Wonderful. Old with delightful and helpful staff. I was waiting for someone to finish a meeting. The staff were kind and asked me to sit closer the fire to warm up in the entrance. A young staff member wrote down 5 restaurants he recommended. It is these simple acts of kindness that make me become loyal to a brand. We all know things can go wrong but these staff members were on the ball. Thank you. I can't wait to have a meal there with some friends.

Always excellent service from arriving until leaving, attentive service & knowledge. Fantastic cocktail list & wine menu. One of the best martinis in town & they make an amazing Monkey Shoulder Rob Roy 🙌
The atmosphere is great early evening into the night & really comfortable.....
After all it has been voted #1 in the 50 best bars 2020 & 2021!
Well done team👊👊👊👊👊

I really wanna thank the security team for helping me find back the identification cards and personal stuffs from my lost wallet. It will be easily missed for just laying there on the road. And thank you the hotel to figure out a way to find my number and call me. Really thoughtful and kind!!

Had ordered pastries for pick up and got dropped off at the main entrance of the hotel not knowing that The Connaught Patisserie is accessible from outside of the hotel.
Courteous service from the bell boy, had a brief look around the lobby floor of the property. Would love to stay here on my next visit to London.

Ace Hotel! Highlights: Three bars (one of which is ranked World Top1 in 2022. Very polite and helpful staff, and a top Spa & pool!
The rooms are OK, little bit "more tired" than other five star hotels in London, but otherwise well equipped and rather spacious. But the restaurants and bars as well as the hotel's location make up for the room's quality. It's literally a 5min walk to Berkeley Square where you find all the major restaurants, bars and clubs. Perfect for a night out.
And the staff was kind enough to let us park our vehicle right at the front of the hotel during our stay.
Thumbs up, will return!

Amazing service by friendly staff. The food is exquisite. A regular place for our family and friends to have lunch, dinner and cocktails. We highly recommend it

We had a birthday lunch followed by the drinks in the red room bar. The whole experience was amazing, the food, the drinks and especially the customer service. We were made feel very special and very well looked after. Great location. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite hotels in London, super helpful staff, great location, decent facilities. Super for entertaining, and the rooms are amazing. Thanks to Renaissance Travel Bureau for great service for all our stays around Europe. Highly recommended to conscience visitors to London.

I've waited a long time to come here & it was so worth it, the staff in particular were wonderful. Fabulous room and wonderful food, as a whiskey girl the icing on the cake was their whiskey menu.

We had our wedding celebration at the hotel. Big thanks to Janet Tai who assisted us every step of the way. We stayed one night at the hotel's beautiful suite. The food was exceptional, we had a tasting session before the big day and it was really hard to choose as everything we tried was amazing. The hotel kindly gifted us with personalised bathrobed.

With thIs visit I can now say I have been to the top 3 bars in the world. And as good as this one is I don’t think it deserves the number one spot. The drinks are good, but not something incredibly unique. The black truffle pizza definitely was amazing. I do think there is some bias by the list makers because this is in such a swanky neighborhood. I mean there was 4 rolls Royce’s parked outside. So yeah expect to pay a lot. I think my tab for 3 drinks and a pizza was about £120. Take a date here for a drink to show off, but definitely not gonna be your Thursday night hang out location.
P. S.
Service in the restaurant was outstanding and they more than compensated for a dropped plate accident. Good value and great food. The truffle burger was to die for
S. F.
Excellent service. Very friendly team and very professional. Went anove and beyond to help us, special thanks to Elenor for all what you done, making our day very special, and of course i said yes.. the room was absolutely perfect. Thank you.

What a fabulous hotel. Marvellous service, superb and personalised . Wonderful restaurant with 3* went for my wife’s birthday . Very special and a memorable event thanks to the amazing team
C. M. S.
Had a 50th birthday party here. Chefs table - 3 Michelin stars. Wow wow wow. Food was a delight and service amazing.
P. F.
Beautiful place - great food and fabulous wine & spirits selection. One of my favourite places to meet.

I had an excellent pregnancy massage experience with Maria. Highly recommend it. Aman spa facility is OK but the service was excellent.

