The staff from the concierge Ahmed through to housekeeping and reception staff can't do enough for you. Rooms spotless and hotel is very well maintained. Had room service for breakfast (a full English) and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.
S. O.
Didn't stay but used their excellent parking service. Both Richard the Concierge and Richard the doorman were so helpful and all sorted easily and safely. Definitely park there again - great price for Central London - highly recommend 👏
A. T.
Lovely little hotel. Very well situated in central London. Close to tube station, so many nice bars, restaurants and shops around. The staff are nice too. Mr Thomas was super kind and very helpful to us. He has looked after us very well. We used their parking facilities.
J. C.
The staff at this hotel were fantastic, especially Antonelle who was on reception when we arrived.
The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, the only let down was the walls are quite thin as we could hear a couple in the room next to us arguing at 2am! Otherwise this would have been 5 stars from me.
A. H.
Nice central hotel, baths available if you get tired of just showers. Nice bar and plentiful breakfast. Pretty easy to get a taxi on Jermyn Street and there are some excellent restaurants nearby. Piccadilly is only a few minutes walk away.
C.
We had lunch on a day they were very quite due to covid. Service and food were excellent. We we on a deal so it was very reasonable but extras were comparatively expensive as they are of course charged at the restaurants normal tariff.
N. D.
Excellent bottomless prosecco afternoon tea experience. Five star waiter Andrei gave us a very welcoming service and so did Emma. Freshly made delicious sandwiches and freshly baked cakes. Generous prosecco refill 🥂🍾

This hotel is just fab. Went for our honeymoon night and stayed in the penthouse suite with the balcony. The bed was so great that we wanted to take it home. The bathroom was big enough to sleep a family of four in, with lovely toiletries. The lounge area opened onto a balcony with fabulous views of the city - especially at night. The staff were just brilliant and could not do enough for us - everyone from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant staff were great. Alasandrassa (?) at Reception worked some miracles for us and we're really grateful to her for making, and not breaking, our honeymoon. Thank you everyone.
A most definite recommendation to stay if in London. Lovely location.

Came here for afternoon tea with my mother. Service was impeccable. We had bottomless Proseco. Would highly recommend The Cavendish.

This is a great London hotel with car park and location. What makes it special are the Staff who care and look after the guests. Ricky on Reception was fantastic and made our stay memorable forever. The staff at breakfast were a great team and very polite, happy and attentive. We will be returning every year to The Cavendish-thank you all who work their.

Lovely hotel in great location for the westend.
Rooms very comfortable, outside windows could do with an upgrade to offer better double glazing and noise suppression.
B. R. C.
I’ve stayed here several times and am always impressed. Prices are very reasonable for this part of London and the service is always top notch. Rooms are spacious and updated.
M. M.
Promised more than it delivered. Quite dated and tired, tiny room.
A positive was their breakfast.
Big plus was to the Concierge who helped us to sort out a day 2 COVID test that had not been delivered.
A. 2.
Nice (small) room in the centre of London, close to Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham palace etc.
D. H.
Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained with friendly and welcoming staff. We booked a classic room and upon the hotel finding out it was our anniversary we was upgraded to the Queen Suit and greeted with a bottle of wine on ice and a card congratulating us. The room was a little small but it suited us fine, we had great views. Will definitely be coming back later in the year for a long weekend for my partners 50th birthday. Can't wait.
S. V.
Expensive for what it is. As you'd expect clean, comfy, tidy, good service and food but basically you're paying extra for the postcode.
T. C.
We had bottomless afternoon tea and it was good but not free flowing. The food was lovely but the service could have been better
T. M.
Great afternoon tea with bottomless prosecco. All dietary preferences were easily catered for.
G. M.
Location, location, location.
Helpful pleasant staff.
Good sized comfortable quiet bedroom.
N. G.
Bottomless procecco afternoon tea. Very good. Sandwich were lovely but could have done with more (extra cost). Cakes all good. Staff very friendly & glass constantly refilled.

