Visited for a birthday brunch with a friend and it was so lush. The food was so good and the coffee was insane! The service was A1: at pace and super polite. Also loved the live entertainment ; I’ll definitely be back.
T. B.We took our daughter here for her birthday for cocktails on the terrace. The staff were so attentive throughout the evening. They were aware that it was her birthday and kept bringing little treats out for her. When it was time to leave they bring the bill out in various books, whilst my husband was paying she read the first and last paragraph of the book and we got talking about it. The member of staff then asked her if she wanted to keep the book to read, he wrote a birthday message inside and gave it to her as a keepsake. Definitely a birthday she won't forget. A great experience all round.
L. C.Room lovely, reception & bar staff excellent. However what let's this hotel down is housekeeping. We had 2 robes, in morning they had taken one used one away but not replaced it. We used the tea bags but they were not replaced and there were only 2 small sachets of coffee left. There was no toilet roll left on holder and we had to search the bathroom for spare ones which we found in a hidden away cupboard under the wash basin. Also they exchanged towels but only left 1 set for 2 people. Need to improve this to warrant 5 stars
P. M.Very charming boutique hotel in the heart of London. Excellent walking proximity to Harrods, Knightsbridge, and Sloane Square. Very accommodating and friendly staff throughout hotel. Rooms are definitely on the smaller side but still comfortable enough. Very nice terrace restaurant and upstairs bar lounge to end your day with a nice drink and snacks.
I had a bit of an issue throughout my long stay and the Operations Director, Alex as well as the GM, Andrew were immediately hands on and ensured to further accommodate my needs and have me enjoy the rest of my stay. This is the type of management that makes a huge difference in hospitality and creates a memorable experience for the guest. Had a very lovely stay and will certainly come back again! I Highly recommend this hotel for your London Travel!

Ben, the concierge, is a gem —For example, when we checked out of the hotel he called ahead to our next hotel letting them know we were on our way and should have our room ready early so our baby could take her nap on time. Our first experience in London straight from Heathrow at 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning, greated by a full staff ready to exceed every expectation. Maria and Richardo, and the door men who greeted us, where the first in a line of professionals who met our every need and answered all our questions.
The surprise treats in the room, perfect dining recommendations, and the lovely craft cocktails at the bar made us feel like VIPs for four days. We cannot express enough gratitude for making 35 wedding anniversary like our honeymoon ❤ ♥.

L. h.Lovely hidden garden terrace in the Hari hotel with a delicious menu and cocktail list. I opted for the burrata, which was so creamy and served with a mix of tomatoes. Perfect portion for one! Although some would argue it was for two... 😂 Great service with friendly staff.

A.This Hotel is one of my best placeless to stay in London, the staff are Amazing very friendly and outstanding service, during our two stay Sabrine was in charge she is amazing, we had some issues during our next stay and she solved it immediately I never asked her support and she didn’t respond back to me, allows very smelly face when we talked to her. Thank you Sabrine for you support. Also they have amazing concierge Diego and Ricardo they are the best they willing too help as much as they can, also Sami he is the best he allows requested the taxi for us when he see us at the mine lobby, many thanks. The Hotel welcoming is amazing we arrived at 8 AM and the check in was 9 AM.
They provide us the room that we requested by Sabrine and she did it for us.
Housekeeping is outstanding they check the room 3 times a day with a delicious chocolate caramel truffle 😋. We stay at the hotel for 20 days and we felt we are at home. Highly recommended with no regret at all. the bar and the restaurant outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, the hotel view from my room was excellent and amazing. Location is perfect everything is close to you and walkable 10/10 location They have the best Doughnut in London. You must try it and the chocolate brownies

N. T.We stayed at The Hari for four nights in January 2020. We arrived early and staff members were very helpful in finding us a nice room to check-in to as soon as possible. We loved our room, it was very comfortable, on the top floor of the hotel with scenic views of London. The service was top notch and we were so delighted by the treats that were left for us each night including champagne and cookies to celebrate our recent wedding. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant nearly every morning of our stay. The hotel is also accessible to many trains and buses. I would highly recommend staying at The Hari during your trip to London without hesitation! We can't wait to visit again.

L. D.I loved my stay here! First off the staff is amazing. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and not pretentious. My favorite person was the morning bartender (I never got his name) but he had the most amazing beard and his mustache was curled up and he wore it so well! Besides him having some fantastic facial hair, he was very attentive! He realized in the morning I would go in sit in their outdoor area to have some alone time. He offered me coffee and from there I came down and had a wonderful latte every morning. Besides that the rooms were great! I had a premium room, and it was good for 2 people.

Excellent, professional and warm service with fresh, delicious cuisine (especially the pizza which is the best one I've had in London) and the pinot noir from New Zealand (I was wondering why it tasted so differently from the French one which I'm so used to having). The music reminded me of Costes in Paris - very welcoming cosy and trendy ambience overall. Loved it and will be back for breakfast, afternoon drinks. Highly recommend!

P. C.This hotel has been simply outstanding! Our room was ready early and, upon arrival was upgraded to a suite - which was very unexpected.. The staff were beautifully friendly and approachable. We also have two large dogs which were cared for and looked after wonderfully! My parents joined us for dinner in the hotel this evening and wow, excellent food and very attentive staff. Better still, we got back to our room to find champagne and other gifts from the hotel for our anniversary! Presently, I cannot fault this hotel, location, staff, food or drink in any way .. A wonderful weekend, thank you so much for making it so!