I can only speak for the bar, not the hotel, but overall hospitality was top notch, drinks were nice and the bar area had a classy, warm design. Music was at just the right volume, enough to be able to talk to my friends, yet not too low so that other people would hear us. Would definitely go there again. Even though the drinks were pricey, I am still giving this a 5/5 review, which is very rare for me, because you don't walk into a place like this and expect to pay the same amount you would on a regular bar.
PS if you are a whiskey person, the waiter mentioned they have a great selection
C. B.
Popped in to the Coburg bar for a client breakfast yesterday and it was delightful! Staff very welcoming and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of enjoying one of the best virgin cocktail's I have ever had - Essence of the Tropics, was amazing. Keep up the good work team Connaught!
S. C.
We visited the Connaught Bar on Saturday 2nd October. Fantastic experience! The wait staff were attentive and the drinks were wonderful. We had food as well - the black truffle pizza, tempura vegetables, sushi, and butternut squash. All lovely!
J. C.
The Ultimate !! The best hotel in London. Can’t wait to go back again soon ! The service, style and location are all perfect. It really doesn’t get better than the Connaught.
W. W.
Opulent but friendly, relaxed and with excellent food and wine selections. Whisky selection is superb.
J. W.
Scallop and Turbot were really tasty!! And you just get the Signature BABA as your dessert! Definitely worth it
A. H.
Has to be my favourite place in mayfair . Always top quality service . Amazing place to wine and dine .
G. T.
Went there for brunch. Was phenomenal. Good food, very nice venue!

ATN Cars drivers provide Airport transfers, cruise port transfers and long distance transfers to guests at Connaught hotel.
Very easy to drop off/pickup passengers right out side the hotel.
The hotel staff are always very helpful when a driver needs to find a guest or loading and unloading passengers luggage.
Well trained staff members.
E. F.
What an experience ! The greeting from the doormen when you arrive, the welcome from the meet and greet in the lobby, the friendly reception staff and the helpful concierge desk, this is 5 star service at it's best.

Don’t know who got in the carriage. Looked like an Arab potentate. I always love the cannaught
S. L.
Didn't stay here, just came in to use their restroom, super nice restroom. Super friendly staff as well, feels like a very classy hotel.
D. A.
A historic bar and No 1 on the Great bars of the world. Expensive but worth it
L. N.
Wonderful, memorable afternoon tea with my 4 year old granddaughter : everything was perfect, the staff were lovely and made her feel very welcome and special! And the scones were just out of this world!!!
D. K.
Micheal in the bar took care of 20 guys all day with a smile on his face. Unbelievable server and on the ball all day. Fair play to him!
C. R.
Classic hotel bar, cosy feeling, top service bring a big wallet though!
K. K.
The Connaught is a fantastic hotel. Regardless if you’re coming here to have afternoon tea, dine or to stay, you will certainly enjoy the experience. From the beautiful, dark wood lobby to the well appointed rooms, everything is just so. The staff are professional and only too happy to help. Update: Having popped in for their Christmas afternoon tea yesterday, I can still confirm that everything I wrote in my previous review still stands. The service, food and ambiance all remain reassuringly consistent. Still highly recommended

I spent what was supposed to be a night to celebrate my birthday and ended up in a week at The Connaught (last week of October) and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was magical, from the birthday cake in the room, to the staff that are superb, the food absolutely delicious, I definitely was sad to check out. I think a new birthday tradition has started and will be celebrating future birthdays here at the Hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel. There are amazing bars and restaurants to choose from. Hope to be back soon.
M. L. J.
The restaurant's staff are extra nice and professional. Top quality service and wine!
If you what to experience a memorable event you should definitely pay a visit to the restaurant!
F. P.
Let me just say we were looked after like their own. It took a while before they started playing music, but once it started it was lovely, cool jazz, my favourite.
Service was excellent, staff were courteous and helpful. Food was great as well. Can't complain because I stuffed myself. It's a place to have quality time with friends without being disturbed.
L. M.
Excellent hotel with great staff. The room was a bit on the small side but everything else was great
P. S.
The martinis are insane and the guy who makes them gives a great description of all choices. The ambience is quite amazing and the cocktails in general are some of the best I’ve had
C. F.
Went for afternoon tea. Flawless experience. We had a beautiful table, there was plenty of space between tables which were in use, and all the food was fantastic. I was able to have a hot chocolate instead of tea, which was also delicious.
Would love to go back!
L. G.
Very disappointing. Thought we would be in the main restaurant where we have previously eaten. Will return but only to the restaurant. The service and staff were super as always. Our guest enjoyed her meal but I did not. Hopefully the next visit will leave me thrilled as before.
J. G.
We enjoyed dinner for 6 last night....as ever the staff were charming and friendly. The quality of the food amazing...thank you The Connaught you made a happy man even happier. I'd recommend the restaurant to anyone wishing for a special and uber comfortable meal. Don't hesitate, get on the 'phone and book a table you wont regret it. Jamie Gidlow-Jackson 🍍

