Hi, my experience here was amazing. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and attentive. i forgot my designer jacket at my room after checkout. The front desk attendant, Sunny, was very kind and helpful in helping me retrieve my jacket. I highly recommend this accommodation :)

Gaven has been absolutely incredible with selling and processing our move to The Collective Canary Wharf! Even though as long-term Collective Old Oak Member I was sure sale, Gavin has truly gone above and beyond in assisting myself and my partner with our move, often replying to messages late at night, organising a viewing on the same day as we requested one, and being extraordinarily helpful with our transition from one collective building to another.
Gavin has truly injected even more excitement into me and my partner to moving to The Collective Canary Wharf we cannot wait to begin our adventure thank you Gaven!

I’d have preferred to give it 2.5. The truth is if I felt I had enough time to explore, the rating likely would have been more. Restaurant is nice although if you’re staying at the hotel, the least they could do is give hotel guests a discount. I paid £13 for a full english! Cleanliness wise, it’s not the worst but i mean the steam room was riddled with little black worms on the floor. I googled them and I believe they may be ‘drain worms’...your eyes would have to be really good to notice them crawling. The people that stay there permanently are really nice, however after speaking to quite a few, they don’t quite enjoy living there and really only enjoy the ‘people’ aspect. The rooms are ridiculously tiny. The shower is so small and the side sink isn’t big enough to wash face in... the rooms are not live-in friendly but ok for a day or 2 and even then to call this a 4 star is a little over the top. And although you can pay more for a slightly bigger room, the pricing just becomes ridiculously expensive. They would make more money allowing day passes for people who just want to use the spa (so far as they didn’t overcharge people for that too). Although it’s an aparthotel, they seem to have pretty strict rules. I asked if I could utilise the facilities after checkout as I had a late flight and was refused. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at doesn’t stop you. They have a guest card which they attach to your account so if you don’t return, you get charged extra- it’s really so simple. In fact most normally have a changing room for checked out guests. I mean it’s not mandatory but it’s hospitable. It’s really all a shame as there’s so much potential. But in normal instances, where an establishment lacks one thing, they often find a way to make up with another... all round it was just...mehhh

This building definitely has 5* potential, but unfortunately a lot of minor issues come together to affect our stay. I do however enjoy my time in here and it does surely feel like home to me. I hope next time I write a review, the collective earns a 5* it could deserve.

Stayed here for my birthday and the facilities are perfect, it has everything you need. The managers Julia and Varkan customer service was great, wasn’t happy with my room and they helped me change. Definitely recommend this place 👍

I've lived in the Collective for 4 months. Definitely the best place I've stayed in. There's a very diverse group of friendly people to meet and socialise with. I'm grateful to have made some awesome friends by staying here. There are a few problems, some of which could easily be avoided, but the pros far outweigh the cons for me. Love this place 💛

Had an amazing stay nice and relaxing good views from the 13th will lovely pool.
Room is small and compact bed very comfortable we will definitely book again.
M. R.
The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Very central, but that means there is a lot of noise outside due to railway. Sadly there is no air con, so have to leave window open to keep cool, which made it noisy at night. Lots storage, safe, fridge and great views. Little problems are that the sink is extremely low down, there is no bottle opener, no sink plugs and my biggest complaint is they have no TV Licence so although we had a television in the room, we could not watch anything during our stay. The staff try to help, but you have to get the right person to get anything done.

The Collective is an excellent place to socialise and meet people if you are new to the London. It provides a variety of in-house services such as a nice pool, sauna, gym and a play room to play ping pong, along with a 24 hour concierge. Other than the services, there are also wide variety of events organized within the community such as a sunday club, poker nights, chess clubs etc. Give heads up to Gaven , who is part of the team and always super helpful, if you want to be part of the club.
P. R.
Incredible team at the reception. Doing everything they can to help and make your stay pleasant. I warmly recommend it and hope for you that you’ll meet with Eugenia at the reception as well as Elise , Larise and Jennifer.
Thanks again for that great stay

Stayed 1 night. Room was small but we didn’t spend much time in there anyways. Left the window open over night and was woken by the sound of the DLR train going by. Great location. Friendly staff. Complimentary granola and croissant in the morning and was given complimentary late check out as well. Was able to use the pool and sauna. Great views from the pool. However there was more than 6 people in the pool area and security came in and told a couple to leave. All in all it was a good stay.
E. R.
It’s nice but small, think staying on a caravan. Pool, gym and restaurant was great!!! But the house cleaning didnt come when we asked and had put up the please clean sign and have big trouble with the included coeliac breakfast. For what you pay I wouldn’t bother. But pool and restaurant was beautiful!
J. T.
Great hotel experience, caring staff and amazing infrastructure , both the pool and rooms ( amazing view ) were great ! Deffo i place i would come back to . Lillo on the phone was extremely helpful, as well as Stephanie and Elise ! We now gotta come back for them secret places !

