B.Staying there for one night when I went to Eventium Apollo for "Shen Yun" performance.
The staffs is very helpful. Not far way to Hammersmith Tube Station.

S.For the price of the room I wasn't expecting much, but my room was clean and modern, air conditioning actually worked properly and had a great shower where you didn't have to contend with changing water temperatures every 5 seconds. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Great location too - shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
Only downside is the noise from the main road but that's obviously out of the hotel's control.
Overall a perfect place to stay for a short visit to Hammersmith.
A. H.Really enjoyed my stay here. Although I would say that my room was a smidgen on the smallish side it had everything I could possibly want.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower were spotlessly clean.
The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate and set me up for a long days work.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I'm back in London next month and will be booking with them again :-)
J. S.Hidden away with a small entrance so keep your eyes open on your first approach. Check in and reception was smooth efficient and friendly. The rooms are small, with maximum use of the space available. My room had a couple of signs of wear and tear. Breakfast is a continental buffet. Once and easy to venture out to other eateries which is good as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar.
J. H.Staff were friendly and very accommodating due to us having a baby. They happily provided a cot and highchair. Breakfast was fresh and is your typical all you can eat continental breakfast. Room was spacious. It was clean and fresh and included all you needed for quick refreshments although I do think a small fridge would be rather beneficial especially if you have a child/baby
H. F.The hotel is a very reasonable price and in a convenient location close to Hammersmith tube station. Room was on the small side bu comfortable enough for one night and the reception staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was fairly average, mostly cereals and toasts etc, fine for a quick bite to eat. Only issue was the noise from the road as I was at the front of the building and the windows appeared to be single glazed. I ended up having to sleep with ear plugs in.
B. D.I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. Good value for money and perfectly located near Hammersmith Apollo. Had a couple of issues. Firstly the safe wasn't working so tried to call down to reception and found the reception button on the phone didn't work. Reception did offer us a change of room but we declined as we had settled in and were rushing out. The other issue was that the blinds hung away from the window as we were on the top floor and the windows sloped inwards. This meant a lot of light from the busy street came into the room. So pack an eye mask. But considering the price we paid and convenient location, we would definitely stay again.

Location is great, 5 minutes of walking from HS underground, surrounded by the most popular shops.

The room I had an odd smell and the ceiling window had an extremely noise roller blind mechanism. This is OK, however the room next door decided to us theirs at 4am which was an early alarm call.
E. T.This is a great location hotel if you are going to the appollo. The hotel it self is ok the room was reasonable clean but pillows were stained and ceiling light shade was filthy. Also understand that housekeeping have to put dirty things outside the room they have just cleaned but we arrived at 1:30 and the dirty laundry and cleaning things were still outside our room at 5pm but have to say room was quite.
Breakfast was your usual buffet style help yourself but clean cups had old tea stains in them and glasses were dirty. Also found it strange to have breakfast ln reception area. Would I stay here again yes but only if the other hotel is full
F. S.Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was absolutely ok as well. Unfortunately it seemed like the room was only cleaned to a minimum. There was a lot of dust and even trash was left behind. Too bad as the hotel otherwise was really fine. Location was great as well. Loads of food options around.
S. D.I am Suzanne from Malta i would like to say that this hotel really have a friendly staff but above all very clean. Breakfast was good. it is very close to the stations that take you to all the attractions. i recommend this hotel.
A.Double beds are small compared to most places, also when staff cleaned my room you could see little was done, at most the bed was tucked in and the pillows were rearranged. Staff are however very polite and free breakfast each morning makes up for most of it.
T. M.After a really hot day at the Community Shield match it was great to come back to a really cool room. All rooms clean. Towards the end of breakfast, a ***ager came to see me and offered us an upgraded room. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied with the location, service and cleanliness.
T. M.My husband and I thought that the location was perfect. Couldn't get around the bed as the room was too small. Breakfast in the morning was basic boiled egg toast cereal yogurt and tinned fruit. The staff was quite helpful. I would recommend this hotel to London stayers and would hope to return on day.

The suburb leaves you questioning your safety at night time (11pm+) probably no thanks to the nearby Cashinos attracting undesirables.