Incredible hotel, a beautiful venue steeped in history, the perfect spot for all of London trips (shopping, food etc), the staff were personable, discreet and highly professional. The spa was fabulous - and the restaurants and the world-famous cocktail bar living up to its reputation! This was our first stay at the hotel - and we will be returning again very soon. Thank you!
D. F.
Lovely hotel. Exceptional staff.
M. T.
Simply the best! Old school elegance with modern comforts . The service is outstanding, special mention to Alessia .. will be the only place I stay now
C. M.
Beautiful hotel. One of the best in London.
O. R.
Always divine. Such a civilised cocktail bar. And they know how to prepare a dry gin martini. Which is always a good sign.
C. D.
a very good british hotel in central london

Best Hotel in London bar none. Service ,luxury ,food and drink offering. Plus unlike almost every other hotel I have stayed in through the last month, no removal of everything in room due to Covid. Guests need these things , plus we need a food offering which in this Hotel is impeccable.
M. C.
Picked up clients from here. They had nothing but high praise for the personal service provided.
W. W.
Hotel staff is excellent unfortunately on this occasion we had a very noisy neighbours the manager did her very best to sort them out but just was rude and inconsiderate but the hotel and staff are amazing

Pure luxury lovely place to stay not like the hilton

Came here for a Christmas afternoon tea with a friend. The staff was very lovely and service was very good.
The food was exceptionally good. Whilst the price tag is a bit higher, but it was well worth it.
We had seconds of everything and had several different kinds of tea to enjoy as well.
Overall, the experience we had was very positive and would recommend it to anyone
S. A.
Immaculate Hotel, detailed interior beautiful I always have amazing clients staying in the Connaught one of the best hotels in Town
J. F.
My favorite bar to enjoy the best martinis in the world! No wonder why this venue always hit the top ranking of the world's 50 best bars. Prices are on the high side but the experience, the quality of the drink and the execution make it worth it. Staff is also super friendly!
M.
Lovely Christmas cocktail here on Christmas Day. Very pricey on some things but it was very busy so I guess that didn’t bother people. We came here because our hotel was not serving alcohol until the restaurant opened for the Christmas party. Thankful it was open as we’d already started drinking and it was only 10:45am 😂
P. O.
The bar is excellent. Though quite pricy.
C. L.
One of the most elegant, accommodating and relaxing hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful, the room was lovely, all of the food and drink was incredible, and the atmosphere is second to none. Two great bars, two great restaurants, a perfect location, men unironically wearing top hats -- what more could you possibly desire?
M. L.
Wonderful food and splendid surroundings. Felt good to be back.
E. C.
I'd really struggle call this 5 star. The spa doesn't have a hot tub and the pool is tiny. The rooms don't have coffee or tea making facilities. The bar and restaurants are closed on certain days and don't open until 2pm (if they are open at all). The TV has limited channels and no internet connection. I'd actually not recommend for the price. I would not stay here again.
S. A.
They three bars !! Was lovely drink over there !!
d. l.
Been here several times. When you walk in there's a bar to your right. Very nice and buzzy. I always carry on to the champagne bar further in. You might have to wait for a seat. Excellent champagne and very attentive staff. If you order certain drinks they bring a trolley to the table and make them up in front of you. Very entertaining.
R.
It was my first time visiting the Connaught and went for coffee and a little dessert. The decor is what caught my attention to be honest, but the coffee, dessert and service were all amazing too! When I went without booking they told me to wait for 30 mins before I can get a table so probably on weekends you might have to book in advance.
E. T.
An absolute gem. From the initial check-in to housekeeping and security, the service is impeccable.
This boutique hotel which has been modernised into a contemporary layout. The original building is well maintained. The historic staircase is stunning, the carpet throughout is apparently the same carpet at Buckingham Palace, interesting piece of history.
The amenities such as the spa is wonderful. Definitely indulge in their signature treatments.
The martini bar is well-known winning bar in London. Awesome martini with their signature welcome.
Definitely a beautiful hotel to enjoy your next stay in Mayfair.
D. L.
Beautiful hotel! Rooms are thoughtfully equipped and supremely comfortable. Exceptional mattresses. Every restaurant or bar is elegant. The spa and pool are relaxing and well appointed. Service cannot be beaten, simply the best of anywhere. Expensive but worth every penny.
H. C.
Fabulous afternoon tea. The tea sandwiches were delicious as were the scones with clotted cream. The desserts we're almost to pretty to eat. Lovely setting and outstanding service.
J. T.
It's about best hotel I have stayed at. The staff are so friendly and helpful. But it is brassy so be aware.
A. K.
It was my first time in London. Arriving into the London rain from the warmth of southern Europe, I was in need of a cosy and a hospitable place to warm up and to stay. The hotel fulfilled these requirements superbly. Thanks to this wonderful place, my memories of London are filled with senses of luxury, comfort and delicious food. The breakfast was just exquisite. I wish I could return right now!
E. M.
The Chefs table at Helene De Rose Taste of Autumn paired with the Tour around the wine world. Expensive but well worth the experience @ my son wedding reception.
H. P.
Great service, focus on customer starts at the taxi where friendly staff open the door and offer their hand to help you out.
Fabulous assortment of tea, cocktails and great wine list.
The ambience is pure decadence attracting a very glamorous looking and charming set of clientele.
A. A.
Nothing special about this hotel. The service is great as you would expect from any other 5-star hotel. The rooms are kinda small. The lobby is very small and doesn’t have any seating area for people who are waiting. The lobby is gloomy and barely has any light coming in even in the day. It feels sophisticating. Breakfast is the best thing in this hotel so do it! All in all, an average stay in this hotel. Could have better experience with different 5 star hotel paying the same amount.
C. M.
I had been planning on coming here as part of my trip to London. It was beyond my expectations. I was with my wife and daughter, and they were more than pleased as well. The tea sandwiches were all delicious and they offered you as much as you wanted. The tea selections unusual and quite tasty...the server made a few great suggestions. The pastries and sweets at the end were beyond compare. All in all it was a very relaxing experience and something worth doing. If I ever go back to London, I would probably do it again.
