Quirky and contemporary place to stay, looks like it would be cool to stay in summer with nice outside area and reception/bar. Rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, bathroom and shower are also very small in this storage container room. Great value for money, friendly staff, and cleaned to a good standard.
I would recommend to students or friends traveling for fun but not any romantic getaways or stays over 1 night! Very much a hostel feel.

I haven’t personally stayed in the hotel but I have had drinks with friends on numerous occasions, coffees to meet clients when I was working from home or just grabbed a takeaway coffee when walked my dog to the Olympic Park. I love the atmosphere in the hotel as it is very chilled and contemporary. Great music in the back garden during the warmer month. Both the quality and the price of the drinks are very reasonably priced. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and kind, especially the two ladies who work in the night shifts. I couldn’t be more thankful to both of you for looking after me on a late Friday evening when I was walking my dog around the area and needed to get an Uber back home. Thank you for letting me in to a safe place and also helping to organize a taxi back home. I couldn’t recommend enough this place! Thank you Katya!!!!

Very clean , great staff happy and helpful, fab location, easy to book and use, amazing concept and just all round brilliant. Can’t rage enough we stay in london a lot and this is so cheap too. Have just booked for second time and I’m sure it’ll be regular thing.

Just to start off, I haven't stayed here but have experienced their customer service.
Huge props to the two/three girls working the 24th December night shift. The lady on reception went above and beyond to help me and my mates out after we had a little vehicle accident on a street close by to the hotel. Went there for a tea and coffee a week prior and they was nothing but good hospitality and service. These ladies that shift went above and beyond and hopefully they got a little Christmas bonus for working such a shift ;)

Everything that you need in a hotel room if you don’t plan on spending much time there. The bed was comfy enough and everything you need was in the room. Brilliantly close to the DLR so you can get into London and onto the underground.

Hard to find better value for money in a big city, especially London. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and it was nice to be met with a smiling face each day in reception. The beds are comfortable and there were more than enough towels provided for the weekend. The bar and reception are also very comfortable and spacious for whenever you want to relax outside of the room. Location is also hard to beat with Stratford center just being one stop away on the DLR, where you can get to seemingly anywhere in London via multiple public transport options. Will definitely be back again.

Wow. Where do I start? Firstly let's talk about the price - I went on Booking.com and saw that there was a double room available for 50 pounds! What a bargain! So I booked it for the next day and the online check-in was extremely easy.
Upon arrival, the FoH was extremely welcoming and efficient and within 2 minutes I was in my room ;)
I really love the compact cozy vibe inside the room and the bed was super comfy! However, if you are travelling with suitcases then the small room may be an issue. I really love the industrial feel and the location is awesome - overlooking the skyscrapers in the financial district and within 30 seconds of Pudding Mill station.
The reasons I gave 4 stars are very minor ones; one, the shower drain makes thumping sounds when you turn the tap on, and two, the LED strip light only works if the main lights are on and we couldn't get a romantic vibe going where we only had the strip lights on haha!
I am definitely planning on returning here with my girl because we loved it so much, and it's such a good price for wonderful accomadation.

Really accommodating staff and super friendly, room is really good if you are just staying the night but isn’t ideal if you are staying longer due to the small size.
Only issue is the shower room, the shower goes hot and cold and is difficult to enjoy also due to the size of the room water can run in to the main sleeping area
C. R.
Clean, warm cozy rooms. everything you need to rest your head or get ready when staying in London. Right next to the DLR . Friendly, fun staff big bar/seating area, will definitely choose here for next stay in London

What an interesting and mildly amusing experience we had here! The room is very small but then again it is also very cheap to stay here. The ac was nice and fresh, bed was clean and comfortable. The room really did have everything you needed. It kind of felt like staying in a room on a boat or a spaceship, I enjoyed that aspect. The front desk reception employee (female staff member) was incredibly sweet and polite.
I have just a few complaints or things you should bare in mind if you’re staying here. The toilet door did have a hole which was perfectly positioned directly on your face while you’re sitting on the toilet.... my partner could see every expression I made. So you need to make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re staying with as there’s no toilet privacy. The WiFi did not reach the room we were in so did have to use our hotspots for the laptop which was only mildly inconvenient.
Either way I had a good experience here, I would recommend it for cheap short term stays!

Stayed with two friends whilst visiting for a West Ham game. This place is great for visiting west ham or stratford shopping centre. The rooms are small as already mentioned but very clean which is really all anyone wants when sleeping away from home. The staff we had dealings with were very polite and pleasant. the DLR is just over the road from the front door which is dead handy!! Will be staying again for sure !!

Exceeded our expectations! Rooms small but well equipped and spotlessly clean, only issue was the hard mattress. Public areas and facilities excellent and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
L. B.
Amazing welcome to the establishment, Sam at the check in desk was extremely helpful and had extensive knowledge of the hotel. I would definitely stay again! The bar and the music was lively with great hosts!

