Fabulous afternoon tea. Our waitress was very attentive. The Winter Garden was beautiful with a gorgeous Christmas tree and beautiful decorations. Wonderful pianist played the piano throughout the session. A lovely experience and such a treat for Christmas Eve.

Fantastic hotel. Was here for about two weeks and the service from the staff is second to none. The room service and in-house restaurant menu are fantastic. A great breakfast buffet with very fresh fruit and all the options was served daily. Although on a busy street and across from a train stop, which makes access easy, it's quite peaceful and quiet. Quite a few choices for sit down or takeaway within the area and convenient to walk in safe neighborhoods and its proximity to high end shopping as well. Lovely piano music daily in the atrium and the Mirror bar is worth a late night visit for a last cap.

We just finished our buffet breakfast at the hotel and it was just fantastic and exquisite. From start to finish the welcome, food quality and staff member service were brilliant especially from Rosario. Highly recommended. Superb environment too. We will come back for sure. JP, Emmanuel and Lucette.

Had afternoon tea here, very beautiful setting. Received great service. They had a good selection and I loved the sandwiches, different from standard afternoon teas. I would visit again for lunch or dinner.

It's one of my top two favourite hotels in London (and I've stayed in most of them). The rooms aren't extravagant but have a cosy homely feel and the TV has all the Sky cable TV channels (which most hotels don't have), it has a nice indoor temperature controlled pool, a nice spa and the Winter Garden has one of the liveliest (but in a good way) breakfast places in London.

Been at the landmark in February 2022. I was kinda disappointed from 2 major things. The room and the food at this hotel. Once you walk in and you see the receiption and this beautiful indoor palm area you think that the room will be as beautiful as that !! But unfortunately, rooms has nothing to do with the first impression you see. I can’t believe that they left the doors very old but painted with white. Restrooms does not have all amenities needed, you must request for tooth brushes, laundry bags… A hotel like landmark with the prices they charge, things like amenities and details must be very important. Breakfast was ok, not bad but people at the breakfast are not smiling, or nice!! I wouldn’t advice eating at the restaurant lunch or dinner!! The food is not ok. I don’t think they invested in a chef in their restaurant. We ate twice but both times food was tasting not good. The location of the hotel is good as their is a train station cross the street and they are walking distance from Oxford . The inside palm area is good to sip a coup of tea nothing more than that.

Had afternoon tea with my friend and it was absolutely worth the price. The service was brilliant and the food was amazing. We came around afternoon so was able to see the restaurant come alive for dinner. Sandwiches are free refills but scones and sweets are not but our waiter gave us on the house.

The best customer service ever! Booked a birthday dinner here and it was the best decision made! The service was impeccable. Such a lovely team, very friendly & helpful. The food was great and the venue speaks for its self its spectacular. Booking from the start was a breeze! The booking was for 16 people but it was so highly organised and well prepared that it wasn't stressful. Compared to other places I tried to book with previously! Thanks again!

We came for the Christmas afternoon tea, the tea, pastries and sandwiches were top notch. We were served coronation chicken sandwiches, Yule log pastries and traditional landmark in house tea which was exceptional. Another positive point was the chicken served was halal.

I planned a surprise 40th for my husband. I booked an overnight stay and afternoon tea. Had the most amazing time. Staff very attentive, a lovely lady name Olga saw to our every need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you will NOT be disappointed :)
Part of the overnight stay also included visits to the spa, jacuzzi & sauna, a huge swimming pool. Due to covid restrictions we had to book spa slots, this wasn’t an issue.
We were also given an upgrade as this was a special occasion. Would suggest booking a room overlooking the Winter Gardens. This place is a must for afternoon tea, a great selection of cakes and sandwiches and a superb range of different brews to choose from. Best hotel in Central London.

Absolutely stunning. Have been to the Landmark on multiple occasions and have always found the staff highly professional, attentive yet discrete and the food is to an exceptional standard. You won’t be disappointed.

Visited for a dinner with my best friend.
Location is easy to find. From the door You are welcomed friendly. Decorations looks amazing and atmosphere seams a bit exotic with the massive palm trees 🌴 I had 3 course with glass of Bellini. Soup didn’t hit my taste but second meal and dessert vas fantastic. Only one thing I was disappointed in, it was service. Service was rude and I felt treated differently to other tables.

Had a relaxing few days at the Landmark with my wife and 2 children (7&8yrs). The family room was very spacious, big bathroom too. Everything was clean, fresh and no dust, water pressure from shower was excellent, air con in the room was brilliant (God send in the summer). If we needed anything from concierge a quick phone call and they would be up to our room promptly to accommodate. There was a little tent for the kids with complimentary teddy bears and head torches which made their day, very nice touch. The bedding was clean and fresh as were the towels and dressing gowns. Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much variety, something for everyone I'm sure and staff gave us an attentive service, can’t fault it. The hotel is stunning and it felt like we were on holiday abroad with the tall palm trees in the centre of the hotel (the winter garden). Due to covid we had to book a slot to use the pool which we did and it was very nice and relaxing with only one other family using the facilities at the same time as us. Lovely hotel, everything was clean, staff very attentive to us and our needs and we would definitely stay again. In respect of any issues I had, if I had to nit-pick it would be (1) there is no ventilation or extractor fan in the bathroom, (2) mattress was too hard for my liking. But, nothing to stop me/us going back again that’s for sure.

I booked afternoon tea for my sister’s birthday and the experience was really good. The sandwiches were delicious, desserts and tea were amazing ! That caramel tea was just amazing. Our server was great and regularly came to ask if everything was okay.
My sister enjoyed the food and the experience. Great place to take some wonderful pictures. The chicken sandwiches were halal. I recommend this place if you’re wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

One of the best breakfasts in London, in a stunning atrium setting. First class food and drink, and the service isn’t far behind. Shall continue to happily return here.

Fantastic stay in a stunning venue! The staff right from check in to check out were amazing, constantly checking if there was anything they could do for us. It was our wedding night so on arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was huge!! The breakfast buffet was brilliant with so much choice to choose from. We also visited the spa and this completed our stay, everything was smooth and stress free. Will definitely be back!! Thank you to the team at Landmark London for making this truly unforgettable!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.
Brilliant hotel. Lovely ambience. Staff throughout were great. Really enjoyed afternoon tea and breakfast. We evening had the chance to try out the spa which was well managed. Cocktails in bar were also fab.

I had a lovely 'afternoon tea' here with friends and family. The building is an amazing mix of modern and classic European architecture. Very grand in its design features. The restaurant, located in the atrium is ironically called 'The Winter Gardens' but feels very much like summer with it's full size palm trees and sunlight shining through it's massive glass roof. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and very well presented. I would definitely go again.
P. S.
My friends and I had booked high tea for bank holiday Monday. The location is stunning. The service was slow especially at first as we arrived early and we had asked for the drinks menu however nobody came to take our order despite us saying we would like some pre drinks... Which we found strange.
We ordered Traditional high tea with champagne. When the sandwiches arrived they came in small individual plates. Most for delicious, just that the smoked salmon sandwich was dry and the bread was also dry. Once we were done with the sandwiches we got asked if we would like more and we all said yes. Our eyes were too big for our stomachs. The scones were very tasty. The desserts weren't as delicious as what I had 6 years ago at this very spot, but still not bad. The tea got cold quickly and we were never asked if we wanted a refill. I can't help compare the service and the quality of the food we had had 6 years ago to now and the price tag did not match it (especially the 12.5% service charge). Not as impressive as I remember.

A hotel in a big city, and you know what to expect- tiny rooms and bad service. But the Landmark hotel turned that around and really surpassed our expectations. It was one of a few hotels that offer family rooms that can accommodate 4, and our room was very spacious. They do this wonderful tent inside the room with teddy bears and torches. The winter garden is quite a wow place to have meals in it, and the service throughout the hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and comprehensive, and the coffee very good too. The hotel’s location is great, right next to Marylebone station. Overall I thought it was a memorable stay at a great value, and we will return.

Brilliant hotel. Lovely ambience. Staff throughout were great. Really enjoyed afternoon tea and breakfast. We evening had the chance to try out the spa which was well managed. Cocktails in bar were also fab.
Room was nice and spacious and well equipped.

This place was quiet and spacious. The building works, the wood finishing and ivory stone touch look amazing. People at the reception were very warm and welcoming. You will be assisted with your luggages into your room. The room was luxurious. Having said that, the bathroom could do with an extractor fan. Room service was above excellent. There is a swimming pool, spa, wet sauna, jacuzzi and gym available in the basement. There was a calm atmosphere around. At times it felt quite empty. The Winter garden food court was really incredible, it gives you the feeling that you are in Dubai or Qatar. The stay was expensive but you get what you pay for.
J.
Wow what a hotel! These guys really give you a five star experience nothing is ever too much. The rooms are brilliant and we had beautiful views of the palm trees. The breakfast was also brilliant. Thank you Landmark, it was just the break we needed.
S. H.
Amazing experience. Expect to pay service charge on everything including the room.
Clean friendly professional well presented staff.
Building is phenomenal....can't wait to go back

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here last night. A beautiful hotel, amazing service and the food was delicious. A special thanks to our waiter, Antonio in the Winter Garden restaurant. Highly recommend.

This place never disappoint, one can feel the class of the service from the minute of entry. I attended a banquet event and could not fault it. Quality of food, courtesy of staff, sequence of service, cleanliness, attention to detail, planning and organisation as well as the appearance of the hotel was superb. True 5 star place and it holds his ground firmly!

We went for afternoon drinks on a Monday and were not residents of the hotel.
The setting and architecture/design of the hotel are both beautiful. Where the stars come off is for the service - the staff, overall, weren’t very friendly nor particularly attentive. The cocktails were nice enough, but we weren’t made to feel very welcome.
Y. P.
After dropping my wife’s family to the airport 3 in the morning Federica at reception was extremely helpful and understanding by giving me an wife a late checkout so we can catch some sleep. Everything in the hotel felt so calm and relaxing. Look forward to out stay again.
S. B.
Beautiful room and staff. Very traditional decor but tastefully done. Veggie breakfast could be much better no veggie sausages available

Wonderful stay at the Landmark hotel. Large, clean, well appointed rooms in the Marleybone suite with very comfortable furniture and bed. Excellent powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Gently serenaded by the piano playing beneath our window during the day, very quiet at night.
All staff very friendly and attentive. Fabulous gluten free afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, scones and pastries. Excellent evening meal. Had a Happy birthday platter of fruit with each meal as well as Happy birthday being played discretely on the piano to accompany them!
An oasis of calm and luxury, will love to visit again

I booked a nights stay for my parents and their friends to celebrate their Diamond Wedding Anniversary and advised the Hotel of this special occasion. The hotel went above and beyond in helping them celebrate and taking care of them. The whole experience made them feel extremely special for the short time they stayed at the Hotel. A big thank you to all the team at The Landmark
R. H.
Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff. From the moment we arrived to check out, absolutely 10/10 for cleanliness, amenities, service, food and quality.
We will be coming back as soon as possible. Just amazing.
A. A.
The hotel is extremely beautiful and well maintained with abundance of facilities. The swimming pool can be used by adults and children which was a plus For us. The rooms are well presented and spacious. The staff are kind/friendly and eager to help an attitude even the Shangra la shard staff couldn't match. Me and my wife couldn't fault the hotel I highly recommend staying here with family or couples.