T. M.
There was plenty of storage space as well as a lovely vanity area and desk area. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. I felt like our room was nicely appointed. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. I cannot compliment the waiters enough.
E. D.
Just came back from a spectacular stay. Visited Paris, London, and back to Paris last week and our stay at the Connaught was the highlight. The room was stunning, Attention to detail fantastic. The responses to every request were immediate. Everyone was warm and friendly. Truly one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We previously stayed at the four seasons Hyde Park and there is just no comparison. This is definitely our new home went in London.
S. P.
The Connaught Bar is amazing and has a great atmosphere.
A. H.
Excellent hotel. The bar is great. Service excellent. Honestly one of the best hotels in the world in my opinion.
M. P. S.
Cause we provide flawless guest services and personalized services to our valued guest which includes exquisite dining options also we treat our guest according to there own needs and request as demand with no details overlooked also the hotel provides high end luxury towels you name it just to make and let them feel at home all people work in the hotel are all professionally trained to serve and look after our guest
K. S.
This hotel has two distinct residence experiences: classic and modern. We stayed in the modern section and the rooms, facilities and services met up to the international luxury standards everyone would expect.
It is worth mentioning that you must try the fish and chips here my wife and I tasted a lot of fish and chips during our trip and we both agreed that this place served the best overall. A totally unexpected bonus to our stay here!
C. W.
An excellent hotel with long established staff who are always welcoming and sincere in their interactions
A. v. F.
The old establishment is back. Congrats Connaught, while one see that everything is renovated, the styling is impeccable and gives this landmark its old splendor back. The service was also very 5⭐️. I did not eat there so I can comment. But the bars are real happening place in the late afternoon to evening- better try to book.
K. ا. م.
It is beyond rating as everything is exquisite and Mayfair in one
M. D.
Just went in for cocktails. They're a little on the experimental side when it comes to flavours. You'll get the recipes of your cocktails on a card with the bill. The bar is a little dark and lacking of atmosphere for a hotel bar. Staff are attentive and attractive.
P.
So I visited The Connaught for my family’s annual Christmas dinner. The place itself was lavish, filled with authentic architecture which was lovely to see. The staff were more than willing to help which made the experience delightful. The food was above average but not quite as good as I was expecting. The mash potato however was quite honestly the best mash I’ve ever had. (If the chef sees this please drop me an email and we can exchange recipes).
We also met the chef who was a very lovely man.
The absolute stand out of this event was the Dyson heaters they kept so much warmth around me after getting here through the treacherous British weather.
D. S.
The Connaught serves the first-class service. They served the perfect breakfast in bed. The restaurant downstairs serves good and high quality foods. The servers are really charming and knowledgeable about all the menus and teas that they have. There are lots of different dishes that you can choose from. And the hotel is truly wonderful and really perfect place to stay.
L. S.
Went for afternoon tea, although a bit pricey it's great bang for your buck. Tea sandwiches were unlimited and you could change your pot of tea and try all their tea varieties at no extra charge. Had a lovely time!
J. Z.
My boyfriend and I did the £52 pre fixe dinner menu as a special treat. Lovely and delicious options. Service was wonderful and the space was fancy but comfortable. Overall a great evening--we left pampered and full.
H. F. L.
Stunning in every way....but it cost as everything good does
T. M.
We went to the Connaught for a friend's wedding and I found the place to be very elegant and traditional. In both the drinks reception and wedding breakfast, the service was attentive and relatively speedy! So overall had a very good experience and would definitely recommend to a friend!
J. C.
Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful and interestingly all wearing masks which was good to see as so many other places this is not the case. Had a fantastic afternoon tea.
M. H.
Beautiful venue. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had afternoon tea for my mum's birthday before going to see a show. Not rushed and staff were attentive to our needs.
T. M.
Visited for a family wedding, and our experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. I visited London for business and my employer had taken care of my hotel reservation. Great location with easy access to public transportation. …
C. P.
One of the world's finest hotels. Based in the heart of Mayfair the Connaught has been offering a unique level of hospitality for over 100 years. With a convenient drop off point leading to the magnificent reception area, first impressions are excellent. The restaurants and bars offer an excellent food and beverage service. A great experience for Londoners and visitors alike.
L.
What an experience, The atmosphere was perfect, the service was faultless, the staff were friendly and the food and drink was out of this world!! 😍 Would definitely recommend the Tasting Menu! Birthday cake made by Chef Karl 😍
M. B.
Incredible experience, the Connaught is the place to go for an excellent Martini that'll make you feel like James Bond!
T. M.
Thanks to everyone who made our stay the most ro***tic Valentines / anniversary weekend a girl could wish for. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. The amenities in the hotel were amazing. The value for money is very good.
K. W.
An excellent afternoon tea selection in a fabulous setting. The best London afternoon tea I have tasted. Best scones in the UK so far. However the staff should be cautious not to over promise and under deliver. Pre judging your client and then treating them as if they are not important is not the way to win returns.
J. A.
Always fabulous, great service and attention to detail and very comfortable
G. F.
Dined at Helene Darozze. Perfect dining experience. Well deserving of her third star.
D. S.
Couldn't go into the hotel due to covid but the hotel itself looked majestic from the outside with a quirky, mist producing water feature in front.
C. C.
Absolutely stunning location, the food was exquisite, and the service impeccable. I was there for a birthday celebration, and they even produced a bespoke dessert with their name on it. Highly recommended.