I've been a resident of the Collective for over a year and Gaven, who dealt with my initial enquiry, has been brilliant from start to finish. Gaven has been super responsive and helpful, and the same can be said for all the staff at the Collective. Sales, front desk, community leaders, maintenance and cleaning staff have all been a pleasure to deal with. This is truly hassle-free living with a community vibe - I have experienced it both before and during the pandemic and am so glad I chose to live here.
E. R.
The room was clean and well equipped but very small and hot, there was no aircon. Whilst bearable for one night, I couldn't imagine living there comfortably. As a hotel guest, the bar area and room service closed super early (9pm) so we couldn't make use of our 30% off and we had nowhere to sit other than the room due to covid. The gym was missing alot of random dumbbells and the breakfast supplied wasnt the best.
However, the actual building is nice and well decorated. The pool area is beautiful just a shame we could only book half an hour and the sauna was out of use.
Overall it was a nice stay however unsure if I would return.

Having been here at the collective for 6 months already my partner and I couldn’t help but extend our contract for another 12 months! We’ve felt at home since the minute we arrived due to the warm hospitality from all the staff and members here.
Gaven in particular from the sales team has really made the entire process a breeze for us regarding the admin side of things both when initially joining and when extending our contract.
With restrictions being lifted over the next few weeks and all the amazing amenities in the building becoming more readily available, we can’t help but look forward to another year here at the collective Canary Wharf!
R. B.
Had a great tour and the facilities are amazing. Looking forward to moving in and grateful to the team at front desk who were welcoming. The service provided by Gaven was to a high standard. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move in to this place.

Would love to send a special shout out to Stephanie and Elise for making my boyfriends birthday celebrations wonderful ! Lovely hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed my stay !

I recently renew my contract with The Collective Canary Wharf and also asked for an upgrade to the bigger apartment. Gaven Dhanoa respond to my query on Sunday (even tho it was his day off work) and incredibly speeded up the process for me. The viewing of the new apartment happened the same day and all paper work was done within 2 days. On Tuesday, the following week, I got an access to the new room. Excellent customer service!
H. T.
As an existing member of the collective, I wanted to thank Gaven Dhanoa for all his help regarding the upgrade of my room. I have been at the collective since August and loved living in a standard room. However, me and my partner wanted some more space so I contacted the reservations team to ask about upgrading my room. Gaven was so helpful and quick to respond to my many questions and emails. My upgrade was done so quickly and easily because of the efficiency of Gaven and the collective reservations team. Thank you!
D. P.
Apartment rooms are ok, but have no air con so very hot, windows have to be wedged open but because the building is next to the DLR its very noisy! Don't expect a lot of sleep. Shower room is very small and not very easy to use. Blind was stuck half way open. Could be better.

The Collective Canary Wharf is fantastic. I moved in a month ago and I love this place. There is a real community feel, the people here are welcoming and I have made some lovely friends.
The location is great. Its a short walk to Canary Wharf, the buses and DLR are literally around the corner and there are supermarkets and a plethora or places to eat close by - including halal food.
All the rooms are self contained studios with induction hobs so don't bring a regular pan otherwise it won't work - as I found out.
There are lots of facilities in the building including a gym, pool, library, cinema, a large kitchen, a playroom and lots of rooms to work /relax.
TCCW has regular events that are free but there are a limited number of spaces on these events with a booking system so make sure you book your space early.
I did a perfumery short course via zoom with the Experimental Perfume Club where I learned about perfumery and made my own bespoke perfume. It was an amazing experience.
Shout outs to the security guards especially Mo, Sayed and Faisal who always greet you with a smile, are friendly and are happy to have a chat with you. Cynthia on reception is lovely and helpful and Samuel for helping me to set up my own club.
A special mention to Eduardo and Gaven -Thank you both for all your help, effort and for going the extra mile, both before and after I moved in, which has really enriched my experience at The Collective Canary Wharf. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay here to get in touch with Gaven who is a real asset to this place.
M. I.
I have been a member for a few months, I have visited so many properties before coming here but the level of service and positive vibes I have experienced at the collective is just on another level.
You get all you need, if you are are looking for an hassle free life style with a wealth of communal areas this is the place for you.
Special thanks to Edoardo Romanelli, he was prompt and extremely efficient and made my move in process extremely easy. The whole team from the hub to housekeeping are just extraordinary.
Thanks again and see you soon guys !!

