My wife and I received great hospitality here. It’s among the best central London budget hotels. We chose this hotel due to its location in central London and walking distance from a lot of tourist places. The room was comfortable and the view was great from our room. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided fantastic service throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a variety of options specially for breakfast. If you’re looking for budget hotels in London Victoria, this is a great choice. Book early on their website and you could get more attractive discounts.

For anyone looking for cheap hotels in London, Victoria this is definitely worth the price. Firstly, the location is amazing as everything is nearby which is super convenient. This hotel in London Victoria was within walking distance of lots of great sights and places to eat. The broadband connectivity was really good, which was important because we were on a workaction! We were greeted by an amazing host who made sure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic, which is so important now. I really can’t find anything not to like about our stay at the Sidney Hotel!

Very clean hotel, with nice staff, in good location, easy check in and check out, close to station and shops. And that's all in terms of props. Cons include very small double room, short bed making my legs hung out, no English breakfast (just egg, toast, jam and cereals), very tiny bathroom with poor lighting (can't see myself in mirror when shaving). And the main concern is the bathroom glass door as not everyone feel comfortable being seen when doing 1 or 2 😀🙄! No privacy in this term. Overall 2.5 stars, stretched to 3. Thanks

Booked via Booking.com Our Stay at Sidney Hotel was just what we needed. Very accessible area, outside of C-Charge and close to Pimlico Station. We did drive down for our stay (there is no parking for this hotel!! however there is on street parking which is free from 6:30PM to 8AM (or 8:30AM I cant fully remember) Rooms were clean. bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. front desk staff was every friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking process and arrival. Breakfast wasn't the greatest - if stayed again I wouldn't pay for breakfast and would go out to eat. for the price we paid via booking.com this is a good hotel - 4 stars due to breakfast. the price of which we saw in the hotel (£200+ a night - single room) it is not worth it! Stay smart book ahead via Booking.com

Good location good size rooms I think the one we stayed in was newly done. Comfortable however if your tall may have issues due to length of bed. But I was short so it was ok. Didn’t have breakfast but it’s include in the price.

This place is truly a hidden gem. If you're looking for hotels in London Victoria, you must visit this amazing bed and breakfast. The location couldn't be better. It's close by to the London Victoria station. The hotel is pretty impressive too. The staff were super nice and very friendly. They made sure we were well looked after and made our stay comfortable. The room we had was very neat and clean with a luxurious bed and shower. The breakfast was simply delish! We had tea and coffee in the room as well. You don’t need to find other hotels near London Victoria Station as this place is a no brainer!

They do not clean the rooms every day. Glasses in a sealed bag was dirty. The area near the lift was too noise. The chair in the room was not confortable at all and the room itself too small for 2 people who need to sit down as well.

Good location to the train station. Heating was turned up to 29 when I got in the room. Quickly turned that off and fortunately the windows opened enough to cool the room. Room itself was nice and clean but the bathroom was quite small and the bathroom door could not open all the way as it would hit the bed. Minor things really. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Would stay again.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Victoria Train and Bus station. Staff on the front desk was friendly and polite, even the cleaners would say hello in the morning. The rooms were small and basic, but what do you expect for £44 a night in London ?? The air conditioning was a god send in the 30 degrees heat Cleaners were around from 9am, rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and replaced tea and coffee facilities. Check out was at 11am and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel and collected it later they day. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was quite nice and the staff were lovely. Great value for money. Though it did take me longer than anticipated to check in. There's a 24 hour bar open still but you have to drink in your room. Great walking distance from the underground or about a 20-30 minute walk from most attractions.

Initially, was not pleased. My company booked my room for a business trip (room was prepaid) and although the staff was mild mannered about it...they sent me through hoops and loops just to check in. The room I'm in its very small (not inviting to say the least) but once adjusted out can be cozy (but extremely small). Hotel is undergoing renovation and HAD BED BUGS; however, I'm not staying in a newly renovated room so my experience may differ from others. But on the plus side of things...they offer complimentary breakfast

Come and go whenever you like. Safety box and hairdryer available. Good location, quiet street. Tesco and caffes 2-3 min walk, also bus stop next to hotel. Quick check in and out, could leave the luggage in hotel storage before and after check out. Heating was still on when got colder in evenings. Not sure did air con worked, didn't manage to get it on. Comfy bed and pillows. Wifi worked great in our room. Also hotel replied to all my questions before i even went there. No fridge or breakfast at Covid time, heard some squeaking noises when someone was walking upstairs, above our room. I recommend and would like to stay there again.

My room was in very high standard for this price, it has everything you should expect from three star hotel. Today is my last day of my twenty-two nights' booking. I had a very lovely hotel experience. The staff were really nice; the receptionists and the housekeepers. The receptionists were really nice and helpful during my first 14 days @ the hotel, when I had to be quarantined. Also, the day I checked in, I arrived an hour and a half before normal check-in time, and I was lucky enough to have my room ready at that time. That was really helpful cos I had a long flight. I looked at previous reviews before travelling so I already packed an extension cord. However, I discovered that the socket did not match (U.S vs U.K charging head difference). The female receptionist during my check-in, was kind enough to help me with an adaptor when I asked. Unfortunately, I wish I knew all their names. I only remember Chris, cos all the reviews mentioned him. My room had a really good view. I had booked a double room even though it was just me, cos I didn't want to take chances with booking a single room with the reviews I had seen online prior to my stay. I was really glad I did. It was also beside the elevator but I didn't have any disturbance, whatsoever. The walls were a bit thin, and occasionally, you could hear the other guests. Unfortunately, that included some moaning on two nights, but otherwise, it wasn't bad. It wasn't facing the road so I didn't have a problem with noise. The bathroom was okay for me; with hot water and fresh towels, changed daily. You'd only have a problem with the bathroom if you're claustrophobic. There was no breakfast cos of COVID restrictions but I was able to have food delivered to the hotel so I didn't mind a bit. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. It was poor, even though my room was on the first floor; difficulties connecting and when it did, for a little while, before having issues. It was really frustrating @ times and I had no choice but to buy a SIM card and get data. The one star loss is cos of the bad Wi-Fi otherwise, it would have been a full 5 stars. Overall, the hotel, has a good location, with restaurants and shops nearby, although I had some limitation as the lockdown started just few days after my quarantine ended. There is a bus stop right @ the hotel door, and another few feet away. The Victoria station is about 10 mins' walking distance away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in Central London again, I'm staying here.