Premier West End Hotel
Treat yourself 💕

The Connaught Bar is super plush & stylish. Classy decoration, impeccable service and excellent cocktails, this place is suitable for millionaires' night out. Price is naturally high but in my view actually represents good value.
E. R.
The rooms in the contemporary wing are truly amazing. they thought about everything including: a Burberry coat in the closet, a high tech electronic toilet, underfloor heating and many other small amenities that are rarely seen in other luxury hotels. The breakfast is out of this world and the service of the hotel staff is outstanding! The rooms are not cheap but it's great value for your money.
J. R.
Again excellent food, fantastic service and divine experience.
If you want to go here to eat for the sake of eating because you are hungry then there are better choices but if you go here to enjoy the the flavours the you should definitely come!
T. W.
Lovely place. Excellent Service and a place where you can celebrate birthday with personal service. Thanks to the Connaught Team for a great afternoon and high tea experience.
T. K.
Beautiful hotel with a great cocktail bar!
T. M.
Thanks to everyone who made our stay the most ro***tic Valentines / anniversary weekend a girl could wish for. The location in the heart of the Mayfair district makes walking a breeze. Best breakfast I've had in London. As they say, ""You get what you pay for. Clearly had been renovated.
J. E.
Beautiful environment, lovely food - tasting menu was great but the advice on using the interesting menu lead to a selection that was unbalanced for 2 courses. The portions for the tasting menu weren't scaled down sufficiently so ended up unable to get the most from it (I'm a big eater but was defeated by the volume of food). I'm being picky but the cod and black pudding sauce the sauce was overpowering for the fish, though the halibut was the 2nd finest fish dish I have experienced. Service individuals were fantastic, but too many of them serving each course. When there are more than 3 serving 2 people 1 course I have doubts about the need and detracts from the feel of the show. We had a lovely experience, for 2 stars was ok value (approx £300 for tasting menu with non alcoholic drinks). Better than Pied a Terre but not as good as The Ledbury.
A. W.
Helen Darroze knows how to make amazing food and this shows in her restaurant at the Connaught. Well worthy of its Michelin stars. Heavenly food and a novel way of selecting dishes for the tasting menu. Fantastic service. Well worth the money, but be warned, it is not for the faint of wallet.
G. R.
Very competent guy (butler, footman), on entrance with pure understandable english. This was on Saturday.
V. C.
A truly delightful experience with all the personal touches and high level of service one used to expect from a hotel in this category. I say, 'used to' because many such hotels, like the one we have used for many years when staying in London and which used to be part of the same group, have declined remarkably in this regard over the past few years - hence our revisiting the Connaught after many years absence. I am so very glad we did. It was a special occasion and the hotel and all its staff were superb - I was thoroughly indulged and loved every minute of it. A perfect meal in their Michelin starred Helene Darroze restaurant and morning swims in the charming Aman spa added to this pretty well perfect stay. The only thing that was a minor distraction from this idyll was my breakfast experience. The food was wonderful but the atmosphere not so. There was obvious tension among the staff, which seemed to emminate from some more senior staff. For example, the young server who reseated me, at my request, was roundly told off within my hearing for having done so - apparently the most important thing here was to keep certain tables free and not guest comfort. Nevertheless, I give the Connaught full marks for a lovely experience - we will certainly stay again.
M. B.
What a magnificent place.
There's not much to write about The Connaught on a google review. To do this place any justice you should go there yourself to experience an outstanding service of pure excellence. The absolute perfection in execution of every drink and meal is unparalleled.
