S. Z. F.Friendly and attractive hostel. Nice staff. Breakfast and dinner included.
I had sausages chips and beans in a small portion. Breakfast was tea, coffee, cereals and eggs with toast.
You need to leave a £20 deposit 🙄 for the keys. No towels provided, but for £5 you get a towel with £2.50 back when you return it. You can use the kitchen and kettle.
TV room and outside gym available.
The downside is people living there and the dorms stuffed FULL of suitcases and floordrobe chaos. See my pics. No lighting at bunk beds. Sockets are next to the dorm door. The shower floors are always flooded.
E. A.Location is great, quick and easy access into London - 20 min to Green Park.
Facilities and the condition of the building are below standard and can get frustrating for longer stays.
The staff make up for any short comings however - they are the best I've come across so far in energy and personality and deserve a pay raise or to at least get snapped up by a better business.

There is no place I'd rather stay in London, 100% I will come back.
n. a. d. s.I took a private room with a bathroom included. Its passable for 1 person but its too small for 2 people. Like if you open your suitcase there's no space in the room. The food is very simplistic but good (both veg and non-veg options available). Pretty close to the subway (earls court) and a local Sainsbury. So you can eat cup ramen or cook something up in the kitchen. Note: due to covid we weren't allowed to use the kitchen personally ( you have to live for more than 10 days ) but the staff were helpful and made it for us. The backyard is nice for a wee smoke.

The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious and contain large lockers, outdoor gym, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings). The breakfast is pretty good and so is the evening meal, both included in the booking price. I would recommend this hostel to anybody who wants to stay in London for a long or short term.

S. M.I spent 3 nights with my besties at Saint James Hostels, during our visit to London. We had booked a 4-bed dorm room, which was very clean, tidy and cozy. The shared facilities were also unexpectedly tidy as well. Can’t really remember the last time I had such fun; especially during dinner (which was for free!!!!), I met lovely people, and of course I couldn’t exclude the staff. Excellent value for money. I strongly recommend it!

A. S.Really friendly staff, great atmosphere. Even if you're there on your own and it's quite a big hostel you're are made to feel very welcome. The place is clean and the living areas generous in size. Free breakfast and earlier check in than most places are a great bonus.

The bad: beds are squeaky AF, whole place was pretty filthy, security is low and the kitchen cannot be used between 7pm and 830pm. A drug affected guest threatened another guest with a knife, and staff failed to remove him from the premises.
Overall, I'd say it was not great.
R. P.If you want reasonable stay places in London then this is one of the option. I visited this place on November 2016, my experience was simply amazing. It has dormitory system with all basic amenities. Very close to Earl's court metro station. Direct metro from Heathrow airport is also available. So travelling is very convenient.

T. M.Great option for a budget traveller! The shared rooms are only less than £20/night and for that you can get a free breakfast and a free dinner (need to sign up for the dinner).
The common room has a huge tv with a PlayStation and board games and musical instruments. There's a kitchen where you can keep your food in the fridge and cook for yourself.
There's a cute cat and a very happy dog in the garden.
The showers were clean and water was warm.
The rooms come with pillow, blanket and bedsheets and you can rent a towel for £2.50. Also need a deposit of £10 for the room key which will be returned on checkout.
Very friendly staff who are very welcoming and happy to help. They seem to organise all sorts of film and sports nights.
Other guests are obviously a mixed bunch but there were both young and old people, social and more reserved ones.
One huge minus was that the mattresses on the bunk beds are especially noisy and I kept waking up when the person above me moved during the night. Also no sockets by individual beds and just one big lamp in the room, meaning you either disturb others or have to be in the dark when you come in late.
Also, the location is superb, a short walk away from Earl's Court tube station.
Overall, id recommend to anyone on tight budget and who wants a nice hostel experience. There are things that can be improved but it's one of the better hostels I've stayed at. The dog and the cat are a big bonus here!

There are toilets and baths for women, which are very clean and safe, so it is also recommended for women.
There is a safe with a key in the private room where you can store valuables. There were plenty of outlets and I was able to charge four devices every night. There is Wi-Fi, but the private rooms weren't connected occasionally, but they are almost certainly connected in the shared space.
The room had large bright windows and was well ventilated.
Other users were polite, cheerful and enjoyable. He spoke slowly to me, who is not good at English. Of course, when I wanted to spend quietly, I spent quietly and respected each other's privacy.
This area is safe and has good access to the city center, so it is recommended.
Breakfast and dinner were included, and I was very grateful. Breakfast includes eggs, cornflakes and bread and can be cooked in the kitchen. Coffee is always all-you-can-drink.

女性用のトイレとお風呂があり、そこはとても清潔で安全なので女性の方にもオススメできます。
個室には鍵付きの金庫があり貴重品もしまえます。コンセントも十分にあり私は毎晩四つの機器を充電することができました。Wi-Fiもありますが個室はたまに繋がりませんでした、しかし共有スペースではほぼ確実に繋がります。
部屋には大きな明るい窓があり換気が出来ました。
他の利用者は礼儀正しく明るくて楽しく過ごすことができました。英語の下手な私にもゆっくり話しかけてくれました。もちろん静かに過ごしたい時は静かに過ごして、お互いにプライバシーを尊重しあっていました。
このエリアは治安も良く、都心へのアクセスもいいのでオススメです。
朝食と、夕飯がついており、大変ありがたかったです。朝食は卵、コーンフレーク、食パンがあり、キッチンで調理できます。コーヒーは常に飲み放題です。
夕飯は非常に美味しくて、他の利用者も美味しい！とみんな喜んでました。毎晩20時に提供されて、みんなと食べるので自然と他の人と仲良くなることができ、英語の勉強になりました。ドミトリー初心者にもおすすめです。
普段滅多にレビューを書きませんが、ここのスタッフにはとても感謝しており、応援したいのでレビューを書きました。素敵な滞在をありがとう。

In terms of cleanliness we can do better (especially dust) but it was clean. It's good value for money
Breakfast is not worth it I find (£ 2). Then you can cook yourself. The little extra, the free evening meal. It's not haute cuisine but it's good 😊 (Chili con carne, carbo paste, fried nuggets for us. Vegan option!)
Every evening there is an activity.
The hostel is nice with a big yard, a nice common room. We were well received. On the other hand, not a word of French. To your dico ^^
Transport is not far (bus + metro) and you have all the shops nearby

Nous avions une chambre à part avec salle de bains privée. La chambre est petite avec une armoire et la salle de bains toute petite. Tv dans la chambre.
En terme de propreté on peut faire mieux (poussière surtout) mais c'était propre. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix
Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup je trouve (2£). Après vous pouvez cuisiner vous même. Le petit plus, le repas gratuit le soir. C'est pas de la grande cuisine mais c'est bon 😊 (Chili con carne, pâte carbo, nuggets frites pour nous. Possibilité vegan !)
Chaque soir il y a une activité.
L'auberge est sympa avec une grande cour, une salle commune agréable. Nous avons bien été accueilli. Par contre, pas un mot de français. A vos dico ^^
Les transports ne sont pas loin (bus + métro) et vous avez tous les commerces à proximité

Für einen Wochenendausflug nach London war das Hostel gut, da die Lage in South Kensington nah an der Tube Station, die nur 15-20 Minuten von Oxford Street entfernt war, und die Kensington High Street zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht war. Allerdings war das Doppelzimmer sehr klein, was besonders im Bad auffiehl. Mein Mann konnte mit 1,80m nicht richtig auf der Toilette sitzen oder duschen da es zu eng war. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, sprach jedoch nicht konsequent englisch.