Don’t sleep in the room at street level (-1, basement)!! It doesn’t have double glass and the insulation is poor, so you’ll feel like sleeping on the pavement: sounds & smell included. The staff was kind enough to change rooms the next night. Still: you could hear all the sounds in the other rooms. Including the (breakfast-?) staff starting early in the morning. But: the location is perfect! With a bus stopping in front of the hotel & Victoria Station at (10 min.) walking distance. Enough places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. The hotel offered us to keep our bags on the day we checked out. Very nice service!

Stayed here for 2 nights in May. The room we got was nice and clean with modern deco. Staff was friendly and they offered luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Breakfast was included and the choices were decent. The location was perfect, only 10 mins walk from Victoria station and a bus stop just outside of the hotel. Feel safe walking around in the neighborhood. One thing that we don't like is the wall was very thin that we could hear the noises so clearly from other rooms & hallway.

This hotel is incredible, it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was all very friendly and professional. Cleaning was perfectly done absolutely every day. The location is literally perfect, 15 mins walk to the Buckingham Palace.

Extremely good value for money, I would stay again. I was shocked at how nice the room was, not spacious but decorated lovely and very clean, although I did have a lovely balcony connected outside that was great to leave the window/door opened for the hot summer. The reception is nice to sit in but I had to wait 20 minutes to check in due to lack of staffing, bit annoying.

Great location, rooms are tiny and this is what you’d expect for this type of the hotel in the area. Minus one point for really boring breakfast. Better avoid it in the hotel and go to the nearby cafes in the morning. Bathroom is ok and the shower is spacious enough. We arrived with large suitcases and they put us in o the no elevator section. Thankfully, the receptionist helped us to lift our luggage to the second floor.

Sidney hotel is a normal 3- Star hotel in my opinion. It is very comfy, has warm water to shower and everything you need for your stay in London. It is not the best hotel but it is really good for it's price. I haven't had any issues during my stay here. The hotel is clean too. My room was so clean. I didn't see even 1 hair on the floor or in the bathroom. So I really liked the hotel and I think people should try it for it's good price.

The overall experience was good. The goods: location near to the underground, clean room, free breakfast, allow leaving luggage after checkout. The bads: the shower box is too small, breakfast does not have too much food ant it is always the same, housekeeper forgot to leave towels once and forgot her keys at my room another time. Medium rate for the reception: the majority of the people are polite, others do not seem to really care about the customer.

The room was functional but a bit dated, even though it looked as though it had been refurbished recently. It was tiny but they gave me a small double bed even though I only booked a single. There is refurbishment going on at the hotel and banging started at 08:45, 15 minutes earlier than they said it would. There are three ironing boards/irons that are fixed to the wall at various points but only one of them worked. Hallways on one side of the building are quite nice, but on the other are incredibly shabby with carpets coming up badly at the edges. The breakfast was okay and the staff were really nice. I paid about 1/3 of full price and I wasn't worth any more than that.

Cannot review the room because when I arrived, I was told there's an issue with plumbing, so they gave me a flat for no extra costs for the whole week I was staying. I expected to be told to move once it's fixed but that never happened. So customer service was great, IMHO. Breakfast was nice and staff helpful.

There are some great pubs nearby and it is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Will definitely stay there again when in London!

Location is quite near to St. Pancras & King's Cross train station & underground. The hotel is small/efficient but clean. Breakfast was OK. Remember, a lot of Victorian hotel type in London is without lift, including this hotel. We have to carry our heavy suitcases via stairs all the way to the 2nd floor. Due o tre tipi di cereali, yogurt, del succo di frutta e bevande calde della macchinetta. Era buono quel che c'era (più o meno), però di sicuro non era una colazione continentale. Una nota invece molto positiva è il personale, sono stati sempre molto disponibili e cordiali. La reception che credo sia aperta anche di notte, o comunque fino a tarda sera può essere molto comoda. Inoltre un servizio utilissimo è il deposito delle valigie, si possono lasciare i propri bagagli al check-in, se la camera non è ancora pronta ed anche al check-out se non si ha volgia di girare con le valigie dietro. Ovviamente il tutto senza costi aggiuntivi. La posizione è anch'essa un punto a favore, con la fermata del bus per Trafalgar Square direttamente di fronte alla porta d'ingresso e le stazioni della metro Pimlico e Victoria a rispettivamente 5 e 8 minuti a piedi (su per giù) dall'hotel. Di sicuro quindi direi che Sidney Hotel è una scelta niente male. Per la colazione, se quella della struttura non vi soddisfa, Londra vi offre comunque un infinità di opzioni.

En plus, le bus 24 s'arrête juste devant l'hôtel et vous amène jusqu'à la gare Victoria (bien utile avec des valises lourdes) et continue dans le centre touristique (Trafalgar Square, Charring Cross...), super!!! Bref, je recommande.