The bar is probably one of the best bars in London. The barkeepers know what they're doing, making solid drinks. You're getting served by the most beautiful Sardinian chicks you've ever seen. Definitely worth a visit.
J. E.
Beautiful old hotel in Mayfair. Staff are friendly and attentive. Went there for a business meeting. Breakfast (pastries + fruit) was a bit basic but that was probably the company's choice of what to serve everyone.
M. P.
Just one word, the BEST ever!!! A truly amazing experince you must live once in your life! Everything seems magic and cosy, cocktails are superb and all the team is so friendly and extrimely professional. Now for me is more than a one-off experience...i get used to! Thanks Guys, Thanks Agostino & Co!
T. A. B.
I spent a marvellous night in the Connaught bar. The place is designed in a very nice and traditional way, but with just a little bit of modern touch. Cocktails are very tasty, not to sweet and strong enough. If you are stand in at a bar after a small chat bartenders will be more than happy to make you something that's not in the menu. I enjoyed the taste of the custom made drinks a lot. It's not strange that this place is rated as a top 4th bar in the world. Garnish of High Five Mule, which is served in a copper cup, is exceptional as well. And what's more important people working there seem to really enjoy their work.
J. C.
The best afternoon tea I have experienced (slightly better than the Ritz). The service was incredible and the food was incredible.
A very well thought out choice of food with a great jam selection and great teas.

One of my favourite hotels
T. M.
I have just returned from a short, but extremely nice stay at the Connaught in London. We were asked what time we would like our maid service in the morning and our 'turn-down' in the evening. We had an excellent breakfast each day and couldnt have been happier with our stay.
F. M.
Dropped in for spontaneous lunch. Kitchen were able to cater to my vegan diet with no problems at all. Delicious good and lovely ambience.
The spa is nice too.
T. M.
We'll be back and I highly recommend The Connaught for a special night in London. As I say, all of the staff go out of their way to assist. The amenities at the hotel were nice. I enjoy the location a lot. The price is not justified at all.
L. M.
The Connaught offers an extravagant and decadent cocktail bar experience that definitely appeals if you're willing to pay for it! Short waiting times for tables, continuous replenishment of olives and crackers and a range of drinks that seemed to cater for any mood make this a very pleasant trip. If money is a concern, with Artesian offering nicer, more spectacular drinks in less regal surroundings for lower costs I'd suggest you walk there for your boozy fix. If you fancy a treat no matter the cost, talk to the staff, whack out the plastic and prepare for an amazing night
J. H.
Polite staff, very plush and grand old English interior.Bathroom elegant and well dressed. Liked the old style central stairwell. Well located for Mayfair,Bond Street,Oxford Street, and for Hyde Park. Definitely a good place, yeah, Valet in the Mens Communal bathroom.👍👍
H. A.
Great hotel, staff were fantastic. I Couldn’t get a table in the main restaurant, but otherwise I would recommend.
N. R.
Had their most coveted breakfast there. It really is great spot to have breakfast. Food is excellent as is the service and the ambiance
A must do thing for people visiting london in mayfair
J. M.
+ Good food in Mayfair area.
- Pizza needs improvement as doesn't taste as Italian.
+ / - Dover sole is good but unnecessary peppers added which is like painting over a painting.
+ Octopus starter is amazing and you will want to keep ordering more.
D. M.
This has to be the best Martini bar in London, after all the places in all the world, these guys just simply rock the Martini like no other. Choose from an array of gin, the perfect choice of bitters for the mood, and stirred to perfection. The other drinks are nice too, girlfriend likes the bloody Mary here.
K. T. F.
My God super posh with IMPECCABLE service. Id go back in a heartbeat. 4th Best Bar in the world and the award is well deserved. The drinks are incredible.

