Good value and great location. I read the Google reviews after booking on Booking.com and was slightly worried however we had no problems with our room and was pleasently surprised. We had plenty of clean towels, tea and coffee, bedding was nice and clean and fresh. There is soap and shower gel in dispensers, and a TV. Staff were friendly. Everything we needed for a weekend stay. This is a budget basic hotel so don't be expecting 4 or 5 stars it is a basic room a bit dusty around the skirting boards etc but for the price and location we had no complaints. We were out all day so didn't need anything other than a bed and shower. We had a family room which had one double bed which was 2 singles pushed together and 2 separate single beds. There was a area to hang your clothes and a couple of drawers. There was also a safe in the room however we didn't use it. It is in a nice quiet location, close distance to cafés the bus station and underground. Buckingham palace is about a 25 minute walk away. Would definitely book again for a weekend trip.

We stayed for one night in a family room. It’s a great location close to Victoria station. The room was clean enough with everything we needed and the beds were comfy, we all had a good nights sleep. Our room was located in the annex to the main hotel which is actually located around the corner in Cambridge street. The set up was a little odd with our bathroom being located down the hall accessible only by us via our door key card. It kind of looked like a house that had been hurriedly turned into a hotel but for the price we paid we were happy it’s only listed as a 2 star hotel after all so we knew it was going to be rough around the edges.

I give 5 stars to all aspects of the hotel. But morning lady reception, please elevate your manner to make a good service to the guest, she treated us like we had never been staying in the hotel before, we are group of hotelier to be honest. Big thanks to night reception who was always helped us lot. Bunch of thanks!

For such a cheap price in such a central location it was definitely worth it. Had a small single room which was clean. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful with my heavy bag which is unusual for London. If you are on a budget it's definitely a good place to stay.

No complaints, friendly staff, room was basic but has all the essentials, the location and price are fantastic, for a SW1 hotel you can't go wrong.

Clean and functional, but as the room was so tiny, it was just as well we weren't spending a lot of time there. The toilet seat was broken, the shower door was broken, and the heated towel rail was hanging off the wall. Ideally located for access to Victoria tube, train, and bus stations.

Basic room, basic price. Towels, a safe box, clothing storage, hair dryer, and kettle included. 👍

This hotel had everything we needed. Its a basic room with ensuite. If you are looking for a hotel to spend hours in and have a dining room then try somewhere else as this is simple place. The room was adequate with a fan and tv. All we needed was somewhere to rest after visiting London and somewhere to get coffee in the morning which was across the road. The one member of staff we saw was helpful and pleasent. Will use again.

I stayed in London for the weekend with my partner. Firstly, I went to another hotel around the corner and saw bedbugs so I had to look for another alternative and ended up in sheriff hotel. The rooms were very clean, no flys, no bedbugs and the staffs were very helpful. Definitely recommended 👌

I am eating this based on what it is... A central 2 star hotel. Firstly it's cheap. It is also on a very quiet street in pimlico. Very little noise from outside. The beds are... Fine. Better than expected for the price. The room is clean. Basic but clean. The shower is surprisingly good. You get a tiny tv and a kettle... That's about it. It is so cheap though. .. £30 a night which is cheaper than getting a taxi home. It loses a star as the walls are paper thin.

Rooms are very small and cosy. Also very clean and the breakfast is quite basic but very nice. However, this is not a hotel if you want to stay with an infant. There's no room for a buggy or a travel bed for smaller kids. Better look elsewhere. If you're looking for a clean, central hotel with comfy beds then this is it! Super close to Victoria station, only a 10 min walk maximum and from Victoria you have all of central London at your disposal with both excellent walking trails up to Oxford Street or Green Park and the tube lines or buses that will take you wherever you need to go.

Bargain price (covid related maybe) fantastic location. Very clean and neat and quiet. Perfect for my 2 nights hitting Westminster. Beware...booking.com says breakfast included but actually not due to cv19. No quibbles though from me!

The room was ok even it was small but it was fine for a couple. I think the room is an average size for the hotel in London. The location was great, it was just few minutes walking to Victoria station. The breakfast was ok, not so many choices of food available but it was delicious. Only negative point is the toilet was very tiny and I felt uncomfortable when I was in the toilet.

Very, very small room with no AC, but doable with an open window and the provided fan. Location was good. Close to attractions and lots of reasonably priced restaurants just a couple blocks east, but also in a quiet, more residential area, so not too noisy with the open window. No elevator and very narrow stairwells. Breakfast was disappointing, bread, cereal, boiled eggs, and one type of sliced cheese. No cream for coffee, just milk. We opted for a breakfast deal at a nearby pub the second morning.

It's conveniently positioned near Victoria station, so travelling about was easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable, perfect to use as a base for site seeing. The hotel is located few meters away from Victoria coach station and from one of santander bike docking stations. However, it is on a very quiet road and you definitely are not disturbed by road traffic. On the positive side, you can also have free breakfast. The choices are not huge but you can have a good start of the day. Be advised to get to breakfast early to avoid the queue and crowd of people. On the negative side, but very common in London, is the size of the room. Not more than 10 cm separates the bed from the wall, making it difficult to access the balcony.

I really liked this hotel! Stayed for 3 nights. I had a single room, which probably was the smallest room ever, I pretty much just had room for my suitcase, but the bed was nice and the bathroom was lovely..really liked the shower! I didn`t spend much time in the room anyway, I don`t travel to London to spend unnecessary time in a hotelroom;) I also really liked the breakfast, it was much better than I expected since it was included in an already quite cheap price. It was lots of different bread, toast, croissants, sweet pastries, porridge, boiled eggs, cheese, jam, cereals, 3 different type of juice and really good coffee! No meat, I guess that would have made it more expensive. Vegetarian breakfast was great for a few days anyway! The people working there seemed nice, I didn`t have to speak with them a lot since I didn`t have any problems during my stay. I arrived quite early and they kept my suitcase safe until I checked in later and also offered the same service when I checked out. Everyone seemed very polite. Please be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel but lots of stairs, my room was almost at the top. I`m quite young so it didn`t really bother me, but might not be so good for old people. It was also easy to find, even for me who is not good with maps. I arrived at Victoria station and it took me maybe 7 minutes to walk. All in all I was very happy with the hotel considering the quite low price I paid and if I ever travel alone to London again I would definitely check if "my" room 40 is available!

The location is fantastic, only 5 min walk to victoria station and 10 there abouts to westminster bridge, fairly quiet road too, on the bad side the pictures on the web site by no way reflect the very poor condition of the rooms, rusting bathroom fittings, ceiling fan covered with dust, tv remote full of grime which is probably why it hardly worked and walls so thin you can clearly hear normal conversation clearly through them. The bed was oddly on wheels(two beds pushed together) not a genius idea on a laminet floor unless you like skateboarding which wouldn't matter as they are so uncomfortable you will not sleep anyway. So on the whole suffer for the location. Bit of a shame as it is in a fab place but that can only go so far.

Slightly under whelmed with the experience at the Sheriff Hotel. Staff and service were lovely don't get me wrong, but for the price paid the beds were extremely small and no A/C in summer created sweaty nights. Virtually no storage space in the room and a detached bathroom isn't the end of the world but quite alot of banging if someone needs to use the loo in the night!

Room 22's shower was clogged and it took a full day and several reminders for them to fix it. In room 25 the lights went out one night because of a fuse which the front desk clerk was able to diagnose and fix right away. Something tells me they already know about it. NOTE !!! The restrooms for these two rooms are detached from the room and accessible by walking down a flight of stairs. The rooms are very tiny and barely fit 4 pieces of luggage.