Well what can I say. The Cavendish hotel in London is absolutely incredible. From the front of house staff to the ladies and gents serving breakfast and the management team are just something special. We arrived early and our room was ready and we were upgraded to a lovely big room with a fantastic view of London. On the second day it was my birthday and there was a problem with the bathroom so the manager that day upgraded us to a penthouse suite and gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday what amazing customer service thank you so much. I can’t wait to return with my friends and family. Absolutely fantastic you should be all so proud of yourself thank you and see you all very soon
J. E.
We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary & they gave us a lovely bottle of wine and an anniversary card both a pleasant surprise
D. T.
It was clean and the staff where friendly. But could not eat in the restaurant through lack of staff. Would not book again.
c. b.
A nice hotel in a great location. The sraff are attentive and the decor is nice. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. My only issue is that the rooms are very small.
R. D.
Perfect location all of central London within walking distance. Good value for money. Full skysports and movies was good. However breakfast was average and other hotels I've stayed in London have had better rooms. Ask for river views.
M. L.
Great room great service great breakfast and bar

Just stayed at the cavendish for 2 nights, staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you . We stayed in the executive suite on the 15th floor fantastic room, nice and clean the bed was very comfy, the room has everything you could wish for including a fridge which was very handy, the views across London were amazing.
The hotel is in a excellent location to be able to walk to the main shops of regent street/ Bond Street, Buckingham palace and many other local attractions.
Would like to wish all staff a very happy Christmas and a much better year to come.
Thank you to everyone. Debbie & Chris.

Only went here to park the car. The place has parking which is open to the public.
It’s £8 for one hour and £26 for 2 hours. The staff itself was very helpful.
M. W.
Lovely professional service with a smile, absolutely no complaints.
D. H.
We used the parking service here, the concierge service was absolutely outstanding! 10 stars if I could..
A. A.
Great location and really comfortable bed but numerous broken amenities
J. S.
Only used them for parking but service was outstanding
K. G.
Fantastic hotel. Excellent location. So central yet quiet. Lovely room (815 Queen Superior) with good amenities. The Birthday cake was an unexpected and delicious surprise. Super staff - courteous, efficient and friendly. Good value when compared to other Central hotels. Would definitely stay again. 😁

Arrived very early, got straight into our room. 12th floor, great room, slept well, polite staff, good breakfast, great location, well worth every penny. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable
A. R.
Excellent location and very polite and attentative staff. Room was clean and of an adequate size. Bar food very good and again very polite and attentative staff. I like too that the hotel seems to be quiet despite being busy but you don't get that noisy, over run feeling that you experience at a lot of London hotels. I would have given 5 stars but we had a lot of noise from outside the room (on the street) as people were leaving some event or other. Also we were near the air conditioning system outlet but all hotels have to have one and that is just the luck of the draw. We've stayed here before and did not have that experience.
K. M.
Blink and you'll think that you're in a five star property. Central location which made the visit that much more enjoyable. Very comfortable stay with hotel staff being ever so helpful. Lovely rooms that include an iron and board amongst other things. Would love to stay again!
A. A.
The location is amazing, with many restaurants and places to see right outside the hotel. The rooms are very small and old fashioned but are clean. The staff are very nice. There are also refreshments and snacks in the lobby. In conclusion, the location is great but the rooms are small.
K. A.
Nice Hotel, but the food menu doesn't put nationals from all continents into consideration.
J. W.
Really nice hotel with a very central location. Rooms were clean and sized accordingly. Beds and blankets were fabulous. I've never slept this great in London. Will choose the Cavendish Hotel again for my next stay!
B. I.
I booked this hotel based on the reviews I saw online and based on the good pricing I saw. This is located in St. James right off Piccadilly. There are many restaurants, shops, museums and Buckingham Palace within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating and even remembered our names when we walked in and out. The executive room was very clean, had a great bathroom and really nice views. The breakfast here is fantastic. The fruit and eggs are very fresh, the yogurt and coffee are great and the pastries are wonderful. It was so good we ended up having breakfast there every day we were there. The only complaint I have is that even though we were on a high floor the noise from the bar on the weekend was unbearable. People were screaming and yelling in the street until 4 in the morning. Thankfully we were only there one day of the weekend for this. That is not enough to stop me from staying there next time we go to London.
L. B.
Great location in the heart of London, just 10 mins walk to the West End but far enough away from all the noise. Room was exceptionally presented and clean. Check in and out both quick and professionally handled. No issues with my stay and would use again for location.
A. K.
Excellent four-star plus hotel in a great and very convenient location. Staff is a major asset: Ilaria checked me in a very pleasant and effective manner, and I found Emily's had taken care of and maintained a spotless room. A home away from home.
G. B.
Fantastic hotel, a great price, excellent location and really nice staff. I highly recommend staying here, such lovely views from our superior room window.
N. E.
Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. They can't do enough to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Professional and courteous but also friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would thoroughly recommend.
M. F.
I gave this 4 rating eventually, but it was close to getting 3 for lack of communication. There was a mess up over the room booking between Expedia and the hotel. The hotel was fully booked and the attitude at front desk was simply 'take it or leave it'. Given this was two days before NYE I was left with little option. Housekeeping staff we extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to help.
As an apology we were offered complimentary breakfast for our stay. However, this was not communicated to the restaurant staff which created further embarrassment and needless conflict. This was all repeated on day 2, despite having cleared it up the day before. And to top it off, breakfast was quite average.
However, on the plus side. The hotel is well smart and well appointed. The location is fantastic and the beds comfortable.
Basically a smart hotel and good value for London, but a terrible lack of communication and poor attitude when something was wrong. They clutched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Great room, in a great hotel with great people in a great area!
The room was big, clean and the view was fantastic. The personnel is very professional. We were supported in each request. The concierge was very proactive. He proposed assistance on things that we were not even thinking to do. this place will be our first choice when we will be back to London.