The Connaught Grill
A faultless Saturday dinner with a friend, warm sourdough bread, duck liver terrine of the highest quality, 3 cheese soufflé en surprise, masterful mains included a melting Hereford rib roast and a chicken pithivier / pie, a sublime winter truffle rösti, delicious claret at a price, attentive service very skilled cooking, in short wonderful, a superb reincarnation of one of my favourite restaurants. Well done
M. M.
One of London's most iconic 5 star hotel bar. The Martini is a piece of art, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. A magical place for a magical experience
A. Z.
One of my favourite bars in London. The cocktail menu is organised chronologically by the year of invention and you'll even learn a a little about the history behind every cocktail on the menu! Service is top-notch, probably the best I've experienced in London so far. It's not cheap, of course, but worth every penny in my opinion!
C. A.
One of the swankiest hotels in London. This place is definitely a legend. Whenever my family and I visit London, this is the place we call home. My children love it as well and the staff take such good care of them.
D.
Delicious negroni in a fabulous bar. Great service.
A. A.
Must be one of the best hotels in London. Great staff, great facilities, lovely surroundings. The Coburg bar is my favourite place for an indulgent cocktail or two
J. H.
Went here for cocktails and was not disappointed. The bar staff were unshakable: the Negroni (my benchmark cocktail) was solid - they mix their own vermouth for it. Perhaps most impressive was when I asked the bartender if they had Creme de Violette: she said "of course" - so many bars I've been to in London haven't had this essential ingredient for an Aviation. The atmosphere was buzzing and glamorous, the staff had a good vibe about them. They're serious about their cocktails here and I'd definitely go back.
J.
Very expsensive, however as we all know you get what you pay for (usually). In this case that is true. Excellent bar staff, they know their cocktails. A very nice experience all round, but painfully expensive.
A. T.
I had my wedding at the Connaught last year. It was the best day of my life. Staff were very friendly and understanding throughout the few month before our big day.
V. T.
Best cocktails bar in town. Be sure to ask for it as they have three bars. It's always busy in the evening but worth waiting. The service is also above excellent.
H. H.
The service at the Connaught is always first class, with the staff always going above and beyond the call of duty. The bar is superb and the restaurants, the Jean-Georges and the Helene Darroze are both excellent.
A. M.
Literally the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in. From customer service to dinner and drinks... The spa treatments are one of a kind! I love the staff there! Will definitely be back!
D. N.
The Connaught is incredible. Such a stunning hotel, bar and restaurant. Worth a visit, day or night. The service is always impeccable, the food and drink is always top standard. This is one of my favourite places to be in London.
N. H.
A unique and faultless hotel. One of the very best hotels in the world.
T. c.
Very impressive, comfy beds clean and staff always goes the extra miles to make your stayed pleasant😊
A. M.
Lovely staff, especially Manuel, a little pricey but you get what you pay for! Cocktails were delicious, great for gluten free and vegetarian if you ask
S. M.
Very stylish, discrete Top Mayfair hotel in the best area of London with lots of nice restaurants and boutiques around.
A.
Simply the best hotel in London. Decor, staff, atmosphere are perfect. If you want to go somewhere special in London, make it The Connaught.
A. H.
Lovely Mayfair hotel and one of the most elegantly discreet in London. Highly recommended are the Cocktail Bar and especially the Coburg Bar. Fantastic afternoon teas. Very very enjoyable place. 5 stars.
H. S.
The afternoon tea was flawless and super delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
S.
Absolutely exquisite experience from start to finish! We booked for Afternoon Tea. It was gorgeous. The staff are amazing. What a treat!
M. S.
Excellent for a late night cocktail when wondering around Mayfair. It's a shame they no longer have live piano at the bar, but I suppose that's the price you pay for the same modernism that also allows women to drink there. I remember when you could smoke a cigar at the bar...
J. G.
...the bar here is something else, the location and people watching is like a movie before your very eyes, serious selection of drinks to suit every taste and an amazing team on duty at all times... enjoy!...
L. M.
Luxury at its finest.
Nothing was too much trouble. All the different staff members really made me feel like they were proud of their jobs and wanted our stay to be perfect. Which it was.
A. H. L.
We had afternoon tea. Exceptional service. Nicest bathroom I've ever seen in my life. Beautiful old hotel.
K. S.
Immaculate service!
My husband surprised me with a one night stay in The Connaught prior my birthday... All attentive and kind from the moment we stepped in until the checkout❤ Front Desk, In Room Dining - special thanks to Claudia, Sebastian, Ionut, Andrei, Teo and butler Géza- went the extra mile and rocked during our stay.
Oh, what also touched me was a book I found in the room about Brancusi, an artist from my home city
P.S. Our 3yo was most delighted with the amenities we had in our room and loves his Dino( later edit)
v. B.
Absolutely first class.❤🎄
M. L. M.
I have the privilege to try some really nice places in London for afternoon Tea but I have to say, the Connaught Hotel is on my top list. I went to the Shangri La the other day and it was awful! I highly recommend this to anyone.
S. R.
Excellent in all aspects
M. A.
Good service and great place with a good atmosphere. Problem is the drinks are way overpriced. If you know your drinks, and how much they cost, then paying more than double may put you off.
N. T.
Great drinks and service
F. P.
I went there for an aperitif. Nothing to say, packed of nice people, excellent Cocktails. I did not booked in advance but the concierge found us a space at the bench the gave us a table as soon it became available
L. W.
Wonderful traditional style hotel, great service and lovely lounge bar area
H. B.
Must try the Martini bar. Service is superb. Drinks are even better. After the Martini try something special off their drink menu.
P. T.
A cosy, elegant, tasty cocktail bar with pleasant staff and a lovely fireplace to compliment the atmosphere. My favourite spot in London by far. I'd be a regular here if i could afford it.
K. H.
it's a must for a great quality 👌 👏 👍 🙌
H. M.
It’s my favorite place until they changed the rules about the outdoor area they have new rules which is 60 pounds minimum spend per person to have a table which is no place in london have this rules ,, i was shocked and stopped going there!!
And they don’t have like options for the food to spend this amount of money!!
E. B. L.
What a place for breakfast. Customer treated me and the food and beverages were outstanding. Brilliant staff and perfect atmosphere.
O. P. J.
Marco in the Red Room is an absolute Superstar.
P. J.
Amazing meal and wonderful staff from bar to restaurant. Very broad menu and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended
A. L.
A fabulous chic bar in the heart of Mayfair. Definitely in my Top Five Bars in London. Dress to impress. Special martini trolley where the mixologist makes the drink infront of you. Very quirky!

