H. H.Great hotel and value for the price. It comes with everything you need, a washer machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, and enough dishes to host a party. The bed is comfortable and the staff were great. The location isn't great for quick access to restaurants, however the location is great for getting pretty much anywhere in London. If you find yourself having more of an itinerary in the City and the East, then this is the perfect place to consider staying.
W. T.Great location. Very clean, well maintained, newer, good sized rooms. Clothes washer, dryer. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Helpful staff. Soft pillows but bed is very firm. Dual pane windows that open. Yes, there are city sounds but it IS a city.
Breakfast should be back by now; other hotels serve breakfast. It's false advertising to offer breakfast and then not because of covid. It's been a year and a half; update your website.
I'm a 2,000 night hotel stay traveler and it exceeded my expectations.
R. T.This hotel is in a great location, it is just 5 min to Tower Bridge, 5-10 min to 3 train stations, 2min walk to Tesco and I felt everything is very close.
Rooms are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. I forgot a bag in the reception as I was in a hurry to catch a train and they are kind enough of locate the bag and keep it for 2 days till I get back. Highly recommend this hotel.
A.Good aparthotel with spacious rooms with nice interior designs and facilities in a nice location in heart of London. However, the hotel is placed literally next to a train station and the sound of trains passing can be heard constantly specially if your room is on the first 3 floors. The staff are a little unhelpful and unfriendly when it comes to communication.
A big flaw: the rooms do not have any safe boxes so you have to get creative with keeping documents safe!

This hotel is located very close to Tower Hill, Tower Hill Gateway, Aldgate, and Aldgate East Stations. there is a Tesco express and a Sainsbury local right up the block, with a large Waitrose within a 15 minute walk. there are a large amount of very good restaurants and bars nearby. All the rooms have a full kitchen and are suppose to be cleaned every 4 to 5 days, but i stayed there for about 28 days total on 2 different reservations and only have my room cleaned once. For the most part that wasn't a big deal, but I do believe that a room should be vacuumed more than once in 12 days (they should really put brooms in the rooms). I enjoyed my time there but........
Half the rooms in this hotel face a very active rail system. Which is great if you are a train enthusiast (which I am), but might be very annoying if you are not.Trains start running at 600am and end at around midnight, so if you don't wear earplugs to bed you will be waking up early everyday. But on the Plus side you can sit on the sofa in your room and watch trains go by all night long while also having a pretty good view of tower bridge and the shard.
There is also construction going on on the Rail side of the building which was only an on and off issue for me since you only heard them when they used the jackhammer. So please do bring a pair of earplugs when staying here.
All things considered, I would recommend this place as long as you know what you are getting into. Its is cheaper than most aparthotels in that area and is just as good as the others. The staff at the front desk try their best to help you if there is a problem and I found them to be pleasant and agreeable. I would hope that in the future the Cleaning staff would focus a little more on making sure the rugs in the rooms are vacuumed well. Also, since only half of the hotel faces the railroad tracks you have a 50% chance of not having to deals with any of the bigger issues this hotel has.

W. L.The hotel looks fashionable, but it’s not very convenient to stay. Many weird things happened while we stay there. Definitely big room to improve their service. Meet some bad staffs there and some good ones as well.

L. Y.I have stayed all over London and I have never received this good of costumer service. Typically the staff is rude but it’s not like that here. They have an amazing staff on their hands. I have been staying here for 2 weeks now and I am yet to have a single problem. The rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. They don’t have phones in the room but they have a digital/tech system on the wall where you can call them. I am yet to find anything else like this in London for the price. The location is perfect too! Right next to Tower Bridge and a 1 minute walk to the train station. After countless stays in London, I am glad I’ve found this gem! I will be extending my stay here.

Location is really great, walkable distance from tower bridge. Tesco express is nearby , if you need groceries. DLR station is a stone's throw away. Bus stop is also nearby. Used to commute to my office at More London Place daily from here, which is also at walkable distance. All amenities are provided. Has a little bar too. Found it economical too.

Sehr großes und sauberes Apartment. Schöne Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Lage mehr als super.. Quasi direkt im Geschehen. Würde ich für einen London Trip immer wieder buchen.
