The owner and his son were very helpful and accommodating.
Bed was so comfy. Honestly the best sleeps I've had in a long time.
I stayed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The hotel was reasonably quiet .
J. D.Five stars based on value for money. Yes the rooms are small. Yes the bathrooms are small. Yes there are electric heaters in the rooms as the central heating doesn't work. The mini fridge sounds like a massive electricity generator it's so loud. But the place is clean, comfortable, TV works, bed is good, everything in bathrooms work. It's friendly service in an independently owned and run hotel. It's so cheap for central London. If you want big rooms and better facilities then pay more money. I'd definitely stay again... Just turn off the mini fridge before you go to sleep 😁

v. m.This surprising hotel is a great place to stay. We wanted somewhere reasonably central and reasonably priced for a short visit to London, this exceeded our expectations. Although rooms are small, they are clean, beds comfortable, shower is super. The usual tea, coffee, milk in the room, decent hairdryer, free bottled water. Electric fans in the rooms. The disabled room was enough for a small mobility scooter to fit in overnight, a walk-in shower but not big enough for a wheelchair user. Staff are great, welcoming and helpful. It's very popular because it's good service for a good price.
J. T.Good location, very close to the metro station. The staff was very nice, and I also got a double room instead of a single, even if I was on my own. The area is very quiet at anytime. Place was clean enough. Only downside, the "neighbors" were super noisy when they came back in the night, but nothing I can really blame the hotel for.

This hotel is a modest, clean hotel with people who are kind. I could not have made a better choice in other place. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to have met them all. All staff has willing hearts and will do their best to keep you happy. I am customer service oriented and don’t mind paying for this as I had a excellent vacation in London because of them. You will not be disappointed I promise.
B. W.Well this place is a good place to just lay your head down but not much else. The walls are thin and you can hear people inside and out. It's quite small, but the beds are comfortable. Comes with instant coffee, creamer, an electric kettle and some fruit. It was clean though and I don't need much more than that on my trips. If the beds weren't comfy and the room clean it would have been 2 stars.

L. P.Excellent location, and in walking distance of the London Eye, River Thames, the British Museum, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus and Lester Square. The overall round trip walk was just under 10 miles. Although the room and on suite bathroom we're small it was very clean and tidy. The thing we appreciated most about this hotel is the outstanding customer service and their willingness to keep their word. We highly recommend this place, and would stay here again.

If all you need is somewhere to sleep and shower at a good price, then there's not much to criticise (except the smell of lamb that often rises from the kebab shop below - though the shop doesn't open late so this is a minor issue). If you're looking for luxury or want to spend a lot of time relaxing in your room, look elsewhere; if you just want a bed for the night, it's a bargain. Be aware that there is no lift and, so far as I'm aware, no ground-floor rooms, so accessibility is not great.

However I thought I must share my experience with the manager/owner of this hotel.
The morning of 12.12.2018 very cold morning actually my wife’s car broke down only a few meters away from this hotel.
I went from work to assist my wife in recovery awaiting for the tow truck to arrive I really needed a pee.
I walked into the hotel and asked the receptionist she refused as there was no common washroom, overhearing my conversation the owner/manager was very welcoming and went through the trouble of opening up an ensuite room so I can use the toilet.
This indeed was very kind of him and at times when you are stranded and in need these small gestures of kindness make a huge difference. Restores faith in humanity.
So my BIG THANK YOU to this man and hotel.

S. W.This was our second visit to the Bridge Hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, Perfect for a budget long weekend in London. Staff helpful and friendly, our Kettle didn’t work in our room and this was replaced straight away. The rooms are very basic, but are perfect for a short stay in London. There is a Tesco express just down the road and lots of takeaway options or eating out options. We will be staying here again.

G. G.I rented a small room. It was really small. Not so clean when I first checked in but was good enough for me. They had a small fridge. There is a heater in the bathroom but after 2 days of use it seemed to stopped working. No idea why. On my check out I also got a free water bottle that usually costs 1 pounds so that was nice. It's far away from Heathrow airport. Not recommened to take a taxi because it costs too much and over an hour drive. I suggest to take the train. The express train and from there to use the subway or the bus to the hotel. It only costs around 30 pounds. I paid 90 pounds with the taxi first which was a big mistake.

P. J. O.(Translated) Hotel recently renovated in part, with elevators (there were days that they did not work) and new facilities. Fridge and air conditioning in the rooms, something higher-end London hotels didn't have.
What I liked the most was the location of the hotel, taking into account our interests and reasons for the trip. Good communication of buses and nearby metro. Quick access to several train stations.
The hotel staff was attentive to all our requests throughout the two weeks of stay, although some problems were not completely resolved. The difficulty is that if you do not speak English very well and no one speaks Spanish in the hotel, it is difficult to communicate all the details of an incident.
Worst:
1. Nobody came up to clean or prepare the room until the fourth day, after having to request it personally, we even had to go down to get toilet paper from the reception since there is no telephone in the room. Then they went up daily. During those four days we did not enjoy the daily tea, coffee and water that they advertise in their services.
2. Very low water pressure, and sometimes nonexistent. They didn't fix it. The answer was that if many people showered at the same time, the pressure would drop.
3. The lack of surveillance at the reception at night allowed the celebration of a party in the rooms. We had to make an international call to the hotel to complain at 2am. It was fixed quickly.
4. Room not recommended for long stays. There was no closet, no drawers, no table. If he wanted to eat something he had to do it sitting up in bed.

Hotel recién renovado en parte, con ascensores (hubo días que no funcionaron) e instalaciones nuevos. Nevera y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, algo que hoteles de más categoría de Londres no tenían.
Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, teniendo en cuenta nuestros intereses y motivos del viaje. Buena comunicación de autobuses y metro cercano. Rápido acceso a varias estaciones de tren.
El personal del hotel estuvo atento a todas nuestras peticiones a lo largo de las dos semanas de estancia, aunque algún problema no se resolvió del todo. La dificultad es de que si no hablas muy bien en inglés y nadie habla español en el hotel es difícil comunicar todos los pormenores de una incidencia.
Lo peor:
1. Nadie subió a limpiar ni a preparar la habitación hasta el cuarto día, después de tener que solicitarlo personalmente, Incluso tuvimos que bajar a por papel higiénico a la recepción ya que no hay teléfono en la habitación. Luego subieron a diario. Durante esos cuatro días tampoco disfrutamos del te, café y agua diario que anuncian en sus servicios.
2. Presión del agua muy baja, e inexistente a veces. No lo solucionaron. La respuesta fue que si se duchaba mucha gente a la vez bajaba la presión.
3. La falta de vigilancia en la recepción por la noche permitió la celebración de alguna fiesta en las habitaciones. Tuvimos que hacer una llamada internacional al hotel para quejarnos a las 2 de la madrugada. Se solucionó rápido.
4. Habitación no recomendada para largas estancias. No había un armario, ni cajones, ni mesa. Si quería comer algo tenía que hacerlo sentado en la cama.
