K. k.The hotel is nice, but be careful with the pet friendly rooms, they look totally different from the public photos. We are platinum elite members and usually get free upgrades, but this time we got a downgrade for extra money (due to our tiny Pomeranian dog). Bathroom was disgusting, just a hole with strange hair in the floor and 2 curtains, the door was dirty and broken. The kitchen, carpet and window in living room are the same - dirty (photos attached). Probably all pet friendly (human unfriendly) rooms come with connecting doors so you can literally hear everything from another room. I woke up at 6.30 because of the alarm clock from the adjoining room. After a night spent in this hell, we complained, and the staff agreed to change the room for better one with a nice and clean bathroom.
