Reception basically non existent.
Room not serviced nor coffee replenished for duration of stay. Noisy on a Saturday as the pub turns into a club.
Awaiting deposit refund that is an additional extra on checkin.
J. S.My sister stayed in this hotel overnight while visiting me in London. The staff were very helpful and friendly and upgraded her from a twin room to a small double on arrival. The ensuite room was very clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything she needed. The decor is smart and modern, and the hotel is close to local transport and amenities.

I. H.We spend a night at the kinds head hotel as we where heading for the evening towards the Evertim Apollo to see Jimmy car live, we had booked a superior room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room itself was a decent size room and recently refurbished, the bathroom was amazing, with a big shower head and the bath size itself was massive, I could lay in it and I'm 5'9. The bar was open for guests 24/7, and yes they did take a £20 deposit but as soon as we left the door on checkout we got it refunded into our bank account, The location is amazing with only 10 minutes away from a subway on the Piccadilly line and multiple buses right outside of the hotel, Westfield shopping mall was literally 10 minutes away and the local area was buzzing with shops late open. 3 supermarket around the corner and a market in from of the hotel. The Morrisons superstore allowed us to park for 20 hours with a separate app, called 'your parking space', it cost us for 20 hours £8.49, which was a bargain. Big tip for anyone coming from outside of London and who never travelled with a subway, pay by chip and pin directly in your card and don't by a ticket from the machine, we spend £22 pound for a return to the Apollo, which was literally 1/2 stops away, after I had spoken to a member of staff of the railway company the advised me to pay by card next time, as it would have normally cost us £6.80, big difference. Anyways back to the hotel, the hotel is run by a very friendly family, all of which where very helpful and nice, we where a bit shock that the place was empty, because we couldn't see any faults, with staff hotel or the location itself, highly recommend it and definitely will be back.

S. H.Was in room 001 (basement) was crazy noisy on a Saturday night as it's under the bar but the hotel very kindly moved my room with no hesitation which was great and very much appreciated. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are very very plush and clean with some great features like a TV in the bathtub and heated floors. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody staying in the area to stay here.
J. K.My wife and I stayed here in Spring ‘2017. Very nice quaint hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good food, about a 5-10 minute. Walk from the tube station. Not a very touristy neighbourhood, when we were there a lot of youths hanging out in front of convenience store at 3am right across the street talking extremely loud. But would stay again.

We stayed here in order to be close enough to London for an event, but didn’t want the London prices/small rooms. The King’s Head was a GREAT value, gorgeous room and really decent price.
This hotel exceeded expectations in every way!
You can tell that it’s been extremely well thought out, planned and designed, and they didn’t hold back on adding posh extras to the rooms.
What we LOVED:
- The heated floors in the bathroom
- The TV in the shower in the bathroom
- The BATHROOM… basically everything about it
- The climate control, plug and USB port beside the bed
- Wine glasses in the room
- Super nice decor
- The lighting
- Huge windows
This is one of those hotel rooms that is 100000x’s nicer when you see it in person!
It’s a very posh and executive feel room, without the high price tag.
There is a restaurant downstairs with a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. We ate all 3 meals there and the food was very good each time around. The restaurant has been beautifully restored with wonderful details and has a great vibe!
My advice: STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!
J. T.Bit of change from the old days of beer soaked carpet and mediocre DJs blasting R&B.. now a hotel upstairs, bar area very clean. Reasonably priced drinks and bar staff chatty but not very smiley. Nice place to chill. Mixed crowd, locals and hotel guests. Cocktails are not bad. Not much of an atmosphere, it's a hotel bar but I still like it.
J. H.This is a nice hotel with a old world elegance and modern amenities. Walking in there was a bit of a funky smell in the lobby and first floor. Our room on the second floor thankfully didn't have any offensive odour. The rooms are small typical for European hotels. But had modern touches, such as USB ports everywhere, a TV in the shower. At night the hotel is lit up in lights that change colour. It is a short 10 min walk to the Acton Town Underground station. A convenience store across the street. Good sense of security. Just no loading or unloading area in front.
J. N.Has one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever had. The only thing that kinda bothered me a bit is the noise. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear cars and bikes driving. Nonetheless definitely a good choice!
H. G.The Kings Head Hotel offers modern and nicely furnished rooms. I spent 4 nights here and encountered clean rooms, nice beds and even usb charging, awesome for people who forgot their adapter plugs ;P Underground is nearby (acton town) which makes it easy to go downtown. I did not try the food or drinks, but you can find many restaurants and pubs around too. All in all I would be happy to stay here again.
C. E.Once a month they play a good collection of R&B, Lovers Rock, Afro Beats etc. Great friendly vibe. Mix of people. Nice staff and door man are friendly too which is always an added bonus!