What a quaint, unexpected but fun experience!! The concept is literally "sleep in a box" as in half a 20" container, made into a very nice and clean and fully functional mini-hotel-room. This is actually a much better experience than one would imagine - I slept like a baby every single night! And you have full control over the air conditioning in the small room, so you can have whatever temperature you want in minutes! The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice to talk to - and the common areas (reception / lounge / outdoor terrace) was cozy and very welcoming with TV and boardgames etc. for some light entertainment. There is a TV in the room as well as shower and toilet, and I never once heard the neighbours - but floor space in almost non-existing (so the suitcase either goes into the top bunk or under the bed). Snoozebox Olympic Park is located just across the street from a DLR train station, and right at the end of "Green Way" - a well lit path for walking / cycling, going past the Westham / London stadium and up to Hackney / Victoria Park. Location is also close to Bow, and with the train so close, a trip to Stratford or elsewhere is quite easy and convenient. Oh - and they're building the new Abba Arena just across the street - so this hotel is going to be extremely popular next year (2022) :-) At the price, I rate this an excellent option if you're in the area and would like to save your money for something else. I wouldn't mind staying at Snoozebox Olympic Park and buying a craft beer from their smiling and friendly personnel again some other time! Top recommendation for a small but functional hotel room at a budget!

Wow! What a lovely place to stay! The staff were so welcoming and made sure we were always comfortable. Couldn’t recommend a better value for money stay with a perfect location for travel in and around London.

Good price with plenty of parking. Clean rooms and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
C. O.
Rooms very small but the clue is in the name. Staff all excellent but when it rains the water run through the upper walkway, so a wet walk to reception. All in all cheap and cheerful and right by the Westham ground.

I love this place, cool and very affordable, handy to the DLR (opposite) one stop to Stratford, food is amazing Caribbean deliciousness. Rooms are compact, clean and modern. As a shipping container hotel room, it's more than I had hoped for, very well designed and comfortable beds. Loved all the staff, they went the extra mile for me.

Really warm and welcoming staff, room was very clean and tidy , loved the gated private parking and probably the cheapest I paid for all week while there

Loved my stay last weekend! Room was perfect and the location is great! My favourite thing was definitely the food though! Delicious food cooked by Chef Collin Brown served in a street food style- will 100% be returning for more! Highly recommended!

Great value for money. Good place to stay for the night apart from rooms get very hot and don't have drinking water.
Cool place and lovely staff, would recommend.

Great place, great atmosphere. Sam at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would visit again!

Had a lovely stay. Small room but great air con. Lovely seating area with Jamaican street food available. Would definitely stay again!
C. B.
Fantastic place to stay. Rooms are very quiet and the bar and reception area is a great place to relax. I'm 6'4" and found the rooms to be a good size for me. The location is in a pretty quiet area and only a couple of stops in either direction from the best parts of East London. I've stayed in a few hotels similar to Snoozebox in London, but it is by far the best. Really good value, very tidy and overall a fantastic experience.
J. E.
Absolutely loved it! Stayed for one night and didn’t know what to expect. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Would stay again!

good place, great location, rooms are perfect for single person and couple. secure car park comes with extra cost but cheap. highly recommend this place. staff is friendly, no deposit no hassle.
improvement - could have provided a bathmat

Great location for the football, nice clean rooms, great facilities, and the staff were superb thank you!
L. R.
I found the experience really good if you stay there and I would recommend it. Try and get a room away from the bar area and the price of the rooms is very competitive for London
H.
Really great staff! Nice comfy bed! Parking, Aircon and cheap! What more do you need? Even the toilets are entertaining.... My only complaint is the shower head looked a bit mouldy but nothing a good clean wouldn’t sort. I think pricing is key here though, if they were to charge more I would probably stay somewhere els with a bigger room. Otherwise I recommend this place.
V. B.
Excellent hosts, who welcomed us from beginning to end. Incredibly clean rooms which had everything you need- very comfy mattresses! In a great location a short walk to Hackney Wick and the canals and of course the Olympic Park. Perfect for exploring London. Would definitely stay again :)

Excellent value for money and very welcoming and friendly staff with a totally unique vibe . Also fresh food from a great menu cooked to order.

I have stayed at the Snoozebox for a total of 5 months during the week when working in London, it’s a fantastic place to stay, seriously if you need a clean, well prepared room with comfy bed, shower room, tv, great helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, catering in Colin’s Kitchen, lovely food, outside and inside communal areas, perfectly made morning coffee, 10 seconds from the DLR and the best price imaginable, look no further you have found the place.
S. R.
Very different I will say that but what matters is hospitality and I have to say in that regard you couldn't ask for more, the busy bee at reception, bar, everywhere I think couldn't have been friendlier, all staff were polite to so no disrespect to them but Jess was amazing to fixing any problems, 5 stars aren't enough.give her a pay rise.
K. N.
The rooms are functional and quite comfortable. The atmosphere set with the music, cheerful staff, and authentic caribbean food
B. E.
Comfy bed and megga clean room. Should be called 'snugglebox' because thats what it felt like. Snuggle into a box room. Only dislike was no facility to open a window for fresh air, everything else was good.
E. R.
Incredible idea and brilliant value, comfortable clean room. Staff were excellent. Cafe and free wifi on site. Secure parking included. Will definitely use again if back in the area.

I think the photo shows what I can say about this !!! I made a reservation for 2 people, I was told that I can only start one and I can’t bring anyone to myself either, I can stop a lot and there is no such thing anywhere, I was very dissatisfied with the sketched gobies the lawn had not been cut for a long time, even in the asvalt the grass appeared !! i stay at this place 3 times !!! The chef cooks deliciously and I think that you need to be careful about the territory I arrived and I see this

Only there for the one night but was pleasant enough. Basic but was just what I needed

It is by far the quietest, most comfortable nights sleep I've ever had, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels over my years,
The price is only £42 a night, what's not to love, deliveroo have my food covered, perfect, there's a bar on site, disabled access and they have functions every so often, the staff are all so helpful and kind
