A. T.Absolutely loved the stay here. Avni was very accommodating and help us through very well. Room is fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine as well. Hugely recommends this hotel
J. H.Great apartment hotel at a reasonable rate for London. Tube only 5 mins away. Pleasantly surprised by extra amenities such as dental kit, fridge, microwave etc. And room was larger than expected but some things missing like there was an iron but no board.

Clean rooms, good price, good location. Quiet street. Happy to help any way they can, I including looking after your bags while you scoot about town. Decent check in and out times.
Would have been nice to be given some tea bags and milk. That wasn’t on offer so take your own unless you are happy to drink fancy kinda packet flavoured coffees.

A. T.Booked for a few days away in London. A great location, nice and quiet and less than 5 minutes to Bayswater tube station. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby in case you get stuck.
The staff were helpful and looked after our bags for us after check out. The room was spotless and a decent size for zone 1 London. Plenty warm enough and had everything we needed for a few nights.
No tea bags etc provided so be sure to pack a few if you, like me, are travelling with a tea enthusiast.
A great price for the location and facilities, would recommend. Thanks!

N. P.I stayed here for a week. The rooms were fine, small but good value for money and were perfect for my needs. I found the staff a pleasure to deal with. A guy on reception named Abdul always greeted me and nothing was ever too much trouble. A particular highlight was when my 2 year old came to the hotel and Abdul played with him while I got my bags. Highly recommended.

You can take books and films from the English-language library at reception. Quite comfortable bed and functional heating and air conditioning. The property is equipped with an ice machine.

It is a very quiet neighborhood where you can rest without problems after hitting a beating watching the city. One street there are quite atmosphere and restaurants. El sitio estaba genial! A unos 5 minutos del metro y muy cerca de Hyde Park. Es un barrio muy tranquilo donde puedes descansar sin problemas tras pegarte una paliza viendo la ciudad. A una calle hay bastante ambiente y restaurantes. El personal fue muy atento y la habitación cumple de sobra las expectativas, son iguales a las fotos.

N. S.This is luxury on a budget! It’s a great cross between a hotel and service apartment. Albeit rooms were a bit small, that’s because a kitchenette is included. Little details like providing toiletries, warm towel rails and hairdryers helped shape an overall positive experience. The only downside I experienced was a bed I wouldn’t deem as sparkling clean when I checked in but the staff was really helpful and responded to my request for refreshed sheets immediately.
Ps, it even includes a washing machine and rain shower. This has been the best budget hotel I’ve been to thus far!

E. C.Modern, spacious & clean room in quiet Kensington Square Gardens. Heating was great. Only gripe were the slightly flat pillows. Fuss-free checking in and out, friendly faces all round. WI-FI was easy to connect to and definitely sufficient for typical travellers. Minutes from variety of restaurants, supermarkets and 3 Tube stations.

D. C.Location is quite good. It takes about 5 minutes walk to Baswater underground station but hotel itself is surrounded by a quite and safe area. Hotel offers lauguage storage service which brings much convenience to guests. The room is equipped a full kitchen facility including microwave, freege, induction heating. However, I suggest to renew a moveable showerhead instead of the fixed one. It is difficult yo use for people if they only want yo take shower without washing their hair.