Stayed at The Cavendish for one week for a business trip.
It was great to have a room available after a transatlantic flight.
I had problems with toilet and shower draining as soon as I got there and they promptly fixed it.
I had a little bit of an issue explaining things to front desk attendants as they seemed to constantly misunderstand things
When it came time to ordering a taxi back to airport there seemed to be a lot of confusion, they had to call my room quite late at night twice to confirm time and it was still ordered 30 minutes later than requested.
Since 95% of my stay was paid by my employer the taxi was charged to my personal credit card without asking or telling me that it was already paid.
Other than numerous misunderstandings the hotel was nice, clean and good location for shopping.

Our recent stay was one of several we have done and the standards of service were as great as ever. The staff are extremely accommodating and the level of comfort is excellent. Superbly located for many attractions and of course theatre land. My wife and i would like to thank the staff for their superb friendly service which made our stay very relaxing. Will certainly return again in the future.
L. F.
Stayed here twice, a week apart. Nicely sized and appointed rooms, excellent showers, fine restaurant, helpful staff. Deduct one star for non-working refrigerator first time and uncontrollable a/c second stay.
B. R.
We were a couple and stayed in the hotel for a couple nights over the weekend. We were well greeted by staffs the minute that we walked from Jermyn St entrance not knowing there were stairs down to the reception lobby. It was our taxi cabby's fault for not knowing the hotel drop off entrance was just around the corner. Nonetheless, the concierge quickly reached to our luggages and securely placed them on the trolly ready to be delivered to our room. The superior room was clean and well equipped with essentials including safe box, fridge, coffee machine plus a few coffee pods, tea & kettle set, etc. However, Bose speaker doesn't have bluetooth connection. The availability was only through iPod docking which is a real shame. The mattress was firm and comfortable, not hard nor too springy. The bathroom was bright and clean. We particularly love high water pressure and white towels had a very clean smell from high-heat dryer rather than a fragrance from a softener. Our room was on the 8th floor so we enjoyed the views of London skylines both day and night times. The only criticism was the noise from early hours in the morning when housekeepers started preparing their routines. Perhaps our room was next to their station room because we could hear everything as if they were working in our bathroom. There were 3 lifts in the hotel so we never had to wait for longer than a couple minutes to get a lift. The location was extremely convenient and we didn't need a single cap during our stay as we were already in the centre of everything. Paul bakeries, The Wosley, Fortnum & Mason's were just a stone-throw-away from the hotel so we had our breakfasts there which means we couldn't give any feedback on hotel's breakfast. Nonetheless, we would definitely come back (and try their breakfast) or would recommend this hotel to any of our friends.
M. L.
Rooms are nice. Hotel is fairly modern but the hallways can smell a bit musty. Sky TV in the rooms and WiFi is good. Restaurant is decent. Portions are on the small side but tasty.
J. K.
Had a beautiful city break here for the wife's birthday. Perfect location, stunning views and friendly staff.
Will definitely use them again when we're staying in the city
A. S.
Brilliant first impressions, a very welcoming hotel, accomodating and helpful. Perfect location into the city. The room was really nice, good facilities a big bed and very comfy. The only issue was being woken up by taxi horns at 4am from clubbers over the road exiting the premises. Needs better spund proofing on windows. But all in all a really lovely hotel.
L. V.
Wow what a hotel!!
The staff pulled out all the stops to make my stay with them very special. The staff are very well presented are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room yes it was a tad on the small side but still plenty of room to do what you need to do. The full English breakfast was delicious. The selection at breakfast was that great I was spoilt for choice.
Thank you to the staff for making me feel so welcome and special.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting London. Hope I get to stay again in March 😀
J. D.
This was a mother's day gift from my grandson with my daughter the service was excellent very polite and attentive the food was everything we eat plus the Prossecco was very nice we would not hestate to recommend