Visited The Winter Garden Restaurant at The Landmark over the weekend. We had an exceptional time, the staff were immensely thoughtful and attentive. Special thanks to Kamal who sourced some mash potato from the kitchen for my baby nephew as we devoured our sandwiches. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you to Kama and his team.

5 STAR WEDDING.
Just got back from our daughter’s wedding in the Tower Suite.
Beautiful room overlooking the Atrium.
Food and wine excellent. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Our accommodation was equally as good. Spacious room with everything you needed and more.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone!!
Thank you to all your professional and friendly staff!!!

We had a stay in a superior room with access to the pool and complementary breakfast last weekend. The service was perfect from start to finish. Everything was kept clean and well-presented.
We’ve previously stayed in the Landmark Suite after an event at the Empire Room and have dined in the winter garden. Our experiences at the Landmark have always been consistently excellent. 10/10 would recommend.
H. K.
We went for an afternoon tea with my 3 friends which was great but they tried to charge us £6 extra per person (total £24) because the prices had changed since we booked afternoon tea 2 weeks ago. They eventually charged us the price which was still not changed on their website even though the restaurant manager had changed it on the menus handed out to us on the day. Otherwise great staff and great place to have afternoon tea at.

This gorgeous venue is worth visiting during Christmas for afternoon tea. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the ambiance was so lovely. The interior is stunning and the staff are so friendly & professional.

I always believe in being fair so I will start with what was good.
My husband and I my son and glad to say now my daughter in law and her Mother spent two nights at the Landmark last weekend. Two superior rooms and a suite. Reception, concierge and doormen couldn't fault, so helpful. Rooms lovely.
I needed my hair and nails done for the wedding and the hairdressers in the landmark were so attentive
However, the first night my son was feeling poorly,(maybe wedding nerves), so I came back to the hotel with him for a while arranging to meet my husband in the Mirror Bar. What a mistake. As a lone female I was treated as if I'd walked in in just a thong, instead of a demure tea dress. I was told the bar would be busy later and couldn't sit where I had chosen. I explained I was expecting my husband and friends and we were staying there. The bar steward. He said later his name was James then proceeded to loudly ask from the bar what my room number was and my name so he could crosscheck. So embarrassing and not what you should expect anywhere. His attitude changed completely when my husband arrived five minutes later. Are we really still in the dark ages at this establishment.
Only other niggles were that the sauna was barely warm and having to wear a swimming cap in the pool.
I haven't mentioned this incident to my son as it would have ruined his day. Be aware bar steward nothing could make me prouder of my son and his wife but I would never recommend your bar to anyone

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located for access into Londons West End and next to Marylebone station. Stunning restaurant on ground floor. Took a few photos, so have a look 👀

Fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel, relaxing and calm atmosphere. Very peaceful. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food and breakfast was amazing. Only thing I would say is no fresh carton of milk for coffee/tea in your room only small UHT cartons. The also don't prepare your bed for bedtime I.e shut curtains, put slippers out near bed, choc on bed and bath salts etc. This is comparison to another 5 star hotel near Covent Garden. Loved my stay but sometimes these personal touches if in place go such a long way and make the experience even more fantastic.
L. K. L.
One of the best luxury stays I've done in London. Attentive & friendly staff, spacious rooms and the spa was lovely. Thumbs up! Great for a special occassion.

I went to The Landmark Hotel London for the 1st time for Afternoon tea and Spa Day and the experience was excellent and Amazing. The service at the winter garden was provided by Antonise his hospitality was amazing I must say the staff is very kind and helping and after the afternoon tea. I had full body massage from yasmin she was very professional and made me feel so relaxed I would give The Landmark Hotel London (Marylebone) 10/10.The food the staff and the experience is was absolutely amazing.A big thank you to the Hotel and it’s staff.

An amazing experience. The ambition, staff, restaurant, food... Everything was amazing. I booked a half spa day in the hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and I took him to winter garden restaurant for a dinner afterwards. The massage felt like forever. The massage was given by a professional masseur, which so caring about your needs. Afterwards they took us to a relaxing room with a lovely cup of tea and we finished our spa day by relaxing in the jacuzzi. The winter garden restaurant one of the nicest places I have been. The food was really nice, nice staff. We would definetly consider going again.

Super spectacular hotel with old time charm and all the current amenities. High end dining and excellent service with a good wine cellar. Will be returning for a stay very soon!
P. S.
Friendly staff, good service, beautiful decor and ambience and reasonably priced. Started our London day trip off in style

Whenever I want get away from London buzz, I visit Landmark, such holiday feeling, loving the palms and piano combination. Fact it is so quiet make me want to come for well deserved rest.

Lovely hotel, food good very clean great staff , only downfall for me was the hair dryers need to be updated, even the lady in the next room complained asked to borrow mine
S.
Wonderful.
The Landmark London is fabulous, attentive staff, beautiful design and an amazing venue for any event/stay. I cannot wait to get back!
W. Z.
The best service by everyone especially a man who I think was the security at this time today he ensured I had something to drink and eat whilst decorating the Christmas trees and made sure I felt welcomed ,so thank you very much definitely recommend this place as you’ll feel like home .
J. G.
Inconsistent housekeeping. Often no hot water. No decent wifi until you complain for a new network spa water set to skin temp. Good bed.
C. k.
Decided to book this hotel after getting married. We initially had booked the executive room but surprisingly we were upgraded (free of charge) to the Marylebone Suit which was very nice of them. The suit was absolutely wonderful and it looked exactly how it's shown on the website.
As soon as you enter, you have a spacious lounge area that has a sofa, coffee table and a TV where you can sit down and relax. The lounge is connected to the bedroom which has a massive bed, another TV and a lot of space around. I was so excited to know that we were going to stay in the suit rather than the room we initially booked.
They have 24hr room service so if you feeling hungry then you can always call in for some food. (I have to say though, there's not much options for vegan & vegatarians which is very disappointing)
The toilets were absolutely amazing; twin sink, massive bathtub and also a shower right opposite. Right in the end you have the toilet. They've done very well executing. It was an amazing stay & experience.
When we entered, we were welcomed with a cupcake and a welcoming card congratulating us on our wedding day. The receptionist was so kind, it didn't take long to check in at all. The entrance and exit is from different sides and both sides has a doorman.
Overall the whole experience was exceptional and I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. We only stayed for three nights but was so tempted to stay longer!
Definitely coming back to spend and celebrate special occasions.
T. R.
Loved the food, atmosphere, surroundings and the service was fabulous. It's what you should expect at such a beautiful and iconic establishment.
S. L.
Great service from the wonderful staff. The afternoon tea was fine - great scones with a nice selection of jams. The cakes were pretty good too. The sandwiches were fine but nothing exceptional. Overall it was a nice experience. Not particularly great value for money, I thought afternoon tea at The Wolseley was just as good and much better value.
J. W.
Beautiful view and great selection of cakes from their afternoon tea menu.
Staff are not very welcoming (-⭐️)
A. B.
Amazing experience, we had the afternoon tea and was delicious. We had as much sandwiches as we wanted which was included in the price. The service was exceptional. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. Lots of photo opportunities as well for any instagrammer.
S. S. J.
Nice. Breakfast was just OK to me not overly yummy.
n. t.
Loved my stay. Executive rooms are really spacious for London hotel and are beautifully designed. Their afternoon tea is fantastic except for the desserts, spa treatments are pretty good, though leaving with clay on my face and only realizing 30 mins later wasn’t great
r. s.
Highly recommend, wonderful bar for the evenings, and a lovely breakfast for the next morning, what more do you need.
S. O.
Landmark is yet to disappoint. I experienced another superb afternoon tea business meeting and remain impressed with ambience and service delivery
I. S.
Great staff, which is the most important aspect of this venue, who make you feel relaxed and welcome.
J. M.
This hotel is beautiful! Great location, lovely to be walking distance to Regent Park and Oxford Street. The room was spacious and comfortable and they'd put a little play tent in for the kids with a couple of head torches for reading and playing in it, which was a nice touch although my kids didn't look near it after the first 5 minutes! The air conditioning was also excellent, a must when it was so hot. Only complaint about the room was the noise. There were functions on 2 of the nights we stayed and the music was extremely loud (we were on the 2nd floor) . Not ideal when you've got 3 young children trying to sleep.
The breakfast was excellent and the serving staff couldn't have been more lovely and helpful, they were all great with the kids. Unfortunately when we were there the mirror bar, garden terrace and great central bar and restaurant were all closed. I can only assume this was due to covid but the reason or the fact that they were closed was never communicated to us. So there was nowhere in the hotel to be able to sit and have a drink or a coffee which was a shame.
N. W.
Accommodation was superb, staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, really enjoyable experience
C. W.
We got married at Old Marylebone Town Hall next door and stayed at The Landmark that night - what marvelous service and a classically beautiful interior! We were upgraded to a suite which had a gorgeous view of the atrium and special touches. The Winter Garden’s breakfast was also lovely, unique, and plentiful, with Mediterranean sides and artisan items. As we stayed during the pandemic, the spa required pre-booking to ensure cleaning between visits by various clientele and so the spots were unfortunately unavailable, but that was completely understandable. Thank you to The Landmark for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.
A. R.
Beautiful venue, attentive staff, interesting and delicious drinks. Pricey, but worth it.
Z. M.
Wonderful hotel, from the outside it's fine but i really liked the interior design
C. H.
This is our favourite Hotel in London by far . The Hotel is beautiful and service they offer is outstanding. We have visited this Hotel for many years and the standards have always been 100%. The staff are all amazing each and everyone of them. If anyone is thinking of visiting during this pandemic you would have no worries at all regarding cleanliness and hygiene. A big Thank you to Management Magdy and all the wonderful staff for making our stay so perfect. You all do such an amazing job , each and everyone of you are asset to this company.
THANK YOU!
G. F.
Our stay here was excellant, we were upgraded to the marylebone suite and the room was perfect; very roomy and a lovely view out to the main courtyard. Staff were super and could not do more to help us with our requests and greet us at every oppertunity.
Easily could have been 5 stars however we could not use the pool as it was fully booked throughout our whole stay and the service at afternoon tea was quite poor after we had been served. However I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
D. R.
Very nice place. Great lounge bar.
P. P.
Superb service and an exquisite menu.
wonderful selection from the lunch menu with friendly and helpful staff with a professional attitude to ensure you are completely happy with your visit.
Great location and excellent environment.
5 star.