So, after a one month stay at The Collective Canary Wharf, I can confidently give my overall experience there a 5 star rating :) The building and all the amenities it includes are incredible. A beautifully designed place 😀 But what makes this co-living space even more inviting are the staff. Everyone is super friendly! Élise at the reception hub is so adorable. She always made time for a conversation (in French :D). I was happy to have had my check-out with her on my last day. Will definitely miss her company. And the security officer Abdul Rahim was such a gentlemen. Very kind man, always there to help. Élise and him were a great duo :) And of course, I've got to mention Gaven one last time. He has been a brilliant in organising my stay and dealing with any questions I had in mind. I also needed a little extension on my last day due to issues with my next accommodation but Gaven was very kind in informing the team about a late check out. It is truly a nice place to stay long term. Looking forward to stay there again. To the whole Collective team, Thank you! Love from Angeli x

The placement of The Collective Canary Wharf is fantastic. The hotel is close to two DLR stations and to Canary Wharf Underground station (Jubilee line). The neighbourhood is really safe and all you may need is just a few steps away.
In the building, there is a fabulous pool with a sauna and jacuzzi on the 20th floor, a well-equipped gym, a laundry room, a game room, a cinema room, etc.
In case you need, there are several areas suitable for working and the Internet connection is stable and pretty fast.
All the staff is very friendly, patient, and professional, always ready for a friendly chat. Just to mention a few, Elise, Ken, Andrei, Julien, Danielle, Alexandra, Nora, and Hanifa.
Special thanks to Alessia that, as soon as she heard some of my concerns, went the extra mile and the same day arranged a meeting with Gaven.
Gaven showed me some of the available upgrade options and the next day I was already in a much more comfortable room with a great view.
Absolutely recommended for a weekend or for a long stay.
K. B.
A 'modern village' style space and area. Useful for workspaces and events. Surprisingly no outdoor spaces, small studio spaces, too expensive for the size and total room offering, including location. Great staff - especially Gaven who showed us around - overall a nice place to stay in East London. Thank you.
T. H.
My partner and I have been long stay members at The Collective for just over a year now and we have had a fantastic stay. The entire team have been welcoming and the facilities have been excellent. It’s hard to complain when a 20th floor rooftop pool and room service is part of your everyday life! We have had two apartments moves during our stay (to upgrade) with one of them being very recent....Gaven and the team were able to prepare our new apartment, move us out of our existing apartment and in to our new home and then have the team prepare our now old room for new members within a single evening. All I had to do was WhatsApp Gaven asking if this could be a possibility for us! This is just another example of how accommodating the team at The Collective are. Thank you to the team for everything. I can recommend this place to enough!

We lived in the Collective for 3
Months. Amazing!!
The facilities and the community built around it was awesome. The staff are very welcoming specially Gaven, He helped us to find this amazing place and he was always friendly and helpful.
The view from the pool and the restaurant is amazing.
I really enjoyed My time in London.
I definitely recommend this place.

I am finally moving to The Collective in few weeks, I can't wait! Been viewing this place for quite some time now but I guess this time is just the perfect timing. Edoardo has been very kind showing me the property (before and after it was opened) and answering all my questions. And even now that I am about to move, he is still consistently helpful. Thank you.
Shout out to the reservations team as well for the quick response and settling my agreement in just one day!

