J. Z.Do not stay in room 101... door banging through the night and noisy lift will keep you awake...earplugs definitely needed.
Great location for tube. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is ideal and plentiful.

The room I had was nice and quiet. There was a bar across the lane which could get a bit noisy but closing the window shut out all the racket.
It was a bit warm when I was there so unfortunately the window couldn't always be kept shut. A fan would have been nice.
I thought the room was just fine. I have read where some guests have complained about dated decor. If it's not your home then does it really matter if it is or not?
The internet was fast and I could connect multiple devices with no issues. TV was also available with lots of channels.
The continental breakfast was not fancy, but there were sufficient choices in my opinion and you could have as much as you wanted.
C. C.We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding, it was pleasant enough. However sadly I do have to agree with some of the other reviews I have read, that the room was very musty smelling and the carpets looked dirty and the decor is very dated, the beds are very squeaky when you move in it. My opinion is that a little tlc would go such a long way in making this hotel lovely. However staff were very friendly and anything I asked for they did brilliantly, the continental breakfast was pleasant enough and I enjoyed it. The cooked breakfast how ever was not worth the £8.95 that they add on as an extra. I'm not 100% sure I would stay again without the improvements but if new carpets and a little paint then it would be a big fat yes to staying again. Sorry to not be able to give more stars 😢

W.25 ladies of the South Ruislip Townswomen's Guild had coffee on Tuesday 8th February at 11am and we send congratulations to Sheila and her assistant on how they coped with the sudden large number especially as only 10 or so were expected! D. N.A lovely hotel with helpful staff. The food is plentiful and the rooms are a nice size and clean. This hotel is conviently placed 8 miles from Heathrow Airport and 12 miles from London City centre. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room has everything you need: a kettle, fridge, microwave, even slippers). I was very pleased that we were allowed to leave the suitcase not only before checking in, but also after: we checked out at 11.00, and the suitcase was in the hotel until 22.00!
A great option for those who come for a walk, see the sights and who need a hotel only to spend the night.

L.Stayed here as I was going to a wedding in the area. No complaints at all. For a 3 star its top notch and some. Rooms were clean and have everything you need. Restaurant and pub, not fancy but again has everything you require. Overall had a lovely stay.

Positives -
Location is great for the tube, service was great and the room was spacious.
Negatives -
The place is really dated, it is crying out for updated decor and some well needed maintenance. I was only staying for the night but at £109 a night I would expect better.
All in all it served a purpose and I would probably stay there again but I am not fussy, if I was I would been very unhappy with the state of the rooms.

E. G.Fantastic hotel. Air conditioning was an absolute dream (we stayed at the end of August 2016 and London was having an extreme heatwave!). Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean rooms. Cooked breakfast was tasty and the continental buffet had a reasonable selection on offer. Location great - literally next door to the central line tube station.
M. T.The place is wonderful, the staff is nice also the prices are affordable for London. In the room I also had a nice bath that was great to use in cold days also the food in bar is good- tasty and you also get recommendations from staff if needed. The breakfast is continental, but you can also order like full English breakfast if you like.
A. S.Didn't stay here but attended a seminar in one of the meeting rooms. Staff were extremely pleasant, the room was always in good order and snacks were served throughout the day as well as having tea and coffee topped up. I enjoyed my time here. The only issue was the parking which was not ideal but they seem slightly pushed for space in that regard.

Value for money in terms of room prices however furniture a bit old and not 100% clean. Enough to get by from one night to the other. Breakfast is good and has a good selection. Can get a bit rough at night time when people have a few drinks and cause problems and disturbance.

He provides outstanding service and exceptional quality of food, especially the steak and the Indian. D. M.On the plus side the bar and reception nicely decorated and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. On the bad side though the room we stayed in was soild and not cleaned properly. We reported to the front desk and they promptly gave us a new room but The decor needs a major revamp. There were stains on the walls and ceilings and the walls had cracks and chunks of paint missing in both of the rooms we were given.
K. P. (.Only stayed the one night on business, it has a good size car park and comes complete with a bar and restaurant. The rooms were what you would expect from the Ramada, and the staff were very helpful. If I needed to be in that part of London again I certainly would stay there again.