We booked an executive suite for two nights as we were getting married across the road at the Marylebone Town Hall. Due to hair and make up etc needing to be done we wanted an early check in which the hotel were able to accommodate however it took a huge amount of faffing (like 8 separate calls to the hotel) to confirm this was possible. However upon check in, the staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble including finding more chairs to bring to the room etc. As it was our wedding they also added a few really special touches to the room such as a congratulatory cake and wine and declarations on the bed which were greatly appreciated.
The hotel itself is exquisite with the Fabulous atrium and palm trees as the centrepiece. Our room was also amazing, overlooking the atrium and just so luxurious and HUGE. We wanted to use the pool however due to COVID it was apparently fully booked each day which was kinda annoying . My brother was also at the hotel having drinks and lost his wedding ring which the staff managed to find! No idea how but just shows the level of service!
We had an absolutely amazing stay - really made our wedding weekend special

Charming hotel in need of a bit of updating. The hotel building is beautiful but the service and amenities don't quite live up to expectation. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including late checkout and taking care of our bags for the day. We had an ok room - booked the 'superior' which is essentially the basic room, usually get offered an upgrade with Expedia VIP but not here. We wouldn't have minded too much as it's better than your usual basic room, but the previous guest had (we think) been sick in the room and although the carpet had been cleaned there was a bit of a smell - informed reception but nothing was done. The in room breakfast was excellent but breakfast in the Garden Restaurant seemed lacking, service was quite slow and the hot food a bit basic for the price. Only afternoon tea served after lunchtime, no snacks or drinks available which was a shame as the atrium is a beautiful space to sit in and the Central Restaurant was closed at time of visit. The pool area is in desperate need of refurbishment, we patiently waited for our 30 min slot and paid for swim caps but were disappointed. The pool is a bit too cold, the jacuzzi and sauna need replacing and there is no steam room. Although we enjoyed our stay, at £330 per night (Expedia rate) we expected more and on balance I think we would give it a miss until some changes are made.
S. B.
Excellent service at afternoon tea. The hotel is beautiful as well.
S. A.
Nice lobby coffee shop and restaurants but still deserve a little luxurious and renovation touchs.
C. K.
Mirror bar does an excellent cocktail- very inventive house specials as well as all the traditional favourites. Service very good. Prices high but you get what you pay for. A quality place and quiet enough to be able to have a decent chat, but enough people still to have atmosphere.
A. L.
Stunning atmosphere in The Landmark Hotel! Coffee is not as strong but I had a little meeting there and everything was beautiful. We only had some drinks however a lot of people were in full celebration mode.
J. F. G. I. W.
Fantastic! Staff are superb and attentive and the rooms are delightful.
M. M.
We came here for afternoon lunch, the hotel is lovely.
Unfortunately there was some kind of construction going on making it a tad noisy..
We had the set menu, staff was not very attentive- it's not like they were even extremely busy.. Though our server was very kind & reasonable.
All in all, the food was nice & we had a lovely afternoon.
With all the places to try in London, i'm not sure if we would return here again.. But a good place if in the area, with a reasonably priced menu.
I. A.
Best hotel in London. The doormen Vadim and Tamas are always terrific too!!!! Thx for everything guys.
B. B.
Fabulous afternoon tea. Our waitress was very attentive.
L. A. O.
Fine dining, exquisite surroundings. 5 stars ,should be 7,soon beauty to the eye and soul
A. L.
Where else can you find magnificent palm trees! A stunning hotel.
M. L.
Great location for both Regents & Hyde Park, and a pleasantly mellow vibe for a 5 star hotel. Staff are faultless and the main atrium and rooms are all excellent. Good room service too. A special hotel.
A. S.
Was amazing 👏 lovely people service the atmosphere definitely would recommend 👌 ♥️
V. B.
Truly a haven.
I've missed coming and working in the lounges and winter gardens tucked away with a coffee or a mint tea.
The staff are polite, and kind and always immaculate. I love it here.
A. H.
Very relaxing stay at the landmark very close to train stations & restaurants. Dinner in the landmark was amazing very nice scenery perfect for a special occasion or a date night . Only issue with bed room is lack of plugs - 2 people a room with several technical devices this maybe an issue
S.
Amazing hotel with very good service
But the location is not the best
R. N.
Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and building, great staff and service. Right opposite the station so really convenient. Would definitely recommend.
D. S.
Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms. Staff polite and welcoming.
U. J.
Extremely polite staff. Thank you to the concierge who offered to carry the flowers when he saw me struggling on the steps.
S. L.
Went here with my bf for the winter garden for my birthday and honestly it's amazingg! Helmi our server was a great and kind help and super lovely with the birthday surprise! The food was great and definitely would love to come back in the future.
P. C.
Here for a conference and what a gem of a place, beautifully adorned rooms, polite helpful staff, a real pleasure to have stayed her, we'll be back
C. G.
Two-day break for a wedding just over the road. The staff were wonderful - the doorman was a hoot and the restaurant staff in particular were just a delight. Food was top notch and the room was lovely.
M. T.
Came for the restaurant / bar and left impressed. Landmark steak is up there and the foyer area is an attraction in itself. No wonder all the football teams stay here.
Update: Came to a wedding here a few years later and it was a lovely occasion. Covid has made it difficult so booking far in advance for the gym/spa area is recommended as annoyingly we couldn’t use the facilities.
C. R.
Service and food was amazing. The set lunch is worth it and the decor was fantastic, you feel like you've been transported to another country!
m. b.
Great wedding venue, just been to my niece's wedding here at the Landmark top venue
F. S.
Best service in London. We stayed with the Land Mark for our wedding weekend. We were treated like royalty and will never forget it. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff on the doors and on the desk were super, they were always happy to help. The room was big and clean and we loved the White Company bathroom products as well as having both a bath and shower in the room, very convenient.
TV remote was very clunky and slow though and we didn't manage to watch anything other than YouTube 🤷🏽♂️
Also, despite calling two separate days we didn't manage to get into the spa or the pool due to demand and Covid (not really the hotels fault).
However, overall we really enjoyed our time in the Landmark Hotel and would be happy to stay here again. It's so close to Marylebone Station and a short walk from Baker's Street which has several lines running from it. It is also very beautiful inside and is worth going to see for yourself.
A. T.
Service was sub par at first and had to complain which wasn't great especially as dined here many a time with no issues before however at the change over there was a marked improvement and it all went plain sailing from then on. Pastries were great, scones were lovely and the preserves and tea delightful. Champagne was good but I've had better savoury items (sandwiches). Not sure i shall rush back but may try a different menu or service time. Venue is still as beautiful as ever though.
R. P.
Had afternoon tea here. Great ambiance in the palm court.
T.
We ate at the Winter Garden Restaurant and our waiter Simone was very kind and helpful. Great service from him, thank you Simone! The food was also delicious