Since the end of November 2019, I am staying here with 1 year contract. Location is good. Building is very new. Since it has a mixture of residents who lives long term as Serviced Apartment, Short Stays Residents and Hotel. They have some minor problems about service. Since the management and building is new, They need to improve training about staff and services to the different segmentation of customers. But generally, it is much better than dealing with a though landlord in London.
Positives: Serviced Living, Community Events, All-In-One-Bill
Negatives: No Air Condition, Needs to improve security,
A.
I'll be moving to the collective by the end of the month, so I have yet to move there but I can already vouch for the great service received. Edoardo was incredibly and helpful throughout the whole process. The rooms might be tiny but the view of Greenwich and the surroundings from the upper floors makes up for it. Hopefully, I will be back with another 5 stars in a few months.
A. A.
Gaven and his team did an excellent job and our move to Collective Canary Wharf went very smoothly. The facilities and the services they provide are at exceptional level and I have nothing positive to feed back about the entire experience.
M. P.
I lived in The Collective for one year and the experience and emotions that I got from there are only positive. Everything from rooms to employees makes me smile and come back again and again. Many thanks I would like to address to the workers, especially to Gaven Dhanoa who helped me to find this wonderful place and move me there without any problems. He and the whole team were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to stay in The Collective for one more year in order to get the same wonderful experience!
S. L.
In the next couple of days I am moving out to the Collective. The facilities and the community built around it are amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. In fact this has probably been the smoothest and warmest moving out - moving during my 10 years in London. From walking you around the building and introducing you to the shared areas and private studios to answering some of the most tedious questions as a nervous home changer, the Collective staff are professionally and personally exceptional.
R. U.
Decent property, exactly what I needed at the time. Gaven, a member of the collective team, helped me with my booking, gave me a tour of the building and made sure I was all settled in on my first day. He's very thorough and extremely patient, answering all my questions even at off hours. The collective definitely has a team thats helpful and accommodating. Check out was painless. Highly recommend getting in touch with Gaven if you're thinking of making a booking.

Amazing scenes, amazing pool views and many other amenities have been amazing, I would like to thank Alecia for allowing me to enjoy the stay and also finding my bank card when I was hungry for lunch lol.
Amazing staff, even Muhammed from night shift, amazing fella and the security are just as amazing as the staff are.
Kind regards
Essa Saleh

Edoardo Romanelli is a very competent person and available at all times. He always makes sure to meet the expectations of his customers. The visit was clear and precise for me. He helped me with my expectations in terms of entry dates, understanding of property details and process to follow. A big thank you
J. A.
A modern, safe place, wonderful location to take walks as well as amazing facilities within the building is for me what The Collective Canary Wharf is!!!
It would be unfair for me not to mention the staff members whom are essential for the collective to be a nurturing environment.
If you ever need anything or have a special prayer request you could always count on Danielle Aubrey-tootell, Alessia Di Giorgio & Elyse to try their best to make it happen!!! :)
Overall, it’s a great place to live in!!!
E. M.
I would like to Thank Gaven Dhanoa, for all his help with assisting us to get a room at The Collective. He was always available to help us, and it was a quick and smooth transition. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, we were limited to the use of shared spaces and could not enjoy The Collective to its full capacity. The Collective is situated in a very convenient area, close to shops and the station, with the DLR 1 min walk away. It was great having housekeeping come and clean our room, and change our bedding. Thanks to The Collective, we enjoyed our stay :)

Moving to a new country, city in the midst of a pandemic was not easy. Gaven Dhanoa has been extremely supportive for me during this stressful process, hee responded to all my queries with maximum professionalism. When it comes to the apartment, it is really well contained with various facilities and the staff team is amazing. I recommend it to anyone moving to London.
T. H. K.
Really appreciated the kind help and assistance by Gaven and his team. Response is always very helpful and active. During my statying, all staffs here are reliable, provided excellent services, everything I experienced here is one the best in London.
j. b.
Danielle provided us with excellent service and a complimentary room upgrade. She had a very welcoming personality and I will be returning because of her. The facilities were very clean and the room was lovely.
N. A.
Fantastic stay at The Collective Canary Wharf. Slick check in with Alexandra who was warm and friendly. Room was great, facilities are outstanding, loads of cool places to relax and work, great restaurant on the 20th floor with amazing views and great simple food (excellent lasagne).
Pool (again on the 20th floor) is very cool so make sure to book a slot with the team in advance of your stay.
Great tour for potential longer stay with Gaven too, all the staff were friendly, awesome facility, will definitely be back.
Breakfast delivered to the room was simple yet great, freshly baked Croissants, nice yoghurt granola pot and fruit. Better than the Radisson Blu is delivering at the moment!!
N. T.
Very highly recommended!
From the viewing day with Edoardo with such professionalism and friendly manner, to the day of the check in it has been such a pleasant experience.
The rooms are clean to a high standard and the layout of the studio is perfect as you have everything you need.
Despite the pandemic, the process of the booking , checks, payments, everything was handled in such a professional timely manner and made the experience so easy for my Move In, just in 24h hours.
Special Thanks to Edoardo for the warm welcome as well on the Check In Day:)