G. P.The rooms are ordinary, but the rates are extraordinary good. Location is good, right beside the tube, and free parking! A bonus is the restaurant, the Indian is among the best we have ever had, and the Italian is superb.
R. G.A well located hotel for commuting into central London. The restaurant food is very good. The rooms are looking tired though and the bathrooms are not the cleanest. Free parking. Free WiFi. Breakfast is very basic unless you’re willing to pay.

L. W.Lovely clean hotel friendly staff close to tube station and has a secure car par to leave your car for £5 per day even if your not staying at the hotel. We stayed for a night then left the car and stayed in central London for 3 nights then stayed another night at the Days. There is a lift too and a bar and restaurant. Recommend this hotel.
W.The bad points - Mattresses made of concrete; cheap, scratchy bedding; room temperature very hot (25C+) and no way to control it; a VERY limited selection at the 'continental' breakfast.
The good points - In a location near to shops, pubs, and South Ruislip tube station; car parking on-site.
If you are looking for a hotel on a budget and aren't worried about comfort, then this place is an option. If you are concerned with comfort more than location then choose another hotel.
S. B.It's right next to the South Ruislip tube station. Apart from that I can see no reason to recommend this hotel.
The bar has a television blaring out Sky Sports. The restaurant serves Italian and Indian. The staff are surly. The rooms are comfortable but tired. The parking is free.
I suppose for the close proximity to London actually it's not so bad .

b.Located right next to South ruislip tube station, pub, convenience stores and Sainsbury's. Hotel has plenty of parking. Room had a bath/shower, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, large flat screen TV, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap, body wash, cups, tissues and safe. Restaurant is downstairs. Continental breakfast included or pay for cooked.

Its away out on the outskirts of the city, but the tube station is right on the corner, running straight into London without having to change.

A. C.Guests at this hotel use our airport taxi service to reach London airports such as Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted. We are the nearest private airport cab service to this hotel. Therefore very popular among the guests. Staff members at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Easy to drop off and pickup passengers/luggage from the entrance.

We arrived early, the reception staff were very courteous. They allowed us to park for free before check in and assisted us with the underground map, so we could explore London and check in later.
On our check in the reception staff were different but again courteous and allowed us to change our booking dates.
The restaurant staff Bobby and Sylvia at breakfast were excellent, and most helpful assiting with breakfasts. Continental Breakfast buffet had good choice. The croissants and pain au chocolate were very fresh. Fresh orange and grapefruit juice were nice. Cereals plentiful and good choice.
Literally, next door to Ruislip underground station. Sainsburys across the road.
The room and bathroom are basic but VERY GOOD for 3 star standard. Some rail noise but this did not disturb our sleep. Very family friendly staff...
Overall, we would definately stay here again. Most of all the staff made our stay very pleasant.

R. J. A.Service from staff is nice, restuarant and bar is available within hotel. However room is basic, no standard complimentary items eg. Handwash, shampoo, shower gel, bar of soap. Kettle in room is old, cheap and has discoloured. Beds are slightly on the springy side but manageable.

S.It's okay, normally I'd expect Ramada hotels to be pretty clean and in good condition. This one had lots of torn/stains on the carpet. Lots of watermarks in the bathroom.. needed a better clean.

J. C.Room No 321. They Provided a room key at check in. On entering room, the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. However cleaning staff got right onto it. Breakfast is basic with croissants toast coffee tea fruit yoghurt and meat slices. You pay extra for a full english. This was not advised. Beds were comfy, location is approx 30 mins to central. Restaurants and takeaways near by. Free parking.

Last but not least Jeevan chef what can I say, to please my taste buds is not an easy task as I absolutely love home cooked meals but you have exceptional talent in the dishes you created, amazing Indian meal could not fault it in anyway, even my 2 years old could not stop eating, he loved the taste in fact all 3 enjoyed which is saying something when it comes to children so a very big Thank You for making our meal a delightful experience. Overall a fabulous stay definitely will be recommending well done Ramada Ruislip.

t. f.Hotel is dated needs better windows what with being so close to the train station the room was clean but peeling wallpaper and paint in the bathroom ceiling there was mould behind the taps on the bath hallway noise is atrocious and the in room hair dryer was held together with black tape.