I worked for landmark its been a nice 5 star hotel it deserves 5 stars
J. G.
Nice hotel with rooms available for private functions. Right opposite tube station and just outside the congestion zone.
P. S.
Lovely hotel but only working in pool plant room.
M. C.
Brilliant, superb service by efficient, wonderful and friendly staff. Food quality, presentation all excellent . Were taken for birthday celebration and we will return. Well done to all at The Landmark
S. R.
Great service and experience for our afternoon tea at the Winter Garden
K. M.
Great Service Whilst I was moving house - I didn't get the person name that dealt with me but was a pleasure.
J. V.
Delicious menu, beautifully designed environment......pleasant place indeed love it
F. O. O.
What a fantastic venue for a business meeting/lunch! Excellent decor, brilliant menu served by very professional staff. I especially enjoyed being directed to the QR scan card for the menu. Very high tech (or at least for this luddite!).
H. s. H.
Overall stunning!
Staff was amazing,
Hygiene standards excellent,
Environment is just superb,
Marylebone tube station 2 minutes walk, regents park 5 minutes walk,
We liked Breakfast 🥞 specially the sitting area👌🏼😅
Price worth it🥳
Highly recommended 🙌🏼
S. B.
Had a fantastic afternoon tea at The Landmark. Many thanks for Rogelynn for catering to our dietary needs and for being so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend
A. G.
Beautiful breakfast in the palm court.
I was in Marylebone for a meeting and decided to come here for breakfast while I waited. Even though I wasn't a guest the staff were very accommodating. I felt safe and comfortable with the measures they had in place.
The staff were very attentive and service was great and breakfast was yum.
F. C.
It deserves the 5 stars, even our fridge bar we found it off and the water obviously warm. We just turned it on and fixed it. A p of a p of a p of a. They wouldn't be acceptable things from a hotel of this level, but it's so beautiful and well-groomed in the halls and the paintings, furnishings and finishes, that we let go of these little unpleasant details. Would recommend. He's got a great history behind him.
M. L.
A beautiful place to have lunch, under the enormous atrium in the centre of the hotel. The food was excellent and the set menu was delicious and certainly didn't leave you hungry by the end of the meal. The price was also reasonable. The piano player set a pleasant ambiance. Overall it's a great place to spend a few hours with friends and family.
T. 7.
Quite large room but it’s time to do renovation, it shows it’s age on the rooms & furniture
M. d.
The food and service fabulouss,I highly recommend.
J. H.
Enjoyed the Mirror Bar, nice elegant cocktail bar with some great cocktails
A. -. J. U.
Amazing hotel very high end. The staff are very courteous and polite as expected. We went for afternoon tea only and it was great fun. The sandwiches are amazing and unlimited. The cakes are sublime and the selection of tea is very good. The garden itself is amazing and the hotel is much bigger than one thinks when seen from the outside. The trees in the garden make it feel like you've been transported somewhere exotic. It's an experience worth having.
S. K.
Excellent place.
Only issue is finding parking space.
J. J.
This was a birthday present for me. I went for the artistic delicious set meal for £35. The setting was stunning and felt like I had left the UK and travelled to an exotic place. Beautiful piano music in the background, warm and very professional staff who went out of their way to make you welcome and have everything you needed. A memorable evening.
F. M.
This hotel is amazing. Went there for tea not really expecting much. Was blown away by the interior of the hotel. Very well presented building and furnishings, great ambiance with music in the background from the piano and harp. The staff in the restaurant area are fantastic and the service was 5 star. The accommodation in the restaurant is very well furnished and and very comfortable. Several seating arrangements are provided so that you can choose the best place based on your preference and social group.
This is an expensive restaurant, however if you want to treat yourself to tea and coffee then I recommend the Landmark. I have been to a few places and this really is on the top of my list. I hope to return to the Landmark for coffee and pastries with friends.
If you appreciate your surroundings and want to go somewhere special then the Landmark hits the spot.
J. K.
Mirror bar is lovely with great staff and lovely selection of cocktails.
D. H.
Was treated with respect and even though I was only staying one night, they surprised me by leaving a birthday cake in my room at no extra cost 😁
C. D.
I stayed at the landmark for a weekend away. The rooms are smart and house keeping are very attentive. Wonderful location, beautiful bar and a hearty breakfast. Only reason for four stars is due to a door man asking if I was a guest of the hotel while proceeding to my room and asking to see my room card. Other than this a wonderful stay. You must explore the winter garden it’s incredible!
T. N.
Amazing place to visit for afternoon tea highly recommend
Y. E.
Lovely hotel, great location
E. H.
Beautiful Hotel, amazing food
r. p.
Afternoon tea was delicious especially the scones with soft texture
H. G.
Great ambience and food in a beautiful setting
J. R.
We just finished having the loveliest afternoon tea. The service, the atmosphere, the music, the Christmas decorations and the service where absolutely fantastic.
Special thanks to Yusuf (sorry if I am misspelling your name!) for his impeccable service and top notch helpfulness. I will be certainly coming back on my first wedding anniversary ♥️
J. K.
I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Landmark. The history of the hotel was amazing and the rooms were probably the largest I've ever had in Europe. Spectacular! The only reason I don't give it five stars is there pain I had after check out. I did the express check out but never received my folio over email. It too me two weeks of emailing them before somebody was finally able to send me my bill.
J. R.
I visited this hotel for a conference meeting. Within walking distance of Baker Street Station and there is a separate private drive parallel to the main road if arriving by road. Very opulent inside with plenty of helpful staff. The conference facilities and associated drinks/food were excellent. I certainly would like to return here to stay or book dinner for that special occasion. At the higher end with regards to pricing but then quality does not come cheap.
K. D.
Had company Christmas party here. The place is amazing. Rooms were excellent, good service, and the decor and vibe was great. They did an excellent job of decorating for the holiday as well. The location is easy to get to as it’s immediately outside of Marylebone station. Would highly recommend this place.
V. Z.
I have been coming to Landmark Winter Garden for a pre-Christmas dinner for the past 7 years. Each year both the food and service have been excellent , not to mention the cosy decorations. It’s a perfect way to start the festive season
M. B.
Went here for our first high tea experience and very well looked after! If you are there for a special occasion, the restaurant adds a special touch to your visit. We had unlimited sandwiches, mini cakes and scones with different flavoured jams, with a glass of rose champagne and tried different teas. The pianist, singer and harpist were not loud and in your face. It was rather relaxing! Would definitely come back!
J. G.
Incredible food and very attentive staff your glass is never empty during the brunch, whether you're drinking water or champagne. The food is beautiful and they have a wide range of options to suit everyone. It was a birthday for us and they kindly brought some cake over.
Would highly recommend for any special occasion.
R. K.
Excellent. Wonderful high standard on every aspect. A charming and a delightful oasis. Wonderful staff. A great menu with excellent food and coffee. Wonderful atmosphere and such a pleasant young woman from Armenia who looked after us. Relaxed. A great place before or after the train journey to or from Oxford. Expensive, yes, but it is for when you want and/or need that experience.
Friendly and welcoming.not only would we return, but we would stay a night or two to enjoy that superb attention to detail.
A. F.
Nice ambiance and decorations around in the "winter garden" to have our afternoon tea here. It gets even more beautiful when the sky turns darker and the restaurant light up the palm trees. The afternoon tea itself is decent, with well made sandwiches, scones and sweet treats. I would appreciate it more if the scones are freshly baked or served warm. I also liked the wide range of tea selections.
Service was good, with friendly staff around. They originally forgot about my dietary requirements, but quickly turned it around by serving the right ones.
M. W.
What a stunning hotel this is, couldn't fault it.
J. A.
Excellent tea and attention, service reaches the excellence.
One of the best places to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoon.
P. C.
"Absolutely delicious food, with good prices for the standard.
C.
Good afternoon tea. One of the waitresses could have been a bit friendlier but the waiter was fine. Nice sandwiches but the cakes were a bit sickly for me. Ate it all though! Wonderful surroundings.
C. G.
Worth the money. Fantastic rooms, building and service.
Restaurant was a little disappointing - given the prices I’d have expected a better club sandwich, should at least have been better than M&S. Chicken and bacon was packet stuff straight out of the fridge - was expecting the real thing and for it to be warm.
D. P.
Very cool and exclusive. I really enjoied the time there
I. A.
Wonderful hotel with a wonderful stuff. Probably the best hotel you can stay in London
F. M.
Wonderful hotel in Marylebone. Fabulous rooms and luxury breakfast. The hotel offers all one could wish for romantic weekend. Good brasserie with very nice dining. Good gym with pool and wellness possibilities. A real 5-star experience.
J. P.
The three mothers had a relaxing weekend together, without having to worry about their children. Batteries recharged a little for the weeks ahead.
P. S.
Once you come through the Landmark Hotel doors you step into another space. It's history, glamour, exquisite appliances, perfect staff and everything else that makes a relaxing and wonderful place. Indeed Landmark London Hotel should be a landmark on London's tourist destination!!!
E. S.
I absolutely adore this majestic iconic venue. Wonderful hotel, fantastic winter garden restaurant. Go!
A. S. A.
Landmark hotel is a magnificent and serene hotel.
Lovely ambience and rich architecture, I got lost inside the building on m first day.
Some very lovely staff, Pierre, Sam, Markus and a few others.
Generally, its a premium location and indeed a choice hotel in London.
But as a 9ja person, you need to shine your eyes oh. I had an experience with bill creeps.
Nice meals too!
J. C.
Wow! What a fantastic experience with great, friendly staff.
S. M.
Tea in atrium was wonderful - particularly thanks to the marvellous Magda. We were so impressed with her we will be back
E. E.
I went here to celebrate my 25th birthday. It's a beautiful hotel, great location and brilliant services available. I had a crystal massage at the salon and it was amazing, we had dinner in the main restaurant which was very nice. I had the seafood linguine and a lemon meringue tart which was delicious. They also gave me a birthday cupcake which was very sweet of them
K. W.
We had a lovely stay at the Landmark. We arrived for a long weekend break to celebrate our little boy's birthday, and from the start the staff made our visit memorable. The family room overlooking the Winter Garden was spacious and nicely air conditioned on a hot day. The staff were all lovely, and super friendly. The breakfast buffet is also 5 star and comparable with the best we have eaten overseas on holiday. All in all, faultless. Thank you guys!
G. G.
Great Cafe. Probably a good hotel, but I was in their Winter Garden cafe for a tea. Attentive service, the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen, and some great Amaretti biscuits. On certain times they have life harp or piano music playing in the background too.
H. C.
Beautiful hotel amazing service and rooms
D. B.
Fabulous hotel - somewhere very special in London.
H. K.
Went for a Birthday Party. It has nice ambience
Z. M.
Really liked the hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms were a really good size as well. Lots of art and decor in the building itself which makes it much better. The only real disappointment I had was that the Break fast is not that great, especially compared to the rest of the hotel. Also, because it is such a nice hotel it comes with quite a bill.
E. I.
i stayed for a few nights and without any regret extended my stay. the atmosphere the palm trees everything about it is so elegant.
The rooms i stayed in were also so spacious. dont know if i got lucky or not but i absolutely loved it.
Definitely will return on my next trip
C. F.
Lovely scenery... I ordered beef fillet which came with wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and shallots..I ordered mashed potatoes and spinach for my sides...everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were all pleasant and polite.
T. M.
The hotel is beautiful and has a luxurious feel. Room was just spacious. The smoking scent was so strong that I asked for a room change. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the hotel the staff couldn't have been more attentive. Would definitely return thanks to all the staff and ***agers for their great service.