This hotel is situated in a great location and delivers a fantastic stay. I have stayed with the Cavendish twice now. Most recently for my birthday 17/03/2018 and I had the most magical experience. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. They even left a card and a cake in my room to mark my birthday. The beds are the best sleep that I have ever had and the location just can't be beaten. We had a view of the London eye and surrounding landscape. Personally this would be my top choice when staying in London for a nice getaway.
L. E.
This was my third stay in this great place. The location is fantastic. Fortnum's becomes your corner shop. The rooms are good, very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely toiletries and good coffee. The breakfasts are fab! Best croissants ever. Plenty for vegetarians, hurrah! Recommended.
K. D.
Stayed here for a birthday trip to London. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and was a perfect location to go to lots of places.
We enjoyed coffee machine & complimentary water provided.
E. D.
Very convenient location, in the heart of Piccadilly, within walking distance to Theatreland, Leicester Square, Buckingham Palace and Mayfair. The room was clean, luxurious, with lots of amenities, however a little on the small side. The staff was pleasant, smiling and always available to help. The price was reasonable. Overall I was happy with my stay.
C. P.
Four of us visited on a Groupon deal. We had a three course meal with a bottle of wine between two. Surroundings were nice. Our coats were taken and we were shown to a nice round corner table. Choice was limited to three starters & three mains but we all found something suitable. Service was good & the food was hot & tasty. All in all we were impressed with all aspects of the meal but maybe a wider choice would be good.
L. A.
Great location, friendly and super helpful staffs. Thank you for trying very hard to solve the problem with the disturbing smell in the room. The move to another room the next day was arranged when we came back in the afternoon. Although we didn't ask, complementary breakfast was offered througout our stay as compensation. Thank you very much, we greatly appreciate your kind gesture.
A.
Nice place. Very big. Clean. Had a evening meal there. It took ages to be served but the staff were great. Food was nice when it came. Great wine selection if that's your thing. Very central hence the price.
R. W.
Great location! Had a comfy room but beware big difference between rooms. Skip the hotel breakfast for £25. You can do a lot better around the corner. If you are a runner try the Themes route up to London Tower Bridge for a fast flat 14k
S. J.
Just spent a delightful two nights with my daughter celebrating our 70th and 40th birthdays. I cannot fault the hotel. Great views from the 14th floor room. It is wonderful and the staff (all of them!) are brilliant. Always a smile, from the dining room staff, reception, chambermaids and the concierge guys. It has made our short break in London a pleasure.
M. P.
Just home from Afternoon Tea for a family celebration. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. I would particularly like to thank Bibek the restaurant manager and the lovely young lady, Stephanie who poured our drinks and looked after us...she was absolutely amazing!
m. f.
The hotel was lovely. Decor was smart and classy. The team members I met were polite, friendly and professional. Great location in the centre of London. Room service was quick and well done. I would recommend this hotel.
G. K.
Wonderful location, great hotel, very friendly staff, wonderful beds and great food. The staff does everything to accommodate your needs. I have stayed several times and it is always a pleasure to stay there.