R.Really enjoyed our stay at the Hari. Location in Belgravia was quiet, safe, near museums and pubs. Lovely area for walking. Hotel staff were really welcoming, friendly and courteous. Lobby and room were exceptionally clean. Shower was spacious with great water pressure. Suggest hotel consider installing a grab bar though as floor surface was somewhat slippery. Room service breakfast was quick and very good. One suggestion though: deliver coffee in a thermal pot, not in the cup, as it was lukewarm by the time it arrived. We visited lounge/bar several times. Cocktails are pricey but creative and delicious. Service friendly, a bit slow but we weren’t in a rush so we didn’t mind. It turns into a bit of a club atmosphere on Friday and Saturday night. Would be nice if hotel offered a quieter spot for a drink as well. We weren’t able to get seated on Saturday night as it was so busy. Doorman recommended the bar at the Cadogan Hotel a few blocks away and it was lovely, and quieter. I never met Diego, one of the concierges who kindly assisted me in advance of my stay with an appointment at Neville hair salon around the corner. He also offered me use of the hotel’s wheelchair when I inquired about where to hire one. I ended up not needling it but appreciated that it was available. We stayed in a King Superior room and found it spacious enough for two. Bed was comfortable, turndown service was lovely, floor was quiet and we slept well. Highly recommend this property.

H. W.The staff in the bar of this place are amazing. So they get the three stars. Because it’s not their fault about the over priced rooms for the size. Nor is it for when we booked a table in the terrace for the world cup final the owner and his friends turned up and took it and effectively forced us out. That really sucked.
J. S.By far, the best thing about the hotel was the staff. A woman called Ash was super friendly, very accommodating and did everything with a smile on her face - one of the best I've dealt with (she deserves a pay rise). I would highly recommend to anyone going to London for the night.

Great room with comfi bed and very clean, great view of the city from above (10th floor). They help us make a restaurant reservation and to our surprise we found ourselves drinking glass of champagne that evening on behalf of the hotel representative! Really recommended spot coming to london if u want the quiet environment of this area.

B. G.My partner and I had a fantastic night here. The room was to an excellent standard, particularly the bathroom - which was huge. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, I was on crutches at the time and they made the stay very easy. Highly recommended.
M. V.Hidden Gem - very low key but superior service. Clean modern design. Location is one of the best - you were you need to be without crowds. We stayed there while it was part of Thompson hotels and now for the first time under its new name. We do everything we can to stay there. If you pay attention - you can get some great deals on the rooms from time to time. You will not be dissatisfied. Rooms are not huge but well designed and planned so the size is never an issue unless you travel with 4 large site case...but if you do you would probably get a suite. New Italian restaurant that is pat of the hotel is also something special. Make sure to have st least one dinner. We had two because we wanted to try more dishes.

g. g.No complaints at all!! The Belgrave is one of the nicest London hotels that I have stayed in. It situated in a lovely location, away from the hustle and bustle of busy London. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We only stayed for one night but would happily return. Everything was great. Top marks for cleanliness, topped off with extremely comfortable beds and bedding!!
B. S.Great service, great rooms, location and food. Seemed under occupancy because everyone was so quick and attentive. We never waited more than 5 minutes for any of our requests for drinks or housekeeping items. It's in a great area, quieter than most but within walking distance of Buckingham palace.
J. H.Reasonable drinks menu bit bar wasn't fully stocked so we couldn't try one of the gins that we fancied. Staff were polite but a little slow considering it wasn't a particularly busy time.

T. M.Had a great stay. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault. The best feature is the convenience. Special mention should be give about the staff who is extra courteous. The traffic connections there is just great. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes.
a. j.I don't know when the Amenities list was done but now the Belgraves DOES have a gym, it is small but really clean, top-notch equipment (x-trainers, treadmills, multi-gym etc) and although there is no pool, they have a partnership with a place up the road. Also pet friendly, they love dogs! We were really struck by the professional yet friendly and accommodating staff, even the bartender created special delicious 'mocktails' for the drivers in our group, having found out our favourite flavours. The new chef is creative and the food wonderful, the decor contemporary but in a warm, cosy way. Cannot fault it.

I was visiting London to watch Hamilton musical.
We loved the location, very quiet Belgravia neighborhood (few (less than 10) minutes walk from the tube and buses). The hotel is located in a quiet street overlooking a green small square.
The room we had was on the 7th floor overlooking the square, spacious and clean with very good rain shower and comfortable bed. Also a great sofa in kind of a closed small balcony!
There were few small personal gestures that made our stay very warm and friendly.
Upon the arrival we got a welcome letter with few cookies and kind of London paint from sugar powder and when we returned to the room after watching Hamilton we found kind of a miniature of the theatre made from chocolate.
Each evening we got some sweets near our beds.
The front desk people (especially Charlie) were both friendly and very helpful.
We’ll be very happy to return.

T. M.The rooms are a good size (we were given a handicap accessible room), so I can't comment on a typical room. Perfect location walkable to everywhere in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. The price was not so expensive. We used the concierge sevhce to book a day trip to Stonehenge and were very pleased.

Welcoming service, everyone says hello and wants to help if necessary - room we had (king studio suite) was very nice in terms of size and was good for us and our 2 small kids. Would definitely recommend this hotel without paying much higher rates for similar hotels nearby...

They didn't hesitate to help me despite the fact that I was not dressed well enough for such a hotel. Truly shows how unjudgemental the staff here are. It was located in the beautiful Belgravia section of London which we found during a tour was the "rich" area where all the Consulates are and very very old money resides. It was quiet, streets were lined with gorgeous old perfectly maintained homes and disgustingly expensive sports cars parked on the streets like they...

Loved this place, friendly staff (even sent a free glass of wine up to my room), very cool room with great bed, awecome bathroom with a GREAT shower, multiple electric outlets (with US, UK and Euro plugs) and USB ports at the work surface, a nice little couch at the window with motorized shades, etc.
Good location in upscale area of Belgravia, very posh neighborhood.
