Great location and superb hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are small but which ones aren’t in London?! What I loved is that we still had a window, a comfortable bed and the hotel was super clean. My baby has the obsession of taking the drain stuff out of the shower and he did and even this was super clean! The hotel staff were so friendly and they felt like family. I really hope you have a good birthday tomorrow! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Brilliant modern room with an ingenious mezzanine level. Lots of electronics, especially LEDs which went down well with young children. Good food. Good service. And extras were fairly priced Very close to Paddington Station as well.

Quirky room though the fabric of the building us starting to show some wear. Location was perfect for family trip to London including harry potter studio tour and the lion king musical. Absolutely fantastic service from all staff, particularly reception, housekeeping and breakfast room. Great variety of breakfast options served in very clean breakfast room. This is a standout property in an area full of very tired guest houses that try to be hotels but are not. This is a proper hotel with a 5 star feel but at an affordable rate. There is an outstanding gentleman called Andreas working here: he is the best front of house guy in London.

The staff are amazing - very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Although my room was small it was very clean and had everything I needed, and the ensuite shower room is clean. The breakfast was very good, much morechoice than I expected, including hot food and fruit. My room was just behind reception and faced onto the road so was not the quietest place to stay but I got used to it. Value for money was extremely good - a big thank you to all at Stylotel.

What a lovely reception staff! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but, very tidy and full of sockets. If you are really fussed about room size, ask to upgrade. Great price, good location, wonderful staff.

Stay was decent - although ill not return to be honest, pricing was a bit much for the size of the room and had to change rooms once due to noise, no soap in second room and bad smell coming from one of the rooms also (this was the third stay) The first and second stays were much better, the third not so much. Breakfast not included anytime. I'll not be returning soon.

Very good hotel at nominal prices compared to other hotels in London. Very good location. Near to paddington station and close to eating places. You can get 24*7 free coffee, tea, warm water, lemonade at the reception. Breakfast is very good, very tasty and fresh. Rooms are very small but if you see the price and location and other perks then it seems fine. The only issue I found was at times I observed only bed was made and towels were changed but floors weren’t cleaned. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide discounted tickets to tourist locations.

Great Breakfast. Go early, more space, more relaxing. The rooms are tiny. The bathrooms not worth the room. Less then one square meter for sink, toilet and shower. No window, no ventilation. When some gets up in the neighborhood rooms you will wake up as well. Fantastic located close to the tube and the trains. Some nice bars and restaurants are around. Okay for a short stay.

The lovely design concept is rather let down by the lack of maintenance. Laminate flooring panels separating, rusted bathroom door frame, broken shower, terribly uncomfortable chairs in the breakfast room. The bed was super comfy, mind you, and the hot water pressure was superb. Shame the bathroom was smaller than some toilet cubicles and I personally detest shower curtains, but it was all well cleaned. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, I have to say, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I could live with the musty smell throughout the basement where my room was because I was only there one night. The amazing location just 3 minutes' walk from Paddington Station is also worth mentioning.

Positioned close to a lot of food, the subway and bus stop. Decent price for what you get when you book as late as we did. Personally I'll spend a little more money and chose something else in the area for my next visit. However, for just sleeping in the hotel this is definitely good enough and the service is good. The breakfast has what you need but not much more. Good enough to wake up and take part of IMO, ate a lot every day. The staff is very friendly and when asked for something cooked another way (in our case eggs) they started doing it right away. They have their own soaps, shower gel, shampoo etc so if you just want to get clean and don't care about the products you'll do fine without bringing any of your own.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND The rooms & bathrooms are small, so be prepared. But other than the size, everything else was GREAT. The staff was terrific, the rooms are clean & the breakfast is actually really good. The location is also a prime spot. Paddington Station & Lancaster Gate are both close & Hyde Park is just a 5 minute walk away.

Decent room, comfy bed, clean. Room layout is pretty clever, so the room seems bigger than it is. Friendly reception. Quiet, got a good night's sleep. Was in one of the basement rooms, which didn't have air-conditioning, so was a bit warm, but not uncomfortably so. Basement room had no mobile signal, but WiFi was nice and fast once I got the login details from reception. Bathroom tiny but had everything required. Room style is interesting, very blue and metallic, with a huge mirror facing the bed. Dare I say it, the style is almost fetish. Impressed they managed to combine the feel of a boutique hotel while keeping very reasonable budget prices. Buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful. Overall, I liked it and would stay there again.

Well located close to Paddington station, the hotel was reasonable value for a booking made the previous day at £109. The welcome and helpfulness of the staff was very good; room was located in the basement and was quite small; also quite noisy with adjoining rooms easily heard. Bathroom was very small including a walk in shower that was sufficiently small to be difficult to move in. Breakfast was self service but good - had a full English and a croissant. Overall a slightly better standard than other 3 star hotels in the area - the free drink at the Sussex Arms thrown in was a nice touch. I would stay again.

Quirky, minimalistic, futuristic bedroom. Toilet / shower was a small plastic pod. The whole thing was very reminiscent of a cabin room on a ferry. Stainless steel clad walls, not so comfortable bed. Cooperative and friendly staff. I had to book an extra room.last moment for my mother as the one I booked online tuned out to be 3 floor hotel without lift. But the receptionist was really helpful. Only concern was a basement room which started stinking in the night. That's why reduced rating.

Stayed here for one night in January. Ideal location, literally minutes walk from Paddington Station. Rooms ok, bit of a quirky design, and a little on the small side, but functional and suitable for the purpose. Staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Gave me a voucher for a free drink at pub next door, and suggestions inc discount vouchers for nearby eateries. The included breakfast was a little on the cold side but again functional and welcome. Unlimited tea and coffee in reception. Would I stay here again ? Yes ! Value for money ? Yes, definitely

First time here and very ultra modern inside with room walls in stainless steel and bathroom is like a small pod ( like a caravan bathroom) .The rooms are small but comfortable and breakfast included is s bonus, with hot food and cereal's. Also all staff are very helpful and friendly on a plus note you are only 10 minutes from Hyde Park ( walking). And approximately 20 mins further to the Science museum, Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Very very small rooms but at a good location. Not far from Paddington Station. Bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. The breakfast room is usually very crowded but the food is nice. My brother gets a new protrotype room which is very nice and modern. Though there is only rainshower (with no regular shower).

Very good location close to Paddington station. The 2 guys on reception Rodrigo & Andreas are excellent on front of house. Both are very helpful & good humoured so excellent representatives of the hotel. The only downside is the small rooms.

This hotel is so worth the money! If you need a cheap budget hotel for the night this place is perfect. I paid £50 for a double room for one night before visiting the US embassy for an interview. The room was very small, like a ferry cabin, but had everything you needed and was clean. The staff are very helpful. I was amazed at the free Nespresso coffee & hot drinks available all day and upon arriving at breakfast to find a full English hot buffet was incredible! To summarise, don't expect amazing rooms and facilities (but who would for that price), but do expect everything you need from a hotel room, free hot drinks, great breakfast and good customer service for the price.

Good service however beds are uncomfortable. Toilets & showers are like plane toilets. Loft is very wobbly and to get to the 5th floor need to take stairs. When in room, Felt like I was in a space ship!

We visited this hotel last February. The location is very good, few minutes from Paddington station. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good with enough options. The stuff is very polite and willing to help. Andreas helped us a lot in everything we needed. We thank him so much. We will choose this hotel in our next visit in London for sure.

Das Frühstück war echt sehr gut, die Spiegeleier wurden immer frisch zubereitet, insgesamt wurde alles schön frisch und sauber gehalten, die Stühle waren die schlimmsten auf den ich je gesessen bin.