Our 'go to" hotel in Central London. Wonderful location and friendly, helpful staff.
K. I.
I was going to give it a 4.5, but really, we had no issues while we were there, and for what we paid, the location, and hotel itself, we had no complaints. I'm of the mindset of rating according to expectations - a five star rating doesn't mean it's comparable to the Ritz down the street - it means it delivered what was promised without issues. And Cavendish did just that. The location is fantastic - we took the Tube straight from Heathrow to Green Park station without issue, and it's only a few blocks walk from there. The Green Park station is on three lines, all of which get to you almost all places. Plus, it's walking distance to most places (we like to walk, so we walked 7-10 miles every day). We loved the Soho neighborhood, and it's only a few blocks away.
Our *only* issue was how small our room was. We're two pretty tall people, so it was a bit of a tight squeeze for us. But we made it work, and frankly, our trip was pretty inexpensive, so I don't think it's worth knocking off a star rating. It was quiet, even though it was really close to very busy areas (Piccadilly/Oxford Street). We were there for a week and had no problems or concerns.
We didn't eat there, or use any additional services. Just basically used it as our base for sleeping/resting/showering.

I stayed here for two nights recently, having arrived at the hotel at 7:30AM - much too early to check in at most hotels. The front desk, however, was extremely accommodating and provided me with a room!
Only thing I had an issue with was the bathroom tub door - the seal at the bottom was not tight, and so when showering, water would leak out and drip onto the floor. The first time this happened my floor was partially flooded - I ended up putting towels there as a preemptive measure.
S. H.
Would have given more stars, but for the over soft bed. Had to put pillows down the middle to stop my husband and I rolling into each other in a heap in the middle. Otherwise we'd have had to hang on to the edges.
B. G.
Stayed here for my first time in London. The hotel was great. The location is amazing in Soho. Close to the metro, Green Park, and national museum. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom had a towel warmer. Would stay here again!
G. B.
Excellent location in the heart of mayfair. Staff all seem friendly and professional, as you would expect from an hotel classified 4 star. I had a standard room with a great view.
T. D.
Stayed here for a night. Good location to all the shops in the area. Service was very nice by every. Had a room on the 14th floor with a view. Room was on the smaller side but clean and nice.
P. C.
Probably my favourite hotel in London.
Staff are excellent and the views and location are fantastic.
Not a complete package, as I have high standards.
But when all things are considered it's 5 stars for the location and value.
Try the french toast at breakfast..
G. H.
Service was good. The concierge handed me a bottle of water and towel when I came back after my run - very nice touch! Rooms are comfortable but small.
J. F.
Fantastic hotel. Perfect location, near to everything we want. The room is spotless, the bathroom ample and the bed is one if the comfiest we have slept in. We would definitely stay here again
B. D.
The location is nice for walking around the expensive shops. It seems safe. The standard room is small by American standards, but very nice and clean. The breakfast price would be outrageous if we didn't have the free breakfast included room price.
果.
The hotel is centrally placed to allow access to theatres or sights. It is very comfortable, with free wifi and Sky tv in the room. Excellent food in the restaurant with attentive staff. Hotel is very quiet at night, despite being well subscribed.
a. r.
Absolutely lovely stay. Excellent staff throughout the stay. Great food and lovely rooms. The most comfortable night away we have had. Cant recommend highly enough.
K. P.
Room comfortable, bulb blown in desk lamp only stayed 1 night so no point reporting it, otherwise good all round. Breakfast of a high standard location superb.
J. M.
Super hotel, great location, great rooms, nice friendly staff, upgrade to the larger rooms it's definitely worth the space and comfort, the lounge is very relaxed with more great staff, food very good, turn down service available also, no gym or pool on site but personal training can be booked
C. S.
The Cavendish Hotel is a hipsters paradise, cool, quiet and this hipster chick loves that. I do want to party when I come to London, but want to keep the party in the club not bring it back to the hotel. My life is more about having an atmosphere to work and create then be the life of the party. I love a hotel that can pamper by just having the little things that I need at my figure tips. The staff was incredible from check in to check out. The staff was pleasurable and charming, so on my next visit to London you will know where to find me at The Cavendish Hotel.
G. M.
Very good executive hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Within walking distance of all shops and Greenpark and Picadilly subway stations. If you like tailor made suites, shirts, shoes etc. then Jermyn street is right there. Rates are high but well worth it....large executive rooms with spacious bathrooms. Always a good stay.
R. D.
I was there to have a phone meeting because it was quite there for a coffee and meeting. The staff, a lady working in the cafe/lounge was amazing and so helpful.
I give her 5 stars... unfortunately I ended up sitting close to the entrance because of the bad network and the door opened as soon as I moved. So that and the works outside interrupted my phone meeting...
А. Ч.
I am impressed by the beauty and comfort of this hotel 😍❤❤❤
P. R.
Used The Cavendish for meetings and lunch. Staff are always friendly and the food is good. Portions are quite big though so be prepared. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the air con! It gets stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Lovely place though. Would recommend.
M. J.
Dated bathrooms and furniture in some rooms .
Didn’t see for a while a hotel without a turdown service.
Cleanliness should improve . 1 lady for an entire floor ?
Empty minibar ? Weird
T. B.
Very pleased - although I only stayed for a single night I found the hotel staff in particular very helpful and accomodating. The concierge even rushed a suit of mine to another hotel for overnight dry cleaning as I had arrived too late to make use of the Cavendish's own service - and he collected it for me at 6am the following morning. I will be staying here again when I am next in the area.
Stayed July 2013 for one night on business