We booked a spa package and afternoon tea here for my mothers birthday. The day was perfect from start to end. Service was fantastic throughout the day. The spa treatments were wonderful. Our therapist we're professional and attentive. The facilities- swimming pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi were clean and tidy and very relaxing with nice mellow music playing. Afternoon tea was great in the winter garden with a harpist playing music which was a lovely added bonus. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you very much for a superb day!
_.
Friends and I went there for afternoon tea and we’ve been to some since and it’s never been as great as the Landmark hotel!
Customer service was so accommodating and friendly.
Place was lavish.
They topped up our sandwiches 3 times.
And it was all halal.
The sandwiches and macaroons were delicious.
Bit on the pricey side but 100% worth it for the whole treatment.
R. H.
Unless you're quite financially well off (which unfortunately we are not), I'd personally advise a friend to please stay and eat and drink here if you're in a splurging "I'm worth it!" uplifting wish to indulge, or celebrating a really special occasion. Because it really is extra extra extra special and beautiful and magical and wonderful. But that is just my experience and opinion! And everyone here is so kind and friendly and lovely and helpful. We loved the room, bars and restaurants, and tried them all!
H. E.
A Gorgeous hotel. The luxury and oppulance hits you as you walk through the doors. The staff are very friendly and make you feel like royalty. we had a group dinner, (13 of us) and as we had pre ordered, the food was served together. it was beautifully presented and delicious. The desserts were extra special.
R. J.
I've done business here and stayed for pleasure and I have to tell you that the Landmark is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are lovley, the food is perfect and the building is awe-inspiring. If you can afford it you should stay, if you can't then at least go for lunch.
M. C.
One of the best hotel i have been to in London and the location is perfect for tourist. Our room was really spacious and the breakfast was really awesome. The service is very professional but they make you feel like a VIP because of their being very attentive. The price is up there but it is worth the experience.
H. L.
Nice but without car park.
N. L.
Good for a meeting venue. Thank you
D. L.
Attended a company event here. The space is lovely, the food was terrific, and the staff were attentive. I spent a bit of time in a colleague's room before the event and was very impressed. I believe it was a basic room, but it was extremely well appointed; stand outs for me were the walk in closet, classy decor, and just the size of the place. You'll pay a premium to stay here, but from what I observed, it's worth it.
M. J.
Fantastic hotel. Feels very spacious all round. Large rooms, great restaurants and bars. Full service including a spa with pool. Excellent location for exploring London. Highly recommended
T. M.
What an excellent place to stay. The room is large for London standard, 52sqm if not mistaken. Luxury at our fingertips and elegant surroundings made my nephews wedding a wonderful day to remember. We went down and explained to reception …
E. P.
Love this venue! Great location and idyllic inside. Especially the incredible Winter Garden with the glass roofed atrium. A spectacular sight!
M. S.
A very plush grand hotel who serve a gorgeous cream tea. The wheelchair access is a little strange as the only accessible toilet I could find was a slightly larger stall in the men's. Meant spending a penny was hard going. There may have been a better one elsewhere but I couldn't find any staff to ask. Otherwise a great place for a meeting or special event.
n. p.
Staff were a bit clueless. Feeling slightly tired in appearance.
V. R.
There are no words to describe how nice and elegant this place is! 5* is not enough!! The place has so much to offer, it is incredible!, Winter garden(i have attached pictures of it) its a splendid place where you can experience something new!
Across the street there is Marylebone train station which offers easy access to places in UK, Baker street is 5 min walking, plenty of things around the hotel.
It is an amazing place!!
Really pleased!!
C. M.
Visited for their festive afternoon tea. Couldn't fault the selections of tea, sandwiches or cakes.
The only slight negative which meant I couldn't score top marks, was the service was a little lacking.
It wasn't overly busy, but the staff seemed to struggle with customers. Some tables seemed to get good service, whilst others couldn't get attention they were looking for.
I had to wait a few times for my tea to be topped up.
On leaving, we had to wait a long time for our coats which really shouldn't happen.
Would definitely visit again, but for the price, the service should be as good as the food and drink.
R.
Stayed at the spa using the day pass with my friend. It really good. Spa Staff friendly and the doormen smiley. Highly recommend. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Free towel, slippers and robes plus toiletries so don’t really need to bring anything. Hair dryers and straightened there. Will redo visit again
M.
I think there is no word to describe this hotel. Especially the restaurant area with palm trees make you feel like you are in heaven. As soon as you enter the hotel the smell of the fresh flowers take you to a different world from the busy most polluted street.
A. L.
Went for an awards ceremony and the service was exceptionally poor. We got a course an hour and the food wasnt that great. The surroundings are amazing- it is 5 star - but the signage was poor and you kept going round I circles looking for things.
A. C.
ATN Cars provide private Airport transfers, cruise port transfers and day trip transfers to guests at The Landmark Hotel. It is easy pickup/drop off from the both entrances of this hotel. Hotel is located within seconds of walking distance from Marylebone station and 40 minutes taxi drive from Heathrow airport.
Hotel staff is always helpful when a driver need to locate a guest.
M. L.
I love the hotel and it’s very nice and clean staff are amazing and it’s good for any tips of people like old and young and the beds have good quality matrices and the bathrooms are very clean and the food is good and very clean
S. P.
I had lovely dinner at the great central restaurant! The waiter was rather slow, but it was a busy evening, I enjoyed a lovely prawn salad and a great Chicken Curry. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the music in the back ground was nice.... advice more staff
G. H.
Even before your first step inside, to the second you leave, you cannot help but be impressed with your surroundings, the elegance, the timeless décor, the wonderful furnishings, the divine food and service. You would have to be extremely pedantic to find anything negative to say about this wonderful hotel. Everything is beautiful, everything perfect.
D. B.
The place is exquisite, very posh. Went there for a birthday dinner and they had a surprise for my hubby. The food was tasty. Our waiter, Alex was polite and very attentive. Loved it and will probably go again.
C. C.
My company won an ERMA and the presentation ceremony was held here. The venue is absolutely stunning. Truly gorgeous. The staff are fantastic and the food was good too. The photos just don't do it justice.
J. R.
The tea was great. The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately the AC in my room did not work well. The first night it would not cool. This was fixed, but the AC was still too noisy to sleep with. The room had a faint paint smell. I expect better from a 5* hotel.
P. H.
Had a lovely meal here with friends. There was a set menu that was great and a very good price for the quality. You can also eat a la carte but that looked like a pricey option. The settings and the staff were great.
S. L.
Wonderful time at the Landmark had very relaxing massage by Lucia in the Spa followed by a thoroughly enjoyable meal where my wife and I had first class food and service by both Rosario and Larissa. We then stayed in a comfortable room for an excellent night’s sleep. I’d highly recommend a stay with them.
D. B.
Went to a conference and loved this venue. It is very well presented, with friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the food and drink was exceptional. Would have stayed at the hotel as well, had it been an option on a work budget as for what it is, the price of the rooms seems quite reasonable. Would recommend this hotel for a social or professional event any day.
M. C.
It was my pleasure to work with their warm and considerate banqueting team who meets very closely the five-star standards in my mind(not only to clients but also to staffs). Forgive me, I gave it four stars, because I'm very fussy. But if I could I would like to give you four and half stars. It's a pitty that I hadn't yet got a chance to take some nice photos for this sumptuous hotel.
T. E.
I visited the unlimited champagne Sunday Brunch at the end of June for a birthday celebration. I am always impressed with the attentive service and amazing array of food options. It is on the pricey side but its worth every penny. Highly recommended.
a. a.
The hotel of choice for over 20 years before getting our own place. Friendly people all around, exceptional rooms, though they differ in size. The amazing atrium under the fully glassed roof is breath taking for afternoon tea or lunch, whether seated in the main floor or the quiet mezzanine, above it.
r. m.
Absolutely amazing venue with great service and immaculate food.
B. L.
Grand and memorable experience. Comfort and luxury unlimited. Great location, quick and high quality services. Despite being a big hotel, personal attention is guaranteed. All in all a great deal. Stayed here during my last 4 London visits. Strongly recommended.
J. G.
Landmark hotel is one of the best 5stars hotels out there, it's a nice place to be its just like home away from home. No, I mean paradise away from home. Their staff are very nice and accommodating plus the food hmmm is really good cos they have the best chefs in the world.
T. M.
Having stayed here before, we returned for our wedding anniversary on a Saturday night and were not disappointed. The breakfast (full GBP31pp & continental GBP26pp) has a lot of choice and values for money. The whole place is immaculately clean. The staff was very attentive towards the birthday girl.
T. M.
Location is excellent and you will have easy access by public transportation. The class was very well organised and the 'chef' and cocktail master were superb. There was a Birthday cake by the side of the bed and chilled champagne awaiting our arrival. Complimentary water even an umbrella in case it's raining.
Y. S.
Lovely hotel and room but unfortunately reception didn’t meet the expected standard.
We had arrived at 11am and we were told the room would not be ready until 2pm but in the meantime there was a free room that they’ll clean and have ready for us. Came back 3 hours later to be told it’s not ready and to come back another hour later. The third time we were told once again the room is not ready which at this point I got frustrated, only then did a colleague of a the lady speaking to me stated that the room was actually ready.
I understand that the room can sometimes not be available on arrival but waiting for 4+ hours after being told 3 times it would be ready was extremely unorganized and there was a clear lack of communication amongst staff.
J.
Loved visiting : beautiful hotel and great ambience!
Favourite part: pre dinner cocktails at the Mirror bar, Endri & Sakis made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever sampled!
Thanks so much, nice to receive such brilliant service !
N. B.
This is an absolutely stunning restaurant sheltered in the interior courtyard of the iconic landmark hotel. My partner and I had a 3 course dinner with a glass of bellini for £40 each. Every bite of the food was incredible and the service from the staff was impeccable, we couldnt have had a better night. It was made even better when he live pianist played happy birthday for my partner and they brought her a cupcake for the occasion!
S. M.
Our room is very nice and plenty spacious for a family traveling. The lobby is beautiful. This evening we utilized the pool during kid hours. The spa area is very tranquil and the pool area is relaxing after a cold rainy day.
T. M.
The location of the hotel is perfect. What was really nice was when the cocktail maker himself, George, introduced himself to us. The ballroom looked breathtaking and the food was out of this world. We stayed here for my husbands work do and the service was very good.
A. M.
The hotel is a great fancy hotel, tge service is WAAAW, the team is well educated on top of high standard qualifications
a.
Beautiful hotel. We came for afternoon tea. The portion is pretty good and comes with a glass of champagne. You can switch for mocktails as well if you don’t want champagne.
O. D.
Dec 2017 we had an afternoon tea there (with a glass of champagne). Surroundings are nice. Tea itself was OK, but nothing special. I did not liked desserts, they were too simple and not freshly made. But overal experience was good.
S. K.
I called 2 weeks in advance to book for afternoon tea and was advise will receive an email with all the information on it but i never did, called 2 days before my booking to confirm and they were keep calling me with a different name that was slightly similar to me eventually they found my booking, also i asked for parking and was advised they have their own parking. Came to the hotel on 02/03/2018 and was informed by the doorman that there is no space left and have to go and park else where, our table was located near an aircon and when I informed the waiter he said to wear my coat!!!! The service was not as great as it should have been for such a place.
N. A.
Absolutely wonderful!!! We had breakfast and the staff took excellent care of us. The food choice amazing. The light and palm trees make a wonderful setting. Next time coming for afternoon tea. Nakka and Kamal made us feel so welcomed!!!!!
A. W.
I visited the Landmark last year. It was amazing experience. Excellent food and unlimited champagne. Lovely atmosphere with live music. The manager and the staff were excellent they were helpful and polite. It is a 5* hotel so you should expect top quality.
S. Z. M. H.
Excellent service at the restaurant. Beautiful interior. Perfect for wedding photoshoots.
B.
Bright and airy bar and dining area. The glass ceiling and exterior interior 🤭 make it like being outside without the British weather. As a teddy bear that likes architecture, I am happy to sit and gaze at it here. The free snacks with drinks were a letdown compared to the Lanesborough. Being just across the road from Marylebone station make this a great place to wait for a train if very early.
A. A. A.
Breakfast buffet is AWFUL (full of flies and food is horrendous), rooms are AMAZING they are huge and clean. What the hotel needs to improve: 1. Breakfast buffet
2. I paid for breakfast and then the staff said oh we have no payments from you, then like 5 mins later they say they found it. And after I check our review an email asking for money because of breakfast buffet. I sent them all receipts and then everything was fine but please improve your details of payments because I was about to pay an extra £200
Ps: THE HOTEL DECOR AND LOOK IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER and the staff were THE MOST HELPFUL AND KIND STAFF
K. D.
Was much better before the pandemic. Give it a miss for now.
S. K.
We were here for a Easter Wedding Indian style, the best thing about the hotel has to be the incredible personal service, and the ambient atmosphere in the lobby with palm trees and huge sky light, a lovely place to read your book or newspaper. We were looking forward to snd tried the restaurant and it was delicious as was breakfast with the omelette chef Rooms are what you expect, we were given a perfect family room and upgrade which is always nice. Reception staff very friendly and efficient as was the door man with our luggage. The wedding in the Grand Ballroom and Marble Ballroom was well organised. A real treat and amazing weather for easter weekend.
s. u.
Had Afternoon Tea there. Staff were extremely helpful . We had a 6 month old baby with us. Food was excellent. The Ambience was excellent. Would certainly have Afternoon Tea there again
S. P.
Fantastic afternoon tea. Beautiful surroundings. Great service.
M. V.
Attended a dinner this evening hosted by one of our business partners. Very tasty food and very attentive staff. Great event room located on the 5th floor of this stunning hotel.
H. K.
Superb venue
Today.I genuinely attended a Muslim memorial service in one function room (imperial suit)and popped in to a Jewish friends wedding in the adjoining function room! Very few places in the world this could happen
A surreal experience. Great for functions.
S. L.
Stayed here for a meal. Absolutely delicious food, with good prices for the standard. Staff were incredible - especially Blaise, Theresa, and Francesco - and the pianist was incredible.
G. E.
I’m so glad I went here instead of Ritz or Claridge’s for Afternoon Tea! The place looked so luxurious and great for pictures (especially if you’re looking for good lighting). The staff was accommodating and the place wasn’t too noisy (which is what you would expect from the other places). You can have as much tea and sandwiches as you want. But really, the best thing EVER was this butter they had for the scones! It was creamy and I’ve never had it before! Me and my friend absolutely gushed over it. What a wonderful experience.
A.
Visited the Winter Room over the weekend Great afternoon tea ! Be ready for a lot of food , we were 4 people and they have a policy that must order 1 afternoon tea each , we kindly requested 3 to share and gladly the waitress agreed . We shared 3 afternoon teas between 4 and was way too much sandwiches and sweets , sandwiches were great and all halal , the sweets were very tasty , highly recommended ! I have been few times in the Landmark and it's faultless. Grear service and great food !
a. t.
Beautiful atmosphere. We stayed for tea and breakfast and were taking pics because you have to! Staff are super friendly we got Petra and Jose. They gave us an amazing experience x