I am yet to start my experience with collective Canary wharf! The property is brilliant with all modern amenities and a beautiful pool. I had viewed the property and can’t wait to start..my first interaction was with Mr.Edoardo and I cannot be thankful enough to him..his response was always swift and prompt. If not for him i could not have trusted the property and made a decision to live there..looking forward staying there!!
C. F.
Viewed the standard room and building facilities, exactly as shown on website. Some of the rooms are even bigger than they look online. Very impressed and looking forward to moving in a few weeks. Thanks to Edoardo for showing us round and taking us through the really easy sign up process.
A. S.
Great location and very friendly staff. Gaven has been very helpful in setting up my stay. The Collective has also adapted very well to the Covid restrictions with sanitizers in lifts and regular cleaning of common areas
H. C.
Overall this place was nice and cosy, but the rooms were quiet small and the images on the website don’t really do justice to what actually the place looks like. The breakfast was average but the service provided was amazing. This is a co-living space so not a hotel - it’s got a variety of student on short term living contracts and some who are in town for a while. So it’s not the hotel service you would receive at say Hilton or Marriott. If your after some place to stay for a few days but won’t be in the room then great value and right in the middle of Canary Wharf, otherwise if your after a big bed, room service and some hotel amnesties then perhaps not your cup of tea!

Hello!
I am actually a long term member at The Collective CW. I've been living here a few months now and I can happily say it's my home away from home. It has many facilities ranging from relaxed & quiet when one needs to work, to exciting & spacious when one wants to socialise. What has really been the icing on the cake is the fantastic response to the pandemic, the building has made all events virtual whilst also maintaining social distancing and capacity limits. Though what I really want to highlight is the incredible staff members working at the Collective, they are always warm, friendly and constantly going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. So I would like to give a special shout out to those few - Ken, Aaliyah, Alessandra, Yvonne and Jackson. Thank You!
L. F.
I am moving to The Collective in a couple of weeks time (a year long booking), but I think a review is already warranted!
Searching for accommodation in the middle of a pandemic was stressful to say the least. I was facing barrier after barrier from letting agencies, which were magnified by the fact I am not in London. Finding The Collective was definitely relief!
From my first inquiry to putting down a deposit, the process has been so smooth. Everyone has gone above a beyond to ensure an easy move. Edoardo in particular has been so kind, helping me with whatever questions I may have (with super quick replies!). I am so grateful for everything he has done.
If you are looking for a longer term let during these uncertain times I could not recommend The Collective enough. Knowing all bills etc are included takes away so much pressure.
Rather than feeling apprehensive about my move, I am now incredibly excited and cannot wait to be part of The Collective!
S. B.
All the staff were so helpful and I felt so at ease all the time. The room was fantastic all you need inc kitchenette area, shower was awesome. The breakfast was extraordinary and extensive, full of flavour and quality was superb! The view from the restaurant/bar area in 20th floor stunning!
M. -.
We loved our stay at The Collective Canary Wharf. The Cosy studio is slightly smaller than we expected, but the staff (Alexandra) was very quick and helpful in upgrading us to a bigger room. We were celebrating a birthday and she went above and beyond by leaving balloons and cards in the room. The views from the restaurant, pool and rooms are outstanding! Food was delicious and there was so much to do in the hotel (games room, cinema room, gym, etc).
a. r.
Very clean and modern place, really well connected, I enjoyed my stay there as it’s different from a standard hotel! Everything is designed for you to feel home rather than in a serviced apartment, the coffe shop on ground floor is just great, as well as the staff which I found always very helpful.
I booked a standard studio, the space is not big but ultimately you get all you need and the wealth of shared spaces is worth way more than a few sq meters in the flat.
Many facilities and services included, I can only recommend this place!
O. T. (.
Pros: huge variety of lounges, break out rooms, well equipped gym, film room, quiet study or work area and massive kitchen for cooking out of your room. Pool and restaurant/bar will open next week. The rooms are clean. Upgraded to a larger room when my allocated room needed maintenance.
Cons: rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny, literally no room to dry off after a shower, half the building is very close the DLR so rumblings from about 6am but quiet at night. Beds are small... maybe a large single. Definitely not for two unless you are tiny people.
If you stay short term you have cooking facilities in your room. If you stay long term you get nothing.
The idea that you use the communal spaces is a good one and the facilities are fab. It appeals to a younger crowd and there are long term students and workers staying here.
It’s basically a like a fabulous hostel for workers and students rather than travellers. It’s quiet at night. Nicer than a hotel if you’re own you own. Won’t suit everyone. I would stay here again.