This is our third stay in a year and we loved it. Just about the perfect location for The West End and Soho. Trafalgar Square is a short walk, as is Buckingham palace. Breakfast is fabulous, with loads of veggies options.
G. d. L.
Probably one of the best hotels to stay in Central London. I have stayed there for so many times and I look forward to be back soon. Great Location! Fantastic Staff team! And Beautiful rooms!
O. K.
My company's office is just 5 minutes away, so very convenient location.
Clean
Breakfast is tasty and you can choose between English, continental, fruits, etc.
Individual AC
Good bad
Some construction works, but does not disturb much.
Definitely recommend.
J. C.
Comfortable bed and great breakfast!
H. A.
Easy check in check out, comfortable rooms with hairdryer, tea & coffee, breakfast extra but nice for a treat. All in all enjoyed our 4 night stay & will return
I. E.
Fabulous place that is sadly surrounded by building sites currently but it didn't spoil a great visit to the cocktail bar on the first floor. Great knowledgeable staff with a friendly chat while we were waiting for friends to arrive and silky silent service once they'd joined us..... bravo
T. G.
Newly modernised hotel. Good location off Piccadilly and relatively quiet in rooms. Rooms are clean and well equipped with the usual London space constraints (they are small). Nothing special and the perennial hotel problems - poorly lit and bathrooms are designed to be looked at not used (who ever thought that sink design was a good idea is a lunatic who clearly never washes). Some attempts to use new technology fail miserably - the android phone/info device is so poorly specced and slow as to be be utterly unusable. Who is going to use that when you've almost certainly got a much better device yourself. Doesn't affect a fundamentally decent nights stay but it's just silly.
B. P.
Incredibly friendly staff. Location is phenomenal (for Central London). Their (Handy) is free for guest use, and is a mobile device that gives you free access to maps, the internet, and texts/calls to the US. Clean room.
W. K. W.
I never actually stayed at the hotel, so I can't a comment on that side of things, but I had the pleasure of enjoying a drink or two in the Lobby bar and a meal in their Petrichor restaurant. Both the bar and restaurant are places which I would recommend visiting. The service was exceptionally good, as was the menu choices and quality of the food.
S. F.
What can I say about this wonderful hotel ?? I was lucky enough to win an overnight stay in an Executive Room on the 10th Floor ! What a treat ! The views across London were stunning - we could see The London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster and the Shard easily from our window. The comfort of the bed was simply divine - the best I have ever had in a London hotel. The Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome surprise and the pods were even replenished while we were out at the theatre - hows that for service! All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had booked us tickets for Singin in The Rain which was an absolute delight and the seats were excellent. Breakfast was fabulous - I particularly liked how each item was locally sourced and labelled where it was from. The hotels own home made marmalade is a gastronomic treat for the taste-buds( how I wish I had taken a little pot home !) The Cavendish is in an ideal central location where many of London's attractions are only a short walk away. I would recommend The Cavendish to anyone wanting great service and a little luxury - I absolutely loved it and hope to stay again.