Best Hotel I ever been!! Excellent service, room was beautiful and we definitely will be back. Can't wait to try spa 😊

We provide Airport transfers, Cruise port transfers and long distance transfers to guests at this Hotel.
Easy to pickup drop off guests at both entrances.

Nice hotel, good rooms, beautiful lobby and good location. The Marylebone Train Station is right across the street, so you can get anywhere by tube with minimal effort. Marylebone is a nice town; the main walking area is a 5 minute walk away.
The lobby was beautiful, but unfortunately the expensive restaurant took up the entire space. So unless you were eating there, there was not much space to relax in the lobby.
J. G.
A gorgeous hotel with turn-of-the-century details. We had dinner at the club downstairs and I had the best sea bass I've ever had. Quiet fireplace and very attentive staff. Will go again! Also, love the horse lamp!
A. B.
This is great hotel fantastic place lovely hotel. It was such a great please to relax and chill. The bar down stairs is nice and cool to chill very old fashion like being a movie. The room was super comfortable.
S.
When my friend and I practically took up residence in the Winter Garden at lunchtime, not moving til after the restaurant lit candles for the evening service...the immaculately trained staff suggested they might serve us some more drinks in an alternate space.
While the food wasn't all that memorable, the service and space made for a special afternoon/evening.
S. K.
Really grand experience and a lovely place to settle for a nice afternoon tea. They have a few different seasonal tea themes to pick from. The staff are really knowledgeable when it comes to the tea as well as being really friendly. The afternoon tea here is more on the expensive side compared to other like-for-like hotels, but probably because the hotel is much larger.
A. T.
Lovely hotel and a lovely area to meet and do business. A large area on the ground floor as well as the first floor. Exceptional bar in the basement also with a pub sort of feel. Great service and assistance
A. K.
Gorgeous Hotel that is located across the road of Marylebone station. Very helpful and attentive staff and the decorations inside are lovely. There is plenty of space to meet and discuss things with colleagues, employers or clients. Just a very nice and welcoming hotel overall.
F.
Such a beautiful hotel, great experience!
T. M.
Everything is great at this hotel. We slept very soundly and enjoyed the facilities. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the back entrance of the hotel conveniently located in front of the marylebone station and walking distance from …
M. O.
Very nice hotel, the decor is amazing and the staff are great and friendly. The room was very large and comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding along with the service
J. F.
I popped in for drinks and to escape the noise outside. As a visitor, I was able to take drinks at a table near the restaurant, in a beautiful calm space, where a pianist was playing live on the floor above. The staff were friendly, helpful and faultless. A wonderful place to drop into.
J. W.
Went here for the R3 annual function.
Definitely recommend it from a function perspective. Food was top notch. Large ballroom for the ante room and a great service.
One thing I'd also say is that the cab rank being so close by / especially if there's surge pricing on ride sharing - means that life getting home isn't too expensive.
A. F.
Everything about this place is perfect. We had to check out 2 days early due to a loss in the family and they reimbursed us no problem. It is elegant and the almost permanent pianist adds well to the ambiance.
M. R.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! From the moment we arrived they treated us like VIP guests. They are extremely client focused, our stay was amazing. We loved the breakfast every morning in the Winter Garden and also dined at the Twenty Two for dinner, both were delicious. The tube is right across the street, Landmark is lovely, convenient and worth every penny. WE WILL RETURN!! Thank you so much for a lovely trip.
H. E.
I was here for a work event and it was a fantastic venue. The rooms are really beautiful and the main restaurant area in the atrium is the beat part. The staff are very attentive and no task is too big for them, very friendly also. It was an enjoyable evening and I would love to return.
J. C.
The food took quite a while to arrive but was worth the wait.
N. H.
Stayed there with my family. Phenomenal facilities with great rooms. Definitely a step up from the hostels I've been staying in lately. Breakfast is top notch. Location is great. Very comfortable and family friendly.
R. H.
Attended the Decanter fine wine tasting held in the multitude of ballrooms. The hotel is a fabulous building that was kept immaculately. Staff were extremely helpful in guiding us into the event and I felt that they could get me anything that I needed.
G. B.
Lovely hotel room and facilities. Staff is so friendly and helpful and breakfast is much better than the standard breakfast in five-star hotels. Swimming pool is as relaxing as it should be and perfect to flow away after a long journey in London
M. G.
Very smart ,1st class food ad service
A. M. T.
Opulent, excessive, wonderful. One of the best appointed hotels in the whole capital. Highly recommended, awesome service and attention to detail. If you can put up with the location right on one of London's busiest roads and your budget fits, there's none better. Watch for the palm trees!
P. K.
The restaurant was quiet, even on a Friday evening.
Service was attentive, but not particularly friendly.
The set meal seemed good value and some of the dishes were good, but others were a bit dry and overcooked.
The constant din from a nearby party in a function room was very off putting, and would have been too loud to sleep had we also been staying at the hotel.
D. O.
Fantastic Hotel! Really nice relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff who were extremley helpful.
The food was amazing, and after a late night in then town, I even ordered room service at 4:30am at ate a monster cheese burger!
The rooms were clean and nice.
It is expensive, and the drinks in the mirror bar were very expensive.
2 glasses of red wine was £27.00.
If you've got the cash.... do it! :)
N. S.
Decanter Italian Wine Barolo tasting. A unique experience in a plush high-end hotel. The event was well organized, by decanter and by the hotel. Huge, beautiful private room accommodated the plus hundred people we we're, and felt very roomy and comfortable.
C. B.
Good hotel but then it should be. Minimum charge has recently been introduced of £15 should you go in for afternoon tea or a morning coffee. Can often have conferences which can affect the atmosphere. Location for London and trains to bister village though is second to none.
L. S.
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. The style is very traditional but beautifully maintained. Great place for afternoon tea or a glass of champers in the afternoon.
L. G.
Beautiful hotel and room.
Loved The Winter Garden for Afternoon tea. Service brilliant, all round, food lovely, ate in The Great Central Bar too, nice, cosy ambience. Fabulous place.
J. B.
Went to the winter garden champagne brunch. The service was impeccable we had Ana, Sofian and Serghei waiting on us. Also I had the prawn risotto and prawn curry which Kevin Bourke the chef cooked to perfection. The food was all delicious and a very memorable experience. Beautiful Interior and music. My friend was celebrating her birthday and every moment of the day. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely day x will be back soon .

