C. L.Wow! This was the most wonderful hotel we could have ever stayed at while in London. From the rooms, to the staff - everything was beyond perfect. A very special thank you to Katia who was incredibly helpful during our stay along with Sylvia, Jamie & Spencer. We can't wait to be back.
P. J.Having been a fond visitor of the restaurant for some time, the departure of Adam Handling costs them a star as they’re not up to the same standards anymore.
Still worthy of a visit, but sad to see the decline in the food.

Booked a room for my wife's birthday. Yes it's not your budget ibis in the price department but the adage 'you get what you pay for' has never ever felt truer.
The staff are INCREDIBLE. Nothing is too much trouble. When we arrived there was a card and small cake for my wife in addition to the bottle of wine I requested. We ate at the bar and it's was delicious.
I am writing this from the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in, after recoeveing my chosen pillow (anti snore) from the sleep concierge and getting a turn down service.
This place is heaven in London. You deserve The Cadogan.

E. E.I had the vegan afternoon tea. Most of it tasted great but the vegan scones tasted dry and there was no vegan cream as per the menu. Shame as the cream could have actually took away from the dryness of the scone. Service was very attentive, presentation was beautiful and staff were lovely.

M. j.What a gem of a place!! Honestly I didn’t expect the hotel to be this fabulous. I loved that it combines modern with character and the staff were all so accommodating. I came with my son and we really felt at home. The rooms I must say are quite large for London hotel sizes. And the most important part is the location, you are at the center yet away from the hustle and bustle! Many bus stops beside the hotel and 2 stations just a few minutes a way. I’m totally in love with every single detail of the hotel. Hats off to the designers as they really revamped the hotel and completely transformed it!!

J.My favourite place in London to getaway from all the stress and hustle of work Whether it's raining or sunny you can always find me at the outside patio writing away and drinking my favourite wine. Their wine list is incredible. They allow you to taste before you buy. We celebrate my Grandma's birthday at the bar and she took at least four tastes before we chose the bottle she liked 😆😅😅😅Do also try Adam Handlings sparkling wine. I was pleasantly surprised. Some nights are busier than others, but the staff are always giving there best. Now it's officially winter it's nice to see the doormen in their striking red uniform.