A. M. A.The hotel location was close to Eventim Apollo Hammersmith were I attended concert that night and needed a place walking distance from the venue. Also malls, restaurants and Hammersmith station are all walking distance.
I had a comfortable stay, enjoyed my experience and the hotel met my expectation and beyond. Clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed and everything was in order.
I would certainly book again at any Best Western Plus for my next stay.
A. P.Great location, good value for money and the hotel is all modern throughout... the room I stayed in was a bit small and crammed but ok for 1-2 night stay. The breakfast selection is quite good for a continental type.

y. c.The first two days i stay at 3rd floor, the room is quite small but with big restroom (almost 3/1 room), and it was not really clean cause i found some hairs on bed when i ready to sleep... but the next two days i changed a room to 2nd floor, overall the room is much more better. I. “. P.The double room was small, enough room for the bed and about 1 foot floor space around it. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Price for night was reasonable and a few minutes walk to the Piccadilly line and the centre of London's entertainment.
T. M.Our room was a Standard doubleMore like a rabbit hutch. Bed comfy (if not the largest double bed I've slept in but ok for a city hotel) Space ok (we stayed in an executive double. whatever that means.) What can I say. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.
P. M.We were going to stay in Hammersmith although we've stayed at different hotels in the area we decided to tried this one on this occasion and it worked out well for us. It's a smaller functional hotel with reasonable prices and breakfast.
One peculiar thing though, one morning I went down for breakfast and there was a theatrical wardrobe set up in the dining area with a lot of British actors from a TV series donning their costumes and makeup. Interesting to watch while I had my breakfast, being from Canada I did not recognize any of the actors or the series in which they perform.
P. S.Everyone was so polite, the staff were super helpful. The rooms are exactly what I needed, amazing bathroom. Great breakfast too, not too much not too little. Not a greasy breakfast in sight. Would stay again
T. M.The carpet had not been vacuumed and the door to the en suite kept dragging in all sorts of people's hairs. The hotel staff really need a lesson on customer care they we unfriendly unwelcoming and generally just didn't seem interested in the guests full stop. I was allocated the dreaded Room. Great location for Hammersmith Apollo.

•English breakfast is ok but not proper for 4-star rate.

• Stranger can easily enter to the hotel via elevator because safety card system is out of order.
D. B. V. P.Wonderful staff, clean hotel but small room and small bathroom that could not fit two people. Great breakfast buffet that includes different variety of cereals, breads, yogurts, fruits, meats, and apple and orange juice. Hotel has an awesome coffee machine that serves latte, cappuccino, mocha, regular coffee, and hot chocolate, that was GOOD. The hotel is on the main of King Street but not visible from a distance. It’s squeezed between KFC and a casino so you have to look carefully to find it. One plus, its 5 minutes walking to the Hammersmith’s Underground plus the big red double decker buses run back and forth. The hotel has free WiFi but no parkings. Also, local restaurants are within walking distance. If a small room and a small bathroom do not bother you, I definitely would recommend.

T. M.I was given a warm welcome and checked in quickly. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area, and nearby the Lyric Theatre. Access to lobby is though elevator from the street with no great security; anyone could access the rooms. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quite loud.

The presence of many retailers, pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity is an asset. I will certainly consider this hotel for our next trip to London.

A. F.Close to Hammersmith Underground, the Best Western Plus Seraphine Hammersmith is ideal for an overnight stay. As the single room was little more than a box with a single bed, desk, flat screen TV & shower unit, I wouldn't be prepared to stay here for an extended period of time.
Saying that, the hotel was clean and the staff polite & friendly.

T. M.This hotel is about 10 minute walk from Hammersmith underground station. The location is quite convenient. It is on the western side of the city and closer to the Heathrow Airport. The hotel has three stories and has an elevator to the three floors. The lobby is on the 1st floor. Inside is reasonable yet slightly old. Breakfast is included and is reasonable. Many retail stores on the way to and from tube station, M&S, Primark, Poundland etc.
M. S.Tiny hotel in Hammersmith but you get what you pay for. It's reasonably priced and accessible. The rooms are very small but clean. The breakfast is basic. There loads of restaurant and pubs nearby as well as a sainsbury, M&S and poundland if you need groceries and ready meals. It's also next to an H&M and a Primark amongst other high street stores.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht ohne Frühstück.
Das Zimmer war nicht riesig, was aber für ein Wochenende vollkommen reicht. Allerdings gab es auf dem Doppelbett nur ein großes Zudeck. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung, wobei der Make-Up Spiegel mal wieder hätte geputzt werden können.
Die Lage des Hotels war aber super! Etwas außerhalb von London, aber dafür super Anbindungen! Empfehlen kann ich das Restaurant Bill's, wenn man frühstücken möchte.
Das Frühstück im Hotel sah zumindest auch in Ordnung aus. Kein english breakfast, deshalb hatten wir ohne Frühstück gebucht. Aber es gab Obst, Brot, Crossaints etc. (kleines aber feines Buffet)