Been there just for brunch.
Yes it is a great place , but £55 for a brunch made out of sandwiches you can get from waitrose? The only food that was worth the price were the desserts. I would have given 5 stars if the cost was £30 pp.
J. D.
What can I say about the Landmark that those who have had their Sunday Brunch dont know? Absolutely nothing!
My friends and I have been here on many occasions and their staff is always attentive, food always excellent and champagne always flowing. One of my favourite places to be. Great experience! Dont take my word for it .. try it!!
O. G.
Really nice experience. I was there for a afternoon tee. They have 2 menus. TRADITIONAL and Chocolate (40£pp. Or 48pp with a glas prosecco). You get a lot of delicious english sandwiches, tee and desert. You can ask always for more if you need. Desert was truly special. I plan to enjoy the spa area too.
H. K.
Great Hotel. Good service. One star off because even bwfore midnight the bar was closed, when it was supposed to be open. When asked why the bar was closed, they decided to close it because there weren't any customer.
I still think that it's necessary to adhere to the posted opening hours (since this is a bar located inside of the hotel, not just out in the streets).
A. L.
I went to the Landmark with two friends of mine for the afternoon tea, it was my first time here. I been to other "posh" afternoon places but the Landmark has so far the best service, in particular Sebastian was a marvellous host and full with tea knowledge. The tea's and sandwiches where delightful, the sweets were a hit and miss. It was mostly the lovely service of Sebastian that made it more special and where other places faill to do so.
K. R.
A large group of us were accommodated at the 222 bar without booking. Although initially seated, we were quickly moved to a less formal table which suited us much better. The staff were extremely friendly and provided many bowls of crisps. The drinks are rather expensive at £15 for G&T and £7 a Peroni. A service charge of 12.5% was applied.
D. S.
Stunning venue and amazing staff
S. W.
A fabulous hotel. Some if the best staff in London. Very spacious rooms. The Mirror bar is ridiculously expenses and I'd avoid that personally. But all in all one of London's great hotels. Very convenient location for everything in the West end. Safe area and transportation extremely good. Highly recommend.
T. L.
Fantastic atmosphere. The high tea was great. Wish there was a bigger selection of sandwiches though or bagels / pastries. The cakes and scones were delicious and the service was top notch
M. G.
Fantastic hotel opposite Marylebone station, great staff, wonderful restaurants (Winter Garden, Great Cental and I think Gazebo). I had a lovely hot chocolate here (Gazebo). Clean toilet and fantastic conference hall
M. A.
Went here for afternoon tea and it was beautiful and yummy. Sandwiches were good but can't say the same for the desserts. They were definitely a let down!
M. M.
The Champagne Brunch at the weekends is amazing and highly recommended. You need to book well in advance. The staff are very helpful and friendly and ensure your glass is never empty .
L. T.
Dinner was tasty and perfect for a large group Christmas meal, in a beautiful setting. Very considerate of allergies, and the creme brulé was divine. The food was reasonably priced for what you got. Drinks were lovely but very pricey at £16 a cocktail. A bottle of Argento (a £6-£10 bottle of very standard red wine) was marked up to an outrageous £38. Granted service at the bar was great, but at one point my drink got cleaned away after a few sips whilst I was turned away having conversations! Was quite painful getting them to replace it. All in all, I've had higher quality dinner experiences for the same price in London (particularly for drinks), but was pleased with how well they accommodated so many of us.
T. M.
Loved the location. The staff on reception were exceptional and told me i had been allocated an upgrade as the hotel was full then continued to accompany me to my room. We will definitely book a room at the Landmark again should we have the opportunity to return to London.
R. J.
Good place to buy quality items
O. A.
We recently had afternoon tea at The Landmark and we had a great experience. The service was excellent, the staff were really helpful and the environment is classy without being too formal. The afternoon tea was also of a high standard - would highly recommend a visit!
I. S.
Impossible to fault this stunning restaurant and service.
D. M.
The restaurant is at the heart of the hotel and it truly a sight to behold. Classic French cuisine with a British twist. Attentive service and quality throughout well worth a visit especially at lunch with two courses for £25.
A. S.
Great lunch in a beautiful covered courtyard with very nice background music. One of the best meals we have had in London for a long time. We will be going back.
M. C.
Conveniently located next to Marylebone station. Very impressive building. Excellent afternoon tea with attentive service and soothing harp playing as a backdrop. Expensive, yes, but well worth it. Superb.
R. P.
Okay... Had a two night stay and whilst the Executive Room on the 6th floor was okay: nice bed, great shower, etc (but HORRIBLE layout for the TV in relation to the bed or sofa)... The rest of the hotel is slightly comical.
1. Crazy prices for food. Seriously, £30+ for breakfast when you can walk to Baker Street and have breakfast at Bill's Restaurant and have bigger portions and better tasting.
2. Crazy prices for drinks. I mean if you look at the room service menu a BOTTLE of 750ml Bacardi sells for an insane £110! It's £15.99 at the Spar down the road. That's a 500%+ mark up. INSANE! Or maybe it's a typo...
3. The fact that the fire alarm was going off for 10 or so minutes this morning... yet there was no "all clear message" somewhat ruined the morning.
4. More wall plugs would be nice!
A. K.
We came for a birthday lunch at the Winter Garden. The staff were very attentive and the food was well prepared and served. Plus the atmosphere and view were stunning. Highly recommend as a destination for a special occasion.
A. L.
The hotel experience offered here has got to be one of the finest in London. It must certainly rank in the top ten in the city so expect premium prices. Occupying a complete city block this historic building stand proud. The decor is amazing; where else can you dine inside beneath palm trees? The helpfulness of the staff cannot go unnoticed, offering assistance the moment you appear you might need it. I attended here for a wedding with 300 guests and the staff were most professional. If there is a downside to this hotel it is it's location, it's on the north western edge of London's West End. There is absolutely nothing worthy of a tourists attention to the north or West and a couple of miles to the entertainment district.

Fantastic historic hotel and a little bit of a category bargain for family travelers. Strongly recommended.
London is not an inexpensive city to visit. You know this already. Adding to the challenge for American traveling with family, "room with two beds" in Europe & UK typically mean two small beds, so now you either have to get two rooms or really cram in.
This is where The Landmark excels: They have Family Suite rooms available, about 600 sqft, available with two queen-size beds. Take advantage of their promotional rates (2 nts for price of 3; 3 nts for price of 4) and it works out to be around GBP 370 per night, a bit of a bargain in the 5-star category.
(+) Historic old railway hotel, with tons of character, modernized in 1990s.
(+) Feels a bit like an old Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons, because it was.
(+) Facilities feel a bit dated, but are clean & well-maintained.
(+) Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality at its best.
(+) Super-convenient location to Marylebone and Baker St stations. Convenient M&S minishop inside Marylebone station
(+) Delightful tea service in the Winter Garden.
(-) Feel a bit like an old Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons.
(-) Wifi fees. To avoid, join the free "Friends of The Landmark" program before traveling.
Strongly recommended. We'll be back!