Ideally located for the West End and right next door to Fortnum & Masons and the stunning Burlington House. Great skyline views from the rooms on 14th floor (we were in 1411).
P. B.
Very good high standard hotel in a great location in St James. Close to many high end shops and restaurants and also near enough to the tourist spots if that's what you want. Very friendly and courteous staff.
M. H.
The food was good, but the selection of dishes was limited and slightly less gourmet than I expected (burger or fish and chips...). But the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Overall a lovely evening, and a nice place.
J. M.
We have just had a lovely meal with great wine served by wonderful staff. We could not have asked for more, thank you all so much, you made my mums 74th birthday perfect.
S. S.
Fantastic location, extremely comfortable beds, excellent food and you are made to feel like family throughout your stay.
P. K.
Very nice, well located hotel in picadilly. Rooms are quite modern and price is not too hight. Looking forward to book another stay
F. T.
Had a Groupon voucher, therefore fixed menu. Wanted to change my mashed potatoes to crushed potatoes as in another dish but was told that that's not possible. Told the waiter to omit the mash then but still served with it n got left behind, what a waste. Otherwise the food is of high quality n very tasty.
S. B.
Great experience all round. Big modern room, friendly reception staff, well serviced breakfast. Hope to be back.
B. W.
Location was great. Breakfast was lovely. Room I had was very average, leaky coffee machine and view over a noisy construction site.
J. A.
Nice room with a great view!. Clean, lovely shower room, coffee machine and so central .. what more could you need. Great breakfast too!
J. W.
Used to frequent the bar/lounge a lot a few years ago. Big refit since my last visit, lounge is on the first floor now, comfy seats, nice ambience.
Y. G.
Amazing experience, extremely helpful staff rooms are good & clean. A little expensive but totally worth it given the location and the quality of staff
C. G.
I stayed one night but a very magical one. The room was gorgeous, so very comfortable with a brilliant view on the City. There even was a Nespresso machine in the room. I indulged in breakfast in the room, so lovely to sip your coffee overlooking London. It also is a pleasure wandering around the hotel, filled with work of art and cute lounges. Do try their restaurant too - the Petrichor really was a lovely choice for the evening, a nice twist on British cuisine, using first class products. The location of the hotel is ideal too - right in the center, just behind Fortnum and Mason. Hop to Ladurée, the local Museum, lots of buses and tube stations nearby too. A very practical and romantic place to stay. Do not hesitate!
E. W.
Great location. Polite staff and lovely room. We were located at the top so had wonderful views of the city. Right next door to Fortnum and Masons and easy to get to on the tube.
c. i.
Great room, comfortable bed, friendly staff
J. T.
Great value hotel with comfort in central London. Short walk to all the main action - downside bar was drab and dull. Saying that ok for a night cap after kicking heels up in London Town
m. s.
Lovely hotel. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Clean and fresh. Would stay again.
F.
Thank you for an awesome experience. Bargain price for central London: leave your car and keys and it gets driven away for you - I did not see that coming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
K. D.
Absolutely gorgeous place, rooms are clean, as expected. Staff are kind and polite. Superb location!
D. K.
Just checked in this morning and have stayed at the Cavendish many times. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Mix that with location and you are in the heart of London staying in a place with heart!
D. B.
Great hotel, friendly staff, great restaurant, and really good food. Concierge persons are a great help and very friendly and will ho out of their way to help you out.
N. W.
We love staying at the Cavendish for a few nights when in London because it is so central. The rooms are small but we are not there for the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly.
J. E.
Just about the best possible location for a stay in West End. Everything is in walking distance. This hotel is an oasis of calm we had a high quality room and brilliant views of London.
C.
Only there for a meeting over coffee but greeting and concierge were great and looked after a big bag I had. Service in lounge was average. Too slow.
R. M.
A modern excellently located hotel in Jermyn Street. Very efficient service from staff with well appointed rooms and fine views from many. A favourite place to stay in and around Piccadilly.
P. S.
A very interesting hotel in central London with a great deal of history - in fact, it is the place where the 'Duchess of Duke St' held court for many years. Attentive staff, and the hotel's secret is it's rooms on the upper floors - they have commanding views across town
R. S.
Very nice hotel and staff
K. W.
Brilliant location next to Fortnum and Mason. Lovely rooms, would recommend stopping on 15th floor - amazing views. Food is good and the staff are very helpful! Will be returning in the future.
L. W.
Nice hotel near Piccadilly Circus. I stayed there for five nights. Walking distance to all the popular attractions in London. Very easy to get around.