Best place to live during lockdown and beyond!
I’ve been living at The Collective now for about 9 months and I would like to give it an overall 4.8 out of 5 stars and I am going to tell you why:
1. Rooms: I rent a standard studio. I have small kitchen island, enough shelf space and storage space. The bathroom could have been a little bit bigger, but it does not bother me at all. It is cosy, it is modern and stylish. A huge plus for me was that it is furnished, and I didn’t need to invest in furniture, besides a home office chair :P. Living and working here is absolutely doable and I love it.
2. Building: It is big but feels nice and cosy. Sometimes I forget that there are 20 floors and hundreds of people living here because it is actually really quiet. The DLR is close by so up to you if you love or hate it?! But overall, really quiet, the walls between rooms seem to be quite thick which is so helpful.
3. Communal spaces: There are plenty of communal spaces and nooks to work, chill, meet friends and that is something that evens out the small rooms, you never feel closed off rather that you are living in a huge house, and this was essential during the lockdown.
4. Community: The best thing about this place is the community. I have met the most amazing people here. There are so many activities happening all day every day and people bustling around, fewer of course during lockdown but still you see friendly faces here and there. The people here are what makes the place awesome. If you are doing your laundry, you never know who you end up talking to :D, its just great and it is my number 1 reason for liking this place.
5. Team: I want to give a huge shoutout to Ken, Stone, Samuel, Julian, Elise, Danielle, Andrei, Filipe and Gaven. They have been supporting me behind the scenes, at the front desk and with so many other things. This is a big building with so many people living here not everything will go smoothly all the time but what I truly appreciate is the honesty and transparency when things do not go right and the willingness to change or improve and that is worth the world. So, thank you for making this place a home, thank you for all the smiles, kindness, understanding and creating a joyful atmosphere!
K. Y.
Simply love this hotel and space, the spa is lush!
I host retreats, events and Client VIP Days and simply love it

I have spent 2 nights here with my fiancé at the end of August. When I have reached at the location, that can be found very easy because is just 2 min walk from the Crossharbour DLR station, I received a very warm welcome from the staff. The check-in was quick and smooth, and I received from the very beginning all the information that I was asking for. The building is brand new, with a modern co-living concept. During this 2 days we had access to all the facilities: cinema, communal kitchen, games room, and even I had time to do some laundry .
The room was nice and clean, with a comfy bed that takes you in the world of dreams as soon as you lay down on it. I definitely recommend this place and I will make my favourite place in London.
G. K.
The hotel itself looked nice and the room was clean, however, the bathroom was extremely small. Bed was a bit too small for two people as well. Also there were no curtains in the room, so it was too bright to sleep as soon as the sun came up. There was also no option to set the temperature in the room, so it was really hot to sleep. Complementary breakfast was a coffee, pastry and a fruit which was quite nice. Staff was really friendly too. Overall, ok hotel but not the best.
Z. M.
Really lovely room. Very clean. Very modern. Also I arrived and was given 5* help from Alexandra on the front desk. I was so surprised at how accommodating she was I had to write a review. Thank you Alexandra for all the help to make my birthday special
J. I.
Moving home is often daunting and stressful. However, the personal guided tour of the Collective Canary Wharf provided by Gaven has really helped to put my mind at ease and has got me extremely excited and positive about the next chapter of my life in my new co-living home.
K. G.
This place is just perfect. The interior design is impressive with immaculate attention to details. The concept is new, refreshing and vibrant. It was a smooth move in, Danielle was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Samuel guided me through the rest of the process and explained all the amazing events they have on. I’ve been here for a month now and everything is just perfect.
M. M.
The service is extraordinary, everybody is kind and ready to help. Edoardo was my first point of contact and he showed me the rooms and facilities; he has been very professional and very kind; even the next days when I needed him he was always available, just texting him. Top location, top facilities and most important top service!
A. Q.
I spent one night at the Collective Canary Wharf and it was amazing. First of all it's easily reachable by Tube and is located in the lovely area that is the Isle of Dogs. Staff is very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth and the room was very well designed. Mattress extremely comfortable which will give you the rest you deserve! The communal spaces are modern, beautifully furbished and make you feel at home. Couldn't recommend this place more!
T. K.
The whole concept of The collective is amazing, the spaces are modern and the staff is very friendly. Edoardo was the person who I got in contact with through the process of booking my flat. He was very helpful and made the process even easier that it already was.