Nice enough hotel, seemed a bit pricey, but I was there for a conference fortunately. Poor choice of food for a stand up lunch, but tasty, and well served. Ultimately not bad.
A. A.
This is a 5 star hotel in London. I must say that this hotels reputation is well deserved. The staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful. The concierge do go out of their way to arrange dinner reservations and bookings. The rooms are modern and well kept. The decor style is pleasing. The downside is that for a 5 star hotel with a high price-tag internet is a charge on-top. I still would recommend a night here.
G. R.
The hotel hosting the restaurant is really beautiful. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, the service delightful. The menu is modern and, at the same time, better and cheaper than most comparable restaurants I have tried in London.
M. G.
This was the second time I WENT to Landmark hotel . The hotel very well located ,metros buses etc...one of the entrances is spectacular with palm trees ,big piano and nice decorating . The staff is very welcoming ,the food is appetizing ,and the service really 5 star👌👌👏👏
r.
It’s good hotel; I give it 3 stars due to their service provided and some mistakes in billing. Overall, it was good since their management considerate and act on solving issues swiftly. Also, it is very expensive hotel compared to peer hotels
D. J.
Went for birthday dinner last year, was gorgeous. Lovely atrium inside, worth walking through if you're using Marylebone station. Great cocktails in the mirror bar too.
S. L.
Great hotel with good service. Rooms are good size and very clean. Breakfast was nice. Winter Garden is lovely to enjoy food and drinks
A. M.
Its quite a hotel - beautiful architecture throughout culminating in a palm lined terraced central gallery. Had tea and coffee here, with impeccable service. Definitely a landmark that's for sure!
J. S. M.
Fabulous mirror bar filled ALWAYS with such incredible peeps leaving to/from the Marylebone train station adjacent this historic hotel.
I am American and regularly enjoy the NFL players and management that always stay at the landmark.
M. F.
Fantastic food and amazing service!
G. K.
Impressive hotel opposite Marylebone station classic Gothic style with an impressive atrium. Double espresso at almost £7 a cup is worth it to sit in this secluded part of London and take in the ambience. Staff very professional and charming.
P. C.
Hospitable, friendly and professional staff on hand at all times. Every time I go to the Landmark I feel the excitement I felt the first time I visited. I enjoyed a restful Christmas and boxing day with high quality cuisine.
K. S.
Very impressive hotel with a fantastic restaurant. What brings it down a little is the staff in the restaurant. Some have a rudimentary understanding of English, which means one sometimes has to ask several times before actually receiving an order. Most importantly, some don't seem to be aware of basic rules of etiquette, i.e. how to spot cutlery put correctly that indicates a guest is done with a meal. We were asked several times whilst eating (a very expensive meal!) if we had finished already, which makes one feel rushed. There were a number of small things like that, so I recommend to train staff a bit better and then this will be the best restaurant in London!
S. M.
One of the best hotel in London 👌🏻
K. C.
Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Very luxurious. Restaurant food is excellent. Staff go above and beyond for you. Leisure facilities are good.
R. W.
We had the offer meal of 3 courses and a free drink (prosecco or bellini) for an incredibly reasonable £38. Very very nice food. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, and probably will the next time restaurants cone up in conversation
A. R.
Here for a wedding. Some of the hotel looks a bit tired actually and given how expensive beer / food is, I find that extraordinary. Glasshouse which is the highlight of the hotel is very nice
E. M.
Visited for afternoon tea, with 2 friends. Despite having made a booking, and despite the place not being full, we havd to wait over 10 minutes for our table. All 3 of us liked the look of one of the choices - Chocolate Tea, so we all chose the same option. All the contents of each option were clearly stated in the menu.
The waitress eventually delivered our tea and coffee, along with 3 plates of sandwiches and - inexplicably - 2 stands of chocolates containing no more than 2 of each of the items stated on the menu, and in some cases just 1. How you split 2 or 1 into 3 I don't know! The waitress informed us that we would be served scones at the end of the meal.
Eventually one of our party asked for another coffee. We waited about half an hour before asking another member of staff for the coffee, which came this time. We waited another half hour before asking where the scones were. A less-than-pleased waiter brought them over, still hot - which was nice - and said he would get us knives. 15 minutes later, the supervisor happened to be passing, and we asked her for the knives, which she brought, By this time, the scones had cooled down and were dry and crusty.
All this time one of the dessert glasses remained uncollected on our table. It was also aesthetically displeasing to see so many tables around us that had not been cleared or made up after other guests had left - not what you expect from a professional establishment.
We did complain to the supervisor, and - to be fair - she did discount our bill by 50%, but the experience was still somewhat marred. Why did the staff try to give us less than we'd ordered? Why didn't they turn up with things we'd ordered without reminders from us? They need to get their act together if they're going to offer what is supposed to be an experience.
I. K.
I went to the Winter Garden restaurant at the Landmark and it was everything you would expect from such a classy venue. The staff were extremely attentive, the tables well laid out, the chairs comfortable. The building itself is a glass roofed courtyard which presumably was once open air. It is well laid out in a kind of neoclassical style reminiscent of pre ww1 glam. The food of course was delicious, I went for the set menu which included three courses and a glass of bellini. There were vegetarian and fish options for the starter and main course. All three courses were excellent and the dessert was especially artful and underrated by my fellow guests in my opinion. The set menu was £38 with 12.5% service charge.
M. S.
Amazing hotel. I stayed in a huge room on the 6th floor overlooking Marylebone Road but heard no traffic noise. For me at 6' 3" the beds were too short and would have been a problem if I'd been sharing it. On my own, sleeping diagonally I could just fit. Location is great, just over the road from Marylebone Station so a short hop into the city and walking distance to many attractions like the planetarium and Madame Tussauds. Haven't eaten there so can't comment on the food personally (£38 for breakfast was a bit steep!). Heard it was good though from people in the lift! Looking forward to going back.
C. W.
We were three ladies from Worcestershire who popped in there yesterday for a drink and nibbles while waiting for our train. We were delighted with the service and hospitality of the staff. Many thanks from us all. Wonderful.
C. S.
Great Hotel, great location tube station directly behind the Hotel.
This is a five star hotel in every direction, really enjoyed our stay cation in our great Capitol.
I do recommend an executive room, you shouldn't be disappointed.
C. K.
Great hotel, friendly staff and the food is amazing. Can't wait to return!
G. L.
I am a regular at this hotel. I must congratulate the management as this hotel has had many new staff and the service now is on par with the very best of London. Good job! I am being treated like a king with my latest visit. Thank you all.
S. C.
This was our fourth Afternoon Tea at The Landmark over a few years. The standard of the food and the service was excellent, as usual, and the lovely Winter Gardens atrium setting made for a memorable family event, covering both our Anniversary and our son's Birthday.
We'll do it again, almost certainly. It isn't cheap at a hotel of this standard but a great way to celebrate.
I. O.
Lovely, luxurious hotel, with great staff. I only went there to deliver some flowers but I was more than impressed by the professional & friendly team that run the place. It is situated in a strategically good location for easy access to the amenities of London. It is also convenient to have Marylebone Station directly opposite, giving good railway, bus and taxi access. It is also within walking distance to alot of attractions like Madam Tussaud's, London Zoo & Oxford Street. Plus, you have the famous Sea Shell fish and chips shop just around the corner for a quick bite to eat on the go. Very nice.
N. M.
Fantastic service even during Covid. Could offer a few more halal options on their room service menu, as only the chicken was halal.
A. A.
I love everything about it the location although its far from the shopping area but it has a very good location far from the noise and directly in front of the train station and M&S grocery store. The family room is very spacious and the service in all departments are just amazing 👌❤.
S. M.
I absolutely love this place it’s so classy, the food is fresh, the people are nice and respectful also very attentive. The restaurant is not over priced it is worth it, food is very tasty and the flavors are just lovely. It’s a great place to go with your family, I will be back again it’s my 3rd time going to this place I really enjoy it!
J. L.
A very splendid hotel with great interiors. Their staffs are super kind, especially for the spa manager. Thank you!!
Sherlock museum and Madam Toussaud's are very near from here. I love them all exept the price. :)
C. B.
Lovely location. The food was excellent and I found all the staff really friendly and helpful. I didn't stay overnight but I would definitely go back to stay or eat.
F. D.
Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the family suite and absolutely loved it. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommended:)
G. T.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tube station. Its glamorous interior and helpful and polite staff all make up for a fantastic experience. The food and drinks are always well prepared and beautifully presented.
A.
Such a beautiful hotel. An oasis of tranquility in central London. The customer service and food here are also top quality.
N. M.
We used to visit the Palm court for evening teas and cakes a lot some time back. On going back a few weeks ago, we were saddened to find that the comy sofas and sense of space replaced by dining tables. On top of that, the space is now a restaurant that closes at 11:30pm and the manager was quite abrupt in refusing a table at 11pm as they had to get it ready for breakfast.
Shame.
B. C.
Awesome, awesome hotel in every way. First class service, historic building, gorgeous Winter Garden for breakfast, cozy Mirror Bar for late night drinks. Rooms are decent sized, and the bathrooms are massive. Location in Marlybone is fairly central, but being able to duck out the back door and cross the street into Marlybone Station is fantastic. Helps that there's a 24hr M&S Express there as well. Just beware that they close the back door at night. Last time we stayed here for a week and the Man City football team was there as well for a day...
W. R. D.
WERDJS had the pleasure to DJ at the landmark for a beautiful couple last weekend. If you are looking for a top of the range venue and highly professional event team ... Look no further 👍🏼. We visited the Landmark a few weeks before hand to make sure everything was in place and meet the staff so everything was able to run smoothly on the main day. We met with Laura Werner who was fantastic 😊 she was able to answer all of our questions plus the bride and groom. For a external company coming in to provide the music and lighting. Laura and her staff was well organised and all of the team made us feel very welcome. The venue is so beautiful and with our DJ system and lighting it looked fantastic. Everyone danced from the beginning till the end and was so happy with our and the lamdmark services. We have received another 2 enquires for next year at the landmark so we will look forward to returning.
Thank you once again guys. WE🎧DJS
J. O.
We love the landmark. The staff are brilliant and the food is brilliant too. Rather expensive so we can only afford it once a year but well worth it!
T. H.
Most amazing dinning we had the set menu and all the courses were perfect. My wife loved the take away box haha. Highly recommend!
G. G.
good rooms good food and good service
C. P.
My dining experience was flawless. Prompt and elegant service, impressive decor, delightful ambience and delicious food. Cant wait to come back for your Sunday Brunch
Y. P.
We had tea in the atrium. The scones and tea were great, the prices were a bit high for our looking but definitely matched the environment it was in. A nice break room everything and definitely high class
N. C.
Truly a landmark in London sitting as it does on the line of the first steam underground trains it is steeped in sprawling history. Helpful staff a wonderful central atrium like quadrangle has a restaurant at the base and matching sweeping staircases down to it. It feels 20's luxury with modernised refit for current clients. Nicely placed in London to walk to a variety of attractions and entertainments if tube or cab does not appeal. IMO a safe part of the City to stay.
R. R.
Bedroom lights were terrible. Switches that didn't do anything. Have to have one specific switch on to make hot water work but it wasn't labeled. Closet was missing one of 3 doors and other 2 had deep gashes and a chip missing. Light in closet never went off. And there were 2 doors 12" apart to get in and power switch for entire room was between doors.???????
G. C.
I've visited for high-tea a few times, and the atrium setting is glorious. The food is excellent, and the service sublime. It's certainly one of the best hotels in London for high-tea.
J. T.
The entrance and bar of the hotel are in the "great glass room" within the hotel. the rooms are expensive but spacious although on the expensive side. the food is excellent on the second floor and also is great value for what it is. a real find in the capital. would recommend to anyone visiting the city
C. C.
I love the champagne brunch on Sundays and have been there 5 or 6 times. Its a great way to spend a sunday afternoon.
The food is plentyful and to die for.
You need to book 4 to 5 weeks in advance.
C. S.
My daughter treated me to afternoon tea at The Landmark It was superb, you don't have to request refills, it was all delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this for a treat.
N.
Beautiful hotel with a really nice, welcoming staff! Its have its own car park, restaurant, Cafe, bar, decorated to a high standard and has a nice feeling to it when you walk around. Highly recommend this place!Special thank you to Boyan for all the help, for the professional service and kindness at all time!
M. P.
Perfect for a venue to meet at if travelling to train station. Very comfortable and pleasant environment. We sat in the atrium area where is was very light, you could sit and have a business meeting in relative privacy as well.
D.
Nice hotel, rooms where spacious and had everything required. The room we were in had both a shower and bath. Staff were always great. Will return.
C. H.
Exceptionally pleasant experience at The Landmark. The service is excellent, the breakfast just amazing (probably the best buffet breakfast we ever had in an hotel) and the general atmosphere is very relaxing.
a.
Elegant surroundings in this historic building, built in the days when our railway system was burgeoning throughout this Island. Highly professional staff and and a peaceful serene atmosphere. The food is glorious and the resteraunt a relaxing haven from the busy London streets outside. With gentle piano music echoing around; I might have been in Rick's bar in Casablanca. The place is high-end therefore expensive but I have no problem paying for tranquillity in a magical surrounding. For me this type of break opens up another level of consciousness and that gives me the gift of REST. I will be back when I have saved up for a weekend stay. Truly beautiful hotel.

Just fabulous. Love everything ❤

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Traditional and modern. The Palm Court needs to be seen...great place for meetings and fine dining.
A. R.
Amazing place, this hotel is beautiful. Loved the wintergarden, where there's often someone playing piano or the violin. The rooms are amazing, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. My new favourite hotel in London.
W. H.
The Winter Garden Restaurant was excellent. Tranquil, stylish and the food was top notch. Great place for a date or get together with friends.
X. C.
Just divine. It’s like some giant slab of hotel you’d find in the Middle East. They really know the definition of class over there! Some say it’s suffocatingly chintzy but I dare say they’ve never experienced true style.

“Dramatic venue and great breakfast”
I went here for a breakfast networking event with work, so I wasn't paying myself, but still worth a review.
We were in the tower suite which overlooked the atrium and had a big skylight through which you could see the tower which made the room very light and airy too.
Breakfast was excellent, I had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, portion was very generous especially of the salmon. The rest of the spread on the table was of the highest quality as you would expect too, pain au chocolat was as good as you would get from a bakery in france and the muffins were chocolatey and moist too.
Service was spot on.

No room to sit when an event on. I was sent to various areas by staff, then when I got to each was then told (rather rudely) there was nothing open. Could have been handled so much more politely, and perhaps a notice or two would help.

I recently stayed at The Landmark for a very special weekend and the hotel was fantastic. The building lives up to its reputation but what made this even more special was the service and attention to detail by the staff.
I look forward to my next visit in the future!

Lovely atmosphere and great afternoon tea, although a bit pricey for what's offered. However stunning scenery, clean and tidy room with excellent staff

Incredible hidden gem. You wouldn't believe that you're still in London. Food is as expected for fine dining. Nothing too spectacular but still great. Service was better.

I stayed for two night in a suite and yes, it's a wonderful as you would expect. The chlorine-free swimming pool was very relaxing and the afternoon tea in the Palm Court was perfectly indulgent.

An excellent hotel with staff to match.
I used the pool that had just reopened and the covid 19 precautions were reassuring.