C. J.
Wonderful atmosphere and such friendly attentive staff.
D. R.
Nice quiet place. Cozy with good service.
Overpriced but very clean and comfortable.
M. J.
The food was much below the standard I expected, which was really surprising given the reputation. It was made up for with some great drinks, but still left feeling quite disappointed
A. S.
Fish n chips with champagne was pretty memorable. We didn't book but they did find us a seat after a little wait.
r. c.
Afternoon Tea - Really disappointed, Bread was stale, Service was not good for the price you pay. Ritz & Dorchester is where you go for afternoon tea. It was not worth £50.
M. O.
Beautiful afternoon tea, refills were no problem! Attentive staff. Can recommend.
L. s.
Fantastic afternoon Tea!
D. A.
Visited one of the restaurants here Hélène Darroze. Amazing food and if your careful can be reasonably priced. Definitely visit again

Very nice cocktails..but the constant replenishment of the nibbles when most were not even eaten was a bit weird..
d.
It is very elegant and stylish. The staff is professional and friendly. The food is very good and the rooms are very nice. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey.

Try the Martini trolley at the bar, and the tasting menu at Helene Darroze, both sense pleasuring experiences
J. T.
From the warm welcome no matter what hour, from the porters at the door, to the five star service and attention to detail, the Connaught deserves its ranking as a five star hotel.
Z. B.
Fantastic but queues take some time (due to COVID safety guidelines). Still with it
S. S.

Excellent cocktails and service. Great ambience but slightly wasted on me, I'm afraid. The prices make sure that the place should never be absolutely rammed. Too posh for me.
G. D.

M. M. J.
A great place for dinner, drinks, meetings, or relaxing with your favourite book. Lovely hotel rooms too.