Edoardo and the reservations team were really helpful with rearranging my long stay dates and they were very understanding with setting up a new contract when I had to cancel the previous one due to my shielding circumstances because of Covid-19. Very good service and I'm looking forward to moving in soon.

“ I spent 2 weeks in a standard studio, everything went perfect, nice vibes, lots of events for free every day, very helpful stuff at the front desk. I asked the Sales Manager Edoardo to kindly show me all the spaces and he was very helpful. The studio is compact but you get all you need and the property is brand new! Highly recommended.

I'm new to London and expect to start working here in Aug. A month ago before I came to UK I start searching on rightmove/zoopla for a place to live and I found The Collective online which stands out from the crowd as it mentions it's all bills + council tax inclusive. This is great for someone like me moving to a new country and would like to be hassle-free + better budget control. I left my contact on the Collective website and I was instantly contacted by Gaven. Gaven is very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process, answering questions I have very swiftly, and provided a great tour to show us around the Collective at CW! Much appreciated and can't wait to move in!

I have been at the Collective Canary Wharf for almost 1 month, the facilities are excellent and the room is great, it has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The location makes it very easy to get around on the tube and DLR. I couldn't recommend it more. I plan to extend my stay here when my month is up.
C. R.
First night moving into the Collective and the staff were fanstastic! Especially Gav & Danielle who were especially helpful... thank you both, and the team at the Collective for such a seemless and great move in experience.. on new years eve as well! 10/10

Been here for a few months and renewing for another 12 months. All membership-related topics handled by Gaven, always so helpful. Amazing place to be at during lockdown!

Smoothest move in ever.
Massive thanks to Edoardo for his professionalism.
He met me for the viewing appointment right on time, provided a tour of the premises and its stunning facilities, and found a perfect room for me, knowledgeably answering a million questions along the way and helping finalise the headache-free booking process.
Awesome experience and awesome place.
P. G.
Had a really hassle-free booking experience with Edoardo who was kind and patient enough to provide all details and answer all my questions. Thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism and the promptness of communication. Keep up the good work, team!

Great service from Edoardo, Jackson, and the rest of the team at the Collective. Amazing facilities and community, they make life here very easy and a lot of fun. I’ve lived here for over a year and not looking to leave any time soon.

“ came across the collective as I was looking for a place to easily get into the city with hassle free. The building is completely new, I could not be happier living here.
The bed is comfortable, and I love having all included in one bill, cleanings, linen changes and events, yes it could be bigger, but it suits me fine as I don’t want to spend much time on my own.
Being lonely in London was my biggest fear, this place sort it for me, I have my privacy and anytime I want I can meet people and socialize.
5 stars! Keep it up guys.
N. K.
Very friendly place and amazing staff. Cleaning services are very professional as well. During check-out I have interacted with Olga and the reservation team who were extremely helpful and made the process very easy
Thanks team :)

Edoardo Romanelli is a perfect sale manager who helped me a lot by solving my concerns and questions in time and always trying his best to meet my needs and requirements. His kindness and friendliness brought me to this property. And his professional manner makes me choose to live with "The Collective".

Can’t wait to move in into The Collective, Gaven took excellent care of me. Thank you so much for that, see you soon! Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy studio. Even though they’re tiny building has so much to offer that you won’t need to leave it for any reason.
T. A.
Edoardo has been amazing, he provided everything we need and responded to all questions swiftly. The Collective - Canary Wharf and Edoardo both go out of their way to help. A+++

I was expecting to spent my 5 days in london in a hotel room, with surprise I found a very cool and exiting co-living place, which is a great value for money, I work from home and this place gives you not just a room, but huge communal spaces/working areas to spend time. A big shout out to the on site team, everyone is very nice and eager to help! Massive thank you to Alessia for helping me upon arrival.
Very clean, modern, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place In Canary Wharf!
R. N.
Amazing experience. Since the moment we walked in we felt really welcomed by the staff. Check-in was really quick with all information needed. We loved the cosy coffee shop on the groundfloor. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and with everything needed. Really good location as it is 2 minutes walking from Crossharbour Station, and 5 minutes walking to Canary Wharf.
s. j.
Staff were super friendly we got complimentary late check out. The rooms are super small, double bed more like a slightly larger single, be sure to find out what type of bed and size of room it will be. Very cramped
M. S.
I will move to The Collective in few weeks. At the moment I can say that I had the best experience with Edoardo. He gave me all information regarding the book, price, contract etc. It was very clear and honest. Thanks for all your Help Edoardo. Well done
N. M.
Great place to live. Centred around connection and community, great events includes gym and pool too
Edit: though in lockdown nothing is available and I'm enjoying it a lot less, if you're a shift worker it will be hard to live here and make friends you can see regularly, no longer really enjoying living here
T. B.
I had an amazing experience! Edoardo was amazing! He answered all my questions and gave me an in-depth tour. The building is absolutely beautiful! Definitely worth the amount!
Я. А.
We lived there for two months and it was a great experience. Thanks to the supportive manager Alexandra, who helped me to solve my luggage problem