J. H.
The breakfast is a big let down at a relatively expensive hotel. The hotel bar is also poor, both in atmosphere and drinks.
A big plus for the parking.
L. R.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location. Lot's of different options for breakfast cooked perfectly
N. T.
Great business hotel in the city. Location is very close to Piccadilly Circus. Polite and friendly staff. The only issue I have is that the lifts can be slow sometimes.
G. B.
Nice hotel, great location. Our room was next to the lift so we were kept awake all night by the sound of it
S. K.
Perfect location and superior service. Breakfast is expensive for the selection offered, but there are many small cafeterias around, allowing alternatives.
S. B.
FIRST VISIT TO THE CAVENDISH HOTEL,BUT IT WONT BE MY LAST . FIRST CLASS HOTEL WITH FANTASTIC SERVICE ,FROM EVERY MEMBER
OF STAFF AND THE POSITION OF THE HOTEL IS FANTASTIC IF YOU HAVE BOOKED TO SITE SEE
M. E. L.
Lovely warm friendly staff from the reception to the house cleaning staff, the hotel is very comfortable, and very central to all amenities, will be booking again for our next stay in London
C. B.
Really nice hotel in a great location but don't go to the bar, it's really expensive (Which I did expect) but the service was rubbish and so were the drinks.
M. B.
Fantastic location right in the centre of London. Gorgeous building and fabulous rooms. Very friendly staff. Loved staying here.
R. C.
All the staff were pleasant helpful and made us feel welcome the rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was a buffet with freshly cooked options making the whole stay very enjoyable
D. M.
Hat a lovely afternoon at the cavendish
S. P.
Very nice hotel in great location
J. B.
The Cavendish London is very accessible, friendly, courteous staff. We found it very central for our purpose. Good breakfast, nice lounge, Gerda was particularly helpful.
M. D.
Good, pleasant rooms, restaurant and meeting rooms, very nice staff. Allows you a good and pleasant stay without being marvellous. Well located.
C. H.
Great service and staff. Room was comfortable and modern, with great amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
I. J.
Mediocre hotel with mediocre water pressure. Don't expect anything fancy.
Nonetheless, great location!
Y.
Quiet room and nice view from 8 floor. Good breakfast but little bit expensive.
M. D. B.
Great accommodation very helpful staff breakfast left alot to be desired as did the evening meal. The high tea was amazing
T. M.
The rooms are nice but stayed in a room on level 3 could do with having double glazing fitted as kept getting woke up by lots of street noise. My advice would be if staying at this hotel try to get a room on one of the higher floors saying that great location
M. L.
Very pleased with our stay. Well priced. Thanks for the excellent customer service !
A. O.
Bottomless prosecco with delectable dishes. Staff were attentive and friendly which made for an unforgettable experience.
S. G.
Local to Picadilly, 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, rooms are around £300 per night for a double but the rooms are small without opening windows. I visited during the summer and the in room air conditioning was not up to the challenge
K. C.
Central location, good facilities and friendly, efficient staff. Downside is the thin walls leading to disturbing noise both in the guest rooms and in the conference rooms.
M. E.
Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants and tube stations, nice clean rooms, with special touches (umbrella, free loaner smartphone) and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
L. P.
Fantastic hotel in Mayfair with lovely views of London. Looking forward to staying here again next time I am down in London.
M. V.
Absolutely to notch. Staff. Service. Great views. This has become our London hotel of choice.

Great location, lovely rooms and helpful staff. All round pretty much perfect!
J. L.
Good hotel, as you would expect for something in central London, no faults although was a tad noisy at night and walls are thin.
T. A.
Great location just a few minutes from Piccadilly, nice rooms very clean. Get the upper floors for great views
F. Y. D.
Location, location , location! Superbly placed in the heart of downtown. Excellent service, welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. We will be back!
D. B.
I was at the Cavendish for a business briefing. The room was light and airy and had a constant supply of tea and coffee. Audio and video worked perfectly.
A. E.
Wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect, the service exceeding expectations. A real must !
F.
Comfortable hotel very well located. Great buffet for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
J. L.
Came here for lunch with a friend. We were greeted and welcoming. Friendly staff. Food was well presented and taste amazing.
M. C.
Great location. Many things do not function: room cleaning after 17 h, key hole not working etc
J. E.
Very good customer service. The restaurant is very good as well but not so known, so quiet if you need a calmed atmosphere to enjoy company.
J. T.
Great Staff particularly the Concierge and the Bell team. Great rooms, cosy and perfectly utilized with regards to space.
A. S.
Lovely stay. Very central, shame London is so empty at the moment. Will stay again.
J. T.
