Big thanks to Mark and the team @ Staycity Deptford Bridge for helping us in our time of need!! We booked an apartment at 8pm for that night (due to our accommodation being cancelled elsewhere) and all was sorted quickly and professionally. Incredible service and nothing was too much trouble! The apartments have only just reopened after refurbishment and were absolutely perfect for our needs (2 adults and young baby). Clean, super comfy bed, plus a small kitchen with everything we needed. Thanks again to everyone who looked after us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were actually amazing, especially Megan, Mark, Brit and Marshall all extremely accommodating and so friendly. If I was rating for service they’d have more then 5 stars. However, due to booking.com and the hotel being new, our room was cancelled, the staff accommodated us the best in which they could, and happily supplied us with everything we asked for. The staff were extremely apologetic, and sympathetic for all our needs. I couldn’t thank the staff more for what they did for us. We spoke to them more as friends then what we did hotel staff, due to the friendly nature in which all of them gave. Stay city would be nothing without these staff, and even though our booking was completely messed up and we didn’t enjoy our accommodation, the accommodation and sincereness the staff shown made up for it completely. Thank you to Megan, Mark, Brit and Marshall.

This is a very good place to stay in London! It's not in the city center, but you have Metro 1 minute away. The price was very good in comparison with other solutions in London. The staff very nice and always ready to help you if needed. They have small apartments, and you can buy food nearby to cook.

Good value for money. The hotel is close to the station and other amenities. It includes a gym and guest laundry, which is always welcomed. The room is smaller than one I had at the Greenwich, which is a shame. The room was clean and adequate. The staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately some of our neighbour ours were a bit noisy, but that can't really be helped too much.

We stayed in room 602 and while the windows were very small and high up, it was lovely, clean and a decent size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured my wife and I, as well as our 1 year old son, had everything we needed. The hotel is right next to the Deptford Bridge DLR, which is really handy, I was also expecting a lot of train noise but we didn't hear a thing. After our stay, the hotel kindly kept all our bags while we spent some time in London. All in all, I couldn't find fault with the rooms, they were clean, tidy and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board which a lot of places often don't. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

On a whole I enjoyed my experience at stay city. The room was clean and attractive, with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. There were nice little touches like, a sponge and washing up liquid free for use. The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The hotel was right outside the train station, which made it very easy to get into town. The parking was only £10 per night! My only discrepancies were that we had to go back and forth between the two buildings, which I wasn't aware of and difficult to navigate in my car, around heavy traffic. The bedding was cheap and soft, which didn't bode well for my bad back, but I slept ok and it was fairly quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for reading :)

One of the best apartments I've stayed in. The space in the rooms are used really well and not one bit of dust. We were right next to the DLR so no need for long walks to find transport. The staff were amazing definitely staying here whenever in London for work.

Our room had the smallest shower ever with a massive showerhead but apart from that we had a comfortable 11 night stay here. Easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants to try. There's local shops nearby if you want to cook.

Next to a very busy road that can be heard through the night. The room was very small and didn't seem to have been cleaned other than changing the bedding. TV didn't work and just generally not very well kept. Staff on the other hand were really helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Parking available at the Staycity around the corner for a charge.

Very friendly staff, subpar room The staff were great, and I enjoyed the amenities in the room (dishwasher, mini fridge, good shower, comfortable bed). Having the room serviced weekly was great (fresh towels, bed made, trash taken out). Not so great: dusty floor, peasant gym (no air circulation, no barbell, no bench), bugs on the ground of the bathroom, the phone was way too quiet (their tech guy basically said "sorry mate, can't fix it"), and (worst of all) cleaning came in one day and removed the power card from the wall (switching off the fridge!). The hallway was also grimey and the floor of the elevators filthy. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for - but I'd like the room to be cleaner next time. The saving grace was how friendly the staff were at the counter!

Easily Accessible to the DLR, I was staying here prepping for my professional exams and I found it a very peaceful place to be able to complete my review and studying. I was in the room, pretty much had good access to grocery which are plenty close by like there's coop, asda and a tesco all at a walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Clean and value for money. Only slight criticism was that there had probably been a flood in the bath room and the wood around the doorframe was decayed and looked unsightly. Very clean modern rooms, friendly staff on reception. There was no water in the rooms or anything in the fridge. They charge £1 per bottle of water at reception however some nice staff let me just take a couple bottles.

Clean, and newly renovated hotel. The rooms are nice and large with a small kitchen. The rooms are quiet and the air condition works well without being noisy. There is not much to do in the area around the hotel, but it is right by the DLR Station (you don't hear the DLR in the rooms). But it is not a nice area, where the hotel is located.

The service is absolutely great. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. My only issue was with a corner room which faced onto the road and the DLR. As a very light sleeper, this was not a good room for me but when I explained my problem I was assured that I would be allocated a quieter room next time.

Location is excellent for access to DLR and bus services, as well as being close to Deptford, Greenwich and New Cross. The room was spacious and clean, with a well appointed kitchenette. Widescreen TV mounted on the wall. A lovely apartment. We were given an early check-in and late check-out for free and luggage storage was available on our final day for just £2.

Staff was super very friendly and helpfull. The "apartementrooms" too small and had minor problems: bathroomdoor didn't lock, had some troubles to get the aircondition working. No windows to open. No view from our room. All together it was't too bad, but for this money I think you should get a little more value.

The hotel is clean and about the level of a slightly newer Travelodge. Lacking in amenities, for example, there aren't any on-site restaurants. The hotel pitches itself as a serviced apartment, and hence there are cooking facilities within the rooms, a small 2 ring hob and a microwave and a fridge.

When calling reception to extend for a night no one would answer I called so many times now answer so I had to go downstairs which is not convenient with a hangover. Also the bathroom had no bath mat so had to use a towel on the floor. Besides that the stay was nice and the facilities where great.

I thought it was very good. Plenty enough room, clean, enormous shower room, tv, fridge, cooker, pots and pans etc, Wi-fi, a free phone to call anywhere and even a dishwasher. Nothing at all to complain about.

We spent 4 nights during March. The hotel is kinda far from downtown but you have a DLR station next to it, so no worries if you're traveling to London's main attractions. I had stayed at this hotel recently with my boyfriend and must say we had received amazing service from a lady at the front desk in reception her name was Brittany I believe and she had provided us with everything we had needed. Must say out of all the hotels we have stayed at this one had given me the best friendly and understanding service and had never let me down during my stay!!😄
