i.
Fair for the price, but not 5 star as listed
C. W.
Excellent service, breakfast was delicious. The suite overlooking Leicester Square was perfect, excellent views but without all the noise. Would highly recommend.
A. S.
Incredible staff. Very nice rooms. We had a beautiful view of London from ours. Very comfortable. Also had an incredible breakfast.
L. G.
Helpful staff. Great food. Clean rooms with great views. The most conveniently located hotel for visiting London.
A.
Best hotel in LDN city centre! Breakfast is just delicious, crew really helpful, rooms clean and fresh, comfortable beds. Nice place to stay in London
A. L.
Pretty good hotel though the standard room is a bit small. Staff there are really nice and helpful, breakfast is fabalous.
R. H.
Only ever been to London once when it rained... thankfully on the day I was travelling home. Great hotel in Leicester Sq. Could barely here the rabble outside. Great room with a view.
S. S.
Awesome place to stay in the heart of the city. Our check-in was a bit delayed but we got a room with a view of Liecester Square and rest of the stay and the service was great.
B.
Perfect room, perfect location ad very nice restaurant. Would have given 5 star if it wasn't for one checkin advisor with an attitude problem. Duty manager rectified the problem before I complained by giving complimentary breakfast.
S. P.
Awesome location. An easy walk to all the popular locations. Theaters are all close by. Right in the middle of the craziness of Leicester Square. You cannot go wrong booking here.
S. P.
Situated perfectly for sight seeing, excellent breakfast, staff attentive. Lovely rooms furnished to a high standard.
P. D.
+ The staff in the hotel were very professional.
- Being woken up by noisy guests. The pillows were to high. They should have one big pillow and one smaller.
T. M.
The location right on Leicester Square is great for ***y things easy walks to Trafalgar, Piccadilly, Soho, Covent Garden. A rather nice touch was a plate with birthday cake and fruit left in our room when we returned back from sigh seeing. Happy, happy, happy.
K.
Very nice hotel in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only reason they lost a star is the rooms are dated, it felt like I was sleeping in my grandmothers bedroom.
D. S.
Super friendly and helpful staff
M. M.
It is a wonderful place with excellent service from all the staff (especially the lovely porters). Excellent and comfortable rooms although a bit expensive. I also recommend it.
A. M.
Service was good, but mains were disappointing. Still, it is a perfectly good place to eat in the often overcrowded Leicester Square. Comfortable chairs and plenty of space.
J. K.
A hassle to do valet parking because of where it's located. Hotel room was pretty nice. Staff was excellent. The area is good for doing stuff at the West end and picadilly circus.
I. V.
Great location, nicely appointed room. Spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception
A. N.
Fantastic hotel with one of the best hotel services I have experienced, staff were fantastic and helpful, rooms were what you expect. Would thoroughly recommend
S. T.
Great place and location but the air-conditioning is too hot for my liking, making me sweat in my sleep. The windows are also sealed shut.
G. C.
Kudos to Alex Collins the Concierge at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Hampshire!
A large portion of London was closed to all traffic. Because of RideLondon, the annual festival of cycling, the only feasible way for us to get to our intended hotel from the Victoria Station was by foot. After over an hour we were somewhere near our destination hotel and were pretty tired, confused and lost.
We happened to be passing the Radisson Blu Edwardian and spotted Alex and asked him if he knew where the our intended hotel was. Without hesitation he actually grabbed one of our suitcases and led us right to the other hotel's lobby down the street and around a couple of corners. He certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. Next time we will stay at the Radisson.
O. A. A. A.
Pretty good service, central and comfortable rooms. Their breakfast is very good and the dinner as well.
A. C.
To drop off or pick up drive through Cranbourn St (press buzzer to lower barriers) and into Leicester sq. If barriers not working or no response to buzzer/help. Go through no entry sign on Irving Street to the hotel. Hotel staff are simply the best people you could ever meet.
L. L. Y.
Amazing location, extremely helpful food and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time!
R. B.
Very impressed, would highly recommend a stay here 👏
K. H.
Only had drinks in the bar but was a nice place and served by a really lovely guy. Hopefully we can stay at the hotel at some point!

K. H.
One of the best meals in a long time. Beautifully prepared and presented with appropriate size portions (small) for the style of meal.
M. P.
Great location however breakfast buffet has room for improvement, e.g. English breakfast hash browns and baked beans had seen better days.
A. S.
Great location for Leicester Square and surrounding areas. Lovely inside, welcoming staff and friendly faces. Bar prices very steep for a soda
O. L.

Old style english, and kinda musty actually. Good place in central part of london, instead of renovating the lobby they might wanna take a look at the rooms.
D. P.
Smaller rooms, cramped no-water-flow temperature-fluctuating showers. Great location and breakfasts though.
D. B.
Great hotel, very good location, worth the money and restaurant is great!