He's done a huge effort helping me out, especially given the global current situation, by providing very detailed responses to all my queries.
Thanks a lot, Edoardo and The Collective ;)

I loved the location of this hotel. It’s a short walk to Canary Wharf Underground station and the room was decent size.
For the moment we walked into the hotel we we’re looked after and greet !
We had a small issue with the room but thankfully Alesia sorted for us !
Gracias!
C. E.
Very nice facilities, gym center is with excellent equipment, food options are various and good, staff was extremely nice. Many thanks Alessia for this stay, it was great!
G. T.
I spent two night and definitely I will repeat on the future!!
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The room that I stayed was a standard and was really clean, comfortable.
Thank you collective! :)
S. O.
Stayed in rooms 5 times more expensive and not liked it as much as this room! This was a work trip but I'd happily... correction...I will be coming back here for pleasure! It only lost a star because I'm a big dude and the shower cubicle is small...but that's me nitpicking!

So I’ve just signed up to join the collective and it’s been such an easy process.
From initially being shown around, to answering all my questions quickly, edoardo has been a great help and is truly an asset to your team! It’s a stark difference to the pushy letting agents who mis-sell and make moving such a burden. Edoardo made It so easy, I’m now looking forward to my long term stay!
S. A.
Very good Service ; Very Quick response s and excellent attention to detail. The sales executive Gaven who helped me find a flat was very easy to speak with and extremely helpful.

Good:
Modern building
Amazing location
Awesome pool
Gym is decent
Studio is modern
Communal kitchen excellent
All bills included
Shower great and good water pressure
Bad:
Reception staff act like they just couldn’t care less
Can be very noisy
Drug use within communal areas despite assurances that security are patrolling
No air conditioning so can be very stuffy
M. B.
Clean rooms but really tiny i couldnt even move in the shower. One day they told me i had free breakfast and the other day i didnt. They also accused me and my sister of not paying the hotel when we checked in but we had the receipt.
H. B.

Sunny the night associate was so kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service
M. B. G.
I stayed here during February half term for a few days. Check in was easy. Room is small but exactly how it looked online. Tv didn’t work but that was due to the storm a few days earlier, I used the wifi instead which was free and super fast. I used the pool in the mornings and was beautiful and very quiet. A great start to the day. It’s a fantastic location and so close to the DLR. I personally did t hear the DLR at night even with window open but it was very windy so that might have drowned it out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you
J. S.
As a long term resident it's crucial that all things pertaining ones stay is managed both correctly and efficiently. Due to the foresight and organisation skills of 'Sunny Singh' our transition was seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure that every resource was afforded us and did so with a first class attitude. Sunny is a credit to The Collective.

(Translated) The concept is really cool and something different! Unfortunately, you realize that not everything is going so well. The staff are very friendly, but sometimes awkward. In many places is still construction site. The rooms are really tiny, but very clean. The breakfast is great! The location is great, it's my favorite district in London! For € 70 per night the value is good, but more is not worth it.
(Original)
C. K.
(Translated) The rooms are nicely furnished. The building is quite new. The shower works well but is very small. If you are tall or older, it is not easy to shower.

De kamers zijn netjes ingericht. Het gebouw is behoorlijk nieuw. De douche werkt goed maar is erg klein. Als je lang of ouder bent is het niet gemakkelijk douchen.

(Translated) Very nice hotel with very good facilities, everything is there, what you need in a small space
Life needs. Very good bed, small kitchen with minimum equipment and small bathroom. The breakfast room looks great and the swimming pool on the 20th floor is great. The hotel still offers facilities, like a gym, which I didn't use because London is so diverse that there was simply no time. Unfortunately the window could not be opened wide, which is not so nice especially in summer.
(Original)
